This was my first attempt ever trying charcoal. I usually stick with watercolors or graphite pencil drawings. But using a powder intrigued me. And the process of adding darks, then taking them out with an eraser, with the looseness that brings really was exciting for me. Absolutely loved the class, and also that the teacher gave somewhat minimal instruction to allow us to just explore. I picked a different photo to further challenge me. This was so much fun, can't wait to try your other classes.
