I started the course the other day and then made a brainstorm of my life. One of the things I listed was complete FAB'S JUMP CLASS. So today I made myself do a JUMP and I watched the class. I haven't completed a project yet, but I just had to share a funny photo - Ruadh, my dog, has ADHD and he loved the class too. I'm not sure what his goals will be though. My next jump will be to download a jump chart and personalise it. THANK YOU FAB, for some New Year motivation!
