One of my favorite go-to meals is this salmon teriyaki rice bowl. I learned Julie's teriyaki sauce a long time ago. But I'm not a huge fan of chicken, so I used it with salmon!
I bake the salmon and toss with any veggies I have on hand. I also include an avocado. Okay, I include an avocado with almost every meal I have. :)
Now to learn a few more sauces so this same rice bowl can taste like a whole new meal!
