There are PLENTY of usefull plugins you can find on the Internet. Some of them are free, some of them aren`t. I`ll show plugins I use for my workflow.

    •FX console - I use this plugin EVERYTIME I search for effects. This is really usefull when your PC isn`t high-end, because instead for searching effect in effects window and wait untill it loads up all the effects, you can press ctrl+spacebar and save yourself from couple of seconds to even minutes!
    

    •Flow - great plugin for keyframe speed editing. No more boring graph editor. Also this is really great for me because i often mismatch values for objects that need to have same velocity.
