There was a lot of information provided. So one thing, I'm going to do right now is going over some of the chapters again. I want to totally grasp the concept. A lot of information to absorb and seems overwhelming at first glance. But by repeating some of the chapters it will become so much clearer. Fatih, put a lot of work into this class. And, Yes, Fatih, I did watch the first class. Just finished it! I have to better understand the "reward" system. I do not want to spend a lot of time on this. BUT, planning my days, weeks, and months is very important to me. I am wasting time in my life and want to feel in control again. Suggestions, take your own notes, change the format up a bit so it works directly to your needs. Have fun and grab a cup of tea while planning out your chart.

 

I need to tweak mine a lot. That is why I called this my first draft. I will sudmit another peak in about a week's time. I hope there is no red showing! Great class Fatih! Cheers everyone! 

I have submitted my first week. The only one I have a hard time with is going to bed by 10.00.I have 2 boxes that were coloured red. Even tonight will be a red because my husband and I are watching a hockey game and then the Australian Open. Our favourite player, plays at 10:00 p.m this evening. 

I am so keen on the chart because I am actually following it. It does help me achieve my tasks. Now, I have to add some more goals than tasks. I really want to finish my book. I do not know how many jumps to add for this goal. I will figure it out. Excellent tool created by our teacher and I am so glad that I took this class.I have totally took this on daily because I do not want to disappoint myself if I do not do the tasks. I love seeing on the green. I did not make the bed twice because my husband had day surgery and he was in bed those days. But I did prop up his pillows.  

My method is easy for me noting my lifestyle. Onto the next week. Cheers everyone.

 

Feb 4, 2025. I just posted my Let's jump start for the month of January. I need to make a new one to add more challenging jumps. I will keep the jump to go to bed at 10:00 because that one was hard to meet.
