1. INTRO: Hello, and welcome to this class, manifesting your desires with journaling. My name is Alex Badisa and I'm a journalist and storytelling educator. And my passion and mission is to support you in discovering how journaling can transform your life by including pen and paper and techniques that can improve different aspects of your daily life. Manifestation is not just something spiritual or something that has spiritual meaning. It's actually all about neuroscience. Our brain works with focus and whenever we bring our focus into something that we want to actually have as a reality instead of just in our mind, then we are more likely to make it happen. It's the same with any kind of goals and the fact that the studies show how when we write down our goals, we have 40% more chances to actually make them come true. We focus, and our brain needs that focus in order to actually look for solutions and opportunities. Using journaling for manifestation is actually a step by step process that I'm going to show you in this course and that you can actually implement in your life to take your goals from being just in a desire state and seeing them as reality. I wish you a good time listening and watching this course and of course, also to complete the manifestation journal, and then let us know what you actually manifested using journal. 2. CLARITY: Hello, everyone, and welcome to this course about manifesting your desires with journaling. When we talk about manifestation, it's not just about the woo woo stuff and the things that you cannot understand because maybe it sounds too spiritual for you, but it's pure neuroscience. It's how our brain works. So this is why journaling plays an important part because when it comes to actually putting things into motion and manifesting we are going to engage all of our senses and journaling does exactly that because we use our sight to look at the piece of paper. We use our motion, our hands to write. Then we might also use our hearing or even our mind's eye when we visualize before we start writing in our journal. And of course, hearing because we can also bring some affirmations that are going to enhance our manifestation. Now we are talking about manifesting your desires, which means that you are bringing into reality, something that maybe it was just on your mind or something you were dreaming about, and it was nice to have, and you are going to make it into reality. It's going to be a part of your life. This is why it's going to go through some stages before it manifested before it comes from the plane of thinking and energy into the field of reality of matter. So these are the steps that we're going to go through together, and we're going to use journaling in every stage. This first module is about turning your desires into intentions. When we talk about desires, we are mostly thinking about something that is nice to have, something that maybe we dream about, something that we heard someone say, Maybe it's not even a very intense feeling that we have towards that. It's a desire. When we talk about desires, we are not necessarily driven to make them all into reality. So this is why the first step in manifestation is turning our desires into intentions. Now, of course, we can also use the term goals because goals are dreams with a deadline. So when we have a dream and we set a deadline for it, then it becomes a goal because we get to focus on it. We get to really narrow our vision and put action into. I prefer the term intention because it sounds that we are doing something intentional. We bring our consciousness, and this is something that I resonate more with, but you can easily replace it with gold. Now, when it comes to manifestation and the process that we are going to go through, I want you to take this and personalize it, make it your own. There might be some steps of this recipe that are not applicable for you, leave them aside. There might be some other practices that you want to bring in. So why not do that? Make it your own. It's really about the whole process and understanding how it works and how journaling helps you in manifesting. But this is really about what works for you and what you want to manifest because this is something that will also make a difference. So if we're thinking about manifestation, and if you're thinking about the first step and how do you start? We start by listing our desires, and then maybe we have a list of ten desires. And then we say, Okay, the first one, the priority in this moment it's this one. Now, how do you choose the priority? Well, there are different factors. It might be that, you know, it's the perfect timing in your life when you want to change your job, for instance, or you feel inside of you a fire to start your business, and you want to manifest your first client. Or maybe you are motivated because you've had enough. You are so frustrated because you tried everything, and it just didn't work. You tried bringing more abundance into your life. You tried feeling in more enthusiastic ways. It just doesn't work, and you've had enough, and you are just ready to manifest more life, more vitality, more happiness, more money. So this is your first step. You start with deciding what is priority for you in your life right now. Write it down. The second step is deciding what is this intention for me? This intention means that I'm going to become very clear about it. So as I said, I'm going to put my focus onto it. I'm going to bring my spotlight and look at this intention from all angles. Meaning that let's say I want to buy a new car. And of course, if I already have the money, the means, then I can just go the next day and I go and buy a car. But if this is a desire, it means that it's not so accessible for me right now, which is exactly what we want when it comes to intentions. We want things that get us out of our comfort zone. Otherwise, if I just want a new car and I already have the money in the bank, this is not taking me out of my comfort zone. But when it comes to something that is out of our reach, it feels inaccessible. It might even feel impossible at this point and at this level, which is exactly what means that we are going to need to get out of our comfort zone, right? So for me, 3. COMMITMENT: Step for manifesting your desires into reality with journaling is about creating specific details and a deadline. This creates your commitment and your final strong decision. Because you decided that you want to bring your desire into an intention, you created a list of requirements of non negotiable things that you desire that you wish for your intention, and that is your level of clarity at this point. Now, if you want to take it even further, then you are going to set a deadline. For instance, if you want to change your job, you're going to set a deadline when to have that happen. If you want to start a business, then you are going to set a deadline. If you want to gain a specific amount of money, again, you are going to set a deadline. If you want to manifest a new relationship in your life, you are going to set a deadline. But when it comes to the implications of other people in our intentions, then we don't have full control. Because we cannot step into other people's decisions and we cannot control how we are going to be aligned, then there is a level of surrender that we have to provide here. However, this doesn't mean that I cannot put a deadline. I can say that, you know, I desire to be in a relationship by the beginning of summer. So this will just give me a framework. Setting a deadline is not about putting pressure. Setting a deadline is more about giving you that urge and that focus so that you start putting things into motion. Creating a deadline means that you are committed, and the universe loves that commitment. The universe loves to see that you are ready and you are fully 100% in. This is why we're setting a deadline. At the same time, let's say that you have reached that deadline and your intention didn't happen. What now? This is very common, and I get this question all the time, and this is something that I have been through as well. So if you set an intention, you write it in your journal, and then you don't see the result, then you get to the deadline and you ask yourself, Is this intention still important for me? If so, then you are going to move your deadline further. If your intention might not carry the same importance or the same motivation anymore because we're human and life happens, we change our minds. That's fine. You might want to replace your intention with a new one that excites you even more. So this is very important to evaluate when you get to that deadline in case it doesn't happen. But what if it happens? This is what we're actually going to focus on because in the case that you set an intention that is up to you, then you are going to make things happen and you are going to also trust the universe that the date that you communicated is going to be the one where you get your desire. In my case, when I finally decided to move from Bucharest to Brushov back in 2022, I needed at first to get that final decision. I had been thinking about it for about one or two years before that, but I wasn't 100% invested. So when the moment came and I remember it perfectly, it was 1 January 2022, and I said, This is it. I have this desire and it's going to become my intention to move by the end of this month. So it was very, very specific and I started writing in my journal that I have already moved to BrushovThi has happened before 31 January 2022. It's very important that you set that deadline, first of all, for yourself. Again, it's not about giving you pressure, it's about giving you commitment and motivation. This way, you are going to start putting things into motion because you have a plan, you have a deadline. Now, the second time when I decided to move to a new apartment, the process was a little bit longer because I knew from practical reasons that I wanted to move before wintertime. So I started to look at apartments at the beginning of spring. But at the same time, I didn't have that clarity. I didn't have a list of specifics of details of clear non negotiables for my new apartment. So of course, I was still at the stage of desire. It was nice to have. The minute when I decided that, Hey, this is important for me and I want it to happen, I set the list of clear requirements, and then I set a deadline. And I said, I'm going to move on 1 November. And I did that during the summer. Now, if you think about the actual process of moving, you know that you need to also give notice in the place where you live. So for me, I was so convinced that I was going to move before 1 November that I even called my previous landlords, and I told them during summer, so it was August. I told them I wanted to let you know that I started looking for a new apartment. I know it's August, but my plan is to move out 4. MOTIVATION: I am so happy and grateful now that I moved to my new apartment for my next stage and my next chapter in my life. It's modern, it's filled with light and warmth. It has beautiful furniture, and I feel safe, I feel comfortable. And this happened by 1 November 2024. This is the paragraph that I used when I started writing in my journal with clarity what I wanted from my new apartment. So it's important to create this paragraph for you as well. Don't worry, you have the formula in your worksheet. So once you decide what your intention is and what are your clear requirements, and what is your deadline? Then the third step is to actually have that final decision when you start writing it down. What gives you that fire? It's going to be your why. Why is it important for you to make this change? Why is it important for you to accomplish this intention? Let's say that if it's something about changing your job or starting your business, it might have to do with inner fire for proving something, or it might be necessity for money. Now, the difference between desire and necessity is that desire creates excitement, whereas necessity creates anxiety. So if you come from a place of necessity, then you might encounter a little bit of obstacles, a little bit of a challenge, because when you're coming from a place of I need this to happen, then you are clinging onto it. You don't have enough space to trust and surrender, which is why the ideal way for manifestation is really about connecting to a deeper why. Why do you want that new job? Why do you want to start your new business? This is because maybe you are ready to go to the next level of your life. Is it because maybe you have something that you want to learn, something that you want to experiment and experience in your life? Or is it because you feel that this is it? This is my time. Now I'm ready. Or if you are looking to manifest a new home, then it might be, I just need a change. I cannot be in this place anymore because it brings me bad memories or it's not functional as I want it to be, or maybe it's in a wrong area of the town, or you just have something that drives you to make that change. Once you find that inner motivation, it will be easier for you than having necessity or having an outside motivation. If you want to buy a new car, just because it would be nice to have or because you know that your friend or your neighbor bought a similar one and you want to have that as well, then it depends on how powerful, how strong that desire is for you, how strong that motivation is for you. But if it comes from a place of either self growth or self improvement or simply a transformation that brings improvement and progress in your life, this is usually what fires up our motivation. Whenever it has to do with moving forward in our life, then it means that we have taken the lessons from what we have experienced until now and we're ready to move on, whether it's houses, money, business, relationships, figure out why you want something different, something that takes you out of your comfort zone. Once you have that why very clear, you write it down in your journal because that is what's going to give you the motivation to keep going through the whole process. Now, let's recap what we learned in terms of turning your desire into an intention. First, find clarity about what are your non negotiables. Why is this a priority for you right now? What area of your life are you ready to focus on, and what are the non negotiables? Number two is setting a deadline. When are you going to complete this buy? And number three, why do you want it so much? What is that inner motivation? What is that fire burning inside of you? Write this down, complete the worksheet, and I'll see you in the next 5. INNER ACTION: Welcome to the second module of manifesting your desires with journaling. This is a very interesting module because this is the part that no one really talks about. Usually when you think about journaling and manifestation, people start talking only about this part of your desire and writing it over and over again. Yes, this is a huge part of the process, but it's not the only one. So this is why the next step of the process is action. Now, when it comes to action, we have different levels of action that we need to take in order to make sure that we are following the whole process and the formula. The first part is to take care of our inner action. Why? Because this is something that we can control. This is something that we can access, and it's the part where we are going to look at why it hasn't worked until now. Your inner action in this stage is about revealing all the layers that have been preventing you to act before or why you have been at this stage until now, and now that you need to manifest a new intention, what needs to change? If we want to understand our self image a little bit better, we are going to look at our results. How does our life look like? This is a very good indication about what we believe to be true about ourselves. If there are areas that we are unhappy about, then it means that we need to address them because our self image is preventing us from actually making that transformation. When it comes to a desire that becomes an intention, something that we want to manifest from the energy plane into the matter plane, meaning that we want to bring into reality, from our thoughts into reality, then this is definitely something that we haven't experienced before, right? We created an intention about something that we haven't had before. We want a new home, we want a new job. We want a new business. We want a new amount of money in our bank account. So given the fact that we haven't experienced something similar before, it means that this will require a new level of our self image that we haven't experienced before. In order for us to have different actions and different results, we need to take different actions. And different actions come from a different self image because our current self image is keeping us at the level that we're at in the present moment. So our future self needs to have a different self image. Our future self that has that intention become reality needs to have a different self perception. Does it make sense? Okay, so think about it like this. You from today, your self image and what you believe about yourself has given you the life that you have at this moment, today. Something that you desire, your intention, means that you are aiming for something that is out of your comfort zone. As I said, if your intention is not getting you out of your comfort zone, then it's not manifestation. So your intention is something that you haven't achieved before. For that next level, you need to take new actions. You need to do something that you haven't done before, which means that you need to confront some parts of yourself that you haven't met before. This is why you are going to find in the worksheet for this module a list of questions and exercises that are going to help you reflect on the challenges, the obstacles, the other beliefs that have kept you stuck until now. This is going to help you do that inner work and take that inner action so that you start changing your inner landscape that will be able to survive and feel safe with the new reality. Otherwise, your nervous system is not going to be able to cope with having a new home or a new job or a successful business, which is why at first, we do this inner work to get our nervous system in a safe place and ready to welcome and receive a new reality. The exercises are going to create a lot of discomfort at first. So please be mindful of that. But at the same time, they will stretch you and they will help you get to a level of safety so that you can manifest your intentions. The other part of your inner action is writing and rewriting your intention in your journal every single day. This means that your brain will register that desire and that intention as if it's already part of it. It's like a record that you are playing over and over again, which means that your brain is just hearing the same thing over and over again, and it's going to start seeing opportunities. So part of the interaction is to set aside time, whether in the morning or in the evening or both, to write your paragraph about your intention in your journal. When I am in the process of manifestation, and I write my gratitude practice in the morning in my journal, I always add at the end, another paragraph that is very similar to the rest of what I have written with gratitude for my intention as if it's already happened. So you can try that or you can find pockets of time throughout the day to rewrite your intention. Sometimes it's best to use it a few more times during the day and even verbally affirm it. Keep it in your mind, think about it, and even talk about it. It's really important that your inner action matches your outer action. So this is why it's going to be really about training your brain and your nervous system to welcome a new reality. So use the worksheet and 6. ACTION PLAN: Okay, the next part is about the outdoor action. How are we going to use journaling for taking action? Well, first of all, we are going to have a plan in our journal. So we're going to write down what needs to happen. And, of course, what is part of our control. What is the step that we can take every day? So, for instance, when I was looking for a new home, I was taking action by looking on the websites for real estate ads, and that was a very important step for me because it was something that I could control. Of course, I couldn't control the results that I was getting on those websites, but I created a habit to look every evening on those websites. So what is for you one step that you can take every day and even create it as a habit that will bring you closer to your intention? In my case, after creating this habit, of course, the next step was always to if I see something that I like book a viewing and then go to see the apartment. So this was action. Another level of action was sitting down and calculating my budget, making sure that I have the right amount of money to make this move, right? Or if not, how can I bring more money into my bank account in order to be able to pay for my new apartment when it shows up? So look at the actions that you need to take in order to get closer to your intention. This is going to be your action plan. For instance, if you are looking to get a job, of course, you are going to apply. This is part of what is in your control. You are going to have a habit of applying to a certain amount of jobs every day, and this is going to be a part of your plan. Then, of course, will come the interviews, and that will be parts that you don't have full control over. If you want to make more money and manifest a specific amount of money, then you are going to create a plan, and what are the income sources that can bring you that amount of money? Of course, when you look at those parts, you will see what is in your control and what is out of your control. So with money, there is a level of uncertainty, but you can bring that action and make sure that you also level it up with your inner action. When it comes to manifesting a new relationship, again, you are going to perhaps create a list of actions in the sense that you are going to go out more, maybe you are going to make a list of events that you could attend or places where you haven't been before. Now, think about the type of manifestation that you desire and look at what is in your control and what is not. As I said, when there are other people involved, then you will have to release some of that control because you cannot really see what other people are thinking or doing. At the same time, part of what is in your control is your inner action and the steps that you can take towards your intention. So in order to get this part into motion, then you are going to take action every day. As I mentioned previously, for you to get a new result, it means that you need to take new action. Anything that you have tried before is part of the past. Right now, you are focusing on doing something different, something new, which of course, it's very uncomfortable and our mind is going to convince us that it's dangerous and that we don't want to do it. But this is where your inner action comes into play. When you balance them out, your interaction and your outer action, you will start seeing progress. Make sure that you put these together and write in your journal why your plan of action is working or not working. What are you learning along the way? Document each step of the process and see also what you're learning. 7. INTUITION: This is my favorite part intuition because this is something that can't really be taught, but it's a huge part of this process. And I hope that you are going to get more acquainted with your intuition and you're going to practice it more if you haven't done so in the past. Your intuition is very, very much connected to your good, to your soul, and this is something that you learn over time to trust. For instance, you can try different practices with journaling to start strengthening your relationship with your intuition. You can start very slow and easy with just going outside for a walk and then releasing all your thoughts from your mind and just listening to your intuition, whether you are going left or right, don't set a destination, see where your intuition takes you and then come home and journal about it. Maybe you saw something new in the park, maybe you discovered a new shop or simply you just enjoyed a walk going on a new street that you haven't been before. Intuition sometimes tells us things that we don't want to hear, which is why the practice of trusting our intuition becomes very, very important. Otherwise, we might miss it. The voice of our intuition is very strongly ingrained in our soul. We hear it all the time, but it's not that loud. The other voice, which is louder and makes a lot of noise is our ego, our fears, our limiting beliefs, our system that is actually trying to keep us safe. And it might also prevent us from taking dangerous actions because they're just unfamiliar. Your intuition, however, only tells you what will happen when it's really there in your face. You know it. Sometimes it can happen with relationships, for instance, when you just know deep down that something is not working or that partner is not right for you. You don't have any reasons for it. You can't really pinpoint anything yet, but you just have that inner knowing, that intuition that this is not right for you. Is the same with partnerships, with projects at work, or with places. Every decision, if you are able to silence your mind has the intuition part very, very present. With every decision, your intuition shows up and tells you what way to go. So your intuition, of course, will play a huge part in the manifestation process. For instance, you are going to just know when it's the right part or the right opportunity or the right apartment or the right job. Sometimes there will be perhaps some practical things that don't align. Maybe on paper, it doesn't look so great, but your feeling your intuition is that this is it. So when I moved and manifested my new apartment, I just knew from the very first moment that I saw the photos on the website. It was the beautiful mountain view, and I just felt that this is going to be my home. Then when I came to see it and I walked in this space, I could feel it. I was immediately no longer at the viewing. I was already planning for the type of furniture that I need, some decorations that I want. I was even imagining and picturing where the Christmas tree will be. So when you know, you know, of course, it's the same with people with meeting a new partner. If you have a list of things that you want your new partner to have, then of course, you're going to try to find that partner with your brain, with your mind. But if you are looking at your intuition and what your intuition says, then it might not agree with your mind sometimes. So you need to figure out how you can trust your intuition more because it always knows. I remember from many years ago when I was dating someone, and I just had this feeling that something wasn't working. We hadn't had a fight or anything to disagree upon, but I just woke up in the middle of the night and I wrote in my journal, I have this feeling that he wants to break up with me. And guess what? The next day he messages and says, Let's go for a walk, and he breaks up with me. So my intuition already knew. It was so, so obvious even before I actually got the message. So trust your intuition. Of course, I didn't want to trust it because I didn't want that to happen. So for me, it was just a proof that my intuition works every single time. When I moved from Bucharest to Brasov and I found my first home here, I just knew. The minute that I saw the photos on the website, again, it was the same. I just knew that's my home. And it was very, very clear from the moment that I walked inside that home that I could see myself living there. And it happened in the same way now the second time. So make sure that you listen to your intuition. Let's say that you are looking to manifest a new home. What do you feel when you step into that space? Can you visualize yourself sitting on that couch, using that furniture, being in that kitchen in the morning and making coffee? Think about moments of your life and picture them as part of your new reality. Can you see yourself there? It's the same with a new project. Can you see yourself doing that specific project or working with someone for a specific collaboration or partnership? Of course, also in relationships, these are very, very subtle signs that you're 8. PROGRESS: Okay, so we are moving forward, and we are taking action, which means that our intention is now in motion. We are closer to getting to our results. Of course, every step that we take, every action that we take deserves to be celebrated. And at the same time, this is another level of how we are going to use journaling in the manifestation process. When you set your intention and your deadline, you can also decide on some milestones. For instance, some date before the deadline, where you are going to check in and see where you're at. Or you are going to be able to look at your progress by evaluating every step that you're taking. So let's say that you are applying for a new job. See every time when you send your resume and apply for a job, make a note in your journal, or at the end of the day, write down how many applications you send on that day. Then evaluate how many replies did you get or how many invitations for an interview. Keep track of your progress and remember that every action is a step in the right direction. If you are manifesting a new relationship, this is a lot about your inner world and how you feel, and there's nothing really much that you can do except for going out and being visible and feeling good about your life. Or if you are looking to manifest a specific amount of money, then of course, you are going to look at every action that brings you a part of that sum into your bank account. So when it comes to manifestation, we are not going to just set the intention and then relax and wait until the result happens. There are specific steps that we are taking along the process to make that happen. And part of it is evaluating our progress, looking at these milestones and making sure that we are getting towards our intention. Sometimes we might get off track. It's normal. It can happen. You don't have to feel bad about it, and that's where you are going to have that moment of honesty with yourself and ask yourself, is this really important for me still, or is this something that doesn't represent a priority anymore? As I said, life happens and we're only human. Sometimes we want to move to a new home or we want to manifest vacation to Sunny place, but maybe we encounter a health issue or a family member who needs us. So then, of course, our priorities change. So always be open to re evaluate and to make sure that your progress that you have created is part of your journey. Now, the good part is that every step that you're taking is anyway changing you and transforming you. You are not going to be the same as before you set your intention. Every action that you took has already made you better, wiser, more courageous, more confident. It has already given you so much, even if you're not getting to your final result. So get sure that you are writing that down in your journal to document the process, to document your actions, your celebrations, your wins, your progress. This is part of the manifestation process with journal. 9. TRUST&SURRENDER: A big part of the manifestation process with journaling is trust and surrender. Again, just like with intuition, this is not so easy to teach because it has to come from inside of you. You trust and surrender in the moment when you have a lot of clarity about what you desire and you also allow your intuition to guide you, which means you drop control. I know it's so difficult, but the moment that you become more friendly and more familiar with your intuition, you will see that it's so much easier to do that rather than trying to always be in control. Trusting and surrender means that you are part of this co creation. It's not just you. There is also the universe responding to what you are putting into motion. And if you don't trust in the universe or in a divine power or a higher power, just think about it like this. You don't know what's happening outside of your knowing. So of course, if you are thinking about finding a new job, you are applying for jobs. You have no idea what is happening in those companies. You have no idea what those recruiters have in their personal lives, what they're going through. The decision makers, you have no idea what is happening and how the plan is working in such a way that it ends up with the opportunity landing in front of you. So the pieces that are in motion that don't depend on you are the part of your surrender. Honestly, there's nothing you can do about it, so you can worry, but it will just consume a lot of your energy. Why do that? Instead, use this specific formula just with these words and write it down in your journal every single day. It's this or something better. It's this or something better. It's this or something better. This means that you trust that you are going to receive your intention or something even better than that. I know it might sound very out of your comfort zone, especially if you have been used to accepting less and devaluing yourself. But now here is where your interaction comes into play. All those limiting beliefs that you have about yourself, you are working through them. So when I say or when you write in your journal, it's this or something better, then you already know that you deserve your intention or something even better than that. Write it in your journal every single day and trust that you will get to your intention. In my case, every time when I was going to a viewing, before I stepped into the apartment, I would say to myself, it's this or something better, especially because then the moment that I would step in, my intuition would tell me if that's the right place or not. Then when I found this apartment and I placed an offer, again, my intuition was so sure, I knew it was it. But when I received the first no, then that's exactly what I wrote in my journal. It's this or something better. I literally felt that if this is not it, if this apartment that I felt so close to is not it, then it means that God has prepared something even better for me and I need to trust. So this is how you're going to practice. It's the same with projects, business, clients, money, relationships. It's this or something better. 10. CELEBRATION: I know that this next part is going to sound a little bit of a stretch for you, but I promise you, it works. And even if it doesn't work, you don't have anything to lose. Celebrating before your intention comes true. I know, right? It sounds very weird, but I promise you, it works. The reason why this is part of the manifestation of your desires and how you're bringing journaling into this part is that you are going to first write down. How are you going to celebrate when your intention comes true? Of course, if you're thinking about having a party in your new apartment or going with your friends in your new car to a specific destination, then that is going to be something that you feel that you visualize, and that you are going to feel really, really great about. However, that doesn't mean that you can't celebrate before that. So how about having a party by not being in this space, but really enjoying as if it's already in your life? I know. This isn't something that normally I include in my manifestation practice. However, I tried it because I also read about it, and it worked. After I found my apartment and I placed my offer, it took about two days before I received the answer. So the next day, I went out with my friends and I told them, I think I found my apartment. And I told them, you know what? Let's have a drink. And we did a toast for my new apartment, and of course, there was that level of Is this or something better? But we celebrated. We celebrated as if it's already happened. Even if the next day I received a refusal, I still felt that the celebration brought me closer. And of course, it did bring me closer because then two days later from the refusal, I got the acceptance. So Make sure that you find a way to celebrate because this is what's going to make you feel good. Again, this means that you are releasing control. You are no longer thinking and planning and strategizing. You are just having fun. You're celebrating. And it doesn't have to be costly. For instance, if you're trying to manifest money, then of course, you are not going to throw a big party to celebrate before having that money. Instead, you can just invite some friends over at home and play some music, or you can just have a dance party by yourself. It's really about imprinting that feeling of celebration and feeling good, feeling good about it because this is what's going to keep you going, give you that motivation, and help you manifest. You can also write in your journal your ideal way of celebrating and then make sure that you actually make it happen once your intention becomes true. 11. SETBACKS: Okay, I know this module is going to be for some of you, your favorite one. Maybe we even skipped all the other modules and came straight to this one if you are more of a skeptical person. Yes, setbacks can happen, challenges and moments when things just seem to get stuck. It's part of the process. It's part of life. Sometimes we are in motion, we're in flow, and sometimes it just feels that we're stuck. And does that mean that manifestation is not working? Does that mean that the universe is testing me? There are so many ways in which you can feel a victim here. But my perception of setbacks is that this is your lesson of patience. For me, every time when I've had setbacks and obstacles in my manifestation process is simply because I had to learn patience. And trust me, this is a lesson that I can very, very hardly swallow even now. So patience is something that we need to learn. It's part of the trust and surrender, and it means that we once again relinquish control. Yes, you might say, Okay, but then why do I set a deadline? Of course, there are cases in which you don't have control over that deadline because it's not up to you, right? As I mentioned, for instance, when you have a relationship that you want to manifest, of course, you don't really know by which date you are going to meet your partner. But setbacks happen when you put a lot of resistance, for instance, or when you start doubting yourself, when there is no more clarity, or when your focus goes away. So if you pay attention and you monitor your thoughts and your actions in your journal, then you will see that setbacks actually happen for a reason, always. Maybe the timing is off. Maybe you created a deadline that was not right. However, just keep in mind that when you create deadlines and intentions from your intuition, you are never wrong. But let's say that you encounter a setback, it might be your limiting belief. You might not feel ready for it. You might still feel that you don't deserve that. Or it might be that there is something that is pulling you in a different direction, specifically so that you take your focus off of your intention. What does that mean? It means that you might be self sabotaging yourself. I'm not saying this to blame you and you don't need to blame yourself either, because this is not really you. This is your subconscious. This is why your interaction is very, very important because otherwise it will show up in here. It will show up by sabotaging your process. It will show up by giving you obstacles that feel impossible to get over. Or it will make the process seem longer and longer until you change your mind or you give up. Setbacks are lessons. Every time there is an obstacle, it requires a new level of courage and confidence from you. It requires for you to do something that you haven't done before, which is why it helps you to practice what we learned in the previous module, your inner action and the outer action. They're both connected, which is why it's important to keep track of both of them in your journal. Writing down the belief that come up, the setback, and then the action plan for overcoming that setback is going to give you confidence. So yes, obstacles are perfectly normal. Sometimes they are coming from the outside. Sometimes they are a creation of our inner system trying to keep us safe because we are doing something new for the first time and we might have the tendency to sabotage. Look at what is going on, write it down, document it, and make sure that you analyze what is still a priority. Is the intention still important for you? Because a setback might mean that you decide to give up, which means that all the effort that you have put into it has not really taken you very far because you still gave in to your previous self image and your previous limiting beliefs. This is usually crossroads and moments of decision when you need to sit down, write in your journal, clear your mind, and then look with clarity what is the light at the end of the tunnel. You've got this. 12. GRATITUDE: It's here. It's happened. You manifested your desire. Your intention has become real. It's part of your new life. Yes. So, of course, now is the moment for you to celebrate, and now is the moment for you to feel your heart with gratitude. This is so, so important. This last lesson is about gratitude because, of course, gratitude is going to be part of the whole process. As we discussed, it's part of the formula that you are using every day in the manifestation process. You are writing in your journal in the present tense, I'm so grateful for my intention coming true. So gratitude is part of your everyday practice. And especially when you bring in gratitude for present situations and aspects of your life, then you are already in that space of gratitude. So when you bring gratitude for something that hasn't happened yet, your brain is not going to know the difference. When you get to the place where your intention is happened and you are leaving it. It's part of your reality, you manifested it. Then gratitude has to still be part of your life. I've seen this so many times that people, once they get their manifestation, they just forget about gratitude because they already are in the space of, Okay, this is working. What's my next intention? Okay. Hold up. First, be grateful and celebrate. There's no rush here. We need to really enjoy. Why did you ask for this intention to come true? Because there was that motivation. There was that desire and that fire in you for getting that intention to become reality. And now it's here, and now it's here and you can enjoy it. You can feel it. You can really, really embody it. Now, you might say, Well, yes, but I already imagined it and I already visualized it so many times in the manifestation process that I'm used to it. And yes, that is true. Most of the times, when we start practicing manifestation with journaling and it's part of our life, then once we manifest things into reality, it's just something normal because we know it's possible. However, this doesn't mean that we just become used to it, you know. Celebrate, be happy for it, especially because now you can see it, you can feel it. Maybe you can actually touch that car or your partner. You see that person, or you are in your new home and you enjoy it, or you are traveling to that vacation, you are seeing it, you are taking pictures, or you have that sum of money in your bank account. Enjoy it. Celebrate it. Really put the plan of your celebration into motion. And most of all, keep writing your gratitude about your intention, which is now happened. The same formula that you used to manifest it, keep writing it in your journal after you manifested it because this is now going to be easier because it's here. You are writing it as a very real, true, honest affirmation. I'm so grateful now that I moved to a new apartment. I'm so grateful now that I manifested my intention. So don't forget about your gratitude, especially after you have finished with your manifestation process. Yes, this process works and you can replicate it as many times as you wish. Yes, it will look different for each and every one of you because we are all different. And yes, this is manifestation with journaling that I have tried, and I got results that so many of my clients and students have tried, and they got results. So now it's your turn. Keep doing your work, keep trusting. And the moment that you get your results, the moment that your intention becomes reality, celebrate and let us know because we want to celebrate with you as well. Thank you so much for using journaling to manifest your desires. Thank you for watching this course, and I wish for you to manifest all of your desires into reality with journaling. I'm Alex Badiza. Thank you.
