A productive and relaxed night routine.
Issues or things that keep me from a relaxed, healthy and productive evening/night.
- Exhaustion due to a poorly planned day being that am a stay at home Mum with a lot to do.
- Procrastionation.
- An inconsistent schedule.
- Lack of clearly outlined goals and visions.
- Inconsistent selfcare routine.
- little almost zero support system.
- Little or no motivation.
- No mentor to learn from.
How I intend to try and Improve My evening for more Productive nights and days.
- I would like to plan my evenings better to have a pre-planned next day, saves on time and makes everything easier.
- I need to motivate myself by reading more books.
- I would like to reach out more on support systems like friends, mentors, join group organizations that have similar projects. For moral and emotional support.
- Make a consistent schedule that works for me by recucing exhaustion; stretch my housechores and business projets too. a schedule that has balance and is not too overwhelming.
- Clearly outline my goals and visions, break them up to allow execution and implementaton. probably get a goal and vision tracker.
- Improve on my self care; include a healthy diet, skincare, exercise, take long walks, yoga and meditation, journal more. keep my skin routine consistent.
- Heal from procrastionation, working on a project a liitle every day. complete tasks i had said i would do.
- Implement all the above, get more info that helps too. Follow your course.
