I have so much fabric, but I am a new sewer and I don't have a lot of confidence in my sewing. Enter this excellent class by the incomparable Dylan M. where she so calmly and confidently broke down the steps to interface fabric, install a zipper, and box corners that I felt empowered to jump in immediately. And then, after finishing my first pouch, I immediately had to make a bunch more. I've made four (so far!).

I added little pep talk labels to the inside, as well as pockets too. I can't wait to make even more pouches and dive into more complex sewing projects with all the newfound confidence I have from these quick, fun and simple pouches!

Update:

I can't stop! Immediately after I finished this batch of four, I started another batch of three. I wanted to try out the quilted variation Dylan showed in the class, and try creating a version out of a repurposed old table cloth. I still have so many more variations I want to try.
