vision into reality. We'll start by exploring what
a life vision really is, why it's important,
and how to create one that feels deeply
aligned with who you are. You learn how to use the
power of visualization, how to build a vision board, even using Kanva and how to set smart goals that actually
support your vision. This isn't about
wishful thinking or just making a pretty board. This is about designing a life that inspires you
every single day. A life that reflects
your values, your dreams, and your potential. Your class project, you'll
create your own vision board, either digitally in Canva or physically with
your own materials. And to support your
progress even further, you'll find a downloadable
workbook with powerful step by step exercises to deepen your self awareness and guide
you throughout the journey. Whether you are at
crossroads in life or simply ready to step into a more intentional version of yourself, you are in the right place. Let's begin designing the life
that truly feels like you. I can't wait to see
what you will create.
2. What Is Life Vision?: I'm so excited for this part of the journey because
everything starts here. Every great goal, every
major achievement begins with a clear vision
of where you want to go. But what exactly does that mean? In this session, we are going to break it down and help you create a vision that truly
inspires and motivates. So, what exactly
is a life vision? Life vision is the
bigger picture of the life you
deeply want to live, not the one shaped by
expectations or fear, but the one aligned with your true values,
passions, and purpose. It's not just a goal or a dream, it's your inner direction. It's about how you want to
feel in your everyday life, what kind of person
you want to become, and what kind of legacy
you want to create. Think of it as your Northstar, a personal guide that
helps you stay focused, even when life gets chaotic. When you have a clear vision, you begin making choices
that are aligned with who you really are and
where you truly want to go, don't worry, don't need to
have it all figured out today. In fact, just being here
is a powerful step.
3. Why You Need A Life Vision?: So in this lesson, we'll focus
on creating a life vision. So something that
serves as a roadmap to achieving your goals
and living with purpose. A clear vision helps you understand what you
truly want in life, provides direction and motivates you when challenges arise. Think about this, would
you go on a road trip without destination or
a map? Probably not. Yet, many people go through life without any
clear direction. But imagine waking up each day, knowing exactly what you want
and where you want to go. So that's the power of
having a life vision. So today we'll cover why having a life
ision is essential, how to create a vision that
excites you and motivates you and practical tools to
turn your vision into reality. First, let's discuss why having a life vision
is essential. Without a vision, you
may feel lost or stuck in routines that don't bring
you joy or fulfillment. Instead of actively
shaping your future, you may find yourself reacting
to life circumstances. But when you have a vision, it provides one, clarity. You know what you
want, which makes it easier to make decisions
align with your goals. Two, focus. Your
vision helps you prioritize what truly matters
and avoid distractions. Three, motivation. When challenges
arise, your vision serves as powerful reminder
of why you're working hard. Let's make this real. Think about a time when you had complete clarity about
something you wanted. Maybe it was landing
a specific job, starting a business or
improving a relationship. How did that clarity
impact your actions? You likely made decisions that move you closer
to that goal. Now imagine applying
that same clarity to your entire life, career, health, relationships,
and personal growth. That's what a strong life
vision can do for you.
4. Steps To Create A Powerful Life Vision: Now, let's talk about how to create a vision
for your life. Here's a four step
process to guide you. Step one, reflect on your
values and passions. Your vision should align with
what truly matters to you. Take a moment to reflect. What are your core values, examples freedom, family,
creativity, integrity, growth? What activities make you feel
energized and fulfilled? What would you still pursue, even if you weren't
getting paid for it? For example, if your
top value is adventure, your vision might include
traveling or having a flexible career that
allow for exploration. If contribution is a core value, your vision may include
giving back to mentorship, leadership, or charity work. Step two, define
your desired future. Now, picture your life five
to ten years from now. Ask yourself, where
are you living? What kind of work are you doing? How do you spend your free time? What do your
relationships look like? What impact are you
making in the world? Close your eyes for a moment and visualize your ideal future. See the details,
feel the emotions. The clearer your vision, the more powerful it becomes. Step three, make it
exciting and compelling. Your vision should inspire you. It should make your heart
race with excitement. If it doesn't, you're
not dreaming big enough. Ask yourself, what would make me truly excited to
wake up each day? If I had unlimited
resources and time, what would I create for my
life? This is your vision. Don't limit yourself based on
fears or doubts. Dream big. Step four, write it down now. Put your vision into words. Be specific and detailed. Instead of saying, I want
to be successful, say, I am the CEO of
driving company that allows me to work remotely
and travel the world. I work with an amazing team and my business makes a positive
impact on people's lives. Your written vision
becomes a widen glide, something you can refer back
to when making decisions.
5. How To Turn Your Vision Into Reality?: Creating a vision is
only the first step. Now, let's discuss how to
bring that vision to life. One, set specific goals. Break your vision down into
concrete actionable steps. For example, if your vision
is to run a marathon, set a goal to train
three times a week. If your vision is to
become financially free, set a goal to invest a
certain amount monthly. Two, create a plan. A vision without a
plan is just a dream. Write down the steps needed to achieve your goals
include timelines, milestones, resources
you'll need. Three, stay accountable. Share your vision with a trusted friend, mentor, or coach. Regular check ins will keep
you on track and motivated. Four, visualize your success. Spend time each day visualizing yourself,
living your vision. Picture yourself
achieving your goals, feel the excitement and reinforce the belief
that it's possible.
6. The Power Of Visualization: Technique that can
help you connect with your vision
is visualization. Visualization is more
than just daydreaming. It's a powerful tool for
manifesting the life you want. When you vividly imagine
yourself living your ideal life, your brain starts to
believe it's possible. And you begin to take actions that move you in that direction. So here's a quick
exercise you can try. Close your eyes and imagine
it's five years from now. You're living your ideal life. You've achieved your
goals and created the future you've
always dreamed of. What does your day look
like? How do you feel? What's your environment like? Really get into the details. The more specific you can be, the more real it will feel. Now, after this visualization, think about the
steps you can take today to move closer
to that vision. Even if it's just
a small action, everything you do from now on should be in service of
that bigger picture.
7. What Is Vision Board?: Vision board is a
visual representation of your life goals,
desires, dreams, which is created as
a set of pictures, newspaper clippings, words, motivational quotes and is
located on a visual board. When you create a
board like this that is often in
front of your eyes, you encourage the power
of visualization. When you constantly see
what you want to achieve, you are helping your brain
to filter informations and your unconscious mind is constantly focused on the
goals you want to achieve. I will share with you
my personal example. I made my vision
board when I was 24. I was doing a job that did not fulfill me
with satisfaction. A stable relationship
was not even in sight. I was going through
disappointments and even started to think that I would never
have a partner and a family. I had a modest income that barely covered the rent
and the basic needs. I decided that I had to change
something and come up with the idea of making a board that would describe the
life I want to live. I put pictures on
the board that I found on the Internet
and included my picture on all these images to make it look like
my personal pictures. I put pictures where I have
the kind of partner I want, pictures of destinations
I want to visit, a dream house by the water that I want to
have two children, a picture of a woman
who is doing yoga, a picture of a successful
businesswoman and the like. After a few months, many things started to
be realized in reality. I found the ideal
partner who is now my husband and with whom I
travel and have two children. I became passionate yogi and practice yoga even
during pregnancy. I got a better job
and I actually discovered the job of my
dreams, and that is coaching. At this moment, I'm
building my dream house by the lake coincidence.
I would not say so. I worked on everything, and actually the
secret is that my mind was focused on what I
want every single day. So your homework is to create your vision board after the
vision you have planned. You can buy a board or take
a regular cardboard or something similar and have
as much as fun as possible. You can use pictures from the
Internet, from newspapers, quotes, words, and
everything that you think should be
included in this board. Or you can easily create vision board in
Kanva and printed, and I will show you how to
do that in the next video. Whichever option you decide on, it is important to put the
vision board in a place where you will look at it
very often and you will see. The vision will slowly
become your reality. Enjoy this creative process. See you in the next video.
8. How To Make Vision Board In Canva?: Video, I'm going to
show you how you can very quickly and easily make
a vision board in Canva. This is example of
my vision board and you can make quickly
yours as well. When you go to the
search section, you can type a
vision board collage and really you will find a lot of pre templates that you can use and make a
wonderful vision board. So see, there are a lot
of templates available. Choose one that is
the best for you. I will choose this one and go to the option,
customize this template. And start to work with it. This is really nice structure
because it is divided by different areas and you can change the name
of those areas. So for example, I will
type time for myself. And I suggest you to put your picture on
your vision board so you can upload it and put it in the
middle of your board. And then you can start
editing different areas. So for example, if one of your goals is to
build a dream house, so you can find a lot of photos here in Canva
available and free. And very easily just put it
here on this vision board. Then, for example, since my
job is related to clients, I will find the photo that I like the most and
that represents the clients and put
it here on the board. You can be really, really
creative and you can save and print your work. O.
9. What Are SMART Goals?: So now that you've
created your life vision, it's time to transform
that vision into action. And one of the biggest
reasons why people struggle to achieve their dreams is
that they lack a clear plan. So this is where the smart goal setting framework comes in. So smart goals, ensure that your goals are
specific, measurable, achievable, relevant,
and time bound, and they provide you
a roadmap to success. So in this lesson, we'll understand the SMART
goal setting framework, learn how to apply smart goal setting
to your life vision, identify and overcome
common goal setting pitfalls and practice creating smart goals that set
you up for success. Let's break down the
SMART goal framework. Smart stands for specific your goal should be clear and
well defined, measurable. You should be able to track
your progress, achievable. Your goal should be challenging
but realistic. Relevant. Your goal should align with your bigger vision. Time bound. Your goal should
have a deadline. Let's go deeper
into each element. Si specific goal,
answer the questions. What do I want to accomplish? Why is it important?
How will I do it? Example, instead of saying, I want to get healthy, a specific goal would be, I want to run a
five K three months to improve my
fitness, measurable. You need a way to
track your progress. Ask yourself, how will
I measure success? Example, I will run three
times a week for 30 minutes. Instead of I will run
more, achievable. Your goal should challenge you
but still be within reach. If a goal is too easy, it won't inspire growth. If it's too hard, it can
lead to frustration. Example, if you've
never run before, a marathon next month
isn't achievable. Five K in three months
that's doable, relevant. Your goal should align with your values and overall vision. Example, if your vision is
to become financially free, setting a goal to read more books isn't
directly relevant. Instead, save $5,000 for an investment fund in six
months is much more aligned. Time bound. Every goal
needs a deadline. Example, I will complete
my five K raise by June 1. Without a deadline,
goals lose urgency. Think about one of your goals. Does it meet the SMART criteria? If not, how can you adjust it?
10. How To Apply SMART Goals To Your Life Vision?: Now that you understand
smart goals, let's connect them
to your life vision. Here's how to turn your vision
into a set of clear goals. Review your vision. Look at the vision statement
you wrote. In workbook. Defy key areas career, health, relationships,
personal growth, finances. Identify key goals. Choose one to three key goals that will help you
achieve your vision. Example, if your vision is to become a successful
entrepreneur, a goal might be launch my business within
the next 12 months. Turn goals into SMRT goals, take a goal and refine it
using the SMRT framework. Example, general goal,
start a business. Smart goal, I will
research business ideas, create a business plan, and launch my business within the next six months by dedicating 10 hours per
week to preparation. Prioritize your goals. You don't need to tackle
everything at once. Focus on two or three most
impactful goal first. Break goals into action steps. For each goal, create
small actionable steps. Example, if your goal is to
write a book in one here, break it into, write
one chapter per month. Outline the book by next month, write 500 words per day.
11. Common Pitfalls To Avoid: While setting smart
goals is powerful, people often run into
these common mistakes. Setting wage goals. If your goal isn't specific, it's hard to know
where to start. Example of a wage goal. I want to be more
productive. Smart version. I will wake up at 6:00
A.M. Every weekday and follow a structured morning
routine for the next 30 days. Setting unrealistic goals. If your goal is too ambitious, you might lose motivation. Example, I will double
my income in one month. Instead, focus on I will
increase my income by 20% in six months by
launching a side business. Ignoring time frames,
a goal without a deadline can be
postponed indefinitely. Always set a deadline. Even if it's an estimate, not reviewing your
goals regularly. Goals should be revisited
weekly or monthly. Ask yourself, am I on track? Do I need to adjust my approach? Setting goals that
don't excite you, your goals should be meaningful if they don't inspire you, re evaluate why you set them.
12. Class Project: Hey, again, now that you explore your life vision and learn
how to bring it to life, it's time for your
class project. So for this project, you will make your
own vision board. You can make a
physical board using magazines, photos,
craft materials, or you can make a
digital version using Kanva just like I show
you in the lesson. And let this be fun and
creative experience. So really, no perfection needed because this is
your vision board, your visual reminder
of your goals, dreams, and the life
you're stepping into. And once you've made it, I encourage you to share in the project gallery so
you can make a screenshot and upload it because you never know who you might
inspire to do the same. This is your vision.
This is your life. So let's bring it to
reality together. I'm so excited and I can't wait to see what are
you going to create.
13. Thank You!: Congratulations. You made it to the end

something to truly celebrate. Don't forget to upload
your class project, your personal vision board. Whether it's a digital version made in Kanva or a physical one, you've crafted with love. I'd love to see what you've
created and your project may even inspire someone else in the class to
take the next step. If you haven't yet,
