Our very first movement of the day is to touch our phone 

Shut off the alarm 

Open the Apps 

Maybe start strong check email or text messages 

Then its Facebook

Snapchat 

Instagram 

Twitter 

Tik Tok 

Whatsapp 

Reddit 

Suddenly they have us trapped 

Stuck in a suffocating loop of cycling apps 

Doomscrolling 

When someone dies they "go into the light"

We are volunterily surrendering ourselves into the blue light 

Not quite dead however,

Slowly turning ourselves into mindless zombies
