2. What is ChatGPT: Hello and welcome. Let's talk about what
is Chad G B D. G B, D is a natural
language processing or NLP tool that is developed
by a company called OpenAI. It uses machine
learning algorithms to generate the text based
on the given input. Now what is NLP? Nlp stands for natural
language processing. Now, this is a branch of artificial
intelligence and computer science that deals with the interaction between
computers and human language. The goal of NLP is to enable
computers to understand, interpret, and generate
human language in order to perform
different tasks. What makes chat GPT
particularly impressive is it has the ability to understand the context
and it can generate the content based
on the input given. And it can sound like they were actually
written by a human. So chance GPD can be useful for designers because
it can generate X that can describe the
visual elements and visual concepts which can
be valuable for designers. So let's discuss what are the different applications
for chat GPD. When it comes to design. The number one is Chad GBT can be used for design inspiration. So like I said, Chad GPT
can be used to generate text that describe visual
concepts or visual elements. Now this can be
useful for designers. We're stuck for design ideas like if you're not
getting good ideas, or if you need some
fresh perspective or some brainstorming, you can use chat GPD to
generate some ideas for you. It can be used for
streamlining workflows. So tangibility can
be used to generate text quickly and accurately. So it's surprisingly accurate. And it can help designers to speed up a lot of
tasks like e.g. if you need some copy
for a particular page, it can help you with that. If you need copy for websites or any of your marketing materials that
you're working on. You can absolutely
make use of this tool. Jack Djibouti can be used
also for design challenges. So it can be used
to generate ideas, solutions for any challenges
that you're facing. And it is very useful
if you need to brainstorm a couple of ideas
really, really quickly. Chat GBD is also useful
for typography and layout. And it can help you create designs that stand
out from the crowd. So these are some of the applications about
like for chat GPT, when it comes for designers, let us talk about what are the different
benefits of Chad GPT. So for designers, it
can help designers generate some
creative ideas and it can boost creativity
for designers, okay, so like I said, it gives you a
fresh perspective. Like if you're stuck into
thinking about something, it can give you a
fresh perspective on new outlook for something
that you're looking for. And it can also speed
up your design process. So like I said, it can help you with copywriting,
brainstorming, generating some catchy
title tag lines, or like generating some copay around notifications and so on. So you can speed up
the design process. And whatever output you are
getting from chant GPD, you can actually
build upon that. So that being said, Chad GBT, I would
like to mention, is not a replacement for human creativity or
human expertise. It's a tool that can
be used to supplement your own skills and your own processes that you
have been already following. So it can enhance your workflow
and your design process. And it is important to keep
in mind that a text that is generated by chat GPT
might not always be accurate. So you need to keep
a check there. It might not be perfect or to the point because it's still a software which is like being iterated on and it's being
worked on right now. But it's up to you as a
designer to decide how to use it so you can generate some initial concepts
and build up on that. Alright, so that's
chat GPT for you.
3. Getting Started: Welcome to this class. So let's get started
with chat GPT. So I would request
you all to head over to your favorite browser. And in the address bar, head over to this URL, chat.openai.com and press Enter. So the moment you press Enter, you will see this
welcome page which says, welcome to chat GPT and login
with your OpenAI account. To continue. To start
using chat GPT, you will have to sign up
or create an account. And OpenAI is the company
that has built chat GBD. If you already have an account, you can click on login. If you do not, you
can click on sign up. Now, on clicking Sign-up, you will be presented with
different sign-up options. Like you can enter your e-mail
address and say Continue, or you can connect
to Google and you can even continue with
your Microsoft account. So choose your favorite
login method and just sign up with this website. I have signed up for
the IGBT free account. And you might see some pop-ups which are nothing but the
onboarding tooltips or like some tips that you might see so you can just dismiss
them or just go through them. I already had an account. That is why it didn't
see that pop-up. Okay. But this is the dashboard
that you will see once you login or sign
up for China TBD. So here on the left side you have this menu bar or
let's say sidebar. You can see when you have a
new chat option at the top, you have Upgrade button and you have your
account details. We'll, if you click
on this, okay. So you're on this particular page,
on the right-hand side, you have some examples, like you can give
this as an input to charge GPD and it will
give you the output. Then you have the
list of capabilities. So you can see these are the capabilities of
this particular tool. So it can remember what users said in the
earlier conversation. So it can talk in
terms of context and it allows you to provide follow-up
corrections and so on. There are a few
limitations as well, like it may generate
incorrect information. It's just a tool and
it is being iterated and worked upon and
improve on continuously. It may occasionally produce, these are disclaimer sorts of, it may produce
harmful instructions, are biased content, which is something that
you should keep in mind. And it has limited knowledge. So it has knowledge up to 2021. So this will be updated soon. I believe they will be. Or training the bot, which is this giant GBD
bought with some more data. Okay? So here you have this option, like to send a message. Now, you can type in
any message over here. So I can just select this one. Got any creative ideas for
a ten year old birthday. And I can just press Enter and it will start
talking to you. It will start generating the output based on the
input that you have given. So I've asked for some creative ideas for a
ten year old's birthday. And you can see it is giving me some output based on that. It's like giving me some ideas. Who were here? You can see stop generating
button over here. If you want to stop
generating this text, so it is continuously
typing this text. It will type out the
complete answer, and it will take some time. And while it is generating, you cannot send
another response. So if you tried to send
that, it won't work. You need to wait for
this message to finish. And then you saw like suddenly this change to
regenerate the response. So if you're not happy
with this response over here that is being
generated by Chad GPT, or this particular question
or input that you give. You can say regenerate and it will regenerate the
entire response for you. And you can again see
stop generating button, which you can click on, and it stops generating
the response there. You can even navigate to
your older response here, you can see what is
the older response. You can even update the prompt or update the input that
you have given over here. So e.g. this is the
input that I've given. And let's say if I
want to update it, you can update it. And you can say, nine-year-old, boy, I'm
just experimenting. So I've just edited this input
and I can Save and Submit, and it will just start
generating the output over here. Okay, so I can even say stop generating and
it just stopped. You have some feedback
buttons over here, like copy, like dislike in
give feedback if you wish to. And you can edit this, which is something
that we already saw. So I can edit and cancel. Here. I can give the new response. I can see testing. Hey, how are you? Like? It will just give you
some response over here. So you can just keep
typing and keep talking to this tool. And it will give you basically the output based on the
input that you have given. You can see over here, this is the March 23 version
as I'm filming this video. And this conversation
doesn't dark conversation that we have generated right now is being saved over here. So you can edit the name
of this conversation. You can say testing. You can even delete
this conversation and you can even
create a new chat. Okay? I can say, How are you? And it will just create
a new chat for you. You can see. And it will just rename it. Like you can rename if you want to, like something illogical. It says new chat. You can say, How are you like. So this is the
interface for chat GPD. You can switch between
different chats over here. Now, you have an option here
to upgrade two plus charge. Ubd has a Pro plan as well, so you can use
transitivity for free. And free plan has some
restrictions like this is available when
demand is low, okay? And this is always available
Even when demand is high. You have faster response speed and priority
access to new features. It's $20 per month. It's non-mandatory to upgrade. But this is something that
I wanted to showcase. Also. Right now, the version that we are using or that has
been released is 3.5. Okay, so it's charged
GPT-3, 0.5 version. And right now, tragedy for 0.0 is in the works
and it is in Beta. So if you upgrade to plus, you also get access to
charge a pretty full 0.0, which is an advanced
like or smarter bought. It has a stronger reasoning
and the responses really, really good with that
particular board. So it's an enhanced
version of this board. It will be made available
to everybody soon. But right now since
it's in beta, it has, it's only
available for peer users. So there's a difference between charity and the free plan. But free plan also, there are tons of
thing that you can do. Like you don't need
a Pro plan unless you plan to use it
at a pro level. But free plan is
also very helpful and it can help you accelerate
things at your end. Okay? So this is about the interface and how
you can work with it. Okay? So that's about the
interface of chat GPD.
4. Understanding Prompts: Welcome to this class. So let us start
discussing about prompts. So what are prompts? Prompts are essentially
the input that you as a user provide to chat GBD to get the
corresponding output. Now this is essentially
the texts that you enter when giving the input. So there are few things
that you should be aware of when talking
about prompts. The number one thing is memory. To add. Gpt has a short-term memory that allows it to
store the information from the previous prompts and generate responses that
are contextually relevant. So it has a small
memory function that allows it to be contextual. Now, the memory function
allows chat GPD to remember important details
from the previous prompts. And it helps it generate responses that take into
account that context. Let me give you an
example for this. So here I am on the
chat GPT interface and let us see if I
enter the prompt. What is the capital of France? Now, as usual, the
chat GPT will tell me that the capital
of France, fat is, let's say if I want to get the population of Paris,
instead of saying, what is the population of Paris, I can just see what
is its population. I have not specified anywhere
over here in this prompt. But if I send this as an input, it will tell me the estimated
population of Paris. So here you can see you have the memory
function in action. So I just said, what is its population? And it remembers the context
of the previous conversation over here that I must be
talking about berries. So it gives me
that as an output, This short term memory
function allows chat GPT to generate more accurate
and relevant responses. And it can be possibly
useful in conversation based applications like
chatbots also, however, it's really important
to make a note here that chat GPT
is memory function, is limited to a
short-term memory. It may not be able to
remember the information from the problems that occur
too far in the past. So back to our presentation. The next thing that I wanted to mention is the prompt length. So the length of the prompt
can affect the quality and relevance of the response that is generated by chat GPD. Longer prompts can provide
more context for chat GPG to work with and even
generate relevant responses. The next thing is
prompt freezing. So the way a prompt
is freezed can also affect the response that is generated by Chad TBT, e.g. using a question
like format over here that you see on my screen. So this is an example
prompt which says, what is the best way
to design a logo. Okay, Now this may result in a different response than
using a command like format, which is something like this. So design a logo that
is simple and modern. So these are two variations. And it will generate a different response when
given as an input to chat GPD. Now, let us head over to the
chat ship your dashboard, and discuss some of the tips for us to work well with chat TBD. So the number one tip
would be to be specific. The more specific
your prompt is, the more likely chat
GPT is to generate a response that is accurately reflecting your goals
and objectives. Okay? So let us say I wish
to plan a vacation. So instead of using general
prompts like plan a vacation. So if I say plan, or let me delete this chat and
let me start fresh. Okay? If I start a new chat with you, if I see land, oh, vacation. Now this is a very
generic prompt. It does not have a
lot of information. So if I say this to chat GBT, it will give me some response and we'll wait and see
what the response set. So it is asking for
some questions. So it's telling like I
need some information, I'll need all this
information to give you all that you need from me. So you need to be more specific. Okay. So I can rephrase this prompt of bed and I
can include some details like Plan a beach vacation in Hawaii for a family of four
with a budget of $5,000. Now this is a little specific. Here. We have specified that
we need a beach vacation. We have specified the
location over here as Hawaii. We have also
mentioned that we are a family of four people. Okay? So a vacation with friends of food and a family
of four will be different. So we have mentioned earlier that we are a family of four. And we have also
specified a constraint, which is the budget
constraint over here. You can see over
here, it gives us the best possible
response here in terms of flights, accommodation. Transportation, activities,
foods, and so on. And it's still
generating over here. It's giving you the
cost breakup over here, which is a rough cost estimate. And these estimates and use
a disclaimer that it could vary depending on the time of the year and the availability. So this is one thumb rule or a tip that you need
to keep in mind. And this is the first
step that I'm mentioning. You have to be specific
as to what you want. Now, the next step would be
use a descriptive language. So when providing prompts, you should use a
descriptive language that helps chart GPD, understand what you are
actually looking for. So let us say if you
enhance this prompt, okay, so we have this
prompt of a beach vacation. If I have to be
descriptive over here, I could include information like what kind of
accommodation I'm looking for, what kind of
activities I'm looking for what kind of food, cuisine alike, and so on. Okay, I'll just paste
the prompt over here. You can see this. So plan a tropical
beach vacation in Hawaii for a family of four. So I'm telling you IGBT will yield that there
are two childrens that are eight years old
and the age is 8.10, respectively for both my kids. And the budget is $5,000 and I'm also giving
additional details. I'm really being
descriptive or you, I'm giving details
like it should have accommodation with
beachfront axis. It should be family-friendly. I should have family-friendly
activities like snorkeling or surfing lessons. And local dining options
should include fresh food, Hawaiian cuisine,
and the design of the vacation should be focused on relaxation
and adventure. So this is the focus of this entire holiday and that is what I'm telling
you to chat GPT. If I give this as an input, I will get, of course, are better response than what I bought
previously over here. So this was a response
to this prompt here, which was specific but
not that descriptive. It did not have a lot of details as to what
I'm looking for. But this one is far
more descriptive. So here we landed and error. It's a network error. So there is a possibility
that this might occur, okay, this might happen. So in that case, you should copy the prompt and you should
click on region rate. And sometimes you
will face this issue wherein there is a downtime
or something like that. So you need to refresh. You need to go to the chat and you must have lost
that previous prompt. Or we have it over here. So you can see like, okay, so it actually
generated the response. But usually what happens is you lose that prompt
and the information. So that is the reason
why I copied it. You have to copy it and
you have to paste it over here and regenerate
the response. So at least you will have that prompt that you have typed in. We can see the response
that is being generated. So you can see over here, it's giving me some
good response where you're like in terms
of accommodation. So suggesting me a beach
front resort for children. And it has a pool with
water slide or Kids Club. So these are some
of the options over here. It has given me. Okay. And it has suggested
that you can book a room with two double beds and
balcony with an ocean view. And a rough estimate for seven nights flights to
transportation and activities. It has given some
suggestions over here. Okay. And it has also given a
range in which it may cost. And along with that, it has also given you some dining options over
here along with the budget. So at the end you have
the complete breakup. This is much more better
than what we had earlier. So if you're using this, this feature over
here like Chad GBD, wherein you are
designing a vacation, you can be as
descriptive as possible. So this was the tip number two. The third tip is you should be experimenting with
different prompts. So Chad GPD can generate a wide range of responses
based on different prompts. So there should be some experimentation that
you need to do over here. So e.g. I. Gave this as the first input. Jw told me like give
me all of this, I could craft
another prompt with some more information
and give it to chat GPD. And then I could enhance that prom based on the output
that I got from Chad GBD. So e.g. it has given me some input in terms
of transportation. We hear like rent-a-car. So I can like add some
information about transportation and the kind of transportation that I'm
looking for in this bond. And again, give
that as an input so I can just copy and tweak this and give this prompt the
information that is needed. So you need to experiment with different prompts and
get the desired result. Okay, So this is
tip number three. The fourth step is you
should refine and iterate. So you can see the stacks that
is generated by chat GPT. This is the output. So this is just a
starting point. And it's up to you to refine and iterate on the ideas that
is generated by this tool. You can use your own expertise, judgment to refine and
improve this text and see if you can come up with
something even better. You will get a lot
of ideas when you're working with a giant GBD. When you are giving
inputs, you're brainstorming with Chad GBT, you will get a lot of ideas
and you can improve on that. This is for tip number four, which was refined any trait. Now tip number five is you can
use act as a freeze, okay? So you can just tell
chat GPT to act as a and you can specify
anything over here. So act as they approach when
working with this software. Like if you're working with the software
for copyrighting, you can tell chat GPT to be more targeted and get some
creative suggestions. So you can IGBT to take a specific role or a specific character,
profession or style. And you can get
the responses that align with your desired don't
perspective or context. E.g. you can say act as a
creative product manager, act as a creative designer
or act as a modern designer, or like persuasive designer or a colorful designer
or something like that. So basically, you can tell chat GPT-2 act as something and it can give you responses in that tone, context,
or perspective. Okay, So this was
the tip number five, using act as a freeze. So overall, the key
to using GPT prompts effectively is to provide clear specific and
descriptive inputs. So the five tips,
Our be specific, use descriptive language, experiment with
different prompts, refine and iterate
and make use of act as a freeze when
working with chat GPD, with the right prompts and with the willingness to refine
any trade on the responses, you are sure to get where you are or
where you desire to be. Alright? So that's about
prompts with chat GBD.
5. Chatgpt for Generating Design Inspiration and Ideas: Hello and welcome. Let us talk about how
can you use chat GPT to generate design
inspiration and ideas. So one of the benefits of chat GBD is that it can generate text that can describe visual
elements, visual concepts. This can be useful for
designers if you're stuck with some ideas and you
need a fresh perspective, how can you use GPT as
design inspiration tool? So let us take a look at that. So let us assume a scenario. You're working as
a graphic designer and you need to create a logo for a new eco-friendly
clothing brand called Eco, where you want to gather some design ideas and elements that you wish
to include in the logo. Okay, So what should
be the prompt? So let's say you decide to use chat GPD for getting
some inspiration. And here's an example prompt. So you will say, Can Read
design inspiration for a logo, for an eco-friendly
clothing brand called Eco, where you are, I'm
telling what is needed and for what it's needed. So this is a brand. And what do I need in the logo? The logo should represent sustainability,
nature, and fashion. And I need a brief description of three different
logo concepts, so I should be able to choose, I need some variations for
Dell chat GBD to do this. And you can see chat GBD
in action over here. The number one is
the leafy emblem. So it's giving you this
concept and it's telling you this concept features and
blend with E at the center. The leaves and
branches symbolize. So you can go through this. This is just a concept. And you can see it
can be designed using green and brown colors to convey the brands eco-friendly
and natural Ito's, then the organic circles. So this is another
concept or it has suggested and the
sustainable thread. This is also where
it has suggested. So you can take a look
at this concept, okay? These can all three concepts
and let's say I wish to get an elaboration on
the first concept here. Okay, I want to know more
so I can tell you at GBT, like elaborate concept, one. It will elaborate this concept. You can see the elaboration. You can ask for
specifics as well. We hear elaborate
the concept width. So insulting. So if you have
something in your mind, you can chat GPT-2, do that, and you can get a
list of ideas from here. So this can be a
good starting point to get some
inspiration over here. Now, this is about logo design. You can also use this tool to get some website
design inspiration. So let us say you are a
web designer and you have been tasked to create a website for a tech startup that offers project management
tool for remote teams. And you need some
design inspiration for the overall look and
feel of the website. So you can tell chat GPT to share some design inspiration like you can use this prompt, you can say, provide some design inspiration
for the website for x startup that offers project management
tool for remote teams. So this gives you the word. Now you're telling,
what do you want. So you are telling prescribed three key elements to include
that we'll emphasize. So this is something
that we want to emphasize on user friendliness. Of course, collaboration. It's a tool for remote teams and then productivity because
it's project management tool. If you press Enter, you will see chat GBD
in action over here. So you'll get some good
ideas off from here. And you can like pick
some ideas from here. Simple design, easy to navigate. So you can use this as an input and a starting
point degenerate mode. You can also use it for generating mobile app
design inspiration. So let's say you are
a UI UX designer working at a mobile app
for fitness platform. And the fitness platform offers personalized
workout plans, nutrition advice, and so on. If you want to generate
some design inspiration to create or intuitive and
visually appealing interface, you can give this
prompt to charge GBD. You have described the project and then you are asking
for what you want. And what do you want to
incorporate? Like why you want? You want to enhance user experience,
motivation, and engagement. And you will get the
design concepts over here. You can even use this
for designing brochure. So let's say I wish to get our
design brochure for Egypt, okay, So about Egypt, and it should have
infographics as well. So I can use this prompt
and say I need to design a procedure with some infographics
about it chipped. Please give me some
design inspiration. You can give this as an input and it will give you
some good response. So it is telling you to use traditional Egyptian art and
design elements in Rocher, layout, typography,
color scheme, and so on. Another, another idea
we hear it asking you to use vibrant color to
just cold blue and green. And use high-quality images of popular tourist attractions
such as the pyramids of Giza, the strings, and so on. And it has given some
concepts like 1234, like based on this response, what do you as a designer
could do is you can experiment with different
color combinations, typographic styles, to create a procedure that feels
vibrant and eye-catching. And you can incorporate the visual element
associated with Egyptian culture to create a visual connection
with the content. Now, when generating
design inspiration, your are few things
to keep in mind. The first one is to be
specific with your prompts. The more specific you are, the more likely you will
get a relevant response. The another one is use chat GPT in conjunction with other
sources of inspiration. So Jack GBD is one
tool in your toolbox. So it's important
to balance this. Other sources of inspiration, such as design blogs, pinterest, or
brainstorming sessions with your colleagues and so on. Also, you need to
be critical about the text that is
generated by chat GPD. Just because you're
getting a response here, it does not mean
that it's right. You can use your own
judgment to decide which ideas are worth
puzzling, right? So that's how you
can use chat GPD to generate design
ideas and inspiration.
6. Chatgpt for Fonts, Styling, and Colors: So you can now even
get judged GBT to get inputs on font,
styling and colors. If you're working as
a graphic designer, you can use this template. So let me paste
the template here. So this is a template
that I recommend. It starts with act as freeze. And you're asking
Judge Judy to act as a graphic designer for you. And you're asking it to
suggest you font-style, colors and sizes that will enhance the overall look
and feel of the design. You specify the design here, and you specify the
copy over here. Let me give you an
example over here. Let's say you are working
as a graphic designer in a e-commerce website that
sells high-end tech gadgets, you will see enhance the
overall look and feel of design for modern e-commerce website selling high-end tech gadgets. And let's say the copy has, the copy says, let
me add a copy. Discovered the future
of technology. And if you press Enter, you will see chat GBD
giving you the response. And it gives you the
font style away here. It's telling you use, you can use Montserrat
Open Sans or Proxima Nova. And it's also giving
you the why, like why. It is suggesting
these fonts, colors. You can see the colors that
are being suggested over here, sizes as well. So this is a really good
starting point for you as a graphic designer
to work on this. You can even get suggestions
for your specific project. Okay, So you can ask Chad GBT to provide you with
the font pairings or font styles that would be suitable for your
specific design project, target audience, or industry. E.g. you could use this prompt. You could say suggests
three font pairings for modern e-commerce website
selling high-end gadgets. And you could get some
foreign paintings over. We hear from church UP D. Let's telling you
Montserrat and lateral, Proxima, Nova and Georgia. It is also telling
you why over here. Like Montserrat is a
popular san-serif font and it has modern and
minimalistic look. You can go through
this and you can work more like you can pick up a particular pairing
and you can like ask Chad cupula to
define this more, or like tweak the prompt to
get some desired results, you could add more information. I've tweaked the above prompt
into the act as phrase. And I've also included
the headline over here. So you can see the response that chart GPT will
generate over here. You can see it's suggesting
this particular font here. And it's also giving you y.
So that's the best part here. So you can consider this as the starting point for
your design project. You can even use chat GPT to get any advice on typography. So you can say, act as
a graphic designer, act as a graphic
designer and suggest to me best practices for using by biography
effectively in a mobile app focused on
news reading experience. And the title is news wave. Stay informed on the go. And you can see like the
advice that GBD chin rates. So it'll tell you choose
legible font, okay? So since reuses
or reading a lot, it's important to choose
a font that is easy to read and doesn't
cause ice cream. And it is also giving you
suggestions like Roboto, Open Sans or Proxima Nova. Use clear hierarchy. You can use line length, short. Okay? You should consider
the use of color. You should test for legibility. So these are like
for best practices. And if you want more information
on a particular point, you can write a follow-up e.g. suggests like what
hierarchy you should go with or you can add more. Like you're going to give a
follow-up prompt and you can get more information or tweak your existing brand to get even more referring
to the response. You can even get
color scheme ideas with the help of charge GBD. You can ask Jack GPT-2, suggest color palettes or
color combinations that would work well for
your design project. You can even specify a particular mood or a team
that you wish to go with. So you can see over here, act as a graphic designer. So just my color palette
for wellness app that promotes relaxation
and stress relief. And I'm even specifying
the tagline over here. So if I give this as an input, you will see chat GPT in action. It will give you, the first suggestion
is soft blue. And it is also telling
you why it's suggesting. So it's telling that
soft soothing blue can promote a feeling of
calm and relaxation. Making it the great choice
for primary colors. So this can be a
great primary color if you are promoting calmness. That is basically green as well. Warm gray, then soft pink, creamy white, and so on. So this is a color palette
that it's suggesting. You can tweak the prompt
more to get the output. You can even get
styling guidance. And you can request
input on how to style certain elements
in your design to improve the usability and to have a specific visual impact. So you can use this prompt. You can say, act as a graphic
designer and suggests to me ways to style a call
to action button. In a web design, you are looking to style a CTA or call to action button in a web
design to make them more attention
grabbing and effective for website promoting
an online course with this title here. So there's our title
of the course. So if I request some
input from GBD, it will tell you some of the
ways that you could do that. Look at the number one input
queues contrasting color. Again, there's a
reason for that. Contrasting color makes that particular elements stand out. It's also suggesting
you the colors, bright orange, green, blue. Add a shadow or depth effect. So it's telling you why as well. Use clear and concise text. Is action oriented words
like sign up and enroll now, to create a sense of
urgency and encourage. Also get some
variations of copy. Like you can take this
point, like the third point. And you can ask Jack GBD to give five variations of clear
and concise text over here. So you can get that as well. So you can write
follow-ups on this. Okay? The next one is giving
considered a button shapes and sizes make it responsive. So these are like the like the styling guidance that
charged TBT is giving you. You can also use chat GPD for inspiration, for
design elements. So you can ask a child to
be due to provide you with ideas for incorporating specific design
elements such as icons, illustrations, patterns
into your project. So let us say you are working
on a website design for architecture form
and you need to add geometric patterns
so you can see tragedy. Act as a graphic designer. Suggest me creative
ways to incorporate geometric patterns
into the background of the website for an
architecture firm. And the headline is this innovative design
for a sustainable world. If you press Enter, we'll give you some creative
ways to incorporate these patterns into the
website background. You can see like
hexagonal pattern. And these shapes
can be arranged in various patterns to create a
sense of movement and depth. And triangular patterns. These shapes can be arranged. Diamond patterns,
concentric circles, grid patterns and so on. You can like write follow again, like on 0.1, 0.20,
0.3, whatever. So you can make use of chat GPD as you like to get
different design suggestions. It can be a valuable tool for designers to generate ideas, find inspiration, and improve the quality
of the design work. It can act as an assistant with whom
you are bringing strong. That's Chad GPD for you.
7. Using Chatgpt for Copywriting: Let us discuss copywriting. So designers can
make use of chat GPT as a copywriting to
generate text content, create some
persuasive headlines, or even refine the existing copy to better suit their
design projects. And let us talk about what are some of the ways in
which you can do that. So this is a template that tells chat GPT to act as a copywriter. But I'm not just telling chat
GBD to act as a copywriter, but instead I have also
added an objective. Now, objective can be playful, expert, motivational,
or professionally. You're with the
help of objective. I'm setting the tone for the copy that I
wish to generate. So I can tell chart GPT-2 act as a playful copywriter or like a casual copywriter or something like that, or
friendly copywriter. That sets the tone essentially in which I wish to get
the copy generated. Here I'm seeing and
generate water. So it can be like What
kind of copy you want to generate for n. Like
this could be the product, the description of the product. Why are you generating this? And four, my regenerating this. So here you are specifying the target audience in the end. So the order can change, the order of what Y
and whom can change. That's perfectly fine. But it's important to give
all of this as an input to get some meaningful results. E.g. like I can say, act as a playful
copywriter and generate five catchy headlines
for an email campaign, promoting a new
sustainable fashion line. Or let us say, if you are working on a design project and you are looking for generating
headlines and taglines. And I'll add one more
prompt over here. Like so. So you're working on a
summer sale campaign. And here we have also
specified the target audience. So you can see act as a playful
casual writer and write an email subject line for summer sale campaign
targeting a younger audience. Okay? So by giving this as an input, it's giving you
one subject line. You can see it says
hotter than the sun, get ready for our summer sale. So you can tell, now you can modify this prompt and
you can tell, right? Then email subject lines
at ten will be too much. So I'll just say three. Save and Submit. You will get three
email subject lines as radiations and
you can pick one. You can see three
have been generated. You can even use chat GPT, do request product descriptions
that are engaging, informative, and
matching the tone and style of your design. E.g. you can take a look
at this prompt here. Act as a luxury product
description writer and craft a short
product description for a handmade leather wallet, emphasizing craftsmanship
and durability, time specifying what it
needs to emphasize on. Okay? So if you give this as an input, you will get the product
description being curated. So you can see,
it's pretty good. You can like rework on this. You can tweak the prompt
and you can ask Chad GPT-2, add things that you want. So let's say if I want to add
features you so it does not include it to features because we have not told
Jack GBD to do that. So after looking at the output, I realize, okay, I need
features here as well. If you have a product
whose features you wish to reflect
in the description, you can modify the prompt. So you can see, you
can copy this here. I'll press Shift Enter
and we get the features. So these are the
features of the wallet. And I'm asking Jack GBD, please add these in the
description in the bullet format. And I'm dulling, act as a luxury product description
writer and craft a short. So instead of short,
I'll say thousand word, product description for
handmade letter wallet, emphasizing its craftsmanship
and durability. I've given it the
list of features, and I'm asking it to add these in the description
in the bullet format. Now you will see the
output over here. Okay? You can see it
has started generating. So it has taken all of this and it's working
on generating it. So it does not included
the features that we have given in the description
in the bullet format. So I can tweak this
and I can give this. Over here, please add the below features in the description
in D bullet style. I'm rephrasing my prompt here, and I'm submitting it. Let us see the output as
to what it generates. Okay, So chart GBD
generated the response, but it did not include the
feature in the description. So like I mentioned, like add feature in
the description. It did not add the features
and the description here. Okay, I created 23 variations. So one is like I asked chart GPD to add the below features in the description
in the bullet style. Then I even numbered
the feature because I thought like it's
not picking it up because I've given it
in the graph format. But still it didn't
add to what I did is I added a follow-up
prompt wherein I said features are not added in the bullet format
above as requested. So change GBD, apologize
for the mistake and refreeze and reworked on the description
and gave it to me along with the features listed
in the bullet format here. Okay? So this might be the case. This might, you might face this intangibility is not giving you the
response as requested. But you can write
follow-ups like these. I just told DBT, hey, like features are not
added in the bullet format above as requested or in
the previous response. And Chad GBD will get
back to you on the same. Okay? So this is how you can
give an existing set of content to be incorporated in the newly generated content. You can even use chat GPT to
generate call to actions. So if you're working
on a design and if you need compelling
call-to-action freezes, you can tell chat GBT to
give you some options. So you can say act as a
persuasive copywriters. So this is the objective here. Suggest three attention grabbing,
call-to-action freezes. And I'm giving the character
limitation here as well. 20 character max for a button on a landing page that is offering
free trial of a project. Free trial of a project
management tool here. This is being kept there to convert people to
start free trial. So this is the purpose. If I give this as an input, you will get some really nice. We'll start now for free, right? Risk-free get started today. So these are the three
variants that you got. If you, I'll also share a
variation of this prompt here. You are certified a
lot of things like grindy character max and so on. But this one does not have any character
limitations and so on. If I give this as an input, we will get a
different response. You can see over here, okay? Oh, responses different. But if you add the
limitations of you, you will get the
modified response. Okay? Now you can even
use chat GPT too. Refine the existing copy. So you can provide existing
copy and ask Jack GBD to refreeze or improve it to better suit your design
and target audience. Okay, so here is an example
prompt for the same. You can say act as a
professional copywriter or copy editor and rewrite the following
sentence to make it more concise and engaging. So this is sine dense. And I want it to be
little more concise. So it will give
the output to me. So you can see efficiently
manage projects with our software's streamlined
workflow tools. You can tweak this. If you are looking for something else. You can play around with
the prompts a little bit and you can get
the right output. Remember, to provide
clear context and be specific about
your requirements when framing your prompts. This is really important. But with the help of GBD, you can get copywriting
suggestions that better fit your desired tone,
style, and perspective. You can even specify
your brand voice that you need to incorporate. So if you are a modern company, like if you want
to come across as a modern or a friendly company, you can add that, generate copy for our modern
app or something like that. So it will give you the copy
in that don't, alright? But this can be a really good starting point
and you can build on this. It can accelerate and save
your time a lot of light. So that's Chad GPT
for copywriting.
8. Chatgpt for Generating Captions: Let us talk about chat GPD
for generating captions. So designers can make
use of ATP to generate creative and engaging
captions for their visuals, social media posts, or
marketing materials. And like, how would you
get the best output? So you need to be specific. First of all, you
need to describe the visual or the design for which you need to
generate a caption. You can include theme, elements, mood, or
target audience. As much as information as you gave to this particular
tool as an input, you will get a much more
refined and concise output. Okay? So let us take a look at
some of the example prompts. So let's say you
are looking to get an engaging Instagram caption or opposed In the travel niche. So let me add a prompt
over here so I can see act as a social
media content creator. I want Chad GPD to think like social media content
creator and write an engaging Instagram post
for featuring travel logo. Exploring a hidden
beach destination. So this is the description of the image and this is
what image consist of. So I can even show
you the image. So I have a sample image from
one of the websites here. So let's say this is
the image we have. This description
that I have written is for this particular image. This image with the
beach destination. And it is targeting the
adventure enthusiast. Let's say it's being taken by air travel blogger.
You have to say image. So you can say generate
a caption for a post featuring a travel blogger exploring or hidden
beach destination. And it's targeting
adventure enthusiasts. Okay, So you got an error. We need to refresh. We'll try regenerating, but we'll copy and I'll hit Refresh. Okay, So on refresh,
nothing was saved. So I'll paste the prompt here. And it should generate
the output now. Okay, So this is the caption
that it's generating here. And it's pretty good. It looks like escaped the beaten path and discover
your own slice of paradise. While this hidden gem of beach had us feeling like we stumbled
upon a secret paradise. Adventure awaits
around every corner and we are here to
soak it all in. Okay. Who else loves uncovering off the beaten path
destinations like this? Wow. And you have two images, a grazing the hands. And you have some hashtags. So very well-written. I would say like it's a really good starting
point and it's a really good caption I
would say, to build on. You can even modify
the prompt above. You can add some more
description on the image. I can just copy this. And I can add some more inputs on the image
so I can see the picture. So this picture,
if you look at it, has beautiful clouds and
some people on the beach. So I can say the picture
has beautiful clouds. And some people on
the beach like so. And press Enter. Let's see what it generates. So it says sometimes
you stumble upon a place that takes
your breath away. And this hidden beach
was one of those places. The crystal-clear
waters, fluffy clouds created the picture perfect
backdrop for our adventure. We spent a day soaking
up the sun and exploring the secret codes.
And he didn't drills. Wow, this is a good
starting point. I feel like these couple of prompts have given
us good response. Okay? You can work more on this. You can add tone or something
that you want to add. Like if you have any
such requirement, you can add that and you
can tweak the response. Alright? So let's say if I want to mention
the tone, okay? So you can certify the tone or style for which you want
to generate caption. So you can specify the tune as humorous, motivational,
informative, casual. And this will help
giant GBD align the generated caption with your design and
audience expectations. Okay, so let me take
another example over here. Okay? So let me paste prompt. I'll say act as a copywriter. I'm using t as the objective. And I want to create a funny caption for
graphic design agencies, social media post, which is showcasing a quirky logo design. So this is a problem
that I have given and I can get the responses. Who says you can't
have fun at work? We had a blast designing this
cookie logo for a client. While it's not every day you get to turn a banana
into business. I can. We promise we won't slip
up when it comes to delivering top-notch designs
for all your branding needs. So you're like, I don't know whether we have converted a banana into business icon. Married has just generated this. So you can add more context
about the image here. So what is a logo that
you have created? Add some more information about the logo design
that you've done. So the output you
get here will be more contextual based on what you have given
as the input. So you can work more on this and you can build up on this, and you can see how
valuable it is. You're so far we are
getting only one options, but even request for multiple options and multiple
caption suggestions. And you can fit one that fits
your design and objectives. Okay? So you can say act as a
content creator and suggest five engaging captions for a Facebook post
that is promoting a new eco-friendly
kitchen products. And you will get five
engaging captions over here. So you can see elevate your cooking game and help save the planet
at the same time, does this first one, nice? I can say goodbye to plastic and hello to a cleaner kitchen. Okay. Good one. This is the third one. Make every meal of
planet friendly one. Okay, that's a good start. Small changes in kitchen can lead to pick changes
for the planet. Okay? What stuff you can
even mix and match, like if you like the first
part of this caption and the next line
of this caption, you can mix and match and create your own,
okay, from here. So these are really good
starting points, okay? So if you're not satisfied
with the generated captions, you can rephrase your prompt, provide additional
context, and help Jack GBD understand your
requirements in a better way. So remember that using act as a format that
we're using over here. Let's act as a format. This can be helpful in your prompts for
generating caption and it encourages PD to
think more creatively and get aligned with the desired role that
you are looking for. Okay? So you can experiment yourself
with different prompts and structures and get the most
effective one out there. Alright, so that's Chad GPT to generate captions for
your design project.
