Newest Matisse inspired scrap paper collage:

I had so much fun creating this one. I was picking up a bit and looking for some art supplies in my studio when I came across a few scraps of paper cuttings that sparked some abstract college inspiration. After making a few more to match those, I set to create my collage. Then I added in Sharpie and colored pencil to add values, textures, marks, and create a sense of unity. I love how this one turned out. 😊

I love how the black acts as an outline for my collaged papers. It has a very stained glass feel to it.
