1. Introduction: Hello, and welcome to the course of Kanva Magic Studio with Artificial Intelligence or
AI. Yes, you hear that right. We are going to use AA with Kanva To introduce
myself, I'm Manten Patel, a graphic designer
or graphic expert, and I've been dealing with Kanva from more than
four to five years. And tet me when I say this, I know a lot about Kanva than
most people in the world. So you are in the good hands. In this course, I
want to equip you with the knowledge and
the tools needed to empower or supercharge
your creative process with AI and Kanva. I will introduce you to one of the Kanvas most
intensive collection, which is known as
Canva Magic Studio, and how you can empower or leverage that to your
specific advantages. This course is typically applicable to all of
the graphic designer friends out there and who wants to know more about
Kana Magic Studio. All right, I'm pretty
excited for this journey. I will see you in
the first lesson.
2. Text to Image: Bringing Your Ideas to Life with Canva: Welcome to this lesson, Let us explore Magic Media, which is another
AA va component, and let us learn
what it can do for you and for your
creative assets. In this lesson, we are
going to use the text to image functionality to transform text based ideas into images. To start this process, you will need to go to click on Apps and then click
on Magic Media. This will open up an extra menu, allowing you to create images and videos from text prompts. First, you start with
a text description. For example, describe
what kind of image you want and describe
what you want to see. Perhaps a futuristic car or
bike with the ability to fly. Next, pick the style
that suits you. There are plenties
of styles that Kenwa offers like photography,
digital, and finite. You will even see
little preview images to get an idea of the
potential final look. I will go for three D model. Then you have to decide
on the expect ratio. It can be square,
landscape or portrait. Let us go with landscape. Lastly, the final step is to
click on the generate image. After clicking on that
generate image button, it will take some time to
generate image for you. This usually takes a
bit of time to render, but once done, you will see
several cool interpretations. Also, you can always
add to the prompt or modify or even regenerate the images to get a
new set of options. I highly encourage you to experiment with your
own prompts. All right? To make your learning experience more impactful and significant. Navigate to the exercise file provided in the resource
section of this course. C click on the link in the PDF, you will be redirected
to a CVA template, which you can replicate or duplicate inside your
own Canva account. As you browse through this PF, you will notice
that we have all of the assets and components
for each lesson, and it will be inside this PF. Let us get our hands with
this first exercise. You are watching these lectures, I urge you to open
that exercise file and do all of this
along with me. It will be more fun and
you will be able to grass more knowledge

3. Text to Video: Transforming Text into Stunning Videos: We tried creating images from
texts in the last lecture. But what about
generating videos? Well, in this lecture,
we are going to generate stunning videos from
simple text prompt in just a few minutes. Let's go back to
our Canvas screen. Unlike the image magic
media interface, the video one is much simpler. All you need to do is write a prompt with a video
you want to see. For instance, let us use
a longer description, and it will create
something uniquely. You can type a beautiful
spring rose in a garden in a style of professional cinematographic and
in natural light. Once you are all ready, all you have to do is click on that generate
video button. It may take one or two minute
to fully render the video. So wait for that. One thing to keep in mind with videos is
that you only get one option, not several options to choose from like we have in our image. And there you have it.
Your video is ready. Now, remember, this
isn't stock footage, which is sourced from
Kanvas Media's library. It is generated by an AI
algorithm based on your prompt. And every time you run with the same prompt with
the exact wording, you will get different
results and different videos. You can play the video and see that it's just
a few seconds long. It's look like an actual
scene from the movie. Incredible realistic. It's almost as if it was shot
by a professional camera. However, it is also
worth mentioning that, like most AI tools out there, the video option in
Canvas Media magic is also experimental, and not all the scenes
will look realistic, especially the
ones that involves dynamic elements such
as human or animals.
4. Mastering Photo Edits with AI Magic: You can easily remove
distractions and add new elements into your photo in just matter of few clicks. We will look at how to
transform entire images and selected areas with the
power of a text prompt. Let's start with
our first example. Navigate to the dit photo, then select magic it. Here, you can adjust the brush size to select the
area you wish to modify. In our case, we will
focus on the tie. Remember, the more precise
you're highlighting, the better the final result. After outlighting
the desired area, now comes the most
interesting part, describing the changes
you want in few words like a tie should be in red
color with small squares. Then he generate and wait
for the magic of Kana A. There will be four
options to choose from. Select the one
that you like with your vision and finalize
it by clicking Dn. Next, we have a
feature of clicking the object rather than
outlining anything. Let us go to our second example. Here you can see, we
have a bunch of objects. Click on Edit image, then go to Magic dit. Then click on this
second option. As you can see,
it will highlight all of the objects
in that image. Let's say you want to change
the color of your chair or even want to change the
whole plant, you can do it. Simply describe whatever
you want to add or change. Even you can leverage the power of this
inspired M button. All right, feel free to play
around with this feature. As you can see, this feature has immense possibility
and immense power to transform your
creative assets. So curate your proms. All right, I'll see

5. Effortless Image Editing and Text Extraction with Canva AI: Separating the subject from your photo and from
its background, for easy repositioning it, and editing is a
very complex task, but not for Canvas
AI capabilities. We are going to go over how
to extract either assets or texts from images with
magic grab and grab texts. Let's start by clicking
on this first image and navigating to our
familiar edit photo menu. Once they activate magic crap. What happen next is incredible. Canvas AI will automatically identify the most prominent
subject in your photo. Then it seamlessly separates
it from the backdrop, layering it against a
regenerated backdrop that matches the original scene. This allows from
incredible versatility. You can move this image to a completely different image and create new variations
in your design. Now, let us shift our
focus to grape tax. Select the next image. Again, click on it photo, and then choose grape tax, and then click on grape tax. In a similar fashion to
our previous example, the KvA AI will
automatically extract any visible text from the image and separate
it into a new object. The font style, including
its coloring end style, is selected from
Kanvas font library. You can experiment with these features to see
how different funds are extracted and how
the background is intelligently filled by Canvas generative
AI capabilities.
6. Reimagine with Magic Expand: I'm sure that you have been into a situation where your photo
is perfect and beautiful. But you wish you can capture a little bit more
outside your borders. Well, Kanvas magic Studio has another trick up its sleeves
that can help you with that. In this lesson, you are
going to learn how to re imagine images with the
innovative magic expand feature. The magic expand feature
isn't just for filling gaps as it expand parts of your images
that aren't present, blending your original visuals with an AI generated
interpretation. Now, let us sp dive into an example so that you will
understand it much better. Imagine you have a
photo of photer, being poured into a glass, but the background feels
restricted to you, or you want the image to
fit in specific format. All right, select your image and open the added photo menu. Choose magic expand. Will see options like
free form where you will direct the AI to
expand a specific area. There is also a whole page for a full background modification and square format for
a one to one ratio, which is perfect and ideal
from social media post. Well, in this scenario, we will go with the
whole background or whole page and then
click on the magic pile. Then the AA will generate
four unique options. If you don't like these options and they don't meet your needs, you can click regenerate and it will generate
new results, which will allow you to explore additional AA power variations. Magic pan is also perfect for creating continuity in
landscapes or backgrounds. Consider another scenario. A landscape photo while the sky occupies a small
part of the frame. By using magic pan, you can extend just
the sky portion of the picture by picking
the free form option. And there you have
it. By understanding where Magie Expand Excels and experimenting with
a bunch of new images, you will open or unlock a new label of creativity
in your designs. All right, I will see

7. MagicMorph 101: Transforming ordinary
texts, element, or shape into unique piece of art is at the core
of magic Morph. In this lesson, we will
go over how to use magic Morph feature to enhance the elements
of your design. To kick things off scroll to the app section and
search for magic Morph. Then select the
magic Morph option. Once you are in the magic Morph, you can either select an existing element
from your design or even insert a simple one to experiment with this feature. You may choose between text, a simple graphic or a shape. In our case, we will
be going to choose an element from the previously
provided exercise file. Next, you will be
prompted to define the transformation you desire
for your selected element. The more detail you can
provide like an object, color, pattern, or
surroundings, the better. Also to ensure the
optimal whistles, your descriptions must be
instructive and more detail. For instance, our
description will be fill it with clusters of flowers with a detailed
leafy background. This will provide the air with enough information on how
to approach the morph. The last step is to hit
the magic morph button, which will transfer
your existing or your current element into something quite
unique piece of work. This feature of magic Murph work best with heavier
shape and text, and it's quite useful from
transforming or converting your simple and
ordinary text elements into a modern look and
unique piece of work. All right, I'll see you

8. Canva's Magic Animate: Now it's time to turn your
static presentation into an animated narrative by
using Kanva Magic Animate. We are going to
harness the power of magic animate to apply customization animation to an entire design
in just a second. Let us begin by opening a new presentation and choosing from the as
of templates provided. For this example, I will select the annual
company report template. While the template is visually appealing
and well organized, you will notice that it lacks animation and transition
between pages. It's time to change that. Now, all you need
to do is look for the animate button situated above your design
canvas. Click on it. Then choose the magic
animate option. In just a few seconds, Kanva will suggest an animation
style that compliments your presentations content along with the alternative styles, if your recommendation
does not suit your needs. After selecting a style, you will find your
presentation fully animated without the need to do any manual
slide by slide work. You can enter
presentation mode or full screen mode and navigate
through these slides to see how the animations
and transitions have seamlessly integrated with
your content narrative. Should you find any transition or effect not by your liking, you have the option to adjust the animation style or
remove it entirely. As we explore through
magic animate, remember that animation can significantly enhance the storytelling aspect
of your designs. It's not just about adding
motions to your slides. It's about creating narrative that capvates your audience. Alright, I will see you

9. Canva Magic Switch: Translate Like a Pro: Creating content in one language and then having the
ability to convert it into multiple language is a powerful way to connect
with your audience globally. In this lecture, I will show
you how you can do that. Here, we are going to learn how to translate your designs into another language by using Canvas magic switch
capabilities. Once you are on a page with texts or information
you want to translate, simply select magic
switch on the top bar. Then click on translate. Next, you have the option to select the language you
want to translate into. Canva supports more
than 100 languages, which is fantastic, by the way. In our case, let us go
for Chinese simplified. Then you can choose the pages where you want
the translation to occur. This can be your entire
presentation or a single page. Lastly, an important step is to decide whether
to translate within this existing design
by overriding the content or if you
prefer, create a new copy. A copy is created by default unless you tick
mark the override box. Now whenever you are
ready, click on translate. You will immediately
see your chosen text or your chosen content is translated into the
language of your choice. Now there is also another way to approach translation if you want to get more granule and integrity with
specific page details. Go ahead and select a
text element you like. Then click on the three dots and pick the translate
text option. This will enable a whole new
menu on the left hand side. There, you have few
additional options. You can pick the combination of textbook you want to translate, or you can also go to setting
tabs where you can select the option to resize funds when a translation
does not fit a design. The rest remains the same as
we have discussed earlier, and then all you need to do is click on the
translate button. Amazing, right? That's the
magic of Kanva Magic switch. I will see you in another one.
10. Transform Presentations to Documents with Canva: Now, let us explore another
component of magic switch, which is known as
transform into Doc. We will go over how you can
convert your designs or your presentation into
various text based formats. To access this feature, go to Magic switch and click
on transform into Doc. The options that will appear are the text formats
you can convert to. You can convert a summary
of your entire design, which will compiles all of the texts from every
page into a document. You can also create a
blog post, a e mail, a poem, or a song lyrics from the content in
your presentation. Well, this is something. This feature is incredibly
powerful and allowing from the adaptation of
the same message into a different forms. In our example, let
us strike converting our exercise files
into a block post. Canva will process
the entire design, which might take some time depending on the
length of your design. But once that
transformation is done, you can open your document and find a well
organized block post. Complete with a title. Introduction paragraph
and headings from each slide as interpreted
by Canvas AI. I highly recommend
experimenting with a different form of
transformation as the end result or
the final result is always creative
and interesting. Okay, that's all

11. Canva's Magic Studio AI-Powered Writing Tools: Did you know that Kanva
has an inbuilt chat GPT like feature to
automate your writing desk? Well, let us explore
on this feature. In this lesson, we will
talk about how to use Kanvas magic write features to generate textual
content with prompts. First, open a brand
new document in Kanva. Click on the plus icon, then choose the
magic write option. It is similar to chat GPT. You can request a content
piece like a block post, let's say five tips from
healthy eating block post, and then click on generate. Almost instantly, the
content is generated, providing you with
your desired tips. This can be serve as
a starting point to expand or modify or even refine. If you want another iteration of this text or a specific section, highlight it, click
on Magic write, and you will see
several options. You can summarize rewrite, make it more fun or even use the sprinkle fell redst
option for a playful twist. For spelling corrections,
there is also an option available
here. Amazing write. Now when it comes to creating AA Power presentation or AI
Power Social Media blog post. Kanva has got your back. Kanwa has integrated
this capability seamlessly into their platform. Let's go over to generate different design formats
with written AI prompts. For the home page, you can
navigate to Magic Studio. Let's go ahead and select magic
design for presentations. It's incredibly simple to activate the AI for
your presentation. First, click on
the search bar and write your prompt as you are
searching for a template. For this instance, I have written a peach from social
media digital product, and in seconds, magic design
will generate a few options. These designs will
reflect your prompt and often include fully created
presentations with graphics, text formatting, and a
well structured design. Can enhance this by selecting a specific media or
your brand template, which will change the design and the color schema of the
suggested presentations. In essence, the
prompt will run again with this new parameters.
Pretty awesome right. To finalize your design, simply pick the presentation of your choice and apply
it to all of the pages. It is important to note
here that you can repeat the same process from every
other social media platform. The mechanics are same. The output will be
even more interesting.
12. Canva: Media to Video in Minutes: Now it's time to talk about how you can
upload your media, and then Canva will
convert that media or photos into videos instantly. I will show you how
you can do it in Kana. On the Kanva home page, select the video option
to open a blank design. On the left hand side panel, you will notice a tile inviting you to generate
videos instantly. This is where Kanvas
AI comes into play, offering you the
chance to select a mix of your creative assets, and then turning them into an
amazing and stunning video. There is a minimum of
three assets required, but you can select up to ten. Following your selection, Kana
will ask from the prompt. You want to describe the
video you want to create. For instance, you might request a short ad
for a travel plan. Upon hitting generate,
Kanva will sprink into action incorporating
various visual elements, music, and even transition
for a new video. Well, it is important
to remember that as the AA learns and
strive from improvement, not every detail
of your style and structure of the video might
align with your preference. However, this can serve as
an excellent foundation, and with bit of editing
and personalization, the final video can be transformed into
something even better. So that's the power of Kanva AI, and I will conclude this course. All right, I will see
