PHEW! This was challenging! I had been working on my plan since the first JUMP class and i feel like a car that went into a complete overhaul... I had to do some philosophical/soul-searching (what was i born to be and do?) :D

Is this absurd? No. :D Making a Jump chart to monitor my activities made me really consider if my activities are intentional and meaningful --- but for what? Exactly. I had re-consider everything---health, creative habit, studies--- in order to really appropriate time, energy and resources...

Then i had to read the rules... over and over and over and over and over

and watch the class lessons over and over... but i had to begin soon! LOL!

It's like a mind-map that i'm not familiar with reading and i really wanted to understand the rhythm, thoughts, whys and wherefores ...

I think i began making my own in November 2024 (due to printer issues)

So i tried to name the elements of a-day-in-a-life -- this was hard, i had to really wrestle with priorites, wishes, time limitations while still recalling the rules of the stars, hearts, aces.... the ACES!!!!! Fantastic!

I've never been a tracker so this is completely new.. then i remembered that while learning a language at Duolingo, it tracks down my habits in a subtle way but sends me messages that encourage, motivate, etc --- but this is the closest model i can use to familiarize with this kind of productivity chart.

Then finally i thought i got it -- last December,,, but aughhh i still had to learn and make tracking a habit.

Ok so this time for the New Year --- i JUMPED!

Its not very precise... so much to redo and re think but now i have a basis!

Right now working on my February -- at least i remember what i did yesterday and today but maybe it does not count because i had to work on making the JUMP CHART all day!!

Its clearing up the clouds in my mind and i find this very appealing. I love it!!

1. Got rid of my coffeee addiction (drinking only between NOON and 3PM--- and that is a lot considering the years coffee seemed like water! A whole month shifted cold turkey without those unhappy symptoms...

2. My Creative habit is in place! Hurray!

3. Weak on other aspects --- but ALL GOOD. These challenges are opportunities for real change. And i feel more fulfilled and hands-on in my everyday life (and I thought i was).

Thank you Fab! Thank you Skillshare! ;D ;D ;D
