About This Class

If you want to be at your best when singing and also not damaging your voice; you need to warm up your voice first, just like using any other muscle in your body. So the importance of doing vocal warm-ups before singing is quite obvious.

But there's a catch to it. Not every voice is the same.

For example, you might've been doing a vocal warm-up that other people liked it and it worked for them but it didn't work for you as it should be. And the reason is simple; you have a unique voice and unique problems in your voice.

So it's really hard to find vocal warm-ups that work for all kinds of singers with different sets of skills. One is a beginner and one is an advanced singer. One has specific vocal problems that the other one does not have at all.

So, I've tried my best to create a set of exercises that not only works quickly and effectively but also works for the majority of singers with different sets of skills and with different problems in their voices.

So use these vocal warm-ups before your singing and you will definitely experience more freedom, control, and confidence when you start to sing.

1. Introduction : Hi, If you want to be at your best when singing and also not damage your voice, you need to warm up your voice first, just like using any other muscle in your body. So the importance of vocal warm-ups before singing is quite obvious. But there's a catch to it. Not every voice is the same. For example, you might have been doing your vocal warm-up than other singers, liked and import for them, but didn't work for you as it should be. The reason is simple. You have a unique voice and unique problems in your voice. So it's really hard to find vocal warm-ups, that word for all kinds of seniors with different sets of skills. One is a beginner and one is an advancing here. One has a specific wool called problems that the other one does not have at all. So I've tried my best to create a set of exercises that not only works quickly and effectively, but also worked for the majority of singers with different sets of skills and with different problems in their voices. So use these vocal warm-ups before you're singing and you will definitely experienced more freedom, confidence, and control when you start to sink. 2. How To Use The Course: How do we use the scores? First, you should know that this course is more like a compliment to my other course, how to sing the ultimate vocal exercises. And all the exercises you're going to learn here are fully explained in bad course sewing. You need to watch that course first in order to go along with this one, I just tweet some of the exercises a bit to make them more suited for a quick warm-up. And I will explain all these changes in the next lecture. After you watch the next lecture and learn what the changes are and how we should do the exercises. You just need to consider how much time you have and choose whether the five-minutes vocal warm-up or the 10-minute one. I should also mention that for the exercises you get both demo files and MP3 files for both male and female voices. Now, you can start your practice with the demo files that have my voice as a demo just at the beginning of each exercise. And after some time that you get more comfortable doing the exercises, you should, instead of doing the exercises with the demo files, go and practice with the MP3 files that don't have any voice Demos. 3. How To Do The Exercises: The main two weeks I made to the exercises of this course compared to the course, how to sing the ultimate vocal exercises is that here the tempo of the exercises are a bit faster. The range of notes that each exercise covers are a bit limited and also the priority of the exercises has changed to better warms up the voice in the shortest time possible. We start with the monocytes, but instead of singing, It's like this. As we did before. We sing it with a five-note scale like this. Mom, mom, mom. It's really important to seeing each node separately like this. Mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, and not connect them together like this. Mama, mama, mama, mama, mama, mama, mom. Sing them separately. Mom, mom, mom, mom. Also, each node should have the same volume and same pressure. They should be really consistent. Mom, mom, mom and not like this. Mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm. After the mom exercise, we do the lip roll. Now after the liberal we do the hump. And don't forget to bring your tongue out to encourage more freedom in your voice. After the home exercise, we do the goo. After data staccato legato. At less than no exercise. None, none, none, none, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None, None. Now, one thing I really want you to pay attention to is your volume. You're just warming up your voice. You should have seen the exercises, for example, like this. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Keep your volume down so that you lead your voice warm-up slowly. None, none. None. None. No. Not like this. No, no, no, no, no, no. The volume down. None, none. None, none, none. None. The next thing you need to pay attention to whenever you're doing the exercises is that when your voice gets tired, it should stop and rest for some time and then move on. Have your own pace. You really don't have to rush it. Your goal is to warm up your voice so that you can sing better and not make it tires so that the singing even becomes harder. And the last thing I want you to know is that you don't have to push your voice if some part of an exercise is too high for you, either don't sing that part or if you can sing it with a, with a lighter and easier voice. For example, if you tend to seem like this, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Either don't sing it or sing it with a lighter voice like this. Now that you know what the exercises are about, you just need to know how much time you have to walk on your voice. And she was returned a five-minutes or to 10-minute vocal warm-up. 4. Vocal Warm Up 5Min Male: Mm mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm. I'm liberal. Hmm. Goo. Staccato legato. No. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No. 5. Vocal Warm Up 5Min Female : Mm mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm. Mm. Liberal. Hmm. Goo. Staccato legato. No. No. 6. Vocal Warm Up 10Min Male : Mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm. Liberal. Hmm. Goo. Staccato, legato. No. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No. Lip roll. 7. Vocal Warm Up 10Min Female : Mm mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm, mm. Liberal. Hmm.
