Dopamine Detox Protocol

I will be restricting myself from these things for the whole of 2025 (when I actually think about it, they were such a waste of my time and totally adding no value at all in my life and they were just hindering me from achieving my goals)
1. No social media (Snapchat, Instagram and Tiktok)
2. Disable You-tube on my phone
3. Remove app notifications from my phone
What I will be doing with all the extra time
1. Pray and meditate daily
2. Workout daily
3. Read at-least 10 pages of a self-help book or spiritual book daily.
4. Schedule out time for academic study daily
