1. Introduction: Hi guys, my name is same. And this is my third daily doodling class, creating to the law. If you enjoyed my last two classes, we shall know skills required and on watercolor abstracts. I promise you that you will love this class to. This class is all about creating patterns. And finally, you will be able to create an art with all those patents. And here's one of the art that you will be doing in the class project video. Yeah, a few example, but you will only need to do one project. You will only need three things for supplies, black pens, some colored pens, and recycle pebbles. Let's hop into my class. End begin.
2. Supplies: Let's look into supplies. We will need some very basic felt tip pens, preferably black if you want to add colors to your drawings because black gives a very distinctive. As for the size of the TPP is more to personal preference. As for me, I like to use something between 0.7 to one. Tried to use waterproof pens if you intend to add colors to your drawings, in which I will cover it in the class later. A few colored pens for adding colors to your doodle. I prefer those with much larger pointed tip for easier coloring, especially for smaller parts. As four papers. I'm using recycled papers for this video. You can also use them to, especially for practicing purposes. As long as the pepper has the smooth surface. That's all you need to see you in class later.
3. Creating Patterns: Creating patents. We can create patterns with many forms and shapes. They can be as simple as just lines. You can create with kills straight lines, with broken lines, wavy lines, or even a line of scallops. Some jacket lines, lightning flash, irregular lines, and couple of twisted lines. A box line, end spiral of ships creating with some common shapes, such as round or circle. Square, triangle, or even a hexagon. Teardrops. A heart-shaped, all-time favorite, the PESTLE, or just any irregular shapes. Stars in a crescent moon, needles or degas, and even infinity sign to. Drawing a few of the same shapes, you can create more complex patterns. Here are some example. You can draw them in clusters or in groups of different sizes together. And some examples for triangles. You can join them up randomly. All. You can overlap them. Feel with smaller triangle inside. Or you can stack them up and join them horizontally. Some other forms of shapes can be light spirals or springs. Here are some examples of different form of springs. From large to small, small to large. And the spiral circle. And a few spiral designs here. Let's draw some things from nature, like leaves. Here are some example of leaves that I can think of for the moment. And you can get flowers to hear a couple of flowers diff, with different types of petals, a rose and a simple tool. So we can also draw cluster of florets in dandelions and a poppy flower. Now for some common creatures, such as butterfly, Now, a B, even a kitty face. And Paul prune. Some other insects like dragonfly, cater pillar or worm above. Lady by spiders. And even a sheep.
4. Adding Details: Adding details. Adding details will give character to your patterns and also they will make your pec and slope more likely. I will show you some examples here. Let's look into round shapes or circles. First, I drew a plan circle, then I edited smallest circles inside it and it looks so much different than before. Or I can draw from a small circle and then draw a bigger ones around it. Or spiral circle. This by adding lines drawn in different directions, I can get different sets of patterns. May it be spread or curvy lines? Or even layers of scale-ups design. You can add as many details as you like. May it be simple ones or layers of complicated details? It's okay if you are stuck halfway through the process, stopped for a while and race, the idea will come again when your mind is once more fresh. Let's draw some hit's. The concepts are still pretty much the same as the circus. The details can be as simple or as complicated as you would like them to be. I added some skills here and there, which has quite a corrector With blinds, which gave them a stained glass or fan like huts with dots and even with flowers inside. A balloon hot, spring hot, and even a patchwork hot and hot with less on the outer part. And now PESTLE ship, one of my favorite beta_1 to draw. You can draw details on both the inside and outside of this pattern. Practice as many patents you love. Yes, no right or wrong pattern. Here. You can add different types. Tail for your PESTLE and less on the outer part. Also. Zoos are my favorite with pests, lease cars, they are quite interesting and can never go wrong. Leto has left the two. You can also form them into a fish or even a bird.
5. Adding Colors: Getting callus. After detailing your patterns, you can also add some shifts or colors. First one is without any shirts or colors. You can blend in some parts and leave some white in certain parts. Or you can add more colors are shown in this one. You can see how much the differences between these three same patterns. Next, I will show you these huts. I will leave the first one as it is, so we can compare the differences later with the other two. For this one, I'm using black only and I only colored a too small hands. And I edit some dots along the white game. Now you can already see the differences between these two. As for the last one, I colored the two small house in red color. Then I feel go white gap with pin. It looks quite blends. So I added SMS, short blacks rocks on the outer part, which gave these had quite a corrector. Now you can see what a difference it can do when we add sheets or colors to our patents. Now, I will color this black alternately with the first layers of circus. Steel was black. I gave to his second beta_1 with some detailing. And the rainbow colors for the last circle. See how District Batten's transform from simple layers of circle details to a more lively patents. Now for these three past lease has for the first one, I'll leave it as it is. And the second one with black only. And last one with colors. Oregon. And what a difference they omega. Here they are. After all the inks are dry and they lovely.
6. Recap: Three Kip, endless possibilities. Now to summarize what we have covered, we can create patterns with so many types of lines with different types of shapes too. We can combine them into clusters for more complex patents. We can also create with more complex patterns like leaves, low ROS, small creatures, insects, or even animals. Adding details or shapes and forms can give characters to our patents. And we can further enhance our patents if shapes and colors, to make them even more likely. By creating patterns we are creating art. We can draw patterns, spacing them apart randomly, or grouping them together closely, or staggering them in layers with lines in between. We can have different details in a set of sand patents. We can have ships forming into a single flower with details on the petals. Oh, forming into a bouquet of flowers. Some repetitive pests liaise with different tail ends, but with the same details for insight. To make this piece more lively. Few red has in-between them, and immediately they became much more livelier. Here's another repetitive patterns, the red triangles or A1. Then some patents were filled with different details while others remain asking, Is this method not only give your characters, but also textures. See you in next video, project time.
7. Project : Doodling Art: It's time for Project doodling. Sum up. I have five projects for you to choose from. Let's begin with project number one. Some dandelions, spaced them out randomly. They are light and flying in all directions. Then it some leaves and some flowers to field, it gets me some cute little hats. Now draw lines around issues of them. You can add some more buttons where needed, like here and here. And somewhere above here. And fill in some details. I just drew small circles. Then I use brown color to fill the gaps between them. You can use whatever color you prefer. You can choose to stop here as it is, or continue to color some home. I can't let huts with red and pink color, which makes the whole OT Alito more likely. Now, project number tool. Draw a few overlapping wavy lines horizontally. Then draw a few lines vertically. Now it details into alternating spaces. I just draw slanting lines for the details. Next I will get four different details and you can choose whichever one to follow. For the first option, I just feel them with black color. Second option, I feel them with red hats. Then outline the huts with brown color. That option is filled with just smells. Last option is drawing lines from one end to the other side, doing towards the center till you can draw anymore video at the end of this class under tutorial. So you can watch closely how I drew these technique. As for this one, since it's only halfway through, you have to imagine how it goes. Project number three. We will use asked our sample p. Just draw as shown in the samples starting with the base is ten. Then continue with the petals. You can draw them with a smooth line, always a little wavy like mine, which makes them more likely. Then draw lines for each petal. Continue adding more petrol so your flower, as many as you like. Drawing them smaller and smaller towards the top. Continue with inner lines for each beta. Now we are going to color the inner part of the parallels with three colors of your choice. I start with the darkest shared or column to fill up some of the bottom petals. Now the second column and the last column. We have some factors while at some details into white betters, enter some more small patterns to balance the overall picture. Project number for. Start by drawing two leaves. Then three petals almost to lead. Three layers. Here are a couple of smells on both sides. Yet another layer of huts and so solider specimen at the litter top of crown for the hot couple most rules below the two leaves on both sides. Then draw a pestle outline around your bed to smell. Tell us feel smallest wheels here. No, draw a line of scalars or around a pestle. Less debt, the crown for your personally ship whose leaf motifs than some swirls. Either sites. I will add that lead to more details inside the PESTLE share. I love how the PESTLE beta_1 loss, but then I decided to add some blues here. Okay Stan, now for project number five, let's draw another dandelion, drawing the best-first with some shorter and longer branches. Now draw a cute little house on top of all the branches. Now at three more smaller than D line starting from the best of the original dandelion. You can keep on adding to your paper is full. For the last part, I just call it the husk of the big dandelion was yellow and leaving the rest of the smaller hat's quite okay that ECO final project. Please do share your GLUT4 total understood and project page for everyone to see. If you share it on Instagram to take me it only watercolor in our reports and share on my platform to show others. Thank you so much for taking this class and I hope you will share it with your friends and families. Looking forward to see you again in my next class. May it be doubling watercolors or wall painting?
8. Tutorial: This is a tutorial for the last part of project number two in the project video. This was recorded in real-time to show how I drew the lines in square. Start from any corner of the square in end towards the opposite side as shown. Then continue from the point where you stop glass. Now draw towards the next side of the square as shown. Keep drawing. The space becomes smaller and smaller towards the center. This pattern can actually be done with any shapes. I will show you a few more towards the end of the tutorial. Let me show you again. It's less confusing if you draw the lines continuously without lifting up your pen. Now I will draw another one. Here. I'm showing you that there's a space here opposite way you stamp because we are not drawing from corner to corner, but rather from corner to the opposite side of the square for space, small space OR gate. Keep practicing and you will be drawing as smoothly as possible. Here's another ship which I don't know the name, but just call it distorted square. Using the same method, draw like before as shown previously for the square. This is a square with curvy sites. Seven goes with triangles. And another one here. You can draw the lines as narrow as you wish or us you wish. It will show, it will give you a different loop, which I will show you in the next clip. There will be a difference if you're spaced on the opposite side is different because bears in smaller space. And you can add colors to it. Ozone.
