Dear Sarah, thank you for sharing this. Take it slowly, one step at a time and you’ll do great! Feel the stress and ask yourself what causes the stress. Listen carefully and don’t try to answer this too quickly. Write everything down that you hear. Is it ‘just’ the perfectionism that you told me about earlier or are there more voices causing it? After listening to these voices, is there also a voice that tries to make you feel relaxed and take it more slowly and with ease? Connect with this voice and ask it how you can be more calm and where and how you can hear that voice more clearly and more often. Thank you for this helpful comment! When connecting to the stress part I heard "overwhelm" so I guess my perfectionnist wanted to be so perfect and do everything right that I got overwhelmed by everything which isn't going "right" in my life

I saw that there were also the pleaser coming up and the pusher (and many more).

And yes, there was a calmer voice telling me to slow down, to not worry that much (I was also anxious about work, not finding a work, not keeping a work for more than 3 days. My critical part/Sid want me to hurry) while my calmer voice says it's all good, I will find a great job in due time

That was a unique journey that I loved! Even though I do feel quite stressed, I feel it's time to check other parts of me as I know my inner critic was very protective over my perfectionist part and my inner kid. Thank you
