1. Introduction: Hi there. My name is Gold. Gina and I have been passionate about cooking since my childhood. I come from the city of Kazan in Russia, the city known for its multi ethnic community, where Russians and Tatars have lived together for several centuries. Since I have grown up in such a culturally rich environment and since I was a professional cook myself in the past, I am very well aware of various Russian in Tatar National dish is probably you have heard about Russian Porsche Slomka Olivier air salad and Tatar triangles, custom way blesh and so on. In this short course, I am going to teach you how to prepare a homemade chicken roulade. It is made of Onley organic components without any preservatives. It takes only one hour to prepare it and can be a nice and tasty addition to your holiday table or just for your daily home eating. I hope you will enjoy the course and your family will enjoy the delicious chicken roulade that you will prepare 2. Cutting chicken legs and breasts: So in this video we're going to make to chicken Rolaids with different fillings, one with cheese and the other with dried prunes. You will need to chicken legs and two chicken breasts, 200 grams of Dutch cheese, 200 grams of prunes and some spices. I prefer to use various kinds of pepper, the Solich, paprika and garlic. You will also need thin sheets of plastic wrap for food. Basically, that's all you will need. As you can see, it is going to be very affordable yet pretty tasty dish. The first thing we should do is cut the chicken breast into small pieces. You can slice it first, then cut it into cubes shaped pieces. - Now let's continue with chicken legs. It will be more difficult and will probably require you to work with your hands more. You may ask, Why don't we just take only breast me instead of legs? Well, as you have probably guessed, legs have quite a lot of sin news and ligaments that will help keep our relied together in one piece. - So cut the meat from the legs into small pieces and put it next to the breast meat 3. Blending chicken breast: After you have cut the meat into pieces, put the meat from the breast into the bulls and mash it with a blender. Do not mash the leg meat. - After you have completed with mashing the breast meat, we can go on to the next step of mixing the meat together. 4. Mixing meat together. Adding spices.: so mixed the leg meat and the breast meat together until it becomes homogeneous. Now you can use the spices I am using still pepper, systolic and paprika here. 5. Mixing and Beating.: now mix the me again by pressing and beating it with your hands. - You can wash your hands with cold water from time to time so that the meat doesn't stick to your fingers after you feel that the meat is ready, divided into two equal parts, since we're going to have to or lads. 6. Adding cheese and prunes.: Now we're ready to cut the main feelings, which are cheese and dry proves. Let's cut the cheese first again again. Cut it into small cubes shaped pieces you can use which ever cheese you like, but I prefer ordinary Dutch cheese. Put the cheese pieces onto the first part of the meat. - Now cut the prunes into small pieces, just like you did with the cheese. Put the prune pieces onto the meat. - Now you need to mix the meat with the cheese and prune feelings again. Don't forget to wash your hands with water so that the meat doesn't stick to your fingers. - Mix the next meet with the prudence. 7. Rolling into plastic bags.: So let's take the plastic wrap and roll it onto the table. Put one pile of meat onto the rap, make it look like a Roland and start to wrap the relied. Then roll the relied onto the surface of the table while holding the two ends of plastic wrap. Let's make small knots on the two ends of the relied. I suggest to put the relied inside another sheet of plastic wrap, because when you will be boiling it, the rat may tear apart and your meat will flow into the water. - So the first chicken relied is ready. Let's continue with the second cheese relied. Put me onto the plastic wrap. Make the needed shape of a relied rolled over relied on the table. Don't forget to make small knots on the ends of the relied and again put the rule, uh, inside the second sheet of plastic wrap to secure the meat properly. 8. Boiling chicken roulade.: now put the rule odds into the casserole with boiling water and boil them for half an hour . When the her lad's air ready, take them out of the casserole and let them cool down a little bit. After there were lad's reach, room temperature, they're ready to eat. They can also be stored in the fridge for a couple of days without losing the taste. I hope you enjoyed the short course and I wish you bono petite.
