1. Introduction: Making simple handmade products that promise Decker with functionality can give a great sense of fulfilment. They experience is later when we make something for someone special. Hello everyone and Claudia, fashion and lifestyle accessibility designer from India. In this class, Let's learn how to make a color with a biotech. For our furry friend, we will be using simple handling techniques to craft this color. Hence, when combined with the use of cotton fabric, allows anyone to stitch with ease and also provides better breathability. There is no prior experience needed in soon as I will be covering all the basics for hand stitching. The end of the class you will be able to make a bit color with the bowtie. 2. Materials Required: The materials required for this project, our fabric of 60 centimeter by 30 centimeter. Ruler, needle, needle, Gleick side least buckle, one-inch adjustable strap buckle, one inch clips, marker, pencil he pressed, or an sandbox. 3. Preparing the Fabric for Sewing: In this lesson, let's see how we can cut the required fabric for making the corner and Bhutan and also prepare it for the swing process. For making this board day, we need three pi's. One is making the bullets. And the second part is for tightened Depot. And the third is the benefit of the column. For making the ball. We need 15 centimeter by 26 centimeter fabric. And for tying depot, we need 15 centimeter by five centimeter fabric. And for the baby, we need 55 centimeter by 7.2 centimeter fabric. For the measurements. I have cut the fabric set, we regret. This is the fabric for making the ball. This is for the fabric for making the type, and this is the belt or decoder. Now let's see how we can prepare it for this wing process. So this process is very important. Why? Because we are going to heat press all the folds and themes before we start into suing. This will help us to make these switches in a very easy method. Let's go with one by one. But first I have taken the ballpark that is 15 into 26 centimeter fabric. From the top, I'm going to mark one centimeter. And this side as well. What we're going to do is we are going to fold this fabric cure. And here like this. For that I'm just marking it. Once we market, we can fold and heat press it. For folding. I'm going to just to hold default, I'm going to place two clips here. This and this side as well. I have marked one centimeter from the end and one centimeter from here. This points as reference. I'm going to fold it like this and give it little pressure over here to make the fabric stay there. And let's put two clips over here. I'm going to mark the center here. Like this, this end as well. This point is just for the reference when we make the fall. And he trusted in the similar way, we can do one by one part or weekend, completely mark all the parts and then start he proceed. Well, now I'm going to do assignment in his process. I have marked and I have put clips over here. So now let's heat press it. When we put these clips, it's very useful when we do this heap blessing. We can slowly remove and change the position of it and then do the process. You can notice how it's getting dressed nicely. Now I'm going to change the flip, move it and then nicely press it. Very neat. So these are the steps which will make our product in a very finished way. I have removed one. With this. I'm going to hit press it. Once I have done this, I will slowly remove it. Heat press it again. You can see how it is very flat and finished. The next step is, I'm going to flip the fabric like this in the right side facing myself. After that, Let's hold these two ends and the editing the center. In a similar way. Let's bring these two ends like this center. Now let's heat pressed this food. The next step is we're going to mark the seam allowance for the sides of the bowl. So I'm going to leave one centimeter as CMA elements. So we're going to keep it one centimeter and one centimeter here. The similar way, Let's do it for this side as well. This ln y we are marking is, we have to. Get our running stitches in a very clean manner. So for, for achieving that neatness, we are going to mark this line so that we can follow this line and make the stitches. That way. It will be very easy and we will get a very neat finished. Now we have completed with the ballpark. That is, we have folded seam dens here like this and this. In the right side facing you. You have to fold this and get into this center like this. Then we have mark the seam allowance for these sites. Now we will keep this aside and let's move to the next part. Next part is CTE Pat. This is Steve fabric we are going to use for tying the boat together like this and then attaching that to the penicillin. For that, I'm going to do the same process that is one centimeter. See my Lewin's, the all the sides. In that way we can finish the edges nicely. Approximately one centimeter. Marking lines like this. This side also make sure while doing this. I'm doing it in the wrong side of the fabric. And the right side of the fabric is facing the table. Now we have marked one centimeter on all the edges of the rectangles that we have taken. Now what we are going to do is we're going to fold one by one. And we are going to heat stress it like this. This way when we finish the Dying part, it will be very easy when you do these, do it very carefully. One centimeter, all the sides Can do it very slow and neatly. Similar way, the last step, the last edge. We are doing this because we wanted to finish the tank part very neatly. Once we have completely filled all the borders, we can fold it towards the center. We can fold this into half. This. Now we can notice without stitching only you have got something very finished fabric like this to make a bed. So finally, we can heat dressed assessment. If we do like this before we start stitching, we can easily stitch, make the stitches, and also we will get a very finished look at the end of the process. Now we can notice all the edges of the fabrics we have sealed inside and we have heat pressed it, It's makeup, exact belt or like a tip. You can see this. Now. We will make stitches on all the open edges like this to close them. That will be our next step. Let's keep this side as well. So we have prepared the time part. The next part is we are going to prepare the belt that is the color of the boat. For that, I have taken this long fabric. Now what we're going to do is we're going to approximately fold one centimeter from this end and one centimeter from this end. We will fold it like this. We are just seeing the edges this way. I'm just going to take approximately, there is no measurement here. One centimeter or it can be less than even because it's just going to go inside the caller. I have sealed these two ends like this. The next part is we are going to fold this into half. That is exactly this edge touching here to this end of this edge point touching to this end. Then we're going to slowly fold the end there. Now we are going to give a nice dress like this. This is also like the previous process. We're just making this because it will be very easy for stitching. Now the next step is we are going to again fold like this and heat resistant. But if we do that so we will meet this edge will be visible here. What I'm going to do is I'm going to open it up like this. And I'm going to take this edge and I'll need it in the center. I will fold this edge and center in this way when we fold it like this. Finally, we can see all the edges. Let's do it one by one. I'm taking this point, this edge and for link towards the center and giving it a little pressure to pull the fabric in place. Then I will slowly heat this on the edge. In the similar way, we are going to continue the fold, this end. Next we will folded from this end, this edge, we are going to meet your dissenter. I didn't make a very gentle fold here and give a little pressure over here. The edges just to hold it for temporary really. Then let's proceed in a similar vein, slowly will forward and press it. Now, let's continue it to the end. Now the next step is very simple. We are going to fold it into half. And finally, we will give one heap best. To see lit nicely. This, you can do it one by 11 part and then stitch it and then you can move to the second part. But I have done the complete all the parts because it will be very easy for us to complete it in one group and we start stitching. 4. Sewing the Sides of the Bow: In this lesson, let's see how we can close the sides of the ball using the run institutes for making learning stitches. First, let's insert the needed the bottom of the folded fabric. Then let's make a simple stitch. After like three m m distance, I'm going to insert the needle from the friend. Like this. The ticket out. This is the step we are going to follow all over. Now, let's insert it again from the bottom. Then they get from the top. Then let's insert it from the top and take it from the bottom. This is a very simple stitch. And then we can keep this line drawn as this pencil marked lane as reference. And then let's continued Simon setting from the top and bottom. Now I'm inserting from the top. This is the symbol that means dish. With this help of stitch, we are going to close this edge and we are going to close this edge. Let's make it, make this till the end. And then I will show you how to make a note and finish it. So if you want to make it faster and make it continuous very quickly, then there's an Adelphi. We can do this, have to start using, we have to start viewing using this needed. Show you how to make that. I haven't inserting from the top continuously. I'm inserting from the bottom. Then I'm inserting from the top. And then I'm inserting from the bottom. So slowly I'm moving this hand the fabric and inserting the fabric and say they needed I'm inserting from the bottom. So in this way, you can see how the needle we have inserted. We have, we are making three-fourths teachers using this technique. This way we can make the running stitch really quick. Now we can just pull it. Now, who saw? It's very similar to the one by one stitch, but we have completed three stitches. Let's try again, do the continuous stitch method. The first step is I'm inserting from the top and then slowly I'm not completely taking the needed. They could link the needle outside, the needle inside like this and just leaving it. I mean, starting from the bottom and then stop. So the one thing you can for making the stitch consistent, we have to see this measurement. When we insert, you can see it's only three MM. We have been inserted like this week. When we again inserted from the bottom, we have to insert it in this same distance. In this way, we can make 34 stitches together. That will be very easier when we make the stitching. When we stitch anybody. Now we can slow this digit in a similar way. Let's do it again. From the top, from the bottom, and from the top and bottom, top and bottom and top. We have completely finished it. Make sure nothing is shrinked or wrinkled. Let's skip it very straight and neat. Now what we have come to this end, this needed. Now we are going to meet the NACADA, how we are going to meet. Notice we are going to insert this thread inside this stitch like this. This is the first step and then we're going to insert it in this loop formed. Now again, once again we are going to insert it in the loop form. Now slowly we are going to stretch it. You can notice how we have made a not pure. It's a very simple not, we have to make a loop first and then two times we have to insert it. Insert the needle inside the loop and then just pull the thread outside. Now we can cut it. Anyway, this stitches will not be visibility. We are going to flip the fabric. Now again, I'm going to make a note here before they start to the next edge. I'm going to insert it from the bottom and top and bottom, top and bottom, top and bottom. In this way, we can finish it very quickly and neatly or two. Now we can notice how are running stitches very consistent and need fewer already beginner than you can take your own time and do it very slowly. Look in new and practice it in plain fabric before you start with the project. If you want to do is load stitch, then you can do one-by-one, make meditation or read already relaxing task. Or if you want to, if you have had in completing a project or something, you can go with faster one. Now we have finished doing this. We have come to this end. Neat. Now let's make a note how I'm going to make a notice. Going to insert this needed inside this stitch, what we have made, and then the loop is formed. Now I'm going to insert the needle inside the loop one time. And these second thing, this way, if you do it by yourself, you will understand. Now we have made this not. Now, we can cut this. Next step in this book is we have to flip it the other side because this is the wrong side of the fabric. We have just made this stitch here on the two edges. When we flip it, we will cover these edges straight. I'm going to flip it. This is the opening that we have created. Rate the center opening. I'm going to slowly flip this. You can choose the color of the thread as per your requirement. This is the color I have chosen. Now I'm flipping it very slowly. You can see how uniquely we have. Now, we have flipped it. Now you can see it. Notice how our edges went insane. So we have sealed all the edges by doing this kind of stitch. Now what we can do is we can use something like scale or something and then slowly dim some pressure on the edges. Make this so that we can take the corners out very cleanly. Have to do it very slow because we have given running stitches. We have to do it very slowly. And we can take these corners outside like this. Now, we have got this makeup pouch. 5. Creating the Bow Tie: In this lesson, we will see how we can use lattice stage and close the center and make the stitches in Roosevelt. Let's get started. For that. I have taken needed with double threat. That is one lead two threads. And I have not heard it like this. The first step is we are going to insert the needle from inside the fabric like this that we can hide the naught. The next is going to make a stitch like this. We are going to insert the needle, the edge of the fabric like this, and then take it out. Then the similar way we are going to make a stitch, that is we are going to insert the needle and the edge. You'll see it's thicker. It's forming like a lighter. Once the site is done, we are going to do it and the other side. So basically LET equidistance, we are going to do this stitch the alternator. So once I have taken from here, then I'm going to take it from this side. It's already slow process. Just pick some fabric like this with the needed the one side and go to the other side. The exam. One layer of fabric like this. Make sure the needle is not coming out. It should be from inside. This. Once that is done, come to the same. Do the same. The insert the needle and the one layer and then pigment this. Now you can see here there is something, The trade is swarming. Red is filmmaker later. Now the multi-color is when will they needed like this? You can see how it is closed. You will not see any stitches here. Let's, that is why this stitches also called the hidden stitch. This way we are going to close the gap. Now I have ended like cure this site. So I will start from this. We have two alternatively, make this stitch and then come to this end. Then make it from this aid. Make sure you'll pick one, only one layer of fabric this side, so you don't have to pull the thread Each time. You can make some stitches, like few One 2310 stitches and then you'll have to keep alternating these stitches. Now we can detect and then finish the stitch. Now we will keep continuing. This stitches. Little tricky, but it helps us in closing the ADS like this where we want to close the area with stitches, but it should be in risible. Since we have folded the fabric and pressed, it's difficult to pick the edge, but Menu separated, it will be easier. You just have to rub two fabrics like this and you will get the fabric little loosened, then you can easily insert the needle. Now I have the same, this other side. In this way we can keep alternating and finish the stitch. This stitches, a very important stitch, will be very useful when we have to switch any kind of material or any slits. So learning this stage help you in other, many other things. To be very consistent and alternate very slowly. Practice by folding to fabric sake this, making a slit in one fabric. Now we're very close to finishing it slowly. We are about to finish. Now for avoiding confusion, you can see we have ended. The thread is coming out from this side rate. When you make the next stage, we have to make it in the other side. We have come to the end. Now we can read from here. Now you can see how clean and the stitches snake magic. Now we can make a note for making a knot. We just have to make a loop. So I'm going to insert my needle. Then we have to make a loop like this. Once we have a loop like this, we just have to insert the needle inside once. Then, once again. Now we have two chest thread. Then cut the x's. Now, we have completed this pool. We have finished this side as well, and we have completed the signs. The next step is we have to make running stitches in the center so that we can make the bleeds like this. It's just to make a very rough, rough stitch. I'm going to use the same needle with this trait. For this, I'm just going to insert it here. And then I'm going to make a little loose. And approximately in the middle, I'm just going to make a very random loose stitches. It can be even bigger than this simple running stitch. So let's start from here. And then from bottom to top and top to bottom. This will help us to just hold the bleeds temporarily. Anyway, we are going to use a tight belt for holding the bleeds rate. This is what a very temporary process. We can even cut this the end. So I have completed the stage. It's a very simple stitch, simple learning stage. Next step is we are just going to will the threat and push the fabric the same. You can see how it's ready. Now we just have to make up like this. And then we can end it with the naught. Let's see how we can do that. I'm going to insert my needle like this, say this thread. And then I'm going to insert it again. And again. Said this loop and then stretch it. Decorated employee not even we can use clip to hold like this, but we have used two stitches because we can get this bleeds very neat and clean. Now you saw how simple it was to make this book with closing the sides and also making the center. He didn't seem. 6. Finishing Belt with Hem Stitch: In this video, let's see how we can do hemming stitch and close the edges. Let's get started. For that. I hadn't taken needed for threats and I haven't noted all of them together like this. Now, first we are going to insert a needle like this, my keeping the flap open and then we will fold it and then hold them together like this. You can notice how we have kept the naught inside. Now the next step is we have to insert the needle through and through like this. And then make us stitch. Again. We have to insert a needle through and through. Then make the stitch again at the edge. We have to just insert the needle from the bottom to top and then make a stitch. I said neat. Let's continue. Since it's a very tiny object, we have to do it very slowly. Let's insert the needle through and through. Then stretch it. Then again with the same distance, we have to just insert the needle from the bottom to top and then continue. That's it. It's a very simple stitch. Show you how to faster this and increase the speed of the stitch. You can do this stitch one by one, or you can just do it multiple times like this instead of completely stitching the needle. Now you can see how clean and smooth it was. This way we can finish this edge like this using the same stitch. I'm going to finish it. Now we have come to the end of this. I'm going to let my needle, I'm going to insert this instead fabric like this to make sure it is not visible from outside and then hold it, and then let's complete it. Now, it's time that we can make a notch here and finish it. For making a note, I am going to insert the needle, take this formal loop the same way already. You know, the same way that we did previously. And then slowly stretch it like this. Now we have made or not. The next step before cutting this thread here like this, we have to insert the needle somewhere like this. And then we can cut the excess thread in this way, we can hide exists threat that we have. Now if you stretch a little bit, you can see the end in sight, the fabric. Now we have completed this part of the time, part of the bowl like this. The next is we have to finish the color, the belt of the bow with this same technique that we have used here. Let's continue. For speeding up the process of hand swing. You have to insert the thread, thread, the needle, 34 needles together and keep so that you can seamlessly stitch. Have already triggered three needles like this. I'm using the second. In this way we can speed the process. Now let's continue with the same technique. I'm going to insert the needle here. And then I'm going to just stitch them like this. The same technique I will use and finish the entire column. You can do this very slowly. It's a very relaxing process. Even you can use a very contrasting colors to add more colors on the color. The size of the thread can be small or big depending on your need. We just have to cover the edges. That's our goal using the stitch. But if you want to make a very smallest stitch, then you can go with smaller. And if you want to make little bigger than this, then you can go in the same way. Let's finish the entertained. Now we have come to this end. This color. Now let's make a note and then cut it. I'm forming a loop. And then again I've inserted in the loop. Now the NADH is done. I'm going to just insert the needle and say the fabric like this little bit statute and cut. This way we can hide the excess thread. Now we can see how we have completed this color bar and the time part. The next step is how we can attach the boat to the column. 7. Attaching the Bow: In this lesson, let's see how we can attach the bull to depend with the timestamp. Now the first step is I'm going to place the paint like this. Then after that I'm going to place the ball on top of it. Make sure when you place like this, make sure the right side of the bowl is facing the table. That is the the side where we have made the hidden stitch for the latest stitch should face towards us. After that we have to place the belt like this. The next step is to fold the strip like this. Then this end like this. Slowly holding it at one displace. Slowly. We have to rotate the end like this. And come to here. We have two rolling and put the end here. This is the area we're going to use hemming stitch and then seal it for that and have taken needed with four threads taken for threats to make us stronger stitch. I'm going to insert the needle from the bottom to top like this and make sure they're not as inside. Then I'm going to insert the needle from this side and through and through. I will take it out. And then make that stitch. We will keep the distance of the stitched very less because we wanted a very strong stitch over here. I'm making these stitches very closely. Again. Let's insert through and through. Then take the needle out. For a strong joint. We have to make it a couple of times. Now I have come to this end. Now, let's make a note and finish it. For that I'm just taking inserting the needle like this, forming a loop. I'm inserting the needle inside the loop once again, two times. And let's make this note. Before cutting, I'm going to insert the needle and saved somewhere. This net scattered. Now you saw how we attached the bot to the belt. It's looking very pretty. Next step is to attach the packets, the ends. 8. Attaching the Buckles: In this lesson, let's see how we can attach the buckets with this trap. Now let's insert this tab inside the bucket for that, I'm inserting the stamp like this. And then take it from the side and hold it here like this. And put two clips over here to hold it in place. Now we will be making stitches over here to lock the buckle. This similar way. Let's see how we can insert the adjuster strap and the bucket. From this end. I'm going to first insert it inside the strap adjusted like this. Then I haven't inserted once again like this. The next step is, we're going to insert it through here and through here. Now we can see how it is working. We have just inserted the strap from this end and then we have again inserted from the other side. The similar way we have done. Now let's flip it and see how we can attach this end with this strap adjusted. For that, we have to insert this in the middle of this tap adjusted and then lock it. This is little tricky part. How we can do is you have to insert it like this. And then slowly insert it from the side. Now, we will be locking the strap here in the middle. This way we can adjust the strap like this whenever we want them. I'm going to put clips over here. Here. You can notice how we have inserted this trap inside the backgrounds and the strap adjusted. The next step is we have to sue this and completed. 9. Finishing the Collar with Bow Tie: In this video, let's see how we can stitch the buckets with this drug. So we even get started. I'm using needed, but for threats with not the end, we are going to use hemming stitch, simple stitch for that. I'm going to insert the needed from here one side, and then let's keep the NADH here inside. Now let's make this stitch am inserting the needle from this side to this, this. And then Let's slowly repeat it. Picking a little bit fabric from this and inserting through making a very tiny stitch. Because then when you will get it, get a very strong attachment. This is very important area, so we're going to repeat this entire process from the site as well. I'm going to do I'm not going to make a note over here. I'm just repeating from this site. I'm coming in the reverse direction just to make it a little stronger. Now we can remove the clips since we have attached to it roughly. We want to turn the direction like this. To make the processes here. You can use any stitch over here. But we have to repeat it twice or thrice just to make the attachment stronger. So now I have completed two times. Now let's make a note over here. Making a loop and inserting the needle twice and then pulling the trigger. I will randomly inserted from the inside and cut the similar way we are going to use the same hemming stitch and do roasted sure as well. That is once we complete one time, we are going to repeat it the other day. I'm going to insert it From this end, one end just to hide the naught. Then we're just going to pick one layer of fabric from here. And then take the other side, one layer of fabric and thrown through and the other same. Keeping the naughts very small and consistent equidistance that we will get a very clean stitch. We have completed one time. Now let's continue from this direction to hear the stem stitch. Just to make the switch stronger. This part of the belt is going to be insane. It's fine if the stitches are not in LND way. Because we are adding these many times of stitches is just to make it very stronger. Now we have completed the second time I slowly, if you want, you can stitch it couple of pints to just to make stronger. Now, let's tie a knot and then ended. Feel that Lipset disturbing.
