1. Introduction to ChatGPT: What You’ll Learn in This Course: Hello there. Thank you for choosing this course. While there is too much of noise about ZADGPT and other generative AI tools, this is the right time to understand ZAGPT in structured way. In different social media channels, already there are enough material available using which someone can launch AGBT. But in this course, I would like to give you a structured path using which you'll be able to launch hat GPT, and you'll be able to use it 70% better than anyone else. If you want to improve productivity for your personal and professional work, then chat JPT can definitely help you there. In this course, I'll be able to give you required concepts and ideas using which you will be able to achieve. My name is Sandi Banaji, and I'm an IT professional with 23 years of experience. Currently, I'm working in an MMC company as technical authority of cloud competency, and I'm using hATJPT from the day one it came to market. In this course, I would like to share all my knowledges and concepts, whatever I know about APT so that you don't need to spend that much of time. I would like to thank you again for choosing this course, and as you decided to spend some time with me to learn AJP. 2. Course Project: Hands-on Task to Master ChatGPT: What are you going to do in this course? First of all, I will introduce Set GPT to you. Then I'll show you what are the features you need to know to use Sat JBT effectively. And not only about those features, when I will show you those features, I will also show you real life example or application of those features and how those can be used to get most out of this LLM tool. After we'll understand about all those features, then we'll work on a real life project. We'll pick up one of the Cs we file and we'll try to analyze that data using hat GPT. In that process, I will also show you how can you get more ideas related to data analysis using hat GPT. Now, while data analysis on hatGBT is one of the example, using the features I will introduce to you, using which you'll also able to do multiple other things. So what will be our project? You can choose any of the data file and you can analyze that data file using hat GPT, then we'll create some of the graphs and charts, and those outputs you need to upload in the project stamp. But one thing you need to ensure do not share any of the confidential data. If you're using your own data and once you are generating those graphs and charts, before uploading those screenshot in this project stab, you can remove those confidential parts. As you've got an idea of how the project will look like and how are we going to progress in this course, let's start working with Chat JBT to understand its potential. 3. Getting Started with ChatGPT: Beginner’s Guide in 6 Minutes: Let's start using hatGPT. How can we access it? If I go to this particular website that is open.com. Now, OpenI is the company and Chat GPT is the product. You can see in the left pin, there are multiple different applications are mentioned. Chat GPT is one of them. So OpenAI is the company who launched Cat GPT, and we will use SAT JPT in this course, but there are multiple different other products they also work on. So to use SatGPD, you can click here in Chat JPT or you can directly type chatjb.com to access it. Let me do that. If I open a new tab and I just type chatjbd.com, and then I hit Enter, you should be able to see this type of a prompt. What I'll do, I'll click on Sign up and I'll show you how can you use CRGBT. I already have my ID, but let me show you how can you use it. So if I click on signup, then it will show you a couple of options using which you can start using JAGBT. First one is using your phone. Second is your Google credentials. Third is Microsoft account, and fourth is your Apple credentials. You can use any of the method as per your liking. What I'll do, I'll click on Continue with Google. And once I'll click on that, it will show me all the Google IDs which are already configured in this computer. I'll choose one of them where I don't have a paid plan so that I can show you the free tier first and then I'll show you certain options which are part of the paid plan, so you'll be able to understand what are the differences between the free tier and the paid plan. Let me do one thing. Let me choose one of the ID where I don't have a now currently it is logging me in. So this is the interface you'll be able to see once you'll be able to log in. Here, it's giving you some of the tips. How can you get started? Like, don't share any sensitive information, check your facts and other things. So let me click on Okay. Let's go. And then this is the interface you'll be able to see. There are multiple different things. Let me show you one by one so that you'll be getting some idea. And then in the next chapter, I'll show you each of the options in detailed way. First of all, in the heart of the screen, there you'll be able to see one textbox, and this is the area where you will be writing your requirement. Whatever we are going to type here that we call prompt in generative a language. So whenever you are asking something from Chat ZPT whenever you are writing, that we call as prompt. So this is the place where we are going to type our prompts. So prompt is one word. I'm going to use multiple times in this course. So that's why I thought of explaining what is prompt in a very, very generic and men language so that we can get started and then down the line, we can learn more about it. So for an example, we can just type, Hey, how are you doing? And if I just type it, then it will start responding. If it's responding, that is, I'm doing great. Now, this is one area where you can type your prompt. If I click on this particular icon, then this will open a new chat. If I click on that, you can see the default view came. There are certain options here. These are all different prompt suggestions. It is giving you that what's its capability, what it can do. If I click on this particular button more, it will show me a few more options. We are going to talk about each of them down the line in a very detailed way. But for now, you'll understand that these are the options are available using which you can get started. Second important thing is LLA models. If you click on this dropdown, you'll be able to see only a couple of options are here. I'll show you in more detailed way once I log in using another ID where I have the paid plan. Currently, it is giving us this option. Another option is there that is temporary chat, which we'll also talk about in a while. And in the top layer, if you click on this particular icon that is open sidebar, then a left pane will open. There are a few things there. If you click on this particular option, a new chat will open. The way this particular button works, this option also works in a similar way. Explode GPTs are actually custom GPDs. You can configure those custom GPTs for some specific purpose. I'll show you in a brief in this course itself. And left pin, these are the history. Whatever the discussion you will have, what are the interaction you have with Chat GPT? All those interactions will be saved here so that you can refer it down the line. Here, one option is there. You can upgrade your plan. If you click on that, it will show you all those options, what are the benefits are there, what are the charges, everything? Those are visible here. This is self explanatory. You can come and check. Now, here let me show you a few more things and then we'll go to our next topic to understand each of these topic in a very detailed way. If I click on this option, you can see Explode GPTs. That is also part of the custom GPT we just talked about a little while ago. Customize Chat JBT. That's the topic we are going to see very next after this particular video. And then there settings. If you click on that, there are multiple different options. We'll talk about each of this topic in a while. Few more things are also here. You can click on this option to download on desktop version of Chat JBT. Currently I'm using Windows system. That's why you're showing me the Windows app. If you use McWis, it will show you McWilted options. Both desktop versions are now available. Another option is upgrade plan, again, the same repeton here, and then the third option is gate hat JBT search extension. That I'll also cover in a while. These are the options you will be able to see once you start using hat JBT for the first time. Now let me take you through each of these options and these features along with some real life example. 4. Custom Instructions in ChatGPT: Personalize AI for Your Needs: Now you got the idea how to start using Chat GBD, how to create your ID. Now let me show you a few more options. If I click on this profile picture again, this is one option you may remember from the earlier video, customized ChatGB if I click on it, then you'll be able to see this type of a dialogue box. Let me explain how this particular thing works. First of all, you can update your name so that down the line chat, JBT will know your name and it will interact with you taking your name only. So that's one. If I just type my name here, so this is the one. Now, second one is what do you do? It's your profession. If you're a student, teacher, or an IT professional, an artist, that you can mention here. So something about yourself. But only one thing you need to ensure, don't share any of the confidential data. The data, if it goes out, it should not be creating a problem for you. So that type of data cannot be shared, but you mentioned something about you. As a next step, I'll show you what I updated in my profile and how am I using it. But before that, I would like to show you all these options and then I'll show you how am I using this particular tool and these options. Now, next thing is what traits should Chat GPT have? One good thing of these options is if you mouse over on this icon, it will give you some more details that how you want chat JBT to respond, you prefer a formal type of response, or you want a funny one or maybe the length of the responses. Normally, are you a fan of a long responses or you are fine with a very shorter type of response also. So all those things, all your preferences, you'll be able to mention here. So customized Chat JPT means you can configure hat GPT based on your liking, your requirement, and specifically for you only. Maybe an artist is using ha ZIPT. Similarly, an advocate is also using ha JBT, but their expectation from hatGPT will be different. I I only talk about their professional way of maybe getting response from Chat GPT. That's the reason. Customized ChtGPT option shows Chat GPT that who you are and how you are looking for the response from Chat JBT so that it can fine tune its responses based on your profession, your liking, your preferences only. Let me quickly show you a few more options. Chat JBT already give some of the clues. Maybe if you want a chatty type of response, you can just click here. Then you can see, it's expanding that chatty term to be talkative and conversational. So in a similar way, you'll be able to click Zenz if you are in that age group, all those options are there. So these are the sum of the clues you can use it so that you will be able to configure Chat JBT according. Now, if I scroll down here, anything else Chat JBT should know about you, anything other than whatever you have already shared. Again, if you mouse over on this icon, it will give you some of the examples. Like, I'm vegetarian and I'm trying to learn French. So these are additional information. If you like, you can share with hat JBT. I'll show you a few more options here that how I configured and I'll show you in a bit. But before that, there are certain options you should know. If I just click on this Advanced arrow, then wave search if you want to enable or disable. Whenever you are asking hat GPT, hat GPT models already will have certain information. But to respond to your question, if hat GPT needs to search in the Internet, then this particular option will be useful. If you keep this check box on, then it will go to the Internet to search the response for you. Second is Dali. Dali is the image generation model within Chat JBT. I'll also show you in a while that how can you generate starting images using AI. Third thing is code generation in case you're using Chat JPT to debug some of the code, write some of the code, all those you can do. This is another option which will be helpful. Fourth one is Canvas. I'll show you what Canvas is and how Canvas can be used in one of the video in the codes itself. But this is one new feature hat JT introduced in a couple of months back. And the final one is Advanced voice. This is another incredible feature, and I'll also show you this particular option also in detail. Now, once you configure everything, if you keep this particular toggle bar on, then all new chats will start using these configurations. What I'll do, I'll click on Cancel here for now, and then I'll log off from here and let me log in using my main ID where I have Chat GPT plus plan configured. Now, again, I'm inside hat GPT, but this time, you can see I'm using a different profile altogether. Now let me show you how can you customize hat JBT here. If I click on customized hat GBT, here are multiple details I already updated. I'll also show you how can you generate your details also. I'll come to that in a bit. Here I mentioned my name, what I do. I mentioned IT professional, Cloud competency manager, YouTube or technology blogger, all those things. Whatever I try to do, all those things I mentioned here. What traids should hatGPT have that also I mentioned here. Now, you may see that this is a very extensive one. What I have done, I have generated this text using hat GPT itself. As I mentioned in the beginning of this course, I've been using Chat JBT for very long from the time it came to market. I asked Chat JPT based on my interaction till date, please generate this text for me. I'll show you in a bit how I generated. If you are already using Chat JPT for a while, you can use this method to get this kind of an extensive detail generated. Otherwise, you can just start using few of the details and then down the line, you can fine tune it, you can build on top similar way, I also generated other options or anything else hat GPT should know about you. So this is the details DRI fade hat JPT from my LinkedIn profile, and that details it already have, and that have been now updated here. So this is the way we'll be able to configure JatGPT as an custom instruction. So after this video, you can check how can you configure hat GPT? How can you configure it for your own usage and how you would like hat GPT to respond? Once you are done with everything, you can click on Save and your details will be saved down the line from the next chat on any of the new chats, JatGPT will follow all these instructions. 5. ChatGPT Memory: How AI Remembers & Enhances Conversations: We understood how customized hatJBT work and how can you personalize responses in Chat JBT for you? Now, there is one related feature available in Chat JBT. Let me show you that thing first and then we'll talk about remaining features. The feature I'm going to talk about that is Chat JBT memory. How can you see that? If you click on this profile picture again and go to settings, then under personalization, you'll be able to see one option that is hat JBT memory. And currently it is turned on, and by default, it is turned on, you'll be able to do multiple things. And some of the examples are mentioned here. Like, I just got a puppy. So Chat JBT knows you got a puppy and down the line, if you ask any questions related to the same breed, it will give you responses based on the age of that puppy. Also, there are multiple ways you can use it. I'll show you some of the examples which will be really helpful for you and I use those on daily basis. It's already configured in my profile. But before that, if you click on managed memories, you'll be able to see the list of memories you are going to configure. Let me show you very quickly what I'm talking about. If I close everything, and now I have this prompt box open here, right? And if I just paste one prompt, I already have it copied, let me paste it here. So this is the prompt. Going forward, whenever I type revise Colon, please provide a revised and polished version of the text in simple English with a human to. Now, why I use it very often considering English is not my mother tongue and I'm not a native English speaker. Sometime I use chat Zipt to refine my English. Now, what I do? I normally write something in case it's an email or a communication to someone, then I use this particular keyword. Calen revise Cullen. Now, why Column Because normally, if I only use revise, JatGBT already know meaning of revise, and that is already part of the English dictionary. That's why I added some additional characters there so that chat JBT will be able to differentiate. What's the difference between only revise and when SN ZP is asking me Cullen revise Colon. That's the way you can use any other thing. You can use a dash revised dash in that way also. So you can plan AsperU requirement and AsperU liking. But this is the way I normally use it. And this is very, very helpful because down the line, you don't need to write this entire prompt again and again. Let me show you. If I hit Enter, what it will do, you can see it showing memory updated. Got it. Just type color revised color. I'll refine your text according. And whenever I'll then down the line type Cullen revised colon, what it will do, it will give me a polished and revised version. That's number one criteria. Second is, it will be in simple English. And third, in a human like tone, it normally produces the text which will be sounding bit robotic. But using this particular option, I'll be able to generate something which will sound like human written. Now, if I show you one thing, if I mouse over on this memory updated, you'll be able to see it is already updated. If I click on this option, manage memories, then that other dialog box will open. Now you can see. Once text revised into simple English with a human to whenever they type color and revise color. I wrote something, it also translated in a different way, and it saved this particular preference. So down the line, whenever I'll be using this keyword, it will give me in this response. Now, similarly, if I use this particular prompt, going forward, whenever I type Kalen Grammar Cullen, please provide a grammatically corrected version of the given text. Also check for any spelling mistakes and correct them. Ensure that original text and style of my text remains intact. So this is another way if I just use it, then down the line, every time I don't need to type this entire prompt. So hopefully you got the idea. This is the way you'll be able to use chat JBT memory. And this is an exceptional feature at JBT introduced using which you can avoid typing longer prompt again and again. So these two features customize Sat JPT and chat JBT memory, it will help you to personalize hat GPT for you. You'll be able to save more time while using this LLM tool on day to day basis. 6. Mastering ChatGPT Search: Get Accurate AI-Powered Answers: As of now, we have completed a few of things. You know how to use Chat ZPT, you know how to personalize Chat JPT for you. Now let me show you one very good option which can be really helpful on data Daysis. That is, whenever you are using Chat GPT and you are asking something, you'll be able to use this search feature. You can click on it to enable for that specific prompt. And once you click on it, you can see, it's already suggesting some of the other prompts. And these suggestions are based on the current trend. But let me use this prompt to understand how is it working? Because this can be helpful in multiple different ways. Whenever you need to know something which happened recently and Chat GPT backend data models are not already trained using that data. So what are we asking here? What happened in generative AI space last month. You can see one spelling mistake is there. Let me go ahead with that because hat GPT can understand in case of any spelling mistake, it will still respond to you properly. Now, let's see if Chat GPT can pull out those details. If I click here, then you can see it's searching the web. It's showing that this is searching the web, and it will also show you once the details are available source of the data, like Deep Seek RON model came into market on January 2025. And this is the web page, I referred to get these details. All those citations and references, it can also mention. So in case you need to search anything, as of date, we search in Google, right? But down the line, you can start using hat GPT also. Chat GPT does few of the things better than Google in current situation. It will give you precise answers because in Google Search, whatever we get, normally, we get some of the advertisements, then atune contains all those things. But if you are looking for any output which is clean and without much of a destruction here and there, this is the way you'll be able to search data inside hat GPT itself. Just ensure to enable this particular option of search here, and then you will be able to search and you'll be able to get all those details. Now you can see key updates in this AI industry, multiple different article sources it also mentioned. If you mouse over here, what are the other sources are there I mentioned? And once I clicked on it, it opened all those links in the right pan. If you just click on it, it will open in a new tab and you'll be able to see all those details. So this is the way you'll be able to use search feature of Chat ZPT to request any kind of details based on the recent news and developments. 7. How to Share ChatGPT Conversations Using Links: We search for this particular data that what happened in AISpace last month. Now, think about you have done certain searches for some specific purpose, and then you want to share it with someone. So what I'll do, I'll click on this button, then it will update the link, and I'll be able to copy. It will also show us some of the more options. Let me click on it. Now you can see the link is being copied and then few of the more options, you can directly post this search in LinkedIn, Facebook, gradate or Twitter, wherever you want. Second one is make this chat discoverable. In case anyone searching in Google or in any other search engine, this particular chat will appear there. That also you can do. But now let me show you a few more things here. I copied that link. What I'll do, I'll login in chat GPT using a different ID, and there I'll paste this particular link to see what are the options I'm getting there. One thing you'll be able to do once you'll share any of this link, the other person will be able to start contributing to that particular chat. But in case you make some changes in this particular chat now, that additional things will not be visible to that person, and it's vice versa also. In case your friend or colleague with whom you shared that particular link, in case they also build something that you will not be able to see. So this is one time share kind of facility available within CHITPI. So let me do one thing. I'll just close everything. I'll log off from this account, and I'll log in using a different ID, and let's see what am I able to see there. Okay, now I log in using my main ID, and if I open a new tab, and there I pasted that particular link, and then I hit Enter. Then let's see what can I see here. You can see on top, it's mentioned, this is a copy of a conversation between hat ZPT and another person. Whatever the searches I did, those are visible here. Messages beyond this point are only visible to you. So if I type any prompt now and what are the results I'll get, that will be only visible to me. It will not be visible to the owner of the actual chat. So this is the way you will be able to share any of your existing interaction with Chat JBT with anyone else. It will be helpful for people who are working together in a specific project, and they will be able to collaborate. But down the line, definitely, I'll expect maybe Chat JBT will add some additional features so that additional updates also will be visible to both parties. But as of now, you'll be able to use this feature to share any of the link with any of your colleagues, friends, or anyone. 8. ChatGPT Models Explained: Choose the Right AI for Your Needs: By now we know some of the Chat JBT features. Now let me show you one thing, and that's very important. If I just click on a new chat to clear the screen, and then if you click on this drop down, you'll be able to see multiple different options here. This is only visible in case you are using a paid plan. Chat JBT introduced multiple different models for different purposes. Some specific models are good in certain things, and that's the reason they have named it. They also mentioned certain details here. You can see normally by default, GPT 40 is selected. And this is great for most questions. Now, if you need any advanced reasoning, then 01 model should be used. 03 mini also can be used for the advanced reasoning, but if you are looking for a very quick type of response, this model will be a bit slower, but this will be faster. Similarly, another model is there that is 03 mini high, that is very good in coding and logical things. So this is the way they have segregated different models. If you also mouse over here, you'll be able to see two more models. One is GPT four, that's a legacy model that was the world one. And another thing is there that is GPT four oh Mini. That's the mini version of the current GPT 40. So all these LLL models are available for different different purposes. I'll just talk about this scheduled task in a while in the next video because there I'll cover and I'll show you that feature. But before that, another option is there that is temporary chat. This is in cognitive mode of chat GPT. If you enable that, then whatever the interactions you will do, those will not be saved in history. These data will not be used to train any of the chat GPT model. In case you are using free version of Chat JBT, your interactions are getting used to train their existing model. That's the thing Open mentioned, and that's one of the disclaimer you need to agree on before you start using Cha JBT. The last thing is memory will not be updated. In case you are interacting anything here, those things will not be updated in the memory. This is one option in case you are asking some questions to CHAZPT which you don't want to save and you want to maintain some kind of confidentiality about that particular interaction, you will be able to use this temporary chat. Now, let me click on continue. You'll be able to see this kind of an interface where everything they have mentioned another time here that it will not be saved in the history, and for safety purposes, OpenI will keep this data, which will be available for 30 days. After that, they will also erase it from their server. This is one aspect. If you have any such requirement, you'll be able to use. Now we talked about all these available models. Now, hat GPT is one thing. You'll be able to see this particular interface gets changed very often. Maybe by the time this course will be published, then also maybe you can see some additional options, some addition or deletion, you will be able to see. But don't worry on that particular part. Because OpeneI is releasing multiple different models, features on very regular basis. Every day someone or other is releasing some new features and to counter that, other companies are also coming up with some new features. This interface may get changed regularly, but don't worry on that particular area. You already have an understanding of ChatPT how to use it. I'll also show you all the features available. So you already have 90% knowledge there in case some new 10% thing comes. Those can be self explanatory, and I'll also keep updating this course so that you'll be also able to learn any new features whenever it will come to so we understood brief about all these models. Now let me show you the next option that is Chat JBT task. 9. Using ChatGPT Tasks: Automate & Optimize Your Workflow: So by now, you understood what are the different models available within Chat JBT. And we briefly discussed about each of them. Now let me show you what is Chat JBT 40 with scheduled task. Now, this is called Chat JBT task, and this is not a normal task. For that, we have multiple different other applications using which you can track your task and you can get reminder and other things. But this is something beyond the normal task. First, let me configure a task, and then I'll explain you in a detailed way and you'll be able to understand it better. So if I paste this prompt, please configure a task to get top generative AI News on daily basis. And if I hit Enter, then it will configure that task. If you see get top generative AI News and Daily at 9:00 A.M. We never mentioned any time, but it took a default time of 9:00 A.M. You can mention any of the specific other time if you need it. Now, this is configured. Now we can do multiple things. If I click on these three dots, I'll be getting one option that is edit. If I click on it, then it will show you this kind of a dialogue box. Here, we can do multiple things. First of all, you can name it so that you can identify which task it is. And next is tell me to get top generative news that is the requirement. Now, I'll show you something more here just in a while. Now, next thing is schedule. Here in this dropdown, you'll be able to select the frequency for this particular task. And then time, you can select any of the time as per your requirement. And once you click on Save, then daily basis or as per the frequency will set. Chat ZPT will be sending you those details. I'll show you one option here. Let me click on Cancel and I'll click on Confirm because I'll not save this one. I'll click on my profile and there I'll select this particular option task. I will show you a few of the tasks which I configured in my system and how I configured so that you'll be getting a better idea. Now, first one, I also configured the same task which I normally receive. Get top generative I News. So if I click on this pane icon here, you'll be able to see the details of this particular task. Let me click on it, then you'll be able to understand it more. Here, again, the name is top generative I News. And in the body, what I mentioned, search for top ten generative AI related news articles, summarize them, and include their source links. Tell me the results. This is the way I configured. I'll show you a few more options here so that you will be able to understand what are the different details you can mention here. Like the third one, trending IT and Cloud computing industry news. If I click on it, you'll be able to see the amount of details I mentioned here. And what I have done, I generated these details using hat JBT only. If I open this particular tab, I'll show you how I did it. Initially, when Chat JBT tasks were introduced, I mentioned I have configured two tasks using new feature within Chat JBT. One I configured to get a Die News and other one I configured to get two tweets which I can just copy paste. Now, these are the things I mentioned. Now I mentioned, can you give me ten more use cases where hat JBT task can be much more helpful and efficient on top of any other reminder application. Because hat JBT task is not only to get some reminders on a frequent basis. This is beyond that, and I'll show you very quickly what I'm talking about. It responded. Here are ten practical use cases where Chat JBT task can be more helpful. This is the way you can also ask Chat GPT to generate some ideas for you. You can mention these are my interest area, and I'm looking for details in this area, so it will generate ideas based on your preferences only. And here you can see it generated multiple different ideas, daily summary of emails, personalized learning plan, every. Daily market trend for investment, all those things. What I've done, again, I repromted. I mentioned few of these above suggestions are useful, but others are not. And I also mentioned which are those two suggestions, which I found useful. So the Cha JBT will understand my liking and based on that, it will reproduce that content. And then it gave me ten more different ideas, and I picked up some of the ideas from there and I configured in my ha JBT task. And you can see, these are the details I earlier generated using HGBTO now, if I click on this view chat, you'll be able to see what are the details I'm getting on daily basis based on this task only. This one I received today, that is trending IT and Cloud computing news. This thing came on this particular date, and it gave those headings, AWS announcement, and also it shared the link. Similarly, it shared five different other news and it gave me required links. If I click on any of them, then it will open in a different tab covering those particular topic. Now, this is very useful because normally whenever we use any other task related application, there we only get the task related alert and other things. But here, hATZBT is working like an analyst for you. It is searching details, it is curating everything, and it is giving you everything ready. So if you need any such details on daily basis, weekly basis, you will be able to use AT few more things. Let me show you. If I go to my profile picture and click on task again, there, you'll be able to see what are the task which you have configured. You'll be able to click on this particular three dots to delete or pause any of the task, or you can edit this task as I shown you a few minutes back. Now, one suggestion here. Whenever you configure any new task, do it as a new chat. Let me show you why I'm talking about. If I click here on a new chat, there I need to select GPT four oh with scheduled task. And when you configure something from here, then only a new thread will get configured and there you'll be able to see all of your responses. If I click on my chat history, here you can see there are five different tasks using which I get details. If I click on the first one, Jen News, here I get details on daily basis and the entire history is being maintained on a single thread so that I'll not miss it. If I come back here and again I select this GPT four with scheduled task and I try to configure multiple task in this window itself, then only one thread will get generated and all of your different responses will come as part of the single thread only. Whenever you configure a new task, open new chat every time, select hat ZPD scheduled task and there you configure, and then you configure your next task. This is one incredible feature Jet JBT announced recently, and this can really be helpful if you are looking for the details on a specific frequency. Now you know how to use JatJBT task. Let me very quickly show you this block post from OpenA itself. There they mentioned some of the limitations also. Like as of now, you can configure maximum ten active task. I think down the line, they may increase or decrease the limit, but as of now, only ten parallel tasks you can configure. 10. ChatGPT Canvas: Unlock AI-Powered Brainstorming & Planning: The time hatJPT was released, after that, it continuously kept on adding different new features to improve efficiency of ChIGPT. Chat JBT Canvas is one of that feature. Let me show you what am I talking about and you'll be able to understand about ChtGPT Canvas. If I paste one prompt here, that is, please help me to write a blog covering how generative AI can be used by content creators. You can see then and there, it opened a different pen altogether at the right where it started writing and generating the content. And in the left side, my prompt and it mentioned that, I have completed that thing, this is mentioned. So this is Chat JBT Canvas. Now, what's the benefit of it? If you see if I select this text, then I'll be able to do multiple things. First of all, I'll be able to change if it's bold or it or I'll be able to change how it will look like. Is it the heading one, two, or three? Like the way we do it in MS. Or any other W processor. This was not there earlier in GPT. Let's take an example. Another thing. If I come here, there are multiple different suggestions. I can make it longer and I can make it shorter also. All those things are available. If I change it to longer, then you'll be able to see it will change the content. You can see it's editing, and now line by line, it is doing it, and it is increasing the word count of this entire document. And this is happening on the fly. Another major part is, once this is done, currently it's still working, and this will be done, you'll be able to see the ardier version also. So it maintains the version history based on your prompts and other things. You can see, I have expanded your block post by 75%. Now if I click on this icon, then it will show me the previous version. You can restore this version or you can come back to the latest one. You can also use this arrow to come to the next version. So this is one incredible feature in case you are trying to generate certain details. Earlier, when this option was not there, we had to prompt, reprompt every time, but now there is an interactive feature to do it. Let me talk about a few more things here. So this is suggest edit. We can do it in a couple of ways. First of all, you can select this entire text. You can ask hat GBT using a prompt here. Please expand a bit more. And if you click on this icon, then this part of the text only will get expanded. You can see now this is happening. So this has been expanded. This is only for the first paragraph, not everywhere else. Second thing. If you mouse over here, you'll also able to see this particular bubble, and there also you'll be able to ask same. So one is you can either manually select the text. Second one is you can click on this bubble to change it. Now, once your text is ready, you can click on this icon to copy this entire text, and you will be able to directly paste elsewhere. Now let me talk about a few more options which are available here. We saw that how suggest editor works and also the length. Next is reading level. You can define who are your audience. If you see if I drag it below, that is kindergarten, then middle school, then keep the current reading level, then high school college and graduate school. Using these levels also, you'll be able to change based on your end audience. This is incredible. Earlier, when this feature was not available, only option was there to use multiple different proms and write into hat JBT, make it in a way that 5-years-old can understand 10-years-old can understand in that way. We used to write. But hat JBT Canvas made it so simple. Let me show you another thing here. That is add a final polish. Once everything is done, you can do it. But before that, I would like to do one thing that is add Imoges. If I click on it, then it will add Imoges between words, start off any of the section as part of the list, and you can also click on remove to remove any emogis. If I do it in this way, maybe list, and then I click on it, it will rewrite this entire thing, and wherever the bullet points are there there it will add different imoges. If I scroll down, you can see now all these bullet points have been changed to Imoges and that is also based on the preceding text. You can see blog post, there is a different Imoge social media caption, so there is a different emoji, so that's the way you will be able to do it. So now if I come back here and click on there and I remove Imoges, now it will remove all the emoges from the enter document, and it will go back to the earlier stage. If you are not happy, you can anyways use this lift arrow to go back to the earlier stage. But this is the capability of hat GPT Canvas. You'll be able to edit your documents like a Word processor. Now let me show you the final one. If I go here and click on this add final polish, what it will do it will analyze this entire document. It will make required changes and it will add a final polish to the entire document, and this will be ready to use. So this is the way you'll be able to use hat JBT Canvas. Similar way, if you are looking to generate any of the code, you'll be also able to see multiple different options. Let me show you how it looks like. If I close everything and then I come back and go to a new chat, and there I use this particular prompt. Help me to write a code to create a snake game. Now, once I do that, now it will start generating that code. Currently, it generated the code. If I now type, open this code in Canvas. You can see it opened this entire code in Canvas. And I'll show you the available options here. So in case you are a coder, then this feature will really, really help you. First option is code review, using which you will be able to review your code. Also, you'll be able to put to a language. If I click on it, you'll be able to convert this entire code to a different language altogether. If I click on C plus plus, it will change the current code to C plus plus. Currently, it's written on Python. Now the new code will be in C plus plus. If you are a coder and if you're looking in different other codes, you'll be able to change your coding. Now you can see it started writing in C plus plus. You have certain codes available in one language and you want to convert it to a different language, you don't need to write it from scratch again. Now you'll be able to use using this particular feature. Isn't it incredible? Now, this is converted to C plus plus. If I click here and then click on Add logs, then it will add required documentation as part of your code. So in case any of your team member wants to work with this code down the line, they will be able to see all those logs already. It will be definitely helpful for coders so that they will be able to use Cha JBT Canvas to use it in a better way. We two examples as a normal user, like I two, I'm not a coder. There I can edit my text on the fly, and if you have any coding related requirements, you can also use Cha JBT Canvas. 11. ChatGPT Advanced Voice Mode: Talk to AI Like a Human: Let me show you one incredible feature which was recently introduced within hat GPT. That is advanced voice mode. Chat GPT can now interact with you over a voice and you'll be able to talk to Chat GPT. Let's see how it works. You can see there is one prominent icon here that is use voice mode. If I click on it, then it will start listening to me. Hey, Sandeep, how's it going? It's going great. How are you? I'm doing well. Thanks for asking. What can I help you with today? I'm planning to record a new course on Chat GPT. Can you help me to prepare for it? Absolutely. Let's start by outlining your course structure. Here are some steps to consider. One, define learning objectives. What do you want your audience to achieve by the end of the course? Two, outline key topics. Break down the course into sections like introduction, basic features, advanced use cases, and real life applications. Okay, you can understand, right? So this is the way you'll be able to interact with Chat JBT using your voice, and it will also respond to you. Now, let me show you a few more ways how can you interact. And this particular option also works with your mobile device. So in case you are on the go and you are not in a position to type anything, you can use your voice to interact with Chat GBT. And whenever any discussion will happen, those interactions will get saved as part of your history. And here, if you want to listen to it, again, you can just click on this Ripley icon. Absolutely. Let's start by outlining your course structure. So this is the way to keep everything. Now, if you want to change this voice, how can you do it? If you remember earlier we talked about inside settings. There was one option which we skipped on that time. If you click on your profile picture and then you go to settings, then one option is there, that is speech. Currently, one voice is selected. If you want to change it to anything else, that also you can do. If I click on this particular option of the first one, and then I click on play, let's see how it sounds. Hey, I'm ready to hit the ground running. So if there's anything you'd like me to focus on first, just let me know. So this is the way you will be able to select any of the voice as per your choice. So I'll go back to the second last, which was the earlier selection, and I'll continue with that. Another thing is you can select the main language. If you change any of the other language, then whenever you interact with Chat JBT, Chat JBT will respond back in that language itself. Considering currently it's mentioned auto detect, then whenever I'm speaking with hat GBT, it's detecting which language am I speaking. According to that, it's responding back. So these are the two settings we have here. One is your voice selection and second one is the language selection. Now, if I close this dialog box and I come back and then I open a new chat, let me show you another thing. Please write a short story in English. If I use this prompt, now it is generating this story. And once the story is generated, you can click on this option, read aloud to hear what it generated. And even down the line, you can record this audio so that you will get some AI generated voices without any cost. If I click on this option. Here's a short story for you. The forgotten notebook. Arov slumped into the last available seat on the Metro, exhausted after another long day at work. As he settled in, his eyes landed on a small leather bound notebook tucked between the seat and the wall. Curious, he picked it up. It is very natural, and it is also following all these punctuations, pauses, everything to properly narrate this story. So this is another way you'll be able to use hat GBT voice option. Using the advanced voice, we interacted with hatGPT. We can talk to Chat GPT whenever we are on the go and we have some certain requirements, and using this feature, you'll be able to generate certain details, and that Chat JBT can read for you, and that audio, you can use elsewhere also. 12. ChatGPT History & Search: Find & Manage Past Conversations: Let's talk about the next feature, and that is search within hat GPT. Earlier, we saw how ChtGPT search feature can help us to get some details from the Internet. Now, this is search within Chat JBT. If you click on this search option here, you'll be getting this particular dialog box. There, if you type anything, Chat JBT will search all of your interaction history, and from there it will fetch the details. If I type anything, maybe PowerPoint. Then you will be able to see how many times I used PowerPoint within ChaGBT. I may have requested for some prompt. I may have generated certain things because I work with ChaGBT multiple times to generate my PowerPoint presentations. So in any case, if you are not able to find anything which you may have interacted with ChtGBT and you want to fetch the details, then this search option will be really helpful. While you interact with ChtJBT, it automatically saves all of your interaction as part of the history. Now, if you want to make those histories recognizable or you'll be able to recognize that what was the point or what was the thing you discussed on that time, you can come here and you can click on these three dots to manage your chat histories also. First of all, you can delete it. You can archive it if it's not required very frequently. Another thing is you can rename it. If you rename later, it will help you to search within your chat history and you'll be able to recognize what it was for. Otherwise, what Chat JBT does, whatever the fast prompt you writing whenever the interaction start, it normally takes some clue from there and it names it automatically. So you can use this rename feature if you want to make it searchable down the line. Few more options are there like the share one we already talked about, and another new feature came within Chat JBT that is Chat JBT projects. You can add any of the chat interaction as part of the projects. So these are the options you have related to history of your interactions and how can you search within your history. 13. ChatGPT Settings - Part 1: Essential AI Configuration Tips: As of now, we covered a good ground, and we covered a good amount of features and options within Chat JPT. Now, let me show you hat JPT settings because there are multiple different options there. Let's talk about that. Some of those we already discussed by now, but let me show you all remaining options. If I come to my profile picture, and there will be one option, that is settings. If I click on it, let me give you an idea of all those settings so that you'll be able to personalize your Chat JPT experience as per your requirement. First of all, under the general, you have the theme. Whatever the theme, if you want a light or dark theme or the system thing, I have system selected. Currently, it is showing the dark theme. Now, second one is always show code. Whenever we are asking Chat JBT to generate something where Chat JBT needs to generate certain code, it will show you those code. I'll show you this particular option in more detailed way. Whenever we work on the project where we'll analyze some of the CSB files. On that time, I'll show you this specific option how it is generating the code and how we are able to see that. Next option is so follow up suggestions in chat. Whenever you are using hat GPT and you are executing any of the prompt, hat GPT also gives you some of the recommendations of what can be your next prompt. And that's the thing you can keep it enabled or disabled. I will also again mention whenever those suggestions will come down the line in upcoming topics, there I'll mention it. While this is part of the entire hat GPT experience, another option is there that is chat JPT Advanced voice. Using which language hat GPT will speak to you that can be selected here. Let me just show you what are the options are there. You can see these are the language options hatGPT support. And this is a long list. You can see. So all those languages, chat GPT can support, and it can speak also. I'll show you this option down the line, but as of now, we'll keep it as Autodi. While I was talking about that search history, then I talked about archive chats also, you can click on this manage to see in case you have archived any of the chat. I have not done anything yet, so that's why this list is blank. But if we just come here, maybe the fast one, and there I click on Archive, then it will be part of the archive. If I come back here, go to settings and click on this manage button, you'll be able to see that this particular chat was archived and when it was created, everything. You can delete it from here and you can also unarchive this conversation by clicking on this option. I'll close it for now, and now you can delete all of your chats. If you don't like Chat ZVT at all, you can delete everything and you can also delete your ID. I'll show you that option also. And you can log out from this particular option. So this is self explanatory. Now, second one is I'll come to notifications, and this is something related to our task. Currently, I kept email as the option. Another option is push so whenever you are configuring hat GPT task, there I show you how hatGPT is maintaining all those details. But on top of that, hat JBT also have another feature. It will send you an email mentioning that that particular task has been executed and your details are ready so that you can come back to Chat JBT and you can check for that. I kept this email option enabled, and I'm getting email on daily basis from OpenAI when those tasks are getting executed. You can see these are all emails I receive from Chat JBT whenever any of the tasks are getting eight. So coming back, now if I click on personalization, and this is one area we already covered, first one is the custom instructions. So that is currently on and see all the details I already shown you here. Second one is hat GBT memory. If you want to manage your memory, you can click on managed memories, and it will show you all the memories which are configured. If I click on Cross, then this is all about it on the Bertonization. Next one is speech. But what I'll do, I'll skip this part for now because the very next video, I'll talk about this hat GBT speech option as part of the Chat GPT advanced voice that is coming next. 14. ChatGPT Settings - Part 2: Optimize Your AI Experience: Next option is data control. Now, how you want hat GPT to control your data. So the first option is improve the model for everyone. If you want Chat JBT to use all of your interaction to train LLA models, then you can keep it on. If I click on here, there will be a few more options. First one is the same one, the same Toggle Bar. Second option is the voice mode. Using Chat JPT Advanced voice mode, now we can interact with Chat GPT with both audio and video. Which I'll show you in a while. If you want those audio and videos to be also used, those can be turned on. But it's better to turn it off considering there is no point of sharing your personal data with OpenAI to train their models. That's why I kept it off and you can also turn this particular option also off and you can click on Done. This is off, I would suggest you to keep it off so that you will not be sharing any of your personal data accidentally also. Now, second one is we already talked about this particular point that is shared links. Whenever we shared any of our link those can be managed from here. These are all links I generated as of now, which I shared. First of all, you'll be able to copy that link again. If you just right click on it and you can click on this copy link address, you will be able to copy. Second one is, you'll be able to select this particular option to view the actual chat which was shared earlier. You can see it pulled out that particular chat. So this is the chat which was shared earlier, and you'll be able to delete that particular shared chat also. And if you click on these three dots, you'll be able to delete all of your shared chats. So this is about the managing your shared chat links, and that can be managed from here. You can export your data, which means till date, whatever you have interacted with Chat JBT, entire thing can be exported if you have any such need. And if you want to delete Chat JBT account, you don't want to use it anymore, this is the button you need to use to delete your account. Now, let me show you a few more options. Builders profile, I'll show you in a while. I'm going to talk about custom JBTs and there we'll talk about on this particular point in more detailed way. So I'll skip this particular option for now. Connected Apps. Whenever you're using Chat GPT, you'll be able to upload your files from your computer or from Google RIV or Microsoft OneDrive. If I close this particular option, I go to a new chat and there I select a normal model. If I want to upload any of the file, I just need to click on this plus. There, I'll get three options. First one is upload from your computer. Second one is from Google and the third one is for your One Drive, and both your personal or company related one drive can be utilized. So these are the options you will get, and those are available inside settings in connected apps. You can connect it directly from here. If you click on your Google Drive, it will ask for the credentials. So down the line, hat GPT will be able to login to your O drive to find a file. And whenever you will get the dialog box, there you'll be able to select that particular file. Similarly, is the case for OneDrive. So these are connected apps within hat now, one important feature that is the security, and this is one very important thing in current world. Two things are there. One is very simple, logo from all of your devices because Chat JBT allows if you can configure in multiple devices, you can use it because I use it in multiple ways. I use it from my mobile, I use it from my Macbook, also from this Windows computer, everywhere I use. If you think that your account has been compromised or someone is misusing, then you can click on this particular button to log off from everywhere. Second one is you can enable a multi factor authentication. So if you want that, that can be also configured from here. These are the two security settings TJPT offers, and the last option we need to talk about that is subscription. If you have any need to use any of the paid plan, then you can come here and you can find out different options available, how the Chat JBT plan works. Currently, I'm using a plus plan, and this is still showing me to upgrade the plan to P. So from $20, it's asking me to go to the $200 plan, and I can also cancel my subscription from here by clicking on this option. So these are the settings we have available within hATGPT that we need to know. Now let me proceed and show you a few more options before we start working on our as of now, you must have gotten good idea about Chat GPT, how to use it. What are features and options are available using which you can customize it. You can fine tune it as per your own usage. 15. Custom GPTs: How to Build & Use AI-Powered Assistants: Now let's talk about another very important feature of hat GPT. That is custom GPT. If you come to this left pane, there you will be able to see one option that is explore GPS. This is very important within hATJPT. This is a marketplace where multiple developers, they created different custom GPT, which are specifically fine tuned to perform certain actions. If I show you a few of the options here, you can see these are the GPTs developed by Opinion. First one is Dali. This is to generate images. Data Analyst. Using this GPT, you'll be able to analyze your data more effectively. Similar way, multiple different categories are available. If you are into productivity, you can check multiple different options that are available there. Only six are showing here. If you click on Show Me, then it will show multiple different options. So this is a marketplace here you can come and you can find out in case you are looking for certain use cases, someone may have already created custom GPT for that specific purpose. While overall chat GPT is for a broader perspective, these custom GPTs are fine tuned to perform certain actions. They only do those actions except anything else. So this is about the marketplace at where you can find you can also create your own GPT, and that can be also used by someone else. If I click on my GPT, you can see I just created some of the drafts, so I want to check it out. If you want to create a new custom GPT for yourself, you can click on CretGPT. Once I click on that, you'll be able to see this kind of an interface where you can name this custom GPT, and in the configured section, you'll be also able to configure everything related to that GPT. This is a bit advanced topic, considering in this course, we are just starting out with Chat ZPT. I'm in process to record a different course altogether dedicated to custom ZPTs and there I'll talk about in detail. But very quickly, let me show you one example that is this one. I created one custom GPT for a candidate search in case I have some job descriptions and I have bank of resumes from there, if I want to search, how can I use it? If I click on this Edit GPT, and if I come to configure, you'll be able to see multiple different things. I wrote this text and instructions, what are the things I'm expecting this particular custom GPT to do. I also mentioned some of the conversation starters that how user of this particular custom GPT will interact and they will be getting certain suggestions. I'll show you in a bit and then there are certain knowledges. Currently, I uploaded one resume database there using which this custom GPT will give responses. Few of the capabilities are also there. I only enabled code interpreter considering it needs to analyze one Excel file before producing that output. But waive search, Canvas, and image generations are not required for my GPT, so that's why I turn those things off. If you come here in the right side, you'll be able to see a preview of this custom GPT. It will look like this candidate search and these are conversation starters. You can see these are the conversation starters I mentioned, those are visible here. If I want to share it with someone, I can click on this particular button, share and the copy link. Then if I just paste that link in another tab, you'll be able to see this is the interface, anyone will be able to see when they will be using this custom GPT. While this is a bit of an advanced topic, I thought of showing you these options how this custom GPT looks like, how to find in case you are looking for any specific custom GPT and in case someone talks about custom ZPT, you'll be able to understand what they're talking about. This is all about custom GPT in a very brief. Let's talk about the next feature. 16. ChatGPT Desktop App: How to Use AI on Your Computer: Of now, we use SEDGPT from our web browser. But CTGPT also gives option to use SEDGPT from other devices also. You can download a Dektop app. It can be for Windows, it can be for Macois. You can also use it from your mobile device. So let me show you how can you use a Dektop app. So if I come to my profile and I click on my Profile picture, there I'll be getting one option. Download the Windows app. If I click on that, then this particular dialog box will come. I'll click on Download on Microsoft Store, so that Microsoft store will open, and from there, I'll be able to download this particular application. Let me click on that. And this is the one. So what I'll do, I'll click on D you can see the file is being downloaded and now this is downloaded. So if I double click here, then it will open the installer. So let me minimize this window so that you'll be able to see it clearly. And if I click on Install, then it started downloading the remaining code from OpenAI site. So let it get completed. This will depend on your Internet connectivity speed because this is going to download the software from OpenIst and once this is downloaded, then it will proceed to the next step. So currently it's being downloaded, and now the download has been completed. It started the installation. And now it is opening that application on my computer. You can see this is the prompt it is showing so that how to login. So if I click on Login, then it will open the web browser to authenticate my credentials. What I'll do, I'll click on continue with Google, and then I'll select that ID where I have my paid plan. So I have selected that. Now it is asking to open hatGPT. I'll click on this particular option to allow every time and open hat GPT. Now it will open that application. You can see it's logging me in. And this is the interface wiki. This is very similar to whatever we see in the wave application. Everything is same. Only a couple of options are extra here. If I go to my profile picture here, click on settings, then you'll be able to see one additional option app considering we are accessing it from app, that's why this is the only one extra option we added in the settings if you use it from your deskto app. One very important thing is using Alt plus space, that's the default for any Windows computer. If you use it, you will be able to invoke hat GPT instantly. Let me show you very quickly. If I close everything, if I close that app, and now currently I'm in my desktop, nothing is open. Now if I praise Odd plus space, now you can see hat JBT is opening, and there it is giving me an option to write my prompt. So OpeneI is trying to reduce the friction before you start opening hatJPT. You don't need to go to any web browser. You don't need to type jgbt.com and start working on it. Instead of that, one shortcut key and using which you will be able to open your app similarly, you'll be able to download it for McWas from the same option. Let me close this one and open my web browser and let me show you. This is the option you'll be also able to get in your McWas in case you are using any of the Mac computer. So this is all about how can you install your desktop application and start using. Remaining everything else is same, except those two options. One is one additional settings of app inside your settings, and second one is that shortcut key. You can also change that shortcut key if you want to, and then you'll be able to invoke Chat GPT instantaneously whenever you are working on something else. 17. Data Analysis with ChatGPT - Part 1: Extract Insights from Data: Okay, now we know everything about JZPT. We started with how to use CHAZPT. Then we check different features available within Cha JBT and how those can be utilized in real life. We also got a good idea about Chat JBT settings and how multiple different things can be configured so that you can personalize ChIGPT for your own use. Here what we are going to do. We are going to use all of our knowledge as of now, whatever we acquired in a real life example. Normally as a knowledge worker, what we do, we sometimes use different Excel or CSV files to analyze those data and we also create charts and graphs using those data files. Today we are going to use SAD GPT to perform that work and how we can get ideas how to use it that we are going to talk about in this project. If I start here, I'll click on this plus sign and I'll upload one data file from my computer. Let me click on it. After clicking on at the file, now this dialog box open. There I have one CSV file that is Netflix titles. And if I click on Open, then that file will get uploaded in hatchiPIt. This is one file Aldi download it from an external site using which will work here. If you want to use your own data file, that is also fine, but I would request you to see what are the steps I'm following so that you'll be getting an idea and then you'll be able to work on your data file and maybe you will also come up with some more additional and better ideas than whatever I'm showing here. Let me show you what I'm going to do. To start, I'll paste one prompt here. I have this dataset, please help me to analyze. And if I hit Enter, then hat GPT will start working. Now, you can see it is showing that it is creating some of the Python code to analyze. If you remember when we were talking about settings, there I shown you this option and there I told you later I will show this particular option. This is the one. Always show code when using data analyst. This is one option. If it's enabled, then you'll be able to see this progress. You can see it is showing the code generation, and here also, you'll be able to control it, and then it analyzed everything and then it gave me these details. This dataset contains more than 8,000 Netflix titles with 12 different columns. What are the columns are there and what those column contains, which type of data that also it mentioned. Initial observation, some columns have missing values. The dataset contains both movies and TV shows. Data added is sorted as an object, and also duration format varies from 90 minutes for a movie two seasons and other things. So there are some disparity. Now what we are going to do, a very good practice of any data analysis is before you start analysing your data, your data file should be correct. It should be cleaned. It should be in the right order. So let's use chat ZPT to understand how can we work better there? Let me use this prompt so that we can clean up our data also. So if I paste this particular prompt, identify columns with missing data. It gave some brief here, but it never mentioned all the columns which are having missing data. If I hit Enter, now it will try to find out, again, it's creating that Python code to do it, and then once this is done, it will show me the results. Now, here is a summary of columns with missing data and their percentages. Let me know if you need any further analysis or data cleaning steps. So director column have 30% of missing data. Which is huge. Country also 9% of the cases countries are not mentioned. So whenever you'll be using any data for your analysis, this is the way you'll be able to find out any anomaly, any incorrectness or any missing data in your dataset. Now, let me use this prompt, which will give further more ideas about this dataset. So what I'm asking, analyze how much data is missing. And its potential impact because how much part is mentioned here? How many percentage of data are missing. But what will be the impact? If I continue using this data? What will be the impact on my end result? Those ideas also ChaGBT can give us. You can see these are the overview of the missing data it again mentioned. Now, potential impact director, a large portion of the dataset lacks director information which could affect analyzing top directors on Netflix, understanding the influence of specific directors on content success and predictive analysis based on directorial style. So you can see this is something. This is opening up some of the windows for us to understand how to work on this data and what will be the potential impact with this incomplete dataset. Similarly, it mentioned for the country how much percentage is missing, and what will be the impact, cast, data date, everything. So this is the thing it gave us. Now let's proceed to the next step. So now we know how much data we have, what are the missing data are there, and what will be the if you are in a situation that you can correct your dataset, then this is the step, you should be doing it. But here, what we are going to do, we are going to continue with the same file itself because there is no point of updating 9,000 directors here and we are not capable of that. Let me ask this question. Find the most frequent directors countries ratings. And if I hit Enter, now it'll start analyzing the data and it will give us some of the insight. You can see it listed what are the name of the directors and how many number of titles are there against this director. Second thing is it mentioned top countries in country wise, how many counts are there. It includes both TV shows and movies that data it also gave. Third thing, the top ratings and other things. So it gave us very basic initial some level of data from our existing dataset. 18. Data Analysis with ChatGPT - Part 2: Advanced Techniques: If we ask it that plot the number of titles released per year, then it will create that table that every year, how many titles were released by Netflix based on this dataset. Now you can see it generated the graph also. Now there are few things we need to understand here. This is a static graph. There is nothing much going on here. But if you click on this particular option that is switched to interactive chart, then this particular chart will be interactive. Here, if you mouse over, it will show you the values here wise, what are the values? All those things you can do. You can come here to configure your chart also. Like current dataset is only one dataset is there and the color is yellow. You can select red so that your particular graph also will become red. This is the way you will be able to configure. Currently, we are only asking for one dataset. That's why only one line is there and that we are getting chance. You'll be able to download this chart, but this chart will be downloaded as a static one, not this dynamic view. If you click on this download option, you'll be able to download this particular chart the way you are able to see. If I click on this download option, then this file will get downloaded. If I double click on this particular option, then this chart will open as a PNG file. You can see this is the chart we just generate. So you can generate any of the chart. You can copy from here and you can paste it in your presentation. That's the way we can do. We'll also talk about another very good option, how you can use these charts down the line. But for now, if I click on this cross, then another option is there that is expand this chart. If you click on it, it will show you in full screen, but it will switch back to the normal static chart. If you click here, it will become interactive again. And left side, the chart is there and the right side, it will give you all those details and the prompt, whatever we were doing. So if you keep on prompting here, the other details will get updated. So this is the way you'll be able to see any of the chart, you'll be able to generate just using some of the prompts. So as of now, what we have done, we checked correctness of the data, completeness of the data, and then we asked for some basic details that how many number of titles are there based on directors. And then we asked to generate a very simple. Now let's take it to the next level and ask the next question. That is, can you please analyze if Netflix is adding more movies or TV shows over time so that it needs to do a calculation in that way. It needs to plot the numbers for movies and other titles separately, and based on the year of release, then it needs to analyze. So those things it's doing as part of this code, and then it is showing us the details. You can see movies dominate. Netflix has consistently added more movies than TV shows over the year. Recent growth in TV shows, while movies have historically have been frequent TV shows have shown an increasing trend in recent years. So two things are there. We are not only getting some of the flat charts and data. We are also getting some of the details that what are the analyses are there, that text also we are getting and we are able to understand more from this particular dataset. Now, let me ask another prompt, and this prompt is a preparation for my next prompt, also. Visualize the distribution of titles by country. Now, if I do it, it will plot the details very quickly. It doesn't take much time. You can see this is the chart it generated, and if I click on Expand Chart, and then I enable this interactive chart, you will be able to see United States, it published the most number of titles, followed by India and UK. Now, this is the way this thing generated. So now next thing we are asking, provide data driven suggestion for expanding content in specific areas. Now you can see we are going to the next level. We are not asking only for the table and the charts. We are asking next level of details, and we are utilizing hat JPT here because manually, if you think that you need to do these things, it will take huge amount of time for. You need to plot multiple different drafts, you need to prepare multiple datasets. Then only you'll be able to come to this conclusion. What hat GPT will be able to do for you, that is whenever you are working on any real life data, it will give you those ideas. How can you take this data further? How can you analyze it in more efficient way? And how can you get most out of this data? To get some suggestions, recommend something to your boss or your customer wherever the use cases are. So those things you'll be able to do. Let's see what it generated. It is suggesting increase content in underserved regions. So it must be releasing more content in certain areas like US, India, UK, Canada. It's mentioned there are certain countries it can expand more. So that's one suggestion. And next atenable steps also it second, is balance movies and TV shows based on trends. What are the current trends? So you can see what kind of detailed analysis it give. And all those recommendations and suggestions, think about a person who may have a job and who is doing this kind of work in Netflix, this kind of suggestions will be definitely helpful for him or her, and they will be able to impress their boss with this kind of analysis. So this is the way you can analyze your data in most effective. How I got all these proms and ideas, I have not invented it. I asked Chat GBT itself, what I did on Fast place, I typed this particular prompt. I'm new to data analysis field and looking for some suggestions to analyze this dataset and impress my boss. Then when I had Enter, it gave me all those details, and from there only, I planned for this video. If I show you, first, it's ask for data cleaning and preparation, how it can be done. Second is that how to work on exploratory data analysis, all those things. Step by step it gave. So what I would suggest to you as part of this project, you pick up a data file, which you need to analyze. It can be your personal data. It can be a professional one. Just ensure you are not sharing any confidential data here with Chat GPT. And also if you are using it for your work, just different compliance litter requirements of your organization before you start working in Chat JBT using those data. And once you are ready with your dataset, then you upload that file and then ask hat GPT. I have this dataset. How can I analyze it better? You can use some of these ideas using which I analyze this data to get most out of your dataset. So as part of your project, you need to generate some of the charts and graphs, and those outputs you need to upload in project stamp. Now in this next part, let me show you how can you generate different charts and graphs and how can those be exported. 19. Exporting Charts & Graphs in ChatGPT: Save & Share as HTML: We created some of the charts as of now, right? And we downloaded it as PNG five. That's one way you can export your charts or graphs. So once you download it as an image, you can upload in the project step, but ensure you remove any confidential part from those images before uploading. Now, let me show you another option using which you'll be able to export these charts and graphs, and that will be very, very useful. Let me execute this prompt another time. Can you please analyze if Netflix is adding more movies or TV shows over time? Then it will generate that graph. Let it generate first. I generated, and this is the interactive chart. Now if I ask hat GPT, this particular prompt, please generate HTML code for this chart. I would like to use this code to generate an TML file so that this chart can be visible in any of the web browser. I'm trying to export this chart as an HTML file. Now it is trying to analyze and it will generate that code. You can see it analyzed. This is the code, and it generated that HTML file. If I click on it, so it will get downloaded. And then from there, I'll right click on that file and I'll open with Chrome. Let's see how it looks like. You can see it exported the chart as an table file. And this interactive feature is also there. I'm able to mouse over and I can see those numbers here. This is another way you'll be able to export your charts and graphs to table file. Now if you are using the free tier and it's not generating this HTML file directly, you can just copy this code. You can open your notepad. There you can paste this entire code and you can save that particular file name as HTML. If I click on it and I just rename it as export dot HTML, and then I save, and then once I open that particular file, then it will open in a similar way. This is the way you'll be able to export your charts and graphs either in HTML or in the PNG file. Upload it in the project step. Let's see that whatever you can generate, there are multiple different other ways you can generate charts and graphs. You can just use the prompt in chat GPT. What are the different visualization I can create from this data it will give you options. So that's the part of your project. Try to generate a different type of a graph or chart. It can be a bar chart, line chart, pie chart, scatter plot, anything. Ask for those ideas to chart JBT and generate those graphs. Then you export it either as HTML or as an image and upload in the project style. Hopefully, we all will be able to learn from each other, and I'm waiting curiously to check whatever you can produce. 20. Project Submission: Apply Your ChatGPT Skills in Real Life: I mentioned at the beginning of this course, that there will be a project which you need to complete. By now, you learned how to use hatGPT. You know all the features, and you also know how to utilize those features in real life. I also shown you how can you analyze any of the Excel or CSVs data using Chat JBT? How can you get more ideas? What are the different prompts? How can you get more insight from that data with help of Chat GPT. The project is that you can use any of your data file and you can analyze that data further and check if you can generate some good looking graphs and charts from that data itself. And once you are done, you just need to export those charts and graphs as PNG file or TML, and you can upload in Project Step. As I mentioned earlier, don't upload any of the confidential data in case your charts or graphs have some confidential information before you upload it in the project step. If you have any other questions related to the course, you can ask in the discussion stab and there I'll try to respond to those questions as soon as I can. Whenever we learn something new, hands on experience is not optional. Whenever you actually work on those, then only, you can remember those learning for longer time.
