Steve’s Journal Planner

I want to start journalling again to have a better record of my life, challenges, my ups and downs, my goals and interests… and much more!
But I also want it to be introspective, by tying it into my emotions, and where I feel it in my body (That is, where an emotion is rooted. For example, if I am nervous about talking to a woman, I may feel the nervousness in my throat).
Finally, I am interested in tying it into my own creative development and interests in fine arts and spirituality.
I want to start right away… Ideally on June 1, 2021. I’d like to journal in the morning and in the evening, by tying it to my meditation practice. By journalling in the morning, I can free write, record and reflect on any dreams I had, as well as set goals for the day ahead. At night, I can look at the day that just passed, in ways that were discussed in this course.
