Something my ADHD brain can manage

Something my ADHD brain can manage - student project

You've done it again Fatih! Another course that I am very excited about.
I have been using it for 10 days. I'm definitely not a pro yet, and I do forget to set my timer (but its brilliant when i do).

I followed your overall concept, but I've added some minor tweaks and adjusted the rewards to something that I really want :-D

I added 3 top categories that i use to track my work/life balance. I am recently recovered from stress and depression and through therapy I learned that I really suck at taking care of myself, so I needed an overview of that balance, or else I just forget to relax and enjoy life.

My ADHD brain have been trying to use the bullet journal system for years, but it get to complicated for me (sounds wierd I know) and my inner perfection-queen is having a field day pointing out everything i do wrong. But your system works and I managed to get a simple notebook where I write my to do's. I use the same colorcode in it as I do for my top 3 categories.

I think it's pretty brilliant :-D

Here are some images of my rules, codes and the first 10 days of using it!

Thanks Fatih

ps i forgot to mention, that i used the back of a notebook to trite my jumps, and then cut a pies of the following pages off, so that i kan use tje categories and jumps for as long as I wish, without having to write/dram them again from month to month - if that makes senseSomething my ADHD brain can manage - image 1 - student projectSomething my ADHD brain can manage - image 2 - student projectSomething my ADHD brain can manage - image 3 - student projectSomething my ADHD brain can manage - image 4 - student projectSomething my ADHD brain can manage - image 5 - student project
