Self Care - student project

My Mom recently bought me this journal. I have been experiencing some disappointments and negativity and she suggested starting to record the good things instead. This journal started as a gratitude journal and after this class, will be more. I will still record my gratitude(s) but also start recording more of my feelings to help work through the negativity. I will also be keeping another journal as a tracker for food, exercise, time usage, accomplishments, etc. So maybe I am actually going to be keeping a journal and a diary. I learned a lot from this class, took a lot of notes, and am looking forward to putting them into practice. I am hoping this will change my life for the better.
