My Nightly Downfall

I had gotten in the habit of eating late and then watching movies until 1 or 2 in the morning. Then I am so tired I don't wake easy and I don't start my day on a good note. I am so grouchy I can't stand myself. I have things to do and am late starting them.
So I have decided new day, new me. I am setting a schedule for myself. I am having an alarm go off on my phone just until I get used to the schedule and ease myself into it.
