1. Introduction: Welcome. G are clarified butter has been used in Indian and Pakistani cuisines for thousands of years. In general, it is a wonderful cooking fat, plus the flavor is slightly nutty and incredibly Moorish. It's shelf stable and has a high smoke point, which makes it perfect for tons of recipes. This course will take you through what is key, especially in comparison to regular butter. How to make it from butter, and how to use it? Are you ready? Let's get started. 2. What is Ghee?: What is key? D is basically clarified butter. This means that it is the butter that has been similar than stream to separate the milk, fats, water, and other impurities in the button.
