1. Intro: Holiday cards are
a reflection of your sentiments during
the holiday season, and often make family
and friends feel better. You can make someone smile with a heartfelt message or
a funny photograph. They can't get anywhere else. Let's make your friends
and family more special. This ear, by making
handmade God's. My name is Mohit Center and I'm an acrylic artists based India. So here we will be creating for beautiful Christmas cards, which you can easily create and gifted
to your loved ones. So let's start with this Christmas magic of
creating beautiful gods.
2. Materials Required: So let's discuss about the materials which will be needing for making these cards. So fosters this envelop
and discard shapes. Brushes, synthetic,
and Bristol brushes. These are paid through
colors which I'm using here, apart from this end, then the ballot tissue paper and this container,
water container. Then this decode transfer. After that, this bunch. And finally this one. So let's start with creating these beautiful
cards for Christmas.
3. First Card Painting: Hello all. So let's start
with a first-class. Let's first talk
about the materials. So this is the sheet which
I'm using it as of 6 ". This is the transfer page. The code runs per page. And these are the colors
that is lavender and beach. This is from rostral
and white color. And this flat
brush, this sponge. And then the masking
tape to tape it around. And this palette, apart
from that one more color, we will be using that as gray. So these all up is two shades, which I'm using
from Bruce, true. Let's first taper down. So this is, I'm just
taping it all around. So that gives a nice
border to the paint, which we will be doing here. So this is like a
mixed media painting. You can save your, we will be doing the
background with acrylic color. And with the Deco,
transfer page, you will be transferring
that flowerpot. So this is the whole scenario. Let's first tape
it down properly. So if you're not having
these basic shapes, you can always make it from
your own acrylic colors. So what I'm doing is
I'm just taping it, but equal level of
that masking tape. And just making the border
of this whole sheet. This is actually, oh God. So now let's start
with the painting. So let's take out the colors. That is lavender, white, beach, and one more color. We'll be using that as for zoo, or you can say gray color. So this is the
fossil color which is written and rostral part
is actually gray color. Let's start with the
background painting. So for the background painting, I'll be using this for the
middle line for the table pad. So I'm just pasting that
masking tape in-between. So now we'll start with the painting with
the same flat brush. I'll just dip the flat brush in water and remove extra water. And we'll take the
colors was little bit of white and black window
and just mixing it. And we'll apply it on the top. And from the top. As we'll go down, we'll move towards
the peach color. Stop lying. You can see
how much water I've taken. It's very little amount and I'm just taking take amount of color and I'm just
applying in the background. Now as we go down, we'll be adding little bit
of this peach color as well, so that the color
changes gradually. We can see I'm just adding white and beach
as I'm going down. Now adding more amount
of peach and white. And just applying one layer and also blending
both the colors. So you can only blend the colors when both
the colors are wet. If the above color has dried up, then again, apply one layer
of color and then blend it. So this is the technique
which we do in acrylics. You can also use
your oil paints, but don't use gouache
colors because when you apply that
deco transfer, the colors will come out. So it's better to use. Acrylic colors or oil colors. So once we are done
with the top part, now we will start
with the lower part. So now you can see
I'm just redoing that background so that
it becomes quite opaque. And finishing is also nice. So now we'll start
with the lower part. The lower part will
be completely white. So before that will just
take out that tape. Or we can do without
taking out that tape, just applying that pure
white color to the bottom. But now once we are done with the border sheets, that is the background
and the foreground. Now let's take out
that tape slowly. Just very slowly
you need to take out that day because
that John says that if the papers tend their chances
that paper can come out so better take 300
plus GSM paper, then only you will be able to
take out that paper nicely. So don't take thin paper. Otherwise, that texture
will not come up. And John says that the paint can be transferred on the
other side of the paper also. So better use take paper. You can see how slowly I'm
just taking out this tape. And then I'll apply the
background color over it. In. See, I'm just applying that beach and white
color over it. We'll also try to
blend the colors. But first I'm just
filling that gap, which is between
the foreground and the background of white. And I'm just trying to
blend the color by using little water and just
applying on the above. Just slowly. Move your brush. And then again, taking that lighter
color because that lavender color
has dried up. So I'm just adding to it and just trying to blend
the entire thing. Now once we are done with
this whole blending part, we leave this as a test. Once it has dried up, then we will use that
decode transfer page. All these products I have
bought from itsy-bitsy. You can also buy it from that. Or if you have, you can also buy it from Amazon if you like, because there are
many products which cell that the code transfers. So this is just applying
another layer of white or it. And I will leave it to dry. And once it does ride, then we will apply that
the code runs full page.
4. First Card Detailing: Welcome back. So now the
Says completely dry off. Dry it off. So you can see
it's not coming in my hand. So now I'll use this
transport page. I've taken three cutouts. These are butterflies
and this is the wires with the flowers. So I'm just taking out different
that plastic dict around and then I'll place
it in such a way that that white portion
is like a table. So very gently press it. And similarly, I'll just paste these two
butterflies also. Make sure that you do
the cutouts properly because when you
transfer this image, there are the shapes which
comes out to better. You cut out in a proper
shape as the pictures. So now with this point, I'm just dipping it into water. Just dipping the sponge into water and it's
completely wet. And I'll just apply it on the
top of this deco transfer. Take more water. Trying to keep water on this area only gnawed
on that beach. Just applying a lot
of water to it. This point. Similarly to those
two butterflies also in C, I'm just trying
to take out that page. So slowly you need to rub your finger and
take out this page. On the upper, this is
the upper layer of that image which I'm trying to take out and remove this extra
people, mic's coming out. Do it very gently, advisor chances of
getting damaged. So takeout very gently. If it has dried up, then again applied
relative mode of water do with your finger and
then gently rub it. Says one way of taking out this quadrants for
there is another way. We'll do it in the
next painting, or maybe in the third painting. So this is the one
technique. Very slowly. You need to take out this upper layer gently
without pressing it very hard, very lightly, you need to
take out these papers. And similarly we
will be doing for the other two butterflies also. See that little
bit of blur image. We need to take out
more of one more layer of papers there so that also
we need to take it out. So very take water and very
lightly just rub that people. Let's remove that extra
papers which are coming. And then again start again. Take water in and
just applied above. And again. See, now it is
coming out very gently. You have to do it very lightly. You can do with pre-op
brush also if you want. But I prefer doing
it with my finger. So very slowly you need to
take out the entire paper, which is above this image. Suggest, enjoy, and
follow the process. You can see this lower
portion is almost done. So now we'll just do
the upper flowerpot. You can see how
slowly am doing it so that that image is not damaged. Once this full board is done, we'll do the butterflies also. Eddie's gently, you need
to take out the page. I'm using both of my hands to remove the layer very gently. Just the upper left. Once this is done, we'll
do with the butterfly. This is very small part, so you need to take out the pages very carefully and apply water
only on that area. This is almost coming out. I think one more layer is there, which needs to come out. See I'm using my
brush also to take this layer of paper out slowly. Now this is done. Now there's one more
butterfly which is left. So just remove that extra
papers and clean it up. Now, just take it
out too slowly. So very slowly I'm doing it. Let's see if it
comes out properly. Now you can see that it
has bid, got damaged. So what I'll do is
I'll just remove this butterfly because it
does not stick and dilate. So I'll just try to remove
it easily but water. And then we'll just remove the extra paper which is coming
and just clean the area.
5. First Card Final Detailing: So now before
applying the varnish, what we'll do here is we'll just create a
little bit of shadow of that was which is reflecting
on that white portion. Here. I'll be just using that
gray that as default color. And I'll just mixed
a little bit tough, very little amount of gray and
a little bit of white mix. And I'll just create little
bit of shadow effect in the lower portion
with my flat brush. And after that, we will
do the varnishing part. But makes sure that deep and
dial painters dried off, then only use the varnish. Now for the one niche, I'm using your liquidity
sat and one niche. And with my normal
synthetic brush, I'll be just doing
the varnishing part. Just apply a little bit off, drops off that satin varnish, and I'll just apply it very
gently on the entire thing. So that deco page
transfer is also fixed. Just applying a layer of
varnish and I leave it to dry. Once this is dry it off
your handmade goddess. Ready, simple, easy,
and very quick. You don't have to do so
much of hard work in this. Once I've applied
this entire layer, I'll just remove this
whole masking tape. Let's talk very slowly and in the very slanting way you
have to take it down. Otherwise, the chances
of people coming out. So you can see a little bit off, people are stuck over there. So what I'll do is I apply L, apply just water over it with my brush so that it
gets stick to it. So you can see now it
does not visible more. And once it gets dried off
a glue stick to that page. So again, very slowly and in
a very diagonal direction, you need to take it out. This masking tape. Once this entire
deep is taken out, you can see how beautiful
this border is looking. Your first card is ready.
6. Second Card Painting: Welcome back. So let's
start with a new God. Now this time I have taken this white background
dissolve 6 " paper. So this is D and lime, green color and white color. And this is the pen, green pen, and this is the Deco transfer, the cutout, that is the deals. And these are the brushes. So let's start. That is the liner, fan brush and flat brush. So let's start with
the painting now. With the flat, also
the sponge be needing. So these are the colors. Let's start with the
painting with my flat brush. I'll just dip it in
water and take white first and mix it with deal. Very little amount of T, like 90% white and 10% of teal. And we'll start with
the middle part. And as we go on these sides, the darkness of the color, the value of the
color increases, means it becomes more dark as we go to the corner of the gods. So likewise, we have
to do both the sides and in between we need
to leave it quite dark. So now you can see the shade
and also you need to do the blending of the colors
when you are doing this. Because blending is very important when you are doing
such type of painting, and especially with acrylic. Acrylic, you have to do the blending when
the color is wet, otherwise you'll not be
able to blend the colors. And you can see
this side is done. Now I'm just doing
the other side. And as I'm going
towards the end, the color is becoming darker. So this is how you need to apply the colors and simultaneously
blended the colors. Just washing off my brush, removing excess of water. And then starting to blend the colors because my
colors are already wet. So I'm just taking this side little bit
of more of teal and just removing the colors and then starting to
blend the color again, middle, it will more of white. And just trying to blend the entire area in the
vertical direction. So you can see this middle
part is quite bright. So that, that's what
I'm trying to do here. Just removing excess
of water again and then again,
blending the color. Remove. Before
blending the color, remove the excess of water, dry a little bit with your napkin and then
start blending it. Then you will see the finished
look of the blending. Now we'll start with
the bottom part. So for the bottom part, we will be using the fan
brush, you're whale. So this is the fan brush, Bristol fan brush of size two and a little bit of white
also have added too wet. And I'm just applying. But the tip of the brush, the details just covering
this lower part. So this is also
very easy painting, just you need a little bit more all knowledge of blending. There are many
classes in which I've taught about the
blending of colors. You can see that now once we are done with
the coloring part, now let's start
with the detailing. That are the trees
and the grasses. The more amount of deal now. And then let's start with my liner brush creating the
trees and the branches. So just taking this teal color and creating the tree
trunks and branches, you can see all these
coloring I'm just doing with the base
color from Bruce, true. You can also try it out. These are very nice colors. And if you don't
have pastry colors, you can always mix the
acrylic colors and make it. So just creating
horizontal lines first. So just horizontal lines, it can be ten whatever. So as we go in the middle of
the lines are quite light. Now the branches, just random branches, I'm creating urine there. You need to create
this same type of branches you can
create like any type. But it needs to be a little bit, little bit off, a
little bit of dense. So just try to
create the branches. Once we are done with creating the branches will
create the leaves also. So whenever you are
creating these lines, try to make it a little bit of watery and then
create the lines. No, I have not created
too much of the branches. So now let's start
with the leaves. So here is the fan brush,
which I'll be using, just applying on the tip of the brush and just
dabbing my brush, just off the brush and
creating these textures. As you can see. It's trying
to fill this entire area. And it'll bit down
also so that it looks quite filled with
leaves and branches. Now let me read
off grasses also. Met my liner brush. So this painting is
almost complete, which are just left with
the decor transform. And we are done with this God. So you can see it's had contains both the painting basic level, as well as some
creativity added to it. Just chatting little
bit lighter shade of leaves in between so
that looks filled. So now we are done
with the painting bud. So let's start with
the next part.
7. Second Card Final Detailing: So now this has
completely dried up. So now we will be using
that take co-transport. And this is the cute deals. So let's start with
the transport part. So I'm just taking
out this plastic from that top plastic which
is coated on that image. And I'm just, what I'll
do is I'll just paste it very gently in the middle. Nicely. Just pasted and with
the same spawned. I'll just read the
sponge and then again read the entire
that deco transfer part. The same process. We need to repeat it, which we have done earlier. For the first card, which we did, same
technique you're using. So just enjoy the process
and do it very slowly. And only wet the area
which is this cutout part, dawn to wet your oh, that God that God page on which you have
done the painting. So only do on this area. And then slowly remove it. Now this is one
move form here you can put Christmas tree also, or you can put sand also. You can put any TeddyBear also. Everything will look fine. So I chose this cute
little detours, which I felt it's
looking cute in there. And then disquiet a forest team, misty forest type of look. Have chosen this image. You can choose any image,
whatever you want. Or even if you can draw it, It's up to you. So just I'm just slowly removing
the page which is above. That is the people
which is above this. This is very bachelor
level painting, which I have done
in the background so that everyone can try it. So slowly. You can
see it's coming out. Now once this entire thing has can see it's done. So now what we'll do is just add a little
bit of grass below. But this pen, this is normal
gel pen that is green in color gel pen and I'll just create some grasses
below with this pen. You can use any green
pen, whatever you like. Or you can leave it, as it is. Says, done completely. If this painting also we
will do the varnishing part. But before doing any one niche, makes sure that your
complete painting is dry. Then only do the varnishing bud. Now let's take out
this masking tape. And likewise, the
one hashing part, which we did earlier in
the first god painting. We will need to do it here, but I'm not showing it here, but you need to do it so that
that image gets protected. Otherwise, the chances that
the image can come out. So it's better you should gets completely stick to this people. So this is our second
God, which is ready. And now we will begin with
the third God that is off for Christmas tree. So let's start.
8. Third Card Painting: So now let's start
with our next card. So these are the materials
which we'll be using, the steel, this gray
color, white color. And these are the brushes that
is fan brush, liner brush, and that is the blender brush, the sponge, and
the Deco transfer. This is the Christmas
tree and the palate. So let's start painting. First. I'm using the sponge
and I'll create round shapes. You can also use blender
brush if you want. You don't have the sponge. I'm just applying little
bit of wet water on it. And I'll directly take the
color and mix a little bit of gray toward like a grayish
de Gallo you can see. And then we'll create circuits. So let's start with the process of creating
these circles first. You can also apply with the your brush or directly
from the palette. You can take the color and just take the
coloring properly and then dab it on your paper and just roll it
in the clockwise direction. So this is how I'm
just going to create like the snow if
background effect. So first the dark color
and then on the top of that I will layer
the lighter color. So this is how I'm going
to fill the entire area. So very easy process of creating the fog effect or blur effect you can
see in any painting. So this spawned you
can easily created. If you don't have spawned, you can create with your
blender brush also, or with your round brush. Both are equally good. But with this sponge it
creates another look. But it's perfectly fine
if you are creating with your round brush or
the blender brush. I'm trying to fill the
entire area which is white, leaves little bit of portions
so that when we layer, we can layer on these
areas which I left out because this
is darker color. And after that we will be using the lighter version of it. So these are very
simple cards which you can gift to your tailwinds. You can create it in a, I think in just
half an hour or so. So these are very easy and
quick cards you can say you can create an bundle and you can give to your dear ones. So you can see I've
just left view spaces also have not completely folded. So now using more of white, little bit of gray and teal, I'm just mixing the color. Just mixing the color. And then again, I'll use that
sponge for creating this. So you can see just creating the circles on the areas
which are already left out. And I'm also leaving
the below color also so that both the
colors are visible. It's not like I'm covering
the entire first layer, am leaving some portions. Now once we are done with the entire thing will
create some pine trees. And then we are done
with the painting part. So just enjoy and
follow the process. If you want to learn acrylic, the beginner level
class in detail, you can always DM me on my Instagram that is
more neon gallery. I take seven days of
beginner level classes also. So you can see I've just
covered the entire area, leaving few spaces in-between
for the darker shade also. Once this is done, just leaving, checking that
the corners also taken care. Otherwise it will not
look like the borders. So better take care of
the corners as well. Because that is also important. Now with my blender brush, I'll create a little
bit smaller circles. You can see just taking
more of white and my, as my widest finished. Just taking my blender brush and a little bit of
teal and white mix, I'm just creating
small, small circles. Just take very little
amount of color and wet your brush but
remove excess of water, don't use too much water in it. Otherwise, you'll
spoil your painting and just create small, small circles here and there. And you're almost done
with this circling part. Just taking care of these bases, or if there's some spaces
left behind at the corners. So we are done with
this background part. And this background is
almost dried up because, you know, acrylic
dries very fast. So now I'm using my fine brush
to create the pine tree. But first I'll create
the lines with just white and a little
bit of teal mix color. Just creating the more of white and less of
t should be there. So just creating the lines
to create the pine trees. I'm not creating in the middle
because I have to paste that deco, transfer
that Christmas tree. So just on the sides I will
be creating the pine trees, just creating small and
big lines, vertical lines. And then we will be
using our fan brush and just taking
the tip of it and does a dry brush,
completely dry brush. And just need to use your
tip of the brush and create these lines
in a zigzag manner. You can see how I'm moving the brush in the zigzag manner. So this is one of the
easiest technique of creating the pine trees. So once we are done with
this pine tree creation, we will be doing the Deco patch, but that is a deco transfer. But first, we have to wait for this entire paint to dry off, and then we can do
that deco transfer. So this tree part is, we'll do it later, but I'm just saying
little bit wide also and just sprinkling little bit of sparkles urine
there with this white color. Just sprinkling dots
with my fan brush. So now let's start
with a deco transfer.
9. Third Card Final Detailing: So now this is completely
dried off now. So now we can start
with D deco transfer. So make sure that it
is completely dried. It away is the whole
painting will be ruined. So just taking out that upper plastic and
then we'll paste it. So just pasting
it in the middle. And then now this is the, another method of
taking out the paper. Just put that sponge full
of water on the top of it. Lots of water on it. Just only on that area
where you have put that deco transfer and until that is more like translucent. So you can see I'm just applying water to it more and more. So just applying it
to very carefully so that I don't want the water to be on the paper because that is that may
affect the paper also. So I'm just applying it only
on that deco transfer page. Now you can see that
translucent tree part is a little bit too visible. So let little bit more
water will apply. On the sides also. Very carefully you need
to apply this water. Now you can see it does
easily drifting by. And you need to be very
careful by while taking out that page because
it's quite thin. And their chances
that you can take out that transfer all sorts
of very carefully. Just take out. You can see I'm just trying
to take that page out very slowly because it's like a sticker that sticks on the paper so you can
see it's coming out. So I'll leave that area and I'll take it out
from the bottom part. So just trying very slowly
to take that part out. So just lifting the
paper with my hand. And here we go. And so this is the
Christmas tree. And now we'll create
some more trees on the sides because
it is quite blank. So I'll just fill
in that side AD over the Christmas tree
with the pine trees. Just taking more of
white to Daniel white. And now I'll be
creating a little bit more of pine
trees on these sites. So in this case I'm just
using the white color. And I'd also overlap this
background tree, also. Just creating lines
with my liner brush. To do three pine trees, I'll be creating of
different sizes. And now with the same technique like with the same fan brush, that is the dry fan brush. I'll be creating the leaves
just in a zigzag manner. You have to go start
from these small, smaller leaves and
then as you go down that the gloves should be bigger but in the zigzag manner. So both the sides, I will be creating this
similar pine trees you can see similarly on the
other side also, I'll be creating the pine trees just you need to move
depression those exact form. And you can see just a
little bit of grasses below. And it's almost done. So just creating little
bit of textures on the up. And one-star also
we'll be creating. Because that is
the special star. The star. And a good bit of dots suggests these star and
little bit of dots also, I'll be creating just random dots urine there to create some
study night effect. Or you can say snowfall effect. So we almost, at the end of this painting and
after one hashing it, it does all done. But before varnishing it, you need to remember that this entire painting has
to be dried up first. And then only you need to
manage the entire painting. The sprinkling some
more whites on the top. So we are most complete. This painting is
almost complete. Just the varnishing is left. And if you're painting
has been dried off, you can varnish it now also because acrylic dries very fast, so it's fine if it
has dried, you can. One I should, but if it is not dry and you'll live
in cold place, then don't varnish it
before it gets dried off. So now it's
completely dried off. So now here I'll use my
Liquitex Satin varnish. And this is the brush
which I'm using here. And just few drops of
liquid here and there. First in the middle. I'll apply so that
it pastes nicely. And then also L
apply on the sides. Few drops only because
it does not big papers. So I'll just cover
the entire area. This is the synthetic flat
brush which I'm using. It is of good quality brush, which I'm using
here for varnish. So you can get it in any
store in Amazon also. So now, once this is done, let's take out that
masking tape and see how it looks with the
white borders around. Just slowly take out
this tape because there are chances that
people can come out so very slowly you need
to take out this table. I hope you guys are enjoying
this garden making. And if you are making the cost to share
your project works. And you can also tag me on Instagram that is more
in the art gallery. And I'm also on Facebook
that is with more creation. You can also tag
me there as well. Again, see this little
bit paper came out. So what I'll do is I'll just put a little bit of water
on it and just plane. And this is one technique
which I showed you earlier. So same technique
I'll be using you, but try not to take out
the papers on the sides. Be very careful. So finally, we are done with
the third guard. So let's begin with
the last card.
10. Fourth Card Sketching: So now let's start
with our last God. So here we will be
needing pencil eraser and the scale for drawing
like the rough sketch. So we'll be, we'll be drawing
tool on which the red and the belts will be there. So this is the Deco
transfer sheet which I have already cut. I'm just taking care of the size of this
red so that I can create a little bit bigger door so that it can fit into it. A little bit bigger dole on the board decides
you have to create. Let's first create
the rectangle shape. On the board decides I'm
creating vertical line and above also the horizontal line joining these creating a
rectangle shape. And little bit of the creating the pattern lines on both
the sides with almost 1 cm, you can say, or half a
centimeter, not more than that. To create. This is bit tens, so I'm just creating
little bit bigger. The drawing part
takes a little time, but it is not very
tough drawings, so just a simple
dual via creating. So we'll decorate the door like we decorate and Christmas. So just a round shape so far
as creating the center line. And the half circle, I'll be creating above. So by creating that center line, it becomes easier to
create that half circle. Now once this half
circle is done, we will be creating small squares and
in-between these doors. So double line. These are just the rough
drawing which I'm doing here. And then after that, we will be painting it. So first let's draw it, and then we'll start
with the painting. Now here, there
are boxes, shapes. So when double line on the
top and then the boxes below. So just creating the
again double line on the sides to create a
border of this door. And then creating the boxes. So this is a very
simple drawing which is just creating these boxes, these three boxes
on both the sides. And we'll draw the vertical
line joining these boxes. Once we are done
with the drawing, we will be painting and also discussing what all
colors we will be needing to paint this. So two to three colors we
will be needing your white, of course they will be there. And to what repays two colors, which we will be needing to
paint this entire thing. So once this circle, you can also create with the, you can say the masking
tape circle, half circle. If you don't know
how to create like particular round circles or half circle you can
create with this also. You can check it is so
proper circle or not. The top of that there
is a border of break which I'm just giving a
little bit of shape to it. But eventually I'll be painting the bricks
and the wall painting. So just creating a bit bigger
circle on the top of it. So this is sketching
is almost done. And now we're good
to go for painting.
11. Fourth Card Painting: So now let's first discuss about the materials which
I'll be using here. So these are the cutouts
which I'll be using here. So this is the bed and this is the boss which I'll be
putting out the door. And these are the brushes
which I'll be using, the flat brush and this round bristle brush,
creating textures. And the liner brush also. And then white
color, gray color. And this is the burnt umber but tear descend
color, estrogen, rostral, technical
pen and pencil. So the sponge and the palate. So these are the materials which we will be needing
for this painting. Let's start with the paintings. So here this is
my filbert brush. Or you can use plaid brush also. And just take a little bit
of clay and sand color. And if you don't
have sand color, you can use raw umber and
mixed it with white to it. It will become sort
of sand color. And we'll be just first start with the painting of the store. Just blocking in the outer part. Very slowly. You have to do it. And make sure that you don't dig out the colors
beyond those lines. Do it very slowly.
Take your time. I'm just adding little
white also to it. So apart from all the
three costs, this will, It's a little time-consuming, but the result is
very beautiful. So I think you must, you should try out this
beautiful painting. So just blocking in this
outline of the door, leaving these blocks in between. You need to do it
slowly and gently. And you can see,
I have not added mature water adjust my brush. Brush was red and I'm
just taking the color. That much amount of water you need when you are doing acrylics until unless you
are doing any like liner details or something, you don't need much
water in acrylics. So just slowly do these
blockings. In one go. The hole blocking will be done. No need to do it twice because I'm already taking
a thick amount of color. If you use a little
bit of liquid color, then you need to do it twice. But if you're taking quite
thick amount of color, you don't need to do it twice. So now just taking that sand color and just
applying it in the middle part. And I do a bit of white. I'm adding too wet to
become more light color. So I'm just applying it in
the center part because I want a little bit different
color in those blocks. Just filling it carefully. Even if the color is a
little bit coming out, you can easily do it. Well. You can always redo
it and you can fix the area by overdoing it. So using my same brush, I'm just blocking
in these areas. So once we are done
with this whole part, we will now be, will be also doing that wall puddles soon. But first, let's concentrate on the door and then
we'll do the rest. So finally these all
four blocks are done. So let's start with the next. So the upper part, also, this middle bar I'm doing with the same color which I
used for this blocks. Just covering it,
just a thin line. Is there. Also the sites? And then the top top
half circle, Bordeaux. The center part is
same color which we used in the below portion. So you can see how
the text color is that the lines are
also not visible now, which we have drawn earlier. Now we will do the outer part. So just taking a little bit of gray and white mix and just applying on the
upper that half circle. That is also a part
which we will be doing, but first-time doing that part. And then we'll do the
rest of the area which is left out as a background. So just covering that
upper half circle, which is above the door. And now let's do the sidebar. So just taking the gray color and just covering these sides. You don't have to do with like very smoothly because
these are wall, so it's fine if it is
very not finished, not finished because the
walls are never very smooth. So it's okay if the
colors are not in the proper smooth fashion, so it's perfectly fine. You can see all we are done. We are doing the
blocking pad and slowly, we will be filling
this entire portion. And then we'll start
with the detailing. So you can see I'm
not doing it very smoothly like we do it in pen. I'm not trying to blend
the colors also, it's Oh, it's fine that the walls like just a rough filling of
this entire space I'm doing over here. Now. We're almost done with
this complete blocking. And now we will move
towards the next part, next part of the painting.
12. Fourth Card Final Painting: So now let's start creating the borders
that is the lines. With my technical pen. I'll be creating the lines. I'm just, I'll just outline this whole part with the
scale and this technical pen. And if you don't
have technical pen, you can do it with the
acrylic paint also. So it's perfectly fine if
you are doing with paint. I just wanted to make
it a little bit easy. So I just did with did
it with technical pen, but you can do it with your liner brush
using black color. And in this entire four cards, just use the base still acrylic
colors from Bruce, true? And if you don't have
the space to colors, you can always make it by
adding more of white to it. So just creating these lines. Now once these
lines are created, we will be doing this outer
that toe wall area also. So again can see I'm just trying to create straight lines. So the lines above,
we will be doing this Technical
penance of micron. This is very good
technical pen and it doesn't like if you add
water also to wait, it will not come out. So this is very nice pen. You can use it for your
mixed media art work. Now once we are done with
this outlining part, so let's do some detailing, like just a little bit
of like just a bit of some textures on these
corners of this wall. Just giving a little
bit of textures. I'm not painting it completely, but I'm just giving little
smooth, not smooth. You can say just a
bit of texture to it. So now this texture bot is done. So let's do the little
bit of detailing with this liner brush and
leave it this gray color. So you can see this
is already creation. It is not completely visible. These lines are. So it's better to
use a little bit of light color rather than
using that gray color. What I'll do is I'll just take
my round Bristol brush and I'll just create some
textures on these are area, just textures, very rough
texture of the wall, some dots, some lines. And this is completely
dry method. I haven't used any water in. This is completely dry brush
and I'm just creating a bit of textures on board decides
that does dry color. So the color is also, it's like semi dry and the
brush is also completely dry. And see just a
rustic touch to it. I have given to the walls. And now with my brush, I will be creating these bricks, mixing the sand
color and white mix. And just this horizontal small, small blocks and creating. These are some Blogs which are on
this half circle. So this is very easy technique
of creating this wall and bricks pad with
this filbert brush, you can use flat brush also. So you can see these are
not all in same direction. The Bricks, Some
are in watercolors, some are in horizontal, some are big, some are small. So you have to give you variations so that it
looks like the bricks. We'll be covering this
entire wall part like this. This is very basic technique
of creating walls. Very beginner friendly,
easy technique, which you can use in any painting whenever you
are using this wall texture. Now you can see this
is almost done just adding little bit of
light color that is white color in
between these colors. So just to give it a
little bit of effect, there are some
different brick colors also there in between. Just to give it a
nice different look. Now, now we'll add a little bit more
detail, two widths. So just taking my again, this Bristol round brush
giving a little bit of textures all over this area with the gray color so
that it looks more of very little amount of
color you have to take and just using your
tip of the brush, you have to create
these textures. Add some textures on
this half circle. Also. You're almost done
with this painting, but just few more details
are left and we have, now, we are done with it. Just, I'm adding the highlight
on these square parts, 36 squares which are there. I'm just adding a little bit off directly the sand color
without mixing any white. And just applying a little
bit of highlight over there and a little bit
to the sides also. Finally, we are done
with the painting. Now we'll wait for it to dry and then we'll do
the Deco transfer. But
13. Fourth Card Final Detailing: So now just check if your
painting is completely dry, then we can use that
the quadrants four, so my painting has dried off. So now we'll be using these cutouts for this
declaration of the door. So like why is we'll
be placing it? So let's start with
the first one, which we will be placing
it in the center. Then the bells on the top, and then the small or the so sorry to be doing
on other sites, placing it in the middle. And then this bell on the top of the door and the small
flower pot at this side. So this is the whole scenario
which we'll be doing. And then likewise, we'll be using a sponge to
wet this cutouts. And we'll be doing the same technique
which we did earlier. This is just the
arrangement which we have done after painting
this entire thing. So just applying water
on the top of it. So very gently just apply lots of water on just this area, not on the painting part. You can see I'm just
applying water on only on those cutout area. Only. Just gently. Apply water with the sponge. If you don't have one, you can apply it with
the brush, also water. But with spawned it is
easy to apply the water. So you're going to also
apply with your brush also. Let's first do the center part and then we'll do the rest. Just pressing it nicely so that that transfer is done nicely. And just putting
more water to it. So you can see how
nicely it is coming out. Just perfect. Let's do these Center on also. Just tried to pull that up, proceed very slowly,
very slowly. You have to do it. So that just pull that apart
sheet. And you can see it. Just take two sword, tried to do it very carefully
so that the pages also, you can see doing it very
slowly and very gently. You can see how beautiful
letters be it's looking. And now the bell part. So this is it. This is the entire God
which we have done. And I hope you guys liked all my four cards and do try
or projects and do share me. I love seeing the project works. Now we will be doing
the varnish bar that is the most important part to keep these deco, transfer intact. So this is varnish part
is very important. You have to do the
varnish when you're not, when you are just doing
the acrylic painting on cards, It's not necessary. But when you are doing
this deco transfer, it's better to use this
one niche so that is properly stick to it
and doesn't comes out. So you can see nicely, I've done one-quarter
of one niche that said you have to do it
and leave it to dry. And you're done with the gods. Just now we'll take
out this masking tape. And we are done with the oil For of tickets for the season. And N1, wishing you a Merry Christmas and also
happy new year, 2023. So very slowly, take your this thing out so you can
see it is taped here also. So I'll, what I'll do is I'll just do it very carefully so that comes out without
removing that. The victory finally,
we are done. So this is almost complete. So you might, you guys must have lot of plans of
this holiday season. So do enjoy your holiday
season with your family and friends and make these
beautiful cards and gift them. And also one more
important thing, guys, please share your reviews also because that also plays
a very important role. Not only in supporting on making me more active and how can I change the
process and everything. So this is like
learning for me also. So please do share your
review walks and thank you, and have a nice day.
