Vulnerable shielded

Living secretly

This sheep won't be penned

 

Life medicalised

Stay home

Traumas released

Covid secure accessible no more

 

Abandoned Forgotten

Socially distanced

Breaking inside

Nowhere to turn except God

Oppressed and ignored

Life eroded

Sanitised

Masked

 

Tricking and trapping

Joy stolen

Killing

Weeping

 

Old traumas released

Life medicalised

Pain

Intensified

 

Hear this voice

Melting down

Bleeding

Screaming

 

Existing not living

Except alone

Isolated
