1. Introduction: Welcome to this course on how to boost your confidence
through self love. In this course, you'll learn about ten essential vitamins for real ways to love yourself and gain confidence
in who you are. Your courage only grows when
it's nurtured in loving soil and your confidence blossoms to shine your brightest
light in the world, when you have taken
time for you. I haven't always been confident. Actually, most of my life, I was fearful and
anxious and worried. Until more recently, I wanted to challenge myself
in this area. And now, I even feel confident enough to share
some of these with you. Of course, it's a
continued journey. It's a constant process. I'm still growing and learning. Some things are still
difficult and uncomfortable, but I get so excited
when I can translate these lessons into
everyday experiences. And that way, it just
becomes part of my routine, part of my habits, and even my joyful pleasures and things that I
look forward to. Inside this course, you'll
discover little snippets, charming ideas,
pondering questions, and maybe some little challenges
and projects to help you get started on this self
love and confidence journey. Growing in grace and compassion, prioritizing self care,
creating new mindsets, and finding new daily joys. After each class, there's
a time to personalize it and a time to get curious
about what excites you, even as you go through
the stormies and shakies. The one most important thing, if that's all you
can remember from this course is that self love, self care is really what
sparks that confidence. And as you focus on that, as you focus on loving yourself, you'll notice everything else beautifully and magically
falling into place. So here are the ten essential vitamin Cs we will
cover in this course. So if you feel that you might be lacking in this area,
just a little bit, then come for a little
boost of vitamin C, loaded with self love and care. And I'm so looking forward to going through on
this journey with you.
2. Class Project: Welcome to this beautiful
journey of self love, where your personal
effort to care for yourself transforms into joy, self assuredness and confidence and topped over with
a sense of wonder. For your class project, in this course of
loving yourself with the ten
essential vitamin Cs, I'll be asking you to go
through the Sittle workbook. Together. There is
one page per class that you can go through
after each class session. You could do it right
after you watch the video, so you're nice and fresh. Or maybe it's something
you'd like to do every morning for the
next ten days or maybe in the evening when you have a
little bit more quiet time to relax and reflect. You can take this course
and do one class every day, ten days in a row,
or if you prefer, you can do it all
in one sitting. It's really up to you. Either way, it will work, as long as you take the
time for you to get quiet, to reflect, to answer the
questions very honestly, and to take those
little steps forward. Other idea or suggestion
is that you do this course with a friend and that way
you can share your joys, share your wins, share
what you're learning, and become best buddies to help cheer each other on and
motivate each other. But of course, it works
just as good alone, if that's what you prefer. So no matter how you
choose to do it, this fun little
workbook is here as a gentle nudge towards more love and courage
on your journey. So grab a beautiful pen, find a comfy nook, and let's embark on this most delicately
designed adventure together. By the end of this
course and these pages, not only will you see your
true self more clearly, but you'll also love what
you see, sparkles, beauty, confidence, and compassion, filling you up and spilling
out over to others. No.
3. Cradling: Cradling, self love
and acceptance. If you don't learn
how to love yourself, you won't be good at
loving anyone else either. Confidence calls for love, deep unconditional love that
begins and ends with us. What a beautiful
world it would be if we could all start with
a little more love, rooted in self acceptance, embracing our imperfections and celebrating our uniqueness. Here are a few ways
I like to stay close to the things that
make me feel loved. I might write myself
a love letter. Start a loving
affirmations journal. Pig or buy myself some flowers. Eat a healthy, tasty treat. Take a walk to discover
something new. Do something fun
instead of productive. Dance to my favorite song. List some high fives in my life. Being confident is to be
yourself in whatever you do. You don't need to be accepted by anyone else to accept yourself. You don't need anyone else to tell you that you are loved. You have the right
to take care of yourself and make time for yourself and take up all the space you need
to feel treasured. It's a gift that you get to do. A few things tend to happen when you begin
to love yourself fully with no buts or
maybes, whens or whys. Reminding yourself
of these reasons might help you decide to keep pushing through the doubts the concerns or fears
you might experience. You start to, like
yourself a little more. Give yourself more compassion. Tune into the things you enjoy. Prioritize healthy routines, connect with your inner self. Listen to your body
for what it needs. Be gentle with yourself. Notice your strengths. Acknowledge and
celebrate your wins, accept your imperfections. Believe in your worth and value. Rely less on outward approval. Appreciate your
unique skill set. Feel secure and safe, even when you're alone,
set healthy boundaries. Be more resilient to mishaps. Embrace who you really are. See opportunities as growths. Express yourself more honestly. Cheer yourself with
positive words. Become comfortable
in your own skin. Get curious about
trying new things. Feel like you really belong. Feel good about
showing the real you. Basque in gentle and
nurturing practices. Preserve your
sunshine connections. Love is what keeps us rooted in confidence through life's
challenges, twists, and turns. So here's the first work page
on this topic of cradling, self love and acceptance. Learning to love yourself is the most beautiful way
to grow in confidence. Write yourself a
love letter to help remind yourself of
your own brilliance. So here's the space that you can use to write
yourself that letter. Take a moment, quiet time, and just close your
eyes before you start and give yourself
a great big hug, tell yourself all
those wonderful things that you wish somebody
would tell you. So this is your little
project for today. Make this your special
gift to yourself. And I'll see you
in the next class.
4. Caring: Caring, nurturing. Life is not meant
to just be lived. Life is meant to be enjoyed
and cherished in all seasons. I love to bring a touch of
beauty in a way that helps us tune into our bodies in a
more gentle and kind way. It's not ignoring pain,
sadness, or fears. It's tuning into
them to gain wisdom and guidance from
each experience that brings us to the
process of feeling more joy to experience
real caring and nurturing. And how wonderful it is
to be able to simplify the process by just focusing
on three core aspects. One, doing what's
good for our body. Two, doing what's
good for our mind, three, doing what's
good for our soul. What better way to
build ourselves up in confidence than to lovingly and tenderly nourish ourselves with the right,
wonderful things? Allow this caring for yourself to be a pleasure
instead of a chore. Instead of feeling, one more thing to add
to my to do list, it should make you say,
I'd like to try that, or I'd love to
experience more of this. Self care is just as
much about the cozy, comforting nurturing than about the stepping out,
trying, and adventuring. These two create a perfect
balance for confidence. Self care is unique
to each individual. So map out your plan, reflect on your priorities, and then watch as your
self care begins to spread joy and sunshine
to those around you. Self care is to take good care
of ourselves, physically, emotionally, socially, mindfully, spiritually
and professionally. Self care is to
find peace, calm, and balance in the midst of
our busy, stressful lives. Self care is to reflect on what wellness means
for us personally, what causes us to
flourish in and out. Self care is to plan
and make time for gentle practices and
routines that bring us joy. Self care is to allow
some extra treats with the things that light us up and that refill our batteries. Self care is to step out, to explore the new, to discover and grow into
what we wish to become. Self care is learning to balance life's tasks with a
touch of grace and love. Self care is when
your inner world is content and nestled
in loving care. When big deals and hard
challenges come your way, you're steady, firm and
confidence, warm embrace. It's kind of like
confidence by accident. It just happens because you're
doing the right things by being faithful to incorporate loving routines for
your well being. So here's the second work page on caring and gentle nurturing. In this page, for this
little class project, you will fill it up with some simple ways that
you can get started. So after you've
watched the course, just think about those
things of how you want to get started in
your own unique way. And then fill in the
blanks with what would it look like
to ne and care for yourself in these areas in the most loving
ways possible. Topics cover physically,
emotionally, mindfully, practically, socially, spiritually, professionally,
and creatively. So just as a reminder
of self care is when your inner world is content
and nestled in love and care. When big deals and hard
challenges come your way, you're steady firm with
confidence, warm embrace. So this is an important
key part of confidence, learning how to
care for yourself, your heart, your
body, mind, and soul.
5. Challenge: Challenge. Ready, steady, start. The biggest challenge for many of us is starting something. The starts, the beginnings, the stepping outs, the
showing ups, the goes. So starting is one thing. But what about the
before the starts? I've given myself this
new little challenge called ready, steady start. Be confidence doesn't grow when we're waiting
and doing nothing. It grows through the
challenges, the hard things. And how much time and
attention do we give to the, the preparations, and
the staying ourselves? I believe that loving
ourselves into challenges is putting a gentle focus on that aspect alongside
the starts. This is how I see it. Ready is to prepare yourself
mindfully and emotionally. Remind yourself of what you
want and why you want it. Steady, steady yourself
by setting things or yourself into place
practically or physically, to help make it a little easier. Start, do it. No matter how itsy bitsy small, it's still forward movement. I've experienced that
by incorporating some caring practices
before the challenges, before the readying and
steadying can really help create a foundation of self love that supports me as I
step out into the world. I gain a certain
grace to rise above or through the obstacles
that get in my way. Any new challenge is an
opportunity to grow, and it can be a
beautiful experience of learning to handle the
difficulties with balance. There are some
things that can be helpful to feed and nourish ourselves with when we're about to tackle something
big or scary. It doesn't mean we don't push
through the hard things. We still take the
uncomfortable path, but we stretch ourselves with gentle kindness in the process. Here are a few ideas
of what I like to incorporate into
my readies and studies before getting started with something different
or challenging. I might follow specific
mindfulness practices. I write in my journal and
get real honest with myself. I do self care rituals that
prioritize well being. I find small pleasures
that bring comfort and joy. I set boundaries. I say no to non essentials. I write myself a letter, stating why I'm doing this. I creatively nourish my
body, mind, and soul. I write affirmations
to motivate my starts. I reflect on my energy levels, my drains, and refills. I spend time in nature to
balance and ground me. These are just a few
ideas to get you started, and you can think of some more that might be helpful
to you personally. And if you want to
go even deeper, you can log your steady starts. This is something that
I've liked to do, and this is how I've
challenged myself in this past year of
growing in confidence, and this also keeps me motivated
for the next challenges. You can decide how long
you'd like to do it. Maybe start with one week, and then you can do
one month or however long you wish to track and
log your steps of ready, steady, start into
these new challenges. Your project for this class will be to fill up
this worksheet. So here are a few questions that you can answer personally and honestly to help you
get started in this area. What's one of my
recent challenges? How do I want to or could
ready myself for it? What would it mean to myself? And how or what would Love
have me do to get started? So here's Part one, worksheet three A, and here would be the
worksheet three B. So this one is a way
to log your start. And you can print this out
as many times as you want, use it for as many
days as you want. So it's a simple challenge
to expand your confidence. So just like you heard in the
class in the little video, take the time to log
your little baby steps, to ready, steady start. As you start to walk on
the way, the way appears.
6. Curiosity: Curiosity open to wonder. Most of the time,
we might not feel very confident to
do certain things, we might be quick to express or think of why
we can't do them. We might mess up. We might fall. We aren't skilled
enough or good enough. And so we wait to feel ready,
motivated and confident. We wait to feel strong,
energetic, and inspired. But most of the time we fail
to realize that when we get started on the
doing those things that might either
excite us or frighten, that's when our
confidence grows. Actually, very often, it's
doing things alongside our excitements and worries that give us greatest
satisfaction. Instead of dwelling on
the parts that scare us, we can focus on the things that excite us that we're
eager to explore, that bring us joy to
discover the newness of it, that encourage us to
step out and try. That's what I call curiosity, that strong desire to know and to learn or
experience something. Curiosity is being
open to wonder. I wonder how I could switch out my cants into curiosities. Let's try it right now. Instead of I can't get out of bed early enough to
do some exercise, I say, I wonder if I could get up early enough
to see the sunrise today. Instead of, I can't keep
up with my house cleaning, I tell myself, I wonder how long it would take me just
to clean out this area. Or I'm curious to see how much I can get done in
the next 10 minutes. I find that one
small detail about the difficult thing that
actually excites me, and that turns up the
volume of curiosity for me. And little by little, I
notice myself flowing into all those things that used to
wear me out or frighten me. I'd like the quote from
Albert Einstein that says, I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious. Here's a playful way to get you started on your own
curiosity streak. Choose a name or a brand
to call yourself or to get you in the mood for your
next curiosity challenge. Instead of focusing
on the why you can't, you start to shape your
mindset to one of confidence, of strength, of courage, to help you find
solutions or to give you the reason you're curious
to give a go at something. This will help you move from
guilt for not doing it, or lingering on why it's hard for you and looks
easy for someone else into loading
yourself up with love by seeing and
imagining bigger than that. Focus on who you want to become is one step closer to
being that person. Here are a few names that
I've given myself at different occasions to help me get in the mood for a curiosity. A ready digger, a yarn to learn, a solution finder,
the ws to wonder. I'm crazy, curious. I'm a what if thriller,
a tinker try it. I'm a challenge activator. I am a possibility explorer. I am a curious queen. The future belongs
to the curious, the ones who are not
afraid to try it, explore it, poke at it, question it, and
turn it inside out. What most people call
confidence, courage, and intelligence may actually, most of the time, just boil
down to love or curiosity. What are you curious to try out? It doesn't take you
feeling confident. It just takes you
being curious to try. Here's your worksheet and little class project to
go with your curiosity, open to wonder class. So here, all you
have to do is just fill in the blanks with whatever comes to mind first as a way to inspire you with
new vocabulary, to expand your sense of wonder. So here's a little
personal discovery moment, and maybe it will open your eyes to see what you're
really curious about, what you'd like and
wish for and secretly dream for that you haven't taken the time to tell yourself. So take a quiet time and really enjoy
this little project. The you in the next class?
7. Courage: Courage wills to try. It takes courage to take
the uncomfortable steps. It takes courage to do the slowing down
and the listening. It takes courage to just be with whatever is
happening at the moment, the difficult, as well
as the wonderful. When we don't feel we have the confidence or the courage it takes to do something or
go somewhere, it's okay. At times, all we really need
is the willingness to try. So many things
change when we shift our mindset from
the I can't do it, or I won't be able to do it
to one of I'm willing to try. We cultivate our
inner courage by showing up and just being
willing to give a go at it. The willingness to try is like
planting seeds of courage. We nurture them with care and watch them blossom into
something beautiful. It takes courage to be yourself. We may not feel we have enough strength and
courage for the journey, but it's the journey
that makes us strong. The best protection any
woman can have is courage, and you only have to start
with the courage to try. Sometimes it takes us really
saying it like it is. Here are some courage
friendly examples to help encourage us to shift from the cants or
wants to the wills to try. I can't make. It
sounds too tricky. But I'm willing to follow recipe and see how it turns out. I won't change a
cart hire by myself. I've never done it before, but I'm willing to watch
a friend do it and learn. I can't learn a new language. It might be a struggle at first. But I'm willing to take classes
and practice every day. I won't be able to put together
this piece of furniture. It seems complicated, and the
instructions aren't clear. But I'm willing to
start figuring it out. I can't create a budget. I'm terrible at handling money, but I'm willing to install a budgeting app and start
tracking my expenses. I won't find time for
exercise in my busy schedule, but I'm willing to say no to something else and start
with a short walk. I can't clean this room. The mess feels overwhelming. But I'm willing to
spend 10 minutes picking things up and
see how far it goes. Give a go at the willingness to try and see
where it takes you. So, for number five for
this class project, you will fill up this worksheet. All about courage,
the wills to try. So you have here two columns. One here is to write some of
your counts or your wants, just like the examples
that I shared with you. And here this column is to get a different
perspective on it, to flip it around with the perspective of being
willing to give a try at it. And see where it takes you, see how it makes you feel, see how it shifts your
mindset a little. Then here on the bottom,
there's a little reminder. It says the best protection any woman can have is courage. You just have to start
with the courage to try. And this little box
here is a question. How does it feel for
you to have courage? So that one is just
an extra one for fun. That way you can
describe some of the feelings that you have
when you are courageous. Hope you enjoy the
little project and see you in the next class. Oh.
8. Checking in: Check in inner strength. A calm mind and an open heart to be willing to look
deep within ourselves, is what brings inner
strength and confidence. When we're stuck or run down, it's so nice to have someone
nearby to check in on us, to make sure we get the
care and nurturing we need. When we're low in confidence, it can feel the same way. We crave for that
someone nearby, that little cheerleader
voice leading us forward, to help remind us
that we can do it, even if it seems like all
the odds are against us. That someone, that little voice is always there right within us. But sometimes we
might not hear it. We don't stop long enough to be still and don't get
quiet enough to hear it. It can be very scary when we don't know exactly
where we're headed. Old dreams are rising, new desires are wooing, but our purpose seems blurry and our actions
so out of reach. Instead of clarity,
we may feel confused. But it's during those dark times that we can be our
little rays of sunshine. We have our own little
someone checking in on us or more so for us
to check in with. As we look within, we become more aware
of our inner worlds and can allow for a deep
nurturing care of our souls. Some call it mindfulness. Others call it awareness, consciousness,
observing, soul care. You can call it
anything you want. And I could look like
any of these practices, maybe a meditation,
a reflection, or a prayer, journaling, writing affirmations, asking ourselves
questions, gratefulness, taking a quiet time in nature, cuddling up with
a favorite book, looking up at the sky, just being in silence by ourselves. It's allowing this
to be our safe place where we can feel
loved, like we belong. No need to analyze it too much. We can just snug up
cozy and feel at home as we allow
confidence to brew inside, giving our little
hearts a check in moment to prepare
us for blossom. You have your own
treasure chest of wisdom. No one else knows where you've been or what
you've been through. No one else knows your
secret longings and dreams. You can be your own
best cheerleader, your best friend, your
best comfort and support. So give yourself this
time to check in. Allow this to be your
love gift for confidence. Hi again, and welcome to your class project
for number six. Here's your little
check in moment for that inner
strength and wisdom. Sometimes we just need a little help to get us
through the tough times, and here's a way to
look after yourself. Check in with love to courage
yourself into confidence. Remind yourself of
this inner wisdom whenever you need
a little refill. So here's a fun little
box. Checking in. What is your favorite
way to check in? What's your favorite place? And what's the favorite time
of the day to check in? Because, for me, I know
that when I've made it a routine in my life
and I do it daily, it really helps me
to do it faithfully. Knowing what is your
best prime time to do it is also key. Here, you can finish
the phrases again. So it's all about checking
in for that inner strength, for that confidence,
for that love and care and support that
your heart needs. My confidence is aligned with. When I quiver with fright, I, my kind of confidence comes. This is a wonderful way to shift your mind to
more confidence. Also as a way to check in. So just write whatever flows, whatever comes
first in your mind.
9. Certainty: Certainty, belief in yourself. Being certain is being sure of something with no
doubt or reservation. It means having a strong belief that something is
true or will happen, often based on evidence
or experience. We do what we believe we can do. There are many things in life that we won't be certain of, but it shouldn't keep us from focusing on the things
that we do know for sure. Being certain of who we are and what we love is a
great place to start. Oftentimes, a certainty
follows a doing, a movement, an action, or taking initiative
in a direction. When you start with believing in yourself, you're halfway there. So how can we work on
our belief system? How can we be certain
that we won't fail? How can we be sure that our confidence will get
us where we need to go? We can't know those
things for sure, but we can be certain
of one thing, that if we're willing
to step out and try and take chances to do
the uncomfortable thing, two things will happen. Either we'll fail, learn
something and grow in the process or we'll
succeed and be a winner. Certainty, conviction, and belief are so unique and
personal to each individual. So here are four questions
to ask yourself, to help you get more clarity
in this area of your life, to help you find strength
in your convictions. Where are you in
your life right now? Where did you want
to go or do or be? What will it take
to get you there? And why do you want it? And here are a few ways
that I've found that help to grow uncertainty
and self belief. One, done is better
than perfect. Don't let the worry of getting it exactly right hold you back. Take a leap and create
something good, even if it's not perfect yet. Completing any task big or tiny will show you what
you're capable of. Two, celebrate small wins without waiting for the huge
achievements to feel proud. Recognize and celebrate
your progress, no matter how small. This reinforces self esteem
and helps to build momentum. Three, step outside
your comfort zone, challenge yourself with
new experiences and tasks, to help give your confidence
a boost and a growth spurt. Four, focus on your
strengths and talents. Discover the things you're naturally good at and
build upon those. This helps you approach
future challenges with more clarity on
your capabilities. Five, reframe yourself doubt. Instead of seeing
it as weakness, view it as little nudges
to learn and grow. Challenge those
negative thoughts with reminders of what you've
already done and accomplished. You become unstoppable when
you discover your own worth. Hi again. Here is your
little project for class number seven on
certainty, belief in yourself. Here are a few
questions to fill up. So starting with some of these key questions will help you know how you can be certain, what you can be certain about. So where are you in
your life right now? Where do you want
to go or do or be? What will it take for
you to get there? And do you want it? These are the questions
taken from the course, and here they are for you to
personalize for yourself. And here in this little box, you get to write
yourself some loving as for building a positive
self belief mindset. So whether you write straight
from the heart or maybe you could copy something that you've read or
heard from someone else, whatever it takes for you to just believe in
yourself and know that you're a value and that you're
wy of confidence and love.
10. Connections: Connections, a supportive team. Behind every great woman
is another great woman. As you move into
more confidence, you will want to surround
yourself with like minded people who are also
growing and stepping forward, because this will help keep you encouraged and
motivated onwards. Create your own little
circle of those who listen and who understand
what you're growing. So you don't have to
feel you're at it alone. Surround yourself with those
who feel like sunshine, those who get you and who offer you helpful advice and support, to gently nude you, to reach further and deeper
into your own confidence. It can feel amazing to
nestle amongst those who allow for all of you and who
mirror back your sparkle. This is your chance
to step out towards your dreams and celebrate
together your winds. Staying close to
those special people whom you trust fosters a beautiful and safe environment where your strength
can flourish. Supportive connections
might look something like a hot cup of cocoa
on a winterly day, a place of comfort, harmony, and togetherness, reminding
you that you're not alone. A ray of sunshines, even in the midst
of your storms, a space to feel lifted up, not only with nice
words and cheers, but also with personal stories
of strength and growth, Threads woven together through shared experiences to
create a work of art, a bridge that unites hearts as one through understanding
and belonging, a path that
illuminates your life, an atmosphere of loving
care, tenderness, and protection for the precious things
in need of attention. A safety net, when your
climb seems steep and high, a home that provides support and security and nurturing environment
to bloom and flourish. Who are they? Those
special people in your circle of connections? These are special people in your life who accept all of you, yet who still gently
nud you to go further and deeper into
your own confidence. They are those whom
you feel energized with and not drained after
spending time together. There's a sincere and
heartfelt exchange of ideas, inspiration,
and support. They are those who get you, who share your journey, your joys, struggles, and all. These are those who get excited for you and celebrate with you, your big and little wins. You can be vulnerable with them. They are a safe place where you don't feel judgment or guilt. They inspire you to grow and evolve your favorite
version of yourself. It takes courage to decide who in your life
are your anchors. But take the time for that, make the time to
find out who they are and surround
yourself with them. And here's your
little project for this class on Conections,
a supportive team. Your work page here is all
about the whose in your life. Who do you want to
surround yourself with? Here you get to write the
names in each column of people you know that best
fit these descriptions. This is getting
really practical here down to the nitty gritties
because that's what works. And here are the
different columns with the different type of
people that you might know, because I think there
are different times in our lives when we
need different ones. Different friends,
different loved ones. Who can be there by our
side cheering us on. And here in this box, you get to answer the question. What does staying close to these people do for
your confidence? This part is very important
because it's the why. And this is what will keep you motivated to keep
those connections. Keep that supportive
team strong. Just as a reminder,
again, that quote, it takes courage to decide who in your life
are your anchors. So, use this as that
little reminder. You can keep it close
to you and look over it again when you want that
supportive team cheering you on.
11. Celebrate: Oh. Celebrate,
cheers and thanks. We focus so much time and energy on what we
didn't get done, what we didn't get right, what we didn't do enough of. This leaves us feeling helpless, weary, insecure, and powerless. It saps us of our confidence. But when we focus on what we
did do, what we got done, what we're proud of,
what we're content with, the things we can cele. This changes everything. All of a sudden, we are amazed
at what we accomplished. Getting started, you
might only think of a few small things to celebrate. But as you continue
and open yourself up to gratefulness for
your own well doing, you end up in awe seeing all
the things that you did. You can add in some
work related things, family related things, personal things,
nurturing and loving things as a way to honor your values and what's
important to you. The more we can cultivate
appreciation and gratitude, the better we'll feel
about ourselves, and the more we will
enjoy our lives. Here are a few ways you
can celebrate yourself. Give yourself credit for
something out of the ordinary or a tad uncomfortable
that you did today. List your accomplishments
from last week. Look at your calendar
for a refresher. Reflect on three
things that you did today that no one else
saw or knows about, that you can be proud of. Finish these phrases to
yourself as affirmations. I'm surprisingly good at. I'm so proud to have I appreciate that I've I'm
celebrating myself for. I deserve a special treat
of Chasing your dreams and overcoming hurdles should fill
you with immense pride and gratitude for who you are
becoming in the process, and for the inspiration
it brings to others. Don't wait until you reach your goal to be
proud of yourself. Be proud of yourself,
each step you take, and then you will reach your
goal. And not just that. On top of it, you will feel like you mattered
in the process, and that you
accomplish something truly exceptional and wonderful. And most of all,
it will feel good, and you will feel good about
yourself in the process. And for this class worksheet for your little class project. Here is your page to fill up with ten things that you are
most proud of in your life. So it can be somethings
from the past. It can be somethings
from the present. It can be family related things. It can be work related things. It can be some adventures
that you took, some ways that you stepped out and did that confident thing or times that you showed up
and were authentically you. And then here you
get to fill up, what could I appreciate and celebrate more about
myself or about my life? So, here are some
things that you are grateful for that
you are proud of. And then there's always a little step of action
to take with what would be something
that you could appreciate more or be
more grateful for, give more time to celebrate. And here, that mindset, putting that will to
action is, how do I do it? So again, getting
very practical. Just like your readies
and studies and starts, here would be your start.
How will you do it? How will you celebrate? You get to decide what are those special
things for you to do that will make you feel most happy and
proud and loved.
12. Continue: Continue habits and routines. You know, those
good things we mean to do that are
healthy and loving, like palates and stretches, drinking green juices or
taking some quiet time. Those habits and routines are important for
our well being, but also to help us to grow
and flourish in confidence. It takes putting those
healthy and loving steps of action on repeat
over and over again. Repeat the difficult thing. Repeat the loving thing. Repeat what we're
not good at yet. Repeat what we know
is good for us. Building new habits take
some grit and patience. But what if we could add in a sprinkle of joy and self love? That is the secret ingredient
to tackling these things, feeling like a confident queen? Start with a shift of mindset, by turning your weary and
boring routines around. Why not call them
some beautiful ways, like daily delights, joyful
rituals, happy habits, blissful practices,
cheerful chores, sunshine sessions,
pleasure patterns, delightful dailies,
nurturing needs, radiant routines, tasty treats, joy jams, bliss
drills, me moments. Here are a few ideas to make your good habits feel less like a chore and more like a spa
day for your awesome self. Maybe write a
motivational letter or create a video or audio, telling yourself why you want to start this habit or goal. Pair up this new habit with something that you're
already good at. Maybe some loving
affirmations to yourself while you
put on your makeup. Think of it as
something you want to do rather than something
you have to do. Sometimes all it takes is
just telling yourself, that you love it, and
that you want it, and that you get to do it. Create a joyful ritual
surrounding this new habit. Maybe journal in
a beautiful park, or at a cozy coffee shop. Break it up into simple, easy steps for yourself. Prepare and beautify the environment around
your new habit. Maybe light a candle or soak your feet while
you read and study. Take the time to acknowledge and notice a benefit you
can get out of it. Celebrate each small step, reward each small win. For example, 10 minutes of exercise equals one
piece of chocolate. Use a beautiful tracker or chart to keep you
motivated and inspired. Here are some key values
to help make it a little easier to continue to put
these things on repeat. Patience, waiting and learning
to trust the process. Grit, not giving up
when things get tough, finding the motivation to
keep going, Resilience, the ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges
and learn from them, tenacity, determined
and persistent, not letting obstacles stop you
from achieving your goals. Hope, hope is the feeling of expectation and desire
or positive outcome. Discipline, the
ability to control yourself and follow through
on your commitments, Perseverance,
staying committed to your goals and not
giving up easily. Here's your last worksheet, your last class project. And, Oh, boy, what a win. You can be so proud of
yourself that you made it this far because
that is growth. That is confidence.
And don't worry. You can always go back
to these worksheets. They'll be there for
you right beside you. I go back to mine all the time, a little check in points,
little reminders, most of all little motivators
to keep me going and remind me of what
I've learned and what I want to continue
to learn and grow in. This one, this is continue
routines on repeat. This is one of my favorite ones because that means
you've already built those routines and habits
for your confidence, for yourself, love and care. And all you need to do
is just put on repeat. It can sound easy, but I know it's not always easy. So again, to
personalize what we've learned in this class,
here you get to write, how would you name your boring and weary routines to help make the more
playful and attractive. So you could choose
one of the ones I've given as a suggestions or you
can come up with your own. Then the next time you have
your little habit or routine, you give it that name, and see how it'll
make you smile. Maybe somebody else to. And here are two little columns. What do you want to do? And how could you repeat it? Here again, putting
some action into it, putting some practical
steps into this class, really personalizing it for you. And then here, write a positive affirmation related
to each of these values. Some of the values
that we've just learned about reminded ourselves of that fit in with continuing
and putting on repeat. Just write yourself
a sweet little note, a positive affirmation
that will help. You in those areas. Just a little quote to end it, confidence takes putting those healthy and
loving habits of action on repeat
over and over again.
