You can do everything for your own in these days with these AI tools, and you really don't need anyone else to promote your business. So I'm going to give you all of the information that I know. I'm also an expert in AI tools and I have a really big website that covers many AI companies. So I'm going to tell you how to use those tools to promote your business and enjoy disadvantage of technology. I know how Google works, how Google My Business works, and how to give you all the information you need. So this course not only for people with knowledge of technology, you can know nothing about technology, because I'm going to teach you step by step, how to do everything. It's super easy. Don't be afraid of this AI tools word because it's really easy and simple, and the opposite, it make your life easier. So I'm going to teach you all of the steps that you need to do from creating your profile until to optimize that and the ongoing promotion and how to optimize it that you don't need to walk all the time. Setting Up Your GMB Profile: Welcome to your first part in this course. I'm going to talk today about how to open your first profile on Google My Business, Google Maps. So if you already have an open account, you can skip this part and continue to the next part about optimization. But if you would like to see this part as well, that's okay because I'm going to touch some parts that may be helpful for you later on. Okay, let's begin. First, let's get into the link attached to this part, and press, manage now on this page. You're going to be direct to the part when you need to choose a business name. Here we're going to write down our business name as it is. We're not going to change it or add any keywords. We're going to touch this part later on on the optimization part. So right now, write down the name as it's written down in your logo on your website, in your social media, and anywhere else. So in my case, I'm going to write down Bablin and Google will show me if there is any duplicate of my name of the business. So let's see. All of these names are not mine, so I can choose the first options. Google asked that to make sure that if you already open a business name under your name before, so you won't have any duplicate, and it will cause you a lot of trouble in the future. So let's continue. I'm going to press, create a business with this name, and then continue. Now, you ask me to choose my business type. The first options is for online retail. It's for businesses that sells the products online only. Then we have a local store. Local store, it's any business with a physical location. Yeah, like store, but also like gym, restaurants, offices, and so on. And the third options is a service business. Service business, it's any business that goes to the customer's house like air duct service, chimney service, and so on. Now, on those three options, we need to go deeper on about two options, the local store, and the service business. Because if you choose online retail, it's mean that your business sells only products online, so it's fine to open a profile in Google My Business, but this course, it's not for you. We're going to talk about local store, and if you are a restaurant, a gym, of course, you're going to choose the local store option. But you have to take in mind a couple of things because if you are a restaurant and you also ship your food to the customer house, you can choose service business as well because they let you choose a couple of options together. You can choose a service business as well. And if you are a local store, you really have a shop in the mall, let's say, and you also sell your products online. You can choose online retail as well. And if you also ship your product to the customer house, you can choose all of the options. Let's talk about the third options, the service business. So if you give service to customers in their house and you don't have any physical location, you will choose the service business, but there is something that you need to keep in mind. Because Google do care if you have a physical location because they want to give the customers the business that closest to them. It's means that if you have a physical location and someone in your area looking for, let's say, Airdt service business, they will first give them the option that closest to them. After that, you can be shown as well. So how can we do that? Don't be afraid. You don't need anything fancy. You just need in your home a place with a table with a computer on top of it with some logos printed on the wall that will look like an office. Also in the front of your home, you want to print a sign that shows that your office is there with a logo, maybe with opening hours. Why do you need to do that? It's because later on Google will want to verify that you have a physical location. And then they can do it by video. I will talk about it later. And you will need to show them that you have a physical location and you are not just a service area business. So it's really up to you if you want to do that. You have to remember if you do choose that, you will show your home location to your customers. So it's really up to you if you want to show that or not. Because if you choose a service business, you will not show your own location to any of the customers. So I can tell you that it depends on your decision. I will choose the physical location because of the better chance to get higher ranking. It's really up to you. If you don't want to do that, that's fine as well. I can tell you there are businesses that I promote. They don't want to show their physical location and still got really high ranking. It's just a factor that can help you. It's really up to you. Let's continue. First, we start with the local store, and then after I will show you how to open a service business as well. I press local store and I press next. Here we will ask you to enter a business category. For now, we will just write down a business category that fits our business. Later on, we will understand how to choose the one that fits you the most. Okay, for now, I'm going to act like I am a gym with a physical location, so I will write down a gym, and it will give me some options. I will choose the best one. So for now, I'm pressing gym, and I press next. I will ask us to enter our business address because we are opening a business with a physical location. So let's type it in. Let's say I mean the street, I can just start typing the address, and it will auto fill the address. So let's say that this is my address. I will make sure that everything is correct. It's highly important because in the verification part, it has to be correct. If you need to add another address line, just press the plus button and enter the full address that will help Google understand exactly where are you located at? It's highly important to do that correctly. Okay, let's press next. Now you ask me if this is the place that I'm located at. So if I see that the pin is not in the right place, that it's highly important because if people are looking for your business and they put it on Google Maps, that we lead them to there. So make sure that it's correct on the right street, on the right side of the street of where your business is located. So you can just adjust. And let's say that, my business is here, but I'm located in the other side. I will move it to the other side of the road, and I will make sure that DC is the right street and the right place exactly where my business is located. You can check it when you are at your location and to make sure where exactly you are, and then just put the pin on the exact spot of your business, and then press done. And then we're going to press next. Here we're going to enter our phone number, And our website if we have one. If not, leave it blank, and just press next. E will ask you if you would like to get some news about improving your business or to participate on some surveys. Just decide if you want it or not and press, continue. Now we got to the place to verify our business. I'm going to give you much more information about this part, but I want to go first backward to the part of opening a service area business to show you how to do that. And then we will talk more about the verification part because it's pretty much the same for both of them. So let's go back. So now I'm going to choose service business and press next. Now you will ask me again, my business category. But now I cannot choose GM because GM is not a service area business. I'm going to choose like Aird cleaning service. And then I'm going to press next. Here you will ask me, where are the areas that I will provide service to my customers. So I will start writing down, let's say I'm in Los Angeles, so let's type in Beverly Hills andino. And so on. When you're putting those locations, you need to remember that you cannot put places that are more than 2 hours drive apart. So if I'm located in Encino and my drive to Beverly Hills, it's 1 hour, and my drive to Hollywood, it's 1 hour, that's okay. But if from Hollywood to Beverly Hills were more than 2 hours drive, that's not okay. It's not only how far it's away from my place, it's how far the distance from the longest locations that I chose. You need to do a circle of places that up to 2 hours drive from each other and don't put more than 20. And I can recommend you not to put more than three, but we will talk about that later on the optimization part. For now, let's leave it like that and press next. Here again, he asked me my phone number, so I'm going to type it in and website if I have one, if not, I leave it blank. Then I press next. Again, he's going to ask me these questions. I'm going to press continue. And now we got back to the verification part. But the difference is, because I'm a service area business, he asked me to put my address. I didn't put it yet because I said that I'm a local area business. So the address that I'm going to put here, it's only for verification, and it's not going to be shown to anyone of my customers. So people cannot see the address that I put here. So make sure that you are putting the right address. The correct one, because Google may send envelope with a code to this address. They need to verify it. Put your own address correctly. So I putting this address, and then I'm going to press next. So as you can see here, he asked me to verify that by phone code, by business video. And if you remember when I done a physicalcation, he asked me, as you can see, to do just a business video, and it doesn't give me another option. So Google have a couple of options to verify your business. It could be by SMS to your phone. It could be by sending a code to your e mail. It could be by sending an envelope to your to your business, to your mailbox, pretty much. And then you get in code that you need to type in. And the most common options that Google use right now. It's a business video. They like it because that's give them a real understanding what is your business, and if you are telling the truth, it's really, really hard to fool Google with a business video. That's why they are asking that the most these days. So let's talk about that. So before that, let's just say that if you get in an SMS over your phone, you just type in the code that you receive and that's it. Same thing over the e mail. And if you get in envelope to your home, to your business, you need to wait up to ten days until you get in the envelope with the code. And then you need to type in this code, that will show you later where do you put it in if you ask this part. For now, let's talk about the business video. First, if you are a business with a real physical location like a restaurant or a gym. So what do you do? Let's say that I am a gym and I need to do a business video, I will need to log in to the verification part with my phone because they want to take a live video of what I'm uploading. I cannot do the video and then upload that later. They want a live one. So how can I do that? I need to log in with my phone, on Google, to make sure that I'm signing in with my e mail that I'm opening this profile with. And I'm writing down on Google my business. And then I will have a place to write down verify. I'm going to press this button, and then I will be shown how to make a video of what they are asking for. So what do you need to prepare when you're doing so? So let's talk first about, let's say that you are a gym. So you're going to start this video with your phone when you're outside on the street, and you will take a video if you have a sign that put the street address on top of it, that's perfect. If not, maybe on the houses, on the places around you, you can see the location and then video that that Google will understand where you are. Then you need to make a video, let's say we are a gym of the gym from the outside with the logo, that they can see that this is your name. And then you need to enter the gym in this video. With the same shot, you're going inside the gym and you're showing the equipment. But Google need to understand that it's really yours. So first, we showed them that where you are, then you show them that you are really a gym. Then you need to show them that it's really your business, so you're going to get in and then get in maybe into the office or a stricted area when you can only if you are the owner you can get into, and then go in there with this video. And if you're in the office, it's good to show logos there if they are printed on the wall. Also, in advance, you need to print a bill that you received to the business, let's say, a water bill or electric bill with the address of the business, and then just make a video of this address when you doing so. And that will make Google understand for 100% that first where you are, that you are a gym, and that the business is yours. Really, really easy, but you need to prepare everything in advance. You making this video up to 2 minutes, so make sure to do everything in one shot. So this is for physical location business. But if you are a service area business, how can you do that? So what do you need to do is to be with your car because let's say that you are ado service, you need to be in the area where you are giving your service, that you said that you are providing your service. And then you're going to again, make a video of the area around you. Let's say you like next to a sign, and you will video that. And then you will turn around your car, and you will show if you have a log on top of your car, that's perfect. You will show this logo. And you're going to get into the car, and in the car, you're going to show the equipment. And that's will make Google understand that you are providing an airdac service in this area. But if you are also an airdac service that you want to use a physical location and you open a office in your home, so you need to make the video like we do to the gym, so you do it the same from the outside. So you turn around to your home and you show the sign that you printed, let's say that you put it on the fence, with your logo, with your opening hours, And then when you get in into your place, you can show your car in the parking area with the logo and you're showing the equipment inside. But you need to show them that you have an office in your home. You're going to walk directly to the office that you build with the computer table, with a computer on top of it, with the logo printed on the wall, and with the bill of the house that you receive electric bill that shows your address. And then you take a video of that, that will show Google that you are a service area business because you have a car with the equipment. Also where you are located, and that you have an office in your home, that you can receive customers. So you are also a service area business, but you have a physical location, and that is what we want to do when we want to show Google that our service area business is also with the physical location. And that is so the verification part. From now, I'm going to do verify later, and I'm going to press verify later. Here we're going to ask me to add some services. You can mark the things that right for you, but we're going to touch about this part later on the optimization. For now, you can just sign everything that you think is right, or you can press ski. Here you're going to ask me my business hours. Also, we will talk about that later. For now, if you want, you can type in your business hours as it is. I for now press skip. Here business description, also, we're going to touch it deeply about what we need to write here. Now you can write down anything you want, perfect gym, anything that you much want to write. For now I'm going to press skip. Here we asked me to add some photos for my business. We're going to touch this part. It's really important one. For now, you can upload some picture of your business, if you want, if not, you can press Skip. Here you want me to pay for a e mail of Google. I'm pressing Skip. And here he tells me that my edits will be visible once you are verified. So I'm going to press continue because I didn't do the verification part yet. So as you can see, this is the part when you can manage your business. Here If you are writing down my business in Google Search, and you are signing in with your e mail that you open the profile, you will get to this part. Only you can see that your customers can see this part. Here we can edit our profile, read reviews, upload photos, and much more, and we will talk about each one of the things that you can do later on. We want to finish the verification part, and as you can see, tell me, customers can see your business information. Get verified to let them find you on Google. You will see that as long as you are not verified yet. So what do we need to do? If it was to upload a video? So when we are entering from a phone, we will see the same message, and we press get verified. Then we can make the video. If we getting an envelope to our home, same thing, we press, get verified, and then we can type in the code that we receive. You have to understand that the part of the verification can take a while because Google need to confirm your business, even if you upload the video, even if you receive the SMS to your phone. And your e mail, they can ask you a couple of ways to verify. It doesn't mean that you will finish with one thing. You can make a video of your place, and they will also want to send an envelope with a code to your business. That's how they do the verification. It's really about luck and how fast you can do that. So every time that you want to see your process, you're going to enter this area and see the get verified part, press this button and check. Where are you right now. You will understand, and you will need to have patients because it takes time, and that's okay because we are opening a profile to our business that can provide us a lot of customers in the future. So take the time, do everything right and make sure that you do the verification path, exactly, as I say, do step by step, and everything will be okay. Just come back to see where you are, and you will see that this note will just disappear, and your business will be shown to customers, and that's what we want. Just come back regularly here and see if they ask you for another verification part, and if not, if they're still processing the last things that you do. So we understand how to open a profile on Google My Business, Google Maps, and how to make it verified. We didn't touch about the parts of the optimization because all of that going to be in the next path. We just do the little things that we need to do to make the profile open. But you need to understand we can still edit our profile and do the entire optimization path before we got verified. So that's perfect. You don't need to wait. Choosing Keywords for Google My Business Optimization: Welcome to the optimization part. In this part, I'm going to explain you all of the things that you need to do to optimize your profile. We want to get our profile has higher ranking when people are searching for specific keywords. So we first want to understand, what are those keywords that people looking the Then we can understand on which of these keywords we want to get the higher ranking. Then we will do optimization on those keywords. In this part, it could be a little bit complicated because there is many things that you need to do at once, but don't be afraid of that because we're going to do that step by step. You will see attach to this part. You can find a word with the prompt. Prompt is a text that we are using in GPT. C GPT, you probably heard about that before. It's an AI tool that can use the Internet information to gather you information for the things that you need. So we're going to use this AI tool GPT, and we're going to use the prompt that we made to get the information that we want from this Cha GPT. Also, we have an Excel file. In this Excel file, you can see it's really, really easy one that only have the keyword that we're going to find and the volume, how many people are looking, and how difficult is to compete on these keywords specifically. We have SEMrush. In SEMrush, we're going to check the keywords that we find in GPT, and more. Then we can see exactly how many people are looking for each of those keywords. Then we can gather all of this information to understand which keywords we want to compete again. Which are the one that we want to do the optimization on top of them. We want to find those three keywords and the one on the top. I'm going to show you everything that you need to do for this optimization part, we're going to do that step by step. Let's begin. Can see now I'm in the place that I manage my business after I write my business, and I signed in with my e mail. So as you can see, I'm not verified yet, that's okay. I will continue to edit my profile. So if you didn't saw the previous part, we open a profile, and we are not verified yet, so I showed them that you can you can still edit your profile in the meanwhile. So if you're also already a business that is verified, that's okay. You can do the same things that I'm showing here, even if you are verified already. Let's continue. Now we want to find our keyword. First, we're going to open the word that is attached to this part, and you will see a keyword prompt. Here I'm going to tell GPT to act like an SEO expert and find me to do a keyword research for me. I'm going to tell him, I have a business in the field of, and now you're going to write down instead of this, your field. In my case, I'm going to do that under a gym. You will write down the field of your business. Let's say a gym. And I'm going to tell them to find me the keywords that people search for the most on Google and tell me how many people search for them a month. So everything they're going to give me the keywords that people are looking the most. So let's take that and open chat GPT that attach to this part, and you will get to this page. You can see I'm in he GPT four, it's because I'm paying to check GPT. You can use the free version as well. I'm going to show you it's going to be he GPT 3.5. You can use this one as well. I will show you how to use the free one. But if you would like, you can upgrade to four, it just will give you better results. We're going to use GPT a lot in this course. So I can recommend you to do so, but it's not 100% necessary because I will show you in this course, how to use the free version. So if you decide to take to upgrade to the paid version, that's fine as well. I just will give you better results. So I'm going to take the text from the prompt that we saw before and pass it here to the message GPT. Let's put the text here and press enter. Now GPT will give me the phrases that people are looking the most as you think. So let's see what GPT write. Gim near me, he says that 100,000 searches a month. Best gym he says 50,000, 24 hour gym, 40,000, and so on. What we want to do is to take each one of these phrases. Let's say Gim near me, and we want to enter SEMrush. It's also attached to this parts of open SEMrush. And you will see this keyword magic to. Samraj as a limit for ten surges, for the free version. So if you decided to upgrade your plane, so you have unlimited surges and much more in Samraj, you can do that. I need to let you know that if you do it from the link that we attach, we will get small commission on that. But it's really up to you if you want to do this upgrade because we are not going to use much sam rush in this course. Only for this part alone to find the keywords. I would recommend you to stay just to wait a couple of days and each day to do ten searches or use a couple of different e mails to do so. And don't do the paid version because it costs a lot and it gives you much more, but you need to learn as well how to use that. So for now, I would recommend you to use the free version. So let's see what we're going to do. So we're going to enter the keyword here. Jim Neary as Google SGGPT said, and press Search. Now you can see Jim Near me really a lot of people are looking for that. So in the US loan, people are looking more than 1 million people looking for Jim near me. What we want to do is to take the phrase gym ney to the Excel that is attached to this part. Ener this Excel, as you can see, there is keyword volume and keyword difficulty. In the keyword, we're going to write down gym ney. In the volume, we're going to write down the volume here, it's 1 million, and the keywords difficulty, as you can see, it's 96. We're going to write down 96. Now we're going to continue. But as you can see, Samors give us more keywords that could be related to our search. So they say not only gyms near me, there is Gim near me. We're going to take this gym near me and write it down here. Here, it was not im. It was Jims. And I'm going to write down the volume. So it's 673,000. And the difficulty was 90. Let's continue. Let's see, boxing gym near me. If it's related to you, you have boxing in your gym, write it down. I don't think anything else is for me. So let's go back to C GPT. As you can see, the next phrase is best gyms, so let's type it in in the search. And we're going to go back to board match and not all keywords at the beginning. And we can see that there is best gyms near me, that 22,200 looking for. We're going to try this one as well. We're going to take it to the Excel, and we write down best gyms near me. We're going to write down the volume. And the difficulty is 100. Let's continue. Best best gym near me, as you can see, again, we have gyms and gym. We can write it down as well. Best gym near me. And is 12,100. The difficulty is 80. Let's see what else? Best own gym equipment, best gym shoes. All of those things are not related for my gym. So I'm not going to use them. So let's go back to Ch GPT. And as you can see, the next one is 24 hours gym. But I can recommend you to do that as much as you can. Take all of the phrases from CGPT that he gave you. After that, don't just take that. Changing the Business Name on Google My Business: In this part, we're going to change your business name. Don't be afraid. I'm not really going to change it. But maybe we're going to add some keywords to this name to help Google understand which type of business you are to give you higher ranking under some phrases. So we're going to understand what exactly we need to do to do that, to make sure that we do it correctly. So Google really understand what is your real name. And you will have to prove them that is your name. So let's begin. First, we're going to enter this platform that we can edit a profile. And then we write down my business and sign in with our e mail. Here we're going to press edit profile. And you can see our business name. We can type in this pencil, and we can change our business name. But which name we want to change it to. So let's go to the Excel again. We're going to fight against the first phrase because this is the one that we put on the top. If the first ones under the phrase that we are looking for. Using this category, we want to use the same one. Obviously, Google like this category because they put them first. So let's begin. First, we're going to enter this platform after we write down my business and log with our e mail, and then edit profile and we can find here business category. Don't go too far with that. Don't complicate Google. They need to understand which type of business you are. So if you're going everywhere, they will have difficulty to understand your type of business. And that's a powerful tool if you are not a talented writer. We don't need to pay to outside people right now. We can do everything ourself with the available AI tools. So I use the keywords that I want, and I enter everything that was important for me to say. And then I have an amazing text that is viable for my customers when they get to my profile and read it. And also for Google, they know what keywords to promote me on. So after we finish, we press save and that is all. Then we finish with the description part. It was so easy think about that if you write it yourself, how hard it is if you don't have the talent to write text, or you will have to pay to someone else to do that for you. Now you just using GPT. I use the free version, so you didn't have to pay nothing to do that. Just to have the ability to use AI tools to help you to promote your business and to do the things that you used to have to pay to someone else to do for you, and now you can do that for free. That's amazing. So this is all we need to learn in this part of the course. We understand how to write down the description correctly. What are the keywords that we want to mention and how to use AI tools to do that for us. So feel free to use AI tools or write it yourself. Just make sure that the text is well reading and that people that read that understand exactly what is your business all about? Why to choose you. Finish Editing Google My Business Profile: In this part, we're going to continue with the optimization. We're going to finish our edit profile part. So we're going to touch all the remaining information to edit our profile button. As you remember, we enter our place that we can edit our profile after we write down my business and signed in with our email. Press edit profile. And now we can choose the remaining parts. After the description, we have opening date. So let's press the pencil, and here you can write down the opening date of your business. Just type it in and press save. After that, we have phone number. Here, we can change the phone number that people are calling to reach you. So here you can put an office number, or you can add a phone number to add another one so people can call a couple of numbers if you are not available. Make sure to put the phone number that you are answering your phone. Ten. This is very important for promoting your business. If Google, they can track these calls when people are calling from them, they press call, and you are not answering. This is not good for your promotion. So it's really important to answer every call. On your opening hours, of course, when you said that you open, you need to answer the calls. Don't miss calls that's super important. Okay, Google can see that you don't answer, and they will lower you because they want to give the best experience to their customers. Cover photo, it's like any other social platform that you have cover photo like Facebook, that you have the big cover photo on front. Make sure that you upload the photo there that really show your business. So if I'm a gym, I will maybe take a good wide picture of my equipment of the gym. Everyone do for their own business, the pictures that they want, the things that show the business ability the best. Add the logo, of course, add the logo. Here, I would recommend you that if you change your name in the previous parts and you add the slogan here add the logo with the slogan with the new slogan to make Google understand that this is really your name. Okay? And then you can add more photos. We touch about that later on in the course. Now, let's see, there is performance, advertise. We will talk about it later. Dit products. So here we can sell products. So this is not for every type of business. Let's say a gym, probably I don't have products that I want to sell online. So as you remember, I choose Gym as my primary category, and then they give me some services that related to Gym as Google can provide. So I put things that related to my business. Let's say I have swimming, I have private lesson and kickboxing. Okay. Marked everything that is right for your business. Here you can add a custom service. This will help your customers understand exactly what you provide. So let's say I have heated swimming pool. I can write it here and press safe. And you can add as many as you want. Okay? After you finish that, you press safe. And then you can see that after I do that, I have the ability to here to have the Spa. Spa, it's additional category that we choose. That this really help to customers understand exactly the services that you provide. So if they want to choose your business, they can read about you more information before they need to arrive to your business or to call your business, or just choose a competitor that says the information correctly for them to save the trouble. Okay. So make sure that you give the correct information. Also, you have the option. When you are choosing, let's say kickboxing, I can press that one. And then for the service kickboxing, I can add, let's say, if in kickboxing, I have a price. If it's free, maybe my gym offer that for free, I can market for free. Or it starts, let's say, from my kickboxing starts from 199. Okay. And then I can add a description to write down everything that I want to let people know about my kickboxing classes. Okay? So either you build your own website, just put it there or you use any programmer tell him to take this code and put it inside of your website. This will help you in your ranking in Google. Also keep in mind to always keep the same information that you have in Google as your business name, opening hours, and anything else. That is up. 10. GMB Photos Upload: In this part, we're going to start talking about your ongoing promotion to your business. It's not something that you do once it things that you need to do on regularly basis. So I'm going to explain you everything, how you can do that for free on Google platform. They're much more easy. They use AI as well and the F tools to optimize process. I will talk about it in the part on Localo. For now, I'm going to talk on this part about the importance of photos to your business and how to upload one and how it can affect your ongoing promotion. So let's begin. As you can see here, I'm entering a platform when I manage a business that we are start to promote right now. I want to do the process with you so you can see how we promote this business and how you can promote your own. This one is a chimney service business. And as you can see here what we can do. We're going to go to photos area, as I mentioned. And now we want to upload photos to our album. Now, what is this photos album? As you can see, people can look up my profile and see those photos. Let's see, how does it look this profile exactly for the customers. So when people are looking for the business name, they can see it like that. And then they have the option to see all photos. You see Seymore, and then they can see all the photos this business uploaded. You can see, you can obviously see this is a chimney service company. There is a picture of the technician. There is a picture of what they are doing. It's a good pictures, but what we want to add as well when we uploading photos. We want to make sure when people enter into our profile, they understand immediately, what is your business all about and they want to know that you are good. So what we'll tell them that you are good. So let's set that you are a gym, as we mentioned in the previous lessons. And in a gym, I want to show photos of the equipment. People work out. I want to show maybe a video of a personal trainer, because it's not just photos, it's videos as well. So I want to show as many things that will make a full package of understanding what this company do from these photos. And then you will help your customers decide if they want to choose you. As you can see over here, I can see picture of them cleaning, maybe doing things to the chimney itself, and cleaning, and I can pretty much see what they are doing. And that's good before, after shots. It's really helped me to understand what this business. Let's come back to the photos when we can edit them. And what can we do over here? So we want to add photos. First, you have to understand that Google need to see that you upload photos all the time. Google like to see businesses that grow all the time. It's meaning that you have to do once a week to upload at least two new photos. Okay, I repeat two new photos every week for your business to show Google that you are moving forward, that you are doing things to the profile, then they would like to promote you. They know this business showing my customers, Google customers, the best of his business, and it's a good idea for me to promote it. So you upload photos. But a couple of things that you need to take in mind. If you are taking the photos from your phone, when you upload them, they have location. And when you upload them with the location, Google, see where the location is. So if you are a service area business and you upload photos that you took from your phone from the customer house, this is really powerful because Google know that you are really going to the area where you mentioned that you are going. So try to do as much photos like this that you can in the customer's house and upload them from your phone. Okay? And to do it from your phone, it's really easy. You do the same thing. In Google Search, you write down my business. You make sure that you are logged in with your e mail, and you press ad photos. Same thing, and you can upload them directly from your phone. So you can do it while walking. Just take a photo and after that, upload them. When I show you in Lo Colo how to do that, it will be much easier. But for now, that's what you can do if you're going to choose to work with Google with a free version. Okay, so let's see. So if I press add photos, I can just upload them over here of photos, I can choose whatever I want, and I just drop it here. I don't need to upload. I drop the photos here, and they will be upload automatically. So let's do a recap. We want to upload photos that really show the character of our business, to show what we do, what we do the best. So this business have right now eight reviews with 4.5, that's not good enough. Because when people are looking for businesses, they looking for a lot of reviews. As much as you have more, there is the biggest chance that people will choose you? That you are first in search. And people see your business first. But they see that you have only 4.5 out of eight reviews, but your second or third, even fourth business have 100 reviews with 4.8, they will choose this business instead of yours. So make sure that you have as many reviews as you can, okay? So how can we first get more reviews. What can we do? You see, there is a button here. Ask for review, how easy it is. So we press this button, and they give us a link that we can e mail our customers, send them over Whatsapp, over Facebook or just copy and do with this link, whatever we want. What do we want to do with that? We want to make sure every customer that we gave service to. Maybe it's in our restaurant, or we are a service business. It doesn't matter. We need to make sure they have the options to give us reviews. Okay? So if it's a restaurant, we can print this link to their tables to give them the options to give us reviews. We need to encourage them to give us reviews, okay? And if we are a service business, it's even easier because your technician or even if it's you, after you finish a job, just send buy SMS to the customer, this link and tell him if he can please leave you a review so easy to receive reviews to make sure that you receive as much as you can. Google will make it higher. That will give you more confidence about the power of your business when you have reviews with photos, so pay attention to that. When you answer this question, try to mention the keywords, so you can answer something like that. Definitely, our gym, you can use the company name. Let's say, it's econs first in service. And then maybe you can say, when you ask near me, it's relative, but in Beverly Hills, this is one of the best gyms you can find. Then you type in the near me type in natural way, that Google will say, Okay, that's reasonable, that you use that. It as you can see, when we're using keywords over here, it doesn't have to include this sentence in one time. It can use these words in the answer and in the question separately. It doesn't have to be best gym near me. It could use best gyms near me, use this word, but in the same question or in the same answer. And then just play with that, make it sound natural that Google will never understand that this is made up. Same thing over you, you want customers when they read it, that it will sound naturally. You cannot just type in keywords that it's not relative to the questions or what you want to say. And when people read it, they say, What? What did you write down? You want to make sure it sounds natural. So that's pretty much everything that you want to know about questions and answer. You want to make sure that at least at least ten people that you know, customers ask you a question as you want with the keywords. Not just the first one. You can use the second and the third one. Try to include as many keywords as you wish. So 24 hours Jim near me, you can ask, Is this gym near me work 24 hours? And then you can answer the same way. Yes, this gym work 24 hours, and you understand the way that you want to answer with this keywords. So just include every one of the three keywords that we choose and play with that. Make people ask you a question and you answer these questions, really powerful tool to use cost your competitors do not use that, most of them. Don't use that. So you have opportunity to i rank them because you are doing so. So make sure to do that, at least ten questions and ten answer. That's what you want in this area, at least ten, you can do much more, include keywords, and include good information because customers still can read these questions and answer, and this could help them to understand why to choose you. So let's start to understand how we do that and what do we exactly need to do? Let's begin. So when we got to this managed profile section after we write down a business name and sign in with our e mail, we can press Add and update. Then you can see we have a couple of options. I will talk about all of them. Let's start with add and update. So when I press that, I have the ability to add a picture or a video. Add a description about the post, and add a button that will people have the option to press when they see this post. So let's start with the description, what we want to do. For this part, you can see there is a prompt and that you can use. As you remember prompt, is a text that we're going to use to put in chat GPT. Let's begin. We're going to enter this prompt, and as you can see, I'm going to ask them to write me a post for Google, my business. Here I need to put the subject of the post. So let's say that for this business, it's going to be chimney sweep. Let's write down chimney sweep. You type in the subject that you want to talk about this week. And the other thing, the post in simple words. So just type in some words that you want to talk about. So let's say in this example, I'm going to write down, we provide the chimney sweep service, and we will make sure that your chimney is clean and safe for the winter. So this is the post in my simple word that I want CGPT to talk about. Now I'm going to type in the phrases as we know from the Excel. So I cannot take them as it is because this is about gym, but I can just write down phrases that maybe this business can fight about. Of course, you type in. You are using the phrases that we type in in the Excel. So let's say chimney sweep, three times. But you type in here the phrases that we know about your keywords that we use in the Excel. So let's talk about all of those sections. Let's start with offer title. Ofer titles, we're going to write down something like that. 20% discount promotion on chimney sweep services. So let's say that I want to give this company do chimney sweep. So I'm going to give 20% of chimney sweep services to my customers that see this posts. Now, I want to add a photo to that. So one case that I can do is upload a picture from my phone. I don't think it's a good idea for a promotion. You want to do something more visually attractive. What can we do? I can see the graph, and I want to see that go higher. When I see calls, I can see how many calls this business received. So I can understand how many calls do I get each month. I can change the date for all this information to choose the months that I want. So messages, it's not related because Google going to remove this ability from Google My Business. So we have directions. So we can see how many people are using the navigate to our business. They get in direction to our business. So if we are a restaurant or a gym, it's more important to us than a service business, we'd like to see more calls. So you have to understand the type of your business and which things which information it's important to you. Maybe it's website clicks. It really depends on your in your business. And then we can check and see that we are always getting a graph that go higher and higher, and that's what we want. So check it up all the time. Also, you can do same thing with Localo. You have the statistics here, and you can see some phone calls it shows you in the last 30 days. And you can see, of course, the position map Here you can check as we discussed to see the keywords we chose, and then you can see your position and how big of a distance you getting higher and higher, and just see the results. Of course, they will let you know, over here, you will see that your position is getting better or rose. But just be patient with that part of the data. It takes time. After you're starting to do the promotion, it takes time. It doesn't take a day or two. You can work months. It can take you one, two, three months, six months. That's okay. Because when you get into the top, the top three, you will get so many customers that it's worth so much money for you. And if you are using Lo Callo it's really easy because in one day I can create three months forward of a job that I don't need to do anything at that time. So what the problem it is. Walk one day and then forget about it. If you do it with Google My Business, and you don't want to pay to Localo. So you just need to come back once a week. That's not a lot.
