Hello Douglas and everyone! :)

I am a newbie in Illustrator and I am trying to develop my skills in Fashion Illustration so when I found your class, I knew it would help me a lot!

I will show you my process from a vogue cover(about 1969) to the present illustration I made for my brand Suomiifabrics.

I started pre-editing the picture in Photoshop as you explained.

This is the original from where I started: I cleaned the design from the previous pattern andany other texture, imported on Illustration and vectorized! I worked on Photoshop again to apply the new pattern and the final graphic touches (did I say I am newbie in Illustrator and I feel still nervous to use it at its best? :))))

Any suggestions on my project will be welcomed! Thanks Douglas!
