It seems a bit off topic, but check out the info below. It introduces a really fascinating technique that may also bring a fresh perspective to the subject.

First things first: Dear Lucy, I'm grateful for this fantastic series and for your invitation to explore my inner world. Thank you!
For me, the inner critic is gradually turning into the ultimate protector (helm), strangely seeking peace (fried) above all else.
Just as nettles are a sign of nitrogen-rich soil, I can see his rough and impolite attitude and negative vibes as a clear warning that I'm veering off course and need to regain my center. Rather than dismissing his behavior, I've come to see it as a valuable tool for self-awareness.
Again, I would like to express my deep gratitude for all the accomplishments of my inner critic and show my appreciation for his protective nature. This recognition has given me a fresh start, allowing me, my inner team, and myself to welcome change. It has opened up new opportunities for personal growth and emotional freedom. I‘m hopeful for what lies ahead.
After all, it depends on my reaction to what life and my own perceptions are presenting to me. This approach requires courage and power to allow, endure, and examine emotions.
Will it be successful every time?
Most likely not, but it's not about being perfect. It's all about having the right mindset and staying committed, I guess.
