So a friend and I had an idea some months ago. He loves to do lettering and all that stuff (you can check out some of his awesome work in his instagram account: davihero ) The idea was to take a piece of lyrics of a song and animate it. We chosed ''Fooled around and fell in Love'' by Elvin Bishop.

We used to animate text with very diferent techniques... then I came across with yours Jake and we loved it! We decided to give it a try and this is what we've got!

My friend, Daviher, started with some sketches.

Then we vectorized it.

And started to animate it.

Then added some camera movements.

And this is the result!
