1. What you get on this course: In this course, we will be using Etsy and print for to create your own print on demand e-commerce shop with your own designs and artworks and sell them online. We will learn how to use print food to create T-shirts, coffee mugs, bags, shoes, posters and many more products. We will be selling those products on Etsy, which is one of the biggest online marketplaces for selling unique products such as clothing, coffee mugs, jewelry, and more. This course will teach you all the essentials that you need to master print on demand on Etsy. We will also learn how to integrate print full with Etsy in order to automate and make the selling process easier, you don't need to spend thousands of dollars buying and storing all of your inventory beforehand. Print full, we'll take care of that for you. Because of this, selling print on demand products on Etsy is a low risk investment that can generate passive income. So if you want to create an online passive income business, or if you're an artist or an entrepreneur wishing to create your own branded products or add your own artworks into physical products and then sell them online. This course is an excellent choice for you. 2. What is Print on demand with Etsy?: In this course, we are going to be using two websites, Etsy and print for the first one is print four, which is a print on demand supplier company. This is the website that we are going to be using to design our products. So print foo has a big list of different products that you can use. For print foo, you don't need to have an inventory. They have all the products. And the moment that one person buys your product, Print Full will receive a message and we'll start creating it for you. And they will send it to the customer. So you don't need to buy and have all the inventory with you and then go to the post office and ship it. Principal will do it for you. And Etsy is the online marketplace where you can sell the product that you just design with printf for. So it's a little similar to Amazon and eBay. Or Etsy is more related to selling unique and creative items. So in this case, there is little risk associated with print on demand because you don't need to spend thousands of dollars buying all of the inventory and then buying some printers or having a place to store all of your inventory. So basically, you use printf for as the online printing company and your item will not be made until the customer buys it. Once the customer buys it and they will take care of creating the product and we'll ship it to them from their own warehouse. You basically just list your item on Etsy and that's it. The moment that somebody purchases your product, the customer will pay you through ETC. And print full will then charge you for creating and shipping the product to the customer. So whatever you make in-between the price that you sold it for an Etsy and the price that printf full charge you for producing and shipping the product is the profit that you will make. So it's a low risk investment that can also generate passive income. 3. Sign Up with Printful: So the first thing we're gonna do is that we're going to go over to print foo.com and we're going to create our own account. So we go to sign up, and we can either sign up with Facebook, Google, or apples, but I'm gonna choose with my e-mail. Then we agree to the terms of service and sign up. Then here we have what would you like to do with printf for? And you can select anything basically. So I'm going to click on the first one, start my first online business and finish. And there we go. We have sign-up to print full. And the next thing we have to do is to complete the next step. So the next one is gonna be to verify your e-mail. So I'm going to click on it and then I click on got it. And I'm gonna confirm it straight from my phone. Okay. And I think it should be done now, so I'm going to refresh. And there you go. I have confirmed my e-mail. So the next one is going to be to create a product template. So this one is going to be the next lesson. 4. Select your Product Template: So now we're going to look into the different types of product templates that you can put your own designs or paintings or drawings. So for that, we're going to go to the left to where it says product templates. And we click on it. So we can either click right here on the red button, create new, or we can click here to where it says create more product templates. So we can many different types of products. For example, we can go for the newest products, some eco-friendly premium products. But the most basic ones are these ones. For example, men's clothing. You can select some t-shirts, some polo shirts, tank tops. So embroidered shirts, some jackets, some hoodie sweatshirts, maybe even some sweatpants, for example, like this. You can put your own design into them. We can also go for swimwear. You can create your own swimming trunks. And we also have women's clothing. It's somewhat similar, and we have kids and yelled clothing. We can also select this category if you want to create something for kids. For example, here we have some baby bibs. If you have a baby or you want to sell them for babies, you can also do that. And we can also go for hats, for example, some beanie hats, some that had some baseball caps. And we also have different types of accessories. So some people might want a bag. You can also create them, for example, some laptop cases, some drawstring bags, some actual backpacks too. You can also design your own backpack. If you want to create some cases. You can also do that right here. We have iPhone and Samsung cases, and you can put your own design into, into the cases as well. And we have some hair accessories. You can also put your own designs into them. I'm shoes. You can also design your own shoes. You can also put your own design into shoes like this once. So there are lots of different types of designs that you can select. So for example, if we go back to men's clothing, we can go for t-shirts, which is maybe the most basic one. So we can select the type of t-shirt that we want. And I'm gonna go for, I'm going to look at the reviews. So I'm going to look at the price. And this one seems to be the most common one. If you want to design it, you basically just click on it. And it will start to you. We'll send you over to their design page. So that's how this works. 5. Digitalize a painting with Photopea: Now we're going to digitalize our painting. So for this, the first thing you have to do is to take a picture of your painting. So right now I have this one which is my mom's painting. So she sent me a picture. But as you can see, you can kinda see some of these sofa on the back and it's probably not the best picture straight away like this, like as a rough picture. So for this, we're gonna go into this website which is called photo P, which is kinda like a free version of Photoshop and it has many of the same features. So now I'm just going to select my picture, my file, and I'm just going to drag it straight into photo P. So I'm just going to drag it and there we go. So the first thing I wanna do first is to remove kind of like the corners. I want to make this more centered. So for this, I can just go straight here to the crop tool and I'm just going to move them a little bit more. And by using the crop tool is going to change everything. So for example, let's just select them. So maybe right here and right here. So it's going to crop everything. And now I can just click on Enter. And there you go. We have now corrupt our image. And the next thing I wanna do is that I want to also add some effects. So for this, I can just go here on the right side, the bottom part. And I can start to play around with the colors. So I can go first for brightness and contrast. And I can just use my eyes to see which one looks better. So maybe around this one, contrast low or maybe a little bit like this. I think that looks good enough. And I can also add another filter I'm going to go for. Let's go for exposure. Okay, I'm going to leave it a little bit. Offset. Okay, maybe the same gamma correction. Now kick kind of like this. And I'm also gonna go for vibrance. Let's see this one. You can see a little bit of a difference. Saturation mode. This one looks good. So I'm going to give it a little bit more. That looks pretty good. The next one is going to be the hue and saturation. Let's check this one out. No, I don't like this one. So I'm going to look at this one at 0. Saturation. This one looks pretty good. Maybe around the nine and lightness. Okay, I think that looks pretty good. And I'm also going to add some color balance. So the reds, Let's see. I think this one looks okay. The greens, Let's play around with them. Maybe right here, and the blue. So we can basically use your eyes. Okay, I think this one looks good right there. So I think this one looks pretty good so far. And now I'm going to download my image so I can go to File Export as PNG or JPEG. Png is actually good if you have kind of like a blank background, like a transparent black background. But P&G tends to be bigger in size. For example, I can check it out. It's gonna be 27 megabytes. And if I select, for example, JPEG is going to be smaller in size. This one is two megabytes. So for this one, I'm going to go for the JPEG. But if you want a bigger quality, for example, you're doing a big painting and you want to put the painting as an actual painting on, on print four, then you can also do that. So, but in this case I'm just gonna go for a JPEG file and I'm going to hire the quality. Okay, I'm gonna go for this one. No, a little bit lower. Around five megabytes. So I'm going to click on Save, and it will save it for us. So there we go. We now have our file. So if we look at the original one, it looks like this. And the newer one looks like yeah, it looks a little bit. It looks much better. So this is how you digitalize the painting. So this one is basically the easy way. 6. How to Design a T-shirt: So now that we downloaded our image, we're going to put this image into our product. So if we go back to our product, we have two options. We can choose the image to be embroidered. So here where it says choose that technique. We can choose embroidery, but in this case, we want it as a printing. So we're gonna go for d t, g printing. So this one is basically going to give you the whole print as an actual print. So make sure you pay attention to this because in some cases the embroidery option might be the default option. So make sure you click on TTG painting. And now we can just put our design so we can either drag and drop it there or we can just click here and then upload a new file. And after that we can just wait a few seconds. So this one is basically going to upload our file into the fire library. And from there you can start using it in your other projects. So now here we have our image and we're going to click on Apply. There we go. We have now added our image into our t-shirt. And from here we can just click and make it smaller if you want or move it around, but makes sure it stays in the print area. For example, you put it like this, you cannot see everything. Okay, so I'm going to put it like this. And I'm also going to change the colors of the t-shirt. So here we can choose different colors. And I want some color that can match the background of my image. So let's try this one, true Royal may via this one. Let me check out ocean blue. So remember, if you don't like it, remember to de-select it. So I'm going to deselect this one's. So I think the black one looks good. And maybe I'm going to try a white one. Here. I'm going to keep the black one, the white one. And I'm going to look for a nice blue one that fits my image. So yeah, I think this one looks quite okay. So I'm going to leave this one. And you also have different options. For example, you can put the image on the back as well. You can put another image or the same image. You can also modify the label, the outside part of the label. So for example, if you have a T-shirt and you want somebody to look at the label outside, you can modify it. And you can also modify the insight level. So from the inside part of the shirt, you can also modify the left sleeve or the right sleep. So if you want to make, for example, as sports t-shirt and you want something on the left sleeve or in the right sleeve. You can also do that here. So this one is the easy way on how to add an image. And if we go back here to the front, we can also modify it. We can add some text, we can add some clip art, some quick designs. So for example, like these ones. So here you can also play around with all of the images and all of the designs. And you can also crop it if you would like. For example, if you don't like something, you can also crop it a little bit. Once you're okay with your product, you can then use click on Continue. Okay, and there we go. We have our t-shirt and we can also add some sizes here. For example, here we have only the extra small. And I'm also going to want the small, medium, large, extra large. So I'm going to select these five sizes. And I'm also going to put a name so that I can remember it. For example, number one, I'm just gonna put like Virgin Mary, okay, and I'm going to save the product template. And there we go. We now have our product template right here where it says product templates. And we have the three different colors to black, the blue and the white one. So there we go. We've now created our first item. And from this one you can also add it to the store later. Once you connected with your Etsy store. 7. Design a Coffee Mug: Okay, so now we're going to design a template, but we're gonna do it a little differently. We're gonna be using the product file. So for this one, we go to create more product templates and we can select the one that we want. But in my case, I'm going to use a coffee mug. So I'm gonna go to home and living. And I'm going to select the coffee mugs right here. Okay? And for this one, I'm going to select the first one. And here we go. So in order to find this, we have to go right here to where it says product info, pricing and guidelines. And we click on it. And then here we have the print file templates. So we click on it. And now we can download our print file template. So this one is going to give us two files. One for the 11 ounce cup size and another one for that 15 ounce cup size. So let's click on Download and leaf. And there we go, mug dot zip. So let's open it. And there we go. Here we have two files. So the first one, I'm going to start with 11 ounce file. So I'm gonna go back to photo P, and I'm going to select this one that dot PSD file. So PSD means that it's a Photoshop file and photo peak and also open it so we can open Photoshop, adobe, Illustrator and XD. So I'm going to select it and drag it over to photocopy. And there we go. This is going to be the size. So basically what you see right here, all of this is basically the entire size around the coffee mug. So for this one, we can click here to where it says guide. And we can turn it off if we want. So we can see that the graphics centered here, if we go on the left side, will appear on the mug handle. So on the left side and whatever you put on this side is going to appear on the right side. Okay? So we can also, if you want, you can also add two images, for example, one image on the left side and one on the right side. Or you can also put, for example, an image on one side and some, some writings on the left side. So I'm going to put my own design. So I have this one which is a picture right here. Now I'm going to turn it off. So I basically want it like this. I basically just want a picture. So in this case, my picture is big enough and I think I can make it a little bit bigger. Okay, I think this one looks pretty good right now. So this one is going to be very simple. Now I'm just going to click on File export as a JPEG file and save it. And now I can upload my file. And there we go, the mug 11 ounce dot jpeg. So now I can click on Apply. And there you go. This is going to be the center of the mug. And on the right side we have the other part. And this one is only the 11 ounce. So if we click on this one, we can see the other one, which is the 15 ounce. And you can actually see that it's not the same size. But if you want, you can just make it bigger right here. Or you can also do it the other way, which is by putting the file straight into photo P and modify it there. But in this case, I think they kind of look the same. They don't look they don't make a big difference. And if you want to see how your cup looks like, you can click right here to where it says 3D view. And it will give you like a 3D view of your cup. So you can actually see it right here. So this is the way it's going to look once the copies printed. So it looks pretty nice. I think. You can also look at the 15 ounce cup, which is a little bit bigger. And you can kinda see a difference here. So you can see that the 15 ounce cup is taller. Well, the 11 ounce cup, it smaller. You can actually see it right here. You can see the difference. And you can also click right here to where it says mock-up view. And you can see some of the designs of the coffee mug. So right here. And some of these ones you can also download. Right here. Here we have some images of how the coffee mug is going to look like. So the top ones are the 11 owns two bottom ones are the 15 hours. And maybe look at this one. Maybe this one. I think this one looks pretty good. And now I'm just going to click on Continue. And it says that these signs of each product size needs to be adjusted separately. So it's basically giving you a warning telling you that the size of the one ounce cup and the 15 ounce cup might not be the exact same, but I think in my case it looks good now. So I'm just going to click on Continue again. And I can just put a name to this one. So I'm going to call it the number one coffee mug drawing. And I can click on Save the product template. And there we go. We now have the product of the coffee mug. 8. Design your Template image with Prisma: Another way you can design your images is by using this app, which is called the Prisma artifact photo editor. So I like using this app because it can make your image look a little bit nicer. So let's check it out. So I'm going to open the app and I'm going to select the image that already have, which is this one, the one I used before. And here we can select different types of filters. For example, we can choose a Gothic filter. And I think this one looks pretty nice actually. Or we can select, for example, let's see, fam, May I don't like this one too much. And maybe the guitar filter now, so you basically have to look around for it, for one that you like, and then you can download it. I think I'm gonna go for the first one, which is the Gothic style. And then I can click on Save. And I currently have the paid version, which means that I can save just by clicking Save. And if you don't have the paid version, you can just take a screenshot and then crop it. So kind of like this, and then you can save it. I have the paid version, which means that I get access to many different types of filters. And you can find more filters by going here to where it says add more styles. And you can start adding them, for example, the nest, I can just click here. Okay, This one is not so good. I can check the swimmer filter. Okay, I think this one looks quite okay. So basically play around with the filters until you find one that you like. So I'm going to select this one and I'm going to save it. And I recommend getting the paid version because there's a lot of different filters that you can use. And now I'm going to send it to my computer through Google. And now we can just download it to my computer. And there we go. So now I can select again and create a new coffee mug. And I'm going to select this one. And I'm going to upload my file. And there you go. Now I click on Apply, and there you go. So now I think I can make this one a little bit bigger for the 11. And then I can also make it a little bit bigger for the 15 ounce size. Okay, this one I just encountered as small problem that says that we recommend using a larger image. So in some cases you might need a larger emails size. So once the picture gets expanded, it might not look so good. So I think on this one I'm just going to make it a little bit smaller. So here you can actually see the print quality right here. So it says that it's good, the quality is good. And there's a moment when I make it too big that it might say that it's not as good anymore. Okay. So I think I'm going to leave it right here. It says that the print quality is good. And let's check out how it looks like. This is the 3D view. And I think it looks quite nice actually. So yeah, this looks pretty nice. And let's check out the mockup view. I think that looks pretty nice. I like it. Yeah, make sure you know that the file size is quite big so that you get the best quality of your image, your best image quality. So I think this one looks nice. So now I'm just going to click on Continue. And I'm going to call it number two, coffee mug drilling. And now I can save the product templates. And there we go. We now have our second coffee mug. So here you can also use the PRISMA app to make some of your paintings look a little bit different and find a filter that you actually like. And then you can put into your product. 9. Add designs into your file library: So now we're going to add our designs into our file library. So this way you can save some time by having all of your designs in one place and then you can start putting them into your products. So for this one, we go to the left to where it says phi library. And now we click on upload a new file. And here I have some of my designs. Okay, so now I'm going to click on command when a Mac computer or Control on Windows. And I'm going to select one. And I'm just going to select a few of them. So I'm going to select these ones. I'm going to select these four. But if you have more, you can just select all of them. I'm just going to click on Open. And now we're going to have to wait because it's going to import one by one until all of them get imported. And there you go. We have now one, we have the second one coming, the third one coming, and the fourth one should be coming soon. So yeah, now we have our images into our phi library. And from now we can just very easily start putting them into our products. For example, I can go over to my coffee mugs, then select one. And now I can choose a file. And I can select, for example, this one. And there you go, we have one. And we can put it, for example, on the left side. And there we go, we can just start putting our images into our products. So this one is quite simple. 10. Adding Text to the product: Okay, so now that we have our image, I'm going to leave this image on one side. For example, I think I'm going to put it either on the left side of the right side. Okay. I'm going to select the left side. And on the right side, I'm going to add a text. So we click here to where it says Add Text. And we can put whatever it takes me one, for example. Good. Then we click on space. Morning. Make sure you put some spaces because if you leave it like this is going to take almost all of the space. So I'm going to add a space in-between. And I'm going to move this one to the right side. And now I think I'm going to change the font because I don't like this font too much. And I'm going to, so I can select any font right here. And I think it's going to take me a while to find a font that I like. So I'm gonna go maybe for this one. Okay, I think this one looks pretty good. Definitely. The ads market, narrow, slant. I think I like this one. And if you want, you can also change the size. You can just make it smaller like this or bigger. So I think this one looks pretty good right here. Or we can also click here to where it says text size. And we can just move it right here. We can also add some letter spacing in-between. And we can also put some line height in-between both, Okay, I think I like this one. You get many different options right here. For example, you can add the text, change the color if you want a different color. For example, I think I'm going to select something blue, yellow. This one looks good. And we can change the font. We just learned this one. We can transform, which means that we can rotate it around. Sport in my case, I don't want to rotate this one. We can position it, for example, we can just click here to align it perfectly. For example, if you want it centered vertically, center horizontally to the left side, to the right side, top or bottom. I'm going to put it on center vertically. And I'm just going to move it here. Okay, this one looks pretty good. We can also make it kind of like a rainbow. A rainbow with colors put like an arc. So it looks basically like this. We can also add some outline. So basically some outline around the letters. If you want something black or maybe something yellow. So I think I'm going to leave it like this. Okay, I'm going to select this one. And we can also add some shadows. So if you want to add a shadow, for example, like this into the letters, so I think that looks pretty good. And maybe something blue like this or something red. Okay, I think I'm going to leave it like this just for the example. And we can also change the distance of the shadow. The shadow distance. We can give it a lot of distance or not so much. And we can also change the angles. So maybe to the right or to the left, or to the bottom. Once we've finished with our 11 ounce, we can also do the same for our 15 ounce. So make sure you click on this one. Or you can let see this one. Oh no, I click on duplicate the design. Make sure you don't click on this one. So now this one is going to be very simple because I just have to drag them and this one. Okay. So I think that looks pretty good. So make sure that you modify the 11 ounce and the 15 ounce two. And now let's check out the 3D view. So I think that looks pretty good. And there's my picture. Actually, my picture looks good, I think. Or I can actually move it around a little bit more. More to the center. Yeah, definitely. And the mockup view, Let's check them out. Okay, so I think I liked the way these ones look. So now I can just click on Continue. And I can call it the number two coffee mug. With Mary painting. These are my mom's paintings, by the way. Now I can click on Save the product template. And there we go. Well maybe I can edit it. I think I'm going to change the name and I'm going to put it I'm going to call it number three and save it again. And there we go. So we now have our third coffee mug. 11. Embroidery: Now we're going to learn about embroidered products. On some products, you have the option to have them embroidered. So in this case, you're not gonna get like the actual printing. You're actually going to have it embroidered. So I'm going to show you two examples. So the first one is going to be with a t-shirt. So let's go for the t-shirts and I'm going to select the first one. Okay, so in this case, we have two options. We have the embroidery option or the printing option. So before we were using that d t g printing option, which is the one where you can put your own image here. But in this case we're going to select the embroidery option. So let me show you how this looks like. If I select one of the other images that I have, for example, this one. So I'm going to put it right here. Then I have to wait a few seconds so that you actually get the actual style. Ok, and there we go. So this one is basically going to look like this, like an actual embroidered image. So in some cases you might not get the full picture because you can only select a few colors. So in this case is going to look like this. It might not look as good as the printing file, but if you want something like this, you can also do it this way. And something else that you can do, for example, is then you can go here to add a quick design. And you can use some of their designs as well. For example, maybe some motivational design. We can go, for example, this one boss. We can select it. And then we wait a few seconds. And it's basically going to look like this. And from there you can also modify it. For example, you can modify the words, we can select it. We can go for text. And maybe the color of the text, we can make it white. So it's gonna look a little bit like this. We can change, for example, the square around. We can change the color, for example, to blue. And then we wait a few seconds and it's basically going to look like this. So this is also something that you can do. I'm going to save this one as a T-shirt. I'm going to call it the boss t-shirt. And remember to add these sizes. So I want the small, medium, large and extra large, maybe the two x L2, and then I can save the product. And another product that you can also do this for are the caps. For example, you can select a snap back or you can also select like a dad hat. So let's go for a dead hat. And I'm going to go for the first one. And right here we can add our design. And in this case I also have a design which is this one, which is like a dog design. We can select it. And then we wait a few seconds to see how it looks like. So this one will basically look like this. And if you don't like some of the colors, for example, the gray right here, you can also change it. For example, I'm going to change the color to maybe white, see if it makes a difference. So this one looks a little bit similar to the gray 12. Maybe I'm going to select yellow for the color. Maybe this red area. I can also change it, for example, to, to blue if I want. This one looks so I think, all right, and here we have the navy color, which is the ears and the eyes. We can also change it for example, maybe for something brown. So I think that's something right there. So here you can basically play around with this as well. So some designs might not look as good. So be careful when you do the embroidery and make sure that you have a really good design that you actually like. That also looks good. For example, you might have like a logo or a company logo. If it looks good, then you can also put it right there. I can. I can also create one as well. For example, if I go over two, Let's go to motivation. And I'm going to create something like a company product. So I'm going to select something like this. And I'm also going to modify it, for example, the text. I'm going to call it the Hugo. And I'm going to select the one on the bottom. Dream. And when I keep this one dream and enjoy, I can change it to company. So let's call it the Hugo dream company. And in this case, I don't like the way the dream looks like. So I can change the color maybe to yellow. And I think I can also change the font to explorer. Let's see how this looks like. I think it looks pretty good there, Hugo dream company for example. And you can also move them around. So you can put them like this if you want, maybe one to the left. And kind of something like this. And this one I think I can also change the color. Let's check it out. Maybe do something like okay, I think it looks okay. There are Hugo dream company. So you can also do something like this. So embroidery might not be so good if you have like an art painting that you want to put in there because there's too many colors and it may not really work, but you can play around with simple things. 12. Creating Bags: Now the next product we're going to create are some backpacks. So let's go to create more product templates. And we go to accessories and bags. And we have different types of bags. For example, we can have like a backpack or a laptop sleeve. Or for example, at toe, take it like this once, or for example, a drawstring bag. So, or this one. So I'm going to show you two different types. So let's start, for example, with the tote bag and we can select three different colors. The colors, in this case Our for the handles. So let's select first our image, and then we can select a color that matches our image. So let's choose the file. And I'm gonna go for, for example, I think this one looks good. This one, this is my mom's painting and the image quality right here, It's good. So this one is good enough. And now we go to the products and I think I'm going to select, Let's see, select all colors and let's check out the mockup view. And for the stitches, I'm going to select black, black stitches. So this one is, the stitches is referring to this part like this black line. I think. I like the black color. So we have different colors. We can have it with black. We can have a width read. Or with yellow. In this case, I think I'm just going to leave it in. I think yellow, the yellow one looks nice. So I'm just going to select one type which is going to be the yellow color. And actually, I noticed that this one might look better if I make it a little bit more centered. Okay, this one looks good. And let's select the mockup view. I think it's still a little bit kind of like at the top. So I'm going to center it a little bit more and let's check it out. And this one looks pretty good. Definitely. I like the way this one looks. So now I'm just going to continue and I'm going to call it the Jesus totally bag. So these are all my most paintings and I'm just going to call it number one, then save the product template. And now we have our tote bag here. And the next one I want to make is going to be a backpack. Let's go back to this one, then, bags, and I'm going to select the backpack. So for the backpack, we have three different areas. We have different area which is going to be this one. We have that top area, which is gonna be the part right here, and the bottom area which is going to be this part of the backpack. So let's start with a front. Something else that you can do is that you can also download the file templates and modified from using photo P. But in this case I'm not gonna do that. I'm just going to choose a file and I'm going to select maybe this one, the memory image. I think this one looks pretty good right here. And let's check out the mockup view. And for the stitches I'm going to select black. So this one looks like this. And the reason it's white is because we haven't designed the top or the bottom area yet. So I want the color that also matches. So for the top one, I think I'm going to select a red one and for the bottom one, something kind of like orange. So let's go to Design view and top. And here we have the Print Area background. I'm going to click this one, apply background to all placements. I'm going to deselect this one so that I have an individual color for each one. So make sure you click on this one. So for the color that top one, I wanted something red. I'm going to go for this one. And the bottom parts, something rather orange. So let's go for, let's check out this one takes us rows. And let's check out the mockup view. And this one will look like this. I think I am not, I think it looks good, but I am not convinced by the orange color. So I think this one, I want to change it a little bit, something darker. So let's go for this one and I think this one looks good. Yeah, Let's select it. Well, I think this one looks perfect. It matches the image quite well. So, yeah, this one looks really good. So now I'm just going to click on Continue. And I'm going to call it the number one Mary minimalist backpack and save the product template. So now we have also created the backpack. So this is how you create a backpack. And there are also many different types of bags. So there's many other choices that you can also select. 13. Creating Canvas Prints and Posters: Another category then we can also check out is the category of prints and posters. So we can go here to home and living. And then we can click on wall art. And here we have many different types. For example, we can have a canvas or a flag, or maybe a paper poster, or maybe a paper posterior that is also framed or a premium paper poster. And you can also check, for example, the type of quality. For example, this one is made, this one is premium. And yet there are many different types. So for this one, I'm going to go for the canvas and I can click on it. And the next thing you can do is that you can check out the sizes. So there are many different types of sizes right here. And I think the one that I'm going to go for is gonna be the 18 by 24. Let's check out this one. So if we click right here on the left side, we can click on select all sizes or deselect them. And this actually helps you to figure out the price, for example, that 12 by 12 is gonna be 2995. And if I go, for example, for the 18 by 24 and I deselect the first one, this one is going to be 45, 50. So make sure you select one and then you think the price is also a good price. So let's check out the 12 by 16. I think I want something rather more horizontal. So I think I'm gonna go for this 112 by 16. And I can actually change it to here. I can click either vertical or horizontal. So if I click on vertical, I'm gonna get a kind of like standing up. So this is what I want. So now I can just add my file. So I click on Choose File. And I'm gonna go for this one, the one that we created, the first one. And here you can also see different things. For example, here we have the backside, which means that anything on this picture, we'll go through the back. Here we have the sizes. For example, if I click on Crop and I remove this one part of the back, and then I click on Apply, and then I click on the 3D view. You will notice that the top part on the backside is going to be white. So you can actually see it right here because I removed this part, I cropped it. So make sure you select something that you actually like right here. So I'm gonna go back to this one and I'm going to crop it. So I'm going to move it down. And now I'm actually going to crop the back parts. So I can select this one and maybe around here. And this one. And this one. Okay, I think that looks okay so far. Okay, that looks okay so far. So now if I go over to the 3D view, you will notice that the back part is going to be white, but the corners right here are still going to have some of the painting because we kept this one that's sites. So we kept the side area but not the back area. So I think this looks pretty good right here. And now we can check out the mockup view. So here you can see kind of like what size it's going to be. And you can start to see a little bit more of the details. And make sure that here where it says print quality, that is a good quality because all of this is going to be added into Canvas. So make sure that there's no like bad quality in your print. Continue. And I'm just going to name this number one version Canvas. And I'm going to save the product templates. And another one we can also do, for example, can be a poster. So you can basically do the same thing we just did for a poster. Or in my case, I'm going to select this one, the frame poster. And once again, we have lots of different sizes. I think this one is going to be a little expensive. Now I can put my image. I think I'm gonna go for this one. I'm going to select this 16 by 20. So I think this one looks pretty good the way it is already. Let's check out the mockup view. I think this one looks pretty good, definitely. And you can change the color. For example, you can also add a white one. So you can have both types of black foramen or a white frame. So if you select both, you're going to have both options. And you can see which one looks better. Do you want a white frame or a black frame? So I think in my case, I think the black one might look a little bit better. I'm just going to de-select the white. And I'm just going to click on Continue. So we can basically do the same thing also for these posters. You can see right here that the price of this one is going to be around 38, Twenty-five. So make sure you select one that you think that the price is appropriate for your painting and that you think other people are going to want to buy. So I'm just going to call this one Jesus framed poster and save the product templates. And there we go. We have now created a framed poster and a canvas. So you can also check out this category of what art you have some art that you want other people to put in their homes, then I think this is an excellent category for that. 14. Creating other Products: So I recommend that you check out some of the other products, the other categories, For example, the home and leaving category. You can also make some puzzles. The parcels is only available in some countries. You can also create some greeting cards if you have some very good design skills, you can also design a water bottle. So mouse pads, some notebooks, some pillows. You can also create your own stickers. Make some postcards, some blankets, towels, aprons? Yes, there's a lot of different products that you can create. So you can also check out the accessories. You can make some phone cases, some hair accessories. Let's check that one out. So my head bands, you can also design and create your own head bend your heads clothing. So my recommendation is to play around with this website. There's tons of different products that you can create and then you can also sell on Etsy. 15. Creating a Logo: So now we're going to create our own logo that you can also add into your products. So for that, we're going to go here to where it says branding. And then we will click on logo maker, and then we can click on new logo. And we can select three types of categories. So I'm going to go for a minimalist techie and fresh. Then I can click on Continue. And now we can select the type of logo that we will like. The one I like is this one. So I'm going to select this one. And now we can start modifying it. For example, here I can change the text and I can put anything. So for example, I want to make this store for my mom. So I'm gonna put her name, may mighty. And then I can also change this, change the image. So I can delete the image and I'm going to select a new file. And I have a new image that I added, which is this one, which is kinda like a signature. So I'm going to select this one and I think it looks quite good. And now we can change the words. So I select this one. So now I'm going to change the text. I'm going to change the color to something black and the font. So for the font, I'm going to go for maybe this one good Silent Night. I think this one looks pretty good. So I'm going to select this one. And let's see, transform precision outline. Well, I'm gonna give it a shadow because she likes to paint. So I think a shadow would look quite nice, maybe something blue. And let me check, check the distance and the angle. So let's move the angle. And now I think I can make it higher and higher. And now I can click on Continue. And I'm going to click agree right here. And I'm going to call this the mighty logo. And now I can save to download. And now that we have our logo, I can click right here to where it says download all and it will download my logo. And let's check it out. We have a PNG file and a jpeg file. So the PNG is actually transparent and the jpeg is white. So let's try it out. I'm going to add both of these ones to my file library. So upload new file. So I select both and drag them. And now I can just go over to my product templates and I can add them. So for example, if I go to my T-shirt, I'm going to click on edit. I can now click on, for example, the outside label or the insight label. Let's try the inside one. And we can add our design. So we can either add the white one or the transparent one. 16. Add a Billing Method: So now we're going to add a billing method for print full. So the way this works is that you first pay print full for the product and the shipping. And then Etsy, we'll pay you what the customer paid and what you make in the middle is gonna be your profit. So for this, we're gonna go into billing. And then we will add a billing method. And now we can add a billing method right here. And now we just put in our information. And once we added the billing method, we can scroll down. And here we have two options. You can either connect your PayPal or connect a card. So I'm going to select people and then I can just authorize it. And now we can just click on Add. And there we go. We have now successfully added billing method. So if you look right here, we can also connect a store. So basically, once somebody purchases something from Etsy, you will pay for the product and the shipping. And then Etsy we'll pay you what the customer paid and whatever you make in the middle between how much you paid for the product and the shipping and how much the customer paid on Etsy is gonna be the profit that you will make. 17. Fulfillment Centers Around the World: So whenever you sell something on print full principle is going to ship it to the customer. And print foo has many different shipping centers around the world. If you're in the US, the most common one is probably going to be Los Angeles, California. And there's also one in black beer for Europe. There's one in the UK. There's a partner facility in Japan. So the way this works is that if you buy something in the US, principal will send it from one of their fulfillment centers in the US. And if you buy something in another part of the world, principal will send it from one of their other fulfillment centers. This way they're not sending everything straight from the US to another part of the world. There are sending it from one of their other fulfillment centers. For example, a while ago, I send something to the Philippines and that one was sent from Latvia. So it depends on which country you're going to send it to. Print foo will automatically select the fulfillment center and send it to them. And you can also check some of these shipping speeds and the prices if you go on this website. So you can also check out these two websites if you want more information. I'm going to put these links on the course resources section. For example, here you can check out the shirts that shipping rates by shirts. Or you can select, for example, a bag. And it gives you how much is going to take. For example, if you want something to Hong Kong, to the Philippines, here you have the prices for a single product and an additional product. And you can also check out more information right here. For example, the US, if you sell a shirt, is going to be around 399 $2 for an additional product to Australia, Japan. And the prices are not the same for all of the products. For example, if I go for a coffee mug, a coffee mug in the US will be around 699, and a T-shirt in the US will be around 399 for the shipping. So make sure you also check out these two websites if you want to get more familiar on how this works. 18. Ordering a test sample: And something that you can also do is that you can also get a product sample. So the way this works is that you order a product sample from principle and you also get a discount. So if we go to our dashboard right here to my print file, we can either go down here to where it says create new products or you can just go here to where it says orders and start a new order. So you basically get two options. You can start at basic order that you can send to anyone around the world, or you can make a sample order and assemble order gives you a 20% discount. You can only have one order per month and you can put three products. So these words so that you can send some products to yourself and you can see how the quality looks like. For example, if I click on Create your order, I can now add some products. So I can click on Add Products and I get two options. Either I can make a new product using all of their information right here, or I can go to my product templates. So if I click here, I can select one of the previous products that I have made. For example, I want to see how a t-shirt would look like. I can add a t-shirt. I can also maybe add a coffee mug to see how the quality is going to look like. And maybe a printed poster or a backpack. So basically you can get three products that you can send to yourself so that you can see how the quality looks like. And this can be actually quite good because you can take a picture and you can also put it on your Etsy shop so that people have a better idea of how the quality is going to look like. And I recommend doing that for respect of your customer. Because if you send a product to your customer, while at the same time, you have absolutely no idea how the product looks like. I think it's not a very good idea to do. So sometimes you have to know what the product you're selling actually looks like. What's the quality? And from there you can look at the quality and see what things you can improve, maybe how you can customize it a little bit better. I recommend going and creating a simple order before you start selling them. So for example, I can select the t-shirt and then I can select the colors. And for example, I might go for a large t-shirt. And I'm just going to keep it black and continue. And there we go. We now have a t-shirt. We can add another product. I can add, for example, one of my coffee mugs. I can add. I'm going to go for this one with the painting and the letters on the other side. I can select the size. I'm going to go for the 11 ounce than okay. And I can add one more product. So in this case I can add, I can add the frame poster. But one thing that you have to notice is that in some parts of the world, it might be out of stock. So for example, if you're in the US, you might get all of these size options. But if you're in another country, you might not get all of these size options, so you have to go for a different size. So in this case I'm going to go for a smaller size, then I can click on Continue. So once you have selected your three products, you also, you can see that you have a discount at 20% discount on all of your products. So overall I would have paid $40, but the total is going to be 32. And now we have to add the shipping. So I can add the shipping, then I can click on Calculate. And in this case, the shipping is going to be almost $20 for all of the products that I have. And I think the reason is quite expensive is because I added one of the big Canva posters. And the posters tend to be quite expensive to ship. So now I can click on Review. So now I can just redo my order. I see that three items. So you can see here that the shipping is around 1049 for the frame poster. So if you're wondering why I'm paying almost $20 for the shipping, because $10 of that is gonna be the poster. 699 is gonna be the mug. And 399 is going to be for the shirt. So this is the reason why it's a little bit expensive. And then what you can just review your order and you can pay securely. And after that, you can just go to your orders tab and you will have the list of your orders. So in my case, the previous one I made was this one. And you can see all of the information and then you can also track your shipment. 19. Creating an Etsy Shop: So Etsy is gonna be your marketplace where you can sell the products that we just designed and created on Print Full. For example, here we can see some, some cups, and this one is very similar to ours, where we also created our own cups like this. So in this case we're gonna be using Etsy. Okay, so the first thing we are going to do is go over to sign in, and then we're going to register. Then we can add our email address, name and password, and then we can click on Register. And there we go. So the next step is going to go over here to where it says your account. And then we're going to click on sell on Etsy. So we click on it. And now we can scroll over to where it says, open your Etsy shop. So we can click on it and we can start putting our shop preferences and Save and Continue. Okay, for the shop name is gonna be mighty art. And then we can save and continue. Then we can create our first listing. So for this one, it requires us to create a listing in order to open the shop. If we go down here to where it says Save and Continue, we can click on it and it will tell us to fill out everything that has the red. So the first one is going to be to upload at least one photo. So just for the trial, I'm going to make a screenshot and I'm going to add a photo. Okay, I'm just going to add a screenshot. And the next one is going to be a title. I'm just going to write test. Who made it. I did. What is said? A finished product. When did you make it made to order than the category I'm just going to select t-shirts. Then the description, this is at tests and the price I'm just going to write 0.020. Quantity will be one. They're shipping prices. I'm just going to select that manually. And the processing time, I'm just going to write whatever. Then we can select the US shipping. I'm just going to skip all of these basically. Okay, and now I have to pay a total price of $0.20. So basically I'm just doing this in order to skip through the whole process. So I'm just going to click on Save and Continue. So now we have our test listing. So i'm, I'm gonna click on do this later. And the payment. So I'm going to select an individual, my country of residence. And now we can just start writing everything, all of the information. So once we put our information, we can just click on Save and Continue. Then we're going to verify our, our identity. And now we can confirm our e-mail address. So now I'm going to confirm it through my phone. And now we can add a card and Save and Continue. Then we can set a two-factor authentication. So I'm going to select by SMS. Then I can click on Send Code, then I can click on Continue. Then you're gonna get some backup codes. And I can click on Save on that computer. And I'm just going to keep them as a backup is more for security. And now we can click on, Continue to open your shop. And there we go, we now have our shop. So now the first thing I wanna do now is delete my test listing so I can go over to my shop manager. Then I can go towards listing. And this one I can click right here and I'm going to either delete it or deactivated. So I'm going to deactivate it for now. And there we go. That's it for this one. 20. Connecting Printful to Etsy: Okay, so now we're going to connect Etsy with printf. So this one is very simple. We go back to our printf full, and on the left side we have the option which is stores. So we can click on it. Or we can also go to our steps and click on this one. Connect your store, choose an e-commerce platform. So I'm gonna go over here to where it says stores, and I'm going to click on it. And now I can click on Choose platform. And then here we have Etsy. So now we just click on Connect and we scroll down to where it says connect to Etsy. So we're going to click on it. And it says an application would like to connect to your account. So now we can just click on Allow access. And now it says connect with your print full. And it says you already have an account so we can just click on Continue and then connect store. And there we go. We have now connected Etsy together with printf for. So if we go back here to where it says stores, we can see that our store is now connected to print four. And now we can just build a store or add some products into it. 21. Edit your Etsy shop: Okay, so now we're going to customize our Etsy shop. So for that we can go straight here to where it says Shop Manager. So on the right side you have your account and we're going to click the button on the left, shop manager. And from there we can go here to where it says sales channels. And we're going to select this one, Etsy mighty art or whatever name you gave your shop. So now I'm going to click on Edit shop. And the first thing I'm going to add is going to be an image. So I can click on this. And I'm going to choose a file. And the image I'm going to put is the one from the logo that we got from printf for. So I'm going to select this one and click on Open. Then we can adjust, then crop your icon. I think this one looks pretty good right here. Yeah, This one looks nice. And I'm going to click on, looks good. Okay? And the next one I'm going to add is going to be a profile picture. So a contact profile picture. So I'm going to click here. Then I'm going to choose a file. And I'm gonna put my profile picture. And notice that it looks a little bit stretch, then it has to be at least 400 by 400 pixels. So in this case I'm going to try something different. I'm gonna go over to photo P. And I'm going to create a new project. And I'm gonna make it 400 by 400. Then I can click on Create. And now I'm going to add my profile picture. And from here I'm just going to stretch it to right here. Then I'm going to click on File export as a JPEG file. Then I'm going to save it. And I'm going to try this one again. Then choose file, and I'm going to choose this one. Okay, This one looks much better. And now I'm just going to click on Save. So if you have the same problem that I just have, you can also go to photo P and try to edit the image. And try to edit your image the same way that I did mine. So now I'm going to click on save. And there we go, we have our image. And the next one I'm going to add is going to be a shop title. And I'm going to save it. And the location, I'm gonna put my location. And we can also add a shop announcement. So I can click on this one. And let's put on our announcement. You can also, you can think about how to type this. You, what do you want to say? So you can think about what you want to say about your shop. You can also add a video so that people can know more about your sharp, what kind of products you have. You can make like a promotional video or just a video of you showing your products so that people know more about your shop. You can also do the same with pictures. You can put five pictures with captions. Basically sharing your process, your workspace, or anything that is going to make people want to buy your product. So now you can also put a headline. So in this case I'm just going to say the mighty art story. Then I'm going to save it. And, and you can also add your own story. You can tell people about your business. So I'm gonna give the story of how my mom started to paint and how we're putting her artworks into our products. Around the wave. You can also add some links to your social media or anything. And you can also add your personal value or some facts about you. For example, I can select my picture. And the member name is gonna be Hugo. The role is gonna be the owner. You can also add multiple rows, for example, you can be the owner. You can also be the customer service person, or you can be the photographer, the curator, things like this. So I'm just going to leave it as owner. And you can give a brief description about you if you want. But in my case, I'm just going to leave it like this. So hugo, the owner. And the next one. Here we have the shipping and the payment options, D-sharp policies basically. For this one, I'm going to click on edit. And the first n Here we can modify this part, which is the returns and exchanges. In my case, I'm not going to write that. I don't want that I don't accept returns or exchanges. And the reason for this is because most of my products are printed on demand. So if they send it back, they're probably going to send it back to myself. And what am I gonna do with these products? So basically, if somebody buys your product and chooses to send it back, in this case, you lose money. So in my case, I'm going to write that I don't accept returns or exchanges and also can select cancellations. I'm going to not accept cancellations. And I'm going to publish my shop policies. And there we go. So now we can click on View shop. And is this is how it looks like. We have a lot of the information right here. And the next thing we should do is to put our items. 22. Importing your Printful Product to Etsy: So now we can start adding our products into our shop. So the first thing we're gonna do is to go back to print four. And from here we can go over to stores. And here we have our shop. And from here we can just click on add product. And now we can start designing a new product or we can go over to our templates. So I'm gonna go to my product templates. And the first product I want to list is going to be the coffee mug drawing. So I'm gonna go for this one. I'm going to select both sizes, 11 hours and £50. And then I can click on Proceed to mockups. And from here we can choose their mockups style that we want. So for example, I'm going to put this one. So I'm going to select this one. And now I can click on Proceed to details. So here we have some extra information about our coffee mug. So this one is going to be the main mockup image. I'm going to call it the rainbow glossy mug. And the description. You can also put a description about your mug. So I'm going to go for something like a fun description. And you can some information about this one here. You can also modify it. And we can also put some tags. I can call it, for example, rainbow, Happy mug, coffee mug. You can also put a lot of information into your texts. I'm just going to leave three right now. Then I'm gonna go to pricing. So what do we get right here is the principal price of the cup and the retail price. So this is basically going to be your revenue. So if we start to make it more expensive, we increase our revenue around $13 and this one around 16. So I'm gonna go for like a $5 revenue. And I'm going to now I'm going to submit to store. And he has now been added to Etsy. So now if we go back to our shop and then we go to our shop manager, then we go to listings. You can see that it's going to be here where it says draft. So we click on draft, we can see a rainbow glossy mug right here. And from there we can start to edit it. So as you can see, we get some of the extra images from print full. And we can select the best, for example, the thumbnail image. I think on this case, I'm going to select this one for the thumbnail image. And from there we can start to modify it a little bit more. And we're going to go through this in the next lesson. 23. Creating your Etsy Product Listing: So now we can customize our listing. So in the first part you have the photos. So you can also add more photos by clicking here. And the first photo is going to be your thumbnail photo. For example, if I move this one over here, this one will be the new thumbnail photo. So in this case I'm going to select this one. And the next part. You can also add a video of how your item looks like. But in this case, maybe you need to actually purchase the product and then actually make a video about the product. So this one can also be quite helpful in getting more people to buy your product. And the other party is gonna be to add a title. And in my case, I am going to write this one, rainbow glossy coffee mug. And here we have some information about this listing. And in this case, because it's a print full product, I'm going to select that another company or person made it. And the product is a finished product that is made to order. Okay? And so it will say that this item is handmade with production assistance. In this case, the assistance comes from principle. And the category for these ones are going to be mugs. So basically people who sharp might be able to, we'll be able to find it in these five categories, home and living, kitchen drinks and bar where drink, wear and mugs. Material. In this case, you can select the material you want. I'm not going to select this one, the primary color. You can also put these things, but I'm just not going to select this one's the capacity. There's two capacities right here. The occasion, I think all of these things, I'm going to skip this one here we have the renewal options. So every time you have a listing and somebody buys your product, you can either choose to automatically renew it. We knew that same listing, or to manually renew it. So if you select manually when somebody purchases your product, you then have to manually added once again. But if you put it in automatic, once a person purchases your product, it goes back into the website. So another person can then bind once again, you don't have to manually click it. And in this case, both if you do it manually or automatically, is going to be $0.20 each time. So in this case, I recommend the automatic listing. If you do manual, you still have to pay $0.20, but you have to manually selected. So basically every listing costs $0.20. And the type, it's a physical product. Digital is basically for digital files. And then we can put the description so you can actually see that print full already gave us some description about the product. And from here you can also customize it. So I'm going to add a few more things. For example, just a little bit more. And I think this looks fine. Then we have this one which is the production partners. So you have to add a partner for this listing. So in this case we're going to add print full. So we click on Add a new production partner. The production partner, I'm going to call it print full. And you can actually select if you want people to see this name or not. And so you basically click here. And if you select No, you can actually add something else. For example, a print shop or basically a printing shop. Yeah. Or you can just select that. Basically. You can select either one. And the location. I'm going to choose this one which is the principal location, Chatsworth, California and the production. So and then here we have some information about the production partner. You can basically add a description about principle or basically at something. And in this case, I already wrote something right here. I'm going to put this one. It's r. I'm just saying that it's our production partner that helps us to print our designs into the products. Once the product printing is complete, the order will be shipped straight to the customer. And this one about your partnerships. So this part is private and it will only be shared with Etsy. So why are you working with this partner? And I'm going to select this one. I don't have the ability or the equipment to make it myself. Yeah, I do not have the equipment to make some cops were to put pictures into t-shirts. What is your role? I design everything myself. And this one, what is the role of your partner? And I'm going to select, they do everything for me. So this part, it doesn't matter too much. This is just like information that's sent to ETC. Okay? And I'm going to save the partner. Then we selected right here principle. And this part here we have the tags. So this is basically the part where people can search and it will find your listing. So you kept, you can use all 13 tags. In order to get your product found. So printf will already gives you three right here, and then you can also add some more. So make sure you add some tags that you believe people will use to find your product. For example, I can say rainbow mug and edit, maybe coffee, rainbow mug, coffee, rainbow coffee cup. And basically add lots, add many of them. So in this case I'm just going to leave six. And the materials, I'm going to skip this one. Here we have the inventory and pricing. So for this part, we can basically do it on the bottom part. So here we have the price, the quantity, and if you want, you can also add an SKU number, kind of like a special number like this one. So in this case, the quantity we can leave it at 999, which means that there's kind of like an unlimited quality, which is basically what it is. Somebody buys your product and principal sensor to them so you can actually sell many of them. And then we have the price. We can customize all of these things. But in this case, I'm just going to leave it like this. And the next one here we have the shipping. And in this case I'm just going to select the default one, which is the print four price, shipping price for coffee mugs. So I'm going to select this one. And so basically you can see that there's many different types for t-shirts, phone cases, jewelry, bags, pillows. So basically look at the one that is related to the product that you have. So in this case I just have mugs and this part, I'm just going to skip it. Costumes, information, item weight. I'm not going to add this one. Previous shipping price destination. Okay, So now that we have everything, we can just click on Publish. And here we have the fee which is $0.20 for each new listing. And you agree with it. I'm just going to click on Publish now. And there we go. We have now our first listing. So if you go over here to where it says active and you refresh, here we have our new first listing. So now we can go over, for example, to Etsy. And then we can look for our shop, mighty art. And there we go. Here we have our shop, and you can see it right here. Here we have our listing. And the price is actually in another currency. So if you scroll down here, you can change the currency to. So I'm going to select USD and save. And there we go, it's 13 US dollars. So now we can just click on it. Now people can, people can see the capacity. They can select which one they want 11 ounces or 15. So I can select, for example, 15. And we have this part right here that says personalization. So this part, I'm going to remove it. And I can do it by going back. Then I can click on Edit. Then I can look for personalization, which is this part right here. And I can just, I can just turn it off. Then I can click on Publish again. And this one, every, every update is free. And now if we go back to our listing, then we refresh. Here we go. We don't have that data section anymore. So here we can select whatever you want, 11 ounces or 15 ounces. So if I want to buy the third day, 11 ounces says click here, then add to cart, and then you can buy it. The shipping right here. It's 1299 for me. But if I change the region, for example, to the US, Let's put our zip code is going to be 699. So the price changes by region as well. And then people can just click here and bite. 24. Adding more images from Printful: So if you want to change some of the pictures in your product listing, you can go back to your print full. And from there you can go over to product templates. Then we look for our product. So it's this one. Now I click on the three little dots up here, and then I can click on download mockups. So from here we have different types of pictures or basically that same product. So in this case I'm going to select all of them. And these basically how they're going to look like. So you can see that some of them have a different type of background. So we, so I checked them and here we have the mock-up format. So I'm going to select that JPEG format, and then I'm going to click on generate mockups. So it will start processing the files. And this one might take a few seconds. And here we go. And now we can click on download mockups. And it will start downloading it. So you can see that it said 25 megabyte file. We can just open it. And we, Here we have many different designs of the same product. So now I can just go back to my shop and we go back to our listings section. And then I can just click on the little toolbar right here. And then I click on Edit. And here I can just add a photo. Here we can just select the ones we want, so we can go look one by one. So in this case I kind of like this one. So I'm going to select this one. And there we go. We can now move it over to the front. So this one looks a little bit better. We can also add a new one. Let's see what else they have. I think this one looks quite nice. I'm going to select this one. And we have two more pictures so I can look for another one. I think this one looks okay. And then that's it. So I'm going to arrange them a little bit more now. Okay. And some of these ones I think I'm going to delete because they repeat themselves too much. So I think this one looks pretty good right now. And once we finished, we can just click on Publish and it will be updated. And there we go. Now it's updated. And so we have our new product with a new image. So if we go back and we can see our store right here, we can just click on it. And we can see the new pictures there. So that's how you add a few more pictures and how you get more pictures straight from painful. So you don't only get the default ones that come when you import your item from Print Full to Etsy, you actually get a few more pictures that way. So that's it for this one. 25. ETSY fees and Payments: Okay, so now I'm going to talk about some of the fees that Etsy charges you. So in this case, there are a few fees that you have to know about. So the first one is the listing fee, which is that $0.20 for each listing that you have an Etsy. So we have one, so they're going to try those 27 for this listing. But the thing about this one is that every four months the listing gets renewed. So if you have one listing there every four months, you're going to have to renew it. So if you select the Auto renew, it will just do it for you. But if you don't select the author renew in four months, the listing will be gone. So you have to manually re-select it and then put it back up. So this is one thing that you have to notice. S is going to charge you $0.20 for each item and every four months that item is gonna be renewed. And this also happens when somebody purchases your listing. So if somebody buys one and then it gets you, it renews. And basically, since you have 999 in stock, one, once a person buys it is going to send the next one and then you get charged. And other 20th sense. So basically every time somebody buys your product is going to charge a $0.20. And whenever that product ends, they're going to charge the 20th sense again, to renew the list thing. Also keep this issue in mind about the listing fees if you have many, many products. Another one that you have to know is the transaction fee. So Etsy charges you a transaction fee of 6.5 per cent of the price that you display on each listing plus the amount that you charge for shipping. And if you want give wrapping, you can also add that part. So basically S is going to charge a 6.5 per cent of your listing, including the shipping. So for example, this one is 1399 plus the shipping of 699 S is going to charge you 6.5 per cent of that. So also keep that in mind when you set your prices. So if you think that your price is too low, you can edit your listing once again and customize the price. So for example, if you think that 1399 is not too much when you take into account that $0.20 that S is going to charge you plus the 6.5 per cent. You can also make it a little bit more expensive. For example, we can make this 11499 and this 11699. So yeah, this is basically the part that you're going to have to be a little bit careful about. How much profit do you make when you add the shipping costs, including the 20th century listing fee, including the renewal fee above $0.20, and including the 6.5 transaction fee from Etsy. And another, another thing you can also do is that you can also pay for advertising or promotional fees. So basically you can also pay for ads on Etsy. So if you want your product to be discovered a little bit better, you can pay for some adds. Another thing right here is that you can also get a subscription fee. So you can subscribe to Etsy plus. So you basically get a few more tools for growing your brands and a few more extra things. So as the plus is $10 and they're going to deduct it from your current balance each month. So I basically recommend going through this page just so that you know, all of the fees that you're going to that S is going to charge you. One other thing has to do with taxes. If you're in the US, Etsy will issue you a 1099 K form. I don't know much about taxes in this case. So don't I'm not gonna give tax advice because every person is different, every situation is going to be different. Another thing is that once somebody also buys your product, they're going to have to pay sales tax. So when a customer buys your product, they're going to have the price, the shipping, and the sales tax. So the sales tax basically works like, like every other product in the US. You don't know how much taxes you're going to pay on the product, but it's basically just going to show up there by surprise. But basically the main fields in this case are going to be the listing fees of the 20th sense, the 6.5 transaction fee and the sales tax. And one thing to notice is that you can basically go over back to your Etsy shop manager and you can go to finances and to payment account. So make sure that you have this part, the auto billing on, and make sure you actually check this page because sometimes the payment might not go through. And then adds is going to tell you, hey, where's my payment? And they might actually close your account. So also pay a lot of attention to this page because I've had this problem before where the payment doesn't get automatically paid. And then LC wants to once he's payment and they close your account. So make sure you check that out too. 26. Designing a picture with multiple items: Okay, so now we're going to put two different styles into one listing so people can actually choose which style do they want? So the first thing we're gonna do is to make a picture that has both styles so that people can select which one they like. So the first thing we're gonna do is to go over to our product templates. So I already have the pictures for this one. And now I want them for the second one, the second variation. So I'm going to click here and download the mockups. So I'm gonna go for the default mockups and maybe the environment mock-ups. Okay? And now we can just generate them and download them. Okay, now that they're being downloaded, we can go over to photo P and we're going to create a new project. And the width for this one is going to be 27 thousand and the height is going to be 2025. And now we can create it. So we now have, uh, kinda like a paper to design. So now we have this part where we can start designing it. So the first thing that you want in photo P is to have the auto select and it transform controls selected because this makes it easier to move around pictures and things like that. So the first thing we're gonna do is to make a line in the middle. So we can go over here to the rectangle and I'm going to give it a right-click. And now I can choose a line, and then I can just make a line in the middle. And I'm going to change the color to maybe black. Now. I can make it a little bit wider. Okay, that looks pretty okay. And maybe more centered. Okay. This part I think I want to make it 00 to make it more straight. And then I click Finish. So there we go. And now I want some words, so I can click over to the word section. So I can click here and now I can select, Okay, and now I want to make the size bigger, for example, at 200. And I'm going to say it's the number one, style number one. And now I can just move it around. Make sure to click here on the moving tool to start moving them around. And then I'm going to click on Command C or Control C and then Control V or Command V. And now I have another option. So this one, I'm just going to call it style number two. Okay? And now I want the pictures so I can select. And let's okay, so I like this one. And I'm going to select this one and just move it, drag it in there. And it's actually the bottom of all of the layers. So if you cannot see it, you have to select it right here and then push it up. And now you can see it. If you put it up, you can see that it's blocking these words. So now you can move the words up and you can also see them. So it gets a little bit tricky here. And there you go. So for the next one is going to be this one. Let's throw it in. And I'm going to put it on the bottom. Actually, I think I would like this 12 rather be the second style. Okay. Then I'm going to make it a little bit bigger. I think I'm going to make this one up and this one down. The next one style number one. So I can look for my other cups. This is one. Okay. This one goes down here and the next one. This one. And I can put it kinda like aligned. Okay, so this one is basically the most basic way, if you want I have for you can also make, for example, another line in the middle and make the cops a little bit smaller. But in my case I'm just going to have to, okay, so now I'm just going to export it as a JPEG file and then save it. And there we go. And now I can just at a photo and add the new photo there. And now I can just basically move it up here. There we go. We have the new picture right here. So still number one and style number two. And the next thing we're gonna do is to add another style. 27. Adding multiple items in one listing: Okay, so now that we have our picture with the two different styles, we're going to go down here because we need to also add it into our Etsy. And then from Etsy we have to sync it with printf full. So if we go down here to where it says variations, we can see that we have our 11 hours and are 15 ounce cups. And now we can click here on Edit variations. We can add a new variation. So in this case, I'm going to go for style, and I'm going to call style, Let's call it. And I'm going to make the two styles. So the first one will be style number one. Then I can click on Add. And the next one will be style number two. Then I can click on Add. And now I can click on Update. And we have the two different options still, number one and number two. The next thing we're gonna do is to click on publish to save it. And then we can go back to our print full. And from here we go over to my stores. Then we click on View store for my Etsy store. Okay, and then we have to click over here to where it says refresh data. So we click on it and then we wait a little bit. And there we go. We now see that the cubs are no longer sink. So before we have to that there were ST. Now we have four that are not sink. So we have to rethink our printf fall together with our Etsy shop. So now I can click on edit. And we now have to manually put the products. So the first one is going to be the 11 ounce mug, which is the first style. So I can click on Choose product, my product templates. Then I have to go for this one number one, and select the 11 ounce, then continue. So the first one will be linked to this one, and then the next 111. And now the style number two. So I choose the product, my product templates. And this one is style number two. So it's gonna be this one. So we selected and it's also the 11 ounce right here and continue. So now the 11 hours is going to be succinct from with the second style. And the next one is going to be the First Style, 50 nouns. So we choose the product. We go to our templates and the first one and select 15 ounce, then continue. And the next one is number 215 ounce. So we do the same thing. And we look for number two and click on 15 ounce. So make sure you do this very carefully, because sinful is gonna do this automatically. So if you select the wrong one and then somebody purchases your product, principle is going to automatically start sending the order. And if you, if you don't have them properly synchronized, they might actually send the wrong order. So make sure you pay a lot of attention to this one. So you can see here the more information, It's the Second Style, 50 nouns, we can double-check right here. First Style 50 nouns. Second style 11, first style 11. So I think this one looks fine. So now I can just go back to my store right here. And all four of them are now sink. So if we go over to our shop, to our listing, then we can click here and then view on Etsy. We will see this that now we can select an option. For example, I want the 11 ounce and we can also select the style. So I want either the style number one or number two. If I want this down number two, I can select it. Then I can buy it. And it will send the message to print full that eat once. The style number 211 ounces and print full, we'll send them this one, style number, 211 ounces. So principal will start creating this one and we'll send it to them. So again, this is basically how this one works. 28. Adding Text Personalization: Okay, so now we're going to add some personalization to our products. So the way this works is for example, here I have these coffee mug and if you look on this picture, it says, good morning. So we want to make it so that the customer can also customize the words here. So if the customer doesn't want it to say good morning, they want some other words. You can make them actually customize. What words do they want to put in their cup. Okay, so to do this, the first thing you have to do is to go to printf Fool and you can import your product. And from here you can go down to settings and you can click on orders. And from here you can see that we have the Etsy shop. And from here we can go down to where it says import personalized orders as drafts. So make sure that this one is selected with a check mark and then you click on Save. So the way this works is that whenever somebody makes a personalized order is not going to automatically send it for for creation and shipping is going to save it as a draft. Your orders. For example, here I have my orders and here where it says draft. So basically you're going to have like a p right here that S for personalization. And from there you can start to customize and change the order. So let's first add the customization. So for this we can go over to our listing. So in my case is the cup. And then I can click on edit. And then I can scroll down to where it says personalization. And we can turn this one on. So these are the first part, are going to be the instructions for the buyers and then what the buyer will. We'll see. So let's try this one. I'm going to say, feel free to add your own written text on the coffee mug. And we can make this either optional or required. So in my case, I'm going to make it optional. And here where it says the character limit. So I can make this maybe around 30 characters. So this is basically what the buyer will see. So let's look at the information again. And I'm going to publish it. So here we have our coffee mug and we can view on Etsy. And here we go. So here we have our options now is going to have the capacity. Which one do you want? The 11 or 15 ounces, the quantity. And here we have the personalization, which is optional. So we can click here. And basically a person can write anything so they can say hello or maybe hello Hugo. So once a person buys it and we go back to printf fool, you will find it on your orders. So what you have to do is that you have to look for the order on Etsy. You can also check it out on the orders that people make on Etsy. I don't have an order right now, but it will actually tell you what the person wrote for their customization. And from there you can go back to print four. You're going to have the order here with a P sign. So you're going to click on it and then you can customize the order. So I'm going to change the order right here. And the next part, I'm going to select the product and I'm going to edit it. And I'm gonna go to the design. I'm going to select the good morning text. And I'm going to click here text and I'm gonna change it. For example. Hello, Hugo. And you notice that this, the text has changed. So now I can click on Continue. And you will notice that the file will now be different. Now it says hello Hugo. And from there we can just click on Continue to shipping and then finishing the order basically. So now you'll be able to send the products to the customer with a Customize Text. And from there you can just click on continue and finish the ordering process. So what this is going to do is that it's not going to automatically send the order to print full, but it will save it rather as a draft. And it will let you know that it needs to be personalized. And from there you can just manually send it over to print four is not going to automatically do it for you. So that's it for this one. Thanks for watching. 29. Font personalization: Okay, so now we're going to personalize our product. But in this case we're going to change the text font as well as the text color. So I just made a new listing on Etsy, which is the coffee mug. But what I wanna do now is that I want to add a personalized text where the customer can also choose the font and the color of the font. So the first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna go over to where it says personalization. And we're not going to select optional, we want it to be required. Then we're going to give some instructions. So I'm going to say personalized and add your own written texts on the coffee mug. So this way the person can write what they want to write on the coffee mug. But at the same time, because the personalization is not optional, is going to send it directly to our drafts. It will not send it directly automatically to print full to start fulfilling the order, it will send it to us and then we have to manually fulfill the order. So this is why it's important to have this section and leave it blank. So make it required. And the character limit, I'm going to select 35, and now I'm going to save it as a draft. The next thing we wanna do is that we also want to have a picture that shows the different types of fonts and the different types of colors. So it's basically like a reference picture so that the customer can know which font is which. So for that, we're going to go back to our printf for, and we're going to create a new template. For this template, we're gonna go to home and living. And we're gonna go to posters. And we're going to select the one of these posters. So I'm going to go for the first one. And now we're going to select maybe 18 by 18. Okay? And now we can design. So the first thing I want to add is going to be some text. So I'm going to call it font number one. And then I'm going to select your, then I'm going to write your text. And I'm gonna make this smaller. And I'm going to move it up. Okay, this looks pretty good. And now I'm gonna go back here. And this one, I'm going to duplicate it four times. So here I have onetime, then I'm going to move it around. Then I'm going to duplicate it again. I'm gonna move it around right here. And one more duplicate. And I'm going to move this one down here. Okay, So these ones are gonna be our four fonts and we're going to customize them after. So the next thing I wanna do is that I'm going to duplicate one more time. And I'm going to move it down here. But this one, I'm going to change the text. So I'm going to select it. Then I'm going to click on Text. And I'm going to select, and I'm going to write font. Select your font color. And I'm going to make it a little bit smaller, and I'm going to make it around here. Okay, there we go. And this part, now I'm going to go back here and I'm going to duplicate it one more time. I'm going to select it, change the text. I'm going to say it's black. And I'm going to move it down here. There we go. Okay, then I'm going to select the black one. And once again I'm going to duplicate it. And this one I'm going to call it. I'm going to move it and then I'm going to rename it as red. And I'm going to move it around here. And this one I'm gonna go to color, and I'm going to select a red color. So I think this one. So I'm going to select this one and I'm also going to copy this. And I'm going to put it on a Microsoft Word. So I'm gonna say red is going to be this color just so that I remember it when I'm doing the other orders. Okay, then I'm gonna go back and I'm going to do multiple colors. So I'm going to do the same process for the other colors. Okay, so this one texts, this one is going to be blue. Then change the color to maybe this one, navy blue. I'm going to select it, I'm going to save it for reference blue. Okay, and this one, let's move it down. And I'm just going to leave for different fonts. And you can also do more. So you can put pink, purple, yellow if you want. You can also add much, many other colors. But for the sake of this one I'm just going to have before. And now I'm going to customize the first font. So I'm going to select the first one. Then I'm gonna go to fund. And I'm going to select one that I like. So let's see, maybe Alan bold. Let's see. Okay, I think this one is good, cormorant, bold, italic. So I'm going to select this one. And at the same time, I'm going to click right here so that I have it on my saved fonts. And this one, I'm also going to change the text because I made a typo. Your text. Okay, perfect font. Number one, your text. Now I'm going to select the second one, and I'm going to change the text. I'm going to fix this one. And I'm going to call this one font number two. Now we go to fonts and we have to look for a new font. So I'm going to go for maybe this one, eroded bold. Okay, This one looks good. Font number two, and now I'm going to save it. So here I have my favorite fonts. Okay, So these ones are basically going to be my fonts. Okay, so now what I wanna do is that I also want to write in red here. For example, font Number one is going to be more rent bold italic font. And number two, it's going to be called erode bolt. So here I have everything so that I remember which one is which. So now what I want to do is that I also want to take a screenshot. Then I can select it and I can crop it. Okay, this looks pretty good and done. And now if I go back over to my Etsy, we can add a new photo. And we can add our new screenshot. So there we go. Here we have the fonts. So people are going to be able to see this, then the text and the list of fonts. So they can select which one they want. Okay, so now I can go down to where it says variations and I can start to add them. So the first one, I'm going to create a new variation right here. I'm going to scroll down to create a new variation. And the name of the variation is going to be called fun. Then I click on Add. The next one. I'm just going to say font number one. Add font number to add font number three, and font number for this one, I'm going to create a new variation. Once again, I'm going to call it fund color. And I can start to add my colors. So I have black, red, blue, and green. Okay, and I'm going to click on Save and Continue. So here I have the colors and the fonts. Now I'm going to click on publish and publish. So now I'm going to click on view on Etsy. And here we have the options. So we have the option for a font which they can shake right here. For example, they might want font number three, and then they have the option for the color. So I might go for like blue. And then they have to write a personalization of what they want it to be written. So I can say I want it to be wanting to say good morning. And from there they can just buy it. And once they buy it, it's going to come up in my orders. Said draft is not going to be sent directly as an order, straight to print full. So from there I can just start to customize it myself, basically the same way I selected. Then I changed the order. He's going to tell you right there to customize it. And from there I'm just going to manually edit the order. Just click on edit and customize it from there. So that's it for this one. It's a little confusing, but it's not so hard. 30. Creating a banner image: So now we're going to customize our banner image. So for this we can go to your account, so we can click on it and then view your profile. And then on the right side we have our shops, so we're going to click on it. And then we're going to click on Edit shop. Then we go over to that top bar, and here we have the banner, so we can click on it. And we have three options, either a big banner, a mini banner, or none. So I'm going to go for the mini banner. And if you look right here, we have the sizes. So for the big banner is going to be 1200 by 300 pixels. And for the mini banner is gonna be 1200s by 1 16th. So I'm going to go for this one. And now I'm gonna go over to photo P and create a new project. So for the width is going to be 1200 and height 1, 16th. Then I can click on Create. And there we go. Here we have our banner that we can start to customize. And basically I'm just gonna do it the easy way. So I'm going to look for some of my images, my products, and I'm going to start adding them. So I'm going to put them on top. So I can select this one. And I'm going to add maybe some of these images. And I'm going to start to add some of my images. Okay? Maybe this one to this one. I'm just going to do it quite fast. Okay, I think this one looks pretty good so far, it looks nice and simple. And you can also add some text if you want. But in my case, I think this one looks pretty good so far. So I'm going to export it as JPEG file. Then save. Now I can go over here and I can click on Done. And now I can just drag and drop my image. And there we go. Here's our banner image. Now can click on Save. And here we go, we will have a banner image. Now, if I go back to my sharp, E sharp, it looks like this. Something that's, that's okay so far. And you can feel free to customize this the way you want. You can add some text, some other images. So basically play around with it. So now we have a banner image and our products. 31. Adding Sections: So now we're going to add some sections into our Etsy shop. So if we look at this shop, we can see on the left side that there are some sections. So here it says all. And then you can search for ped bowls, camping, cops, children, books, tea towels. So we're going to try to do the same thing for our shop. So for that we go back to Etsy and we click on shop manager. And from there we can just click on listings. And if we go on the right side here we have a part that says sections and organize your listings. So we're going to click on here where it says organize your listings. So we click on it and we can create a new section. So for example, I can call this one coffee mugs. So you can see we can make up to 20 sections. So another one that I'm going to make, it's going to be at t-shirts section. So I'm going to type it t-shirts. And maybe another one that I can call maybe a pillows section. And I'm going to save. So we have three different sections. So if you want to add your item to a section, you can just click here on these settings section. So we click on it. And then we click here where it says Change section. And from here we can select a section. So for example, I can move it over to the coffee mug section. Then I can click on Apply. And it will be on the coffee mug section. So if I go back to my shop, we can see right here that we now have a coffee mugs section. So in order to make them active, you have to add something inside and something else that you can do is that you can also send multiple items. So for example, I can select the first one and the second one. And in order to put them into a section, I have to go here to where it says editing options. And from there I can just click on Change section. So this one is for multiple ones. And from here I can just select this section and I'm going to say t-shirts just for the example. Then I can click on Apply. And if I check my Etsy shop one more time. Here we go. Here we have our t-shirts section and inside we have two items. And if you notice something, you cannot actually see the second item. So if you want to see the second item, you have to click here to where it says sort and just change it maybe for lowest price or highest price because it's showing you only the most recent product. So if we click on the highest price, we can see both of our products. So yeah, here we go. So yes, this is how you add some sections into our Etsy shop. So this will help you to organize all of your products so that it's easier for people to search for. So once they enter your store, you're going to have all of your products right there. So if somebody wants, for example, coffee mouse or t-shirts is going to be better organized. So it's easier for the customer to find them. 32. Featured Listings: So now we're going to create a featured listings section. So if you go here to where it says Edit shop, we have an area right here which is the featured area. So you have many listings. You can select for lists, things that are going to be at the top of your page. So you can basically select the best of your listings. So for example, if I check out these Etsy shop and here they're Yusef featured items section. So this person has put forth their best items on this section. So we're going to try to do the same thing. So for that, we can go back to our shop and we're going to put them on this area that featured area. So we can either select to have a standard grid or none. So I'm gonna go for the normal standard grid. And from here we can just add some of our listings. So we can basically just click here on Add Listing. And we can just select them and we can also remove them. So this one is pretty simple and then we can just click on save. And another way you can also do this is by going over to your listing section. And so if you see this one, the item that we just put into our featured section now has a star. So you can basically just give them a star as well. So for example, I can select this one and I just put a star. And if I go back to my Etsy shop and I refresh, here we have our featured items. So we have the one that we added when we clicked on Edit shop, and we just click here on Add listings. And we also have the one that we added when we just give it a star in our listing section. So you can either do it both ways. 33. Etsy SEO: Okay, so now we're going to look into etsy SEO. So this one is very important because whatever tags, so whatever words you put into your product are going to come up in the search results. So you have to make sure that you're putting some specific keywords that people are going to search for and that people can use to find your product. For example, if I go here to my title, I have personalized Virgin Mary coffee mug, but I want a title that's going to make people want to click on it and when I find my product. So I want to go over to Etsy and I want to think as if I'm actually the person that's going to purchase the product. So one thing I actually like to do before is that I like to check which are trending words. For example, if I click letter a, I can have some information right here. Anniversary gifts, Apple Watch Band, anime anniversary gift for him. So one thing that I've noticed here is that people are looking for gifts. So I'm actually going to type this into my notes. For example, I'm going to type anniversary gifts. And I can kinda say maybe religious keeps might also be something. So I can actually check it out right here. Let me type religious. And here we go. Religious shirts, religious gifts for women, religious art, religious jewelry. So I kind of like these three right here, religious art and religious gifts. So I'm going to put it right here. Religious art. Another one I can check is, for example, religious gifts for women. I can actually type it to. So for example, if I type the letter r, Here, we have people searching for reproductive rights shirt, Roe versus Wade shirt. There's another one right here, Roe versus Wade. So you can also see what kind of things are trending, maybe politically, or you can see maybe the inner game or sports or in, So basically what are the kind of cultural trends or political trends that are going on around in the world that people might be interested in. So we can actually check the letter B, writes made gifts. So I can see that gifts is a very, very popular keyword. C, D, C, coffee. Let's try coffee. Coffee mug. Here we have some of them coffee mug, funny, some people want some funny coffee mugs. Coffee mug for dead coffee mug, personalized style like this one. So I can get this one and I can put it in my list of potential keywords. And something that you wanna do is that you want to have some long tail keywords. Because if somebody is searching, for example, just for a coffee mug, there might be lots of options. So you want to make it more specific to what kind of product you have. And if you also want some extra information about keywords, you can check out this page which is called E rank. This one is a paid software, however. So from here you can start posting some keywords. For example, I can type this one. I can search. And here you have some information. There's a lot of competition in the US. But if you get the paid version, you can see how many people are searching for it on average, how many people click on it on average, so many Google searches there are. So you can also check out this website if you want some ideas on some kind of keywords, how to get keywords. So once you have some keywords, you can start to modify your title. For example, like this one that I want to make. So I can just select it and put it artistic, personalized coffee mug. So it might be good to also put some of these keywords into a description, because when people search for it, they're going to see it in the title. They're going to see them in the description. And importantly, they will see it right here to where it says tags. So some of these tags are also very important if you want to get your product search for. So I'm going to add some of these ones. So these ones, you can also put some of the keywords that you'll find into the tag section, into the description, and into your title. So I can just click on Publish and something else that you can also do instead, you can also put your keywords also into the, onto your page description. So you can put them right here, what kind of product you're selling. You can also put them into the categories section. So make sure that you put these keywords where people will find them. And most importantly, that people can search for it. So you have to think like, if you are buying this product, what kind of keywords will you use to find your own product? And from there you can put it into your description and into your listing. 34. Etsy Marketing Ads: Something else that you can also do is to put ads on your products. So for this, we can go over to marketing. And here we have the option to add Etsy ads so we can click on it. And from here we can just get started. So here we have some information. So I'm going to click on which new buyers maybe drive more sales. All of them actually, I'm going to select all of them. Then I can click on the next one which is set your budget. So on this part you can select how much money do you want to put per day? Do you want to put $1 per day, $5 per day, twenty-five dollars. Or you can choose a different amount. So the moment you selected, you can click on start advertising. For example, I can do $1 a day. Then I click on this one, and from there it will start to charge me $1 per day to run ads of my products. So at the moment I'm not going to click on it. So after you turn on the ads, if you go back to your listings and then you select your listing, you start to edit it. If you go back, if you go to the bottom part, you're going to have a new section right here that will tell you if you want to put your product into the Add section. So if you want your product to be also included with the ads, So from there you can just select it and then you can click on Publish. I'm not gonna do it at the moment. So you also have to be a little bit careful on how much money do you put per ads. And if you actually get any of those products being sold. For example, if you spend twenty-five dollars a day and in revenue you only make like $20, then you might be losing money this way. So you can have, have to be careful and play a little bit with the ads. Maybe you select $1 per day, but eventually you don't get any sales. So you might be throwing away some money. So make sure you select some products that you know that they're going to be, that there's a big demand for those type of products that people are going to want to buy. And from there you can experiment with the ads, see if $5 today works or how much money do you make compared to how much money do you spend per ads? Because some people might not be actually making any profit by running ads, while others might actually be making profit from it. So this depends on what kind of product you're trying to sell. Is there a market for that product? Do people really want to buy that product? And if you really have a good product and you can put it on ads and see how it works for you because because everybody might have a different experience with ads. So yeah, that's my recommendation. And use how you put ads on Etsy. 35. Etsy Sales and Coupons: So now we're going to try to make a sale or create some coupons. So for that, we go back to our shop manager on Etsy. And from there we can go over to where it says marketing. And here we have this one, sales and discounts, so we can select it. And here we get three options. So if we look at the blue one right here, this one is to send a targeted offer to people that are interested. So these are basically people who put their item into your card or people who have favored your item. And then there's also this one which basically sends a discount to somebody who has previously bought your product as I kind of like a tank you message. So if we click on either one of these, for example, these ones, we get three options. We can send a thank you message, send the offer to an abandoned cart or to a favorite item. So if you go to a thank you message, we can select how much is the percentage off or the amount of the percentage amount. So if you want to give them a five-dollar coupon, you can also do that, or you can also take a certain percentage and you can also create your coupon, for example, I could make it thinks I can just write anything. Thanks. Then maybe 2022 or something like that. And here's how you can create the message that will send it to somebody who has previously bought your product. You can also send it right here to where it says an abandoned cart. So this one will send it to somebody who has your item inside your cart but has not yet bought it. We can also do the same thing. We can select a percentage or a fixed amount or give them a free shipping. And the other one is gonna be the favorite item. So if somebody favored your item, you can also send them a discount. And then we can click on create three offers. So let's see, maybe, let's try this one. Thanks one. Let's call this one tanks two. And this one, Thanks three. And we can basically just create it from there. And this one, now it will send it to the, it will send them an email to anybody who's eligible for that. And then you can just click on, got it. Candy will send him a 10% discount. And the other option is this one, which is to run as sale. So if we click on this one, we can select a cell either for the whole store or just for one particular product. So for example, we can give it a 10% discount. Where is this offer ballad? Where do you want it to be valid? Do you want it in every country or just one particular country? And the next one is going to be the minimum order. So if you want them to just spend whatever. So if you don't want any minimum order, you can just click on none. Or you can select how many items. For example, if you want buy one item, you can get the discount, or maybe two items to get a discount. Or you can also do it for the order total. If you want somebody to spend over $20, so you can select the right here. So I'm gonna go for number of items. So I'm gonna put like, okay, if you buy two, you can get a discount and the cell duration. So here you can click how long do you want your cell to last? For example, I can just give her one week if I want. I can select maybe u to the 4th of July. And there we go. We can also put the duration for one week, for example, if you want or you can also put the terms and conditions. And in this case I'm not gonna put anything. So you can basically put anything else that you want your buyers to know. And then you have the cell name. So I can say maybe start. Yeah, so this one is basically the name of the sales start. And then we can click on review and confirm. So right here we can just review it. And one more thing about this one. So here we have the included listings, and in this case, it is for the whole shop. And if you only want it for one particular or some particular products, you can basically click here to where it says go back. And you can remove this one which says the number of items. So if you put a number of item is going to make it for the entire shop. And if we click, for example, in none, and then we click on Review, we can now select the list things that you want here. You can do it by sections. So for example, I can select the coffee mugs and it will just send one coffee mug. And if I click on the t-shirts, which is the other section that I made, I also can add it. And from here you can also remove them. For example, if I don't want this one, I can just click here and it will remove it. So here we can just select specific listings. And if you don't want it like this, you can also select it manually. So I can just basically add the name and then I can select it and it will add it for you. So in my case, I'm going to make it for the entire shop and the number of items I want it to be, let's say two items. Okay, then I click on Review and in this case is not going to send me to the other page. So I can just now click on review and confirm and then I will create a sale. So I can click on it. And there we go. We now have our live cell. If you want to cancel them, you can just click here to where it says details, we click on it and then we can end the sale early. And the other coupon that I want to make is this one the promo code. So this one is to send it to a specific person. You can create your own code. So if I click on it, and here I can just select two. I want a percentage off. I'm going to do the same thing, turn per cent off, and no number of items duration, I'm just going to give it a few days basically. And I can create a custom promo code. So I can just call it just for you. And then I can click on Continue. And I can basically select the listing that I want. For example, this one. And then I can click on continue Review, and then just continue and review. And here we have this link. So whenever we send this link to somebody, they will get as specific ten per cent discount or whatever percentage discount that you selected. So now we can just copy the link and if we try it, Here we go. We have now added the just for you coupon. So if we select it here, recover coupon. And from here we can just select it. I can add to cart. And here we have D just for your coupon, which is the 10% discount on this particular price. So whoever buys this one will be getting a 10% discount. So here we have these sharp discount right here. And then the person can buy it. 36. Shipping Profiles: Okay, so now we're going to learn how to create some shipping profiles. So for now we can go over to settings in our shop manager in Etsy. And from here we can click on shipping settings. And if you already imported any of your products into Etsy, you will have some default shipping profiles that come from print full. But if you haven't done that, then you have to import one of your principle products into Etsy first. So you can check out the other video on how to import products from print food to Etsy. So on this one, we can actually modify the information from the parental product. We can create a new one. So for example, if we click on the print for mugs, we can click on edit. We can actually change how many business days is it going to take to send the order? For example, we can change from two to five to seven. So I'm going to leave it at two to five. And we can also modify this section, which is the standard shipping. So here we have the information from print full. So if we shift some coffee mugs to the US, it's going to be 699 per one item. Then for every additional item. And we also have the information for other countries, for example, Australia, Brazil, Canada. And we have the European Union, the United Kingdom. And here we have everywhere else. So from here we can just modify them manually. Or we can also add some other locations. For example, if you want to send something over to, let's say Malaysia, you can do it manually. But if Malaysia is not here, then Malaysia will be in the everywhere else category. And something that you can check out is the print full shipping settings. So if we search for print for shipping on Google, we can go to this page. And from this part we can actually check right here the shipping rates for your region. Or if we scroll down, we have all of the information for every different product. For example, for their shirts here we have for the US, Europe, and worldwide how much they charge. For example, for the mugs, here we have them as well. So in this section we can customize the shipping profiles. And once we have a product on Etsy, we can select the specific shipping profile that we want together with the product. So if you're selling marks, you can select the marks shipping profile. And basically in principle gives you all of their information. Once you put a product, it will automatically add it to this section. And we can also add some free shipping, which we will learn in the next lesson. 37. Adding Free Shipping: So if we go to the shipping settings and if you're skipped over to this video, you can find this by going over to settings and then on shipping settings. So in this section we here we have the option of print full free shipping. And this one, we can also modify it. For example, if I wanna give my product free shipping, I can go over to my listing. And for example, I'm going to select my rainbow coffee mug. And if I scroll all the way to the shipping profiles right here, I can look for the free shipping. So I just have to scroll. And here we have free shipping. So I can select this one, and this one will give us free shipping to the product. However, one thing to notice is that if we give our product free shipping, then we have to add the shipping price into the actual price of the product. So for example, for this one, it's a coffee mug. So I can look for the price right here, which is 699 for the US and $4 for an additional product. And with a problem here is that for the other countries, it's a different price. So for example, if I want to add 699 into my product, I can just go over to my price right here. And then I can edit. For example, I can make it 1999, and this one I can make it 2199. So this one will be for the cops. So I have to increase the price in order so that I can get some profit from this and then I can offer the free shipping. But the problem is that if you have, if you have somebody that bisect from abroad, then the price is not going to be the same. So here we can go over to Etsy. So what I wanna do now is that I want to go over to this one that says print full free shipping. From this one I can click on Duplicate. And I can, if I want, I can actually give this one for the US second select free shipping. And for the other countries I can just delete them. And here where it says everywhere else, I can charge a fixed price. For example, I can charge $5 here and one for an additional item. And here I can actually change the name. For example, I can say free us, US shipping $5 international. And from there I can just click on Save Profile. So here we have our new profile. So if we go to our listing, so we can actually select it right here. And then on editing options, I can change the shipping profile. So I can select the new one that I just created, which is this one for us shipping $5 international. And from there I can just apply it. But one thing to notice is that this might be a little complicated. For example, if you're selling some of the frame posters, because for example, In the US, they're framed poster might be $30 to send, but worldwide is $50. So on this one you have to calculate how much are you going to raise your prices in order to give free shipping to the US and then lower your prices for the other countries. For example, if you add $29 to your framed poster, here is the large one and it tells you which ones it is. So if you add the $30 to the frame poster, then those 30 donors, you can lower it from the shipping. So this one, you might offer it for $20, the worldwide shopping. But if you add the $30 to your products on top of the original price, then you keep the $50 for the shipping. Then you're actually going to be making a lot of profit there. But you might not actually find people that want to pay for it because there'll be paying the extra $3 as if it was a US shipping. Well, at the same time they're paying extra $50 for the normal worldwide shipping. So in this case, you can increase your price maybe by $30, and then subtract those $30 from the Worldwide shipping. So you can make it maybe a $20 worldwide shipping and increases the price by $30. For example, if you're going to sell the large poster, we can look for the large poster one. So here we have the large canvas and large framed posters. I can click on duplicate. And for the US is gonna be $30. So this story donors, I'm going to add it to my product. And for the other ones, I'm just going to delete them. And I'm going to keep the everywhere else Option. And I'm gonna make this 12099. I'm just going to make it 1999 because it looks a little bit better. And the additional item we also have to lower it. So I'm going to make it maybe six. So I'm just gonna say 699. You cannot see it. So from there I can actually just change this one from fixed price to free shipping. So it will give us the people in the US free shipping. Well, the other countries they will pay a fixed price for the shipping. And then I can actually change the name. So you can call it free us shipping 1999 international. And this one is only going to be for the large canvas. I'm framed posters. So I can now click on save, and it will add it to this one. So let's refresh. For example, let's say that this one is actually a large framed poster. So we can just click on the, we can select it right here. Then on the editing options, I can change the shipping profile. And from here I can look for the new one that I created, which is this one that free US shipping and 1999 international shipping. So I can select this one and then I can click on Apply. And it will apply this shipping settings. This is something that you have to take into account if you want to give free shipping because that costs to ship in the US and the ones to ship internationally are quiet, maybe might be very different. So keep this in mind if you want to offer free shipping in the US, but also free shipping internationally, because you might need to put the same price for both. And in this case, you might actually lose money if you only increase the price of your product by $4. But keep the worldwide as free shipping. Because for example, this one is $4, but this one is 12. So you're gonna, you might be losing some money on that one. So just keep this part in mind that you might have to do a little bit of math, one of how to move around with the shipping profiles. So, but what I will do is that I will give free shipping to the US and a paid shipping for shipping internationally. So yeah, that's my recommendation. It might take a little bit of math and trying to figure out how to increase your prices to give free shipping to the US, but not for the other countries. And if you actually want, you can also try it this way. You can select, for example, the marks section. I'm going to look for the monks, which is this one. I'm going to duplicate it. So in this case, if you want to give free shipping to the US, you can select free shipping. But then if you want to keep the other countries, you have to manually subtract like $4 if it's the price of EMOC to all of these countries. So if you want to be more technical, it might take you some time to subtract it from every country and increase your price, or you can just go for everywhere else. So yes, keep this in mind that if you want to make shipping profiles, it might take a little bit of math on how to work around with these prices, increasing and decreasing prices and all of these things. So that's it for this one. Thanks for watching. 38. Tracking Orders: So whenever somebody buys your product on Etsy, it's going to send a message to print four. And if you go over to print four and then you click on your orders, you'll be able to track in which stage the order is at. Is the order waiting to be fulfilled, or is the order being created or has it been fulfilled? Has it been sent and delivered? So this one is pretty simple. So whenever you have an order, you can just click on this status section. So these ones have already been fulfilled. So I can just click on them. And you'll be able to see in which stage the product is at. Once the product is sent, you will get a shipment. You'll be able to get a tracking address. And from there you can just click here where it says C tracking. And it will send you over to the tracking website. So from there you can have the tracking number, The shipment number, which career it's being centered. So this one was by UPS, first-class mail. So that's basically how you can also track the order. For example, if you, if the customer wants to know where he is, order is at, you can also click on the tracking and then you can send them the tracking number and you can sell them. You can tell them. Okay, it's being sent by DHL and here is the tracking number. And so in case you have those questions where the customer wants to know where his product is at. You can send them the tracking number and all of the information. So that's it for this one. 39. Selling issues: So whenever you're using printf fool with Etsy and somebody buys your product on Etsy, it is likely that you will not have many issues. However, you might still get some questions from the costumer about, hey, where's my order? And in some cases you might have people buying your products around Christmas. And it's possible that their products and will not arrive on time. So they might want to cancel the order. But the most common question that you might get is going to be Where's my order? So in this case, you can explain that you're collaborating with a printing partner and that the product will be shipped once it's printed. And you can explain your situation. However, I also recommend that if you go on your Etsy profile and you go down here, you can also write that you don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. And the issue with returns is that if somebody wants to return the product, It's going to be sent back to print four. And then from principle, you might need to get it sent back to you. And cancellation station with cancellations is that whenever somebody makes an order and print full starts to create it, you have like a small time-frame window when printf will receive the order, but it hasn't started to make the order. So in this case, when the order is awaiting for fulfillment, You can cancel the order. But after that, once print food starts to print the product, you cannot cancel the order. You can, however, modify the order and modify the shipping address, but after that principle will send it straight to them. So in this case, if you don't cancel it in the cancellation time window, principal would not give you a refund because printf will already started to create the product. So principal will not want to take a hit and return your money. And then they end up with a product that is not fully scent or completed. So in this case, I recommend to have a part that says that you don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. And I also recommend to write this on your item description, Joe, so that they know that you will not be able to give them a refund. However, you can still contact them for any reason. So that's something else that you should keep in mind. How are you going to reply to the customer? Tell them when the product is going to be shaved, explain them your situation and if you can offer a refund, if you can offer a cancellation, make sure you do it on the timeframe. So if you can do the cancellation, then maybe go for a cancellation before it's too late. Because if you don't cancel it and the customer really, really wanted to cancel it, then you might get some bad reviews and some bad ratings. So that might not look very good on your Etsy account. Because other people who are going to want to shop from you, they will see that you don't have a good standing, that you have bad ratings. So also keep that in mind. Whenever you cancel an order on on Etsy, you have to cancel it on Etsy and you also have to cancel it on principle. So make sure you cancel it first on printf foods so that you don't waste time. And then you can cancel it on Etsy. So it makes sure to cancel it on both websites too. 40. Thank You!: So thank you for completing this course.
