For this project, I repainted one of the first projects I made for Anne Butera's Botanical Sketchbook class.  I still find roses very challenging to paint.  Anne, any suggestions you have are welcome.  I had a hard time expressing the sunlight glow on the roses that were in the light vs. shadow.  I like the green shades better in the second painting (bottom) than the first painting (top). Learning watercolor is an ongoing journey. I enjoyed the tips shared in this class.
