1. Welcome: Hello, and welcome to the easy no baked desserts course. Whether you're a beginner in the kitchen or just looking for simple, tasty treats, you're in the right place. In this course, we'll be making seven delicious no baked desserts that are perfect for any occasion. No fancy equipment required, just simple ingredients and a bit of creativity. Let's get started. 2. Classic Tiramisu: First up, we're making a classic Italian dessert, tira miso. This rich and creamy dessert comes together effortlessly and requires no baking at all. For this, you'll need macaroni cheese, heavy cream, sugar, coffee, or espresso, cocoa powder, and lady finger biscuits. Let's get started. First up, two tablespoon instant coffee or espresso, two tablespoons sugar. They have to be the equal amount. One cup hot water so that the sugar dissolves easily. Mix it up. And then keep it aside for a bit. Now we need to whip the whipping cream or sweetened cream. So we took one cup of whipping cream, and you need to whip it till you reach stiff peaks. This could take a couple of minutes, about seven to eight or ten to 12 minutes. Depending on the weather. If it's hot, make sure that the whipping cream is very cold. We've reached stiff peaks, or, you know, you can also keep a bowl of ice under the whipping cream bowl and then start whipping it over it. One cup mascarponi cheese, mix it up a little bit before you whip it again. And one teaspoon vanilla sens. Do not miss this. Whip it till soft peaks. This will take another four to 5 minutes. So that's the texture you're trying to achieve. Soft and creamy. Just fold it in with your spatula. Then you keep it aside. Now, you need to dip the lady finger biscuits. These are easily available at any grocery store or you can even buy it from Amazon. Make sure that the coffee and water mixture is still warm and hot, and you need to soak the biscuits for a couple of seconds. Don't soak it in for too long. Otherwise, they could break, and you just maybe a couple of seconds, you'll have to see what works best for you. So just layer the lady finger biscuits in the pudding dish. As you can see, the biscuits have soaked up all the coffee water. So I'm gonna have to do it, you know, make another batch. Now, you add a layer of the cream and mascarponi cheese mixture. Just spread it evenly. Now for some extra flavor, I'm adding some chocolate shavings, or you could add chopped chocolate. This is absolutely optional, but this would give a very nice flavor and crunch to your tira. So now we are adding another layer of dipped finger biscuits. Mm. I'll be honest, I broke a couple of them because I let it sit in the coffee mixture for too long and it just fell apart. So you need to be very careful. And another layer of cream mixture. Just spread it evenly. Make sure it's covered from all sides. And finally, just dust some cocoa powder on top of it and refrigerate the pudding overnight for best result. And if you don't have time, then 4 hours is good enough. Now, see how nicely I can cut it. It's so well set. And it's perfect. And it tasted amazing. You need to try this and let me know how it worked out for you. Onto the next no baked dessert. 3. Pineapple Trifle: Next up is pineapple trifle. This is super easy and super delicious and does not require a lot of hassle. This recipe is for single serving only, so you need to modify the ingredients accordingly. So for single serving, I've used one fourth cup of whipping cream, few drops of vanilla since, not one teaspoon. Very less. Just mix it up. And whip it till it reaches stiff peaks. Now, like I said in the previous Tira Miso video, make sure that the whipping cream is very cold or chilled or you have the aircon on, or you have a bowl of ice placed under the bowl of whipping cream because otherwise you will not be able to whip it. It will not reach the stiff peaks consistency, and that's the consistency that we want. Now, I have a silicon piping bag, so I'm going to transfer it gently. I'm not a very big fan of piping bags, but anyway, vanilla sponge cake. You can make it at home. It can be stow bought, whatever floats your boat. Now, since I'm using canned pineapples, I'm using the syrup from the canned pineapple to soak the cake, and it's a very important step because otherwise, your trifle would just be too dry. So just pat it down a little bit. Now next step is a layer of whipped cream. Chopped pineapple. You can also use fresh pineapple, but since I'm using canned pineapples, that's what I'm using. And now we just repeat the process. Crumbled cake. Just make sure it covers all the area. Another teaspoon of pineapple syrup. Just even it out. Another layer of whipped cream. Like I said, I'm not a big fan of piping bags. Another layer of crumbled cake. Chopped pineapple. Press it down gently, and I think there's scope for another layer of whipping cream. Just even it out. You can make some designs, or you can just flatten it using a spoon. You can be very creative here. And a slice of chopped pineapple. Keep it in the fridge for an hour and enjoy it chilled. I'm telling you guys this tasted amazing. Do try and let me know how it. 4. Blackforest Trifle: Imagine Black Forest cake meats trifle. Next recipe is the Black Forest trifle. Look how beautiful it looks, and it tasted amazing. Let's get started with one fourth cup whipping cream. Using a spat you have to use up all the whipping cream, a few drops of vanilla essence. Mix it up. And now you can use a stand mixer and whip it till it reaches stiff peaks. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer. You can also do it by hand if you have the time or the patience or the strength. But sometimes I love electronic appliances. This took me a couple of minutes, about seven to 8 minutes to reach stiff peaks. Perfect. Now, I couldn't find a piping bag, so I had to use a makeshift one. I've used a clean ziplock bag, and you will not believe how good they work as piping bags. So just gonna fill it up. Make sure that you do it in a glass. You can easily fill up the ziploc bag or the piping bag. Now, I'm just going to make a small cut. Now, I had some leftover chocolate sponge cake, and it had gotten a little too dry for me to use. So I decided to make a trifle out of it. I'm just going to crumble it. That's how it looks. Now, I'm using a trifle dish. You can use another glass. You can use a bowl, anything that you like. So there's a small layer of whipping cream than a layer of crumbled cake. Most important step cherry syrup or sugar syrup. You can mix one teaspoon of sugar with one teaspoon or two teaspoons of water and make a syrup out of it so that it doesn't remain dry. That's a very important step. You can add some chocolate shavings. Another layer of whipped cream. Do you see why I recommend the zip log piping bag? It was just too easy to use. Another layer of crumbled cake. Press it down gently. Some more cherry syrup. A little cherry surprise in the middle of your trifle. Some more chocolate shavings. You can use dark chocolate or middle chocolate depending on your palate. Another layer of whipped cream. Some more chocolate shavings. Be creative, decorate it as you like. Top it up with the cherry, keep it in the fridge or freezer for an hour and enjoy it chill. I'm telling you guys it tasted heavenly, and you need to try this and let me know how it turned out. Onto the next dessert. 5. Blueberry Trifle: Next up is blueberry trifle. Now, this is, again, a single serving trifle, and I got to be so creative with it with such easily available ingredients. Let's get started. Now, since I've already shown you how to whip the whipping cream, I'm not going to get it from that again. Make sure it's stiff peaks. I'm just going to start setting up or assembling my trifle bowl. I added a layer of vanilla sponge cake, crumbled, one teaspoon of sugar syrup. It's important so that the cake soaks it up. And I'm using a spoon to add the whipped cream and spreading it out easily and evenly. Here, I'm using blueberry jam. You can also use blueberry preserve. You can make it at home, but this was just robot. And give a very nice juicy flavor to your trifle. Spread it evenly. Another layer of crumbled cake. I'm using vanilla cake. You can use any other cake. Another layer of whipped cream. Spread it out evenly and gently. Make sure that the entire trifle dish or bowl is covered. Finally, I'm going to decorate it with some fresh blueberries. You can also decorate it with the blueberry preserve or jam if you don't have fresh blueberries, but since I had some and then refrigerate it for about an hour and enjoy it chilled, and look how beautiful that looks. Let me know how it turned out for you. Onto the next no baked dessert. 6. Strawberry & Chocolate Trifle: This is me being creative. Instead of a regular strawberry trifle. I decided to make a strawberry and chocolate trifle. And the results were amazing. Let's get started. Again, since I've already shown you how to whip your whipping cream, I'm just gonna get started with the layering of your trifle. Stiff peaks. In a trifle bow or dish, layer of chocolate cake crumbled. Here you can be very creative. You can also use chocolate brownie. I think that'll add a very nice flavor and make it very moist. One teaspoon sugar syrup. Do not skip this at all. It's very important. Just make sure that the cake soaks up all the sugar syrup, a layer of whipped cream. I'm using a spoon here instead of a piping bag. Just to show that you have options, even if you don't have a piping bag, spread it out evenly. I think if you have a piping bag, you don't even have to spread it out so much. Freshly chopped strawberries. You can also use strawberry preserve or jam, chocolate shavings, another layer of crumbled chocolate cake. Spread it out. Layer of whipped cream. It looks like ice cream. Spread it out evenly and gently. Your trifles don't only have to taste good. They also have to look good. So you have to be very careful with the layering. Some more chocolate shavings and a strawberry for decoration. Keep it on the fridge and eat it after 1 hour Kais This is the perfect Valentine's Day dessert. 7. Banoffee Pie Pudding: Did you know that a Banofi pie does not just have to be a pie. It can also be a pudding or a trifle. You just have to learn to be creative while baking or cooking. Let's get started. First, we need to make the Dlgtluge. I expect it to be a little bit more creamy and flowing, but anyway, now, if you don't have stow bought caramel sauce or dog luche, you can also use milkmde. I'm placing it in a pressure cooker and filling it with water, make sure that the can is covered in water. It's underwater. I'm just going to add a little bit more to be on the safer side. One whistle on high flame and then 45 to 50 minutes on low flame. Once it's cool down, you can remove the can and open it up. And there you go, your dog till which is ready. Next up, you're going to use one cup of whipping cream or sweetened cream and whip it till it reaches stiff peaks. This would take a couple of minutes, but there you have it stiff peaks. Now we need to make the biscuit clear. One packet of digestive biscuits or gram cookies, grind it. You can also put it in a ziploc bag and crush it with a wooden spatula or anything that you have. This is very important. Three tablespoons of melted butter. And one tablespoon of cocoa powder for that added flavor. Just grind it up again, mix it up, and our biscuit base is ready. Now, take a pudding dish and you add a layer of biscuit base. Press firm and gently so that, you know, it sets up easily. Make sure that it's even from all sides. I'm going to add a layer of tosloge. Like I said, I thought it'd be more creamy, so it was not easy to spread. But I tried my best. I'm using three sliced bananas, and I'm going to place it around start from out to in. Now, another layer of whipped cream. Spread it nicely. You can make a design or you can spread it however you want, up to you. You can add as much of whipped cream as you like. So milk chocolate shavings. I'm using a vegetable peeler to shave this chocolate. You can also grid it in mixi or however you like it. For best results, keep it in the fridge overnight. But since I only had a couple of hours, this is the result after 2 hours. It's still very soft, so that's why I decided to call it a pudding. But it tasted amazing. This was one of my favorite no Bake dessert, for sure. Onto the next one. 8. Fruit Cream: Fruit cream is one of my favorite no bake desserts. This is when you don't know what to make for dessert, you don't know what to do with your fruits. You know, you don't even have to be too creative with it. It's the easiest thing in the world. Let's get started. One cup of whipping cream or sweetened cream. Whip till it reaches stiff peaks. This will take a couple of minutes. Make sure that your whipping cream is very cold or the air conditioner is on. There you go. Stiff peaks. Next up, one cup of mascarpone cheese. Now, this is absolutely optional, but adding this is what makes it exotic fruit cream. Otherwise, you can just leave it with the whipping cream or the sweetened cream. One teaspoon of vanessence. If you don't have the mascarpone cheese, you can just add the vanilessens to your whipping cream, and that's it. That's all you need. Perfect. Soft and creamy. So if you're not using mascarpone cheese, make sure that when you're whipping your sweetened cream or the whipping cream, um, you also leave it soft and creamy. Soft peaks. Now, I'm using all the fruits that I had my refrigerator when apple when banana, chopped it up into tiny pieces, pineapple, two to three slices fresh or canned, a couple of strawberries chopped Make sure that they're all of the same size. Half cup blueberries chopped. You can also use grapes, dried berries. This is absolutely optional, but since I had them at home. Add the cream mix, as desired, you want however you want it. That's the thing. You can just be so creative with this, or the best thing is you have to be creative with this. This is absolutely how you'd want it as per your taste. Add any fruit you like. Don't add anything that you don't want. Add how muever cream you want. Absolutely up to you. Bess enjoy it chilled. Which one was your favorite? I'd really like to know. 9. Conclusion: Thank you so much for joining me on this delicious no bake dessert journey. I hope these recipes inspire you to try them out yourself.
