A productive and relaxed night routine.

Issues or things that keep me from a relaxed, healthy and productive evening/night.

  1. Exhaustion due to a poorly planned day being that am a stay at home Mum with a lot to do.
  2. Procrastionation.
  3. An inconsistent schedule.
  4. Lack of clearly outlined goals and visions.
  5. Inconsistent selfcare routine.
  6. little almost zero support system.
  7. Little or no motivation.
  8. No mentor to learn from.

      How I intend to try and Improve My evening for more Productive nights and days.

  1. I would like to plan my evenings better to have a pre-planned next day, saves on time and makes everything easier.
  2. I need to motivate myself by reading more books.
  3. I would like to reach out more on support systems like friends, mentors,  join group organizations that have similar projects. For moral and emotional support. 
  4. Make a consistent schedule that works for me by recucing exhaustion; stretch my housechores and business projets too. a schedule that has balance and is not too overwhelming.
  5. Clearly outline my goals and visions, break them up to allow execution and implementaton. probably get a goal and vision tracker.
  6. Improve on my self care; include a healthy diet, skincare, exercise, take long walks, yoga and meditation, journal more. keep my skin routine consistent.
  7. Heal from procrastionation, working on a project a liitle every day. complete tasks i had said i would do.
  8. Implement all the above, get more info that helps too. Follow your course.

 

    I absolutely loved your course. it is a game changer for me. I will join a libray close to me and implement slow but sure. Thank you very much, looking forward to more from you.
