1. Welcome to the SEO course: Hey guys, welcome to the course and happy and excited to see you here inside the training. We have gray cotton here for you. Before we start a one, just to give you one suggestion, I recommend you to watch the lecture, the lessons, and apply everything that you are learning. That's the most important thing because the content is here, the company is great. I structured the content in order, so I recommend you to watch the course in order. And lesson after lesson, you will have the chance to apply what you learn. And that's the most important thing. Put things into practice. You are watching the lesson, you are learning something new, if you said, okay, let's pause this and let me try these on my website. Let me, let me experiment with these new idea that I just learned in the course. That's the key element. If you do that, you will see results coming even before you finish the course, when you are at the middle of the course or maybe the second half of the course, you will see that you resolve your websites ranking higher. You are having more visitors on your website using these techniques that we're working here with you during this training. Remember that with that being said in the next lesson, we will start defining a CEO. And after that, one of the most important lessons I really liked that lesson is about the key, the ten most important things on SEO, the ten key elements for SEO on your website, on your business. Ready to start, I hope you are. Let's start with the course in the next lesson. 2. An introduction to SEO and why it’s important for your brand: In this video, we'll talk about what is SEO and why it's important for you. Let's look at the official definition here. You see all means search engine optimization. It's the practice of increasing the search engine rankings of your website on your webpage so that they appear higher in the search result. Bringing more traffic to your website organically, basically is optimizing your website so people can find it easily when they go to the search engines, they search for specific keywords you will show up first are in the first places, and you will have more business, more people coming to you organically without paying for ads. That's the official definition of SEO. Let's take a look on why this is important for you. Sco will help you to understand what people are searching for online. The answers they are seeking, the words they're using and the type of content they wish to consume. Knowing the answers to these questions will allow you to connect the people who are certain for online and the solutions you offer. Basically with SEO, you and I will learn together what your target audience is looking for. We will know the keywords. They are looking for, what answers they want, what products they are searching. And that will give you a chance to ideas, to create more content, to create new products, to serve your audience better, to serve your clients better. That's the goal. That's an advantage that we will have on SEO. And of course, ranking higher and optimizing your website will help you to avoid spending money on ads. The goal here is to optimize your website to a point where you capture these new, new clients, new audience organically on Google or other search engines. 3. Ten Crucial SEO ranking factors you need to know: Welcome to this video. Let's talk about the ten ranking factors that you need to know when we are talking about SEO. During the course, we will be talking in detail about each one of these. The first one is as secure and accessible website, it's important to have an HTTPS website as secure certificate installed. That's one of the first thing, the first ranking factors that Google looks when they are analyzing your website. The next one is the page speed. How fast is your website when somebody goes to your domain, how many seconds it takes to completely low the page, how is performing in mobile? Because they also analyze the mobile speed. Next, we have the mobile friendliness. We will check that for your website here in the course on these specific tool, we will see if your website is mobile friendly and if not, we will see what you can do to make sure it is from now on. The next one is the domain age URL. And domain authority will use a tool where you can just put your domain and the tool will analyze your domain authority. Also, we will learn and talk about some gray details, important information about this concept that you can keep in your mind. So every time you create content, you are optimizing your website more and more. Next, we have optimized content. Here is about keywords, how you can optimize your post, how you can optimize your pages on your website to make sure they contain the keywords that your target audience are searching on Google and in all the search engines. The next one is that technical SEO. Also in the course, we will use a free plugin that you can install on your WordPress website that will help you to put together the technical part of the SEO without you need to go to the programming or changing the code or anything like that, or with a few clicks, easy to do. The next factor that influence the ranking of your website is the user experience, and that's called the rank brain. Google uses an artificial intelligence system to rank the websites, to analyze the websites and the things that they look for in this specific artificial intelligence program is the click-through rate. That means when somebody goes to Google, they search for a phrase or for a keyword. The results come your pages there, that's good. They click on the link. And how many people are clicking on your link. That's a CLI, the click-through rate also they analyze the bounce rate. That means if somebody clicks on your link, they go to your page. How many people go back to the Google search results that is telling Google that they didn't find what they were looking for on your website. So that's the bounce rate that we want to keep it very low. We'll talk about that later on the course. The last one is how long people, how many homeless? Many minutes, how many hours? I don't know. Depending on the content you have, they spend on your website. That's a very important metric to, and all these together creates a ranking for your website on the Google Artificial Intelligent rank brain. The next one is links. When we talk about links, we talked about the backlinks, the inbound links, the outbound links, and the internal links you have on your pages, on your post. The next is social signals. Are you using social media? How your social media are helping with your SEO? Are they driving traffic to your website? Do you have your links? There? Are the working as a backlink for your website, all that is inside the social signals. And the last one is the real business information. If you have a formal business, is good to have the real business information on your page optimize in a way that Google can find it easily. We have an example here, I searched for a space x and you can search, you can do is test, go to Google and search for any company. You will see that the company information is here on the right side with all the betas of the company. And this is very important and you can also use this to get more traffic and rank better on the search engines. 4. What are keywords and why they are important?: Hey guys, Welcome to this video. Happy to see you here. Here we will talk about keywords. What are keywords and why they are important for you and for your business. This simple definition is that keywords are the words or the phrases that are used by your target audience, by your clients, people that may be interesting on your products or your service. These keywords are used by then when they go to any of the search engines and one to look for information. For example, let's say I have this course, the SCO course, that I want to optimize for SEO, I'd want to create a page and growing the rankings. What is the keyword that I need to look for when I ask this question, I need to think about my target audience and what is the word or the phrase that they will use on Google to find my content. That's the best way to put it. We don't need to go to difficult definitions here. You need to understand that keywords are only the worst and the phrases that people use on Google to find your products, your services, or to find what they are looking for right? Now. What, why this is important for you and for your business. Why you need to know the keywords that your target audience is using? Basically because that's the most important thing for SEO. The keyword is the base of the whole SEO system. We need to know exactly what are the keywords and phrases your audience is using to find content related with what you have to offer. If we know the keyword that your users that your clients are using to find your products, your content online. This is very powerful because we can use that to optimize your website and your social media on. Also, you can use that to attract more people to be discovered organically without paying for ads by millions of people that may be on your target out. So that's why keywords are very important for you. And I'll show you an example right now in this video, let's go to Google so we can have keywords that are only one word, or we can have keywords. Keyword phrases is the name, which are a combination of words that your user will use to find your products. So let's use an example here. Let's say you have a blog, you have a website where you teach people how to create, how to make a chocolate cake. For example, your keyword will be chocolate cake. We can come here and we can type checker flat cake recipe. That will be the phrase that your users will type on Google to find content that you are creating. Doesn't matter what your company does, doesn't matter what is your your topic, what is the niche that you working? In? All the cases, there are specific keywords that your customers are using to find content from you, from your company or from your competitors online. And we want to know, we need to know these keywords and we will use them efficiently applying the best strategies to make sure you rank higher using all these keywords. See you in the next video. 5. Using Google Keyword Planner: Welcome to this video here we will talk about one of the most powerful tools that are a 100% free and you can use to find the best keywords for your business with this tool, you can not only know how many people are searching for a specific keyword Every month, every day on Google. But you can also get inspire unless they're related keywords. And this is very important because you want, sometimes you have an idea of what your main keyword, but you don't, you don't have many keywords that are related with these tools that I will show you here in this video, you can find related keywords. So you can expand your SEO strategy. Not just ranking for one specific keyword, but ranking for the whole group of keywords that I related with your niche. To do that, we will use the Google Keyword Planner to find that the easiest way is to go to Google and search for Google Keyword Planner. And after the ad, the ad that we have here, the second option are the first option after the ad is the Google Ads.google.com to access these tools, the only requirement is that you create a Google Ads account. This is very important. These are great tool is a 100% free, but to use it, you need to create a Google Ads account. In order to create the goal Ads account, you need to enter your credit card. Doesn't mean that they will charge your credit card. They will charge the credit card only view create an ad on Google if you want to. Make Google ads to show in the results. But if not, you enter your credit card, you can use unlimited for free these tool, and I'll show you how. Here we are on ads.google.com. And we follow the Keyword Planner link here on Google. And I will click here and go to Keyword Planner. Excellent soap. And in here I already logged in with my account. That's why I see this right now. Let me hide this. And if you are in if you are not here for some reason, I can't give you different ways to access because sometimes Google changed the interface and it gets a little bit complicated to find the tool. What you need to do is go to Ads.google.com and you will be on this main page. And when you are here after you created your account, you can go to tools. In tools we have here. Let's see the Keyword Planner is here on planning. And you see the second option is Keyword Planner. Remember that google change these menu very often. So if you don't see the Keyword Planner here on the first column, just look around and you will find it for short. So click your planner. And now we have two options, discover new keywords, or get search volume and forecasts. You can use either of those. I recommend you to go with the first one, which is discover new keywords. Excellent, So now what do we need to do is enter the keyword here. It can be one word or it can be a phrase that is related with your business, with your topic. Remember that we need to enter here exactly what your future customer, what your target audience. We'll enter on the Google search when they are looking for keywords. Let's use again the example of the chocolate cake recipe I will use here. I will enter here chocolate cake. I'm below the keyword. You have the option to select the language. You have all the languages here, and also the country. So in this case, we are looking only two people that live in this specific location. You can change the location if you want. You can say that you want to search in the whole world or just, let's say I have a products in impart to this. So I can select only Brazil and portable and some small countries that speak Portuguese, which is different than selecting the whole world. You can customize this as U1. Let me cancel this. And also we have so far the keyword. You can add more keywords if you want. We will start with one, the language, the location, and you can also enter a domain, so you can search only inside that domain. This is a great way to spy on your competitors. If you have a competitor and you know their website, you can just enter here and see how many keywords and how they are working with a specific keywords for this case. But on this example, I will just leave it blank. I have only the keyword chocolate cake. That's our company. That's what we do here on this company. As an example, we have the English language and we will only look at results in the US search results. Now, you see that we have here on the left, on the center of the screen, we have the keywords by relevance. So this is the keyword we use, the chocolate cake here. The second column is how many people, how many searches we have monthly about these keywords. The competition we have, BC is the top page beat and the top page bit higher and lower rain range. This is only the amount that you will pay if you want to create a Google ad to show up in the Google results for this specific year. Let me give you an example here. If I go to Google here and I chuckle at cake, I searched for chocolate cake. Only. If you want to pay, do you want to create an ad and you want to show up in the first positions here of the Google result, you will pay this amount of money from $0.71 to $3.67. This is just an average and you see that change when you change the keyword. The most important thing for you here is these number is how many people are searching monthly or in this location, in this case, in this case only in the United States for these keywords, for the keyword chocolate cake. And they were really saying here, then from 100 thousand to 1 million people every month go to Google and type chocolate cake. And these are a great way also to see if you want to create a new product. You want to know if people are actually searching for that. You can come to the Google Keyword Planner as we are here. And you can see, let's say I want to create a recipe. I do recipes online for example, and I wanted to create a recipe may be on the chocolate cake. One option I see here then over that around 1 million people every month in the US are going to go and I are typing chocolate cake on the search box is a great opportunity because there is a demand for this specific topic. That's why you need to know. Also, we have below your keyword, we have the keyword ideas, and this is where things go really exciting because now google will find keywords that are related with the keyword that you just type here, but are also relevant for your topic that I related. And some people even that are looking, for example, for a chocolate cake, are also looking at also searching for all these other keywords. That's a great way to find new opportunities for your business. And also to find new keywords that you can use to rank your page is higher, your website higher to optimize all your content or thinking and using these specific keywords. On the keywords ideas we have German chocolate cake, we have are around 100 thousand people per month searching for that. Flourless chocolate cake, chocolate mac cake, and vegan chocolate cake. So this is also good if you, let say you are a vegan shop and you want to know if people really are looking for vegan chocolate cake. You see that we have in the United States only from ten to 100 thousand people every month searching for that, you have all the ds here. See how many keywords we have. The goal Keyword Planner is fantastic. It's the best way to inspire you and see, if you can expand and see other keywords. Discover new keywords that you can use to grow your business. Also in beta, we have heat on the right you see here refine the keywords. We can click on Expand All, and you can see more keyword ideas that could be related with what you tie, which I, chocolate cake. You see here, that they have a brand or brand they have flavor product. These are the main categories, diet, beverage and others. You can expand any of these. Let's go to flavor chocolate chips, white German chocolate. So you see specific keywords that are related with what you type here. But the most important thing is here on the center of the screen the keywords ideas. I hope you come here to the Google Keyword Planner. Create your account on ads.google.com. You will need to put your credit card. That's fine. You will be charged only if you create an ad on Google. You can use the keyword, the Google Keyword Planner, a 100% free, unlimited. You can search for all the keywords and use that to grow your business and to rank higher on to rank your website hire using the best SEO strategies. See you in the next video. 6. Performing optimized keyword research for SEO : Okay guys, In this video we'll talk about how you can perform super optimize keyword research for SEO, let's say you have a website, you have a business, and you want to make sure you are targeting the right keywords. You want to make sure that you are using the opportunity of reach more people with specific keywords. You will also discover new keywords with this tool, the window window now, which is the, the Google Keyword Planner. And I'll show you right now a case study. We will go ahead, jump into the tool and we will start doing keyword research so you know exactly how to do it. If you know how to do keyword research, you can jump to the next video and continue with the course. If you are still here with me, Let's start right now. Here we are on ads.google.com and we are right now inside the Keyword Planner. If you are not here, of course you can come to tools and settings. And under planning you have the Keyword Planner option. These guys is by far the absolute best solution that we have available right now in the market to do keyword research. Why? Because Google is the biggest, the biggest search engine in the warp, and they have data about all these keywords about all these searches, the people in your city, in your country, and all over the world. I are doing every single second here on Google.com. So people come here to Google to search for a specific, specific keywords and keyword phrases. And right now in this tool, we can access this information. We can know how many people are searching for a specific keywords. For example, how do we use these? These, we see here that we can discover new keywords. This is the first option and the second box is saying get search volume and forecasts. We're going right now to discover new keywords. And remember that these interface that you are seeing right now changes all the time. So probably if you are right now in the Keyword Planner, you are seeing a different interface, and that's totally fine. You can choose the options you have available right now the process is the same. Let's go right now to discover new keywords. Here, we have the option to start with keywords or a star with a website. So if you have a website, I can click here and I can just enter my URL. And Google will go to my website and it will search for the keywords that are relevant for this specific website. This is good if you have a comparator, let's say I have a competitor and I know his website. I can just come here and enter his website and Google will go to my competitors website, which is great for us. Scan the website, it identify what are the keywords that they are targeting on this website, how many people are searching for these keywords and how they are serving, how they are ranking for specific keywords, which is fantastic. So if you want to discover what to work in for your competitors, you can come here and take a look. But for now, let's start with keywords, which is the ECS and fastest way to do it. Let's say that we need to use an example here. So let's use an example that I have a website that I wanted to rank for SEO. And it's a website about in prayer. Intrapreneurs about companies, about working online is starting your online business or topics around that area. On my website I cover, let's say that I cover all these specific subjects so we can hear and we start brainstorming. We're gonna start with one keyword. Or if you know by the, by the fact that you have more than one keyword on your mind, you can put all the keywords here. You can keep adding the keywords before we do that. Below that we have the language. So you can choose the language where in which you can search and you have the location. So if I want to search only for English within the United States, I can choose this if my business work only in the United States. If my website is in English and I have students, which is true all over the world. We'd have students in over 200 countries. I can just remove the location here. Google will search worldwide all these keywords and these will resolve to meet. It is up to you to decide if you want to sort the data, the keywords within your city, your country, or all over the world, or you can choose different countries if you want to. So in my case, I'll ongoing worldwide, you see here or location in English. Now I can start adding my keywords. I can add here first, start business. I hit Enter, I can add a second keyword. For example, let's say entrepeneur. I can add a third key or if I want, let's say on line business, I will go with these three. For now. You can start with one or you're going to start with multiple. That's up to you. Excellent. I can also add a domain here to filter as a domain. So if I know that my main keywords are startup business, intrapreneur, an online business. For example, I have my website, I can add my website URL here, and Google will assert these keywords within my website. I am doing keyword research now. Right now, my goal, and your goal is to discover new keywords that maybe we don't know right now, but we don't have in our mind, but keywords that are related with what we have and people all over the world are certain for these keywords. We want to discover this keyword and started using. I will demonstrate that to you hitting this video. So let's click on Get Results to start seeing data. Excellent. You see here we have a spreadsheet with some results. Let me show 50 results, so we have more information to work with. We have the first column is the key words. These are the keywords that we just search that we enter manually here in the tool. We have the second colonies, how many searches are about this specific keywords every month, monthly searches. For this keyword, we have the three month changes, percentages, we have the competition. This is more, the other columns are more. If you wanted to create ads on Google, in YouTube that will be interested for you like the top beat or the top page bead, the higher and the lower range. This is all information that is relevant if you want to create ads. In this case, we're not, we're not growing at, for this example, we are just doing keyword research for SEO. You're going, you don't need to worry about this right now. The only columns we want to look here is the first one, which is the keyword itself. And how many searches are for each keywords. That's what we want. We see here that we enter, start a business and we have up to 1 million people every month going to Google and type in the phrase start business. So people go there and they type star business. Over 1 million people are doing that every month. This is great. We have an acute potential here. Entrepeneur, we have up to 10 million people go into every month and type in the war and entrepeneurs. So this is another keyword that is relevant to my business. And these examples, and I see that we have a good number of people searching for that. If I come here and I see that only maybe a 100 people or 1000 people are searching for these every month. This may be not made. This is maybe not a good keyword because it's too niche. Just a few number of people every month coming to Google and search for that. So we want a large volume of people searching for this specific keywords. Now, let's say I'm starting this website. I have these three main keywords in mind and I don't know of any other keywords, so I wanted to search for opportunities here. I want to discover new keywords. What do I do? I go down here and you see that we have the keywords, ideas in these aria and all these keywords below our specific keywords that people are going uncertain on Google every month. And I related with a keyword that I enter in the first place. So you see here startup, up to 10 million people are searching for a startup on Google every month. Maybe if I have an intrapreneur and online business website and I are not targeting the startup keyword. This is one clear example of how powerful DC skies, because right now I know that people all over the world, up to 10 million people every month are coming uncertain for a startup. So I can start staggering these specific keywords. Also a small business ideas up to 1 million people every month or certain. For this, maybe I can create an article on my website thinking on SEO about how you can have ideas a small business, because people are searching for a small business ideas, that's the phrase they are typing on Google search. If I have an article about that, I can put my article within the Facebook, Facebook, not the Google results, and I can attract more people to my website organically. That's the end goal of the SEO. Also online business ideas. This is another great phrase. Up to 100 k, 100 thousand people every month come to all and search for that. We have here intrapreneur, we have best business ideas. We have the startup commerce business. We have a startup ideas. This is another one that I can use up to 100 k people every month type of intrapreneurs. I can create an article about the type of intrepreneurship on my website. And we see that up to a 100 thousand people, every model searching for that. Another great opportunity for SEO. Let's look more women entrepeneur. We can do an article about that or a video about that. Great ideas here. Home business ideas are to a 100 thousand people every month searching for that. Online selling. Maybe I can do something like that because we are talking also about only in business here on this website, social entrepreneur, another great topic. You'll see that and capturing great keyword ideas here. Just from this first search, I can copy these keywords. I can paste that, I can use that on my search. I can perform new search about these keywords. So Google will provide more, are more and more data. So the best way to do this is just to select the ideas that you want. The keyword, yes, you can just copy this clicking here on Copy, you can open like a text node. Let's see here, open new document. I can just paste. You'll see that I have all the keywords that I selected here from the list here on these notepad. So right now, all the keywords are here. For me. This is keyword research. This is the easiest way to discover new subjects that you can create topic in new keywords that you can use for SEO, I hope you can hear and you perform. The search is powerful and this is, as I told you, is the best that we have so far to perform these kind of research. Because we are talking about Google here and goal is the biggest assert ending in a war. Please come here to the gold queue or ideas. Perform your ideas, just use one keyword if you are not sure on how to do on the keywords you are using, copy at least 102050 keyword ideas that you can start using for your SEO. And with that, you have everything you need to continue here in the course. See you in the next video. 7. Let the sample page, for example, I will click on Edit so you can open any page that you have or even poles. So if you go to posts and you have content there, you can open any posts and we'll do the editing with the Yoast SEO. You see here, this is the page is a sample page. Excellent. Below the content of the page, you can see the Yoast SEO area here with all these information and you need to fill this information right now, as I'll show you that, the thing is that we need to tell you all about your content here we are talking about these pages, about these posts. The second one is the analysis. And this is one of the most important thing that you need to look here in order to optimize your page for SEO. You can hear and you see all the problems that the Yoast SEO plug-in found on your article. And you need to read, I recommended to read, click on these links and take a look on what's this suggestion? I implement this suggestion on your website. For example, let's see here the text length. They say that the texts contains a 154 words. This is far below the recommended minimum of 300 works in words in order to rank higher. So they are saying us that we need to add at least 300 words here to make sure I have the minimum length on the text to qualify. To say to all, hey, this is a great article, disagreed page. You are as an expert showing up in these other websites. And also they usually put links to your website so you are building backlinks that way. That's one option. Another option which is very popular is growing right now is podcasting. So you can start a podcast yourself about your products, about your service, about your industry. And the good thing is that if you have a podcast, you have the link, the URL of your website, you have the chance to add that on Spotify, which is a huge website and will be pointing to yours that count as a backlink, which is great. Also, you can be guessed in podcast episodes, Let's say you don't, you don't have a podcast or you don't want to start one. Let's use again the example of the chocolate cake and an exponent chocolate cake. I can search on, on the podcast directory for podcasts about food, about suites, about chocolate cake, maybe an absolute expert. So I can contact these podcasts creator and I can say, Hey, if you want, I can be a guest on your podcasts. They will say Yes, we will do an episode together. And they usually could put your link. They could insert your link not only on Spotify but also on their website when they create the nodes for the episodes and content like that. So that's another idea to create your podcasts or B, I guess in one, in people's other companies, podcasts, also, any type of collaboration, think, I think right now, what are the types of collaborations that you could do for your business? Probably you are doing some collaborations. Maybe you can ask these people to put your link on their website. Maybe you can add some content there and they will point to you, these are more and more backlinks. I'll also, you can contact the bid website like business insiders, Forbes, or any big website that is related with your industry and offer to create content for them. Usually they are open to that because that's the business model of some of these websites. And you can serve their audience and they will put a link back to you. And you can also get new clients, which is fantastic. These are some ideas now I want you to stop and think about you, your case, your topic, the business that you have, how you could create more backlinks to your website. See you in the next video. 16. The importance of video: In this lecture, we will talk about the importance of video on your marketing. The first advantage of using video is that video boost your conversions and sales. The best way to sell a product, the best way to increase the desire for your products on your customers heart is by using video. Video is very powerful. We capture more than one sense when we're using video, we have movement, we have music. Do you have demonstration of your products is the best selling tool that you will find. And lots of companies are using video today on their marketing because of that. That's the first advantage. The second one is that video build trust. If you want to, the customer to trust you. If you want to show your company's show the backstage, show your products, your services, how they work. You can train the customers on how to use your products in why the products are important. Video is a great tool, is the best tool we have today to build trust with your out in width your customers. The next one is that Google love videos. Google is honor of YouTube. As you probably know. Youtube. Youtube is the second biggest search engine in the world. We are talking here about SEO, how you can improve your website, how you can rank better on Google and other search engines. But remember that the second biggest search engine in the world is YouTube. And YouTube works only with video. So that's why I always tell my clients that if you want to invest in digital marketing, the first thing you need to do is start investing on video. Start creating videos, started using video as your marketing strategy. Very important also, when you have videos on YouTube or in other platforms. When people go to Google, we're talking about SEO, hear people go to Google and search for keywords. Most of the times the first results are videos from YouTube showing the answers that these people are looking for. Google love videos, the more videos you have on your website, on your YouTube channel, and you use that for SEO, the better. The next one is that video marketing. You can explain things easily. You can explain anything with video that works if you have a product or a service that require explanation, video is the best tool you have because on a video and a one-minute video, two-minute video, you can do a great editing and you can show your future customers how to use your product or why your company, why you your products, your services are the best for what they are looking for. Videos can explain almost everything. Median court also social shares. If you have videos on YouTube or on any social media. And that links with the last point here, which is videos are perfect for social media. Because the consumption of video and social media is higher than anything that we are seeing lately. People on social media or watching videos, especially on YouTube, on Instagram. So think about that. Think about the importance of video and think about how you can start using video on your marketing. 17. 5.3 Optimizing SEO for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter: Optimizing Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for SEO. This is a great topic, is very important that you do it because these social networks are also driving traffic to your website and it's a great channel. What millions and billions of users were probably your target audience also leave. You want to attract these people ranking higher and driving these new customers to your website, to your social networks. How do we optimize Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for a CEO, here we have a slide. This is great because also when people go to Google and they search for specific keys, Google may suggest on the result, your social network, so that's more traffic for your networks and for your website. Also I mentioned here that is important when possible to add the link to your website. This is very important dice we talked about backlinks about links pointing to your website. The more links we have pointing to your website, especially from big sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, the better. That's, that's simple, but it's the true. And is this influence a lot in the results we have with SEO? The second is here to post regular social media updates. Your account are always active on these posts that you create, of course, is not just promotional. Sometimes you deliver education to these customers. You deliver value, not only asking for the sale. And when you deliver value, you can drive people from these social networks to your website. Let's say you have an article about something that they are looking for on your website, you post that on social media on these channels, and you drive people from these channels to your website. Very important. The next point is to improve your posts with catchy titles and attractive image. Very important to remember the specific keyword that your target audience is looking for. Think about these keywords and use that on your title, not only on your videos as we did with YouTube, but also on the posts that you create on social media, on Facebook and Instagram, and also on Twitter, use this keyword. Use images that are captivating, that call the attention of your customer. And this will help you to perform better and drive more traffic to your website. The next point is to ask people to share for more amplification. So when people share your content and we have another point which is related with these. More people will have access to your content, to your website, to your articles, your posts, and that's fantastic. The more people than that share your social media posts, the better and the good thing is that social media are very friendly. We have billions of users in these channels and they know how to share things. So it's important that you ask people to share your content. Sometimes we forget to ask. We say, okay, I don't want to be pushy, I don't want to ask them to share. They will share if they like it. That's a good way to think, but it's not the right way for marketing. It's important that you give call to actions to your audience, asking them to share, please, if you like this, share with your friends, share with your family, share with your colleagues, with other companies that will help you to reach more people and grow on SEO. The next point is to use hashtags, which one is appropriate? This is very powerful, especially on Instagram, because Instagram have a way to search for content using hashtags. I can go to the instrument app right now you can go to, and you can search for any hashtags and people are used to use hashtags on Instagram is one of the main pillars of these social media platform. Billions of people every day using hashtag to search for content. If you use your keywords on the hashtags or and also other words that are related with the content you are posting if you have the chance to grow because on SEO, because people will start that on Instagram and it will show up, your content will show in the relevant searches and reaching new people that don't know about your business, about your products, your services. So they will start discovering you organically without paying for ads. That's fantastic. The last one is to make your content easy to share. Sometimes we on social media or we create ec2 share. But when we are talking about your website, you have an article on your website. How do they share that? You can add social media buttons to your website, to your posts, to your homepage. Every time somebody's reading, that doesn't matter if they came from social media or they went directly to your website. They can share that in any of these social media with the social media buttons. And you will see that they are free plugins that you can just install and add these very quickly and easily. This is how we optimize SEO for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. What is that and why this is important. Scaling your posts is you will use a software where you can pre-program all your posts for Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram for any social media that you use. And why this is important. It's important because it's the best way to be consistent and to work, to do a batch work. So you sit down for an hour, a week or something like that, and you prepare all the posts for the week or for the month. And after that, you forget about it. It will automatically for you. You may be asking, Okay, Diego, but how is this related with SEO? This is related with a CEO because the strategy that we are doing here is we are posting on social media, pointing people to your website. That means that more people will visit your website, more people will discover the website. You will, you will have backlinks on these social media posts pointing to your website, to your article, so the content you create. And that's very powerful for SEO. Also, another thing that I really love and customers love all over the world is to be consistent. The best way to create a base of fans on any social media or people that are waiting for your content, that are looking forward with the new article that you are launching, the new video that you are posting is to be consistent. I recommend you to post at least two times a week in all the social medias. If we are talking about YouTube, I know that making two videos a week is maybe a little bit too much. So if we're talking about YouTube, my suggestion will be at least one video a week if we're talking about all the other social medias, two posts per week will be ideal. Of course, you can post everyday, and I recommend you to point these, these people to your website on every pose if possible. So you create articles on your website and you just post it on social media. And you will say Diego, but how will I create that many articles? So this is a technique that I use. I recommend my clients. I asked them, instead of going to Facebook and type their post saying, Hey, today, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And this is the link. Instead of doing that on Facebook, do that on your website as a page as opposed, create a post on your website. Grab the link of the post and post that, publish that on your own, Facebook, on your social networks. So by doing that, you are sending people back to your website and that's very powerful. The best way to schedule posts is not on the social media itself because you can go right now to Facebook and scheduled posts for your Facebook page. That's totally fine. But you can go to all these social networks and scaled by, one by one, and that takes forever. So the tool that I use and I recommend you to check it if you want. It's called Buffer.com. You can see it on the screen right now. Buffer.com, this is a great tool and here you can schedule posts and you can distribute this pose to any social media that you want. So instead of going to Facebook to Twitter onto Instagram, you can just pose here once on Buffer.com. And buffer will distribute that on all these social networks. So this is the best way to do it. Also, you can schedule I usually what I do is I sit down once a month for an hour or two and I create a content for the whole month. So that is the date. Let's say it's the first Monday of the month. I sit down and I create all the content after that, I forget about it. I just worry about content just the next in the next month. So this is the best tool will save you time, will help your website to get lots of new visits. People will share what you are, what you are posting. And this will help you also with SEO, generating more engagement on your website, more tiny that people are spending their reading what you are creating. That's very powerful. Also, one thing that I will absolutely love is that you can also sell products directly on your Google My Business account, and we will learn how to do that here step-by-step. Let me show you an example here I searched for paradise parallels, for example, this is a florist on Coral Springs, Florida. So if I come here to their profile, I see the reviews. Everything is great, wonderful. And I can see at the bottom here they have products, so I see flowers here that I can purchase right here on their website or on their website, on Google's website, which is fantastic. So only the people, only the businesses that are Flores, the half the keywords that are relevant to the keyword that this guy is typing. The second one is distance from the client's location, your business distance around. The third one is the digital assets. What are the digital assets? These assets are the things that you have online your online presence. Do you have a website? How is your website or rank? What is the Google a quality score of your website? You do have presence on social media. Do you have a YouTube channel which is Google's company to what we'll notice everything that happens on YouTube because they own YouTube. Do you have a YouTube channel? How many subscribers, how active are you are there? They analyze your digital assets and that's another factor that will influence in the rankings. Also the reviews of course, goes here on the digital assets category. So if you have good reviews on Google, My Business and we will talk in details about reviews. I'll share the best strategy for you to get five-star reviews for most of your clients. And this is the terawatt. Every time somebody said something on Google, Google will analyze first the keyword or the phrase they are tapping, is this relevant to the business that we will show here on the homepage? Second, what is the distance from all these business that they are relevant? They have the keyword, they are Flores, they are coffee shop, they are restaurants which the clients are looking for. How far and are these business from the client's location? This is the second factor. The third factor is the digital assets. What business have better quality of digital assets is the third one. So keep that in mind. This is very important. Now, another we know this, we will start optimizing your business, optimizing your business name, your address, hours of working, and everything that is related with your business and with your Google, My Business listing to make sure what do we want here, guys, is to make sure that you rank higher, but your customers, when they see you are listening. They loved the pictures. You see the photos, they see the videos that are the reviews they see and they click, they call you, they book with you and they buy your products and services. Optimizing your Business information: Let's optimize your website information also you how to do that here in this video, and how you can change any information on how you can update any information here on your listing of Google, My Business. It has only four star reviews, but this way we like it that the environment there is good. And this is their Google, My Business listing. This is what they see, what I see as a client when I come here to go and I searched for this restaurant information, I see the photos, I see the name of the restaurant. I see their website directions, I can call it and I can reserve a table there, address hours of service, all these informations, their reviews, everything about this restaurant is here. How do they if they let's say I manage this listing, this Google, My Business listing, I want to update that. How do we do that? We can hear to business.google.com and all you can come, of course, to your Google Apps in here, when you log in and you click on the apps, and here is Google, My Business. If you don't see it here, you can look around in the list and you will find it. So click on that. Your business will open here something like this. This is the interface, this change very frequently. If for you is a little bit different, that's normal. You will still find the same options on showing you here. So here on the left menu, as we saw, we have all the options to customize and the one that we're using right now you or me hitting this lesson is info. So if I click on infant, you see that here we have all the information about your listing here on Google, My Business I have the business name. I can change that. Remember that when we create it, this this listing, we said that we need to use the legal name of your business to have better chances to be approved by Google. Now let's say we wanted to change that. So Diego's bakeries, my company, I want to change that so I can come here to the pencil to edit. And I can just make a change here because bakery 102, for example, let's say that's the name of my business I can apply, and this will change the name. Remember that every time we edit anything here on Google, My Business, we have review process. So you see here the button says, edits may be reviewed. It can take up to three days before your edits are visible, are visible on Google Search, Google Maps, and Google services. So that's normal. They take up to three days, but it's usually faster than that. I will cancel this for now. Here we can also change, we can update the category and this is a big one. This is important. You see, the category I choose for this one is bakery. Why? Because it's a baker is Diego's baker. But depending of the category you have, you will, your menu here on the left will change. If I choose a different category may be I won't have bookings or maybe I won't have products and services. If I choose a restaurant or something that requires booking and requires food delivery, you see here food ordering. It will have this option. If your menu is different is because if you don't have a category available here, the menu is probably because your, your main category of the business is not qualified for that option. If I click here, I can edit this category at anytime. Also this is important. I can add extra category, additional categories. I come here and I click on Add Another category. Let's say we want restaurants. Restaurant. And click Apply. Now, let's see. I will have two categories. I have the bakery and the restaurant category, and this is under review. And that's why we talked about every time we made a change, Google will have to review these. Usually the review is an automatic, an automatic, automated system. But sometimes it takes longer because a human needs to take a look at the changes you made. Excellent. Next, we have the address. You can change the address here. You can change the service area. And that's exactly what they are showing here as you see on their description. That's what they are saying. So I recommend you to think about that. Put yourself in your customers shoes. Or you can say, this is a call to action at the end is important to you can add a call to action. We hope to see you here. This is what we are adding here with the service menu. In-store shopping, in-store pickup and delivery on this case. These are the services that these companies selected here on Google, My Business. On Diego's bakery. We can select, for example, bakery bread deliver, let's say we do delivery, we do breakfast, we do online sales, and we have vegan diets to and wedding cakes for example. If I save this, we see all the categories here. I also add a second category which is something that you can do if you want. The second category is Restaurant. And I can add different services for that second category too. So I can add here, and I will say, for example, dinner. We can say vegan food. Let's save these. Excellent. And when we have all the categories here, I can click on them if I want. Let's say we have delivery. Delivery, we have free, let's say free delivery. We can say, okay, enjoy free delivery in all purchases. For example, save this. And we see now that these is showing up here. So this is powerful because you're adding more information to your list in there on Google, My Business, or if I wanted to charge, let's say it's a fixed price of $5 per delivery. And let's say we save, and this is showing up here. Of course. Let's go back to free. Excellent. This is how you can add the services here on Google, My Business. I invite you to watch every single lesson here on this section because we're not just talking about reviews, what they are important, but we will share with you that a good strategy that you're going to start implementing right now on your business. And we will show you that step-by-step, so you understand and you can implement these right away. So by the end of this model, you will have an a, an, a strategy running that will help you to get five-star reviews on your Google listing. Why the reviews are important here, because the reviews are the main thing that we use to find services. Let's say I just moved here to this and I want to find a dental care service. If I click here, we can see all the businesses they have around my house, let's say around where I am located. And I can find here on the list and I can see the reviews. The first two are at, on the first one at the top we have a five-star reviews, a 128 reviews. This is fantastic. Next we have at 4.9, we have a five. Star Wars again, 4.2, let's see four. We have 4.3, so 3.9. So when i and here we're looking for a service, what are the things that will make me personally? And you can ask these questions to yourself, to one of the things that will help you, the will help you decide which service to get. Mainly the reviews. I come here and I said maybe I don't want these that have 4.2. I don't know, maybe they are good and just looking at the reviews here, this is how I choose services myself personally, maybe you do these, you do the same. I think Millions of people are all over the world. They see their reviews. That's why they are important, and that's where our way Amazon is so successful because one of the main things is that they have millions of products and they have millions of reviews where real buyers are saying, hey, this product is great or this product is not great. So don't buy it or yes, bite. You read the reviews, you take a look on the reviews to the side if you will bite or not. So looking at this, what I choose, this is a real example. I looked at this and I choose this one somatic soma till they enter care white because they have 128 right now, five-star reviews and this is outstanding. Case Study- Tomalty Dental Care: Let's look at these case study of this company that is getting 100, more than 125 star reviews, a 100% of them are five-star reviews, how they are doing that, and how you can use a similar strategy to do the same. I said, Okay, I text five because I text and five, they reply to me, wow, we are trivial. You are happy. It will be great if you help us with our review. They send me a link here. So if I click on this link and look what happened. I click on this link and I, my soul phone opens right there in the, in the reviews area where I can select the number of stars I want to give to these company. I already, you'll see that I already gave, gave them five-stars and I can click post at the top. So this is super easy and they are using this strategy to get lots and lots of five-star reviews, which is fantastic what they are doing here, guys. They are basically going to their clients. They are asking every time after a visit, Hey, how would you qualify the visit today, the experience that you have with us today? From one to five. And if you say five, they send you the link for the review. That's it. How did they get the link? You can, let me show you an example here. If we go to paradise petals, which is another company, we come here to reviews. And I can write a review. So I click on Write Review and you see the stars here. The link, the URL at the top is the URL that I will copy. And I'll show you how you can do this step-by-step in the next video, how you can do the whole system. If I open a new window, let me close these, let me open a new window here and paste the link. You'll see that we open right there on the on the reviews window. This is very powerful. They are identifying their clients that the law of their products that love their services. And they are saying, hey, you like it, you love it, Okay, Your reply five-star. Leave a review. Let people know about the experience that you have. Fantastic strategy. You can do these also, not only and you say, I am not sure how to send these text messages, how do I create that short link that you send there? I'll show you that in the next video. You can do this not only as a text message, you can do this as an email reply. Instead, if you don't have their phone number, if you just have their e-mail, you can reply with an email every time they they have an interaction with your company or maybe the first time they have interaction, you can replace saying, hey, how was your interaction with us? Why do you like the service? Do you like the products you got? If they reply five, you can shoot another email with the link saying, Hey, this is the link. Please leave us a review. You can add the link also on your outer responder when you are sending our automatic emails, you can add the link for a review, asking people for reviews. You can add them to your receive and to other places on your business, your website, maybe there are lots and lots of options that you can do. This is a simple, simple strategy of identified what are the clients that really loved the service and asked him for a review? I don't I'm not sure about what is data strategy when people qualify with a lower number. But one thing that you can do, you can do is schedule a phone call with dinner. You can follow up with a phone call saying, Hey, what happened, why you qualify AS which to or with one was what's the reason? How can we improve? And you can tell that they're on the phone and maybe later asked him for a five-star review if they agree with you. This is some case study of a company that is getting a 100% five-star reviews. And we scroll down here on the posts and we see under reviews, get your first review or get reviews, you can click here, get your first review. Here we have the URL, this is the URL we are copying. And this if we just paste this URL, if we take a look on it, we see that is a URL that when somebody clicks on it, it automatically opens review window so people can login already here with my account. You can see that people are right here. They can give you the stars from one-to-five. They can write the details, they can post photos if they want, and they can click on Post. I won't do this right now because I am the owner of the company. I mean, doesn't make any sense. And putting a review on my own company, I just canceled for now. But this is how the link that we just got is the way that you can share with your customers. But if we take a look on that lane, you see that it's a long link, is g dot page slash ours last CC KM is a long link is not and looks spammy. To make it look better, we can use a service which is a short link service like beta L0. If you are on Google, you can search for beat dot L-Y, BIT dot SLI. You, you see that this is a URL shortener. The long link is the link that we have for reviews, which is this link I just got from Google. Maybe he says, I'm getting this link. I will transfer, I will ask bitly, which is the service to transform it in a small link, in a short link. So I will click Create here. And u is asking for title. This is optional. So people will just discover your business because they, in my case, I have a bakery, let's say people wanted to buy bread, they will start, hey, bakeries and my bakery will show up if they are close by. So that's how people will discover and look at diseases. Fantastic guys in the last month, and I can select here, we quarter month in the last month, we have 735 searches, 700, and more than 700 customers actually found my business here on Google, my business just with this simple strategy that we are doing here. So imagine if you have, you can have like 700 or even, even more, maybe 1, one thousand, two thousand more clients on your store every day, every month. How that may change your business. This is This is like the next step because you are in front of people right now and people can discover you right there on Google Maps, on Google Search. See Google Developer speed test, and this is the one that we want to use. So basically, how do we test? We come here and we enter here your website. Let me enter my website here. You click on Analyze. Google will start analyzing your website for two specific platforms, mobile and desktop. It will test the speed of your website performance for people that are connecting, that are using your website through a mobile device. And also for people that are using on the computer, on the desktop. Let's go to the desktop. Let's see. Here we have some results. The one that I want to check right now is the performance. So I scroll down to the performance. I see here we have the website URL. We have the performance of my website, which is not great as you see, it's 81 is the number that they give me. You see we have here from 0 to 49, the next category. Then the next step is from 50 to 89. And the top one which is the recommended, the green one is 90 to 100. The goal that we have here in this section, I'm not sure if we will accomplish this with this website is to get to a green light, 90 to a 100. This is what we have on Google also, we have other information. You see the metrics here. We see the view of the TreeMap, the website loading over time. You see the images showing up here and some suggestions from Google opportunities about how to improve these qualification. This number to 90 to a 100, which is the goal. Let's go to the next one. Let's use pink Dong website test, speed test. So let's go to diego.com. You can choose here where, where you will perform the test from. So in this case, I'll pick here Washington DC. You can choose any servers you can choose. You can test on different servers. Servers is if you want, I just click on Analyze and you see that it's analyzing here. There is running the tests, we are almost done. This usually takes a few seconds, sometimes up to one or two minutes, depending on your website. And we see the results coming on the screen right now. See, look at that. Here we are. We see the website image here. On this website. In this tool, we have the performance grade of 73. On Google tool we have 81, which is a little bit better in this one is still the yellow, sorry, the orange one which is C, is not good enough, is 73. You see the page size is 2.1.1 megabytes. The low time, the time that takes your website to low completely is 4.3 seconds, which is a lot. I mean, if people go to our website, they wait four seconds to see what's going on that's allowed. One way is to hire a developer, pay then thousands of dollars and hope that they will figured out how to optimize or you can just use the tools that we recommend in here. Your business is growing, which is what we want here. So before we sign, I recommend to come here and do a test. Before you go and install at least do a test on your website.
