A common mistake is not providing enough detail about outcome indicators or evaluation methods. Saying we want to “promote inclusion” isn’t enough if we don’t explain how we are going to measure that success. I learned that the hard way.

To improve, we need to include clear, realistic indicators and demonstrate that we have a plan to track the project’s progress. Even simple qualitative measures can make a big difference.
