Really good to hear you like my "daily delights"!I really like your idea of journaling in the form of writing a letter to a friend, I need to give this a go! You are so inspiring with your daily journaling habit. I have to say, by creating this class, I revisited the reasons why journaling is so important to me and reminded myself of why I need to make an effort to keep doing it, as I can almost instantly feel the benefits .Thank you! xo
