what habits i currently have that hinders me to become the best version of myself self
1. 10hrs of screen time daily
2. procrastinating important tasks
3. eating unhealthy foods
what habits to develop
1. sleep and wakeup early 6am (8hrs of sleep)
2. meal prepping of healthy and unprocessed foods good for 3 days
3. finish important tasks immediately, do not procrastinate
4. cleaning room
5. going to the gym early in the morning
NON NEGOTIABLES morning routine
1. 6am wake up
2. freshen up, prep for exercise, no phones or music. just peaceful silence
3. exercise (gym or outside walks) then cold shower afterwards
4. read a book, journal and plan the day ahead.
