So that you can simply make this as an example. You can obtain this image from the client and you can change that. You can remove that background and change the color according to their clients requirement and you can provide it to them. So likewise, we can do this simple task even in Canva. And we can earn a lot of money. As well as we can work as a graphic designer by designing flyers, business cards, et cetra. So why am suggesting Canva is because it's an easy to learn online platform which can be accessible on your smartphone or tablet or your computer. So why are you waiting? Overview to Canva Interface: If you go to Google and type Canva, canva.com will appear like this if you click that website. And then it will ask you to login for free. And if you want their premium features, and it will be good that we can go with premium. But when you are practicing Canva, you can use the free account and practice Canva and it features and integrate them into your designs. And then after you have mastered that, you can buy Canva and use that. So let me login. If you are new, you can click sign up over here and then you can get inside with this Canva. I'm trying with my Google account and joining n. If you go to the canva.com and you will be directed to this page. In this page, you have a bunch of different options available for you to create. You don't have to start from scratch. You can start from the templates and do customizing them. So here as an example, if I type Instagram and then you can have Instagram portrait, which is the size exactly as it is. And Instagram post or square-shaped one, you can click whatever the shape that you want. Similarly, you can search and obtain whatever the canvas that you are going to obtain, right? So that is a search bar for you. Here. If you go over here, there may be some suggestions for you. As an example, you can create a document or whiteboard to get brainstorm the ideas. Or A4 document, you can create a book or something. And Facebook landscapes. There are a bunch of different options available for you over here. And here. If you go back and you can see your previous, recent designs over here. And if they are providing you some kind of gift or discovering new features, and then you can find these things over here. And here, if you come to the left side menu and it has a team that you have currently joined. And if you are using Canvas as a team member, you can use these, right? And if you go to this top bar design spotlight, and you will have a different options available for you as well as an example if you are designing a card and then you can click desk card for prints. And then you can do the customizing works on there. There will be a lot of templates available for you to do that. Customization. As you can see, here are the templates. Of course you can change whatever you want, maybe the images, graphics, these fonts or colors, etc. Right? So burrows, if you click, Browse all templates and then you can see all the templates that are on Canva, right? Okay. So likewise, you can create whatever you want to. If you go to the design spotlight and you can create white bulbs, are graphs and charts, etc. These are for springs and these are for marketing. As an example, logo, posters, flyers. You can do most of the things over here. The best thing in Ken Wise, the templates, right? You can drag and drop the template. You can obtain the templates and do customizing them easily and quickly. If you want, you can do the customization of your account. You can change your name or profile, or you can add your payment or billing plans, etc. Over here. Going to go D, because these are similar to the icons like you find on other websites as well. So here, if you go to this one, create a design. And then you can create the design from the Canvas that you are looking for. You can find whatever the canvas you wanted to obtain, or maybe you can type whatever you want it to obtain. As an example, as I said earlier, YouTube thumbnail. And if you click this one and then YouTube thumbnail will appear over here, right? So that is how you create your new project. It's a very simple and straightforward. You can create this one. And after you have clicked that one, and then you will be directed to this page. In this page, this is where you do the editing them, customizations, and all the other things. This is called as the Canva workspace 3. 3.Canva Workspace and Shapes: In this workspace, on the middle you have the canvas. This canvas is according to the size that you have already chosen before. As an example, if we wanted to resize this one and then you can click this one to resize that. So by default, it has been selected like this, eight times 720 pixels. And if you want, you can change the pixels, oranges or M&M's. Likewise. Here, the good thing is you can keep this as a D and you can change this width or height and copy and resize that. So these things will be kept as it is. And then you can create another template or another form of that, what you have created over here. Likewise, if you are providing different size prints, you can do that very quickly by using the simple tool resize over here. Right? So that is a helpful tip for you and we will discuss that later on in this course as well. In here, if you go to the elements and then you will find the lines or the shapes over here. If I click this C All button, and then you have bunch of different shapes or lines available for you to drag and drop into your Canvas. As an example, if I wanted to drag and drop a box like this, I can click that and then the box will appear like this. I can move this box right over there wherever I want it to place it. And then if I click and hold this one and drop it like this. And then that can Was, that particular shape will look like this. If you want to do the customizations on the shapes, like increasing this one or decreasing this one, making them. It's very pretty simple and straightforward. You can do those customizations as these buttons are for scaling up or down the box that you have drawn. And if you wanted to change the shape, you can click this one and then you can change that to a circle like this. If you wanted to keep that as a box, you can keep it like this. And you can move it like this. So you can manage it however you want to have it, right? The next thing is you can click this one to adjust the color of the shape that you have drawn earlier. And then here you can see the bunch of different color options available for you to do the customization. As an example, if I click that black color and then the black color will appear over here. And if I click this transparency, and then you can see through that shape the behind things or text or images or whatever the thing behind this shape, the visible for you. If you want to obtain a default, the colors you can click them. Or if you want to apply a gradient, you can click that as an example. If you want to apply this gray color, you can simply click that and then the color will be applied directly to the shape. If you wanted to apply this particular gradient. And then you can click that gradient as well, right? It's pretty simple and straightforward. And if you don't find a color that is matching to your style, what you can do is you can just simply click this one to add a new color and click that. And you can go to this one. If you want to select a solid color or gradient, you can apply that. I'm going to go with the solid color first. So here you can place your holder over here and then we are ever the color you like. You can place it like this. So then the color will appear like that. Also, if you wanted to change the color in a different manner, like different portion of the color. You can slide this bar up to the color that you desire. Maybe some kind of blue over here. And maybe like this blue. I can click and hold that one and then the color will be applied to the shape. And also the Pretty good thing in this Canva is we can apply the color codes directly. If you know the color of the branding, that the color is used by the brand or the business. You can just copy the color code and paste it down over here. Maybe if I change this to something like E, and then the color will be applied like this. Or maybe what can you do is you can just click this one in this Canva, if you have any particular color to be picked on this web page, you can, of course, click that. As an example. I wanted to pick that color from my image over here so that I can pick that. And then the color will be Appear like this. And the next thing in here, if you go to this one, this is called as a border style. And if you click that and then you can apply what is the border of this one. As an example, if you wanted to have dotted lines in the border, you can make that. Or maybe this line, you can create that. Or maybe the border rate should be larger than that. You expect. You can click this one so that the border or rate will be increased. If you click that and then you will have a line border. And if you click that, and then you will not going to have the border on that, right. Also, you can increase that corner rounding on that, and then you can increase that like this. Yeah, now it's visible. So likewise, you can have the border like this. If you click that and then you can see that the border has been changed like this. Right? So that is the border line for you. And the next one that we are going to see here is the fonts. It's very simple. If you wanted to type something over here, maybe Canva tutorial is amazing here. Okay? This is the phrase that I'm going to customize with the phones and all the other things that we're going to look so that you can select all by Control plus eight clicking dad on your keyboard. And then you can go to this font option, and then you can change that font according to whatever you like it, right? I'm personally I like VHD, rounded form. That is very simple and minimal stake. So like I love to have that phone and I just wanted to increase that font. It's very simple if I click that, this one. So then the font size will be increased like this. Or maybe you can click this and type how much you want it to have the size over here. So if I click that 50, then the 50 will be applied over here, right? I think I also like that the VHD rounded arrest, so that you can see that inside we have rushed over here. And if I click this normal text and then it will be converted as a normal text like this. Of course, you can have a bunch of different options for the fonts like handwriting, this one. First of all, I need to select this one, so I click this one, Control plus a. And then I changed the font over here, like this one, or this one, right? You can change the font according to the availability of the fonts over here. And if you go to this text styles, let me change this one. To go back. I'm going to select inter, let's say Enter. And then I'm going to go to the Text Styles. And here you can change the text style of this one. As an example, if you want to make it as a headline, you can do that. Or maybe subheading, you can do that. Or maybe the body text. Basically the headings is for the main headings that you are going to insert a new. Maybe if you are designing a book cover and then this will be the heading of the book. And then if you are writing that as others name or book subheadings, you can use this one as a subheading style. And then if you are writing inside the book, you can make it as a body tag so that it will be like organised of the text is ties, right? So you can do that if you are doing enlarge, different sections on the text are available on your design. You can do that. So that is the Texas style for you. And then if you want, you can make this text color as different than what you are using on the background or the shape, right, as an example, if you wanted to make it as a white color, and then you can click that and then it will be turned into white color like this, right? So you can click, double-click that, select all, click this text color, and then you can change the color as whatever you like it, right? So likewise, the color will be changed according to this. If I click this, double click this, and select all, and if I click this bold, and then the text will be bolded. Here. If you want to make it as Italica, you can simply click this or uncheck that so that it will be like this here. Where do you want it to position? This particular text inside this shape. If you wanted to position this on the middle, you can click that. Or maybe on the left, you can make it like this. Or if you click it again and then it will be justified. And if you click again and then it will be right, aligned, right? So I'm going to make it as in the middle. So likewise, I need to click again, and then it will be in the center. And if you want to apply bullets or if you want to make a list of kind of thing, and then you can click that. And if you press Enter and type something, and press and type something, and then it will add listings on your text, as well as after you have created a list. What can you do is you can just select all these things and you can click this one and then you can change the letter spacing. Letter spacing means it's the spacing in between two letters, two adjacent letters. Like if you increase that, as you can see, the letter spacing is increasing, right? If you increase this one, as you can see over here, line spacing is increasing, right? Like this. And if you click and move this one, the padding will be increased. The padding means the margin that in between the shape and the text box over here. If you wanted to increase that in the margin will increase. And if you decrease that, the margin will decrease like that. It's very simple and easy to understand. No need to worry about these things. If you don't understand anything, you can ask me questions. I'm willing to answer my students questions, right? Okay. So if you click this one, it will be aligned on the top of the shape. And if you click that and then the text will be in the middle of the shape. And if you click that, the text will be on the bottom of the shape. I'm going to go with this one, right? Okay. And then if you wanted to animate this one, of course you can do that as an example. If you click that animation and then you can click like this or maybe pan or rise and then fade. You can play around with the animations that Canva has. As an example, if you are one, if you wanted to have on enter or exit or both, entering and exiting, you should be applied with the animation. So you can click that. And then you can change that animation style according to your need. And of course, you can increase or decrease the speed, but of course it is dependent on the premium version of Canva. If you are new to Canvas, of course you can use the free account. And after practicing these things, it's the time for an upgrade into a premium account. Okay. So then you can change that or maybe the direction where this should come and go. So likewise, you can make the animations pub or exact grid like this. You can play around with the animation. If you don't want to apply the animation, if you are not good, you are not creating any kind of presentations. And then you can remove the animation so that no animations will be applied on your design like this. And if you click Control and rotate your most downwards, and then it will be zoomed out. And if you click your control on your keyboard and move your most middle, middle, we'll upwards and then it will be zoomed like this. Of course, you can increase or decrease on here as well, right? Okay. So now I have exited from that shape that I have created and inserted. And here, if you watch this and here we have only a low replacing contents so that the content will not be adjustable. We cannot be able to edit that is kind of locking that. If I click that and then the page will be locked. So then they can not be able to adjust that page. And if I click on blog page and then it will become editable on the end. Right here. This one is called as duplicating the page. If I click that and then the same page, we'll, we'll duplicate it. If you want. You can edit those things on the next page. It's very simple and handy and powerful tool. We can keep the same style on the first page and the second page and the rest of the pages. And then we can change the minor changes and generate more pages or more designs, right? So the next one is delete the page. If you don't want this page to be included, you can delete that. If you wanted to add a new page, then you can click that. Then the new page will be applied. A new blank page will be applied, right? Of course you can click this and add similar pages. If you are doing bunch of different designs at once, you can do that, right? Okay, So I'm going to delete this text. So you can select all, delete them. All right, so that I can keep this shape like this. Or maybe I can change this according to the needs 4. 4. Graphics : And the next one, if you go to the Elements tab and then you can find a different kind of graphics available on over here. So we look like shapes and lines. And then the next one is graphics. If you click, See All button, and then you can obtain the different kinds of graphics that Canva has. As an example, if you type like a mouse, and then the Moses will appear over here. I want this to be in place so that I can click this. And then if I click that and click this color icon, and of course I can change the color of it. Right? And likewise, you can see that you are currently in the graphic span. And then you, if you want to obtain a keyboard or whatever the design that you like. And then you can drag and drop over here. Likewise, you can place your graphics according to your need. Right? Okay. You can search and obtain whatever the graphics that you like. It will be obtained as a PNG file and you can apply that graphics into it as you can see if I drag and drop it over here. And you can see in between these lines, you can see the background. So that is what we call as PNG files. So the next one is like stickers. If you want to apply different stickers and you can apply them. It's very simple and easy to use. If you wanted to have this book kind of shape, then you can click that. And then the GIF file is like the animation files will be created like this. And then you can make it smaller like this. And then you can click that and you can change the transparency of that. So unfortunately, we are unable to change that color for this GIF files. So what can we do is we can change the background of this one. Maybe we can create a shape like this and change the background to black and then make it like this so that it will be in the back, right? So we can make like that. So likewise, you can obtain different stickers or emojis or DIFs like social media share button like this. You can obtain them. Maybe you can add them into your videos as well. This will look nice. 5. 5. Photos and Videos in Canva: So if I go back and then you can find on the bottom, you can find the photos. If you wanted to apply the photos. You can click this, see all Martin. And then you can change. You can type whatever the photo that you are going to obtain as an example, maybe laptop. And then the photos will appear over here as an example in the new page. If I wanted to add this photo like this, and then the photo will be appeared like this. I can click and increase the scale that photo like this, maybe like this. And then I wanted to move this photo towards left. So double-click that and move that photo like this. After you have edited that, you can click Done. And then the photo will be in the center like this. So in-between dad, you can change, you can add text or different kinds of things in here. Maybe as a heading you can create like how to use Windows 11. So likewise, you can change that font size, colors. It's a try. You can edit them. You can easily create thumbnails in seconds by using Canva. It's a very simple and handy tool. If I go back to the elements and then you can find the different options available on the photos tab like you, if you want, you can obtain different kinds of photos. Maybe you can describe them how you are going to obtain the photos. As an example, a person with pizza. So likewise, you can do this for the marketing purposes. Likewise, you can scale up the photo like this light and use it. It's very simple. And then the photo, Let's say that the photo that you are looking for is not what you have obtained. You can delete that photo and you can just go to the elements over here. Then you can click this frame, or the frames will be appearing over here on the below. You can obtain a frame like this inside their frame. And then you can go to the photos over here and click select all. And then you can click pizza. Then you can obtain that shape and apply it to this one. That if I apply this photo, you can see that clearly as you can see like this. So this photo will be applied with the mask of that circle. Like that is what we call as framing that photo, right? So that frame will be applied with this photo like in a very simple manner. You can do like that. So likewise, if you are in need of different kind of you can copy this and paste it, paste it again so that you can use it on the different designs. Like paste it again and place it like this, right? So you can place it like this in three things. And you can apply different flavors like this. And then you can do the marketing works like this, right? Which double pizza, chicken pizza like that. We can do the editing is on that as well. Right? Okay. So that is the photos. You can drag and drop the photos. It's very simple. You can, you don't have to go on another website, maybe like Pixabay, Pexels or three big, you can just search in the search engine that the Canva has and obtain the photo that is relevant to you. It's very simple, right? Okay. So if I go to the Elements tab again and then go back and go downwards, and then you can obtain different kinds of videos as well. If you are creating a video like a presentation or a YouTube video, you can ofcourse, you can search in that videos and then you can apply the videos as well. If I add a new page and then I wanted to type like delivery. So then the delivery video will be appeared like this so that you can do the customization works on the video if you wanted to do that. Maybe if I applied like this. So stock free videos can be obtained over here so that these videos can be used on your YouTube channel or the videos. So you can obtain them. And just throwing the ideas for you. What are the things that we can do with this canvas? And I'm just introducing the things that we can obtain from here. Okay? So if I go again to the elements and then you can have the different options like creating a chart. If you are especially making a progress report, documents or presentations You can use the charts like this chart, and then you can edit that chart if you are willing to edit that one. So here as you can see that line weight, you can adjust that, increase it like this or decrease it. So it's a very simple tool. You can edit that and then after you can apply that person digit levels as well, and you can apply them. And then you can use the text bar over here downwards, and then you can use them. Really simple, right? Okay? So if I go back and go downwards, like I have already explained that frames like this, you can apply different frames of the pictures that you are going to insert over here. As well as maybe we can insert the tables. If you are really interested in tables, you can see all. And then you can drag and drop that particular table style that you are willing to obtain. As an example, if you wanted to obtain this particular table, then you can drag and drop like this. And then you can double-click that into a cell and then you can edit that one as an example number, product price. So likewise, you can edit that, maybe 123. You can edit each and every cell. You can double-click that. And then you can edit that cell according to your needs. If I go back again and you can find out the grades, the grades are very important if you are especially creating collages or combining those three or four photos together in a frame. You can see that if I click the See All button. And then you can have that bunch of different options available over here. If I click this one, then you can see that you can make it like this. And then you can create a textbox, like add a text box over here. And then you can create three different text boxes, right? One is over here, another one is over here, another one over here, like this. Then you can drag and drop the images that you want. Maybe you can go to the elements, go back. Then, you can search for the, you can go to the images like Minnie. We'll see what Howard will come. Okay, so we can drag and drop this one. Maybe Pro maybe. Yeah, you can select. Or maybe if you are providing different kinds of services, you can apply them, you can categorize them. So that is why we use different grids over here. Maybe if you sell, right, So you can use different images, all the services that you provide, then you can do the customization works of here, right? It's very simple and effective tool that you can use it. Again, if you go to the elements and go back. If I go downwards. Here, you can see the collections, maybe from the Canva library and you can obtain them. I don't want it to drag and drop them into our design if I want, actually, I can search it over here and obtain it. So these are magic recommendations. So that is all about that interface 6. 6. Text: If you go next, that is for text. Text, you can add different kinds of text inside the workspace that you are currently having. So as an example, if you wanted to add a heading, you can just click this one. And then you can drag and drop the heading that you wanted to place it. And then you can edit that heading as an example. Graphic design. Make it caps graphic design. And select all control plus a and click B, that it will be bolded, right? So likewise, you can create a heading, like you can create subheadings using Canva like this. So you can create different kinds of text into your workspace. If you wanted to edit that text or the font, you can just simply click this one. And then you can go to this one, and then you can edit that text. It's very simple. I can like use the minimalistic fonts, so I prefer this one. Okay, that's not. Okay, that looks good. And also I can use this inter font like this. And then if you want to increase the font size, you can simply click this one. So then that font size will be increased. And here as well, if you want to align them, you can just simply drag this like this. This one also should be dragged up to this point. Then it will be like this. If you want, you can just change the color of it, select all, and click this one. So then the text color will be changed. The recommendations are using the workspace, having these, all these colors. So that is why you are seeing this kind of colors over here. And if you wanted to apply a color that is which is very specific for you. And then you can select here, maybe you can move like this and obtain the specific color that you want. Or if you have the color code inside with you, you can just simply paste that color code and then you can apply it as an example if f. Okay, so likewise, you can paste that colorCode and then you can use it maybe E, F, right? So I can use that color. Likewise. So if you click this one and click this one, and then it will be italicized font. And if you want to make these aligned with, left-aligned or justify it or right in line. You can do that by simply clicking this one. And if you wanted to add bullets, you can do like this, 12, like this. And if you are having too many text inside that box, like hey, graphic design with Canva. And you wanted to increase or decrease the spacing in-between the letters or the lines. You can do that. Letter spacing is very simple in-between the two letters and then you can increase or decrease the size of it. And line spacing is these two lines. You can change the line spacing like this. It's very simple. And anchor text box Is, it will be anchored on the text box like from the top. And if you want to align it with the middle and you can do that. So if you are increasing that and also the text box will be expanded. And if you click this one and then it will be anchored to the bottom, then it will not go downwards. It will expand only upwards like this. Right? So you can play around with these things and edit it, right? So very handy and useful tool that we can do the editings. And if you go to this one and this is called as effects. In the effects, you can click how much the effect you want to apply, right? As an example, if you are applying this offset and then you can increase it. Or maybe the direction. You can see that the direction is changing in the way that the shadow comes like this. And also you can increase that like these to match with your need. And you can increase that blurriness of that shadow and transparency of that shadow. How much is this transparency that you are looking for? You can change that. And if you go down, then you can change that shape of that. Maybe if I click this one and then that shape will be changed like that. And if I click that one and then the shape will look like this. If I click this one and then that will be good. If I go down and then I can change that orientation of the text. Maybe this orientation or this orientation. This is like a circular text like this. And if you click this one and then it will be straight, simple and straightforward. And if you want to do a presentation, or if you wanted to present it online or do the presentations. And you can click this text and you can animate that text as well, like panning or rising. Likewise, you can play around with the animations. Then you can do like that. If you are creating a YouTube video and you are wanting to have an introduction, intro video. So likewise, you can create this kind of standing graphics. If you wanted to click this one. And this is called as precision. And from where you wanted to position this text in Ed, if you wanted to place that in top or bottom or middle, where you wanted to place that. If you click that the center, and then the entire text will be in the center, right? So if you click left or right or center, you can play around with these things and obtain the best shape that you wanted to have. Here. This one is you can increase or decrease that text by changing this one like this. Or you can manually apply the width over here, maybe eight. And if you click this aspect ratio, the aspect ratio will be locked. And if you change only this one, and this one will automatically change and vice versa. So this one is the position of the texts that you are currently having. Maybe x position, maybe one. If you click that, maybe it will be one. So then it will be like this. So manually, we can select the position like this. Or maybe if you want to rotate it down 60 degrees, you can do that. Or maybe you want to keep it as zero degrees, you can do that. And instead of doing this, I prefer to use these things because this will automatically do the work according to the canvas that I have. So this will be done according to your desire. And that is all about that text. And if you click this one, and then you can adjust these underlying or uppercase letters or increasing or decreasing the transparency and also the copy style. So then you can just copy this style and apply to this one as well as an example. If you select this, all these things and go to this one and copy style. And then you can paste it down over here. So then the same style will be applied to your, another text box as well. So likewise, you can work with that text bar 7. 7.Uploading Images: In this session, we are going to learn how we can exactly upload our photos or images and edit them. So if you wanted to upload some images that are on your computer, here is a simple way we can upload them and do customizing them as well. We don't have to use other external third party software immediately. So he'll let me upload an image from my computer. So here I'm going to insert this thumbnail for my course. Here, then the video or the image that will be uploaded to your Canvas over here. And you can simply add them by clicking over here. So they need to be added. After it has been added. Of course, you can do customizing them by adjusting them, or you can do whatever the thing you wanted to do in here, as well as if you are willing to change that portion. Maybe you wanted to add some frames over it. Of course, you can add it like this into that frame. You can drag and drop your photo. So then it will be added on for that. You can double-click it and then you can adjust that and do the customizing work from that. If you want, you can adjust them like this and click that. So it's as simple as it is to insert your images. Of course, if you go to the uploads again, and if you click these three dots and you can upload it from different platforms. Maybe if you have the photos or videos and audio files from your Google Drive, of course you can do. Or the Facebook, you can do Instagram, of course, Dropbox as well. So it's very simple. We can upload these images and very quickly and easily if you are having your predefined own photos or images 8. 8. Photo Editing: The next thing that we're going to see is how we can edit the uploaded photos in Canva workspace. It's very simple and straightforward. We can upload the photo. Let me upload a photo from my desktop. Okay. So this is the photo that I have over here and can guess, click this photo. And then if I want that to be applied with this frame, of course I can do that by drag and drop like this. Then it will be like this. If I double-click that, and then it will allow me to edit that photo. Of course I can crop it. Or if I go over to this fx and then we can have a bunch of different options available for editing our photos that we have uploaded in Canvas. As an example, it says simple and powerful tool here is BG remover. If I simply click that and then the photos background will be quickly removed. We don't have to work on any other third party softwares that Canva has inbuilt features for editing the photos like this. It's very simple. If I click that and then you can see that the background has been removed as I intended, right? So if you want, of course, you can adjust that as well. If it's an option, if you want, you can use that as well as we can have the magic eraser tool. If I click that magic eraser, maybe if you want this one to be removed, maybe I can remove that. So this portion will be removed like this. Likewise, it can remove or change according to the Magic Eraser what it does. So it depends on what we are using. Maybe you can do it again. Yeah, That erases but not as intended. Okay. So we can recent erasing and then we can go back. And the next tool is magic edit. If I click that, it can replace that. Maybe, let's say if I wanted to change this type into a black color dye, maybe I can draw like this. Okay, This is a tie. Then after doing that I can click Continue. And then I can describe that. Make it as black color, dye and generate so that it will change that. It's an AI tool that it can generate different kinds of things on the editing like this. Ui changes like this, or maybe like this tie. The tie has been changed as I wanted over here. Maybe this guy we can try this one or this one. Yeah, it looks good. So I'm going to apply this time. And if you want to change the code as well, you can change that. And it's a very simple and effective tool like this. Okay, click Done. And maybe if I click that again, and if you want to change the codes or something, maybe you can do like that. I wanted to change the code color and see how it looks like. Okay? Okay, Continue. And then change the color to blue. Generate changes by NAD that desired results. Let's try this one. Entirely changes the code, right? This one. Yeah, It's really interesting. You can try with your own photos or your own images and do the tedious, right? Okay, guys. Okay. The next thing I think I've applied that I should know and apply that. Okay, this looks good. And if you want to apply the different filters into the photo, you can apply that. Maybe if I click that and then you can see that how the filter applies like natural filter Digital filters are there. Maybe if I click that link and then it will change that like this. So that as you can see here, if you want to have your photos to be edited, it's a very much quick way that you can use these things and it's very simple and easy to use. But some of the features are pro, features. You need to consider them and maybe warm. If I try this, you can try a bunch of different options available on here. Maybe LR, maybe I can try different versions on that, but like this, I personally like this Flint. So it looks good and way more naturalistic. So I like to go with this one and go back. And then if I go to the intensity, I can increase or decrease it. As you can see, that the filters intensity, how much the intensity of the filter to be applied inside your photo if you want, you can increase it or maybe you can balance it with your designs. And there are more tools available in Canada as well for you. Maybe do tone, like changing the tone of your images like this. So I'm not going to apply that. So I'm going to keep this as none and go back. And autofocus is like you have to accept that. It's like an application. You have to accept them or allow them to use it on your canvas. So use auto-focus. So if you click that and then it will add the auto-focus. So as you can see, the background will be blurred and then the image will be focused automatically. So the blur intensity can also be adjusted like this, or you can reduce that. And the focus position can be adjusted as you. And so it's a simple tool. I'm not going to lie that focus over here. So go back. And again, another thing, if you want to blur something into your photo, you can click that and learn that. Maybe intensity, you can increase it or decrease it. If you want, you can change that. I'm not going to apply the blur. So I'm going to keep it as it is like this and then go back. So those are the tools that are on the Effects tab for photo editing. If you go to the adjust button and then it can adjust the photo according to your needs. Maybe if I click auto adjust, it can automatically adjust the settings for you. So I click that as you can see over here, it is now automatically adjusted. And intensity is how much Auto Adjust should be applied inside your photo. If you increase that, as you can see, it increases. If I reduce that, the auto adjustment will reduce, right? So if you want, you can apply it in on a specific or particular area, like the foreground or the background. If you want, you can apply it on the foreground. So that on the foreground will be only applied with that. I'm going to apply it on the whole image. And if you want, you can adjust the temperature like manually increase it or decrease it according to your needs. I'm going to increase it slightly to 25. Yeah, that's good. And then going to apply the tint facility like -50. So the photo will look like this. And then the light, you can increase that brightness over here or reduce that. I'm going to keep it as zero. And then the contrasts can also be increased so that it may be for 2ND. And then highlights can also be increased or decreased. I want to keep it as five. And then the shadows. The shadows should be like 35. And then whiteness. So it can increase the skin tone of your image. Just wanted to keep it as it is. And then the blacks. So the black colors will be increased. Also wanted to keep these STDs. And then the color vibrance, how much the vibrance of this image should look like, maybe like 25. And then you can adjust the saturation, keep it as zero. And the sharpness, sharpness, as you can see that if the image has some kind of impurities, but while it has been taken, you can increase the sharpness of that image so that as you can see, it looks like sharpening the image, right? So I'm going to keep it as zero Then the clarity, as you can see, the clarity can also be increased or decreased over here. Keep it at zero. Now I am satisfied with those edits. So now I can click somewhere else to exit. Then. This is the image that was previously I had earlier. And this is the image that I have edited with Canva. As you can see the differences in between these two things. Of course, I can edit the dress or the hairs. We can do a lot of work in here. You can try with your own photos. So it's up to you. I will leave it to you so that you can edit these changes and play around with these things and become an expert in photo editing as well. As you can see over here, by only doing the photo editing works in Canva, you can create gig on Fiverr or you can provide services for video or photo editings. It's a very simple task. You can easily remove the background. And if you can see that as you can go to fiverr.com. And on the fiverr.com if you type like background removal, right? Background removal image. If you click that. And as you can see that I will change or remove image backroom. As you can see, it starts from $5. Of course, you can see here. And you can just obtain this image from your client and upload it to Canva and edit or remove the background. And then you again submit it to your client, then you will receive money. It's a simple and straightforward method. You can earn money or maybe you can blur, or maybe you can reattach the photos as you can see or hear. You can remove the backgrounds and do the works, maybe changing the background colors. Very simple. As an example, if you wanted to change the background color, what I can do is it's very simple. So if I click that and click Edit photo, and then I can click this one so that the background will be removed. After the background has been removed, I can click this Canvas. Maybe I can click this one. Or maybe you can draw a shape, right? And you can click this one so that the color will be changed and you can obtain which color you want it to apply. You can ask the client okay, which color you want to apply. And then they will provide you the color codes, maybe 2351f, whatever the color they will provide according to their brands and needs. And then you can apply them. It's a very simple. We can change the color, maybe white or blue, whatever the color. So with that, we can change that, removing the background, changing the color. And you can resize this one. Or maybe you can resize this by clicking this and you can resize the photo as you intended. So here if I click that and change that, maybe 640 times 320. And if I click that copy and resize, it, will copy that same workspace into another one and resize it. If I click that and this canvas, this workspace will be resized. If I click that, and then it will be resized, as you can see over here. So this has been resized if I click reload and then it will be reloaded. And then you can see that re-size the photo. It's as simple as it is to use in Canva. So we can play around with these things 9. 9. Sharing: So this is a design as an example, I have created using the Canva. And now it's the time for us to download or share the design to our clients for that. But we need to do is we can just play around with these editings and you can do the changes. And then if I click this Share button, and then it will appear like this. So if you want, you can allow people to access these designs so that they can enroll into Canva and then do the changes. So here you can add people if you want, maybe you can click that. And then you can add people by entering their email address. Or you can add people like whoever you wanted to add. If you want, you can collaborate that only you can access and the team, if you are in a team, you can do that. So we're going to do that. So you can click this copy link and then we can submit it to the person who wanted to share this design with. And then you can send that link. If I click that and then the template link will appear. And then if you want to presented and then it will allow you to do the slideshow as well as you can press Enter and record this. And if you are going to make a video, you can present it and record it, right? So if I click that present button and then as you can see, it will ask you to go full screen or present view. If I click that person full-screen and then you can go fullscreen and presented on here, if you go to the downwards and then you can see the different options, interactive question-and-answer with live Canva and open present view. And this is like magic shortcuts. If you want, you can apply the different things are blurred quite timer, etc. you can use them. And this is for zooming the position that you want to zoom in. And this one, if I click that and it will have some kind of hide magic cursor, share remote control if you want to share this screen for another person or maybe the, the presenter is presenting this. You can collaborate and presented as a team, right? So you are showing this design and another one can present via this excess. So likewise, they can do that job, Hide, life. And it's so if I click that and then you are not going to edit this one. Live. Edits are hidden. And then you can start auto play in that as well. And if you click that and then it will escape from these full-screen, right? So that is what you can do over here with the presentation. And if I click Escape, and then it will be escaped from that view. Again, if I go to the Share button and present that, as you can see, it's like a presenter's view. If I click that, presenter's view will be appearing like this. Enter full-screen mode. And then you can present it. Right here. You can go to the next page. If you are having multiple pages, you can get with these things. And if you have added the animations and those things will also be added inside this presentation. I'm going to escape from this. And then I'm going to close this 10. 10. Download your designs from Canva: And again, if you go to the Share button and go downwards, and there you will find the download option, right? Whatever you have design in Canva has a video or photos or videos. All those things can be downloaded from Canva into your computer. If I click Download and then it will ask you what file type you wanted to download. So you can choose which type, which file type you wanted to download according to your designs. Maybe if you have a video, it's not the best that you can download it as a JPEG file, right? Images or photos, you can download it for JPEG. And if you have the video, maybe some kind of animations. And then you can know, load it as an MP4 file if you want to share these things with your friends, and then you can click this best for sharing. Then the JPEG files are best for sharing purpose and best for complex images. Like if you are designing a logo which the background was removed, and then you have to download this PNG file in order to obtain that logo, right? So when you are downloading that, you will have another option for PNG to have that transparent background image as logo right here. You can download this as PDF Standard. This is best for emailing and sharing for people. And this one is for PDF print. If you are printing that the canvas or the design into a, A4 paper or whatever the paper that you are printing, you can download this as for print. Then it will be high-quality and images are very sharp so that you can use it on your brains. Right? Svg stands for Scalable Vector Graphics. If you are designing a website and you want a logo to be implemented on the website. And then you have to download that particular logo or the graphics to be inserted in the website. That name of the file type will be as V G, right? So you have to download that one. And as I told you earlier, if you are downloading that as a video, you can download that by clicking this one. If you are going to download it as a repeated animation without any sounds, you can download this as GIF files. If I click that JPEG file, these options are available for GPG file. As an example, I can increase that size of that image. I can scale that up or downwards according to the availability of the Canva has. And then I can scale it. And then I can download it. As an example, if you want to have more megapixel images, maybe higher resolution words, of course you can download this. Do you notice that when we are in need of increasing the image quality, we can use this as well, right? So without losing anything, they can increase or decrease this. And if you want, you can increase or decrease the quality. But by default it will be AD if you are using free and if you increase it up to 100, and then you can obtain a high-quality JPEG files for that. I'm going to make it as one. And then I'm going to click Download. Then the JPEG file will be downloaded. As you can see over here, the file has been downloaded, right? Again, if I go to the Share button and go downwards and go to downloads. And then if I click that PNG file, if I select that PNG file, you can notice that we have this option available as well as we have transparent background option, as well. As an example, if you are designing a logo, maybe if you are willing to go to this one and click. As an example, Instagram. If I type like that and you will have a bunch of different options. As an example, let's say this is your logo. Maybe you can change the color to red, whatever. You can adjust it. And we can position it in the middle, right, so then it will be in the middle. And then you can click the Share button. Then you can go over here, downloads. And then you can click, you can select that PNG file, and then you can select this transparent background. If I click that, and then you can notice that I can click download, but make sure that when you are having multiple pages and then it will ask you, what are those pages you want it to print so that you can click that. If I want all the pages to be included, I can check this. So then all the pages will be selected. If I uncheck that and if I manually check, okay, this is the one page that I'm going to download and then you can click Done And then after you can click Download, then that transparent background PNG file of the logo that you have designed will appear over here, right? If you, if you obtain this image as a PNG file, there will be no bedrooms and then it has a transparent background. Png file or the logo. Right. So you can do it on your own designs, right? Okay. Okay. That is the PNG option. If I go over to the Share option and go to the download. And then if you go to the PDF Standard, and then this PDF Standard is best for sharing purposes. So if you wanted to share this with your clients or the customers, then you can click Download and then the PDF standard file will be downloaded. It's very simple. And if you wanted, so then it will allow this to be downloaded. If I click Download and then it will be downloaded by click Open. As you can see, this is a PDF file that I can open that right. It has to pay dislike first page, second page, like this. And if I go again to the Share button and go to the downloads, and if I go to the PDF brand, right there option will appear like crop marks and bleeds, right? So if I click that flattened PDF, that means if you have applied with different kinds of animations or different kinds of positions of the images or the slides inside that. And then it will be flattened as a PDF file. So then the animations will not be captured. Only the position will be, It's like taking an image of that, but you are having on the canvas. So then it will be downloaded, right? So that is what flattened PDF is called. If you select that these crop marks and lead, let's say you are printing this for your wall art. Then you wanted to cut that wall are and then you wanted to cut with scissors and stick it on the wall and you want to do make it as framed one. So what do you need to do is you can click that crop marks and bleed and then you can download that. I'm going to download only the first page, you on the second page on them. And then if I click Download, as you can see here, in that print, if I open that print, you can see that as you can see here, it has some kind of brings in crop marks, right? As an example you can see over here. So as you can see, this mark is for cutting down so that the design, it will be like this, like this. So on the four edges, it should be cut. And then you will have the design, right? So this way, you can make sure that your entire graphics is inside that print. If you didn't select that, what you will get is if I share that, again, go to downloads and PDF for print. They want to download only the first page, like Dan and download. In this way, as you can see over here. You can see that, right? So it doesn't have any bleed or crop marks over here. So it will have that tolerance or the merging of the printer. It will have the margin in-between the printer and then it will not go in to provide you the solution for your wall art. If you are printing, especially for watercolors and you wanted to cut them and frame them. So this will be the best solution for you. If you want to make it as cutting down them and make it framed ones. And then you can go with this option. It's a pretty good option. You can use that, right? So you will need in future. And again, if I go to the Share icon and go downwards and go to the downloads, and that thing in the PDF best for renting is like RGB or CMYK. If I click that and then you will have an option for RGB. If you are even providing your designs for tablets or kinda providing you the templates for the rest of the people in digital news. And then you can use this as RGB files. And especially if you are printing, if you have designed the book and then you wanted to print it and do the production work. And for that you have to select CMYK file. And if you are going to produce that book in mass production, we wanted to print them. And then you have to make it as CMYK and then you have to download it. That's pretty much it. If you go to the Share icon and go to the downloads. And then if you change that for SVGs Of course, you can download and it will ask you to make it as a transparent background or not. And then you can download it, right? If you go again and go to the MP4 file, and then it will ask you, what is the quality of the video that you are going to produce? You can increase it or decreasing. Then. Now if I click download all the animations or the videos to be included inside that, right, as an example, let's say I had this page. Then I have the element and go to the videos. Let's say I have this video. Scale it down like this. And then I can delete these two. Then I can go over here and go to the download an MP4. I can increase or decrease the quality of the video. And I can click download, that this video will be downloaded. Okay? So if I click Start Download, and if I open that video, as you can see, the video plays like this screen. Okay, so if I close that and final option that is for sharing purples is like download and GIF, right? As an example, let's say you have a graphics like this, maybe Instagram like this. Let me delete this one. And I wanted to apply animations like this on both. Then that animation has been applied to that. Then I click that over here and just wanted to increase it a bit. And I wanted to position it in the middle and center. Then if I go to the, this one, as you can see, the 5 s are here. If I click that, this is how it functions like this. So it has 5 s kind of animation. So if I click that and then if I go to the downloads, then if I go to the GIF files, and then if I click Download, then that file will be downloaded as a GIF file so that I can view it. Or maybe we can apply it on our websites, or maybe we can integrate that into our different kinds of designs, right? Okay, so if I click that and then the image will be opened, right? It works like a GIF file. You can try with different animations and all the other days. So very simple tool. You can do a lot of things. And when you are watching this one, as you can see, you can generate tons and tons of ideas. How you can make money by using canvas and design software for you. It's a powerful and handy tool and very easy to use it as a user-friendly. So we can grow with these things, right? Drawings in Canva: Now I'm going to explain the drawings on Canva as an example, if I click the A4 document, if you want it to take notes when you are in your lectures or you are taking notes. You can easily do that if I click draw icon and then it will allow you to draw something I'm using currently my mouse so that the drawings will not be precise. But if you are using your tablet, of course you can do that. If I select that pen tool and then if I draw something like this, you can draw, if you wanted to change the color, you can click this and then you can change the color like this. So then the color will be changed. If you wanted to increase the settings like linewidth and transparency, you can do that if I click this and then the weight will increase, as you can see over here. Again, if I click that or you can manually adjust that weight off that line that you are drawing with your pen. And if I go again, if you wanted to reduce the transparency so that you can reduce that as well. It's kinda like called as opacity in the graphic terms of words as well. And here if you want to mark something as a marker, you can do that as well. You can obtain that as well. The align options are same for that. And if I go to the highlighter and then you can highlight some nodes if you are having any kind of notes over here. And then if you don't want something, and then of course you can remove your drawings as well, right? So this is why we are using this one is simple, right? If we wanted to have a template, that daily planner, and then you can obtain a daily planner that is from the design over here, maybe this one. And what you can do is you can directly go to the draw option, and then you can select the Pen and reduce the linewidth like this. Then you can directly write something. Maybe today, it's like in 19th, I think the transparency has been applied, need to increase it to 100. So then I'm going to write 19th, a Braille, 2023. This is the today's date. You can work with these things. And to-do list, right? So my to-do list is Udemy. Course creation. Likewise, you can edit this and then you can share this as well. Or maybe you can have it on your computer. This canvas of software or the application can be downloaded from tablet or as well as your smartphones, so that you can do the customizing works over here directly in Canvas as well. It's a very simple and effective tool that is what we call drawing in Canvas 12. 12. Case Study 1 - Flyer Design: Now I'm going to create a flier as a case study for this course. So that I'm going to click Create a design. And then I'm going to type a flyer that the flyer dimensions will appear over here. So I'm going to click this one. And then the flyer dimensions will appear like this as a workspace and on the workspace. But I'm going to do is I'm going to import the templates that are suitable for me. As an example, I'm going to create an online webinar. So for the online webinar, as you can see over here, there are tons and tons of templates available in Canva. You can obtain the one that suits for you, right? So as an example, I'm going to import this one. Then I can do the customizing work on this one. It's very simple. If I go to the styles over here, and then if I clear that selection. And then as you can see, the style can be adjusted. As an example, if you want, you can apply the color palettes, font sets, etc. As an example. So if I click that combination, so that color and the font combination will appear like this. If you are going to apply the predefined funds are the sets to your template over here. And if I click this one, as you can see, the entire thing changes according to this color palette and the font-family, right? If I go back and go to the color palettes and then see all, I'm going to apply a gray scale or the monochrome colors that I'm going to apply that. And then after it will be changed according to that, right? After that, if I go back and then we have to select the font sets. So I'm going to click See All. And then I can select like minimal font. So in the minimal phone, I'm going to go with this one. And here you can see that the template has been kinda customized according to your branding and your majors, right? So that one has been changed. After that, you can do customizing work on your design over here. Alright, I don't want it to see this photo so that I can remove this and go over to the elements. And then I can find a photo that suits for me as an example programming. So likewise, if you are working on different kinds of things that you can obtain a photo according to your needs. Okay. Profiles. So I can click this one. Maybe I can place it wherever I wanted to place. And then maybe you can upload your own photos as well as I told you earlier. And then I can click edit photo. And then after I can click this BG removal, so then the background will be removed for this photo, only that photo of the person we'll come over here. It's very simple and I'm going to apply over here like this. And then after, maybe if you wanted to customize this one, of course you can do like online webinar. If you want, you can insert different kinds of graphics into your design. Maybe you wanted to have YouTube link. And then you can drag and drop over here that graphics so you can shrink it down. And then you can change the color like this. And then if you want, you can make it as white, okay? So you can change that, maybe you can change the background of it. So let me do that by adding a shape. Go over here. I'm going to apply this one. Make it shorter. Right-click that, go to the layer and send backward. And then adjust it like this and make the color as white. Right? Likewise, you can play around with these things and new customizing works of your things. And if you want, you can change that. You can go to the border of this one and you can adjust the corner rounding over here as much as you want. You can adjust it. Maybe if I type ten, that will be fine. Yeah. Likewise, you can adjust that. You can do your own works as you intended, right? I think I don't like this one. So remove that, go again to the graphics for Zoom. And go to the graphics and insert this one. Yeah, That will be good. Shrink it down and change the color to white. Yeah, That will be good. So this will match the design of ours. And here is how we can edit these things. And it's very simple. If you don't understand anything, you can ask me a question. I'm willing to answer my students questions so that you can change whatever the thing you want to change, right? So here, if you want, you can align them in a way that in an organized manner. Maybe if you want them to be aligned with right-align, you can click this and this, and this shape, this shape, this shape, all these shapes should be aligned right? And if you click Group and then it will be grouped, right, so that you can move the entire thing like this. And then you can place it wherever you wanted to place on the margin, right? And also if I click this one, and I wanted to group this and this. So I'm going to click this and this and release the Shift key from the keyboard and group it. Then it will be grouped. And then after I'm going to make this one and this one, and this one, all these three things should be right aligned. They should be aligned over here like this. So if you want, you can do the customizing work over here. Maybe like this, then you can have the design that is preferable for you, right? Maybe if you want to edit this one, you have to ungroup it and then you can adjust this one on the top like this so that the same space will be kept in between those designs. And then you can adjust this one so that the same spacing will be kept as well as this one to have the same spacing will be kept. So likewise, you can design these things and maybe I can remove this white background and change the color to white. I can do that by making this one black. This one, right? Yeah, this will look nice. We can do that. And this way we can adjust our designs or the portfolios we can create as much as the designs that we are going to have. Maybe. If you are in need of creating a bunch of different options for the fliers, of course, you can create them. So it's a simple design. So I'm going to save this design and start sharing them. So I'm going to click Share button and then I'm going to click Download. And this one is a flyer, so it is better for me to download it as a JPEG file. So I'm going to increase the quality, the 100 and click Download, then it will be downloaded. And that is how we can design a simple flier using Canva. So this is the flyer if you want, you can change the design. If you don't like the design, you can just click duplicate of this one, right? You can just duplicate as much as the pages you want. And then you can go duplicate in one by one. And then you can go to this page, and then you can go to the design over here, and then you can change that color or the design that suits your design, right? Maybe this one, you can just simply change them all. If I click that color palette, and then I can change that according to my desire, right? Case Study 2: Now, as a case study to, I'm going to create a social media poster. As an example, if I click Create design, and then I'm going to type Instagram post that. I prefer this portrait post so that I am going to click that. And then the Instagram portrayed post will appear like this. And then I'm going to make it as for Ramadan, Ramadan templates will appear over here. So whatever the template that suits your design, you can do that. I prefer like this one maybe calling for if tar or something. So I can select that like this. And then after what we can do is we can do the editing is like if I go to these tiles and then uncheck that, and then you can apply that style that suits your meat. Maybe like I'm going to go to the color palettes. Okay, So this color palette, and then I'm going to change the font family. Right? Like this. It's very simple. If you don't like these graphics to be implemented in here, you can just simply delete that. And then you can go to the elements. And then you can type Ramadan, whatever the thing that you are going to create. And then you can go to the graphics. Ramadan, people. Like this one. You can create the different kinds of graphics. And if you want, you can edit the photo as well. Maybe you can change the filters of that photo like this one. Maybe you can apply different colors that matches with your design. Over here. One will be good. Then go to adjust an auto adjust. So then the photo will be automatically adjusted. And here, if you want to create different kinds of designs, you can do that by making them. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to edit this one. You can change that, or maybe you can call it for different kinds of templates and all other steps, right? Right. So if I duplicate this page and then it will be duplicated. It's very simple as you can see, we have two pages over here. And then if I close this one and then we can insert this one. And then we can increase it. Or maybe we can change the color to match with the design like this. So likewise, you can play around with these things and obtain the templates. Maybe if I click Share and then all these images can be downloaded. If I click Share, and then if I click Download, and we can download it as a JPEG file and then increase it. And then it can be downloaded. As you can see, it has been downloaded like this, right? 14. 14. Bulk Create Designs in Canva: Now we are going to see how bulk creation in Canva works as an example, if you are going to create bulk designs at once, and you can easily create them by using bulk create option in Canvas. After learning this, you can create a lot of items with the same or Instagram posts or flyers or postcards, et cetera, can be easily created with some minor changes. As an example, in order to create that bulk items, we have to go to the Google Sheets. Open that go to sheets. And on the sheets we can create a blank sheet. On the blank sheet, we can have some kind of data over here. Maybe as an example, if we are going to create that January sale and then we're going to apply it for February sale, March sale, April sale, et cetera. If you are going to do that in bulk, it's very simple. We can just type here January. And here we can type it as February. And that's it. And we can select these two things like this. After that, we can point this one and drag it up to this 12th month. So then automatically this will be created like January, February, March, April. And after we have created days, of course, we can create a lot of things and connect them with Canva. I'm just going to provide you this as an example. After we have created that, we have to save this as a CSV file, right? Let me do that. So here I'm going to go to the Files, download it as CSV file comma separated values. Then it will be downloaded. After we have downloaded that, we can go to the Canva. Canva, we can create a design sale flyer. As you can see, the sales flyer has been obtained over here. And we can have like as an example, if we obtain like this Hello January. And now what I'm going to do is as an example, if we have obtained this one, hello January, and then I wanted to generate hello, February, hello, March, etc. And then that can be easily created by using this tool. In order to use that tool, we can do customized things in here as well. If we're going to do that, we can go to the apse over here, and then you can come down here. And then here there will be a bulk career option available for you. And then you can click that if you are using that for the first time. And I have already selected that bulk create so that that bulk create will be underneath this apse over here, right? So if I click that bulk create item, then it will ask you to select whether you are going to apply the data manually or you are going to upload the data from your computer. So since I have already have the CSV file, I can click this. Then it will ask me to select where that CSV file is located. And then I can click this one and open it up. And then it will ask me to select which one you are going to insert in here, right? In order to connect with this data on the text, what we need to do is we can just simply right-click this. And then after we have this one, and then the connect data icon will appear over here. And then we can select this one so that as you can see, the first word on that first column has been selected like this. If you have multiple columns and you can select multiple data over here after you have selected that and then you can click Continue. And then it will ask you to select how many pages you wanted to create, how many rows as per one row, it will create one page. So if you have multiple rows and then you can create multiple pages. I want all the pages to be included so that I'm going to click Select All. Then if I click Generate that lemon files, and then it will direct you to another window like this. And then it will have that bulk item created, Right? It's very simple and effective tool that we can use it for our different designs. Maybe as an example, if you have selected this one, goodbye, March, etc, we can use that, right? So hope you get an idea about how this bulk creation works and you know where to use these things. And you can apply into your designs if you are creating a bulk items in Instagram posts or Facebook post, or if you are creating YouTube thumbnails that are similar in a CVs or dissimilar in a playlist. You can create these kinds of things very easily. And the second method that we can create a is like if you go to the bulk create option and we can enter the data manually. If I select that entered the data manually, and I have to enter those kind of data manually. As an example, I have to type like January here, I'm going to type february. Here, I'm going to type March. Likewise, we can select that and we can name these things, maybe month. And here we can select if you have any other kind of data, you can double-click that and edit that if you have any other things after you have done these things, but you have to do is you have to come over here and then you have to click done and then offer. It will show you like this. And then you can click this and right-click this, and then go to the connecting that data. And then you can select which column you wanted to connect, ones column or email column. I'm going to click that month's column. So then that month's column will be selected. And if I click continue, and then it will ask me to generate how many pages you want. And then if I click Generate, and then it will be generated on the
