About This Class
In this short course, I am going to teach you how to prepare a home-made chicken roulade. It is made of only organic components without any preservatives, it takes less that one hour to prepare it and can be a nice and tasty addition to your holiday table or just for your daily home eating.
I am a professional cook myself in the third generation, and have supplied home made traditional Tatar and Russian dishes to many festive events and celebrations, I was also responsible for catering of some business events. But what I found most enjoying was cooking for my family and loved ones.
I hope you will enjoy the course and your family will enjoy the delicious chicken roulade that you will prepare.
