About This Class

Although not a new invention, these plant-based milks taste amazing, are as delicious as their base ingredients, and address many nutritional, philosophical, and culinary needs.

Turns out there are at least 50 shades of white!

Nearly every supermarket now stocks a selection of nut, seed, legume, grain and coconut milks, and many coffee shops offer soy, almond, and coconut milks. However, if you want full control over the consistency and content of your milk, or wish to experiment with alternative flavours, you will find that you can prepare your own batches with minimal effort!

Given all the benefits of plant-based milks, it is high time we broadened our definition of milk and explored the uncharted territory of plant-based alternatives!

When I crave the freshest, purest, and most delicious milk, I make my own.

1. Welcome: Welcome a tall glass of cold make. So simple, iconic. Gone are the days when mooc always meant cow's milk with its bright white hue and off neutral and comfort. Today the term could just as well connote a creamy beverage made from water plus nuts, seeds, legumes, grains, coconut or D was all done auto new invention. These plant-based milks, also known as vegan or non dairy milks, taste amazing or as delicious as their base ingredients and addressed many culinary needs. It turns out there are at least 50 Shades of fight. Let's get started. 2. DIY Plant-Based Milk: Preparing your own reading makes and creams is fun, easy, and low tech. As with nutritional properties, qualities will vary depending on the preparation methods you use. I've attempted to be as comprehensive as possible with this table. Ways to Enjoy Plant Based Milks: There are so many ways to enjoy plant-based milks. Drink milk straight. You can either have it or you can also add it to your senior.
