1. Bicycle Helmet Intro: Good to everyone. This is John Mobley and welcome to my third class of modeling and plasticity. I would first recommend to watch the fall in class CAD modeling and plasticity, design your first three D CAD model. Once you get familiar with this very beginner's class, it'll be much easier to follow along in this new learning class. In this new class, you will learn how to use plasticity to create this very cool ABS bicycle helmet. I'll take everyone in the creation of the main helmet forms and then to add in the brake light, lid cap, and then the straps. This class will increase your knowledge on how to create these forms. And how to model in plasticity. So let's get started and have some fun in creating this really cool helmet in plasticity. Alright, let's get started. 2. Bicycle Helmet Gallery Support: So during this class after each main section has been completed, then proceed to either take a snapshot of the existing model with shading or bring into a three D program and render it. Once the whole model is completed, then again, take either a snapshot of the whole model in different rotations or render in a three D program with different rotations. Make sure to upload them in the gallery. Thank you. 3. Finding Images for Reference: And Alright, so I'm going to show basically how to get some good images to collect for the modeling of this helmet. So in this part, I'm going to go to Google, and I'm going to look for a bus helmet. Again, you could do any type of helmet. You can try to follow along with a different type of helmet. Same type of concept. It pretty much works, but it might be a little different in the way to build it out. So you might just want to follow along because I'm going to be using this helmet. So a bus helmet, but do a quick shirts and hit Enter, and now I'm there. So I'm going to also go down to the images right here. And it will come up with a bunch of different helmets. So in this location here, you'll see all kinds of different types, and I'm going to look for the one that I just created. So let's go in and keep going down, and we'll find the one that I just made. And this is easier to follow along. So this is an example of that. So this is the bus helmet. Again, this has different colors on it, which is fine. And I have no issues with that. And we can actually click on the BS website and go straight there. Now, I'm going to provide these images on my link, so that way you can follow on without having to find all this stuff. So I think that might be easier. But anyway, we could just use this as a background. So we're going to need three or four different images, basically, to help us with this. And I would suggest that we first start with the side view. So if you click on this, you're going to go in here, and we're actually going to go to Zoom in on this or we can go to the side here, and we can right click like here, Save Image As, and we'll save this out to a folder that makes it easy. And again, you can copy and paste the stuff wherever you want. I'm just going to put this on my desktop to make things a little easier. I'm going to create a folder, new folder, helmet, Images go and click on that. And we're going to save that there. So we'll save that over. Cool. Now I'm going to go to the front. Same thing. Right click Save images. And one nice thing about this website, it actually gives you the option to Bild Save. So we're going to save this here. And then the backside. Same thing. Right click Save Image As. And again, save the same name. It comes with it. Okay, now we're going to do the top view. Again, we can pick any of these colors. It's fine. Let's go with the top view. And again, right. I'm going to save image as. And again, we're done with that. So we got all four images that kind of represent this helmet. This is a nice little design as well. I think this looks really cool. And the gray one or the tan one. I've used the tan one for my first go at this, but I'm going to go ahead and go with the darker color. All right, so we can get out there now and go back to plasticity. So let's go. 4. Images to Support Build Out: All right, so in plasticity, I'm now going to go to the side view. So where it says right is basically right and left side. And if you go to the Y, it's going to be the front and back. So this is, like, the front side and the back side is on the side. So we want to go where it says with the click on the X, basically, which is the right to make things easier to line this up. So let's go in and zoo out a little bit is fine. And I'm going to go to the side over here on the left upper corner, and I'm going to go to basically import append, and I'm going to go back to my desktop where I put these files and bring them in. So double click, and we'll go to the helmet images right there, and we're going to look for the side view. So this would be most likely would be this first one open, which is not, but that's okay. Let's bring that in. And we'll go with the next one. We can hide these things, so it's not a big deal. I'm going to bring all four of these in. So that's the one we want to start with, and we're just bring the other ones in, so we're done with that part of the exercise. So we'll go and open this and the next one. Will be the backside. Okay, so we know that this one we can hide, that one we can hide, and that one we can hide, and we're going to stick with this one. So make things easier. I'm going to go ahead and select this and delete it with Leakey. I'm also going to bring in a screencast type device or program called Swordsft Mouse Track, which I'm using here and I'm going to be using and all the keystrokes will be down here on the bottom. As well as when I hit left, it'll be red. I'll show you exactly what I mean by that. So I'm going to click on here and make sure I get this set up here and I'm going to make sure that this whirls. So every time I click it whirls, that means it's a left click. The center click would be the roll mouse would be blue, and the right click is the green. Cool. So what we're going to do, we're going to start off with creating the main line that goes around the helmet just to start this off. We're going to worry about this piece in the middle here, secondly. We're going to start working on the brake light as well as intersection and the lid, and we're also going to be creating this strap here. And possibly the backstrap here, the connection. But I'm not going to have these tied together. There's no real need for that unless you're going to actually have the helmet take off, and you're going to look inside the helmet. But I'm not doing any of that. I'm just going to make the helmet, so I'm not really concerned about all that. I just want to make it look like it belongs. So let's go and get started. So we're going to hit the line tool here. 5. Helmet Main Form 1: And again, I want to create a really nice smooth radius around this, and it needs to be basically perfectly aligned. So I'm going to start from this end and work my way around. And again, I'm going to use the tab key here. Just go and do that right away. And we're going to go ahead and start the process here. So let's go ahead and start, Get as close as you can at the beginning here. We want to make sure that this all lines up. And I know I'm going to have to definitely go back to this one, but I don't want to have a lot of points, either. I want to get at least as mud as possible, so I don't have a lot of fighting over the actual edge. And again, I really want to dial this in. I don't want to do a lot of changes to this either because once you start moving lines, it becomes more chaotic. But anyway, I just kind of want to get where this needs to go. Alright, so I'm going to right click. I think there's enough points right there. And I'm going to go back to the point selection here. And first of all, I'm going to go ahead and get this one here, kind of move this in place, this one in place. I think that's going to be a little awkward right there. So be careful with that one. I want to make sure that this lines up really nice. Again, try to keep as smooth as you can on these lines because this is your main form this will basically break your object if you don't have this done right. This is the most critical part of the buildout of this actual helmet because, again, the line is what makes the thing look really nice if it's smooth. So again, keep that in mind when you're building this stuff. So something like that. Again, this picture might be a little bit off. I'm trying to do the best I can to, you know, get this where it needs to be. Now, you see this is a little bit of an edge here, and I kind of don't want to mess with the rotation of this, but I try to dtyle this a little bit better. And again, this is too far out. This is way too far out. Again, I'm going to come back and kind of clean this up anyway, but I don't want to want to make sure that this kind of I don't think this is going to be an issue right there. I think, Again, I want to make this nice and rounded. They don't have a lot of points here, so it's great. I think that looks good. I think this kind of covers the whole helmet in a certain way. I might just go ahead and just adjust this a little bit more just for the back end here. Something like this would be good. And again, I might bring this back, you know, a little bit up. And I think that looks really nice. Let's go to hide this now and see what we got here. And what you see here, the line is really smooth, and that's kind of what we want. We want to make sure that's nice. Alright, cool. So another thing that we need to do here is make sure that we are actually at the highest point when we do the other part of this form. So I'm going to basically bring this out straight and right click and just get off of that. I'm going to go ahead and hit the ike and I'm going to bring this down. And I'm going to try to figure out where the closest point is where this touches. So I bring this in pretty much right about there. So this is like your center point right there, and that's a good understanding of where we want to place the next part of this. So right about let's see, let's go ahead and go back to the side here. And I want to make sure it kind of, like, lines up with this line. And it has to be this line. So let's go in as closely as we can, and we want to make sure we're actually selecting the blue line. And this looks pretty good right here. So right about there. Okay, doing back out. And that's kind of like right where the highest point of your object is, right? So we got this selected, and now I need to go back and unhide the actual right again, we're going to go ahead and select the Spinker I got the image open now, and I want to try and make sure that this is lined up, right. So again, this is the point where it all kind of comes together right there. And we can actually move this to the front view like this. Again, I don't want to have too many of these points. I definitely want the lease the better. So we're going to go ahead and hit the tap key again. And I'm going to go ahead and start bringing this in something like that. Again, we're going to try to minimize the amount of these points that we are doing here. I think right here and then probably one right here. I'm going to go back to the points and we're going to select this and bring this back out, bring this back out, as well as this one. I want to try to make this as rounded as possible because this is the most critical part, again. So a couple things to note is that we always want to make sure that when we have this build out and we ring a line out straight, that this curve is not above this line. If this curve is above the straight line here, then it's going to cause a little bit of a dip in here. So keep that in mind when building this stuff that we want this to be exactly underneath that line. And we know that looks good, so we're good with that. I'm definitely going to move this out a little bit more, something like this. Again, I want to make it as round as possible. And I think maybe a little bit more here and a little bit there just to give it a nice rotation here. And that might be causing a little bit of a problem there. I don't want to go too far with it. Again, I can readjust this later. So I'm going to go with this for now. I have this edge. Here's what I'm trying to make sure I get. I'm going to redo this anyway, this section. So that's not going to be a problem. Okay, let's go ahead now and hide. Let's bring this out with line. And let's go ahead and hide this again. And see how that looks. Yeah, that is a nice line. It looks smooth. I think that will work for us. Now, since I've done all this, I'm going to also hide this for now. Now, I also want to make sure that this is touching this. So when doing this, we got to make sure it's connecting to this line. So let's go and hit the points here and use the Control key, and we're going to actually snap on this. Yeah, that might work fine. I think we'll just leave it alone for now and see how this works out. Alright, so let's go ahead and do this. Go back to the line, and we're going to select this line, and we're going to hit the Fky and I'm going to do the actual cut curve. So if you don't have that, look for cut curve on the search. So let's go and do this and then select this. Hit Okay. Now, if it worked, it split it in half is what we wanted. Here and here and exactly what we wanted, so that worked great. Now, one thing to note is we should also look for any points that might have been created after the fact. We don't want any points here because it will create another connection on these things. You see you only got one point on the bottom, and then here, again, if you go to points, you got one point, and that's it. One point there, and then go back to this one. Same thing on the points, one point, one point. So that's what we want to make this work. Okay, cool. So now what we can do is take these two lines and we have to extrude them outward because we need basically a support section here to make this loft work properly. That's how this works always. And these CAD programs that we have, we have to have a form to connect to. So we're going to extrude this out basically like that, okay. Now, one thing we're going to always do is we're going to keep these lines. It's never good to get rid of them because you just never know if you have to go back and redo something. You don't have to do this all over again if you don't like what you see. So it's always good to keep them. I always do is I grab them and I put them in a group, and then I basically hide them. So they're out of my sight, out of mine. So I did one too many here, but that's okay. Let's go ahead unhide. So I'm going to unhide this one. This one has to stay. So again, we got these the H. This one with the H, we don't want to connect to these. Alright. So let's go and select this one, this one, which is great. Not a big deal, and this one. And that way, they all can be lofted together as one. So hit the elki and it will form a nice loft. Now, for some reason, if you have an issue and it's not lofting, then there has to be an issue with the connection here. So this is what our problem is right here, which is fine. Select this, hit the points, and I'm going to get closer. I'm going to use this with the Control key and to snap right there. Yeah, just like that. That way, it's connected to that edge properly. Now, that would solve the problem that we just had because again, it has to be connected so we have a tangency. Let's do this again. This one, this one, and this one. Again, hit the l key to loft, and there we go. As you see, it lofted it exactly as we wanted it, and that looks really cool. It's very smooth. And I think it looks really nice. I thought I showed an example why we have those pieces extended out. Why that example needs to be followed to give us a better form. So this is an example of not doing the right thing. So if you select these two lines here, we don't extrude them, and we just go around the object like this, and then we hit the loft, we're going to get a much different form on this helmet. It's kind of more like edge here that's not rounded all the way around. So as you can see here, that's not what we want. So Control Z, I'll show an example of this exact same thing. Let's go to side view here just to give you a better example. Hit the GK actually we're going to hit the Shift D first and then we'll move this over, right? Let's see what both of these do, right? So this is going to be the correct way Again, extrude. We're going to extrude this out. We're going to hide this again. These two, put you out of the way. And then here, we're going to go same exact thing. This one, this one, this one. L, okay? Now let's go and do this one, this one, and this one. As you see, this is a much better rounded form because it's using this form to understand that it has to be more of a rounded form compared to this form, which is not right. So this will give you a much better helmet form because it's taken the lines all the way around on both as well as giving you a G one. And that's why we extend these lines out just for reference. Hope that helps. So now that we got that, we can go ahead and go back and delete these two sections. Josie. Hit Okay, make sure we hit okay before we do anything else. And now we can go and hide this again. Another one of these lines that we don't want to get rid of, but we want to just hide it for now. So let's go and stuck these two sections here right here and delete them with ShiftEx. And now we can get rid of these. These we can delete. We don't need these. These are extra cages for that object. All right. So a good method to try to understand is to see how this actually looks, and we can do that by just secting the object and using the mirror and going to the side, and we're going to hit merge halves together and hit Okay. So now we got this merge together just like that. Okay. So that's that. I'm gonna go back to this view here and hide this one here. Actually, not that one, but this one, yes. And again, this again, hit the K and we'll make this more of a see through thing. Right now, what we're going to do is we're going to use this to help cut out this section right here. Okay, cool. So that will help get this to look a lot better. So we're going to hit the slin tool again with the sline. I'm going to select right about here. Again, I'm not right about these edges yet. Let's just get in there and start working this. So let's bring it into this. Again, we're going to hit the tab key, make it a little bit easier. Okay. Keep working it. I might come back and adjust a few things. There. There we go. I go to keep pulling this through. Give me a few extra points over here, help control this piece. Like that? And I want to go straight through something like this. I don't know how this is going to look at the bottom end. I might just kind of heap this piece there. Sometimes you got to make decisions as you go through this. So now let's go in to select this and we're going to use this to cut out that piece. This will be a lot better looking once we do this. So select this line. Okay. Cool. Now we select this piece and delete it. Here we go. Now we got this line again. We could just take this and bring it in here and Okay, so now we got a nice looking form. That's exactly what we wanted. We can go back to the side view here, and this is looking really nice. Again, you can test it out, see how things look. You can actually put it on shaded mode and see how those lines look or go to this. This is a good way to look at it. If you see a lot of problems, you'll see them right up the bat, or we can do the lines. I do this occasionally, everything looks really smooth. So yeah, I think it looks really nice. Let's go back. So right here. Alright, so I want to unhide this. And I also want to hide this, make it more transparent. Actually not hide it, but transparent. So we're going to hit the K bring this down to, like, 0.2, ok. I want to be able to see through this. And now I'm going to actually select this image here, and I want to move it back to other side of this. So it's out of our way. Alright, so I'm going to hit this Giki and basically move this on the actual X, and we'll move it over to the side here, away from everything. And another thing we can do is we can lock this down in place so it doesn't move anymore. And I think that's good. So this way, we can kind of use this as we need it, but it's out of our way as we start doing the next few task. So a couple of things to keep in mind here. So if you look at the actual helmet, bring this over here, you'll notice that this is a hard material here. This is a foam material, like a hard foam that's going around. So these are two separate objects, basically. Yes, this is kind of te on the edge of this and it's imprinted into it, but it's two separate objects. So the main objective is to create the form of the helmet itself, the plastic piece. And then, secondly, we're going to create this foam piece that's here. So to do that, we're going to kind of go back in and kind of cut out this little section here. And separate it out from the helmet. We'll try to work on this little edge piece here a little bit later. And again, the program doesn't make it too easy to make, like, harsh shapes like this. So we'll dive into it a little bit later once we get pretty much everything else wrapped up. All right, so let's keep going with this. So I'm going to go to the side view, and I'm going to create a cut around this whole space here is what our next task is. So follow along, and it should be pretty simple to do. All right, so let's go ahead and again hit the spline curve. And we're going to start from over here. And again, let's hit the tab key and make it a little bit easier. And again, we're not going to try to keep not too many of these actual points because the more you have, the more harder it is to make this smooth. Around these curves, though, you're going to need to put a few points here. And again, if you need to go in and zoom in a little bit more, go right ahead. I need to do that quite a quite a few times to make it easier. All right. So now that I've got that curve, I can move a little bit closer. Let's go here and again here. And for sure, we'll have to go back to adjust some of this stuff. So normally you got three points is what you normally need on a rotated curve. Just give you some understanding. So again, zoom in if you have to. Again, it's just easier if you have three points. One is for the edge, one's for the center, and so forth. So here, here, here. Now, I'm going to not exactly follow this because it's going to go too high. And again, this won't be noticeable at all inside the model itself. So I'm going to go about right here. Okay, let's go ahead and hit the points, and let's go ahead and adjust a few things. So this one here with the GK twice and move it as I need it. This one can move as well. G. I'm going to kind of get this closer to this edge. And this one here probably can get rid of it. So right click. Once you get something that you like, right click. You can also just drag it that sometimes it's easier. I'm going to pull that without having to hit Enter all the time. Again, whatever makes it easier for yourself, of course. I'm going to pull this over here, a little bit closer to the curve here. Again, it's pretty easy to move these things once you get them in place. I think I'll make that a little bit closer to this. Now, again, it doesn't have to be exact, but closer is better. This one we could probably just delete this curve here or that point. Again, less is better sometimes. And this one I'm going to bring here. This one here. You could probably bring this a little bit closer to this side here and one a little bit more here. Again, just a little bit of finss will go a long way. Some of these curves are a lot longer curves, so they can be spread out a little bit more than the quick edged curves. All right. I think that looks really nice. So a good way to see what you're doing is to go back and see how it looks. So we can hide this and hide this just to see what we got and hide these Actually, I'm going to hide this, this. All right. So looking at the line here, it looks really smooth. Again, because I had less points, it helps define a better line here. And we can actually now unhide this. As you can see, it looks like it's matching up really well to this. So that's your first step is to get this basically set up properly. And now we can actually go in and cut the helmet itself. So let's go ahead and hide the helmet. Now, a few things to note is that I got a few extra parts here, so don't worry about these. These were just testing, and I'm going to hide these now, so you won't see these no more. I'll be bringing them into the group one. So again, no need to see these anymore. It just causes less confusion by taking this stuff away. All right. So now that I got this line, it looks really good. I'm going to go now and cut it. So let's go ahead and select the sheet, and we're going to hit the cut solid with curve and go and select it. Hit Okay. Great. Now we got these two separations going. Perfect. Alright, so let's go ahead now and focus on this as well. As you'll see, again, this is two separate pieces. Again, this is a foam piece that's in here to support, and it's definitely separate from the hard plastic that's here. The other part that is also is the top piece of this helmet has a section here that also has foam that you'll see. But for now, let's go ahead and focus on this. So let's go ahead and drive this with a line. So let's go in and select the spine curve again, and we're going to bring this through. So I'm going to kind of just put a point right there because again, it kind of curves right there a little bit. And again, one here. And again hit the tab key. So that way, this can have a better control method there, there definitely have to come back to this. And here, here, here, and over here. So now I got this. Let's go and adjust the points again. So let's bring this closer to the center. Let's bring this one, a little bit more that way. And again, you'll see that it's good to have this extra point here to help control this zone. I'm almost sing that this needs to be a little bit more to this side, and this one can be more over here. Now, if we need to add in another line, we can do that after the fact. But for now, I think these points that I put in are just perfect for what we need. I think, yeah, I might suggest that just smitchen more. This one a little bit more. That looks good. I kind of want to put a point right here so we can split this. So the split curve right here, just select it right about there, right? And now that we've done this, we can actually bring this closer. The problem is with that is once you do that, you got more points, right? So we can actually just delete that one, delete this one. And this way, we could just use now the one point to kind of give us a better position. Now, I also want to move this a little bit more like that. I think this follows a little edge here really well. And again, there, a little bit here. Again, it doesn't have to be perfect. You won't really notice small little things like this, but the better you make it, of course, the nicer it's gonna look. I think that looks nice there. A little bit more of adjustments. Again, this is a nice hard piece, again, and a soft piece. So I'm just going to move this a little bit more like this. Now, just so you also understand the images that are taken of this helmet, the actual perspective might be a little bit off just because of the angle of the camera lens. So keep that in mind when you're doing the stuff that, you know, it's not going to be exactly perfect. But we can do the best we can with what we have. So I think this looks really nice. I might bring that over just a little bit more. I think that looks good. And I'll bring this down a little bit more. I want to get this plastic piece completely, like if it's the right amount here. I think I'm going to go a little bit closer here. I almost want to just get rid of the white part, basically, if that makes sense. It just makes it look easier this way. This one can go here. Now, you notice that this line is not exactly perfect. Bring this back a little bit more. That helps this curve be a little bit less tight. All right, cool. I think that looks good. Again, we can pull around, see what that looks like. But let's go and go back to the side view here. And we're going to select the object again, and we're going to use the cutter, cut solid, select this, and go ahead it. Okay. All right. So now we got separate objects, and we can also take this line here. And we'll also bring this up here to group one. Now, one thing I will do is I'm going to hide this. I'm also going to bring this up closer so I don't have to keep seeing all this detail. And the same thing here. Bring this curve into group one. There we go. Now we got two separate objects. And that looks good, and this will help us define the next steps that we're doing. Okay, so next step, we're going to go ahead and cut this piece and get a little bit more control of this, as well. So I'm going to go ahead and time, use a actual line, and I'm going to bring this all the way to about the corner of this piece here. I'm going to bring this over to the corner of this piece here. Kind of like where this edge is. Then we're going to bring it back through, just like that. Now, what we can do here is we can select the points and try to smooth this out. So this is another way to do this real simply. So we're going to hit the B key here and we're going to pull this out on the plus, and we're going to get that close to the edge here, just like that. Cool. Hit the o button, and we're good. Now, let's go ahead and select this one here. Actually, we can actually drag this down just a little bit. I want to get this right on the edge there. And again, we're going to hit this, hit the B key. And we'll pull this out as well. And we're going to pull this even more than the other. That's why we want to do this in two separate pieces because that way we have better control of what we're doing. So we can select these now, and this time we'll hit the GK twice, and we'll move that in just a smidge as well as say, Okay, once you're done with that, of course, and we'll select this one here or actually this one here as well, and hit the Shift key, this one, and let's go ahead the GK, and we'll bring this up a little bit, just like that. There we go. This one also needs to go in a little bit, so we could select it here, hit the GK, and bring it in, like that. There we go. All right, cool. Now that we got this section here, selected, I'm going to hit the cutter, select that and hit Okay. All right, so that's that step there, and now we can actually take this piece and delete it. We do not need that anymore. I'm also going to go ahead and take this and delete this as well. Okay, so we're getting closer. We're actually getting to a point where we're getting some forms, some pieces separate, and that's pretty much it for that. 6. Helmet Main Form 2: All right, so I thought it would be good to do the third cut out of this part, as well, which is the top piece. And that way, we have everything cut out of the plastic first before we start diving into creating the shapes. So let's go to the top view here. And what I did earlier is I brought in this image. Let's go ahead and hide this for now. And I brought in this image here, which is the top. I don't want this to be at this direction. So what I'm going to do is I'm just going to select it and delete it. I'm going to start over with this one. So select the object and delete it. We're going to bring this in again. And this time, we're going to go to the Zaxis and bring it in that way. Alright, so I'm going to go ahead and again import a pen, and I'm going to go basically to my desktop where I have it located here. And in here, I got helmet images, and it's this one here, which is the top one, and there we go. Now, as you see, this is pretty much lined up already with this, but I'm going to bring it in just a little bit with the Giki. I want this edge to be close to the back end here. Make sure I'm not selecting the wrong thing again. Select this ki. I'm going to move this just a smidgen down. I want this to line up with the top piece, right about there. All right, cool. Now, again, what I was communicating before is that this has an angle to it, right? But in all reality, it's actually squared off. So this is a good example of an image that is lost in understanding because of the way it's taking, it actually has an angle to it. But in all reality, it's actually squared off. So we want to do the same thing, right? So for reference, I brought in this other image, which is more of a kind of a different perspective. And you see the angle here, it actually is very much straight, so keep that in mind. So with this other image, I'm also going to include this within this class, so you'll be able to download this as well to get some reference as any other images that I've already captured. But this gives you kind of a better understanding that it's actually straight on this end. So we want to make sure that this is straight as well, and we'll go back and tackle that. So here we go. Alright, so I thought it'd be best to tackle this one by going to the exact front view to kind of line this all up. So I'm going to use the rectangle tool, and I'll pull it out about here, and then I'm going to bring this down to about here. And now I'm going to adjust it. I'm going to hit the GK and bring this over just a little bit. I'm also going to scale this in a little bit, so I'm going to hit the points. First of all, hit Okay, hit these two points and hit the GK again and bring these a little bit closer. Cuts this whole shape down a little bit. I don't want it too wide, and I know this is a little bit off, but I feel that this is more accurate because again, it's just the perspective of the camera lens. I'm going to go a little bit closer here. I think that looks good. Now, a couple of things I want to do here is I want to try to immolate this circle here or this radius and this radius here. Even though it's a little bit less, that's fine. I'm going to hit the bike on this one, pull this out with the plus, and try to get as close as I can to that same shape. Same with this one. Hit the biki and pull this out, and we're going to do this again in the plus. I'm going to try to keep as much as I can of that radius similar, even though it's a little bit off from this other shape. I think that looks good. One thing I'm going to do on this one is I'm going to use this to kind of drive the shape into this helmet, and then I'm going to work the back end separately. So that way, the front is exactly kind of, like, properly cut in, and the back we can fix after the fact. Okay, so let's do that. So we're going to pick this shape here and we're going to actually bring it. First of all, let's go and select it first, the line. I'm going to bring it all the way out, hit the GK and bring it past the actual helmet, hit the ok. And now we're going to use the actual face, and we're going to drive this into the actual helmet. Now, keep in mind, it definitely is not going to go into this space like this. So we can hit Okay for now. I'm going to bring this piece back a little bit. So I'm going to go ahead and hit the FaceTol again and bring this back. So I'm going to bring this in, and I'm going to kind of do the best I can to kind of wing this. So if I go back to the side view here, and then if I hide these sheets, I can kind of see the shape that I need and also hide this one for now. And one thing we can do say, Okay, for now, let's go ahead and hide this too. I'm going to actually hide this. And you see the actual shape is actually about it goes about right about here. I think that's a good estimate. I'm going to bring a line up right about I do not need this line. This is a test. Okay, so I'm going to go about I say about right about here. So just bring this here. That's fine. GK, F k, select the point here, just bring this to kind of where you think it's going to be. So about right about there is something the edge of that. It's not exactly 100%, but I'm pretty sure that's where it's at. Now I actually can unhide this here and we can see where this lines up. Now, the line that we just did let's go ahead and undo. Maybe I forgot hit. Okay, let's do this again, G, F, and bring it here. I think I'll go right about here. Again, it's not to be exact 100%, but I think that's a good place to put it and make sure we hit the okay this time. Alright. So now that I got that, let's go hide this object here. I want to take this line or this section and bring it back. So let's go back to the side view, and we want to line it up with this. So let's go right about there. I think that will be good right there. Alright, cool. And now that I've done that, we can actually take this shape and hide it. First of all, I'm going to hide these for now. I don't want all the stuff in my way. And I think this will be a much nicer cut into this. And I think what we can do here too is just go ahead and do this now. I would say, go ahead and take this one here, and we can rotate both of those. Kind of like that. That'll be good and hit okay. All right. So that will be our piece. And again, it's not too low, but I think it's just right, even though perspective on our original image was a little bit off, I thought. I think that looks good. All right, so when I actually cut this now, I'm going to use the Q and then I'm going to use Shift Q and hit Okay. This way, I'll keep the actual top shape and the actual we can delete this piece right here now, select it, hit delete. And now we got this separate section here, but I also don't want this piece here, so you can delete that as well. And I just got really this piece here as another surface. That way, I can manipulate this separately from the ster piece. Basically, we got all the sheets that we need. Everything is a sheet. Nothing is a an object. And yeah, we got pretty much everything we need here to make this now. So let's go ahead and continue with this process. I'm going to go ahead and use a line tool down the center here. It snaps right to it, right? So that's the center of this whole space. I'm going to go ahead now and select this and this piece here, make sure those are both selected and this piece. I want to get all those cut, and I'm going to use the cutter right here. And again, select this line, it Okay. Basically, we're going to work on one side of this object. Let's go and select all this and just delete this. In that way, we have a better opportunity to help adjust this as we need as we go. We can go ahead now and get rid of this. Actually, we can just hide it. Delete it can always make that easily. This one we can actually hide. I'm going to bring this over here to group one. Get that out of my way. Yeah, I think that looks good. I think we have everything we need here to continue to build this out. So now that we got this all worked out, we're going to start adding in some more detail. I'm going to make everything a little bit more thicker, and I'm going to go in the plus direction, not the negative, even though it's going to be a little bigger than the original helmet as an image, which is fine. But this way, I'm not going to have to worry about cutting into the space the wrong way. So let's go ahead and start this process. We're going to first select this. This is selecting the whole thing here. And we want to use the thicken, which is this. Now, this piece is not going to be as stick as some of the other pieces, but this is just understanding what we're trying to do here. So we're going to plus this a little bit on the plus. And again, I don't want to go too far with it. I think 0.015 would be good. And I think that gives us enough thickness for the plastic piece. Maybe just a smidge and bigger. Let's go ahead and try to make this like two. We go to slot that and hit two and tab and see if that will cut in or not. I go to 0.2 sometimes. You got to retype it in, and see what we got here. I think that's much better. It has more thickness to it. And I think, plastic is going to have some thickness to it. 7. Thickening Helmet Forms: H Again, if we want to, we can always select it and make it a little bit bigger, real simple. I actually bring this up a little bit more. And that we've done it once, it's easy to extend it a little bit more. So we're offsetting the face basically to make it a little bit thicker. Now, if it won't go, that's fine. We could try to bring it down a little bit more. Let's go like one. If that still doesn't go, you got to bring it down a little bit more. We'll go to, like, As too much. Let's go with like 0.00 0.03. Yeah, I think that looks good. So let's go ahead, okay. All right, so we got some thickness now to this shell. That's what we needed. And we still got this piece here, right? So we again, need to correct this as well. And this is going to be a little bit more tricky. I want to make this a little thicker than this, so it sticks out past the actual edge a little bit. So now that we've got it in that direction, Okay. That first. I think the best thing to do is make it thicken first, and then let's do that. Let's do the thicken. Bring this out on the plus. Again, just a little bit above that edge. I want to stick out just a little bit. And I think it's a little bit too much here, so I'm going to bring it back in a little bit more. Just want to barely get over that edge. I think that will help drive the forming. We're going to make this a little bit rounded, too, so I think that looks good. Cool. So now we got two shapes that are ready to start working and same with this one. So we need to do this as well. So again, thicken, bring this up. And again, we can bring a little bit past again just to kind of get a little bit of a form. I want to look at the top you and kind of dial that in a little bit. Little tricky to get exactly what you want. I think that looks good. Has a little bit of edge there, and then the back piece. It okay? So select this, thicken. Same thing. We're going to bring this out. And what we're doing here is just kind of creating the separate piece away from the other pieces, and then we're going to actually manipulate this. So hit okay. I think, that all looks great. So this is a good start to the buildout of this shape. And now we're going to start working the manipulation of each of these shapes, and that's the next exercise. 8. Lofting Patching Main Edges: Alright, so we're going to have some fun with this shape. It's a little bit more complicated. Found an easy way to work around it. So we got this piece here on the bottom. I'm going to work with this first, and I got half of it cut away, of course. But I need to form this so it actually has a nice little bevel along this edge here. And I need it to be kind of, like, still having a little bit of edge on the top, so it looks like it belongs. And if you look at the image here, there is some things that are really kind of difficult to see, but we got these curvatures in these areas here that kind of portray that it's actually indented, right? This is also like a bevel, and of course, the whole thing is, like, beveled around the whole thing a little bit. So to work this out, I found a pretty easy way to do this. And I'm going to go ahead and start working on this piece now. So what I need to do is I need to first of all, I need a little bit more depth here. I want this to be a little bit thicker inside. So I'm going to select the actual face tool and I'm going to offset this a little bit so I can have some thickness to this. Again, it's a foam piece inside, it does have some thickness in it, so that's fine. And I think I'm good with that 0.049, okay. Now a couple more things that we need to do here is I need to create a nice edge. So to do that, I'm going to go ahead and select this line right here, just like that. I'm going to offset this. So to do that, we go to hit the okey. So I'll sit the oh, and we're going to pull this out. Not too much. For the top, I kind of want to give it not a lot of cut here, but just enough. One thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead and accept this right now, 0.0 418, but one thing I got to check is that this is not overpowering this piece here. We want to make sure it's not too far. So I'm going to bring this down just a smidge and more, maybe 0.03. I think that gives a little bit more space there. And it's not too much here. Okay, so that's good. So that's that. Now the second part is, I got to do the same thing here. So again, hit the Oki again and this time, I'm going to pull it out again. First of all, let's cancel. Let's get a little bit closer to what we're doing here. Try to want to make sure that we are actually going in this direction now. So hit the okey and it's going the wrong direction. There it goes. Now it's going the right direction. And we're going to bring this down quite a bit because I'm going to put a nice little angle on this is what we're looking for. So about right about there, negative 0.0 7885, somewhere in there. And I said, Okay, right, cool. So now what we're going to do to make this look right is we're going to take away some of the stuff now. So I want to take away, first of all, I'm going. Just get rid of this whole inner piece here. So first of all, let's just do this. Select this. Shifty, select that, select this. Okay? So we got all those pieces selected, I'm going to hit the Shift X. There we go. Now, that looks pretty aggressive, right? But in all reality, it'll help create a nice form in smooth form. Now I'm going to also select these pieces. So again, shift X, and the one over here as well. Shift X, and now we've got this all cleaned up. So what I need to do is create a nice form, which is going to go from this edge to this edge here. And to do that, we're going to use the line tool, and I'm just going to take a piece here. I'm going to make sure I get onto the side here. I kind of want to give it a little bit nice little bit of bevel here. I'm going to go from that edge just like that. And one thing to make sure is that it's actually doing the right thing here. I'm going to go ahead and hide this for now. Hide this and see what we've got here. These have to connect to make it work right. So as you see here, connects to that point and this point, right? Okay. So let's go and suck now this point here and I'm going to hit the Biki. We're going to give this a nice little bit of a fillet. So we're going to do this on the plus, so it's nice and smooth and round, just like that. Cool. Now, I got to do the same thing on the other end. It's basically to help form this whole thing. I'm going to try and get at a good angle here. I'm going to go with this. So we can bring this a little bit closer. Select this view. And we also want to tech this and this. So keep this in mind. We want to make sure we get this outer edge, and then we're going to select here and then another point here. Okay, cool. Now, it kind of lined up perfectly, which is great. It does that for you. And we want to make sure it's lined up, right. So hit this again, hit the Biki. And again, let's do this on the plus, so it's a nice fill it just like that. Alright, cool. So now we got these two lines. That'll help us control this somewhat. So let's go back to line. And let's go simply back to the top right here, this piece right there. It's selecting the whole thing all the way around, right? And we're also going to select this one here, hit the shift key and select that. All right. So that's the basis of what we're trying to do here. Now, let's go ahead the Bki simple, I'm sorry, the Elki to loft it. And we are going not with a G one. We are going to go with G zero. This will give us a nice harsh edge, which is kind of what we want to start this whole thing off right. And I'm going to hit the shift key now. I'm using these back pieces to help control this. So hold the shift, select this one here. Now go back to over here and we're going to do the same thing here. Hit the shift key again and select that. So just give us a nice little bit of a bevel there, and it looks really clean that way. Alright, so let's go and hit Okay, and let's see what we got here. Okay, so a couple more things we can do to make this look nice. We want to take this piece and this piece, merge them. So we're going to actually hit the Jakey. One time and it merged. If it didn't merge, that means you do not have this properly connected with the parts as you should. All right, so we've got that kind of worked out. Now, what I want to do is I want to now. You can actually hide this piece right here, and the one on the other side as well, but let's do this one first. We're here. I don't want to keep going back and forth. I'm going to select this line here, I'm going to pull this out on the plus as you see, it can go past it because it's a separate object from the helmet, right? But we want a nice little rounded edge there, just to give it a nice fill it around this thing, so it looks like it's a separate object, kind of like that. And we can hit the o button, zoom out a little bit. And we can do the same thing over here. Again, select this. Can move it over a little bit closer and's pull this out a little bit as well. And again, we're doing this on the plus. So something like that. So let's see what this looks like now with those changes. So I'm going to go in here basically hide all the edges. I want to bring this closer. I want to see what this is looking like and what we've got. So let's go ahead and I'm going to go with this one this time. I think this looks really nice with a smooth form. We can off select everything there. So you can kind of see what we got. And then you see that we have a nice little edge now going around this piece. We have a nice bevel. And if you go to the side here, we have a nice curvature, as well as we got that indented look like we should have here, and the back looks really nice. And it all comes together. I'm trying to get some understanding of the lines. And yeah, this gives us a nice form here, as it should. It looks like it's kind of separate from the other piece. It gives us a nice little edge. Now, one thing we can do to make this even better, of course, is to go back and select this main helmet piece and give itself a little bit of a Fillet as well. So if I select this here, and I got this piece selected now right there is what we want. I'm going to pull this out again on the plus, just like that. Like 0.001, 0.06. And let's see how this looks. Say, okay? Deselect everything. And now we really do have a nice little form here, and it looks like two separate pieces. Anyway, so I think that looks really nice. I think it has a nice form. And a good way to test the theory on this is to make sure, first of all, that it all comes together nicely. And one way we can do that is hit both of these objects, just like that, and we can do a mirror, hit the other side. I'm going to go ahead and just say merge halves together, right? Hit Okay. Now we got one object. And then you could see how this is really coming together. I think that looks really nice the way the forms are. Anyway, I think this is a good form, and I think I'm happy with this. So yeah, there we go. We got the form. We got the nice little corners here kind of pushing down into the space. That's all being formed because of this piece here, and the length of this is different than this, of course. So that's kind of help control the form itself is the length and the distance between these areas. Okay. Let's continue to move on this helmet to the other pieces. Okay, so let's go and start the back piece of this helmet. And I've actually taken the image, and I moved it a little bit back. We did the other images just out of the way, so it's not affecting. I kind of brought it in just for reference for everybody. So if you look at this, this helmet, this has a very interesting shape. It doesn't have a full, like, a regular bevel that would go around like the center here. It actually extends from here all the way to this edge here. It's a little complicated to make that form. So it took me a little bit of time to figure this one out, but we'll get there on this class. So let's get this going. So one thing I like to do is just go ahead and hide this for now and hide this for now. So it's out of our way. And a few things that we'll do here. So I've got this shape. I've extended or expanded this a little bit farther back. This was the shape before, and I brought it back just a little bit, something like that, just to get out of the way and give a little more depth to it. That's kind of what I was looking for. So I did offset face on this, say, Okay. Alright, so now I've got this ready to go. I'm going to go ahead and start working this. I basically hide this again. So let's hide this out of the way. And then here I want to make sure that we have line shown, right? So show edges. And I'm going to select this line here. So go ahead and hit that with the lt key, as long as it's not going around, we're good. I'm going to pull this out with an O and I'll bring this the opposite way. So I'm going to bring this in just a little bit. Not too much, not too far, either. About right about Again, I have that. It has that look where it's actually out about this amount distance. So I think that looks good. Another we're going to do now is the same thing on this end here. So say Okay. And we're going to also suck this with the key again, selected the edge, which is what we wanted. Again, hit the ok to pull this out. I'm going to go the opposite direction this time. And we're going to go into the space, something like that. We have a little bit of space between here and there, and it's going to pull itself that way, okay? So let's go hit Okay. Now the next trick is to get rid of some of the stuff we don't need anymore. So I'm going to select this section here, this section, this section, this section, and those two as well. And we're going to hit the Shift X to get rid of those, as well as these ones here. So Shift X, Shift X. Alright, cool. Now, this time, instead of actually going around this whole shape with a loft, we're going to use a patch to make this work. Because if we don't do that, we're going to have all kinds of weird formations along these sharp edges here. They're not really sharp, but they're rounded, but they have very tight little areas, and it causes a pinch in these areas. So to get around that, the trick is to do a patch. So we're going to do the patch on this a little differently. So first thing is, I'm going to go ahead and select this whole line here. So go ahead and hit the alt key. Now, I don't want to get all the way around, right? So let's just do one at a time. So select that one, select this one hit the shift key. And now that we got that whole section basically selected, we're going to also select this now. That, not this one. So we got all those selected now. We're going to do a shift D. We're basically making a copy of that. So now to get around this, we're going to go back here and hide this. So now we got our lines. We can actually use this line here to connect. So we're going to actually go from this edge to this edge, just like that, and the same thing on the bottom. We want to use this to help patch basically this whole part. Okay, cool. So now that we've gotten this done, let's go to select these two, and I'm going to bring it to the side here, just like this. I'm going to bring it up. I'm going to extrude this now with the E. I'm going to hit the F key and suck that little corner piece right here and just kind of go straight out. Yes, I realize it's farther than it should be, but that's fine. It's just a support for this whole form. Okay. Now that we've gotten that, I'm going to take these two parts, and we're also going to extrude these, but we're going to go the opposite way. So again, E, and we're going to hit the FK again. And we're going to select this bottom piece. It could be any of these pieces that's fine, but we're going to select here and just go outward, just like that. Okay. Cool. So now that I've done that, I'm going to select these lines. I'm going to hide them because I need the main form itself to use for these connections. So let's go hide all these four sections. Okay, cool. Now that we've gotten that, we can select this one. We can select the key on this actually not all key because that won't work either. It's going to go too far. So let's go and select first this one. Shift key, this one. This one, this one, and we're going to go all the way around, basically. Make sure we get all the little pieces. Now we got all those selected. We're going to actually now use the patch tool. So there we go. So that is our shape that we were trying to create. Now, I'm going to go ahead and put this as G one on these edges because when we actually use the actual other side of the mirror, we're going to get a pin share if we don't do that. So G one on those two and everything else could be a G zero. So it said, okay. Cool. Now that we've done that, we're going to go in and clean it up. So let's go to hit the face tool. We're going to select these faces. We're going to hit the Shift X again, and we got all those gone and these two, as well. Again, shift X. So we have our form now. Now we can actually hide the main piece, which is this one. And now we have these pieces right lined up with each other like they should be. So I'm going to select this one and this one, and then I'm just going to join you. And now that I've joined them, now we actually have the form that we needed, which we would not have been able to do otherwise. It would have been more of a beveled in the center, and it would look this nice. So keep this in mind. Sometimes you got to work around different strategies to make this happen. And this time, we use the patch to make this work. Okay, so now I'm going to clean this up a little bit more to add a little bit more detail to this and basically going to add some bevels to this. I'm going to select this line here and shift this and then it's going to pull this out on the plus. So it has a nice smooth transition. Not too much, just about there. Cool. Same thing here. I'm going to select this with the lt key, and that one worked fine. And we're going to also pull this out on the plus. And we're going to bring it out about here. And that looks good, and now last one would be this one here. And again, pull this in the plus. I'm going to make a nice edge there just like that. Now that we've done that, we can go back to the side here. Let's go ahead and hit Okay, mirror this opposite side, hit the merge halves together. Cool, and hit Okay. There we go. Now we got one object there, and we can actually hide the helmet and take away the edges and see what this looks like. That looks really nice. It's got the form. It has a nice edge here like it should and it looks like two pieces. One more thing I'll be doing with this is taking this and hiding it, and I'm going to do a edge on this as well. Let's go ahead and do that first. I Yelk key, it over a little bit and see what we're doing here. Again, I'm going to pull this a little bit on the plus. Just give it a little bit of variation here. Not too much, a nice tight radius there and then hit okay. Cool. Now we can actually hide the other part and hide this part. We could also go here, hit the K. Let's bring this back up where it should be. And again, let's go here and change it to this. And's deselect everything and see what that looks like. Yeah, I think that came out really nice. Let's continue to build this thing out. We're going to next go to the top part and work on that next. Alright, coming along really good. Alright, so let's go ahead and go to the top view here, and we're going to start working on the top piece and that should be it for the actual form of the helmet itself. And then, of course, we're going to dive into making the brake light, the strap, as well as the cap itself, the edge cap, the sun guard. It's maybe as well as this back piece that kind of helps support the whole head into the strap. So continue. All right, so we're going to go to this view here. And I'm going to go ahead and get rid of this for now. Hide it. And I'm going to go back to the top and get a little bit closer. One thing we can do is we can actually hide this for now, everything but this top piece, so hide, and we can bring this closer. Now, if you notice that the top view here, it actually has a farther back, which is fine. In all reality, it could be just the direction or the rotation of the helmet. It could be turned down, turned up, whichever to cause this not to fit exactly right. And again, just not exactly perfect because we do not have a blueprint. We're just doing the best we can with what we have. So I'm going to make this look similar to this, but maybe a little bit smaller than this piece on top, which is fine. So I'm going to do the same thing as I did on the back and pretty much create, again, the form similar to what we have here. You see here that the length here is wider, so it kind of spreads out longer, and then closer is more of a sharp turn down. So it's kind of the same idea of what we just did. We're going to go in. We're going to cut a piece of this out, and then we're going to go back and just modify the existing piece. Okay, so let's get to it. So what we can do is basically create the basic form here to start off with All right, so we're going to select the object, and we're actually going to go in now and make this also transparent. So kind of see kind of the width of the inner piece just to get some understanding. So if you go back to 0.1, 0.2 is fine. Anywhere near it would be okay and hit okay. Now we kind of see the width of this thing. This is a little bit less than this, which is fine. I don't want it too far over the edge of this helmet. I want to be higher on the helmet. So I'm kind of just doing my best of trying to make it look right. I'll say, I think the best way to tackle this would be to do what we did last time is go from the front view just because of the angle of this situation here. So I'm going to go ahead and go back to the front. And I just think this is a much better way to go. So I'm just going to go ahead and select it here and just bring it out. Again, it could be higher, doesn't matter. We're just going to go back in and adjust. Okay, so we can go here, and I know that they're pretty much the same on both sides. So I'm going to kind of just basically get this to where we need to go. So we're going to go about here. Something like that. And again, I'm going to take these. So I'm going to hit the B ki to actually make a nice rotated fill it here. So we'll go something like not too harsh, but right about there, and hit Okay. Cool. So now that we've gotten this, let's go and move this whole thing back. Okay, so we're going to hit the Giki and actually move it with the green forward. So we want to go past this actual object here, just like that. Now we'll put this in front here to see what this is going to look like. And again, I think that looks really good. I think that's a good way to start. I'm not really concerned about the top. It's more of cutting this properly. So this will be the inner piece. One thing I will note is that this is a little bit higher, so I might spring this up a little bit, something like that, and a little bit to the right, trying to get that kind of centered basically. Right about there, looks good. Okay, cool. So now we can actually go in, hit the face, and we could extrude this all the way into the space. And one thing I want to do is make sure I don't go too far. So let's go to the other side here. And we're going to bring it about the same distance as what we hit on the bottom. So something like about there. I think that looks pretty good. Well, take a look at that. Maybe a little bit more. So about there. Cool. Let's hit the ok button. Now, let's go ahead and also now take both of these sides here. And we're going to make this rounded as well, so make sure it's on the plus and not too much like we did before, so something like that. And I think that looks good. So let's go with that. First of all, I'm going to hit the MK so I can see what I'm doing. And I'll bring this back up to so again, select this one. Let's select this one, hit the u, as you see, it's working, and then just kind of take a look at where it's going to hit. I think it looks really nice. It's about the right height on both ends, and again, shift, and we're going to hit the okay. Basically what we did here is we're adding a piece into this piece for now. Again, I might change my mind about deleting that in a minute, but just want to see what this is going to look like. We're going to sleut this, hit delete, set this, hit delete. And now that we've done that, we pretty much can get rid of this part. I just want to see what we have here. Okay, it goes all the way through. So, we can actually hide this for now. And let's go to select this piece right here and just delete it for now. I think that's fine. And I'm going to start working this now. So what I need to do is do what we did before. I need to add in some lines. So one thing I will do here, though, I will go ahead and take this whole piece here. And offset the face, and I'm trying to make it a little bit thicker because I need some depth here. So I'm going to bring it out just a little bit like that. I just want some more space to work with. All right, cool. And I'm going to hit the edge line. Select this, and there we go. And I'm just going to basically offset this with the Oki I'm going to pull this out. So Oh, make sure you're selecting it, actually. Oh, and pull this out. We go actually to negative point. So right about there. I'm gonna go and click on it. I'm going to kind of just make this a little bit smaller. So I'm going to go with actually, I'm going to go with 0.06, and we'll delete the rest of this. And we'll tab. And we want to make sure that this is on the negative. So we put that in and go a little bit farther with this. I want to go a little deeper. I think in seven. There we go. I think that's good. Hit okay. All right, cool. That's that. And I'm not going to actually do anything with this edge. I'm going to keep the edge the way it is just because I think there's too much of a bunch up here. It's going to be causing problems when I try to form this. So let's go ahead and now delete the sections we don't need anymore. So I'm going to select this one, it shift and continue to select all the way around the section that we just created. This one, this one, and this one. So that's your main top piece. Now we're going to hit the actual shift X. Okay, great. So now that that's been done, we can see what this will look like if I just select this line and this line, and then we can just do L and see if that's even possible. So when you do something like this, see what happens. It creates all these weird forms because these are very tight corners, and it definitely does not work with doing a loft on something like this. So I'm going to go ahead and cancel. And the main trick is now is to copy these lines that we just created. So we're going to create a new form, basically. So to do that, I got these already selected. I'm going to hit the Shift D, and you'll see that this came up, so that means it created the lines and hit Okay. Now I'm going to go ahead and select this and hide it. And now we got these nice forms, right? So what we can do now is we can take these lines, and we can actually create some new forms. And I'm going to Basically select them both. Go to the side here. I'm going to extrude these down. And to do that, I'm going to make sure I hit the F key and select somewhere in the middle where it's actually straight and I'm going to go straight down, just like that. Okay. All right. So now that we've done that, we can take this line and this line here basically hide them. Do you want to use these at all? Now let's try this again. So if you select this around, set this around and we loft, what do we come up with this time? Again, let's go G zero. Same situation, right? So it won't help us in that respect. But what we can do is we can actually start creating some forms. So I'm going to go ahead and use a line here. I'm just going to go straight down about here. I'm going to take these sections that we just created, cut them in half. So we're going to use the cutter. Use this and hit Okay. Cool. Now that we've done that, we can actually go in and select these here and hide them. So each key. And I also want to use a line here from here to here, right? And then from here to there. I'm going to take these two lines now and also extrude them. So let's take both of them. Just like that. I'm going to hit the go to the side view here. Again, we're going to hit the E key for extrude. I'm going to hit the F key to select something here and just move this out a little bit, like that. All right, cool. So I'm going to select this one and this one and hide them. All right, cool. So now we can go in and select this line all the way around. So we hit the key. Actually, let's just select each of these parts here. We're going to go basically around the top. Make sure everything's selected. And again, this piece here, this piece, and keep going around until we get the whole thing. Sometimes you got to zoom in a little bit or turn it just to get the right angle. And here we go. Now, one more piece. This one, and this one. Make sure everything's selected. Somebody's in the top got delected. So let's do that again. I must have hit something by accident. Again, no big deal. Got to go back around. All right, so we got these all selected now. And now we're going to actually do a cap, and we're just going to use this right here. Now, I'm going to go with G zero, which is fine. And that created a nice smooth piece. Now, I can try to do G one here, but sometimes you can't do that. So we're just gonna have to keep it at G zero. Let's go back to G zero. And that will reform it. There we go. And okay. All right, cool. So we got your form here. And now we can go ahead and select these sections here and just delete them. Shift x. And again, we're going to select these here. Shift X. What we're doing is we're going to keep these top pieces that we just created. Those are your nice forms. So select this Shift x, and this shift X. Cool. So now we got basically one piece. Now let's go and hide the other section, just like we had before. And this one. And what we can do now is just select this and hide it for now. All right, cool. Now, what we can do here is again, select these two pieces here. One and this one. And the same thing here. One, two. There we go. And again, we're going to select both lines again. I'm going to go to the side view. We're going to hit the Iki, and I'm going to again hit the Fk so I can control where I'm going. Try to hit a point where I can move it just like that. Hit okay. Alright, cool. Yeah, so suck this one, the blue, and the blue. And this going hide them, delete them, whichever makes sense. Either way, it's fine. We're not gonna use something yet anyway. So now that we've got this, we can select this line here and go around the object again just like we did before, all the way around. And there's some areas that are a little bit tighter. We got to make sure we select them properly. If we miss any of these, it won't work right. See like right here for some reason got deselected instead of selected. So let's go back here. Here. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So now we got all those selected. We got everything selected. Again, we're going to hit the patch tool, and we're just gonna keep it at G zero. That's fine. Okay. All right. Same routine. We're going to go back. We're going to select these faces like here, Shiftx. We're gonna select these faces. At the top part, right? Again, ship Deck. Cool. So now we got the part. And we also have this part. So now we got both areas. And you can see a nice little curvature. So if we can, let's go ahead and do this this way. These two objects and just join. There we go. Just make sure it's selected as an object. Okay, now what we can do is we can hide the original piece that we had created. And now we have a different form, right? It's actually beveled, which we wanted. We're gonna suck both of these and we're gonna hit the jki to join. So now I'm just gonna take these two lines that we just creted going to go ahead and do a nice bevel on the plus, not too much, but there, and no one on the outside. So again, I'm not wanting to do too much on this, just a little bit on the plus. Something like that, okay. Alright, that's looking really good. And I think this is what we needed for this part. Alright, cool. Okay, so now that we've got this shape, let's go ahead and mirror it to the other side. Just like that, it okay. And let's go ahead and then hide the helmet itself. See what we got. I think that looks a lot better. It has a nice form. And the other suggestion I would have would be to go in and actually do a little bit of a fillet on these other sections here longest edges. Let's do that real quick. Hit the Alt key, shift, alt. And again, let's pull this out on the plus. Not too much out there. Okay. And that's it for the forms on this helmet piece on the actual main helmet itself. Okay, so next we're going to hit tackle the brake system. 9. Thicken Inner Helmet: All right, so one of the next steps that we kind of need to get done is we need to actually add in some foam into the inner piece of the helmet to give it some thickness. So when this goes on someone's head, it has a place to go. And to do that, we can simply select these parts here. And I'm also going to select this that for now, and I'm going to do a shift D. I want it to be a separate piece from the actual helmet itself. And now that I've done that, I'm also going to thicken this inside the helmet itself. So to do that, I'm going to hit the actual face selection. And again, I'm going to hit both sides. And now that we've got this separate piece, we can actually hide just to make sure we're not selecting the wrong one by accident, select the helmet itself and hide it. Hide this. And actually, um, Control Z. This is your actual face that we just created. So this is that and this. So now we got that piece. It's separate from the helmet itself. But anyway, we're going to thicken this out. So now that we got both sides selected, I'm going to pull this down quite a bit. Actually, what I want to do here is instead of doing the offset face, I want to use the thicken itself. This will create the face to stay where it's at and to bring it into the space with more detail. If it's a full shape. So let's go about 2.74. Like that. I think that looks really good. Now if you go to the top, we're going to have some thickness in here. So, again, this is not even the helmet. This is the actual the insert inside, right? So I think that looks really good. I also want to now go ahead and do the same thing here with these. I want to take this, say, Okay, I want to also take these sections here and this section here. And I want to do the same thing here. I want to actually make a copy of this. Shift D. And this is going to be also part of that same foam. And again, we can take the outer piece here, just hide it so we don't get the wrong one. And this go ahead and suck the face again and we do this side and this side with the shift key. And again, we're going to use the thicken. So we can do the same amount, but it won't be exact, so we're going to do it by just looking at it with our eyes to make sure it kind of basically hits the same edge as one we just did. So it has the same thickness, basically. We're going to eye it the best we can. If we go too far, I'm going to go right near the edge here, just like that. Great. And what I'm going to do with this is I'm going to make these both the foam, which is fine. And then the next thing that I want to do said, Okay, I want to also do the same thing here. So I'm going to select this one, select this one. Shift you again. So again, we're going to continue to create these objects. And then we can select this object itself and this one shift and hide them. Because what we're doing here is we're just creating the foam, and I don't want to affect anything else but that. So now that we've gotten these, we can select these again, thicken, and we can pull this out all the way until it actually goes to the edge of this as well. And again, it can be a little bit out. It doesn't really matter. It's not going to be shown inside. So it doesn't have to be 100%, but anyway, we'll get it close enough here. It's like that. It's fine. Hey, you okay. So now that I've done all that, I got all this foam in here. And if we start unhiding all this stuff, we actually have now a full helmet with the foam inside. And I would recommend just to make it look nicer, is to select these edges here and give it some roundness to it. So this way, the whole thing looks more like it's a soft form, not harsh, but on a plus. So let's make this really nice and rounded. Go something like this. Can't go too far with it because it crashes. I think somewhere in there is about right, maybe a little bit more. We'll see if I can get a little bit more out of it. I'm actually going to type in a number here. I'm going to make this like 0.07 and do the same thing here. We can delete these other numbers. Tab, hit Enter. And I think, that looks really nice. The nice foam So, yeah, I think that really makes it look really nice. And again, I would like to do the same thing here. Hit the ult key, shift and alt. And we're gonna also make this nice and soft and round. So pull this around go with something a little bit higher than the last one, but I think that looks nice. It has a nice softness to it, we hit okay. Alright, so I think this overall piece looks really good. I'm going to go in and actually adjust a little bit more. So I'm going to hide this for now. Hide this for now. And I think I need to do a little bit of softness on this edge here. So again, I'm gonna slck this in this one and just kind of form it a little bit with a little bit more softness. I got to kind of go where I'm at here. I don't want to go too much. I think we'll bring this down. I don't want it too much. Let's see if we can do something better with that. So let's go in and unhide these and see what that looks like. Yeah, I think the plastics in here, which makes sense. It's a different type of piece. And we got the foam. Yeah, I think that looks a lot nicer. So, again, you just got to kind of just try to work it as much as you can. Yeah, I think this would be better if this was a little bit thicker. So what we can do here is just take this, say, Okay, first of all, let's go and take this two here and just offset the face just a little bit and see if that solves the problem. So we can just go in a little bit higher just to get past that edge. This way, this is not becoming a problem when you're looking at it? Let's just see what that looks like. Yeah, I think that looks a lot better. I didn't want to see that edge sticking out. And yeah, it's a little bit out now. It's just fine. And I could also go in here and just kind of adjust this, as well. So hit the alt key and pull this out with the plus as well. Again, it's okay to have a couple of different foam pieces within the foam. It's just the way things are built normally anyway. So I say okay. Alright, now the helmets looking really good. We got the inside done. We have that piece done. We have this backpiece done. And another piece that we probably would want to just kind of clean up a little bit would be this backpiece here. So we can actually select the alt key here. Let me just do this Alt again, I want everything to have a nice soft edge to it, especially in these inner pieces. So just like that. Cool. All right, so that's it for that. So the inside now is done. Now we got to focus on creating the strap and the brake light and the cap. Okay, let's keep going. Alright, so I'm going to go ahead and go in here and actually add a little bit more of a fillet in this inner piece here. It's one of the only pieces I don't have a fillet on so far for the actual helmet. So I'm going to hit the Alt key, select it. And again, I'm gonna pull this out just a little bit on the plus. I don't need that much of a transition there, just a little bit. Hit okay. There we go. Now we have a nice clean, soft edges throughout. That gives it some areas for the light to shine better and just looks that much better. All right, cool. So we got foam piece here, and we got another foam piece here, which will have two different colors, or we could even keep it the same. Depends on what we want to do here. And when I render this, it'll be a little different. So great. Okay, let's continue with the next steps. I think we're going to tackle the brake light this next part of the lesson. So let's get going. 10. Create Brake Light Assembly: And All right, so let's get started. So the brake system, as you see from this image has a nice rotation here as well as here. It's not a flat or squared off type device. And we're going to try to emulate this the best we can with the helmet that we have. And if you also look at, you can actually hide this one for now, and I'll show you the back image. Let's get that open here. This one here. And we can actually hide this one. So let's go and take this and move it back a little bit as we move this back. This is the front, so we can hide that one, too. So, not this one. Let's see what is this one. No, that one. Yes. So Again, we're looking at this actual helmet smooth it back a little bit farther so we can see what we're doing here. And you'll see that it actually has a nice curvature, like we were just talking about. It has a bottom curvature. It kind of emulates this shape, right? So let's keep that in mind while we're building this thing. Now, a couple of things I've done in the past to try to do this, didn't seem to work very well, but I think I come up with a great idea to get this resolved. So how I would tackle something like this. So again, we already made this shape, right? So this has a nice cut into it. It has the same basic rotation, if you look at it. See how it's going from this edge around, so it has that shape, as well as this does too. And if we look at that last image that we just hit, it actually has a nice curvature, and it follows this edge, right? So that I think is very easy to do and at this point. So let's go ahead and go with it. So I'm going to say, Okay, got these open, which is fine. Alright, so what I'm going to do here, I'm going to take everything here and hide it except for this piece here. So let's hide everything, hide, hide. And I could look at this angle here. Again, it's not exactly the same, of course. And it's a little bit less width wise. But again, it depends on what the camera they use to actually do the actual image, so it could have a different perspective. So I'm going to go ahead and just do the best we can with what we have, of course. I'm just going to delete this for now. And basically what I'm doing here is I want to make this simpler. So I want to look at the side you here. As you see here, get rid of all this other stuff here. This angle is not the most friendly angle that we would work with to make this shape, right? Because it's at a different angle. And myself, I don't think it's going to be easy to make this object properly with that angle. So I'm going to go ahead and select this right now. I'm going to hit, make sure we have it. We know it's solid two oh one on mine at least. We're going to hit Shift D. And now we got a solid 0.001. I'm going to go ahead and rename this to rotate break, holding, something like that. So we know what we're looking at. And now that we have this, I'm going to go ahead and hit the archy to rotate. So with this set, I'm not going to do anything with the perspective, but I'm just going to rotate this. I want to get this so it's somewhat straight. Something like that. So we can hit okay. Now, this other object is the second one. We can actually hide that for now. Cool. So now that we got this shape, I'm going to go ahead and just use a line tool here just to make sure that it's somewhat straight, right. So I'm going to go ahead and straight out like this. Hit the Giki, move it in a little bit. And then you can see that. It's a little bit off. Again, it's not going to work well with the bottom of the top, but I'm going to try to use this to kind of help me just determine the perfect rotation on this. So I'm going to go with something like Something like that. It's right along that edge, pretty much, and it's close enough. Cool. So this is what I would do to deal with this situation to figure out a best way to make this object. And you can't just basically make a square here and try to make it work because, again, it's rotated around this section here, right? So to make that workable, one thing we can do is we can actually just hide this for now, and I'm going to just kind of do the best I can to get a good understanding here. I won't be exactly 100%, but without having a blueprint, it's kind of hard to do, but this is the best we can do. So anyway, so let's get going. So I'm going to make sure again that the line edges are on, and I'm going to go ahead and get in here. Get closer. I want to select. I'm thinking selecting this edge here, this one right here, this one, and this one. So we got those two pieces that are connected, right. Make sure I get the right one. So go ahead, select it again. One, two. So now we got those two connected. I'm going to also go over here and select these ones as well. So again, hit the shift key, select it. Move it a little closer, rotate it, and then this piece here. All right, so now we got four pieces, basically. So what I would do in a situation here, I'd hit Shift D to make a copy of it. And now we actually have these lines, which is perfect what we need. And we can go straight to the front view here. And now we can actually go in and hide this. So let's go and hide this. All right, cool. So I'm going to basically cut this. And to do that, I'm going to a couple of things here I want to do. First of all, I'm going to re and hide that object that we just did because I want to bring this down a little bit. So let's go and do that. Let's just escape for a second here. Okay, there it goes. So we have this line here. And this line here, right? And, these are already combined, which is great, so we don't have to do that. But I want to just kind of bring it down a little bit. I'm going to hit the Giki and just kind of bring it down not too far about there. Okay. And I'll hide Okay, and same thing here. GiGi bring it up a little bit. Just want to get away from the edge. Cool. Now, what we can do here is we can actually use this to hide this. So, hit this and actually hit the H key. And I'm going to kind of figure this out. I'm going to go with a light about I'm going to say about right about there. So I'm going to go straight down. So it's straight at 90 degrees. I'm just going to make sure it's touching. If you need to zoom in a little bit to make it better, go right ahead, right there. All cool. Not exactly, but that's okay. The idea now is that we have a center spot, but I want to use this here because I'm going to go in to redo this line. I want to take this here and I'm going to start rotating this around here. Just like that and right click. Cool. And I'm going to go to the side here and I'm going to do the same thing on the bottom. I definitely want to make sure that these line up properly. So let's do this. Crazy for a second there. Alright, and then we can go back to the front view here, and we can do something like this. Alright, so that last point did not work very well. So I'm going to do to And I'm going to go ahead and just get a little closer here. I'm going to sluck this, not that. And again, I go with the right about here and just start using the line here. And you could also use the tab key to help control it's not too out of hand. We'll go all the way down to the center section here. Like that. There we go. Alright, cool. So now we got two lines. Now what we can do is just get rid of these other lines here and delete them. We don't need those anymore. And we can go back to the front view. Suck both, hit the mirror. Side. Hit Okay. Cool. Select all four. Hit the Jake. And now we got two curves. One here, one here. Perfect. All right, so the trick of this is now to basically what we're going to do here is we're going to just connect these together like that. This one, too, like that. Right click. And now we got these pieces made. Actually, this did not work right, so let's go and select this. I'm going to hit the otrokiF of all, let's use the point. Hit the Control key, and I'm going to move it right to that point. There we go. And same with this one. Somebody to do the right thing, so we're hit the control key. Make sure it clicks on there. Cool. All right. So very simple to do. Now since we've got this somewhat set up, I'm going to go ahead and see if I can join these there we go. So we got our object. Now, the trick here is to basically extrude this. So I'm going to take this now and extrude it out. So I'm going to hit the E key. I'm going to go to the side view here and I'm going to hit the F key. I'm going to make sure I select a space in here somewhere. I go straight out. So now, one thing to note is that if it doesn't go straight, then we got to do it over again. Go to the top view. As you can see, it went straight, so that's good. And that's really the basis to actually make this shape. Then what we can do now is just go ahead and select this whole thing. And this is close it with a cap. Use the patch tool. I go with just a G zero. That's fine. And same thing here. So we can actually select this now, hide it. Again, select all eight of these pieces. And again, Patch. Cool. Now we got everything close. That's perfect. And, yeah, that's pretty much the basis of that shape. I'm going to do these pieces first. I think this will look better. Let's put these four pieces this way first. Going to go with more of a rotated look here. Not too much right there. Alright, cool. Yeah, I just think this is going to look much better. So let's go and select this. You got to make a decision which angle you want to go with, right? Alright, so we can pull this out now and we got a nice smooth transition. We take this off again, it looks really nice. And again, as we saw a minute ago, we need to do something about this shape here, so it looks like it's two pieces, right? So to do that, I would just go and select this face here. Make sure it hit okay. I select this here and I'm going to go ahead and do a shift D of this, right? And I'm going to also bring this back a little bit. I'm going to hit the SS twice and just kind of bring it down on a smidge and like 0.0 0.98 is what I'm going to go with. I don't want to bring it down too much because it's going to cause it not to look too good. I just type it in and last 198. Cool. There we go. And now what we can do is we can select this, hit E, go back to the top view, and just make sure that this goes right into the space. Oops little too close to the edge there. All right, so we can go in just select that. Perfect. Now, you'll see that it's not going in the right direction, right? So to solve that problem, we're going to just go ahead and control Z. See how this angle is right here? It's not right. So what we can do here is again, cancel, select it again. E, will hit the Fkey. I'm going to hit the top here and go straight out. Just like that. So now, it's perfectly straight. Alright, cool. Hit the okay. So what we can do now is just take this shape, hit the G key, and move it straight into the space. G, bring it in. Something like that. And I think that's going to look nice. Has a little bit of separation there. Now the trick here is to go ahead and select this first, select this one here, hit the e, shift cue and hit Okay. Cool. So what we did here is we made it into three objects, basically. So now we got this inner piece that we can delete here. We have this piece here, we can hide. We also have this piece here, which is now the inner piece. And if you go back to the piece said unhid or hid, we can actually go here, and that's the last one, We can had this down and see what that looks like. See, this actually cut in to the space. And we can also do this just to kind of give it some depth. We can go back to this piece now. Another thing we can do is to select this here, hide it for now. We could also select this face and push it inward, so we can get closer to the edge. And this will give it more of a depth thing when you're actually making this into the see through plastic. So it has some thickness to it, right? We don't want to make it too thin. If you make it too thin, it's going to be a problematic. Let's go right about there. I didn't like that, so let's try it again. Cancel. Bring it in, upset the face. I think we'll go with that. We'll get the Iki. This kind of just minus it. There we go. Now, see what this did? It didn't create it properly, which is fine. I'm just going to offset face again, so I'm going to pull this in just a little bit. I'm thinking I'm going with that. 0.144, something like that. Hit okay. Now that we did that, we can actually hide this other object, right? And we can take this object and just kind of pull it in a little bit. So we can hit the G key and just bring it inward. So it looks like it's kind of separate from the other part. See the indentation here. And what we can also do here is just kind of modify a few things to make it even stand out more. So we're going to suck this here, hit the alky. I'm going to bring this out just smidgen. We can actually do a chamfer here. I think that would look nice. Kind of makes it more of a hard edge. If it didn't work, let's try it again. B. Bring this out just a little bit. Like that. Cool. Now if we did that, let's go and suck this down so we can actually hit the key again. And we can pull this out just a smidgen. Again, it could be a chamfers fine. Because it's so small, I don't think it's going to be a problem. I think it looks nice that way. It just gives it a nice edge for the light to hit. Alright, cool. And you'll see that we have probably about 20 something diodes in here, at least. And we can actually immolate that and add in a nice gradient or emission light on each of those diodes is what I would think. And they're very small. So what we can do here is just basically get in front of this here and I'm going to push it back after I create it. But let's just do something real simple. Don't need anything too complicated because again, you're not even going to see this anyway. I'm just going to create one right here, just really small. Let's zoom in a little bit. Just a smidgen, something like that. Now hit the points. Hit the Giki bring it down just a little bit. I think that will look really nice and that's small enough. Maybe a little bit more geeky on this one. Okay? So reason it went way over here, which is fine. Geeky, bring it closer. We're going to move it anyway, but anyway, let's just get closer to this now. All right, so hit Okay. Now what we can do here, again, you're not going to see it anyway, so it's just going to see the lighting inside, but just to give it a little bit of depth here. I'm just going to pull this out just a little bit. Again, there's no need to put in a lot of polygons on this, so I'm not going to do that. I'm just creating the basic shape here. So now that I've done that, select this. The key and move it down. I'm going to go back to the front here, and I want to line this up. So the center of this space is right here, right? So if we bring this down, bring it out a little bit more. It's easier to line things up this way by putting lines down, and you can see kind of what you're doing. So that's your center spot, right? Now, I think this unit is just a little too small. So I'm going to go and scale it up, something like that. Yeah, I think that looks better. And we can even pull this back in a little bit. So pull this in a little bit, just like that. And before we do that, this just brings down just a smidgen. Okay, just like that. All right, cool. Simple, very simple to do. So what I'm going to do now is I'm going to select this here. I'm going to hit the GK and FK set the center select the center here, just like that. Okay. So it's not inside, which is fine. What we can do now is just kind of just basically unhide this here. So hide it. And we could take this now and move it ki. And I think that's perfectly centered now in the middle of this light. All right, so I think the best method to do this right is to make these a lot bigger. So let's do that. So I'm going to go ahead and just go ahead and bring this way out because we got a pretty good curvature here. Just gonna bring this way out, just like that. And now that I've done that, I'm going to go ahead and take this and move it to the front here, hit the Giki it way over here. And I'm going to start somewhere about there. It's fine. But also bring this in. I want this to penetrate that, right? Again, it doesn't have to be anything special. I'm going to go with this just like that. Now I'm going to use the I's going to hit Okay, first, make sure we got this line here, which is great. We can use this rectangle array and we can bring it out this way, right? And I'm going to actually bring this up quite a bit. I'm going to say maybe 25, giving it some variations here. I'm trying to emulate both sides. It's the same. So I think about right about there would be good. Hit Okay. All right. Now it doesn't be exact. Again, it's going to be hard to tell because again, you got the emission going to be penetrating this thing. So now, if you want to kind of line this up exactly, you can do that by d selecting them all and kind of hitting FK and then center it. But I'm good with the way this looks right now. Okay, so next step. These are all penetrating this piece, right? So what we can do again is we can go back now and select this piece, select each one of these. I'm going to go all the way through. We can actually do this, make it easier, right? I'm going to hit the u and then again, shift Q. And what I'm doing is I'm creating a separate object for this. So now that I've done that, I can go back here, select all this and just delete them. It's like that. There we go. And we could also hide this for now. And now we got these, right? So it doesn't really matter the length of these things because you're never going to see them anyway, but I'm going to select them all. I'm going to go back to the GK. I'm going to hit the GK basically and move it upward a little bit, just like that. And see how this looks. We got this. This. I kind of want to hide this for now. Hide that one. There we go. And you're pretty much all the same distances, but just go ahead and go Control Z. I think it's a little bit too much. All right. So again, hide this one. And Okay, I went back to the original, but I'm just going to move it out just a smidgen. Just like that. Just like that. There with you. Cool. What we could also do on this just to make it a little simpler, just so we can get rid of some extra stuff here or too much spacing here. Zoom out a little bit. What I could do here is just basically, if you want something exact, you could just do something like this and this and that gives us a line. We can do a Shift D. We could actually hit the GK and actually right click GK and move it back to SSmdgen right about there. Okay. Then we can go back here and just hide this, right? Cool. And then we can select this whole thing like that. Back to the front here, and we can use the cutter, this one. I want to make sure I get this, so I'm going to go from the top view, so it goes upward. So I'm going to go to the top view here just to see if we can cut it this way. I got all these objects selected, right with the cutter. I'm going to go select this and hit the Okay and see if that worked. Now, if you did the right thing, it should be separate here. I should all be separate, right? Yeah. Sometimes you just need to turn your angle a little bit to get the right position. There we go. Cool. That worked out great? Now delete this one here. We can now hide hide. And there we go. What we can do here is just make this more of a transparent, so hit the M, and we'll bring this down to 0.1. That'll be good. See if we can do something with this as well. Mm make this more of a dark color. This, okay. We could also hide this. And then this. We can just do. We can make this like a red. That way, when we get it all done, it'll be that color. We put this up to whatever. Let's do okay. If I do this, gives me a nice red color. There we go. And this There we go. All right, the glass is very transparent. And I think that will work out. Okay, so now that we've created this shape, a couple of things I'm trying to establish here. Let's go back to the other view. Right, so I think this is a great view so we can see more of what we need to do here. So if you look at the side view here, there's, like, a little some type of piece here, a little bit of a cut here. It's somehow it's connected to something in there that holds it in place. It's from what I understand, it's like a magnetic connection. So we can actually add in some other things here. So we're going to add just a little bit of detail on the side, as well as some type of clamp or something here. Alright, cool. So let's keep going. Alright, so looking at this, it looks pretty small. It's not too deep, you know. So I'm thinking that we probably want to cut it, basically almost in half. So with that said, I definitely want to bring everything back a little bit, give it less depth. So I'm going to actually hide this one right here and just keep it the way it is. But I need to take this now and move it. So what we can do here is just just move this outward. I'm going to bring it closer to the edge here. Not exactly. I got to go like 0.1. Make this Easy. We're gonna go 0.15. Good round number. And say, Okay. Cool. Now we can take these other pieces. First of all, let's go ahead and we can hide this for now. And we can move all these pieces here. So let's go ahead and select select this one with the right and the kotoki then we can actually go back and let's work this piece here. Just do that. And now we can move it with Giki just like this. We're going to bring them right to the edge here, just stick them out just a smidgen. So that way, it actually has the LEDs coming out. Cool. All right. All right, so what I want to do here just to make things a little simpler is I want to go ahead and select this line so I can get this exactly perfectly lined up like it should be. And I'm going to make sure I have the tab eon, this over. This is kind of follow this line. Bring it over. And out. Here we go. So now that we've got this, can do this mirror on this thing. Hit the F k and again, select this piece right here and straight down. We can select these lines, both of them, one, two, hit join. Make sure that worked. Hit the Giki. We're going to move this over here. And we're going to get this real close to this these parts right here. About right about there. Great. So now we can actually select this and we could use the cutter like this and hit okay. Now, it's separate it's going and delete. Now, of course, we've got holes here, which I knew that was going to happen. And what we can do is fix this. And to fix that, I'm just going to select both of these sections here. Hit the shift X, lead it. Then I'm select these lines here all the way around. So let's go and do this again, hit the Alt. I'm going to use this to help us drive something here. I give you a shift D brings out just a little bit. I just want to get past those pieces. And I want to also patch this. Now that we've got this pulled out, let's patch it. Excellent. Now we can take this whole line here and delete it. Delete, and this one delete. Okay. Cool. So now we got these kind of worked out. Let's go ahead and use the key and then Shift Alt. Let's see if we can just use this to loft. And we can do Gzero. I think that's fine. Now that we've done that, we can go in and say, Hey, I want this and this together is one, so, Q, it okay? Now we got one object. Great. I think this is going to look a lot better because it's actually now to the point where it's not sticking out too far. I think that looks about right for the distance. We can start off with the cylinder now. So let's go back to the side view here. And we're just going to put a little disk here basically. And again, use the face tool, pull this out, like that. I went in the right direction. Now we can select this line or this one, do a skill, bring it in a little bit. Ike, bring it out. Let's just skill it down a little bit more. Okay. And we can push this through. Just like that. So now we can select this piece and this piece, hit the Q. It okay? Select the lin. Delete it. All right. So now what we can do is mirror this to the side. I kind of want to make sure that I pull this into the space a little bit, so I'm gonna hit the GK. Just kind of bring it in first. This way the other one will be exactly set up. Back to this view. Q, mirror, not Q but mirror. Bring it out a little bit. Hit that left side, it okay. All right, so now we can suck this this hue heat tolls okay? Let's try to hide this, see what we got here. Okay, see, that's a problem because we did it when it was still a sheet. So we can hide these for now. It's fine. So let's delete the backside here and around the edge with Shift X. I realize that I actually have a sheet here instead of a solid, that becomes a real problem because I can't really close this object because of it. And when I actually put those disks on these sides here, it creates a hole. It's not really a solid, so it didn't work as it should. So a good way to solve this problem is to go in and start getting rid of stuff. So let's go ahead and fix this now. This is a good example of how to repair something when you have a problem. So let's go ahead and select this actual face here. This shift X to delete it. Now I'm going to actually select this object here. It's all by itself now. It's separate from everything else here, which is good. We can just hide this for now. So sit the H. Now we can actually go in and just select the objects themselves. So to do that, I'm just going to select each one of these. I don't think this one, this one's by itself. I'm going to make sure it's one all by itself. These other parts are part of the sheets as well, and they're not exactly a full solid. So let's go and make sure we suck the actual solids, which is the end piece. Those are the ones that we use originally to cut it. So we're going to go back and select these now, just like this. And just like this, not this one. I want to get rid of that one. Okay. So now we got all these in one group. We can make this simple. I'm just going to go to the Control G and put it in its own group. It's actually already in here, but now that they're actually in here, we can actually hide this just like that. Okay. So now we can suck all these and we just delete them. Okay, cool. So now let's go back and unhide these few components that we had These are not the ones I want, so it's going and keep going. Got to find the parts that we had the sheet on, which was probably one of these. This one? Yes. So to fix this now that we've done this, we have this face here, which is this edge here. So we can select this right now with the Alt key, and we can actually go in and say, let's go in and cap that. Cool. That caps it, right? However, this is not a full section because it has in the actual centers of this, which is fine. Now we got this already created. The next step is to take this over here. Alt key. And again, this one could also be patched, just like that. Hit okay, everything's G zero. And now I can actually take this one. Here, shift this one, and we can hit the key to combine it into an object. We can just make these G zeros fine. Hit Okay. And what that has done is made that piece into a solid. And now we ought to close these off. So once we've done that, we just sluck this. We can actually hit the patch, hit okay. And the same thing over here. Patch. Okay. Now we've made two full solids exactly what we needed. So now, you're never going to really see these, but just for cleanings, I'm going to go ahead and take now, this object, and I'm going to select these other parts here. So to do that, going to hit the shift key and just kind of go all the way through. Control key this to unselect it. Then I'm going to hit the key. And I'm going to also keep tool. Hit Okay. What that has done now is made each of these, of course, a separate thing. This is a separate thing, and this is a separate thing. So now everything is a solid and everything works. So that's one way to solve the problem such as that. I hope that helps. Anyway, I'm going to continue to build the sing out now. Okay, one thing I'm going to do here is actually extend this back out a little bit, just so we have the same amount of edge that we had before. So this will work out better. There we go. And now let's go in and hide the parts here. This one as well. And now we can actually cut this into this object here. So let's go and select this first this, then this, hit Q, and keep tool, hit Okay. And same thing on the side. Hit this, then this, hit Q, and keep tool and hit Okay. Alright, cool. All right. Let's go to the next. Now we can hide a few things like this one. I want to make sure that we have a way to connect this whole thing. So let's go to the top view. And we can use this to kind of help us determine the piece that we're going to create now. So we're going to go ahead and select somewhere about here in the middle. I'm going to use the tab key just to kind of just keep this going. I'm going to keep going over here. And something over here. Now we can actually go in here and suck the points like this. Actually, we're going to just drag these. I think that would be better. I don't want to make it too far in. I just want to be there. We can make this a little bit more a little bit more. All right. There we go. So we have a line here. This can help us create our object, select the line, this one. Extrude it downward, just like this. All right, that's cool. And we can cut this in a minute. But what I want to do now that I've created this, I want to kind of just expand it a little bit, so we can say, Okay. And we can move this trolls. I want to extrude the Iki and move it outward. There we go. I think this has a good radius now. So what we can do here is just go back to here. I'm gonna get a line here just to make it cleaner. I'm gonna take this object here and cut it right down the center. Use the cutter. Hit this. Hit that. Okay, cool. Suck this and delete it. And then we can go over here. We're on the same view. We can cut this again. Let's just do something like this. Right click Points. Let's just drag this over a little bit. Again, slot this, fetter, this. Wait, get rid of this now. It's late. And we can mirror this. Just like this, have merge mit together. Here we go. All right, so we've done that. All right, so let's go and go back here and select these two pieces. Make this nice and round. I don't want to make it too sharp. And we can also select these pieces here. This, this. Not too much, okay. And then we can also select this piece here. This one. Shift T one. It's gonna make it nice around. There we go. Right now we got this taken care of. I'm going to take this object and move it up just a little bit at the GK so I can get this more centered, something like there. Okay? Alright, coming together. So now what we can do is we can actually use this piece first. This piece second. So set this one, this one. When you do a keep two. So we want this to make sure that turns red. So take this one first, this one, Q. Keep so it okay. All right. So that we've done. Now we can go in here and sluck this whole thing. Gabe a little bit of a fillet there. She I want to go back the other way. I just went with the negative instead. I like that. I think that'll be fine. Okay. I think that looks nice. It snaps in there. We're trying to communicate. Alright, we're gonna hide this picture now. Just get it out of our way cause it's definitely in the way. Let's just select this. Deselect this one. I'm going to hit the RKy again, I'm going to rotate exactly what we had last time. So it's going to go pretty much right about here. Like that. Let's just type it in because I wrote down earlier. It was 18.4 8655. Okay? There we go. Perfect. Now it's lining up, great. We got a little bit of piece there. And we got some smooth roundness here. It's not too harsh. I wanted to make sure that we're not going to be too far out with that part. Okay. So that's the backside. Now we got to work on the actual lid. That'll be next. 11. Creating Bicycle Helmet Lid: All right, so let's go ahead and make the cap for the actual helmet, and this is a piece right here. And the best way to tackle this would be to actually use the spline curve, and I'm not going to use any thickness here. I'm just going to go ahead and go with the outer line here. And again, I'm just trying to place this as best as I can. It doesn't really go all the way back here, but that's okay. I'm just going to try to use this for helping me with the form. So I'll probably do something like this for now. I just want this piece here to be in the center, which is right down the center of this. And that's exactly where we want it right where the helmet is. Now, if we go to the top, I also hit the top one. So we go to the top. We can actually go here, and I'm going to actually move this back a little bit just because I know that I want to line up with this line, so I'm going to get a little closer, hit the GK and Bonnie did zoom in a little bit over here. Brings back a little bit. Kind of hard to see what you're doing. So what I can do here is we can go to the side a little bit, just kind of wing it the best we can. So this is your line. This is this piece. Ki. We use the green, move it back just a little bit. Pretty much line it up with this line right here. I think that would work just like that. Now if we go say okay and don't select that no more, go to the top again and see what we got here. This is your line. It's real close to that edge, which is fine. Okay, so next step is we want to create this curvature along here, and a good way to do that is to take the helmet piece itself, and we can use that to help us with this cause again, it's going right along the helmet piece, right? So we're going to select this little line right here. We can move it over to the sign. And yes, it's too far and too long. That's okay. We can just do a control or shift. So Shift D, it okay. And we're going to actually cut this line in a little bit anyway. Okay, so there's that. I think that's a good start for the line. Now, if we go to the top you, we also want to make a line going along this right to about here. So let's do that as well. So again, spanker. We're going to take this line, and we're going to start just rotating it around. Bring it closer. And we can do something like this. Now, if you want to adjust any of this, we can. So we can hit the points. I maneuver, anything into place. I might move this in just smidgen and this one in a little bit. So we get closer to this piece here. Yes, this is a little bit far back, but that's okay. So there's that. Now if we go to the side view, we can see that we need to kind of manipulate some of these points. I want these to kind of follow this here. So let's hit the GK and we're just going to bring this down. I'm not going to do anything but that, but bring it down. I don't want it to be pushed anyway in any other direction but this down on the Z. So again, G, we're going to use the Z to bring this down. And what's okay right here. We can take these two now. Giki being both down same time. Something like that. Okay? We can do this one a little bit more 'cause it has a little bit of a curvature to it. Cool. So now that we've done this, we should have a nice form. And it's following what needs to follow. Okay, one thing I also want to do is I want to extend this a little bit farther because, again, this needs to go past this edge here. No matter what we do, we have to get that accomplished. So I'm going to go back to the Z, and I'm going to bring this down. Now, as you can see, it's not exactly where it should be anyway. So we can actually now hit the GK and move this inward, something like this. I could actually extend it back a little bit. H. Bring it in a little bit, the okay. And then I'm going to take this one as well and move it. Bring it back to the edge here. I'm trying to get this to kind of line up properly, just like that. Okay, so that goes past the piece here. That's what we want to make sure. Ease into this space here. And I think that looks good. Okay, so let's go ahead and hide some of this stuff now. Just make it much easier to build this out. So again, let's take this piece here and hide it H key, H. And this is well this as well. And that's what we're looking at right there. We need to kind of these lines need to connect right there to create this piece. So we can actually go here and we can take this piece and connect this now. So let's go back to points. And we can use the Control key. We can bring it back right to the actual piece right there. And see now we've got it connected. Okay, we can actually take and add a new line. So let's go and do that. Let's just take this line here, and we'll go right to the center of this and then to want to get close as we can to this point. And we want to actually touch this line. Right there. Right click. Okay. Now what we can do here is take this point here, use the control key and connect it. So let's just do this. Oops. Josie Josie we'll bring this back. Now, if for some reason, we can't control that, that's fine. It's because it's a really long line. I can use this to kind of help us form the next line. So let's go and start from scratch, basically. I'm gonna use this line to help us take that line and move it along. So let's go and select this again here. I'm going to go ahead and select this line now, kind of, and just keep moving down the line. This way, we can get the form that we need. I'm try to get a little bit bigger sections. It just makes it much nicer when you do that. At this time, I'm going to make sure I select this point here, right click. There we go. Now we can select this and delete it for now. And we could also delete this one. So now we have our sections here, and we can now make sure that everything's connected, and we can use this to help us basically extrude this Alright, so let's just solve this first. What we need to do is we need to cap this thing. So I'm going to go ahead and select each of these lines. And I'm going to try to just join these two first. So I'm going hit the JK see if they can join. Now, if it joins, it becomes one, right? And I'm gonna do the same thing here. Try to see if I can join these together. Join. And everything's connected, that would work out great. Okay, so it's one piece. Okay? So now that we got this form created, I want to make sure that we don't have this piece going farther out than this piece. So if you bring this straight out, right? Like that. You notice that this blue line is actually past this straight line. So you know that this is not the farthest, this is the farthest out. So keep that in mind when you're doing this stuff because it will cause a problem when you're doing this. So what I would do then is just go ahead, just kind of slightly just bring this back in, so it's past this line. And once you do that, you can actually bring this one back a little bit more. And this way, you're not going to have competing lines here at the edge. And I think that will work great. Alright, cool. So now we got this piece properly set. Let's go and get rid of this now. Alright, so I want to kind of clean this up a little bit to make it work better. We got a couple of things we need to fix. So we've already gone through the process of making sure that when this line is straight, this does not cut into that, so we won't have a Boeing situation here. And the other problem that we have is this edge here. If we look on the side here, it lifts right here, and it really needs to go straight. So this is an issue. So we need to fix this. So to do that, we can just use a line tool, this Blind line tool, and we'll stuck here, and we'll start working this throughout basically from here to go around. And we want to make sure there's enough spread here. And then here, I want to make sure not too close, and I want to get closer to this now. If I go to this side here, is it kind of highs kind of Boeing right there? I really just wanted to go basically I think really about right about here. So with that said, this should stop that lift from happening, and it will look much nicer. If you look at this, we go to this view. It's off a little bit from this, which is not a big deal because it's going into the space, but at least it won't have that lift. So what we can do now is we can actually select this line here. We can select someone here and we're going to use this to kind of connect this piece together just like that. Okay. So now we've got these two lines. Let's go and select these two and join them with the Jake, and we go. So these are worked now. Another thing that we need to do is we got all those worked out. I still want to do another line here. I also want to get rid of this line. So if we go to this trim, we could just cut this right there, and that's gone. We could also trim this one right here, and that's gone. So now we got basically those are now, you know, gone. So if we right click and just kind of deselect everything, let's see this one here, let's see. We don't want to do that. All right, so we still have some issues here. Let's go and finish this one. So let's start with this again. And I'm going to start from this corner and start working this around just like we just did, and we'll turn it around it's going to keep forming. And the last one here, right click. Okay, cool. So now that we've got this, we can actually just hide this one. So this is going to be number 26. Let's just hide this one. And now we can use the trim to cut it. You can also cut this one now, and let's go ahead and hide this one. Okay, cool. So right click. Let's just select these three lines again. Hit the J key to join. It looks like something's going on here. I don't know why. Okay, so let's try this again. These two join. A little piece that was causing a problem. So now they're all connected. Okay, cool. So now let's go ahead and hit the patch tool, and I said, Okay, cool. So basically went back to the original build that we did. And we know that we're going to have a problem with these lines combining at this intersection here where it causes a little bit of crease. So to resolve that, I'm just going to go ahead and copy this and basically make this mirror to the other side, we're just going to set the opposite side here, hit okay. I'm going to use this basic line here or these two objects here to kind of combine them. I'm going to join these. I get simple. Delete this as well. And now I got a nice shape here and I'm going to use this to kind of help. So let's go to use the spline curve. I'm going to go to the side here. I'm going to go actually along this curve. So this way, I can get a nice follow through here without having to do a lot of work. And again, my objective is not to connect at the center. I'm just going to go around it because that way I kind of stay away from that edge problem. Okay, so that one's done, right? Let's do this one more time. Same thing. Hit here. We're going to use the same opposite curve here. Make sure this is following through, just like this. Again, I don't want to hit the center the center is where we're having some of those problems. Oops. Control Z. We can just move this over a little bit more. We go somewhere over here. Again, just try to do the best you can to make a nice curve. And we're going to go all the way around up to here. There we go. Okay, cool. So now that we've gotten this done, we can get rid of this original one. So we basically got two curve. We got this one. And we have this one. So the sheet we can just delete. There we go. And now we got these two lines. Okay, so let's just make it simple. Take these two. We are going to join. And we got one full part of the actual hat or the lid. And I'm going to go in now and actually just use the patch tool. Okay. So now that we've done this, it took away all that problems that we had in the middle. Very simple way to do it. Hit Okay. Now we'll thicken this thing. Brings down just a little bit. Just like that. Hit ok. Now we can just hide this curve. And we can suck this with the key. Shift. Suck this with the key. And this is pull this. Make this more of a plus. Kind of like kind of like that, right there. And now stew the bottom. So key. And we sluck this as well. Shiftlt. And again, let's pull this out on the plus. There we go. And I think that is going to look great. All right, so that's one way to solve that problem, right? So let's get rid of this, delete it. And let's go ahead and hide the main things here. The main helmet itself, go ahead. Let's just do this hi, there we go. Alright, so a couple of things we can do. The lid looks perfect now, and what we can do to make this even better is kind of like just basically extrude this a little bit more into the space. So we've kind of already gone in and done the actual we've already done this thing here where we actually did the bevel. Let's go ahead and do that. Control Z. I could do right now. I just basically select this piece right here. Actually do again. We want to get all those out of there. Now we suck this face. It's one, and we could just move it into space like this. That way goes right into the hat. We can also delete this piece and we can actually do a little bit of work here. So let's do this. Let's go ahead. Let's just suck this edge here, this edge here. We'll pull this out just a little bit, give it a little bit of roundness to it, just a smidgen like that. Now if we go in here, we can suck the whole thing Alt, Alt. And this is bring this in a little bit like that. Okay. Now we can hide this through this, and that should focus on fixing that. I think what we can do here just to give it a little bit more of a perfect situation is go to the side view, hit the rky. We can actually hit the F right here. And we can just kind of rotate it upward a little bit, just like that. And that way, it kind of goes in. I might need to do a little bit more. So again, rotate. I'm just going to bring it around just a little bit like that. There we go. That cut right into the actual piece, and I'm also going to use the Giki just to barely bring it up a little bit more. And this way, kind of, like, just forms into. Yeah, I think that looks really nice. And, yeah, that'll go along really well. Perfect. Okay, cool. So that's the lid. Let's continue with the rest of it. 12. Create Strap Holder Model: All right, so I unhid the actual image of the side, and we actually have the strap pieces here to help immolate what we need to do. And it's kind of like a Y shape, as you can see, it's like a plastic piece. And we're going to emulate this in a few minutes. And then there's also, of course, the normal connections that are on the bottom here. It's not going to be exactly 100% the same as what you see here. I'm just going to make it more simplistic just for understanding, and we'll get something out of it, which will look still nice for three D objects. Alright, so here we go. So what I would do first is make sure I save everything. It's been a while. Keep saving your objects as you go. So we'll save this now. I think everything looks great. We built so far. We have the of course, the cap part, the visor, we have the inserts. We have that side piece, that's a plastic, different form, different material. We have this back piece. We have the brake light. That's magnetic that sticks into this space. Yeah, we got the inserts for the inside here for the head to go into, so it's not basically soft for the person or the character. So yeah, that's pretty much just building the main helmet itself, and now the strap will be similar. So now that we've saved it, I'm going to go in and take this. I'm going to make a copy of this so I don't have to go backwards, so I'm going to select the object. Let's select this for now, and I'm going to make a copy of this. We can actually do a Shift D on this. Now I got two of these. I said, Okay, what I can do is just hide the one I just did, right? So now that's hidden, I have this is going to be I'm just going to call this strap setup. And that will give us a real good understanding of what we're doing. So we've gotten that. I could basically hide all this stuff here, just hide it. Of course, unhide this one. And we can rotate this now, so it's going to be perfectly set up. Let's go and do this and hit the archy, and we're going to rotate it basically close to actual the edge is right aligned. Now, keep in mind, we don't want to go that direction. So let's make sure it's only on the red. And a good way to kind of get ourselves centered here. I'm going to hit the GK and just move this right down the center of the space here. So something like that. I still think I need to rotate it a little bit more. Again, the camera on this is not exactly 100%, and you can see it kind of in the shape. There's shadows that are here and shadows here. Well this could be the second side of the strap, basically, with the second piece, right. And like I said, I'm not going to make this piece here. That's more like a fabric type thing. But I will make this actual Nylon strap. Okay, so let's get started. So what I'm going to use is basically the line tool to start with. And I realize that the center of this is going to be about right about here. I'm just going to start placing the lines kind of where they need to go. I want to make sure I get to the very edge of each piece. I'm going to work on one side at a time, just so it's easier to put it all back together again. So right here, here, to go more of the actual edge of that then about right there. Cool. Now that we have this kind of setup, I'm going to hit the actual mirror and let's just make sure that we have the line selected. So select the line. Mirror, go out a little bit, and we select the side here. Now that we got those two done, we could actually just select both of them with the shift key and hit the Jake. So now it's basically one piece. I could have done one side first and did all this stuff, which is fine. You can do it that way, too. That's another option, but I just wanted to show you basically the the whole thing the way it is. So if I go here, I can scale this in now, bring it in a little bit closer. Also hit to Giki and move it out a little bit. But first of all, we actually select this one as well, so GK bring it up a little bit that and I can just do this. I want to make sure this is kind of rounded here, so hit the Biki make sure that's on the plus and not too much of a rotation. So we can just copy this Control C. And that way, we can go back and do the same thing on these sides as well. So we can go to the Biki. Let's pull this again on the plus, and I'm just going to do a Control V here so I can get exact same shape on both sides. This one didn't for some reason, I came off got deselected. So again, we're going to go to B. This like that in tro V and hit inner there. Okay, cool. So now we got that same thing here. I deselect the one in the center and do a B. Again, bring it back out on the plus. I'm going to do the same thing, really, control B. I'm going to get the same edge look, right? So now that we've done that, we can just select these four here. I'm going to hit the B again, and I'm just going to make it a little bit on the positive, not negative. Something like that. I think that looks good. Great. So there's the first part of this area. Now a couple of things we need to do. We need to cut in some pieces here. Now there is part of plastic that goes here. You can see this little piece right here, right? And there's one here, of course, the side is the same thing. And what that is basically that's holding this whole thing together. So what we can do to make sure that this is done right, and use a line to. I'm going to get a little bit closer here. I'm just going to go right on to the edges. Want to go a little bit farther out because we know that when we actually do a fillet, it's going to come back and pull basically a little bit inward. So knowing that, we want to go a little bit farther out. So we're going to hit the GK here. I'm just going to hit the Gig in and just kind of move this into place. Again, it's just a small little part of this whole object. It's going to be hard to tell, but, of course, you want to get this as nice as you can, but it's not, it's not going to be really seen as compared to the rest of the object. So this is not as critical, of course, but, of course, you want to do the best you can on anything you do. Like I said, it won't be as noticeable. So let's go ahead and go with that, and now I'm going to suck all four of these. Hit the shift key. Suck these two, as well, and hit the peek. I want to make sure it's this on the plus, and I'm good with that. Now, to make this easier for myself, I'm going to take this line and do, first of all, I think it would be even easier if we do this, select this, and we'll bring this outward, and we can hit the ike and move this back out like this. Something like that. And again, I still got to come in and create this form here, but I'm just trying to get the stuff kind of place now. It's easier because I can see everything. So I'm going to take this and I'm going to also do a shift D and G. I'm going to move this down into the space here. Basically, same thing as what we did, right? And hit okay. So now we've done that. Let's go aheadt the shift key, and I'm going to mirror this to the side. So mirror. Zoom out a little bit, hit the left side here, and hit Okay. All right. So now we got that. Now we can actually create this form as well. It is easier now before I actually extrude this whole thing to see all this stuff. And that's kind of my method is just kind of make it easier to see what I'm doing. Let's do this again. Again, use the line tool again. So we're going to go right on the edge here. I go about there. And I'm going to go about here. Again, it's hard to see because it's not shown, right? And again, you won't see this anyway, but I'm just trying to guess the best I can. So this will go back here, just like that. Okay, cool. So let's go and select each one of these separately because there are different shapes. So, G, move this back in the space. I want to make sure that this lines here and this lines here. Same thing with here. G, kind of like that. And I think that looks good. So let's go ahead and go with this one first. The B key. I'm going to pull it on the plus. It's a little bit more aggressive. It's a little bit less No, this is actually more. It actually has a longer pull. And I think that looks good. Like I said, we're not even going to see this, so I don't need that extra polys or feces to be created. Its it'll be perfect this is the way it is, so I'm good with that. So. So again, we'll go back in here, select this, at the Giki. We can move this. You can actually just move this outward, okay. And we can actually select this and ki, move it in just like that. Okay. And again, same thing. We're going to mirror this again. So let's go mirror it to the side, just like that. Okay, cool. So we do have some more pieces here that are coming through this whole side. This is kind of interesting looking, but just going to make sure that we have the same thing as what we did earlier. So let's go and keep going with this. I'm actually going to just do a square this time with a center, and right about here. I didn't do it on the other ones because there are different angles. You can do that, but I was good with just doing it manually. So let's go ad and do something like this and go back to the points here, hit the Biki again, and again, we'll make this a little bit into the plus, but not the negative. Just give it some roundness. Hit okay. Again, we can select this, we can extrude it out, hit okay. What's good thing about doing all this now is that it actually is helping us create the form. Same with this one, same with this one. This one is not going to work until I cut into it, same with these, but that's fine. And let's see. So we got that. Now we got to do that one side piece, and I think we're ready to extrude the whole thing. So this is, again, a long piece. So again, since it's at an angle, I'm going to use the line toe. I'm just going to bring this out. I know it's somewhere into here, and I guess, again, you won't see this, so I'm not really right about this. I'm going to get a little closer just so I can get the right angle here. Just like that. And we'll bring it down here. And I can see that right now, I got to fix that line, but that's okay. Let's go and suck the points down. And we're going to do G. Move this in. Gonna do this one too, G. Go get right along this edge here. It okay. And this one could move in just a smidgen. I think I hit about there. So, again, we're not going to see these. We're going to see these, so let's go and hit Okay. Suck the two points, hit the B key, and we're going to pull this out again on the plus, just like that. All right. So now that we've done that, just to make things a little easier down the line, I'm going to mirror this now. So that way, I could just use both of them to cut through. Alright, so we got both now. Now we can just sluck both of these, and just extrude them. There we go. Alright. So now that's done. We kind of got everything kind of aligned now. I think, uh, All right, so now we've got everything. Let's take a look at it one more time. We got this piece, we got those, we got this. We have these two, we have that. There is kind of an edge here. I'm assuming that is also a piece, but I think we can probably That could be the shadow from the actual strap itself, so it's kind of hard to tell. Anyway, I'm going to go with what we have. I don't think it's going to matter, to be honest. So let's go and keep going with this. All right. So now that we've done all that work, this main one. Zoom out a little bit. And I'm going to go ahead and pull this out. I'm going to give it some depth. See it actually those worked great. A few of them did not work, but that's okay. Okay. So since we're already in the mode, let's go ahead and figure out which ones did not work and just finish it. So for instance, we know that this did not go through. These did not go through. And of course, this did not go through. This went through. So actually, if we hide this, that's basically, yeah, it's already been done. And if we had this, that also has been done. And hide this, that's been done. So basically, we need to fix these 34 pieces, and this has been done, so we can also hide that one. Okay. So we got everything kind of set up here. Let's go ahead and just hide this for now and we can just take this into group one out of the way, just like that. I'm going to take this object right now. This is extruded, right? I say hide. I want to make sure that I get all these pieces kind of pushed out. I'm going to select each of these faces the shift key. Just like that. I think we already got this one. I don't think I need to do that one as well. Actually, this is just unhide it for a second. Yeah, see that went all the way through. If I hide this, this hide this. Yeah, it's basically all the way cut through. Okay, cool. So let's go and hide this now. And again, now we're discussing these four. One, two, three, four. All right, cool. I'm going to just pull this out like this far enough, so it's going to cut into it. Now we can actually unhide this and now that we've done that, we can just take this object here and select this one, this one, this one, and this one and hit the key and say, Okay. Okay, cool. We could also take away these lines. Let's just take every one of these away. Again, we can just bring these whole things back into group one again so they're hidden. We ever need to use them again? And from what I can tell, if you look at this image here, this is sticking out for it to go in. And I want to make the strap. It almost looks like the whole thing's flat and just has holes in it to kind of pull it through. So I think the strap should be straight completely, no angle to it. Even though there's a hole here, that doesn't really matter because we can just pull the string through. So I think I'm just going to take the whole thing and kind of shrink it down. So now we've got the face here. I'm just going to select it and just use the offset face and just bring it in. I have some thickness to it so it can support everything, and I think that looks good. Hit Okay. So now that we've done that, let's go ahead and select with the lt key, the whole outer edge, as well as this. We can select all of these basically. I'm just going to do all these edges, hold the shift and the alt key as you select the remaining. Now keep in mind, we're going to do the same thing to the back piece as well. So this one did not get selected. Either did this one. Again, it's because it squares off here why it's not selecting, and I don't think that really matters because again, we're not going to see those anyway. This one select these. This, this this and this sign. Okay. So now we got everything selected. I might want to put a little bit of a bevel on those, which I will. And I think this one, too, this one here. Okay. So now we got it all selected. Let's it to Biki and we'll just pull this out just a little bit. Just go to make this a little bit rounded, so make sure it's on the plus. And I think that looks really nice. It has some variations, and I don't think I got this one selected for some reason. So what we can do just copy this Control C. Hit Okay, and let's go and select this one, too, Alt key. Make sure everything else has been done. And we can hit the B key, and we can pull this out again. So again, make sure we select it, and we're going to pull this out on the plus, and we're going to actually control V, Control V, to. Cool. That's it for that part. And this continue. 13. Creating the Strap: Okay. Okay, so I thought it'd be easier if we can go and create the strap in house. So when I'm in here, I'm selecting this object here. I'm going to hit the EMK and kind of make it a little bit more transparent. I'm going to go to 0.2. I want to be able to see kind of, like, the location. And this strap is kind of complicated. We want to make sure that this is actually going around this space. I don't want to go too high, and I don't want it too high on this space. So keep that in mind as we create this. And really, it just comes down to, you know, making it look like it's believable, right? So what I'm going to do is, let me just go ahead. Escape here. I'm going to delete this for now. I want to make sure that this is pretty much the width of this. I'm going to go about here. See kind of where this line is. I'm going to just bring this out, make sure it's straight. Again, it's not 100% straight on this is a little bit skewed a little bit, which is fine. But I want to make sure this lines straight. So I also do not want to go past this edge here. So with that said, I'm going to pretty much want this to go about this distance right here. I'm going to go down the center here. I want to make sure I have the center swine selected, so this will just be that much easier later on. I'm just going to create this line here and kind of just wing it here for now. And we want to hit the Giki kind of just move this into place. And I think I'm good with the line right about we can go a little bit more because again, it's going to be tight here. And I also want to make sure that this goes all the way to the edge here and then around. So what we can do now is just kind of take some of these points and move them around. So let's go and take this point here. First hit Okay. I'm going to take this point here and hit the GK. I'm going to move this inward. And I'm going to go right about here because again, the strap goes in to the space. I also do want this line to move up a little bit, so we can hit Okay. So we can now take this one and G key it. So it actually goes up to the edge here. It okay? This is kind of like, you know, the strap itself, what we're trying to do here. And again, it's just more of making it look like it belongs. So what we can do is, again, I could take this and just do a shift D like this. And we could take one of these and rotate it. So let's hit the arch and hit the Viki. Most set the bottom of this and now rotate this kind of like we type it in 90 degrees exactly. Again, this is not realistic because it's going to go past the thing here, which is fine. I'm going to hit okay. What I'm doing here is just kind of getting a good baseline so I can connect to. And I think that's good right there. I'm going to hit the points here. Again, hit the GK, and I'm going to move this inward until I get to right about here. Right about there because I want this to connect. Okay. Again, it's not, like I said, realistic, but it has to connect and has to look like it's real. So we're going to select this point, set this point and right click. Now, these should all be connected. If they're not, then we got to move them. So basically, this whole thing is on the opposite side. And we also want to take this point and put it in the center. So to do that, we're just going to select this line here, hit the G key, and then I'm going to hit the F key and hit the center of that and then go straight to I hit this point. That way, it's exactly centered. And the reason I'm doing that is so I can actually do the same exact thing on both sides. All right, cool. So now that I've gotten this all connected, I'm going to select all three of these pieces. And I'm going to mirror this to the other side. So I'm going to zoom out a little bit, hit the opposite side here, to. Now that I've done that, I'm gonna suck all these pieces and join them with the Jake. So hit the Jake now we got one piece. Cool. Now, this is in the outside. We also need one in the inside. So we're going to take this whole thing and we're going to duplicate it. So shift D, move it to this side now. And this is the inside. Again, what our goal here is to connect these things, so it'll look more realistic. It okay. So what we can do first is take this and just use the patch holes, right? Hit ok. And now we got a surface. And we can do the same thing with this one. Patch holes. Just like that. Okay. Now that we've gotten that, it's kind of like its own form, and we're later going to be thickening this, so it has it looks like it's actually as one. So I'm just going to select I think the best thing to do would be just go and take this and hide it for now. So hit the H key and this one as well, right. And now I'm going to select this edge and this edge, and I'm going to use the key to loft it. Now, I don't want it to be as I guess, I don't want it to be as rough as this. Again, I think it would be better if this was closer, so I'm going to cancel this. I think we want to get this a lot closer to this edgeha just so it looks like it's formed around. And again, I'm going to I think it's too far out, so I'm going to go control Z a few times. Again, it takes a little bit of figuring out, but I don't want to make this into a full object yet. I'm going to go back to this front view here. I want to move this whole thing closer, so hit the GiGi and move it closer. And I'm going to bring it about there. I bring it upward and back a little bit. Again, I don't want it to be too far away. I think maybe maybe about right there. Again, before I think I'm just going to GK a couple of times and kind of just push this where I need to put it. So I think about right about here would be good. I also do not want this to go too far, so we can suck this, it okay? We can select this in G key, F key, and we can now select this piece right here. So it kind of connects. Same with this, we're going to hit the Control key and we'll bring this in here and just let go. Okay, go. So that would be much better. I think that will get closer to the edge like we want it. Another thing is we want to redo this a little bit as well. So we can actually just go in and lock this line. It's like both sides here. And we can delete those too, and we delete this one and this one. I'm going to redo this again anyway. Alright so now that we've done that, I'm going to go ahead and go to the front of this. And I'm going to now select both of these and mirror them. So we can actually hit the join key, so it's joined as one. Cool. Make sure these are connected on this edge here. They're not you've got to have a little problem, right? So now that these are joined, I'm going to actually go ahead and mirror this over just to make it much easier. Opposite side, hit Okay. Cool. So now going to select both these sections and just join them. So hit the J key. Cool. Now I can take a line here. Connect from here to here and right click. All right. And we can also take this line and this line Shift key and join again with the jk. Now we got one section. All right, cool. So we got the backside. All right. So now that we've got that little bit closer as it should have been in the first place, I got to do a little bit of trial and error. I'm going to use the jki now and do well, first of all, hit Shift D. And I'm going to move this over here just like that. Cool. Now we got two shapes. Okay, so again, I'm gonna take this shape here and I'm going to use the patch, okay. I do the same thing here. Patch. And now we got two forms. I'm going to take these and just hide them for now, so hit the shift key and just hide. So these are out of the way, okay? Now I'm going to go back and suck this edge and get a little closer. This edge with the shift key, and we're going to hit the key. And this basically lofted together. Now, I don't want it that round. I'm going to go ahead and hit G Zero, okay? And I'll show you why I did that because I have better control if I do that. Again, we're going to do the same thing here, this one. This one, I'm going to key again, and again, G zero. Okay. So now we got these four sections. I'm going to go ahead and take this one. Actually, this one, this one, and we're going to go back to the side here and this one and make sure that the main objects not selected. We're going to hit the Jake to join them, so it becomes basically one object. All right, cool. I think for easiness, I'm going to go ahead and redem this right now just so I know what this is. This is plastic strap. So I know what object this is. And for now, I'm going to hide this. Okay. Now let's see what we got here. We got this shape, we got this shape, we got this shape. So we got all these basically sheets, right. And with the sheets here, we got to make sure that we connect them. So this one and this one, just join it with the J. Okay, that one that time it worked, right? And we'll go back to this side here, hit this one and this one with the J. Now we should have just basically one piece. That's lofted. Okay. And now that we've got that, we can go in and now hit these edges. So I'm going to suck this edge here, this edge here with the shift key, and I'll rotate it so I can get all these properly done. And this one here. All right, so now let's go and make this nice round. Now, if it doesn't work very well, that's fine. We could do one at a time. I'm going to go with, like, point I think a good way to do this is also looking at this. I'm going to unhide the strap now. See kind of how it's kind of going around that zone now. I think that's a perfect amount. So I'm going to hit the Control C to copy this. And I'm going to do the same thing on this side. So Selk this one here and we'll pull this out, and I'm just going to go Control V, Control V, it Okay. Cool. And we can do the other side now. We go try to do both at the same time. Let's see what we can get out of that. That one seemed to have taken earlier, so we're good there. Just this side. All right, so again, pull this out. I don't want to extend sheet. It's Control Z. Some reason something's not right here. Control Z. I want to make sure these are combined. So let's go and do this again. Hit the JK. Some reason that wasn't connected. I don't know. Anyway. Now let's try this again. Pull this out on a plus. I'm going to same exact number here, Control V. Control V, okay? Let's see the other side what we got. Let's see if it did what it's supposed to do. Okay, so we still need this one. So we can pull this out as well. Control V. Control B. Okay. Now, just to make it look better, I'm going to go ahead and give it some thickness now, and that way, it looks like it belongs. So when doing this, we want to make sure we do it on the right angle. See, we got not much room there, right? So we kind of almost want to go the opposite way. So let's go and thicken this now. So this becomes now a solid. We're going to bring this out a little bit. We can go in or we can go out. I'm going to go out. And for some reason, this is causing a little bit of a problem here, but that's okay. We can fix that and same with the bottom. I can just cut it and, you know, basically repair it. Alright, so basically going to go to the side view here, and I got a little bit of edge here kind of want to get rid of. So what I'm going to do is basically select the object. First of all, we'll go ahead, okay with a thicken. And I'm going to actually select the object with this object selection, of course, and we'll select this. I'm going to use a line. So I'm going to take the line here, and I'm actually going to go pretty much right below this edge piece here just to kind of help clean this stuff a little bit. I don't like the way that looks, so we can go straight out like that. And it's a very simple thing just to select it. Hit the cutter, and we're going to select this line and hit Okay. Now that we've done that, we could actually delete this piece here. And we can also do the same thing on the bottom, so make sure we selected it. Put a line down. Get a little bit closer. I want to get this piece right here gone, so I want to go a little bit above that. So something like this. And again, I feel it's plenty of room between the two pieces. So now that we've got that selected, and we select this here, use the cutter, select this piece here, and hit Okay. Cool. Now we can actually set this little piece here and hit the delete key. And we could also get rid of this line, delete. Yeah, there we go. Now, if you want to try to expand this a little bit more, is to make it follow through a it bit farther out, we can select this here, and we can do an offset face. So this is another way to do that. And again, I got the face. I still looks great. It does still look like it did before. And that works out great as well. So you can always go back and fix some things if you need to. Same thing here. Bring a little bit closer, kind of like right to the edge. And that gives it a good, you know, mix. I'm also going to say that, you know, it would be good to hit okay first. We go to add a little bit of a edge here. And again, it's not going to be really seem, but because it's supposed to be like a fabric piece, I want to make sure that I'm just going to cancel here. I'm going to select here with the alt key. And I'm going to pull this out on a plus, so a nice fill it. Kind of like this. I don't want to be harsh, right? So I'm going to be good with that for now. Same with the bottom. Again, we could just hit the Alt key get closer sometimes. Alt. Now if it doesn't suct everything, you can always hit shift in a Alt we can get more of this and we can go back around and do a bit more. It might be cutting off because of these edges here. That's fine. Pull this out a little bit on the plus. Not a lot. 0.02, and I'm going to be good with that. I think that has a nice edge. And that would be your first piece of the fabric Nylon strap. And this thing also looks like it falls into this space. So the next step is to create the ther piece here and we'll work it around. So let's get that going. So if you look back at some of the objects that we've done our curves, I'm going to go ahead and do the same thing I did earlier, go and suck the line here. We go from here to here, make sure it's straight for now. Even we're going to change it. We're going hit the GK twice, move this into place somewhere in the middle there, and we could rotate this and kind of move this where it needs to go. We went straight down and center. As a little bit of soft touch a little bit of soft touch here. I just had it about right there. And then I'm going to hit the GK twice and kind of move this into place. Now, keep in mind, we're going to have a strap come from the outside, which is this strap here, and it's going to go around this little piece back in and then into this space. I think the best way to do that is just kind of Create a few of these where we need to put them, of course. And I would think that the best thing would be to have a few of these. So I'm going to hit a Shift D here and hit the GK, and I'm going to bring this over here. I'm going to kind of just put a couple of these here. I'm rotating a few of them as well, so we can get kind of similar to what we can see here. So that's good there. So again, Shift D. And we can hit G once and bring it up more. Something like that. Or, rotate just amigon I'm just trying to kind of line this up properly. And then again, shift D again. G, can move this now into space here. Kind of like inside the helmet, right? So we won't see this. And we're going to hit Okay, and we hit the archy and we can move this kind of similar to what the other ones look like. I think I'll make it a little bit more like this and I hit the GK a little bit over. So it kind of looks like it's kind of rotating in. So yeah, I think that looks really good. Now, of course, we will be putting this on the backside here. So if you go to the side here, these are all lined up pretty much the right direction, so that's good. And then we come to this one, which is the same thing. It goes from the outside to the inside. Now, what I want to do also is go ahead and select hit. Okay. I'm going to turn just a little bit. I want to make sure I get the line here. Go back to the side view. I want to see what this is at. So it's here. The problem with this is I kind of need to make sure that it's going to be closer to this top edge because when you pull something, it's going to be forcing a push right here. So it needs to kind of, like, form right around this, then come back, foam around this side here, and then form again on this side, and then back in and form on this side. So it's kind of like you got to kind of figure a good placement for the line, so it actually everything kind of lines up. But basically, what I'm saying here is that we need to bring this up. So hit the ki, and we can actually bring this straight up. I'm just going to use the blue vino. It's not straight. And I can go back to the front view here, side. And I'm going to center this. So hit the G key. I'm going to go between those two lines to try to line this up properly. And maybe a little bit more in, something like that. Okay, cool. So now that we've done that, we can actually do. So it's inside, right? So I need to do one more here. So's do a shift D. G, we can bring this one here, same thing. Now, keep in mind that it's going to go from this inside, and it's going to pull on this area here, go up above this, pull back down, and then it's going to kind of tension will be here again. So you want to get close to the edges on these specific ones. So it's kind of like a push pull type thing. Now I need to do two more of these, and these will actually go right on the edge of this piece here. So hit, I'm going to do a Shift D and G, move it inward. We're trying to line this up somewhat so it's right align with this. Keep in mind that it's going to be forcing itself in, so let's go ahead and hit this again, Shift D, and we'll hit G twice. And again, we'll bring this over here this time. Now the biggest thing is just bringing these to the other side. So now we got this one suck both of these. We want to bring these to the other side of the space, go to the side here. Hit the hike. Let's move this over here. I think that's pretty good right where it is. I do want to do one thing now. I kind of want to bring these a little bit farther out, all of them. So everyone that's on this side, including all these I want to move it out just a smidgen. I want to have a little breathing room to hit the GK about just a smidgen. We just move this in or similar to what we just did on this other one. So something like that. Just a little bit more space there, okay. Cool. Now we will need basically this one goes to this inner piece, it pulls, and it goes to this outer piece here, and then it goes back to this outer piece here and then back inward. Now I'm going to need one more of these, of course, which is a copy of this, which will go here. I'm going to actually hide this image so I can work around this a little bit better. And we can just basically bring this inward. I'm going to hit the back image right here. I'm going to hit the shifty again. This time, I'm going to hit the GK, and I'm going to pretty much move this over here. I think something like Something like that. I'm going to also take the point here and I'm just going to kind of move this away. I want to get this inside. I don't want this to be the problem. I might need to maneuver this a little bit, but first things first, I want to try to get everything connected first and see how that looks. Okay? So here we go. So we're going to go from line to line to line. So this one first, this 1 second. We hit the lk, the loft, hit G zero, okay. Same thing. This one, Shift key, this one, key, G Zero. Okay. Same thing here, here too. I want to make sure we get the right one this time, which is going to be this one right here. That's the top of the backside. Hit the key. Okay, that didn't work because somehow I diselected this one. We're going to do a key. And G zero. Okay. Now for simplicity, we can do I want to take this one, this one, hit the shift key, Shift key. And this join nose. So hit the Jake. Actually, that one got deselected. Jake. Now it's one piece. All right? Cool. Now we're going to take this edge here and we're going to go to this one. So suck the shift key, key, G zero, hit Okay. Okay, let's go back to this line again. This one, to this one. K, G Zero, okay? And now this one to this one or this one to this one, LG Zero, is okay. I now that we've done that, we can actually go from this last one, which is right here. And this is just one way to get basically out of the way, Shift key key, and g zero. Okay, cool. So now we got a strap going all the way around this. And we can actually copy this to the other side, which is fine. Now, if you unhide the strap image, so we can unhide this, you can see that you don't really see this line at all. So it might be best to kind of just shrink this down a little bit more, and we can do that. So I'm going to just undo the last one, Control Z. Control Z one more time. And I'm going to try to kind of get on the backside here. I want to get this so it's kind of like right on the edge here, even though it doesn't really make sense because why would it shrink in, but it's all good. We're just trying to make this work. So let's go about right about here. Okay? Again line to this one. This one, key, zero, and then hit OK. All right, cool. That's one quick, easy way to make the strap. Let's go ahead and follow through with some other things. We want to make sure we connect everything together now, this one is already connected. You also want to connect the shift key, this one, this one. This one. And this one. And again, hit the JK, connect them all. All right, cool. So now I would go ahead and hide this one. This one. This one. All these blue lines, basically. Okay, we can go ahead and hide all those, and we got one over here somewhere here, here, we can hit the HK now, one thing I would like to do since I'm already involved in the setup would be to take this whole thing here and mirror it to the other side so we can just do something like that. And now we got a nice strap. I'm going to do a little bit of work on these, of course, and I got to do work on these other pieces. Now, what I could done is just say I control Z and wait, and that's fine. We can do that. I'll save some time. But let's go and do all these sections here. This one here with the shift key. I'm going to make sure I pull this out on the plus with a nice rounded form, something like that. Okay. Same thing here. I want this to kind of lead to the side. So again, I'm going to pull these out on the plus, something like that. That is a nice form. I think that looks really nice. So does that. And I think we want to also do a little bit of work on these. So let's take a look at this. I'm going to bring this out just a little bit on the plus. Actually, it might be better if we wait until we actually form this because, again, it's just a line. It's not going to do much. But these work fine because they're wrapping around something. All right, so let's go ahead and just do the thickness on this now, select it. I want to do I want to just work this. Now one thing you're going to notice is that if I do the outside, it'll be fine on the side, and I'll come in like it should it will kind of hide into this space here. Now, it might actually be into the metal or the plastic. You'll probably most likely be into plastic a little bit, but we could have moved this out a little bit more. I mean, we still can do that. I'm just trying to think this one through if I want to go through that. But yes. So just to get a little bit more depth here, we can just bring that out a little bit more. And sometimes you got to redo something to make it work. So let's go ahead and I'm going to go ahead and select this one without have to unhide everything. I'm going to still suck this one too, and do a shift D. So these are copies now. And then I'm going to actually suck this face here and do a shift X. As well as this one, shift x and this one ShiftEx. Now I've done that. This is just a quick way to backtrack a little bit without having to do major changes. Suck these two lines here, go back to the side here. Again, like I said, we want to bring this out just a smison more, hit the GK go about here because again, I need a place for that to fall into. I think that would be good. Now we can go back in. This one, this one. L. And I'm going to hit G zero because I want to work this afterwards. This one to this one, G Zero then this one to this one, L, again, G Zero. I want to work these myself, like I was saying. So now we can suck these lines. I think this should be fine. We can just hide it on to create it again and then see how the w looks. So let's go and hide this with the H. What we need to do is make sure we connect these. So this to this, this to this, this. We're gonna do a J. Alright, that worked out great. Now we can suck these little edges, this one. Shift with this one, and we can pull this out on the plus. Like that. I also want to make sure that I go back here now since this is added detail. Actually, that worked out good. I think it's just add this one too. This one, that one. Okay. So let's go pull this again on the plus. We're just going to make it nice and wide. Okay, cool. So now that we've done that, let's go ahead and select it with the actual object selection. And we can now hit this thicken. Let's go to the side here and I want see what I'm doing. I'm going to pull this out to the right, and we're going to go close to that edge right about there. So like I said, now we actually have a piece that goes right on the edge. This goes on edge, that goes on edge. It all looks like it belongs. Same with this. It kind of goes into the space, and it looks almost like it's connected. And I think we take away these lines, we can see what it's going to look like. And I think, yeah, that would be fine. It's almost like it's buried into that, even though it's not. You're not going to see the backside of this anyway. It's going to be on the side of the character. This is the face that you're going to see. Okay, I think that looks really good. I'm good with that side. And now that I've also created this thickness here, right? I also want to change some things. So what I would do is I would just go ahead and go back to the line. I want to see what I'm doing. I would say stuck this line here. This line. And we can actually make a nice fill it there. I also would say, go ahead and just do the ster side as well with the shift key. That way you can get both sides while we're doing this and those two sections. Okay, cool. So let's go ahead and go here. I want to make sure that this is nice and clean. So we're going to go in the plus, something like that, maybe a little bit more I think that looks nice. Yeah, the top one looks right. I don't know about this bottom one now. This might have been better a little bit wider. So I'm going to cancel, right click and just deselect those altogether. Now we can select these two goes the nice pull right there. Okay. And then we can go to this one. Oh, this one first, here. Shift. Get closer here. We want to make sure we get this selected properly. That one. We do shift this one. Okay, there we go. Now again, we can pull this out on the plus I take a little bit of pull. Doesn't go very far as I move it, and I think that's fine. Alright. So let's go with that. Go back to the sign. And I think overall, if you take away the edges, and we can actually just go ahead and select this again. And we hit the MK. Let's do this again, hit the MK we're going to make this more of a dark gray, so it kind of stands out a little bit more, just like that. You can go here, and we can do more of this look or this look. Actually, we can just do this. Yeah, I think that looks, it looks like it's kind of like a once I put a fabric on this, it'll look really nice. It's not going to be a metal fabric, so it won't look the same. I think this is also one that we want to change to the same color. So I'll go to this one. Cancel. And I want to add material. We could actually just use this little pin drop here, and we go select this. There we go. That's simple. And now we got the same exact color. And what I could also do now is select this one. We're almost done with this. We got to still make this other piece right here, which is fine. So again, let's do it a litt bit. We're to come out with a mir it's going to come up here. So mirror opposite side, okay. So now we got this whole piece, and it does look Somewhat realistic, a little bit of thickness to it. Not too much. Again, it's a fabric. Why don't you put a fabric fabric on S, it'll look nice. I think that looks good for now. Now, I'm going to also do something similar. I'm going to have this, like, a loop. And with that said, I'm going to make sure that we add in a line here. And the line back and a line up here and around. Okay. So back to the front here. Just like that. I'm going to go ahead and unhide the strap. I want to make sure I copy this again. And you see it's kind of raised up here. I think that's fine. You can kind of think about that's what it's going to look like here. So here to here, just like that. Alright, so we got one that's here. I'm going to go to the side. Hit the GK and move inward, something like that. I it okay? And yeah, that's the right place. I'm go back to this front view. Go back here. Click on the square, and we're going to zoom in a little bit. All right, so I'm going to hit the Shift D, and I'm going to bring the straight down. So again, we want to get kind of close to here and it's going to go from here into this space here. So we could also do Shift D, bring this inward. Let's go back to the side you here. We're bringing this a little bit closer like this. So it's going to be like wrap here, come down, wrap here. And then, actually, I want to bring that one down. You want to bring this down so it looks like it's actually formed properly. So again, like we did before, we're bringing this down a little bit. You see how it's kind of like to the edge here? All right, so now that we got that in position, again, it's going to be following through. I think this one needs to go up a little bit as well, so we're going to and select this line here. See, it's a little bit low. I need to bring it up a little bit higher. So I hit the Giki. So hit the Giki and bring it up about there use again, it's going to rotate along this maybe a little bit more close to the edge there. I can be a little bit past because it's going to come around and then form, cut across, like an angle. I think that's good. Hit okay. Now we're going to select this line here and we're going to do a shift D, shift shift D, and we're going to bring this down. Now, I'm going to go to the other side here, and, yeah, that's about where I want it right about there. I'm going to be adding another component to this, so that's perfect. All right. So I'm going to also hide this for now. I don't need this in my way. It's just going to cause problems if I leave it there. And a couple more things, we want to make sure that this line is a little bit past this edge here. So if I go to the side here, I'm going to hit the GK, and this is your line that goes straight. So it's right on the edge. I want to bring this out if it's going to be a little bit thicker. The other thing is, I'm going to bring this down. I think it's too high. And I think it'd be great if it was when I do actually take these and atom together, I'm going to have to rotate them into a nice bevel there, and I don't want them too high. I think that's good. I'm going to also do a shift here and bring one to the other side like that. Go to the side view. And again, let's bring this out to about the same width as that. Cool. So one more thing I need to do after doing that, I want to make sure that this make it a little bit more in. I want this to go into the space. So I'm going to hit Okay. I'm going to do a shift again and bring this down into that space. This way it kind of hides the actual now on strap. And now that we got this selected, I can just go from there to here. I hit the key hit Okay. I'm going to go from now here to here, K I'm going to hit GZRo on this one. And now this one to this one. K gzero go from here. You hear. And again, that will be L. And in all reality, I'm going to say undo. I want to bring this down just a little bit more. So again, hit the GK this brings down to about there. It's kind of like a little bit past this again about there. Okay, cool. So now we can do this again to this L. In that way, it's going to have a nice curvature down. It okay? And then lastly, from here, to here. Okay. So now we got all these done. I can start selecting each of these, this one. This one. This one. This one. This one, hit the J key to make them into one. I'm also going to go here and just bring this up for a second. I'm going to take all these curves here. I'm going to unhide these, select all these as well. I bring this back to into group one to get out of my way. And yeah, I think that's going to look great. One thing I need to do is create some curvatures here. So let's select these two here. I'm also going to sect this first, and let's go pull this on the plus. Something like that. Again, this is going to have some thickness to it, so it doesn't really matter. And that'll fall right into place. Now one thing we're going to do is we're going to also need this here, as well as this one. And we can pull this out again on the plus. I think overall, that's going to look nice. Okay, cool. So let's go go with this. I'm going to thicken it, and I'm going to bring it over to the side here. I want to make sure that this kind of looks like it's meant to be a strap. So let's go and make this thicker inward, not too much. It's about right about there. Now, as you can see, it kind of falls right into place here, which is good, as well as there. You can maneuver just a little bit more if you wanted to bring this up a little bit higher, maybe that would make it look a little bit better, but I think it's fine. Because again, strap is going to be not the main object that we're really focusing on. It's really the helmet itself, but this is a good add on to that, as well, because it looks like a full strap piece, once I put the fabric piece to it. Alright, cool. I think over that looks good. I could have made this a little bit whiter here, which you can do. But for now, I think it looks good. I won't even notice that piece really. Okay. So now, same thing as we did before. We take this object here and we're going to make sure that we just move this over. I'm going to bring this back into three. This is the strap pieces. And now I'm going to actually hit this add material. I'm going to go ahead and select the white here, select this eye drop, and I'm going to suck right in the center of this and select it. It okay. Cool. Here we go. So that's that part. And we got the strap made, and we could put one on each side of the helmet. So with that said, we can take all this here. We can actually go back to the side view here, and go ahead and hide the actual solids here. So if I go like this, let's just go ahead and bring these back in so I can see what I'm doing. Like that. Okay, cool. So now, we're going to have two straps. This is the backside. This is the front side. So if you go to the side here, we're go 14. Create Strap Connectors: Alright, so we're back in here now, and a few things is I brought in this image here. This kind of shows you the actual connectors that we're going to be building. I got this on Internet simple to find. And again, I'll include this on the actual or on this class. So here we go. So I'm going to also one more thing I'm going to do with this strap here is going to make it a little bit thicker. Think it look better if it was a little bit thicker. One thing I could do here is just hide this because this is going to stay the same, right? So this plastics wrap, I can just hit the H key, hide it, and that'll be easier. So let's go a and select each of these pieces now. So let's go and suck the inner piece, each of these. Get it a little closer. Hit the shift key. Again, I'm going to go around the whole thing. So now you have to go back. Okay. I think that looks good. And for convenience, I'm just going to go ahead and pull this out. So basically, I'll set the face. I just think it'll look much better if it's a little bit thicker. So Cancel. Try this again. One more of these, and then the whole thing will be selected, we'll bring it out. So let's get a little closer. I go with 0.004. That's not bad. Hit Control C to copy it so I can reuse it again. That just gives a little bit more thickness. I think before it's just a little bit too thin. All right. So we can go to the side here and do the same thing. Actually just use the Shift key. That's the easier way to do it, right? The only problem with that is you have to go back and deselect some things, which is fine. So that sides not selected, but this one is, so we need to hit the control key deselect these, there's one right here. Here. Okay, cool. So we got all this deselected. Make sure no other sides are selected. There's one right there as well. It's good to look around. Again, control key. And here we go. So yeah, again, just a little bit thicker. I'll pull this out. Of course, we won't take that, so we're going to control V, and then hit Okay. Here we go. Okay, so again, the whole thing is thicker now. I think that'll look nicer when it's actually N the character. So, okay, cool. We're going to hide all this stuff now. We got some extra parts here. I'm going to go and get rid of those. So if you have any extra parts, just get rid of those as well, you don't need those extra parts anymore. I think that's fine. Might look a little squares here due to the actual additional capture. What we can do here just to make it a little bit better. I think I made it just a little bit too thick. You can actually go on there and just kind of select this edge here or this edge and this edge. We can just delete those and then redo it again. We can also do this one, too, delete. And this one here, delete. Okay. So now we can actually suck these two edges again. Some you got to go backwards a little bit and just kind of fix some things. Shift key. We're going to pull this much smoother like that. That looks a lot better. Okay. And this one as well. And this one. So again, put it on the plus. Is one nice and smooth. Okay, cool. I think that looks a lot better. And to make it simpler, I'm just going to go ahead and delete this side here, mirror this to the other side. So just like that. Opposite side, okay. Cool. So now we got a much nicer looking piece before it's a little too tight, a little too edgy, right? So let's go now start working on this. Alright, so we're going to start creating the actual strap connector piece that goes through the strap. And to do that, I'm going to bring in an image that will be added to the files that you can download that will be in the download section. So going into my desktop or wherever I put my file, I'm going to bring it in now just to show you how to do that. So you're going to click on the arrow here. Import a pin. Again, wherever you put your file, you got to find it. I put it in this folder here and Bracket connectors. So the name of the file is called bracket Connectors dot JPG. Can open this. So I'm open it up on side, so this way, it's at the right direction. I want to make sure it's exactly the same angle as your piece here, and of course, it's way too big, so we can actually hit the S twice and scale this down. I'm going to bring this down a little bit with the GK twice and kind of get this in place. So again, it's not going to be here, it's going to be more like right about here. As you can see, it's a little still too big, so I'm going to also shrink it down a bit more. I want this kind of Nylon section to be about the thickness of this piece right here. So if you hit this G, you could actually move it over. Now I want to kind of place it more like pretty much right about here. Now, I definitely want to use the center axis here, so I will move this a little bit more. I want to go about right about here. Now, again, this is not exactly straight, so it's not the best image that was taken on the straps, but we're going to do the best we can with what we have. So I'm going to hit the archy and kind of just rotate this a little bit. I want to kind of get more like a centered piece and I move this more to the center of this. Okay, so this will help us drive this existing look. I'm just going to use the basic line tool first. Now, we know that there's a cut in here in the center there. We know this is rounded and this is rounded. We start from scratch here just to get this to work. I'm going to bring this out about there, bring it down. I'm not going to worry about that center cut yet. I'm just going to go about here, come back here. What I'm doing here is I'm actually creating enough detail to help support this. Now that I got this, I'm going to hit the mirror selection here. And selected. And I'm going to also hit the F key right here and go upward or downward, whichever. And then I'm going to right click. Make sure it's exactly centered. Now, if you do that, you can discontrol Z. Again, mir Fk and we're going to bring it down, and then that's it. Hit Okay. Now, we could emerge it as we needed, but that's okay. We can go back now and say, Okay, or go and select both of these lines here. Get rid of these. You don't need this at all. And you can join those with the Jky. Cool. So now we got one box, basically. And you can tell it's a little too big, right. So we can go in here and just kind of skil it down a little bit. So we're going to the S key and we're going to go on the Y and bring it close to this edge here and this edge, just like that. Okay, cool. So that's that. And now we can go in and start kind of massaging this thing to get more of this look. So I'm going to go ahead and now use the spline tool and I'm going to select from right here and I'm going to start working this thing around. And I'm going to hit the tab key to make it easier just to place these lines. And again, you need to zoom in sometimes to get a preference of where you're trying to go. I'm actually going to go about here and start moving this around. Here, here. Again, I don't want to put too many points here. It doesn't have to be exact, but we want to get close as we can. And we can actually go here and then down like this. There we go. So now we got a nice line here. We could do the same thing on both sides. So again, hit the mirror. I'm going to use the F key again to select this point, bring this down, and then let go. Hit Okay. All right, cool. So now we got these lines, select this line and this line. And now connected, we could hit the Jake slip that. Perfect. Now that we've done this, this will help us drive this properly. And we can go in and select this and extrude it, basically. So we had the right form. The only thing is that andobi dough. Let's just do that. Let's extrude this out. And we're going to make it not too thick. Again, we want similar to what we have here on the thickness. But I'm going to make it a little bit thicker just for a reason of having more of a kind of a centered spot here. So we're going to say, Okay. All right. So now we got this form. I'm going to go ahead and hide this for now. I'm also going to make sure I'm on the side here. Hi this as well with the H key and this. All right. So this is kind of our form. Now one thing you're going to notice is that this has a centerpiece here. I want to add in a line here. All right, so we're going to now that we got this objects actually created. We're going to hit the Control R, and this will give us a line here to bring in. I'm going to hit the tab key so I can get it right to the center of this spot here, just like that. I'm going to make sure my lines or show edges are showing. I'm going to go to the side and do the same thing. So again, control R tab. I'm going to hit the center of this space here. For some reason that didn't take. So we're going to do this again. Control R tab. I'm going to use the bottom here, just like that. There we go. Seems that since I got a cut already up here, it's not taking and same on this tter side here. Okay, so the same thing on this side, again, we're going to do Control R. Over here, Control R. And we're going to tab again. And again, we're going to select to the bottom here, and I'm going to hit the tab key. I'm gonna make sure that I can get this selected properly. Hit the tab again. There we go. And just like that. There we go. So now we got it all kind of selected here. So this will help us with our positioning. So go to the Ziki I'm going to basically this is going to be kind of sticking a little bit, so I want to kind of drive a curvature here. So I'm going to go ahead and just basically go out a little bit here, select here. Just kind of the tab key. I want it to kind of follow the line, and I don't want to go too far. And again, sometimes you just need to zoom in. I want to just go off a little bit. And I'm going to go way over here. And again, just a smidgen out. I just want a small curvature here. Okay. Now we can actually do the mirror. Select the side, okay? Select both of these lines now. This, the join key. Then we do the same thing in the center here. Just go ahead and go ahead and do the F key, and we're going to sit the center and bring this down just like that. Cool. So now we can actually select this object, and we can use the cutter and we sect both of these lines here and hit Okay. Now we can actually select this section and this one, and the two ones on the top and lets. This will give us a nice form, more of a rotated form, as it shows on the thing. Alright, cool. So a couple of things I want to do before I do too much on this. I want to create a cut down the center of this, so go and select the center rectangle here and we're going to bring this out right down the center of this space. About right about here. Don't want too thick. And then I'm going to select these points here like this. Again, select these two, four, hit the Biki and we're going to pull this out on the plus. Just like that. Not too much. Now we can select this object, and we can use the cutter again and select this and hit okay. So now we can select this piece and sit here and just delete this. So now we kind of got our form, and everything's kind of in the right direction, which is great. And now we just need to add some more details. So I'm going to hide this again so I can see what I'm doing. And one thing to keep in mind, I'll take this and actually hit bring this back a little bit, so I can see bring this backwards. Now I can kind of see that this is really smooth right around here, and it goes all the way up just like that. So let's go on and hit the edge here. Edge select right there. We can actually hit the Alt key, and we do the other side as well. Shift Alt. And we can start pulling this out. So let's go and pull this on the plus, not the negative, but the plus. And this will give it a nice smooth transition between the two. I think this will look fine for what we're trying to do here. I'm just going to hit the o button. All right, cool. Now, another thing we can do in here suck this inner side and suck this inner sign with shift alt and then shift on top and shift on the bottom right here. We're going to pull this out, and again, we're going to make this again a nice smooth transition on the plus. At 0.05 close to 0.05, okay? We can also just delete this. We don't need this anymore, so hit the delete key and we could also do this as well. We can do a chamfer on this one. Cool. Now we can see what this looks like without the lines. So don't show ages and yeah, that's pretty much the look of this unit. And we're also going to need to put a hole on the top here to help drive the insert. So let's go here to the side view, and we can hit Okay. Now, let's go select this object here with the object selection. And we're going to hit the MKy and we're going to take this down the point. Two. So we can see what we're doing. And as you can see, there's a piece here that it kind of goes into. Now if you can move it over to the side, you can see that it's a nice little cut, and there's not much room on top. There's just a little bit of area right here. And we can just do that real simple. So I'm going to go ahead and just give myself a space here where I kind of want this to end. So I'm going to go in a little bit more. I'm going to go right here, this will help me figure out where I'm at. And I'm going to do a shift D and bring it back up to about right about there. Now I got these two lines to help me drive this next piece. So let's go and hide this for now. It's in the way. Okay. All right. So as you can see here, we have an inner piece, and I don't want to encroach into that because of that cut that we did. So we can go a little bit less than that, which is fine. We just want to basically drop it right about here. Again, I'm going to use the center. I'm going to go right in the center here, I'm gonna bring this out. I'm going to try to make it about the same width as that, but I do not want to pass that line. We can do that for now. Let's go and select it after we created it with a line tool and hit the S key to drive a little bit. Deeper, and we can make it just smiching bigger. Like that. Cool. That's pretty much it for that. So now we can suck this object and we can use the cutter again and use this to cut, okay and delete. Alright. Now, one thing I would recommend is that we add a little bit of curvature on each of these edges. So it looks a little smoother and cleaner. Just going to select all these eight edges. And this one last, and it's pulled out on the plus. So something like that, it's perfect 0.03, 0.04 or 0.004. Okay. All right. So now that we've done that, let's go back to the object selection. Hit DMK, and we can put this back at one. Cool. Yeah, that's pretty simple to create, you know, this type of piece. All right, so that's part one. And keep in mind, we're going to bring this down into the space here, and we'll probably bring it down farther. I'm going to hit the GK just kind of bring it down. One thing I would also suggest is that we kind of move it over a little bit. We want this to kind of fall into this space. And yeah, that's pretty much it for that piece. All right, so now that we've cluck created this, I'm going to go to the side here and I'm going to try to bring this closer to the center of this space. So something about right about here. It's kind of like right on this area, maybe a little bit farther in R there. We want to kind of center it off of this. Alright, so this is a little bit thicker than this piece, which is fine. We can always kind of shrink this down a little bit with the SK and bring it in just a little bit, just to kind of get it a little bit more tighter. And now that we've had this piece, we can go back to this view here. And we can get by these lines. There's no need for these anymore. Now, you notice that this is a little bit off from here, and we can actually just take this whole thing now and kind of move it closer with the Ji. Can bring this to the center here, right about there. Great. Hit Okay. Now we can go in and unhide this again. As you'll see that this actually has well this side does. It has this other strap. This one doesn't have this one does, so we can actually basically just bring the actual piece to it, it's going to be a constant basically distance, and this one can be adjusted. We'll add the adjustment to this piece afterwards. Alright, so let's go ahead and hide this for now. And we're going to take this now and we're going to bring it in here. Alright, so one thing that I'd like to do here is basically I think this is a little too short. We definitely want some space here because this is where the ear is, and this is hanging down, but this needs to be a little bit longer, at least from my opinion. So I'm going to take this and hit the Giki and just bring it down a little bit more. I think something like that would be a little bit more accessible, maybe maybe even here. Again, you can have two sides connect together around the neck. I I think that might be good right there. So hit Okay. So what we could do here is now we can select the edge here, and I want this to help me kind of drive the width of this thing. So I'm going to actually hit the Shift D, and I'm going to bring this down right to the middle of the space. So something like that. Now, you notice that this is a little bit off centered, which we need to adjust, so keep that in mind. So we're going to try to line this up properly with this, and to do that, I want to make sure that this object here is lined up with this object. So if I actually select this here, and we can hit the GK as well. Control Z. Hit the GK and we want this to be kind of basically lined up to that middle spine here. But to do that, it'd be better to get this line here and help us drive that location. This is the mid, right? This is just to help us real quickly move this properly. I'm going to select this now and hit hike and I'm going to move this into space right along this line here. This helps us in line up everything perfectly. So there. Now this is centered. That's perfect. And then we can take this and just delete that. We don't need that anymore. What I did this for was for a reason. I needed this to help me drive basically a cylinder that we're going to create on this. So what I can do here now, just move this up a little bit into the space, and I'm going to probably put it round right around the center here. Just like that. It's okay. And we can now go to this side view here. Zoom out. And this zoom back in now. What I want to do is I want to create a disk here right down the center of this space, but want to find that piece that we just did. Zoom out just a little bit. See this is your mark right here. So we could actually just hide this for a second. Let's right click. Just do undo. We could actually hide this. And this will be one of these solids, which is the last one, right? So this is hide that for now. And then I'm going to select this and I'm going to go back to this view. I just move it a little bit off to the side. And I want to select this, right? And then we go back to this view, and we're going to kind of get closer to this. I also want to unhide this now. So now that I got this kind of selected, I can see what I'm doing here. I want this to be pretty much lined up with this, and I need it somewhat tight. So I'm going to bring this kind of close to about right about there. And what I'm doing here is to make this thicker, so it will be fine. I think that would be perfect right where it is. And the next part would be to also create this piece here, and I'm going to make it thicker, as well. I don't want to make it too thick. Kind of like the thickness of the actual existing piece here. So I'm going scale it down just a little bit more. You don't want it too thick, cancel. Actually, I'm going to redo this. I want to get this kind of dialed in here. So to do that, I could just do something like this. Hit the edge, do this. It's shifty. And then we can actually move this piece down. All the way down to where we're located at here, and this will help us drive of course, the thickness. Now, this is not exactly centered, another thing that we can do right away is kind of get the thing centered properly, right? So here will be our center. I'm going to just going to use this to help drive this. This is not really what I want, though. Let's escape. I want a center off of this. So let's do this again. This is center. Zoom out. Bring this down straight down. So this is your center point, right? So we can right click. Now, keep in mind, I want to get this whole thing to kind of be down the center of this piece. So to do that, we could just do GK and actually scout just a little bit, and we can actually go here, actually cancel. I want to make sure I get the right thing select. Select this GK. And I'm going to bring this over just right down the center of this space right about here. Cool. At the same time, we want to now take these two, at least this one and move this over. G, F, we're going to hit the center of this right here and we're going to go over to about right there. Now we still have it going around this piece like it should and it's centered. This is what we want to emulate. We're going to come in here now and just do something like this, we'll bring it out just a little bit. I want to get the same thickness as this piece here, just like that. Okay. So really, that's the biggest thing is doing that. Now let's go in and do a trim Control Z. We want to make sure this is all lining up properly. And you see it's not really lining up. So what I need to do is take this whole piece and move it. So we'll go to the side here. I'm going to scale in right away. I'm going to bring this line right to here. So hit the GK bring it right here. I want this to be lined up properly. This will make it much easier to kind of help us form this so get closer. Just get it right in there where it looks like it needs to go. So it actually is nice and tight. Hit okay. All right, cool. So back out. Now that we've done that, this will be so much easier. I go to the front view here or the side view. Go ahead now and let's go ahead and use the trim and see if that works. So now, not really working too good. That's okay. We could actually select this down. And I think what I'm going to do just to make things a little bit easier is right click escape. Select this for now and just hide it. I don't need this in a way. I want to make sure that I could actually select this right here and bring this back out. And I can bring it there's fine. Okay. So now that I've done that, it should be lining up properly. I could take this one away, delete. Delete. Okay. Let's go back to the front. And now let's try to use the trim to get a nice little area here, which is perfect. That's what we wanted, just like that. Okay, cool. So now that we've gotten this, this makes it much easier, and it's actually already formed here, which is what we wanted. And I need to basically do the same thing on the other side. So we're going to go in here, kind of help us drive this by selecting this piece and going to the center of this piece like that. And then I'm going to hit the Shift D, G, and then F, and I'm going to bring this over here like that. So this is the extension of how far we want to go, okay? So this helps us figure this out. So we're going to take this piece now and we're going to actually move this over like this, going back to the side view. And you see your line here. This is what we want to kind of follow. So we're going to go right to the edge of this. That way, everything's perfectly lined up, porphy. All right, cool. So now we got our shape. So what we need to do now is **** the piece here and this piece here shift, and just do a nice basically fill it. We're going to bring this so it's nice and rounded. And this will help us kind of control this piece. And I'm good with it kind of hanging, that's fine. And I also want to extend that out, but that's fine. Let's just go with this first. All. So we got the shape. I'm going to select this line here with the alt key and make sure we suck the whole thing just like that. Oh. And we're going to pull this out to about right about that's really about the farthest you're going to go. So right about there, maybe 2.5. This just delete this and hit Okay. Here we go. Okay. So that is great. And so now we got this piece here. I kind of want to divide this though because I need this to go upward. So what we can do here is just select this. I'm going to hit the control R, and I'm going to bring this right here, just like that. Cool. Now we can actually set this piece only, not that. And this will help us with this piece here. So all the way through, hit okay. So what we did there is just kind of get rid of that line. We can actually take this and this and delete it. Now we have a nice form which we can use. Now that we've got this, go to the front view here. We can move this up a little bit. The Gi ki I think right about there it's doing fine. That looks good. Then the next part is to connect this piece with that piece, right? So simple thing way to do this is just taken this piece here for, say, o on the move, suck this piece. Zoom out, and now we can suck this piece with the shift and we can hit the Alki Now, if it doesn't work, that's fine. Let's just do this. And we can move this in a little bit. Use the shift key here, at the L. Cancel. Okay, got a little bit of problem there connecting, but that's okay. I think it has to do with this top piece is to be extended. So let's just try that. First extend this like this, it becomes kind of its own thing. Now let's try to select this piece and that piece and see if that works. This piece with the shift key at the L, there we go. And we could say, I'm okay with you one. We can say okay. That's fine. And we could also go back and then select these two pieces. So this is separate from this. Let's do a Q, Q, okay? And the same thing here. Hit this one and this one Q, Q, okay? And now we got a full on piece. Now let's take this off to see what we got and see how this looks. I think that looks really nice. It's holding the piece. We could even take this piece and bring it down just a little bit more. I think actually, that would be you could actually bring it down a little bit and then kind of scale it in a little bit, so we can scale this in just so it doesn't affect that piece. This is kind of a hanging type thing. So I mean, yes, we could have been just a little bit more longer and a little bit less of a circle. So let's try that as a separate option. So this is part two of this. A, so for part two of this or I guess, a little different way to do this, but a little bit more, I think, better control. This is a quick and dirty way to kind of discrete something. But if you really want to have a really nice form, I would suggest using the actual line tool here. And we can just use this to kind of help us. We're going to use the tap key here to kind of help us drive this a little bit better. But I kind of want to, you know, basically, I don't want to use exactly the same line. I want to kind of drive a little bit more of a tighter look and we can go in like this and like this, just like that. And we can do the same thing. I just bring the center key here straight through. That's exactly in center, so that's fine. We can do this mirror and with a mirror, we can actually select the FK, and we can select this point and just go straight up like that. And we can actually just take this piece here just for simplicity, we actually already went in here and did all this, but we can go in here and just kind of select this whole thing right here, and we can actually just do ShiftEx to get rid of that. That's basically starting from scratch, right Okay, so what we can do now is just take this and hide it. And the last part of this would be to take these two pieces here and connect it like that. Okay, cool. So this gives you a nice little, like, more of a pull than a rounded section. However, I do not like this here, which is fine. So just take these two together and now merge them with the Jake. Okay. Once that's done, we can select this point here, and we can go back to the side you right here. This one right here. And I want to hit the cheeki. We're going to bring this up right about there. I want to have a little bit of a nice transition right there. And it looks a lot better. Okay, so hit okay. Okay. So you can actually double click this and it kind of breaks it away from that. That way, whenever you're moving it, it kind of supports that. But one thing I do not like is when this things in the way, it's kind of hard to see what you're doing, so we can hide this. And then we can just go back to the points. Let's go ahead and bring this down a little bit right down the center. I don't want to lose track of that. I want this to be nice and rounded. Okay, cool. I think this is going to look really nice once I get it going. And with that said, let's go ahead now and go back to the object here and hide it. This is, again, the same point, right? So we can simply just use that. So let's go to the side here. Move it. Let's go and pull this out right to that edge again right about I think right about here. Okay. Cool. So now that we've done that, we can actually go back and take a look at this here. I'm going to hide this and this one, hide. Okay. All right. So what I'm going to do to make this simpler is I'm just going to use the line simple as that, bring it across like that. Select the object, use the cutter. This is what we want to do is cut this for now, and that's pretty much it. Now it's cut. All right, so we got both the sauce thing selected now. Let's go on and select this piece here. This piece here, the shift. And then I'm going to hit the actual Oki. Just pull this out just a little bit. 0.3 is a little bit too much. Two is fine. I think oh 24 right there is perfect. This will help us kind of drive this piece upward. Hit Okay. Let's see if this works. Let's go ahead. Okay. Now that we've done this, let me see if I can extrude this out and get rid of the other piece. Yeah, that worked out great. So that went through. Yes, I realize it's a little bit thinner here, but not much we can do about that for now. Anyway, it's not really a fabric program, so we're doing the best we can with what we have. So now let's go and select this piece here, this piece here. Q Q, go to merge those together, hit Okay. Now I'm actually going to hit the GK, I'm going to bring this down a little bit like this. So now what we can do is maybe we can make it this a little bit thicker, possibly. We could try that. So let's go ahead and hit the face selection. And hit the thicken. Let's see if we can bring this out a little bit more. It does work, but the only thing that is a little concerning to me is this piece to that piece, but that's okay. Let's just go with that first and see what we can do here. Now we got these two shapes. I want to take this shape here, first of all, earlier I cut this to make it a little easier. I kind of ruined it. So let's close this off. I'm going to do I think what we do is we'll just suck this whole thing. Shift X. Now we got the whole thing selected. Let's just go back to this piece right here. We're going to cap this thing. So I'm first going to select this one. Shift that one, that one. And this one. And then we use the cap right here. Suppose that, right? Just need to cap it. Okay. Now we can suck this face and we can extrude it downward. Counsel, Extrude. Just like that, right? Okay, so we got this extruded out. Now we're going to use this to help us kind of connect this together as one, okay. So now that we got two of these lines, let's move this over a little bit. I want to take this right here, this piece. Okay, so now we got this selected. Bring this up a little bit, and I'm going to select this piece up here right there in the center. Hit that. Then I'm going to hit the l key to kind of combine them together as one, right? So this becomes like one piece. And that's really kind of what I needed. The only other thing that I would suggest that we do is maybe keep this piece here, but maybe kind of take it away a little bit, as well as this one. So now that we got this, we can control Z, actually. Let me just go back here and do it one more time. L, make sure I hit Okay, just like that. Okay? So let's go ahead and now connect these together. This one, this one, J. All right, great. So we combine those together. Now what we can do is we could actually select this as well. This one. This is the centerpiece. We set this piece here. Again, hit the key twice, okay. Now that became one object. Now what we can do is take this object and this object and combine this as well. Q, Q, that's good sign. It actually combined properly. Now we can do is use these lines to help drive a smoother transition. We got this down. We can actually pull this out. Drive this way down. I want this to be a real smooth transition. I think if I just bring it way down, it almost looks like it combines properly like that. So this is kind of driving this, right? Is it okay. What we can also do is just take this piece here. Let's see if we can bring this down a little bit away from this whole thing. We can do something like that, right about here. I want to kind of drive this into itself. So let's try the opposite way now. So if I pull this out, it kind of forms a nice smooth transition here. It's one form. We can hit Okay. And yeah, I think that looks a lot better. I think we can do a little bit better here as well. We kind of pull this out on the plus. This is kind of helping drive a smoother transition here. Let's try this one as well. You need a little bit smoother. I can't go too far with this one. So about right about there. And let's see if we can do something here. No, that's fine. All right, so again, not 100% perfect, but it's the best we can do with a program like this that's not really a fabric program. Anyway, so we're gonna hit the GK. Kind of move this up a little bit just to kind of give it more of like it's actually holding it into place. And I think we can go with that. So let's go ahead and hide the edges. Yeah, I think that looks really good. Again, we're not going to see too much of this. It looks like it's formed somewhat like it's combined. Can you maybe clean this up a little bit more. So let's go and hit Okay first. I kind of want to let's go back to this. I want to make this a little bit smoother. Another thing we can do here as well, is just kind of like combine these together as one, in a sense, so we can actually go here. I'm going to kind of cut across here. I want to cut across here. I want to see if I can cut this whole thing. I think that would be a lot more helpful if I could do that. I'm going to select this. Use the cutter, select this. Okay. Okay, so that did cut. So that's a good sign. So let's go and select these lines. Let's get rid of these. Delete. This one, delete. Delete that as well. Okay. So what I like to do now that I've done that is go in here, kind of just get rid of this piece right here. Somewhere right about here. I just cut straight across just like that. This is going to be trial and error here. If I go here and I select the cutter, I could cut this piece right down the center here and do something like that. Perfect. Now I can delete that piece, delete because I don't want this to be a problem. I want this piece to solve itself by going into this piece, right? So another way we can do this 15. Create Back Strap tightener: Alright, so we're still missing one piece, which is this back piece. I go to the back side here. Zoom in. And we can go down a little bit and see what we have. I want to get this back piece, this piece right here. So we need to create something like this. This is another plastic piece, you can see, and it has some type of mechanism here. Now you see these things are kind of rotated, like I said. It's going to be kind of hard to do that in this program. But, I just wanted to get you the basics form so you can actually use that to kind of drive this and close their helmet as well. But let's go and create this for now. So we'll get a little bit closer. This is an interesting shape. It's not too big a deal. Just we can just use the actual form here. I'm going to create a line, I think from about right here. I guess we'll go right about there. This will be our center point. And we can actually use this to kind of help us drive this now. I'm going to use the tab key, and I'm going to kind of form this as I go. Again, I'm just trying to make this as nice as I can. This is a part where you can't really see much. I'm just going to go here and kind of just treat what we can here. And this is the part. The problem with some of the stuff, it's really hard to emulate exactly because you don't really have a good form to look at. There's that. Then we can go in here and just mirror this to the side. We can select these two lines now, actually this line, and this line, and we could join those together with your Jake. Okay. And we could make some thickness on this basically. Where did that thing go? Here it is. And we can actually just add both sides and hit the Iki to basically add NA form. You don't need it that thick, something like this. Okay. All right, cool. Now we can actually select this and delete it. This delete it. And we go back to this. We can go over here, and kind of use this to kind of get in position. Okay. So one thing we could tell is that this is kind of like a rotated piece. This is kind of straight. So I think it's a good idea to actually have the form in front of us so we can use that to help us work this. This really needs to have a nice rotated piece. So with that in mind, I'm going to go ahead and create a few more things. Use this. All right, so let's go and do this, this, this tab. Again, like I was saying earlier, these kind of corners you kind of need to have three basic lines to kind of help bring it together. And the longer the curve, the farther you got to pull it from each other. I'm just doing this to kind of give myself a basic shape to work with because again, it's not exactly And there we go. So we have these shapes. Let's just go ahead and now hit the points. And we can just kind of drag the stuff out. There we go. Alright, cool. So again, this is similar to the other side. So we're gonna sluck this and mir it. There we go. So what I'm going to do here is just help myself with a little bit of curvature. So I'm going to select this for now and hide it. I want to use a line here. This will help me drive some of these forms. Let's **** both of these. Hit the Shift D. Now we can actually just hide all the stuff here. H, hide, hide. Actually hide all this, hide. All right. So you'll see that this form is what we kind of want to emulate. So if we take this, we kind of need to form something like this, right? That makes it a lot more complicated. So so now we got the shape. Go ahead and hide this for now. So let's go and hide this here, and I'm actually going to take this and extrude it out. This way we can use this form here to help us with this. So let's go and select this and pull this out like that. Okay. And I'm going to do the same thing with these. I'm going to just first of all, I'm going to actually put holes in this first. So let's go do that. So we're going to get this a little closer like this, and we're going to need to do something similar to what we have here. So let's just try to make this simple on ourselves. We're going to do a shift D here, and then I'm going to scale this down and kind of just bring this in just like that. I'm going to hit the Gikie and bring it over just a little bit, kind of even it out a little bit. And I think that would be fine. Something like that would be great. And then we can actually take this here and extrude it out, just like we did the other piece, right? So we'll go over here somewhere, okay. Now, a couple of things we'd like to do here is we are definitely going to use this to help us with this whole thing. We want this whole thing to be cut with this, but what we can do here is we actually want to make an line just like this to give it another area to help us cut. We're going to do a shift D here. And we're going to bring this down. So basically, we're going to use these two lines to help us create our forms. So let's do that now. So hit the o button, and we're going to go ahead and suck both of these, and we're going to use a cutter here and we're going to use both of these lines just like that. Hit Okay. Cool. So now that it's been done, we can suck these here and just delete. So delete those. And we can also go here and delete this and this. And there we go. Now we got some forms. Now, a couple of things we want to keep in mind is that we want to reduce this, of course. This cannot be as long as that. So we can just take this form here and move it in just like this. And we can hit Okay. And again, we can go back to this view here. We can actually take this one and hide it with the H key. Take this one Hkey, take this one Hkey. And we can also take this and actually do a mirror and do the opposite side and do something like that. Okay, so we got these two. We're going to actually get the G key and bring this back a little bit. This is going to be actually in this object here. I also don't want this as thick as this. I think it's a little too thick. So we can take these two here and just kind of pull it back in a little bit. Something like that would be good. I like that. Alright, cool. Alright, let's continue to build this thing out. All right, so just a couple more things. I think this is still a little too thick. So again, we can select basically this side and this side. And we can just move that in a little bit, give it a little less thickness. Something like that, hit okay. And then we can actually go in and just take and hide the edges. I think that looks nice. All right, so one more thing, we're going to bring in another image here, we're going to import a pend we're going to get a rear image. So I'm going to bring in just dimmer color. I really don't care. Just want to get an idea of what the scene looks like. Because again, it just doesn't really matter. I'm going to control Z this, but I'm going to bring this view like this and just do this again. Import pend Again, we're going to use the rear, bring this in like this. There we go. Okay, cool. Let's go and bring this down a little bit. And you'll see that this is a little bit bigger than that. So we can actually maybe even scale this up a little bit, so we can take a look at trying to scale trying to go with something like that. Okay, cool. Now I can hit the GK, go to move this down a little bit. About right about here. Again, it doesn't have to be exact. We're just going to make it look similar, so it's easier to, you know, add this together. So let's go and take this one and this one. And you notice that these are closer to the end of these things. So let's hit the GK and move this inward. Not all the way, just enough. I'm also going to use the face tool here and kind of bring them a little closer. So they look more like they do in the image just like that. Now we can actually go in and just select this edge here and this edge. We can pull these in a little bit with a chamfer, and that kind of gives the look of what we see here. Gods D. I don't think I want to go that far with it. So let's just go a little bit like about here. I said I don't want to go too far. And we sluck this whole thing like this, like this. And we could use a plus fill Not too much, just like that. Okay, cool. So now we got this wheel that goes inside. We got a piece that gets cut out, right. So kind of keep that in mind. So if you go here, we want to pull out a piece. We want to put this wheel in here, too. So a few things that we have to work out. And it looks like these are all connected. So I'm going to go and do that now. Select the actual object selection. Let's do Q. Okay, there we go. And let's go ahead and go to the front view here. I'm going to go ahead and use this tool here, this flying curve, just like this. And we can also use this on the other side. Opposite side, just like that. Select this. Use the cutter, and we can do this and this hit okay. Okay, cool. So that's been done. Now, I think it would be nice if we just get on top of this like this. And we can use this to kind of cut this piece a little bit. So let's just do that. So we're going to select this. We're going to use the cutter. We're going to use this here. Hit Okay. There we go. So this is going to be a separate section. I'm going to select this again. And I'm going to select this back piece and this piece. Q Q. Cool. This helps us drive like a separation here. So now we suck this, and select this shift key. Es pull this out on the plus. And I think I went like this. I'm just going to do Control C. Okay. And we can do the same thing like this one, this one, and do the same thing. We're going to control B, Control B. So they actually have the exact same amount just like that. Yeah, I think that looks good. I think it also needs to have a rotation on top here. So we can do shift like this and make this nice rounded. Again, it doesn't have to be exact, but it's nice to get as close as we can. Alt pull this up with the plus. With you. I think that looks nice. I'm gonna also put in that wheel. So we're gonna cut into this piece up here. So let's go and select these two lines. Actually, I'm going to take this one and move it a little bit closer, G. Just like this. At ok. This one can be G. Move a little closer. Just like that. All right. So we can actually GK, move it a little bit closer there Mb it a little bit more like that. Actually, I'm going to go to the top view and just use a kind of like a square. I just think it'd be easier just like this. I'm use something like that. I'm also going to use the points here. I'm going to use the BikiPull out a little bit on a plus. There we go. And you can also take this and just extrude it into the space that That's fine. And we can also suck this and scale it. Something like this. Ki, a little bit closer. Yeah, that looks good. I think we can do something with this. So hit okay. So we can select this now and suck this. We can hit the ue ki. Okay. That's basically helping us drive a nice hole there. Now we just need to put the wheel in. So again, it's not going to be exact, but that's okay. I'm going to go in here, go to this front view. I'm going to hit this center here. I'm going to go like, something like this. Again, it's not perfect, but that's okay. It's just dry this this way. You okay. Take this one and delete it. And then we can select these two sections here and kind of pull them out on the plus. Okay, cool. So yeah, that's looking really nice. Now I just got to add in a little bit of this form here. And that's pretty simple to do. Let's go back to the front view here. Just going to select right here in the center. I'm going to kind of pull this out a little bit. It's GK. There we go. And I'm also going to use the extrude. We can pull this through. Just like that. I'm going to get closer to the edge here. Just like that. Okay. So what I could do now is just select these two sections here, this one, this one, pull this out a little bit like that. Then we can select this one, this one, this one, and that one. And we can do this on the plus. Just like that. And same thing here. This one. This one. We can make this kind of smooth. Alright, and we can get this delete. Okay. So I think this will look really nice. So let's go ahead and take this and scale it in a little bit. Perfect. Now we can take this and we can do a radio array on this. So let's go and suck this. Suck the center of this. I'm actually going to bring in quite a bit more. I think something like let's do 24. Cool. All right, so we could have that selected. Shift key, select this one. Deselect this one. Q, Q. Is it okay? There we go. All right, so this is looking really nice. I think the only thing I really need to do is add in a little bit of a cross section here. I think. Again, it's not exact, but that's okay. It won't ever be exact because again, I don't have a blueprint again. So let's just take these two lines here. Shift. Pull this out. There we go. Let's think that look nicer. Then I'm going to also take care of this one I'm working this and this one. This pull this out on a plus. That looks good. I think that looks really cool. I think I'm going to go ahead and go to the top of you here and just kind of add in a piece. So we have these pieces here, right? I'm going to add in a little cut right here. Just like this. Okay. And then we're going to add this little curvature here. B, just like that. Mirror, opposite side, hit Okay. All right. So I'm going to now take this and this, and I'm just going to extrude these down get this closer, bring straight down. Just that, right? I think this is going to make a nice looking model. So is it Okay. We're going to select this one first. This one and this one, and I'm going to hit the and then shift, hit Okay. Now we're going to select this one, delete it. This one, delete. Then we get rid of these pieces. Delete. Delete. Delete. All right. So now that we got this, go and select it and this piece here shifts alt and we'll pull this out. I want to use the same control S. Then we select this one here, and this one here. We can do the same thing here, Control V. Control V. Okay. All right. This gives it some variations. I know I like this kind of little bit of a cut here, but that's okay. If you want to do something different with yours, go for it. Anyway, that's a basic idea of how to create this. You can actually put in a nice logo here if you want. Now if I was going to put something round in there, I would just basically do a rectangle on the center. I would bring this through like this. I would actually go in and take this and make it into points. I would hit the Biki and I would make this nice rounded like this, okay? And I'll do a shift D and then skill I would just make this a little bit wider on this axis here, just like that. And then you could actually take these two, this one and this one and actually GK and bring it outward like this, right? And then you can just select this face here just like this and we can extrude into the space. As soon as it gets in there like that, okay. And then we can actually just take this and this and hit Q. There we go. And then we can go back in here. Suck this outer one and inner one, and make this nice and smooth. Just like that. There we go. We can delete this, delete this. Yeah, there we go. Nice little area to put a name, but if you want to put there. Again, it's not exact, but it's close. I think it looks nice. Alright, so we got this part now created, and that's wrapping this whole thing up. Okay, so now that we made this back piece it looks really nice, we're going to go ahead and add in a little bit more detail. I want to make sure that I actually fix this back piece a little bit first. And I'm going to hit the basic shift, and I'm going to hit now the shift alt. Hit these two pieces. I want to get the back side. I already did the front side, but let's go ahead and pull this out a little bit. I go opposite with a hamper. I'm gonna go a little bit like this. Maybe a little bit less. I go with something like this. Hit okay. All right. So now we can actually select these. Shift, this one, this one. This one. This one and this one. And we can pull this in a little bit with a plus. Good with that, hit okay. Yeah, I think that looks wonderful. Now, let's sing go ahead and bring in the rest of the helmet and we can actually unhide. And we can take this piece and move it. Before I do all that, let's just do one more thing. Select all this on these objects selection mode. Alright, hide all this stuff. Yeah, we got quite a few objects here, which is really cool. You can see how we just take pieces and pieces adding to this and before you know it, you've got a full helmet. A couple of things here to note is that I'm also missing all this stuff, which is fine. Let's take this and put it into play. Here we go. And this is the piece that I want to make sure we work on. So let's go to hit the Gi ki, move this inward like this. And I'm going to go to the front here and I'm going to move this inward. Now, you notice it's a little bit too big for this. So I'm going to actually hit the SS twice. Actually one more time. Just like that. I'm also going to hit the GK and move it inward a little bit. I want to get past this edge here. I bring this down a little bit more. So it looks like it belongs. I kind of like this whole thing. I think it's just a little bit. I'm going to scalt down just a smidgen. Just like that. I wanted to get away from that edge there. Oops, Jos. Yeah, I think this looks really cool. I could even move this down a little bit more. So G. I think we're going to bring it down like that. And we can pull it down a little. We don't want to go into that, really. Just like this. Okay. Alright, I think that is very cool. It has a nice strap inside. There's a piece that goes in here, too, but I don't know what that even looks like without seeing a picture. 16. Additional Cleanup and Exporting: Right now are small things. I want to make sure I capture everything here. So we got this little edge here. I want to make sure that we actually get this nice and smooth. So I'm going to select this. I'm also going to select this here with the Shift Alt here, and then I'm going to do the other side as well. So I'll get all four sides right there, shiftlt. And again, shift. Look at these here. And this one. So it's actually four sides. And then the four sides. So let's make sure we get this one too, shift don't, and shift. Okay. So I'm going to hit the Biki and we're going to pull this out. So we're going to do this on the plus. Not the negative but the plus. Just like that, 0.0 002. That's good. This will give us a nice little separation there or a nice edge. A right. Very cool. I think this came out really nice. Alright, so I thought I'd show a couple more tricks to kind of make your object look even better. So a few things we can do to make it stand out even more professionally would be to fix the strap a little bit. And basically, what I want to do is just kind of basically keep this object here and basically hide everything else and of course keep the strap on one side. So let's go and do that. Let's select this here and hide it. Hide all this. Except for this one. And we can also hide all this stuff. We could also hide all this, but this one, of course. So go ahead and hide all that. Just to get out of your way. I had this. And what we can do here is kind of just use the form to help us, you know, create the strap better. So one thing we can do is, I'd like to keep the strap here just for a minute because I want to kind of use this form here to help me out here. So I've got this line here, right? I could use this to create the exact placement of this as well as this one. So with that said, I'm going to select both lines. I'm also going to select this line over here because I want to get this whole thing. And this will help me drive a better connection here. So with that said, we're going to do a shift D. This is like some tricks you can do to kind of really, you know, discrete a better looking object. And now that we have this, we can actually go here and kind of, you know, get to the side here and kind of figure out how long this thing should be. So at this moment, we can actually go in and select the object. We just actually escape for a second here. We can actually hide this now. Hide that, right? And we can also hide this one. And this gives us our line, right? This line is what can drive a nice form. So if we go to the side here, we can get this line here and kind of just go right near the edge of this piece. I want to get on this curve here, and I want to just be a little bit off of that. So again, get real close. I'm just going to put a point there. All right. I'm going to bring this up. I'm going to do the same thing over here. And I'm going to bring this real close to this edge here. So something like doesn't have to be perfect. I just be close. If you use the control key, help us. Actually, might be better if I zoom out a little bit. Right about there. Okay. So what we can do here is basically select this line, and we can use this line to help cut it. So let's go in and do an F key I already have this setup here for Cut Curve. If you don't have that, just do a search for cut curve and you'll find it. I always put my favorites in there. You could actually right click. After you get it, you can actual add it to this, favorites. So I'm going to use the Cut curve then I'm going to select this line right here and then I'm going to hit this. Now, what that did is, is separated out this line and this line. Even though that's not what I wanted. So these two lines still need to be connected, join them. So here. Okay. So let's go back to the side. I'm going to do the same thing on this one now. And this will help us drive a nice form perfectly basically the same size as the other strap. So let's get as close as we can on this here. I'm going to go about Maybe zoom out a little bit. There we go. I could just a little bit bigger. That's fine. Zoom out till I see the other part. And again, I'm gonna bring it down here. I'm hoping that I could just get this real close to this. Maybe zoom in a little bit more. Now, if it starts becoming a problem, you can just move away a little bit. If you don't want enable snapping, I want to make sure it snaps to this list of thing. So let's just do right here. Okay, cool. Right click. Now we can actually go back in. See, this is not touching, so that's kind of a problem, but that's okay. So select this line first, and let's just worry about this one right now. So again, FK, cut curve, select this line, hit Okay. And that's basically now created this nice curve or cut section. This is exactly what we need for the build out of this form. And then now we can actually work on this one. So let's go ahead and see that thing's connected for some reason, but that's right. So I'm not going to worry about this line right now. I'm going to start over just so I can make sure I get this piece here. Okay. So let's go ahead and again, slop the line get real close here like this. Bring it out just like that. See, now it's actually touching. And I can use this to it. It doesn't have to be exact. But it helps to make sure that I want to right click Virsus and get rid of this line, let's delete this, start over. I just want to kit close to this line. See the problem is when this was touching, it actually has a straight line, and it falls away from this. So if I start from here first, I have a much better chance of catching it. Let's just do this for now. Okay. Cool. So let's select this. You get FK, cut curve. We're going to select this one. I'm going to try to select both of these shift and hit Okay. There we go. So now we got two lines. So now we can select this one here, delete it. Select this one here, delete, and this one delete. And we can see that we have our lines perfect so **** this one, delete it. And this one, delete. All right, so this is your two forms. So we're going to take these two lines. We're just going to hit the l key. So we have our form. Perfect. And now we kind of are following the actual helmet inside. Now, what we can do here, is we want to make it as thick as this, basically. So if we sluck this ace, first of all, hit okay. If we suck this face, we can actually use the thick end tool, and we're going to create the same thickness as what we have here, but we're going to go outward. Kind of like kind of like that, it's fine. It's about the same thickness. Perfect. Alright, so that's one. Now what we can do here is go ahead and select this whole section right here. So to do that for ok. And we're going to select with a face tool here. We're just going to select the sole piece. And we're going to actually do Shift X to delete that, as well as these two pieces here, shift. Thanks. So now we have this form. Now, it's kind of hard to see because it's black. So I recommend kind of changing the color, so we can do that by just hitting the MK and we can change it back to the standard white color. This and do this. For some reason, it got messed up a little bit here. So we can fix that. Let's just sluck the edges here, and we're going to actually add edge here and here. Just like that. And then we can suck all these pieces here and hit the patch just like that. Hit okay. And same thing on top. So we're going to go here with the top piece over here. And then we can suck this piece, this one, this one, and this one, again, cap. That did not work, so I cancel. Let's just get a little closer and see what's going on here. To redo this so we can actually select this and delete it because we already got a form there. Let's go ahead and use the side here to do this one first. I think that would be better. All right, so let's go ahead and go from here to here. Now we select this piece here. This piece, this piece, again, cap. Cool. Now we got that done, we can hit Okay. And down to the top piece. So first of all, let's go ahead and select this. The problem is to make sure everything here is connected. Looks like it is, so I think we're okay. Okay, so it's connected that saves us a hassle. Let's get rid of this blue line. Dlte it. Now let's just slick all these pieces like that. And we're gonna actually hit the patch tool again, right here. And we're gonna hit Okay. Okay, so now that we've done that, we're going to go back here and we got to make sure that we attach everything back together again. So let's go and select these. And we're going to actually hit the QK twice, and we're gonna hit okay. Now it's one piece, and it's exactly what we needed. So another thing we can do here is just to add in a nice little, like, a meant to be type, you know, plug, basically, something that holds it in place. So this would actually help add to the realism. So let's just go and select this and kind of bring this out just a little bit. I don't want to really thick. It has to be very thin here. So now that I've done that, we can select the line here, select this and pull this out on the plus. I'm going to make this nice and smooth. And there we go. And what we can also do here is just kind of take this we can move it out of the way a little bit. And I'm going to use the VK here just to kind of get this lined up properly. I'm bring this out straight. The V ki helps you kind of, like, just get the right axis instead of using the exactly X, Y, and Z. So we can select this now and just delete this piece. And I'm actually going to get the back of this piece. So to do that, I just want to get in there a little bit, hit the face here, right there. I'm gonna pull this in. And with that in, that helps us, you know, basically cut into the space. And this will actually help us form this little bit better, even. Again, it depends what you're going to show your stuff. But if you're going to show the straps and this area here and a transition, then that's great. This is a good way to do it. But if you're never going to show this and you're going to have a head on here, then don't even build it. It's not worth the time. But if you're selling an object to make it more realistic for someone to purchase, then this makes sense to go and do everything because you don't know what they're going to use it for. So we got this object selected and this one. So we're going to hit the QQ, and this time, we're going to keep tool. Okay, there we go. And then we can actually just get the fabric right here and we're going to select this edge. Right there. Pull this out, and I'm just going to pull just a little bit, just to give it some space. I didn't even go with a plus to kind of make it more rounded, like it's a fabric. There we go. Now it looks like it's indented into the space, and this will have a different texture, so it will stand out in the helmet. Alright, so that's how you create a form to exactly fit your helmet. So that's one. We're gonna miror this to the side as well. So okay, let's go ahead and continue. So now that we've gotten that, we're going to do the same thing. I'm gonna hide everything but those two objects. So let's do this again. It's going to hit okay with the fill it. Alright, so let's go suck this. We're gonna hide this, hide all this. Again, hide this, this, this. We can even hide all this. We don't really care about any of this piece right here. Okay. So now. To work this, the same magic, we're going to do the same thing. We're going to kind of pull it back to probably about here and then just kind of form it. So that way, it kind of really comes together nicely. So again, we're going to select the line. Now, we could have kept the line from earlier, but I decided delete it. So that was my mistake. But that's another option just keeping the lines so you can keep going over and over again. Alright, so I'm going to hit the Shift D again, just like that. And now I made object. See, when it comes out with this axis, that means you actually have an object here. Okay. Now we actually go here, select this and hide it. This, hide it. And now we got our lines. This will be so much easier now. So let's go ahead and select this line. I want to get to the side here, kind of, not that side. I think I want this side here, right here. This is more toward that same axis. All right, so select the line. Again, we're going to cut it. So we want to make sure we're actually on it. Go a little bit more. Again, we could just do a small. For this one, we're just going to kind of just put a small line right there. That's it. Just like that, okay? And we do the same thing on this side. And what we're doing here is just giving ourselves a little bit of space. Now, it could be a little bit longer than the other side. This is fine. And now that we have this, let's select this, and we're going to hit the F key again, curve. We're going to select this line. Hit the shift key hit this line, and hit Okay. Now we have a separate object. Perfect. That's exactly what we needed. So let's delete this piece. And this little piece here. Okay. So let's go back down to this one and do the same thing. Just a quick line. Right there. And I think that works out really good. Right click. Again here. Same thing. Just got to get on the line. I see right about there. Just like this. Alright, select the line. F key, cut curve, sect this line. Now, if it doesn't cut, then there's something wrong. This means that we're not touching the actual line. And if that happens, you got to go back just kind of just adjust. I hope that gives you some understanding. So let's go select those, delete those. Now, we select this line, delete it. Set this line, delete it. Cause now that's really it. And this line, delete it. Okay, cool. So now that we've done that, we could actually select these two lines. This one, this one. We're going to hit the l kia loft. Perfect. And, of course, it's not the same as this one. We want to make it the same thickness again like we talked about before. So select the face. And we're going to pull it outward. So again, hit the thicken, and we're going to bring this outward. So about the same thickness, okay? A Let's about right about there. I think that looks good. Might be a little thicker, but that's okay. All right, so we've done that, it okay. Now, let's go ahead and select this line. We can delete this one, this one. That one. Okay. So we got that. I kind of want to select this piece here and just delete it. We don't need that anymore. We got the same thing over here. We got a piece right there, right? We got to get rid of it. It makes a copy for some reason. I don't know why it does that, but anyway, we want to make sure we get rid of that so it doesn't stand out. Okay, so we've got this curve now, and it looks like it's wider here, but it's really not. It's just the way it perspective is. So let's go ahead and select some of these sections here. I'm gonna go all the way down just like we did last time. And kind of sled all that. Shift X to delete it. And we're going to slap this shift X. Same with this. Shift X. Okay, and then we can go back here. Shift dx. Shiftx. Okay, now we're going have to fix this as well, which is fine. So let's go select the side here. We're gonna do one here, one here. Now we can actually select the lions. This one. This one, this one, patch, right here, it okay? Now we go to select this line, delays it while we're here. Now, if this is separate, it's together, so it's good. Same thing here. Select this line, this line. Okay, go back to lines. So the one we just created, and select all these and patch it. Okay. Okay. And in the top. Again, we just delete this. Select this one. T one, this one, and this one, now this patch this. What this does, it makes it into a solid. See, now it's a solid. Perfect. Now we can select this piece and the one we just created, which is right here, this piece. And we could hit the key, just like that. Very cool. So it helps really make a nice form, and it looks like it belongs. You can also get rid of Okay. Suck this here and delete that. And now we can just create or actually use these to combine them. Hit the Q twice. Okay. There we go. So now we got our nice forms, and we could do the same thing we did here. So this is the outside. So we're going to immolate this easy way to do that is just I'm just going to use the same shape, pretty much, and we're going to wing it kind of so I'm going to go to the center, bring this out about there. Maybe a little bit bigger. So scale it like that. Okay. Actually, I'm just going to delete this. I'm gonna start this again. Do here and about right about there. I should have kept the size as I did last time. I can go back to my recording to figure out that, but for now, I'm just going to ing it. I go and take this. Again, control Z. We want to make sure we have this selected. So we can actually hide this solid. So let's do that. And we can select this. And we can extrude with Iki and bring it out a little bit like we did last time. We can bring it out just a little bit more because this way I can cut into it. Top is gonna be the same. I just got to bring it closer. I like this. All right, cool. And then we can actually basically bring this back out. Select this line and delete it. You can bring this object down in, so hit G, and we're going to hit the V again like we talked about earlier. This way, you can go straight into the space. Just like that. All right, cool. Now we suck this, suck this, hit the Q, keep toll, hit this. And we do the same thing here. We're going to select this line. Pull this out on the plus. Just like that. Okay. Okay. So if it's sticking out too far, which this one is a little bit less, we can actually just go back in and kind of just maneuver this back into space here. And this way it looks more flat, right? It'd be okay. We want to make it look smooth, whatever we do, and it might look a little bit bigger, but that's okay. It'd be good to get the right size next time. So for this tutorial, hopefully that helps. All right. One thing I do not like, though, I do not like this piece kind of sticking out here. And to fix that, we can actually just use a line here and just kind of form it here like this. We can take this now and just cut it with the cutter. And we can get rid of this piece here. I just will look nicer this way. Okay. And it looks like it's more of a flat piece on top, like it should be. Okay. So let's see what we got. You know, it'd been easier if I just grouped all these. Actually, we could just do a sect one, you can go all the way down. And just locked it. There we go. Yeah, that looks way better as a strap. It looks like it forms properly. It follows the edge, and it sinks in. So what we can do here is we could do the same thing. Select these two here. We can delete these for now. You can go here and suck both of these, and we can suck these buttons. These two here, go back to the front view, mirror this. Opposite side. Yeah, there we go. So now, it's all looking good. So that looks way more professional. And we can actually and hide lines here. And yeah, that looks really nice. I'd almost also suggest that we kind of move this piece a little bit. This is just a little type of things to do at the end, just to make it look that much better. Just to clean up everything so it actually looks like it all belongs. Okay, so this is sticking out a little bit too much. I can skill this down just a smidgen, it it twice. Just kind of bring it down a little bit. That's fine. Alright, so I thought I'd talk a little bit about a few things that I think need a little bit more attention toward. For the finalization of this video, I'm actually thinking about adding a little bit more of thickness to the straps themselves. When I rendered it and actually animated it, it just seemed too thin to me. And when I was at certain angles, it would just kind of disappear. So I just think we need a little bit more thickness to make this look a little bit better. So I'm going to spend a few minutes on that. And to do that, we can actually everything else but that, and I think we'll just do one side, really. I think that should satisfy. And then we can just mirror it to the other side. So for now, let's work on this. We have this object here, which is fine. And I'm thinking, you're not going to really see anything going in here, so it would be most beneficial to probably thicken this here. So let's focus on these two pieces first because I think that would be okay to tackle the actual outside. And to do that, we just need to select these sections here. And what I could do here too is just go ahead and hide this for now. This is going to be I'm just gonna call this um strap supports, something like that, support. And we're going to enter. Now we can just hide this piece, okay? So, yeah. So again, we're going to go back to face, not the object itself, and we're just going to select these specific ones. And again, our goal here is just to add a little bit more thickness to this, just to kind of make it stand out a little bit more. Because again, when I animated it, it just seemed a little bit too thin. It's going to do that. Let's continue to select. All right, so that's it for that side. Now, I'm going to go ahead and pull this out on this side here just a little bit more like 0.00 almost four. I'm going to do Control C here. I think that should do it because this definitely looks a lot thicker. If I unhide this now, it still looks like it belongs, but it does look a lot thicker. I just think that looks better. I'll do the same thing on this side as well. So again, you set the object itself and hide it. And we'll go this side this time, face. So su this one, hit the Shift key. Let's continue. We could actually set the line here, show edges because this way, you could just make sure we get everything here. So again, hit Shift key. Let's just do each of these. Go every other one. Just kind of make sure we get everything. We got to kind of stay away from that edge there. Yeah, I think that's good right there. And again, I just see how it looks a lot better. So let's just pull this out a little bit more. We can just type that in or copy it at Control V and hit Okay. Yeah, that looks a lot better. So right, so that looks better, and I think we just need to add a few more things. So that's done. Now, one more thing here you notice is that. Alright, so why don't we just try to solve it another way? So let's go and hide that part again, this one. And let's take a look at this. What can we do here? It's like it's almost better if we could kind of pull it inward. So let's try that. Let's just select this one and this one. I'm going to try to hit the Giki and move it inward. I scale it down a little bit. Just a little bit. There we go. Yeah, that looks better. See, now it's actually still in here, which is fine. It has some thickness to it. Let's just take away the lines real quick here to see what this looks like. Yeah, it still looks really good. I'm good with that. Still has a piece here kind of on the backside. I think that looks a lot better. The thickness here compared to this. So let's tackle that next. Alright, so it, okay. So what we need to do now is this one. So let's go and hide everything else. Select these and hide them. Hide this. And we kind of want to, again, just the problem is, this is really tight right here. So it will encroach. But again, see how thin that is. I definitely needs a little bit of work here. I'm almost siking about putting it on the backside because you're never going to see that really. Let's try this. I'm going to go ahead and select the face here. Suck all the way through going with the shift keys Make sure we get everything and continue. We're gonna go all the way around. And I'm at the point where I want to think about this right here. So this kind of goes around. I think we're going to stick with that for now. Yeah, maybe I'll go a little bit farther up. I think I want to go to the edge there. So here, here, here, here, here, here. And right there, and one more. Right there. This way, you can't really see that change. Okay, let's go ahead and try to make this a little bit bigger now. I'm gonna pull this out. I think that definitely looks thicker. Now, see if it goes too far, it's not going to work. Go something like that. Let's go with that and see how that looks. See here if we can go and see what this looks like. Et's hide this again. This one hide, just like that. And I think I think this looks a lot better. It's thicker. It actually has more depth to it. This is much thinner. Might not look like a lot, but when you're rendering something, it just looks paper thin. Right here. It looks really thin here. Hard to tell, but this is definitely thicker now. All right. Let me hide these are strap pieces. I definitely is thicker. I think it's going to stand out more. We could actually hide this again. I got a few extra objects here I got to hide. Alright, cool. So let's go ahead and fix this now. We've already replaced the actual part, which is this one. So let's get rid of this one, this one. This one, this one. We just delete those, so delete them. Cool. And we can now take this one, this one, and this one. And again, let's go back to the front view. Let's go ahead and do a mirror. And we're going to do the opposite side, just like that. Cool. Now we are going to need another piece. We need that piece that goes around here. So this one is the other piece. So again, let's go ahead and hit mirror. Opposite side. Hit okay. All right, cool. Now, let's go ahead and hide everything. I think that's it for this. L et's just do this. This shift. Let me do this. All right. Let this unhid. I think this is it. Alright, so that is it for the helmet. I hope you enjoyed the video, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to write to me or send me some information on some of your questions that you might have. I'd be glad to answer anything I can. And again, please take all your work and upload it to the gallery so we can all see your wonderful objects that you have created. And yeah, let's keep this going. All right. Thanks for joining me. Take care. Bye. I think I'm good with this. I don't want to do anything else. Okay, I got the position of the spatter now, so it looks right. And again, someone's going to put their helmet on. So will be kind of in the background. Straps look a lot better. So next part is to export. And depending on what you're doing, of course, if you're exporting this as a game asset, then you really want to kind of be cautious on your amount of pools that you send over. And I recommend that you kind of, you know, just kind of reduce a lot of the excess However, I'm doing this production shot type model. I'm going to actually hide this one too. I don't need this one. Since we got this form, I want to make sure these forms come together. I don't I'm not making this a game asset. But if you did, you can watch a couple of my other tutorials that I have out there that show the way to do that. But for now, I'm just going to show you how to create this and export it. Select all these and now we got all these objects selected. Make sure we have everything. Level two. Okay, what we do is just turn this on. We see if we got everything. See, these are hidden, right? So I want to make sure that I hide all these. So select them on Shift key, and we can select the I. Now these are all showing. So I could capture all these, these diodes, basically. Alright, let's do this again. So select all this. Alright, so now we got everything selected. You don't want to we can always go backwards, but I prefer not to. So we got these cells selected. And we're going to go now to the top here and click on this. We're going to export. Now, there's different ways to do this in different programs, but if you just want to make this into OB JFle which can go into any other program, then that would be the way to export. If you're going an actual blender, you can actually um, set it up, so it actually can go in and out real simply. But I actually prefer just to export it. And then that way, I could use it anywhere and do anything I want it with any program. It is easier for me personally. So that's my preference, but other people might have a different preference, of course. So let's go into Export. And I got it as the new Hud helmet OBJ. And I'm good with that. So I'm going to save this out. Now, it automatically comes out with tries. So like I said, if you're doing a game asset, you want to do tries, and, you know, this would be pretty heavy. And, you know, if you were to make this game asset, too, I would not add as many of these edges. I'd do more chamfers than I would nice, you know, smooth forms, like fillets because they add a lot more detail, of course, but, you know, if you're making a game asset, you want to kind of reduce all that stuff. Anyway, this is not going to be a game asset, so I'm not really worried about that. So I'm going to go to the gons. This is my favorite way to go. Again, it treats nice form. It reduces a lot of the faces, and at the end of the day, it just looks nice. So I'm going to go ahead and I always go to one on this. That's just my preference. I stick to one. And then I kind of look back and see what I got, and I want to look at these corners where we have a lot of detail. And if the corners look really choppy, then we need to add more detail. See now at one, it looks really, really a lot of faces, and you get a lot more of a curvature, right? So again, if you're not concerned about your amount of faces and you have a computer that's decent, this is fine. But if you're not, you could always reduce this down. I personally go with the min width, and I kind of change this down. I bring it there first. Even though I have this at one, I bring this to like I start working this at like 0.01. Work my way. It depends on your size of your file. If things really scaled up, this number would go pretty aggressive. I just like I said, depends on what you're doing. So this kind of gives it a nice little form. And another thing I'll do is midmax. I would also click on this. And at one, it creates a lot bigger blocks. And for this one, because the size of the helmet, it's actually causing it to be not as blocky as I'd like it to be. So if I do three here, and I go back Okay, so I kind of unclicked a few things here just to make it a little bit better. These things I don't really need. These ones that I unselected. And I will bring this in. I like to use this as well. So if I click on that, it normally gives me a nice block between each section. If we go to quads, it completely changes everything, but I'm going to go with guns. And again, I want to make sure I have a nice form here. These are kind of blocky. It's definitely not enough detail. So what I can do here is good with like 0.1. See how this looks. That brings a little bit closer, maybe 0.1. Something like this would be good. It's still thinking. There we go. That gives you a lot more detail to work with. I still want more of a curvature. I want to add in, see how squared off this is. I don't want that. Again, if it was something that was concerned about, then I might do that, but I'm not worried about the amount of detail from my project here. I'm going to bring this up a little bit. Let's go ahead and go with I'm going to go with 0.00. I'm going to delete this and make this like a three. Let's try this out. Be careful with this because if you go too far, you could stop your system completely, and you might have to start over again on part of it. So just save before you start doing this kind of stuff. Okay, so it in a little bit more detail and still not really giving me that curvature that I want. I think this is still too high. I'm gonna go with like five. Again, you got to kind of just test as you go. Okay, I think that looks better. I don't want too many polars. So we're going to go with this and we're going to go with, like, one, see how this looks. And yeah, there we go. Starting to get nice rounded effect here. Still have some areas that are a little bit, you know. This area, again, I didn't use I could tell that I didn't do a good job on this, so I would want to go back. So I'm going to just cancel for right now. I want to make sure I add in a nice edge here. So this helps you kind of determine where you're working on stuff, too, what you've got to fix still. So let's go and set these edges, both sides, shift alt. We're just going to pull this out a little bit. I'm just going to give it a nice little edge. Not too much, but right about there, and hit okay. So now that I done that this will look much better. So yeah, not the lines, but faces. So again, go back here. We're going to go back to Export, and we'll keep the same name, we'll get a little closer to this. And it really kept pretty much everything that I had. See now it actually has a nice little edge here. Not a lot, but it's just a nice little edge. And again, if you want to add more of an edge, you can do that. I'm just trying to see if I want to add a little bit more detail or not. These are kind of blocky a little bit. I might add just a little bit more. So to do that, I would probably go with delete this and just do zero again and this time, half of that. So it's going to be double the amount and then tab. And now I'll start thinking. This will give us a lot more detail on these edges. Yet, it looks a lot better. And again, you got to kind of style this end the best you can. Yeah, I think that looks a lot better. Alright, cool. So I'm good with this. So now I got all this setup. You can look at my settings here. If you made the helmet the same size, then that's great. If not, then, like I said, you have to either scalt up or skel it down. Alright, so sit okay. And that exported everything out for you. Once it becomes solid again, that means it's completed. And that's pretty much it. So okay, that's it for this class, and hope you enjoyed it. Alright, so that's pretty much it for what we're going to be learning in this class. And one thing, if you could please, you know, every time you get, something completed, just put it in your gallery so we can see the images of what you created. For instance, the helmet would be great to see that. The brake light would be awesome and these back pieces as well and the straps and the lid would be great. So if you can add those to your gallery to show the work you've done, that would be awesome, and that's what's required for this class. Alright, Thank you. Thanks for joining me. Bye.
