My JUMPs

I'm a little curious if I can keep this up :)
I don't have a lot of jumps available, with a small kid and office work. I try to find time to draw or exercise, in my lunch break or before work.
But I have a lot of habits that I want to stick to, and currently I find it hard to do.
after one week, I can say I like the jump method :). just felt that I need to plan my week better. I really need to see on which days of the week I can workout or do art, and even have some topics/ideas of what to draw for more busy days.
PS: my son drew all over my first sheet, so I did a new one, but with same goals.
