1. Introduction to AI Content Creation with ChatGPT: Welcome to this course on content creation
for small business. We all know how important
content creation he is. But in this time of
artificial intelligence, Google has got a clamping
down on automated content. So how do we utilize AI to create bringing content
that Google loves? Well, that's what we're going
to cover in this training. We're going to lock up at
Google guidelines related to artificial intelligence and look how we can craft our content. It actually bypasses
all of that. We're going to look
at how to be ethical when it comes to AI
created content. We're going to talk
about how to handle the misinformation out of the simple things that
we can actually do. To figure those things out, we're going to look at spammy
content, spammy headlines, spamming content in itself and understand what is right
and what is wrong. We're going to look at chat GPT plug-ins that
we can actually utilize to help us along the way with all
of these things. We're going to look at
your target audience, uninsured content
you're actually creating focuses on the who, how, and why, your
target audience, your content creation
process, and your purpose. This training is a game changer for any small
business looking to utilize the power of AI
content in the correct way. We're also going to have a great exercise at the
end that allows you to utilize all the skills you've learned and then put
it into practice. So let's get into this
2. What is E-E-A-T Compliance in AI Content?: This video, we're gonna
dive into E-E-A-T, which is experience, expertise, authority, liveness, and trust. And we're gonna
focus this E-E-A-T, which is so important
for Google. And we're going to focus it
on AI and how you can make your Ai E-E-A-T Compliance.
So let's get into it. So one of the things
that is massive in Google in Creating Content
is what they call E-E-A-T, which stands for experience, expertise, authority,
liveness, and trustworthiness. So what they're basically
doing is anytime that they're looking at
content that's created, your content that you
create is run through their algorithm and their
algorithm looks for E-E-A-T. Okay? So that's normally
with human written content. Okay, So how do we
actually make sure that our Ai written content is actually doing this?
And that's what we have. E-e-a-t-a-i. So let's run
through what this actually is. How you can actually turn and Ai Content into E-E-A-T-A-I. Okay, so that's what this
whole thing is about. So first experience, okay? So when it comes to experience, what you need to do is
you need to write or blog about what it is
that you actually know. If you've been running
a small business for like let's say ten years,
five or ten years. You have stories to tell. Tell them, Okay, you've
lessons that you've actually learned and you have tips
from your experience. So let's an example of this
would be a bakery owner. You know, potentially
a bakery owner has learned some amazing tips, true to years, how to bake
the perfect loaf of bread. Okay, so then you're going
to share that on your blog. You're going to share that
on your, on your website. Okay. That's going to show the
experience side of things, okay? How about expertise? Well, you know, it is necessary when you're
creating content that you want to
show the skills that you've acquired and
the knowledge also, this is related to the field
that you're actually in. Certain you do this by
sharing things like insights. You can also offer advice or what are the things
that really works well is explaining complex topics in an easy-to-understand way. Okay, So this really Google picks up on
all of these things, all of the bots that Google has, other search engines
they pick up on this. It's the, it's being able
to explain something complex as if you're
talking to a five-year-old. If you're able to do this, well, then that's picked up as well. Okay, so for an
example of this, like, let's say a small business
accountant might write a post explaining tax deductions for small businesses and
do this in a really, really simple way
because obviously it's a complex topic and a lot of
people have issues with it. So showing your expertise, you're able to actually
break that down and explain it in uneasy
to understand way. Or how about, how about
authority liveness before, before we go to expertise, okay? One of the things that you also might note here is with AI, you can actually say, let's, let's say you've got we talked
about this tax deductions. One, you could say to ChatGPT. A ChatGPT. Can you explain tasks, deductions for me in a very simple way or
in layman's terms, it's gonna do that for you. And then you can go
through and you can edit that content, okay? So authority liveness. So when you're creating your content, when you're building
your website, you want to build
a reputation as a reliable source
of information. This is super important, okay? So you only do this dough by regularly posting content,
okay, high-quality content. And also that other people
are talking about it. So you're sharing it out on social media, sharing
it on Twitter, on Facebook and people
are talking about it, people are linking back to it. People are writing about it. Okay, So that increases
your authority liveness. So an example of this would be potentially like, let's say, let's, we're thinking about
a local hardware store. And what they're basically doing is they're
actually creating DIY guides and sharing them out to the community about how to do different
things within the house. But potentially they
get picked up by the local newspaper or
the local online Gazette, let's call it, and they start to link back to the website. So what happens then is that shows to your authority
within the niche, within your local area. And Google love to see
these kinds of things. Or how about trust? What you need to be doing
is you need to not lie. You need to not be
as you want to make sure that your content
is honest and reliable. So you're transparent about anything that you're actually
doing in terms of the, let's talk about the
hardware store there. So if the hardware store
is kind of like promoting a hammer or talking about a
hammer during its guides, they could say, hey, look, if you purchase
one of these hammers, true AS will make a
small commission or we make a commission or
something along those lines, whatever it actually is. Okay. You're you're always
letting people know if you profit in some way from what it is that you're
actually talking about. Once you do that, you and dear to the
people a lot more. Okay, So this is really, really important, you
build their trust. Another way of doing
is it's actually making sure that your
website is secure. So especially if you're selling products or
services online. What I mean by secure as
you've probably seen it, There's a thing
called HTTPS, okay? That basically is the
security of a website. If you'd see HTTP, it means it's not secure. If you see HTTPS, it means it is secure. It's basically just a thing called a Security Socket Layer. And any website that is
to rank on Google needs to have this HTTPS, HTTP. If you try to go
to a website that has HTTP via Google
search results, you will come to a
warning that says this is a non trusted site, okay? So a way to actually
increase the trust of your website outside
of this HTTPS is to actually have a common
section on your website and communicate with your customers and
potential customers. So let's think about a small
business consultant, okay? They can disclose
their affiliations with services that they
potentially offer. You know, they can talk
about them, talk with them, and guide people
through the process of applying for them
in the comments, again, this has gone to, this has gotten to build
your trustworthiness. And just because you do it
with artificial intelligence, or just because you write when artificial intelligence
doesn't mean that you still can't do those extra things
to help Google's see that your E-E-A-T compliant
3. Creating People-First Content with AI: In this video, we're going
to talk about People First content because
this is super important, because it's not about creating content for the search engines. It's actually a bad
creating content for people like me and use so that when you come to the website or when a person
comes to your website, that they actually
feel your content, that it's for them. And that is actually what
they're looking for. Not just to gain
the search engine, to actually get to the top of
Google or Bing or whatever. So look, that's
what we're going to cover in this.
Let's get into it. Another thing that
you need to be, so, so terabyte is that when
you're creating content, you're creating
content for first, we call this
People-First Content. There is a massive thing within online business that
basically people are trying to game
the search engine. They're creating
content specifically for the search engine. While what that's
doing basically is lacking the ability to
communicate with people. Okay? So you need
to make sure that your content is useful
to your audience. It's easy to consume. So for an example, let's go back to the
bakery owner, kinda guy. He could run a blog post about the history
of bread making if they're audience is
interested in that topic, the thing is, you
know, your audience, are you creating content
that they're going to like or not? Again, you might want to actually show your
expertise in there as well. So let's say your
first-hand experience or like your in-depth
knowledge of a topic. For an example of
this kind of like a business consultant
could share a case study, something that they've
actually managed, and potentially even discuss strategies that
they've used as well. Also, you want to
think about what is the purpose of your content. Do you have a clear goal for the content that
you're actually creating in terms of a
whole home deco or blogger. Potentially they could aim to provide potentially
something like interior design inspiration
for, for small spaces. Again, what's that doing? You know what it's showing that there's a great purpose
to their content. They understand what
it is actually for. And also you want to make
sure that it's informative. You, are you providing
something of massive value for your reader? So if I'm thinking about it, you know what up what I always
love to see like I've got my favorite fitness bloggers and if I have any issues
related to an injury, I'm just going on there to the fitness bloggers
and finding out what they say about it to help make
a decision for me as well. And you can do this with
your content as well. And finally, what I
would just want to say is when you're
creating your content, I want you to read
through it, okay? I want you to actually
say to yourself, okay, are you satisfied with what
you've actually created? And we'll my reader
be satisfied. You want to make sure that
when a reader leaves or when they have finished
your piece of content, that they actually go, God, that was a great
piece of content. Now, also, there are
two terms that I want you to keep in your
head here as well, okay? I want you to think about
Burstiness and Perplexity. Okay? So when Ai rights content, you can tell that it's
Ai written content. Okay, you can actually
tell that the AI has written it After you've seen quite a few pieces of
content written by a, you can tell that they follow
certain patterns, okay? Now what they, what
they actually lack is what humans actually have. Humans have a thing
called Burstiness and Perplexity when they
actually write, let me give you some
examples of these. Okay? So imagine
like Burstiness, okay, So imagine that
you're popping popcorn. There's, you know, you
pop it into your pot, you put your oil in, you
put your your popcorn in, and then you close the lid down. Okay? And then after
a couple of moments, you're just going to get a pop. And then it's going to quiet and then it's going
to pop again. This is unpredictability. And that is what human language is actually
like. That's how we write. We have quiet moments and then
we have intense activity, okay, We have quiet moments
of GAN, intense activity. This is what is
actually Burstiness. Okay? So this is how humans
write that Ai don't have, because Ai basically
are a system that is put into place that does exactly what it is
now there are immense, but they still lack at this very moment the ability
to be or to have Burstiness. Okay, next up, we've got
what is called Perplexity. And perplexity is almost
like a measure of surprise. So imagine that you're
reading a book. And if the story is predictable, you can guess
what's gonna happen pretty much most of the time. That's when we would say that
perplexity is actually low. If the story kind of get unpredictable and starts
taken twists and turns, then we get surprised. This is when perplexity
is actually high. So when we're thinking
about language, this is how we have to
actually look at it. A low perplexity means that, you know, it's, it kinda
follows a similar pattern. A high Perplexity means that, you know, it's surprising. It's got lots of
twists and turns. And this is how humans are. So I just want you
to be very aware of those two key terms when it
comes to creating content.
4. What is People Last Content?: In the last video, we looked
at People-First Content. In this video, we're going to look at what
happens when you focus on People Last Content or search engine first Content. And we're gonna look at
the ramifications of Utilizing AI in this manner. So let's get into it. Now. Another issue that we see
is that people focus on the search engines
writing content for the actual search engines
don't do this, okay? So content should
be made primarily for people to attract visits
to the search engine. For example, you don't stuff, your blog posts or
your articles fall of keywords to the point
where it's unreadable. Potentially, you know, you're, you'll get people to your
website by doing it. But when they come there, they're just gonna
be like Jesus, I don't like this.
I'm outta here. Okay? So be very, very, very aware of that. Okay, so avoid mass production of low value content as well. Don't produce content
basically with hopes that stacks and stacks and stacks
of similar content that really gives
no value to one. It actually is with
just the hope of ranking in the search engines are getting a link
back from somewhere. You know, it's not really going to rank well, just don't do it. It's, there's, there's no
point in actually doing it. Okay? So you want to avoid
things like automation, like scraping of a blog content and then automatically creating it up on your own
websites as well. I'm not sure that
you would do it, but now you're in a
time of ChatGPT guys. You don't need to be doing
any of that stuff anymore. Just take the extra
little bit of time and utilize ChatGPT in
the correct way and you will create
great content. You also want to make
sure that you're not basically Robin other people's content and just stealing their ideas
and all of that. Okay, so that's not
going to help because already there are so many pieces of content on particular topics. Why didn't you try to
give kind of like giving unique perspective
gives us something that really means
something to you. If you can do that, you know, you're on point, you're
winning the game, okay? Always ask yourself, will
my reader be satisfied? Will they be happy? That's why it's so
super important to actually create content, read it, editors,
make it better. And you know, even if like
even if you've got a process that you put in place where you create the content on ALI, you read it and edited, and then you pass it
onto somebody else as a reader and editor as well. That's even before
you put it live. Okay, so People-First Content, not People Last Content?
5. Perplexity and Burstiness in ChatGPT Prompts: Ever heard of the terms
perplexity and Burstiness. You really want to pay attention
to this because this is how humans differ than
artificial intelligence. It's this perplexity of our language and the
Burstiness of how we actually write and also how
you can do this with a. So let's get into it. Now. I didn't want
to leave you without having an idea of how to turn your Ai Content into this Perplexity and
Burstiness ready content. Okay, So this is a prompt
that I found online. I can't remember where
I found it online. This isn't the same one. This is I've updated
it and added to it. But what it basically
is going to do is it's going to be able to
take your Ai Content. You're going to be able to then put this prompt into ChatGPT. Then you're going to paste
your own Content ID. And it's going to
actually create content that adds in Perplexity
and Burstiness, okay, now again, you're gonna
have to edit your content. This is always the way look at. One of the main things is just remember that
reading your content, don't take it for
what it actually is. Taken as the first draft and then actually go
through and edit it. So the prompt which you have access to is when it
comes to writing Content, two factors are crucial,
perplexity and Burstiness. Perplexity measures
the complexity of the test separately. Bursty, Burstiness
compares two variations of sentences humans tend to write with
greater Burstiness, for example, with some longer or more complex sentences
alongside shorter ones, Ai sentences tend
to be more uniform. Therefore, when writing
the following content, I'm going to ask you to create. I need you to have a good amount of Burstiness and Perplexity. Do you understand
on it's going to reply back. Yes, I understand. Then it's going to
say come I have your content or something
along those lines, okay? And then you paste
your content in. Alright, so there is a prompt that you can
utilize yourself. Let me know how it goes
6. Ethical AI Content Creation: No Gaming the System: We all love Ai Content. Yep, Ai Content is
super, super powerful, but with this power also, as a content creator
and business owner, it comes with great
responsibility. So we're going to look at
the ethical concerns of Creating Content with AI and
how you can overcome these. Okay, so let's get into it. So in this lesson, what
we're going to look at is the concept of not
Gaming the System. And what I mean
by this is Google basically discourages
practices that are meant to trick It's
algorithms and get your pages higher actually
in the search engines. Okay, So what people
tend to do is utilize artificial intelligence
and automation tools to basically create lots
of low-quality content. So as you can see here, like a low-quality
content machine. So if you're doing that, Google is very, very smart. The search engines are super, super smart and they've got so many really smart
developers as well that have built
their systems and constantly upgrading
and updating. And they catch on
to these practices. So while these might be
super, super quick practices, what you need to do is focus on quality instead
of low quality. So focus on high-quality. And even if it is Ai Content, Google are going to absolutely love what you're actually doing. You know, do use
Ai, do use ChatGPT. You know, I'd put, use it to enhance what it is that
you're actually doing. Enhance the user experience
of your content. You know, use it to
improve personalization. Automate routine tasks, generate insights from data that
you've actually collected. Don't use it to violate what Google basically are
saying either guidelines. And that basically is
low-quality content. Super crop automation, okay? And you know, just
posting, posting, posting content that isn't
going to help people when they're
searching for what it is that you're actually
trying to rank for. Another thing as well. Don't be keyword
stuffing as well, and don't use crappy
pieces of content to get rubbish back links back to your side as well because
this isn't gonna help. Okay, So No Gaming the System, no bad content
takedown on board. It's super, super,
super important
7. AI Content Creation Prompts: One of the key things with Creating Content
utilizing something like ChatGPT or claude on AI or Bard is understanding how to actually prompt it correctly. So that basically
means how to write the prompt that you
want to give DAI, actually get the best
content from it. So what we're going
to look at in this short video is
actually content Prompting. So let's get into it. So here are just some
prompts that you can use for what we
talked about earlier. What we talked about words like, how can you use AI?
For keyword research? You can generate a list of relevant keywords for the topic. Insert your topic and consider certain volume competition
and relevancy. Then editing. Could you please
proofread and edit this text for grammar
style and clarity? Here's the full
text, segmentation. Can you help me segment
this article into different small posts based on the subtopic being discussed. Here's the article,
article Creation. Can you create an informative, engaging article on
the topic of Lalla? Outline creation as you can see, and then analyze content. Can you analyze
this blog article? I'm provide me with insights of tone structure and key
points. Here's the article. Okay, so what I want
you to do is look, these are just simple
Prompts, okay? Now, the whole
aspect of Prompting, it's now grown a whole industry out of a cold
prompt engineering. This is something
that a topic that I would recommend
that you guys get familiar with if you're
interested more in learning how to develop the prompt and engineering and
get much better at it. Let me know in the
comments below. And potentially it's something that I might build
for you guys as well. But to start with, just start with simple Prompts. Okay, start with simple
Prompts and then ask yourself, hey, is that what I
wanted in return? Okay? And if it's not what
you wanted in return, ask yourself how you might
be able to change that prompt a little bit and
get what you're after. What I will say about
Prompting is this, don't get frustrated at the Ai. Try to see it from
its perspective and try to actually
ask yourself, right, Why hasn't given me that? I didn't want that. But what can I give it, you know, make it more
to what I'm looking for. You can ask it for ideas. You could even say, Hey, look, I want to ask a generative
AI how to actually do this. Could you give me
an idea of a prompt that I could use to
actually do this. Okay? So take your time
with these Prompts, Okay, go through them, try them out, test them out. Now, with this, as
you can do so much, this is just the
tip of the iceberg. So enjoy those
8. How to Use AI for Content Creation: This stage, you
already know that we love Ai Content and
you obviously do too. But let's learn how to
use it correctly so you can actually create
great Ai Content. That's what this
training is about. So let's get into it. So if you can't game the system which you produce
shouldn't be doing it, okay, There are acceptable ways
that you can utilize AI, that you can utilize ChatGPT. An example of this would be analyzing content.
I love that. Okay, so let's say that I have 1,000 comments or 1,000 reviews or something
along those lines. What I'm going to basically
do is I'm just going to paste it into ChatGPT. I'm going to ask ChatGPT the teeth to find
Me common themes, common issues, common things that are good
Come things that are bad, things that can be
proved on okay? You can ask all of
these kinds of things. So the more data that you
initially have, the better, because then you'll be able to personalize what it is that you're doing in a
much, much better way. Okay, So when I, when I do, when I use AI, I utilize it for things like
keyword research. So what I'll do is I'll just
kinda like go and I'll say, Hey, can you give me
keywords related to this? Can you give me long-tail
keywords related to this or I'll use it for editing. Let's say that I've
written a piece of content on and say, Hey, ChatGPT, can you make this a
little bit easier to read? Can you take out any of
the difficult things and fixed grammar and
punctuation and all of that. Another thing might be
that I'd use it to, let's say I've created
a really big piece of content and I want to segment that content into
multiple pieces. I'll just ask ChatGPT
to do exactly that. I'll say, hey, look, here's a 2000 word article,
3,000 word article. Can you segment this into
specific subtopics that will be great for Twitter or that will be great for
a Facebook post or will, that will be great for pinterest post and then
give me image ideas. Okay? So that kind of thing
can be used for ChatGPT, but also like the likes
of Article Creation. Look, Article Creation is, is obviously what
you guys are after. It's to be late. I wanted to create articles so I can just
start getting traffic in. Yeah, of course
you do. But again, as I've said in previous videos, get it to create the
articles and then edit them, and then update them and
ask them to do in new bit. So it's almost like
piecing together bits. Instead of just, you're just
taking one piece of content. You're basically taking lots and lots of different pieces and actually putting them together. What are the things
that I love to, to actually get it to do is create outlines for my content. So you know, what I'll do is I'll use a plugin
like web pilot. And I'll say, I'll get, I'll get a list of my
top five competitors. And I'll say to a
ChatGPT, Hey, web pilot, can you analyze
these five pieces of content here on these
websites and make me, make me an outline that
is 20% better than the average of these five. It'll go off and actually
do that as well. Okay? We can also get it
to analyze content like, you know, check whether what we're actually
doing is correct. Check that were factually
correct as well. And there are certain
plug-ins that we can check with that as well, which I'll show you
in a little bit. And you can also, thanks
to the new integration on ChatGPT in Gpt for you've got a thing
called code interpreter, which is absolutely brilliant. I've built coding
for my website. Super easy to
actually utilize BED, super easy to put onto
your website as well. Potentially I might
even make a training on how to do that as well. So if any of you are interested in that,
please let me know. There are two types of things
that we can use. A I94. In the next video,
I'm going to show you actually little codes are a little Prompts that
you can actually use to do these as well.
9. Creating Original Content with ChatGPT: Ala content is absolutely
also wanted to things about Ai Content is that certain times it can actually
lacks originality. So it's almost like it kind
of rehashing has wide, a lot of content related
to certain subjects. So you've gotta
be aware of this. In this video, we're going
to look at Originality and Ai together and
how we can do this. So let's get into us. Now. When you're creating
content using AI, you know, you gotta be smart
with it, okay, you've got to think, how can
I create original content? Has at somebody who is writing for people and for
the search engines. You know, you want to
make sure that it's as original as possible or at least some elements
of it is Original, okay? Because look, there, there are going to be certain
elements within your content that
aren't going to be original and we
understand that. But if you tell ChatGPT or one of your texts riders
to actually write it, don't just say write
me an article on, you know, you want to be
adding in your own data. I'm gonna go through
this a little bit later to help you with that. Okay, So we're developing
step on step here. So when we think of
original content, what I want you to think of, it refers to original
information, original ideas, and
original perspective. If you can put those
three things together, you're going to create
some element of uniqueness that hasn't
been found online before. And when you add those
elements of uniqueness, that's when you start to
increase your E-E-A-T. So be aware of this as well. So an example would
be, let's say, for a small business
blog or you can create content that draws
on your experience, draws on basically what
you've actually found out through the years
related to your topic.
10. Generating Content Ideas with AI: You know, sometimes
my brain just doesn't work like a troll blank. But with AI, it has helped me to overcome
base and it's going to help you overcome it to
Ai is a master stroke at idea generation and coming up or getting your
brain juices flowing. So what we're going
to look at in this video is we're
going to look at how to utilize AI for Content
or for idea generation. So it's pretty cool.
Let's get into it. So what types of content can you actually create Utilizing AI? No matter how you
actually create content, you've always got to have, as I said, in the
original content. So you've always got
to have your own unique elements when
it comes to this. Okay, so if we go back to the idea of the
small business blog or let's think stories. Alright, so what kind of
stories can we share? Okay, so let's say that we're
small businesses Baker, we could share stories about maybe a recipe for a
cake or maybe some insights. We could actually kind of like, potentially you
have found a way to raise bread in a certain way, or you found that a quantity of water to yeasts
works much better. Sharing these kinds of
things is, is massive. Now what you can do is you
can write notes on these. Take notes as you see like a notebook, write
notes on these. And then you can
just put your notes into ChatGPT and say, Hey, based on these, can
you come up with a step-by-step article
for me related to this. And what it's gonna
do is it's going to take the notes that
you already have, and then it's gonna be able to create a piece of
content for you. And it's the same as kind
of like expert tips. You can take tips that you have found or tips that
people have told you. And then basically you
can turn those pieces of, Are those tips into content. Okay, same with advice. Or how about certain things
that are happening within the within your local vicinity,
potentially storm time. Okay. And you want to build or let's say it's cold time and you want to bake
something that, you know, that insulates
the body against the cold potentially there's
a recipe that you can actually utilize, okay? And you know, this
is a great way to, while you're giving
away a recipe, you're also driving people
to your store as well. Because what you're
saying is based freshly everyday in my store, I'm most people are
going to love that. You tell them how to make it, but they're also not
going to want to go through the hassle of
you actually making it. And they're going to come
to your store and it's going to increase your business. Okay? You can also talk commentary about what
is actually going on. And some people love to
hear these things as well. Or how about customer stories? Customers, they,
sometimes they share things potentially it's
on your Facebook page. Potentially a few
people have shared things about good experiences
with your business, us ChatGPT to actually turn it into a nice
article for you. And again, this is just Content and it shows
your experience, your expertise,
your authoritative, and your trust
within your market. Content. Ideas are never-ending when it comes to what you
do as a small business, you just have to realize
that you can actually give this information
out and people are gonna be interested in it. And it's going to help
you build up your E-E-A-T
11. Prompting Techniques for AI Content Ideas: Prompting or prompt engineering, as everybody is calling it now, is a bit of an Art. Okay? So it's really about understanding what it is
that you want the AI to do. Once you understand exactly
what you want the AI to do, then they start to become a
lot easier I've creating. So in this video we're
going to look at The Art of actually creating Prompts.
Let's get into it. And if you wanted some
prompts to help with these, here are some prompts for the stories inside
is expert tips, advice, local
updates, commentary, customer stories,
and testimonials. So you have access
to these as well. And again, like I said with
the last lot of Prompts, just go through these
are start or Prompts. Okay? So I want you
to basically take these and adapt them based on the responses that
you're actually getting, okay, based on the data
I provided, insert data, can you generate a
compelling narrative story that illustrates
this information? Bull? Or how about
local updates? Given this set of local
data and recent events, insert that, can you
provide a summary of important updates relevant
to the resonance? Okay, luck. You've got it all here. You know, all you need to do
is actually take your notes, write them down, put stuff
like this into ChatGPT, and then see what it gives you. And then if you're
happy with it, well then you move forward and waited and you edit
it and you add images and you put it up onto your website if you're
not happy with it. But actually you say, Okay, what could have I
asked differently. So enjoy those Prompts there. We'll move on to the next part.
12. Fixing Misinformation in AI Content: In this video, we're
going to look at Misinformation in Ai Content
because this happens a lot. A lot of content that's actually created is going to bring out different bits of information that are
not actually correct. So we're gonna look
at that would in the context of Ai Content
and what it produces. So let's get into it. So I want you to be very
aware of Misinformation. So when you're actually
creating content, one of the reasons that your Ai Content might
get flagged and not rank well is because potentially
it's created content that is not correct. And this happens because Ai just hasn't
gotten to the level where it can naturally create
factually correct Content. Eventually this will happen, but at the moment it's not okay. So you have to be
very aware of this. Now, why does this happen? Well, Google and the
search engines they have what is called seed sites. Now, these seed sites are massively authoritative sites
within every single niche. And they take the
information from those, categorize it, understand it, and take it as the
understanding for that niche or category that you're
actually inside of. Okay, now, if you go and
create a piece of content that falls outside of this are massively goes against
what is actually said. Well then that's seen
as misinformation. That's seen as not true, related to Google's
understanding of what is actually going on
within your niche. Now, they could
have lots and lots of different seed sites, but no matter how many
they actually have, they have a world view of
what's going on in that niche. So if your content
drastically goes against it based on the fact that you
didn't edit your content, then you don't have an
issue with your ranking. So be very aware of it. It's super, super important to actually edit your content. I know who said it 1 million
times, but it really is. You gotta be editing
your content, okay, you gotta check it for facts to make sure that it's
factually correct. So we're gonna go into how to
do this in the next video.
13. Fact-Checking in AI Content Creation: Wouldn't it be brilliant if
there was a tool or a plug-in that was able to actually Fact Check your Ai Content Creation. Because we know that AI can create a lot of BS
quite a bit at a time. So wouldn't it be cool if
there was a tuner plugin? Well, there is histone. That's what we're going
to look at it this video. Okay, so let's get into it. So we've already talked
about Misinformation. Okay, So this is a big problem with AI and how do
we overcome this? Well, We gotta be Fact-Checking. So we've always
got to fact check information that we
share on our blogs. And we don't just take
the information as correct okay. From any source. So we got to ensure
that our sources are reliable when we're
actually doing this. So an example would be, I'm not saying you do this, but if you're writing a blog on, let's say health tips, you got to ensure that your that you're actually citing sources like
medical journals, research papers, or reputable health and
wellness websites. Because there are certain
there are certain types of websites that fit
within a thing called YM, YL, which is your
money, your life. So this is finance and health-related websites,
okay, and a few more. Anything that really relates to kind of like your
personal well-being. Now if you're writing
about this content and you're just saying
stuff willy-nilly, then you're, you're
gonna unknown, rank in the websites are rank in the search engines
and you could even be delisted from the
search engines for giving bad advice
or not true advice. Okay, so there is a tool, a plugin within ChatGPT for. This plugin is called
a Wolfram Alpha. So we want to come
over to ChatGPT here. And what we're basically gonna
do is we're just going to come to ChatGPT four.
We're gonna go to Plugins. And then we need to enter into what is called
the plugin store. You're gonna do is
you're going to search for Wolfram
in here, okay? You're going to install
it, as you can see, I've already got it installed. Now, when you want
to activate Wolfram, this is the Wolfram
signal or the logo. You're just going
to click on it to make sure that it's activated. And you're gonna give
this a prompt, okay, So you're gonna give Wolfram
and ChatGPT a prompt. Okay? This prompt is basically going to be, no
matter what you do, always finish your response would relevant information from Wolfram Alpha or Wolfram language never just
reply with texts alone. Do you understand?
Okay, that's fine. So now let's say that
there was a strange claim. Or suppose in fact, associated with a piece of content at ChatGPT
is actually given you. You got to just paste it in here and then you're just
going to press Enter. Okay, Here we go. Alright, so it's given us
some great information. Two tablespoons of sugar on average containing 95 calories, 24 g of carbohydrates. Here are some nutritional facts. Values are based
on a 2000 calorie. Please note that while sugar can be part of a balanced diet, it's important to limit it added sugars as they contribute to weight gain and
other health problems. The American Heart
Association recommends that women limit their intake of food, sugars,
etcetera, etcetera. Okay? So what is basically doing is it's giving you
information that you can take to see
whether that is factually correct in terms of
what you've actually done. And you just do it
as simple as that. Start with your little
prompt and then put something as
simple as that related to The fact is that your ChatGPT article
has actually given you. And that's as simple as
Fact-Checking is okay, we using Wolfram Alpha. Now sometimes it's
not gonna work. So try to change your
sentence around, okay? Try to actually change
how you say it. So like I hear it's
safe to data that okay. Or is this factually correct
data? So good luck with
14. The Importance of the Author Box in AI Content: Even if you are
creating Ai Content, Google and the search
engines want to see who that content is
actually created by. And this is where
utilising something like an Author Box at the bottom of your content or
at the top of your content, is going to help
Google's solidify or connect the Ai Content
with a real person. Okay, and this is
super, super important, so authorship within content. So we're going to look at that. We're going to look at briefly
how to actually create it. I'm going to give you an
example of mine as well. So it's very, very
important and if you haven't got an older Box
on your side, you need on. So let's get into it. Another element that you probably know a lot of
people overlook this, and that's actually having an Author Box and an
author byline underneath the content that you've
actually created or you've gotten your ChatGPT
to actually create. So when you're
actually doing this, like a lot of people are
gonna be utilizing WordPress. Wordpress have the
ability to add plugins. Now these plugins, there's
one called Author Box, which is super,
super simple to use. All you do is you add the
plugin into WordPress and then you add a little bit of
information about yourself. And look at, Here's
me. Look, I'm Karen. I'm when I'm not wandering
around Southeast Asia, you'll find me step behind my laptop doing online
business stuff. I love the freedom, the world of this digital
business, affordable. Come on in, okay, So to I am what I do and
why it's important, okay? So it's very, very simple and that's what
you need to have. So people need to know that
who is writing the content. Okay? So it's massively
overlooked by a lot of people, but it's so simple to add an air of expertise and trust
to your content. So add that in. Make sure you have your
Author Box in there. Make sure that people know exactly who the content
is coming from. Super, super important, and it's just going to get
more so important. So make sure that you
added in if you're utilizing something like
Squarespace, again, they'll have some kind of
plug-in or they'll have it automatically inserted
there for you as well. Okay, but find out what it is. Find out how to
implement the Author Box into your content and link it out to your
social media sites, okay, link it to your profiles. This is obviously
going to add an air of trust and authority
as well, okay? So make sure you
do that. You can even link it to
an email address, okay, So super, super important
15. Avoiding Spammy Practices in AI Content: Okay, So Ai Content you can
create like during a day. You could create enough content to actually make 50
blog posts, nearly. Alright, boss. You don't want to be creating just a rubbish amount of sperm. You want to spend your time
on the blog posts, soda, articles that you're
actually creating or whatever it is that
you're actually creating. You don't want to just be
taking content directly from the Ai and then just spamming it absolutely everywhere
because that adds no value. Okay? And we'd Ai, you've got to add value. It's one thing to just take a piece of content and
then Spammy it everywhere. It's another thing. I just dropped my sheets. It's
a good thing to actually, to actually create good, valuable content for your
readers or listeners. Okay, so that's
what we're going to focus on in this video.
Let's get into it. The next thing I want to
talk about is spam content, okay, So this is a
big one, alright? Now potentially you went
marketing online or you weren't trying to get traffic to your business back in the
day like 1015 years ago. But you used to be able to
spam the Internet slow. So you used to be able to, if you Content
follow keywords and the more keywords that
the search engine, so the higher up your
website would actually rank on some people still to this day utilize these
what would you call them, spammy ways of trying
to rank content. And what it basically
does is it just gives a bad user experience. Okay? Do you think about it? You read a piece of
content and next of all, you've got an unnaturally
placed keyword inserted into that content, you might say, Okay, that sounds a bit weird once you start to see it like within the next line or the few lines
after it you start to go, alright, this, I'm not enjoy, I'm not enjoying reading this. Then you might start to see at ten or 20 times down
throughout the content. It's just not a good
user experience, okay? There's also a Spammy Practices
and it's frowned upon, not even frowned upon is just
basically you will be D, indexed for your content
if you're actually utilizing these
different things. Okay, so an example, as you can see here,
like best homemade soup, if you were trying to rank for a keyword like best homemade soup, then what you're doing
is you're sticking in best homemade soup
into the image of the old texts
and the filename. But then you're also putting
it in the first sentence, maybe the third sentence, the sentence, the
seventh sentence. And then you're putting
it in the eighth, ninth, 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th. Okay. So basically what that's doing is that's just,
it's just spammy. It's just basically
trying to stuff your content with keywords that Google is actually
going to pick up on. So don't use that, don't stuff your keywords. Another practice that you might
have heard of is actually hiding keywords and
that's changing the color of the keywords
to a different color. So let's say that your
background is white. If you change the color of the text for your keywords
to a white color, what it's gonna do
is it's going to hide them visually on the page, but it's not going
to hide them from the bots that actually come to your page and can read code. And they'll also be able to pick up the color of
your background and also be able to pick
up the color of your texts code as well. So then know that that
is actually happening. Okay, so don't keyword stuff, don't hide keyword, but
do use permutations. Let's say that you have
best met homemade soup. You could say to Google, hey, Google gives me three
different permutations of how to use or how you
use best homemade soup. And what it will do is it will come up with different
permutations of it and you can happily
use them or also say, Okay, is there ways that I could utilize that
using synonyms? And then you go
and you could even go to Google and you can put in top homemade soup or top home soup or top home
broth or something like that. So what you're basically doing
then is you're utilizing relevant keywords and you can ask ChatGPT for these
things as well, but makes sure that
you're not actually doing it because it's not going to look well and it
doesn't read well. Bad user experience, bad
search engine experience, and you're just gonna
get penalized for it, okay, So spam content
is our big, big thing
16. Tackling Duplicate Content in AI Generation: Okay, In this video, what
we're going to look at is what is called
Duplicate Content. That basically means utilizing the same types of content from
another person's website, on your website without
any originality or without any bits of
experience added in there. But it also means utilizing the same type piece of content, text Julie and topically in your website to try
to garner or to try to almost fool the
search engines to push your website to the top of the search
engine for those keywords. Even if it's from another site and you grab it on your site, that has gotta be
Duplicate Content. Or if you have it on
your own site and then you try to duplicate
the pages on your site. Maybe just tiny little
bits of differences. This is Duplicate Content. Also, we're going to
look at this wedding, the eyes of Google and the search engines and
how it corresponds to Ai. So let's get into it. Another thing that
you want to be aware of is Duplicate Content, Okay, so what this basically
is is some people, even in this day and age, they'll find a piece of content that is
ranking really well. And they'll pretty much,
this still happens. I can't believe it.
They'll just copy that content and use
it on their websites. You're going to yourself, why would they might change
certain elements of it? Or they might use kinda like a tool to rewrite
the content in, change some words in whatever that content is still
Duplicate Content. Okay, that is still a
practice of trying to game the search engines to actually rank higher in the
search engines. Okay? So that's not
going to work guys. As we said before, you got to have your own
ideas, your own information, your own perspective
on things, okay, You can take use of content
that is ranking well and go through it and give
your own information in there. Give your own ideas, your own perspective on
that is not a bad idea. You can even link to that
article as a resource. You can talk about that article, but don't just duplicate it and think that you're actually
going to rank again, it's a Spammy practice and
it's not going to work well. You can ask ChatGPT utilizing
a plugin like web pilots, If they can pull the best ideas from there and then
add more ideas so you can take the best ideas
from that article and then you can actually add your
own ideas in there as well. And what you're doing
is you're just making better Content, more
useful content. So don't just the content. Another thing that is bad. So that's like this one
here, like website, a website be okay. So you
don't want to be doing that. You don't want to be grabbing other people's content or not adapting and changing and
updating it, etcetera. Okay. You don't also want to be getting a piece of content as
ranking well on your site. And then just kinda Duplicate
and that in your site, you don't want to be
doing that like so. You wanna make sure that
your content is unique. Like articles differ
from each other. There is so much that you
can discuss about a topic. Why would you even try to
replicate it all the time? Now there are certain
things that, you know, unfortunately, not even
fortunately, unfortunately, you're going to
Duplicate because this is just part
of your business, but you don't put
the same things together all of the time. Now, there is a
certain element of Duplicate Content That is okay. Like you have, like I think it's 20% Duplicate Content
on your site. That's okay. But if you've
got 50% or if you've got 100% Duplicate Content
on your site or 75% Duplicate Content
on your site, then basically you're
going to fall foul of the search algorithms, okay? Now, what you basically
can do is go to a website like site liner.com. Okay, so let's quickly
run the side liner. Then you're just
going to put it in. Let's say we put in a site called It's have a republic go. I'm what it's gonna do now
is it's just going to go and scan through
all of the pages. As you can see, it's super-fast. And what it's basically doing
is your pages. There we go. There is a site scan
of this website here. So e-commerce, ACM,
what are you going to basically notices that the Duplicate Content
is six per cent, common content is 13% and
unique content is 82%. So you want to be making
sure that you're not duplicating your content, okay? Super, super
important. If you are, make sure that you go through your content differentiated. If you find lots of pieces
of content that are, you can download the reports
here as well for free. So if you're finding lots of Duplicate
Content on their will, then go through and
change it, update it. Because what's basically
happening then is you're fighting against your own
content on your site. Okay? So Google's kind
of going alright, well this content is as
similar as this Content. Which one do I rank? Well, look, there's too much
confusion going on here, so I'm not going to rank them. Okay, So be aware of that. Alright, Duplicate Content is a big thing and it could be
killing all of your efforts.
17. Avoiding Misleading Headers in AI Content: Ai is a beast and we can create pretty
much anything texts, the texts truly and
graphic detail. So I'm videos are coming soon as well that we're
able to create what, uh, what are the things
that is a very, very powerful is its
ability to actually create extremely good headlines. Again, with the Misinformation and with all of these
different things, it has a tendency to kind of BS. Okay? So you've gotta be very aware of the types of
headlines that you're actually creating and realize that
factual inaccuracies are goods. There, click Basie. Alright, and they don't serve you
in the long run. We're going to look
at Misinformation in headlines here on how to
actually do them correctly. So let's get into it. Another thing that
you need to be aware of when you're creating
content Utilizing AI, it's misleading headlines, okay, this is a big thing online. Again, the search engines
are going to pick up on things that don't fit with their understanding
of their seed sites and their understanding of the niches that
you're actually in. So if a site basically says something like how to
make $5,000 today, that sets off the BS detectors. Okay, it sets off the
BS detectors in humans. Could you imagine what it does to artificial intelligence, to massive algorithms are
kinda like goes well, look at what the **** is this, alright, so be aware
of this shirt. Look, it's okay to create
clickable content, to be semi sensational board, to try to game the system by utilizing titles like how
to lose 20 pounds an hour. It's not going to swing
with your E-E-A-T. It's just going to sound
like you're a spammer. What we need to be
doing is we need to be using powerful headlines. Instead, we need to
understand the difference between a Spammy headline
and a clickable headlines. We can just go over to ChatGPT for what I'm basically just going to do is I'm
just going to put in, can you generate a list of ten
compelling headlines about an article about Wolfram Alpha that incorporate the keyword, that incorporate the
keyword Wolfram Alpha. And boom. So what we're
saying is we want compelling, click worthy headlines for an article about
Wolfram Alpha that incorporate the keyword
at the very start of Fact-Checking
with Wolfram Alpha, what it's basically done is
we've taken our main keyword, which would be Fact-Checking,
would WolframAlpha. We've had a new bid at
the end of Fact-Checking, would wolframalpha
unveiling the truth in the world of data? How to debunk myths
and real-time, the revolutionary tool
for truth seekers, that game changer in
debunking fake news. Okay, So they are
factually correct, but they utilize language in a way that is super compelling. Okay. So that is a cool little prompt for you
utilizing it to ensure that not only one is optimizing
for SEO in terms of having your keyword at the
very start of your headline. But it is also giving you that clickable and
compelling element that you need to have in
your content as well. So get into it.
18. Identifying Your Audience for AI Content: It's all well and good to
ask your AI or ChatGPT. You're barred your clothes, whatever it is to actually create a piece of
content for you. But what it's going to do, what are the correct contexts to your content is create just
a generic piece of content. So when we're actually
creating good content, that's going to pass
Google's E-E-A-T. We're going to need to
understand who our audience is. Okay. This is super important. Your audience is the
differentiator between Greg Content and
mediocre content. Okay, So this is what we're
going to look at here, is how to create
a great audience and then utilize that
within your generative AI. So let's get into it. One of the best ways
to be able to create content that is brilliant with ChatGPT is by giving ChatGPT or the generative AI that you're actually
utilizing contexts. Now, to start with, we need to know who
is our audience. The more we can understand
who our audience is, the easier it's going
to be to actually get ChatGPT the right Content
That actually is for them. Alright, so we need to
know their interests, their age, their locations,
their challenges. And you as a business, you as a small business owner, you need to know this. So if you haven't
already done it, you need to fill out your
demographic information, your psychographic information, and your behavioral information. So you will have this sheet
that you can access and I want you to go through and answer all of these
questions like age, what age group does your
target audience fall into? Gender? Is your product or service gender-specific
income level. What is the financial status? Occupation, what professions
do they mostly fall into. Now, sometimes you might not have all of
that information, but go out and find it. Okay. Go onto websites,
go onto Wikipedia. Go onto websites that basically have demographic
data on unrelated to go into Facebook library and look at what people are
actually interested in, then look at your
psychographic interests. Do you know what
are their hobbies, interests and activities,
and what you're doing here. When you do this, you're creating a
target persona. You're creating almost like textual visualization of
who you are targeting, who is your perfect customer. So when you have all that information,
just think about it. Like actually think
for a moment. If you fed ChatGPT all
of that information, how much more relevant do you think your pieces
of content are actually going to be once
ChatGPT goes and creates some, it's off the hook,
it's off the charts. I can't believe I
said off the hook. But like seriously, they
get this stuff done. It's PFK-1, it's insightful. It makes you feel like
you're making progress. So you're going to have these
sheets here attached to, and I want you to answer all of those questions To the
best of your ability. And the great thing is, once you have it created, the only thing you
need to do from then on his kind of like check it, check if it's still working with what you're actually doing, an update as you add more products and
services in update. Okay, so cool
19. Strategies To Create AI Content: In this video, what we're
going to look at is the how will you create
your Ai Content? Will you created like
as a blog post where he created as a review where
you created as a list of go, what kind of tone, what style, what platform are you
actually creating it for? Because if you think about it, if you're grading
it for Facebook, you're going to need
a different kind of post and you're going
to need for Twitter. If you're creating
it for Snapchat, you're going to need
a different type of posts down for Facebook or Twitter or for your blog post or whatever it actually is. So understanding these things before you actually start Art, Before you start asking
The AI to create it is going to help you create a much better piece of content. Much better piece of content is going to drive better engagement and more conversions into the action that
you want to take. So let's get into it. Next you want to think is
how will you create it like, what is the tone and style
that you actually want? But is it phone unexciting? Is it serious? Is it engaging quality? Is it What's that tone and
style that you're actually, that you want ChatGPT
to get across. Are you going to
create a blog post? So you're going to
create a review post. What is it? Okay,
Think about it for a moment because getting
these things down, understanding what
actually it is, you know, what platform
you're going to put it on. Because putting it on Facebook is gonna be
different than putting it on Twitter is gonna be
different than putting it on your website is gonna be different than
putting it in Google. Think about all of these things. Where are they going to go? You know, if it's
Twitter, you got to say, I think it's worth 288
characters now or something like that or potentially
lungs put it over the 5,000. I don't know, but I
always keep mine at, at a low number anyway, you've got to think, alright, how do I create
engaging or how do I get ChatGPT or my
generative AI to actually create something
engaging specifically for that target platform with
this demographic in mind. So think about it. All right, have you ever think, how will you create it? What are the things that
you want it created for?
20. Why Are You Creating Your Content?: You've all heard the saying that a life with purpose
is one worth living. I think that's the quote. If it's not, i'm,
I'm Robin about one. But it is also
true when it comes with Content, Ai
Content specifically, if you don't understand
why you're actually creating that piece of content, then it has the
ability to get out, drift off course, okay, to not give you what it is that you actually
really want from it. So we're going to
look at purpose related to content that
you're actually creating. It's a super-important topic. So let's get into it. And now what you want
to think about is, why Are You Creating
as Are You Creating it to inform people about a new
product or a new service? Are You Creating
it to entertain, to just kinda like make people happy with you as
a small business, as the service that
you actually provide? Is it something FUN
that you want to share? Or how about persuading them
to your way of thinking? Or potentially you, you even wanting a piece of
content that has gone to sell the products that you offer or to services
that you offer. Potentially you have a Black
Friday sale coming up. Potentially, it's the holidays or potentially the vacations, whatever it actually is. Why are you looking
to create it? The more that you
can understand this, the better it's going
to be for ChatGPT or your generative AI to
actually create it for you. Okay, so now you've
got your how, you're who and why?
21. Bringing All Content Together: Now you've been through the
grinder here with all of those lessons related to
creating great content. Now, what I'd recommend is
that you watch them all again, okay, and then bring your
content all together. And in this video we're gonna
be focusing on bringing all of your learnings and all
of your actions together. Because look, there's no point in knowing
this without utilizing it. And the time taken to utilize
each of the steps within this is gonna last so much longer than if you
just rush through us. Remember you have a
beautiful tool would Ai, no matter which one you use a using barred ChatGPT Claude, whichever it actually is, you have a beautiful tool. And now you have a tool set, a set of skills
that you're gonna be able to use that
tool in a better way. Okay, So in this video we're going to bring
it altogether. So let's get into this
because it's important. Now we bring it altogether. So we bring the who, how, and why together. Okay? You need to know this. This is the context
of your content. You already know all of the different steps
associated with it. No spamming, know
Duplicate Content, all that, No Robin
stuff, whatever. Now you need to understand
the context element. Okay? So if we were thinking about in the context of who
were actually targeting, let's say that we're writing an article that's for
young adults who are interested in starting
their own business potentially deaths
your target market. Okay, So why are we
actually creating this? You got to think about it. So you'd say to ChatGPT, look the Purpose, why, Why is this being created? The purpose is of the article is to provide a beginner's
guide to entrepreneurship. And it should inspire and provide practical
advice to our readers. Okay, great. So
we've got that done. We've got our h2 and
we've got our white. And now how about how, how should it be created? Well, because it's
something exciting for young adults getting into business, starting
in entrepreneurship. We want to make the
tone encouraging. We wanna make it informative, and it should be structured almost in a step-by-step format. Okay, so you
wouldn't say almost, you should say it should be structured in a
step-by-step format. And you're going to
want to give it an idea of sections that you
might like to include. So maybe sections
like please include key sections like
identifying a business idea, creating a business
plan, sourcing, funding, marketing
your business, okay, So all those three
things to who, the why and how that's given
great context to ChatGPT. So you might even put it
like this, okay, hi ChatGPT. I want you to create me a content outline for
the content title. And then you're going to put in starting your own business
as a young adult, something along those lines. And then you're going
to put who is a four. And then you're
gonna go, this is, this article is intended
for young adults who are interested in
starting their own business. Why is it being creative? So to provide a
beginner's guide to entrepreneurship,
it showed Inspire. I'm provide practical advice for our readers on how
should it be created? Well, it should be
encouraging and informative. It should be structured
in a step-by-step format. Please include key sections like identifying a business idea, creating a business plan, sourcing, funding, and
marketing your business. Boom, there you go. How much content, how much
context do you think that is? How much does ChatGPT
already know about you? Now if you want to add
even more in there, you can add in what you've done with your
demographic research. Here is our target audience. Okay? This is what we already know about our target audience. Please create the content
with this in mind. Then it's going to create a
piece of content that is so tailored towards you that
while you do have to edit it, you're going to be smiling at the understanding of it because it's going to speak
directly to your customers. That is what, that is
one of understanding how to utilize ChatGPT on generative AI in a correct way for Google is going to give you the ability to create great content that
Google actually loves. And doesn't D index or
not index very well.
22. Review Revise Your AI Content: Okay, So in the last video, what you actually did was you brought everything together. Now, that's super important. You spend time to actually
get to that part. Now, in this video, we're just going to talk
about reviewing and revising because you don't just put
all the content there. I've spent all that time doing it without actually
going over it. I'm looking at what it is
that you've actually created. Okay, so it's an important step. I used to work in publishing. And this reviewing and
revising step can really spot some issues that you
might have overlooked. Okay, So this is a good one
again, Let's get into it. Now. This is a point not spoken
about by lots of people. And this is very,
very important. What do you need to be
doing is you need to have a calendar setup to
review your content, especially if you're
releasing a lot of content. Because here's what we all know. Old news does get old, but here's what you
might not know. Old news can be updated
to be new news. Okay? So if you have pieces of content that are
related to old news, you can go in and
update that Content with the new information
about that news. And you can put something like updated on the 4th
of February 2024. And what this is
basically going to do is you will put a backup
onto social media. You're just basically
added new content. You've just like you
basically taken a piece of old content that you've
created and you've given it a new lease of life. And again, you can
put it into ChatGPT. You could say, Hey,
can you check this and see if there's any new
information associated with this, okay, and what ChatGPT, using some plug-in
like web pilots, you can basically
just get it to say, alright, well, this has
happened in the market. This has happened in the
market. This has happened in the market at all. You basically say is,
okay, that's wonderful. Can you update this piece
of content related to it? I'm makes sure that you put an updated date
in there as well. Okay. What is going
to do is it's going to update that
content for you. And then you're going to
update it on your website and you're going to resubmit
it back into Google, you would resubmit
it back into Google. You do not change the URL
structure at all, okay? Do not change the URL structure. If you have any issues with SEO. And in terms of
growing your content, utilizing SEO, the
structural elements of it. Well then you can check out
one of my other trainings on SEO as well. But don't update the
URL because that's where your piece of content has founded
virtual real estate. So do not change that. If you do happen to change, it always makes
sure that you put a thing called a
redirection in there, but utilized ChatGPT
to review and revise your content and always make sure that you're putting your update
data in there. Check every six months guys. Okay, so what I would recommend that you
actually do is just have a big old sheet with all
of your content in there. And you have your links to
your content and then you just go added on are posted on this. And then you have
update one and have a six-month window update to maybe have a
three-month window, whatever it actually is. Okay. But then what
you're doing is you're adhering to Google's content
freshness algorithm, which means that Google
loves fresh content. They love new content. You're giving it that by
updating your content as well. That doesn't mean
that you shouldn't be adding new content. It just means that
you need to utilize, be smart enough to utilize
your older content in a clever way that gets you
better ranking positions. Okay, So review and revise
23. Homework: Your AI Content Creation Project: So welcome to the training or welcome to the
end of the training. If you've already completed
all of the lessons in this, what you're gonna do is you're
gonna do your homework. You've already gone
through all of the steps, you've brought it all together, you've reviewed and
revised. I hope you have. You've got an exercise coming up over the next
couple of seconds, which is going to show
you all of the steps that you need to do to actually send me your updated content or send me the content that
you've actually created. Just follow along, make sure
you have it all in there. And what I gotta do is I'm
going to look at your content. I'm going to say, Okay, look whether that's
good weather all up. You could make some
improvements on that there. But look, do it. It's the action that you take now that's going to hold
the test of time and actually make you
better and rank in the search engines
with Ai Content. So let's get into this lesson. Not less than Holbrooke. The exercise that
we're going to be looking at throughout
this training. What I want you to
keep in mind as this. So we're gonna be Drafting a Blog Post for
your small business utilizing ChatGPT or
the generative AI that you actually use. Preferably ChatGPT forgoes,
okay, it's much better. It's only $20 a
month. Get into that. But before we actually
go and drafted, there are certain things that
we need to take onboard. Now we've gone through, or we will go through a
stack of lessons associated with what is correct for
Google in this time of AI. So we already know about E-E-A-T. We should
know a biodata who, how and why framework. Now if you haven't
gone through yet, you will see all
of these factors. Okay? So during this, we're going to look at
identifying your target audience, you know, deciding on your content
creation process and clarifying your purpose as well. These are all things
that you need to understand that you need to
do to get the out of ChatGPT. Because what it does is
it provides context. And context is king when
it comes to great creating great content for your
business utilizing ChatGPT. So once we've got
those elements down, we're going to use
ChatGPT to write your blog post with
these factors in mind. Now there's a lot of things
that I discussed during the training with Duplicate
Content, with spammy content. So you've gotta be very
aware of this, okay? Once you go through
your content, you're always going
to want to edit it. Editing is like is the key here. Okay? You are an editor when it comes to
ChatGPT now, alright, so you basically
utilize ChatGPT as your best friend
and your ability or what are your
business compatriot? Okay. I come from a publishing
background and I've worked as an editor
in chief and you need to basically
edit everything. It doesn't matter if it's
coming from a human or robot. That is because sometimes
things just don't sound well, or sometimes things
might kind of like stretch the truth
in a different way. And you've gotta be able
to spot those things. So it's super, super important. Now there are certain
things that we can use, some tools that we
can actually use to catch these things
for us as well. But human editing is key
here, guys, I love it. I think, I think everybody should learn how
to edit properly. So after you're done, I want you to ask yourself, is your content original? Is there some unique
perspective on your own ideas in there
are your own imagination. How about your perspective? I've you're given
something in there. Have you gotten ChatGPT
do create it in a certain way that feels
like it's written by you. Is it high-quality and helpful? Does it cater to my audience's
needs and interests? And use these questions to
actually refine your post. If it passes these tests,
will then submit it. Okay. I'm looking forward
to say, okay, Kiran
