1. Welcome to Bloom with Florals!: Hi, and welcome to the amazing class of
Bloom With Florals, relaxing flower drawing for
the nine to five non artist. Congratulations on taking a step towards relieving stress in your daily life through finding the love and
creative living. So we're going to have
so much fun here today. Well, in this class,
we're going to go over easy floral drawing
techniques that will help you relieve stress
in your work environment, and this will also help you relax more in your
personal life. We'll look at floral
drawing in three Ed steps, the main flower, the leaves, and the flow flowers. You should take this class
somewhere you're comfortable. If you have small family members or maybe not so small
like your spouse, that might make it hard
for you to concentrate, then I have your perfectly. Below this video, you'll find a downloadable coloring
book that you can print out so that the whole
family can have some fun, creative time to guess. We're focusing on
flowers because you never have to worry about
making a flower perfect. Flowers are wonderful
because like all nature, including humans, it's
better if it's imperfect. So drawing flowers
is a great way to creatively
connect with nature. This will give you a deeper
bond with a natural wealth. So stop worrying that
you can't grow because the imperfections are what makes each flower unique and gorgeous. That's what makes
it more beautiful. So if you need it, this is your permission slip. Look at me in the eye
and understand this. You have complete and full
permission to take it. So we're gonna help you find
the way back to creative, even though you might
think you're not creative, which is a big lie, by the way, but we'll go through
that a little later. Well, without any further
ado, let's get started.
2. Class Project: This, all we'll need is
a simple fall point pen. Really, how much
easier could this be? We're going to be working
on something most of us have in our office space. Our we are going to learn how to decorate our planner
to highlight the events and tasks
that we have coming up. So if you don't have
a physical planner, if you don't should really get one because
they're awesome. Then work on the sticky
notes you have with you or the notebook that you use
to write your daily deuce. When you decorate your plans, you're programming your brain to create an importance
that goes along with it. This subconsciously tells
your brain how relevant or exciting this taskro event
is upon its completion. This is a way to also tell your plans to start bluing
along with your foals. The coolest thing about this
is that you'll be able to do this whenever you're
in for a meeting, that should have been an email or when you're on the phone. This is especially handy
because I know you're busy so you don't have to dedicate any extra
amount of time, and it's a way to actively remove stress with
an ongoing approach.
3. Work Stress Manifest: So let's talk a little bit about work stress and how it can
manifest in your day today. So you might think, now, I don't have any
work stress, Mara. You're exaggerating.
Okay, well, I, too, was a firm believer that I was excellent at handling
my stress until my mood and well being
started plummeting around my career
life. So hear me out. Let's talk about these
super simple ways that stress could be creeping
into your everyday life. So number one,
stress is creeping. Number one way that
stress is creeping into your life is you
can't stop snacking. You know, you just had lunch
but you can't help it. The vending machine is calling your name and you
can't seem to get your hands off those colorful
yummy looking snacks. And this could mean that you're
uneasy and pressured and snacking and most likely
unhealthy snacking is the way that you
find that outlet. So we number two that stress is creeping into your life is you're having trouble sleeping. So you tend to bring home work with you and your
mind is just never resting, thinking about the less to do list that you have to
get through tomorrow. And number three, the way that stress is
creeping into your life, and this is, I think
the most important one is that you get sick often. Did you know that when
you're feeling stressed, it can contribute to a lowering
of your immune system? This is science.
This is not just me talking and saying, Wow,
things out of nowhere. There's an actual study by the New York Academy of
Sciences by John Caciopo and ten other scientists that
performed a study where they tested acute symptoms of stress. This acute symptoms
means that there are symptoms in a short course of
time and chronic symptoms, which is symptoms that persist over a long
amount of time. They tested these acute and
chronic stress symptoms in the everyday lives
of over 40 women. And so their study
concluded that all these women suffered from a decrease in their
immune system, making them more prone to infectious or auto
immune diseases. So yes, you can definitely
blame stress for bringing that dumb little cold that
gets you every other week and that has you feeling
unproductive for weeks. If you have two out of
these three things, then you definitely
have it. Yes, you do. I'm diagnosing you right
now with this thing we'll now call the No C
Outlet Syndrome. The C stands for creativity, yes, it's a thing, even
though I just made it up, you know it's real
and you know you so hear me out when I tell you, you need to draw flowers. Let's move on to
the next lesson.
4. Main Flowers: So for this next part,
feel free to put on some background music to relax while you're working
through these next videos. Alright, so we're going to start this lesson with
the main flowers. So first of all, we're
going to see daisies. And as I told you, we're
only going to need a single just ballpoint pen. So nothing fancy, this. So we're going to start
off with our daisies. These are going to be just
little circles like this, and then we're going to do
some petals all around, and we're just going to do
little loops like this. These are daisies.
Sometimes you can just make smaller
petals if you want, or you can make longer petals. It doesn't really matter. What you really need to
focus on is each and every one of the petals needs
to come back to the center. So that's important. And then if you want to get
a little more realistic about it or if you want to get a little more fancy about it, you can just go
and do the center, and you're going to focus
on the petals like this. You know, take a little
more time to make them to make them like
a little rounder, be more mindful where your
petals are showing up. And you see how I'm leaving some spaces between the petals. You can just go in and maybe put some petals or peeking behind
them like this because, you know, as I told you,
flowers are not perfect. They're always they always
have little details in them, and that is what makes
them more beautiful. So see, make these little petals stand out in the back
of the daisy petals. And if you want, you can
just make little veins as well inside each
of the petals. And so that just
gives it maybe, like, a little more life to them. So I think it makes
them look beautiful. And when you're making a big composition with
a lot of flowers, this just gives
it a lot of life. And yes, so that's a daisy. And now we're going to
move on to a daffodil. So daffodils are really simple. We're going to start off with just a little circle
in the middle. And then we're going to
draw like, kind of, like, a sun shaped thing around it. And then we are going to
make six little petals. So we're going to do one, two, three, four, five, six. Like that. And so we're going to draw the petals like this. We're going to bring them to a point and we're going to come back to a point and come back. To a point and come back to a point and come back to
a point and come back. And then from here to
a point and come back. So this is super simple
and very pretty, and it looks amazing when you actually put it
inside a composition. So we're just going to add some little veins here
to the daffodils. See that. I'm going to do another one, just so you can see, like, a little variation
of what that can be. So I'm going to do
the center again, and I'm going to do, again, like, a little
sun around it. And as you can see, and as I
told you in the beginning, this never has to be perfect. This just, you know, you have to do it,
and that's it. You just have to let it flow. And so we're going
to do six petals. One, two, three, four, five, six, like that. And you're gonna bring them
to a point like one, two, three, four, five, six, and here we have our
little daffodil. And now I'm going to
do some veins on this. Just click little
veins like that. If you want to make
it more realistic, make sure you're not doing like straight out veins and try to follow along the natural
curve of your petal. So see how that looks
less natural than this. Next, we're going to see a rose. So our roses these are super, super easy, and they're one of my favorite flowers to
draw because they're so beautiful and they're
just really easy to draw. So I'm just going to draw, like, a messed up circle like that. Okay. And then from that circle, I'm just going to start from
here and go to the top. And then I'm just
going to go round again to the bottom like this. And this has to be the most
imperfect movement ever, and I'm just going to be
drawing the petals, okay? So imagine this is the
center of my flower. You don't have to draw this. I'm just drawing
this to show you. And so you're going to draw
pedals all around that. Now that I'm done
with the top part because I want it to be
looking more to the side, I'm just going to go in down here and just going to
fill this up like this. You see how easy that was. I just drew a little stem like that. I'm going to
draw another one. Just like a little mushed
up circle right there, and again, just going
to go all around. Drawing little petals like this. If you want to give it a
more little realistic look, you can draw the stem
like this so you can make a little thing right here and then draw
the stem like that. That's also I'm adding the little veins that we
drew on the other ones. So as I said, roses are just very
simple to make. They're really beautiful. And so I'm going to
draw another one here, just so you can see what a different kind of
variation can look like. So those are roses. Next, we're gonna move on. I think this might
be my favorite. I know I say that
for all of them, but okay, believe
me on this one. So this one is
called an Anemone. This one is going to
be we're going to do a filled out
circle like that. It doesn't have to be
filled out perfectly. You can leave little spaces
like I did right here. And then I'm going to
do I'm going to go around just doing little
speckles of this like that. And then I'm going
to draw five petals. One, two, three, four, five. These are my petals, and I'm going to start from one of these little lines that I drew. I'm going to go over here.
And then I'm going to make, like, a little jagged end. I really don't care how these
turn out because I know they're gonna be beautiful cause flowers are just
beautiful all the time. So I'm going to all of
my petals are gonna have little jagged ends
like this at the end. Like this and like this. What I love about anemones Okay, so this is the simple basic one. I'm just going to do another
one so I can show you what the variation
can be for this one. I'm going to draw little
speckles here on the side. Like this. And then I'm going to
just do the same thing. I'm going to draw
five little lines that are going to
indicate my petals, one, two, three, four,
five, all around. I don't really care how
these are spaced out. Honestly, I'm just going to do another one just so you can see. If I did them all to
one side like that, it gives me another
look for the flower. So I don't really. They're always gonna be different and they're always
gonna look beautiful. So look at this. See? They weren't all
perfectly symmetrical. They weren't perfectly placed, and it still turned out fine. So I'm going to
do this last one. Like this. I'm going to
do the Jadens like that. Like this, then another
petal like this. And then like that. So, oh, I forgot to do the
little speckles on the side, but see, they don't
have to be perfect. So after I'm done with this, I like to put like little petals that are coming out from the back, so
they're peeking out. So maybe I'll start here in the middle and then
come out like this. And then I'll come out from
behind this little petal and just so it gives me a little effect that they're
peeking out from behind, and it gives a little more a little more
natural look to it. Now I'm going to add some
veins to my anemones. So this gives it a
little more depth, and it looks really
cool and pretty. I like it. See, as I told you, so it can look more natural. You can follow along the
natural line of the petals. So for example, all of my veins here are
following this line. This one is going to follow
this line, for example. So that's how it can look. All of your flowers, you can finish them
off with a stem. So it looks nicer and
refined when it's, like, a little thin
stem like that. So you can do that
in all of them. You can leave them like this
or you can add your veins, however you prefer them, and just be sure
to try to follow along the natural
curve of your petals. And then for the daisies, it's exactly the same thing. You just go in and you go like, oh, you make your petal. I mean, your stems like this. For the daffodil. So these are your main flowers.
5. Leaves: Now we're going to
move on to our leaves. And these are they
are going to be pretty little fillers that are going to give
our flowers a pop. They're going to
help them stand out. And so we're going to start
with a really simple one, and so we're going to
draw a line like this. And then I always
like to top off my stems of leaves with three
little leaves like this. Okay. So it's just it's that shape like this.
But really small. And so what you need to pay
attention in leaves is that you have to be you
always want to be symmetrical for them
to look natural. I'm just drawing two sets of
little leaves on each side. Well, one set of leaves. One leave to another leave. I'm just matching this
side to this side. So that's one type of leaf. The next one is going to be
just similar to this one, but I'm going to do something
a little different. Instead of just placing the
petal directly on the stem, I'm going to so I'm just
going to do little pairs of little sticks like
this all along the line. Then I'm going to draw leaves on the end of
each little stick. Yeah. So these are
little drops of water, little sideways drops of water. And these are kind of
like more I don't know. I guess you would call I
would say like a little more flowy or they might add a little more
detail to your drawing. So it really depends
on what kind of drawing you're
trying to achieve. Okay, so next this is, I guess, the messy one
because you go crazy. It doesn't matter what you do. So I'm just going to start at
the bottom here of my line, and I'm just going to draw like little long leaves like this. So these don't have
to be perfect. I could do a long one like this, and it doesn't really care.
It doesn't really matter. I I always have
to make sure that each leaf it's independent
and individual. So you don't want to go
just, like, you know, random doodling
like that, but you always want to finish
off your leaf like this. Yep. So that's on one side. You could leave it
like that on one side, or you can do both sides. You can just overlap
your leaves like this. I'm going to do this one on this side and on the other side. So this is just a really
good filler leaf. And it's just This is my favorite stress leaf because you don't really have
to worry about anything. Actually, you don't
have to worry about anything in any of them. And then we're going to
move on to our larger leaf. So this is going to be just
I'm going to give you, like, the anatomy of the leaf. So I'm going to draw
the leaf like that. And then I'm going
to draw, like, the stem that's going down
the middle like this. And I'm going to draw the veins. The veins, they have
to be symmetrical. This one matches with this
one on the other side and it comes up all the way to
the side of the leaf. I'm just going to do that
along the whole leaf. And there you go. You
have your leaf like this. You could have a
long stem like this, or you can also have a
short stem like this. I'm going to show you
how I incorporate these into the
larger compositions, but I normally don't
even use the whole leaf. I normally just have
it peeking behind flowers and sometimes this
part will only be visible. So this part will only be
visible. So that's cool. Next, it's going to be more
of a flowy kind of leaf, and this is a beautiful one. So I'm just going to draw, like, some care free lines like this. And I'm going to do this
first one that we did here, but I'm going to do it along these leaves along these stems. So I'm just going to draw
little leaves like this. So they're kind of
little drops of water. And then at the top, I do my group of
three, like that. And so I'm going
to do it again on this stem, and at the top, I'm going to do my
little group of three, and I'm going to do it
on the one on the right. I need to match every single
leaf with their other leaf. And then on this one, I'm going
to do the one at the top. And then this again,
I'm pairing each leaf. They all need to have a friend, and so they all need
to be paired up. And so these are your leaves.
6. Flow Flowers: Now we're going to move on
to our little flow flowers. These are going
to be the fillers for your entire composition. So these have to be super
simple, super easy to do, and they're just my
favorite because you don't have to think a lot about how you're
going to make them. So first of all, we're going to start with
this pretty little one, which is just we're going to
do a half circle like this, and we're going to leave
a space on the bottom, and we're going to do a
little stem like that. And we're going to go ahead and place our pen on the side of the half circle and
we're going to draw petals like this that come
and touch the center of this. I'm going to do it again. I drew the other way around,
but you guys get it. It's the half circle looking up. I would be an arrow if you
were looking at it like this. You see that? Then you're going to leave a space
here and now I'm going to come to the side of my half
circle and I'm going to draw some petals I love these. I'm going to draw
another one. So up here, half circle, leave a space, come down with my stem, and I'm going to come to
the side of my half circle, and I'm just going
to do my petals. Like that. If you want, you can come in and always
do well, not always. If you want, you can do
little veins like that. Sometimes when they're so small, you can't even notice them, but, you know, it's in the details. So if you want to go
ahead and do that, it can give it a little
more detailed look. It can make it pop
a little bit more. So now we're going to do
like this type of flower, but we're going to
do it to the side. So we're going to do a little
half circle like this. And now we're going to come down from the rounded
part of the circle down, and we're going to add
some petals like this. So it's just a flower
that's to the side. And then again, I'm just going to draw a little
half circle like that, and from the rounded
part of the half circle, I'm going to come down, and
I'm going to add some petals. So that's just if you can
see, it's just, like, a different view from this one. So I'm just going to add little like a little shadow right here. And I like when I can incorporate this half
circle with the stem. I think it looks a
little more natural, so I'm just going to
add a little triangle like that here so I can
add it to the stem. If you want, you can also
make the stem a little bit thicker, not
so much, though, as you want these to
be filler flowers and you don't want them to
have the full attention. So our next filler flower is going to be this
pretty little one, which is going to be
just like a little bud. I'm going to do a little
kind of half, well, a little mush together circle and then I'm just
going to go like this. A little curve at the bottom. Going to add some
shadow following along the natural curve of this. And I'm just going
to add a petal. I mean, a petal, a stem. So this is such a
simple thing to do. So I'm going to do it
again, just make a circle, curve down to the bottom
and come down with my stem. And I'm just adding
some shadows here, some little veins that
are along the curve, the natural curve of my flower. Now I'm going to do the easiest one that we're
going to do here, and this is it looks really simple and
it looks really weird, but when you look at it
in a full composition, it looks so nice. It's just going to be a
messed up circle like that. It doesn't have to
be a perfect circle, and you're going to
draw some little dots. They're going to be more up to the top and then down here, you're going to let
it breathe a little. All of the dots are
concentrated up here and you're just going
to draw a stem like that. This is super easy and it's
a beautiful fill or flower. I'm going to do it again.
A little messed up circle, some dots that are
concentrated up to the top and just like that. And now I'm going to do
a little budding flower, which this one's
really interesting. I'm going to do a half
circle like this. I'm not going to close it at the top. Well,
it's not a circle. It's more of a Okay, so I'm going to
draw a U like that. And then I'm going to come to the left side of the and I'm going to
come down like this. And then I'm going to
come to the right side of the and then I'm going to come down until I hit the
other line like that. And then I'm going
to come to one side to the left side of the
and I'm going to come up in an upside down V form. So this is a bud. This goes beautifully when
you pair it with roses. So I'm going to draw down here. Pair with roses.
So, for example, I'm just going to draw
a rose real quick. How we learned in
our last video. Like this. Okay. So
I have my rose here. And sometimes if you want
to look more natural, you have to add little
buds coming off of it. I'm just going to draw
the bud like this again. This is the U like that. Then I'm going to come to the
left of the U and come down in a diagonal line until
I hit the other side. Then I'm going to go
to the other side of the the right side, and I'm going to come
down in a diagonal line until I hit the
other diagonal line. And then I'm going to come here again to the left
upper side of the U, and then I'm going to
make an upside down V. I make a little curve like this. And so this can be a great
accompaniment for your roses. And I didn't mention
before, but this is, like, a beautiful accompaniment
for your daisies. So if you're gonna
draw daisy like this, this can go alongside it, and it looks so pretty. Alright, so these are
your filler flowers.
7. Wreaths: We're coming into our wreaths. And we're going to
go through simple, simple wreaths that we can do. And so these can be great
if you want to make, like, the cover page of a
notebook or if you want to leave a cute little note
for somebody lying around, and I'm just going to
make a circle like this, and I'm just going to
do another circle. And another circle. And you don't want
them to be one on top. Like, you don't want to draw
three circles like that. You want them to be spread out and so you can see,
like, the different lines. So I'm just going to go
in and draw some leaves and the only important thing here is to have one on the
other side or the other, so we're just going to keep
the symmetry like that. But it doesn't really
matter if you, for example, want to
change directions here. So it just doesn't
really matter. You can just kind of move
it however you want, do it however you want.
It's going to look nice. I'm just going to
go in and I'm going to try to make sure to get to go along the three
different circles that I drew one on
top of the other, that's just going
to give it, like, a little more flow. And as I said, it doesn't
really matter if I'm going to if I'm doing them
to different directions, what's important is that
they look filled enough. So I'm just drawing little leaves in all
of the directions. And, okay, so I think
that looks good. I don't want to
overfill it, either. So you could leave it like this because it
looks beautiful like this, or you can also start drawing, I don't know, like
little you can draw little stems like that
wherever you want. And you can draw, for example, like a daisy. You could draw little daisies
that are stemming out. Whoops. Like that. So it's the circle and just
the petals, like that. Circle and petals like that. Circle and petals like that. You can do that. Or you can just leave it
plain as I said, with just the flowers. I mean, just the leaves. And then here you
can just, you know, write a little out,
like be creative. So you can do that. Or you can do another wreath. So following kind of, like, that same inspiration,
and you can do, like, the messy leave
that we talked about. And you can just do that on two sides so they
can mirror each other. So, for example, I'm just
doing little petals like this. Now I'm going to
go on this side, and I'm going to follow the
direction of these leaves. I'm going to start
them like this. I'm just going to draw some
leaves here like this. This is a little way to make a very simple wreath
and you can leave a sweet note like out the trash. So just make little chorus fun.
8. Blooming Your Planner: Right. So what we all came here to do is we're going to learn how to flourish
our journals. So when we actually take into account our tasks and the things that we
have to do each day, and you celebrate
them a little bit, in this case, we're going to
celebrate them with flowers. Then you're training your
brain to be excited for that specific task or
to look forward to it. So it's not just another boring
task that you have to do. It's a thing that you
celebrate because if you don't celebrate the
tiny things in life, you know, life slips away. So you need to to be mindful of every single thing that
you do every day and just be sure that every step that you're taking every day is bringing you towards the best version of yourself and you're building
yourself up from that. So this is my journal. This is just my bullet journal. So I draw this myself. But of course, you can just
have any type of journal, and they usually
have a weekly view, a weekly spread like this. So if you have that,
then wonderful. And if you don't, if you
have a daily spread, then this will definitely still apply to what
we're going to do. So we're going to
take, for example, I have schedule social media, which I do not like to do, but I always like to schedule
this and just to add little flourishes of love so that I can make my
brain love it more. So I'm just going to go in here and I'm going
to draw some daisies. I'm gonna draw some
daisies like that, so I'm just going
to draw the circle and come with the
petals like this. And now I'm going to do a leaf that comes out from
behind these daisies, and I'm just going
to add a stem and some veins in the back. And so this is just
giving me a little flare. Oh, I just realized I wanted to draw a small
wreath right here. So, similar to what we
did in our wreath before, I'm just going to mirror
kind of what's going on. On this side, I'm going to
mirror it down to this side. So I'm going to draw
some flowers down here. Just daisies are my go to flower because they're so simple and they look so nice. And so I'm just going to
draw this flower like this. I'm going to add another leaf coming out from
behind it like this. So this is a cool way
to make things fun. And so right now, what I want to do is
I want to kind of flourish my whole week. And so I'm just going to go
in to the left side of it, and I'm going to draw a roast. So I'm going to just do my little crooked circle
and then I'm just going to go all around with
the petals like that. And now I'm going to
make some leaves. Come out from the
side. Like that. So I don't have a
lot of space here, so I'm just going to move down to the bottom of my planer. And so here at the bottom, I'm going to draw an anemone. So I'm just going to
draw that filled circle, and then I'm going
to go around it with my little
speckles like this. It doesn't have to be perfect. I think I've said that enough. And I'm going to do
five little petals, so one, two, three, four, five. I'm going to grab one of these, I'm going to make
a petal like this. And remember, I can make the ends like a little
jagged like that. Since I want to be
behind my planner, I'm just going to end this
petal behind it like that. So it's kind of like
popping up from underneath. And I like that. And I'm
just going to decorate this. I'm just going to
put some petals behind petals like that. And I'm going to put
some veins on this one, and they're going to
go along the curve of my nemone just like we
did on the first lesson. Like that. Now I'm going to draw a
rose like this. Okay. Since I'm on the bottom
and I really want to look I want them to look like they're coming from under
here, like that, I'm just going to
turn my paper around because I want it to look like it's coming from down here. So, for example, I'm
going to draw my rose and just so it's easier for me to
draw. I'll do it like that. So first thing I'm going
to do when I'm making a composition is make
my main flowers. So for example, I
did my nemone here. I'm making my rose here. I'm going to draw a
big daisy over here. I just draw center, and draw the petals. I'm going to make
some little petals come behind the petals here. I think I'm going to
add some veins to this, even if they're small
because it's a small flower. Well, the petals are small. I'm just going to draw
little veins like this. And now I'm going to
draw my daffodil. That's the other flower that we learned so it looks like this. We're going to make
the circle like that, and we're going to make the sun. Then we're going to
do one, two, three, four, five, six
petals like that. I'm going to grab one of the lines and I'm
going to connect it with a little V shape to the other one and repeat that
with the other ones. You see how this one
turned out really crooked? It doesn't really
matter. There we go. Our daffodils So pretty. And we're going to fill
that in with all the veins. So here's our little daffodil. And then I'm just going to draw another nemone just because I love them and
they're beautiful. And so I'm just going to draw, like, the circle like that, and just the dots all
around the circle. And I'm going to
make five petals, one, two, three, four, five, and I'm going to
bring them together with little crooked
things at the end. Like that. I'm going
to draw some veins. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to start
with my leaves. Step number one is
the big flowers. Step number two is leaves. I'm just going to make
some leaves like that, the first that we did. I'm just going to draw a stem
and then I'm going to draw little leaves that are covering up with each
other. Like that. And at the top, you know, I like to do these little
cute groups of three. No, going to add two
more on the bottom there because it didn't
look filled enough for me. I'm just going to willy nillly draw these all over my page. Okay, so I drew these along
the bottom of my planter. Well, right now, it's at the top because
it's upside down. So now what I'm gonna do is I'm going to just do
the next flower. I mean, the next
the next leaves, which are just the messy ones. So I'm just gonna draw
a stem like that, and then I'm gonna go
in from the bottom, just drawing like this. Just messy, messy, messy. And I'm gonna just go all around and all along the
bottom of my page here. So when you feel you've
had enough of the leaves, I'm just gonna add
another smaller daisy here because I
feel this daisy is feeling kind of alone, so
I'm just gonna add it. And I'm just ending these petals here because I want them to be behind the box. And now I'm gonna
add some veins. Of course, if you want
to be real strict about it and just make it look a
little bit more uniform, depends on whether
you're going for, like, wild flowers or
something like that. Then you can just stick
to a main flower and just do everything
around that main flower. So you draw your main flower everywhere and just
go crazy with that. But I'm just doing all of
these just so I can get, like, a wild flower
kind of look. And then on the anemone, I forgot to do the little petals behind, so I'm just
going to do that. So now that I have all my leaves and I have all my
flowers like that, I am going to go in
with the flow flowers. So right here I
have the daisies, and remember how I said that the daisies could look really well paired up
with something else. So I'm just gonna draw the little pairings
for the daisies. So I'm going to draw
the line like that, and then I'm going to
draw a half circle, leaving a space, and then I'm going to come in with my petals. So I'm just going to do that again, just the
other way around. I'm going to draw
the circle first, the half circle, leave a space, then come down with my stem and draw some
petals like that. So I'm just going to do
that down here real quick. I don't even need to
draw this stem because it's going to be behind
the box like that. And then the daisy, and so I'm going to do, like, that little half
circle to the side and just draw my my
petals like that. So I'm just going to
go all over the page drawing those little
daisies to the side. Now, I drew a rose down here and it looks
kind of lonesome, so I'm just going to draw
a bigger one up here. Bring the stem down,
and now I'm going to do a little rose bud. Do you
remember how to do those? So it's just a u and then from the corner of
the u down diagonally, and then from the other corner
of the U down diagonally, and then a little inverted
V. So that is the rose bud. And I'm just going
to continue doing Daisies because I think they're
a beautiful filler leave. And I also can do the other
one that I showed you guys, which is the little
circle like that and then down like a U. And then this is another
beautiful filler flower. So whenever I have extra
space here at the bottom, you can see that I've
started adding my leaves. So you remember how we
did the big leaves, and I told you that
sometimes I only put, like, half of the leaf
because everything I tend them to I tend to hide
them behind other things. So for example, here, I'm seeing some space, so
I'm just going to draw, like, a leaf behind everything. And I'll draw the middle part, and then I'll just
draw the veins here. So over here, I'm feeling
it kind of kind of empty, too, so I'm just
going to do, like, a little leaf
behind all of this. So I'm done with this. So now I'm going
to turn it around just to see just how
beautiful it looks. Sometimes I really like to go over it with my
super tip markers. So these are just random
colored markers that I have. But, for example,
I love drawing. This is just a very pastel
kind of looking pink. I'm just going to go in in my flowers and I'm
going to draw, just sloppily draw on
top of my flowers. And you see, I'm not even
coloring them in correctly. Just doing that, maybe some
petals, maybe some leaves. Pretty. So, you see, it just kind of
helps it really to pop a little bit
and just makes it a little more fun.
This is for you. This is completely to focus on your stress relief and just
making your days pretty. So if you have your journal
decorated like this, it's definitely gonna help motivate you in your
day to day life. Remember, decorate your things. I forgot this, but
this is my mastermind, and I love my
mastermind sessions. So I'm just going to draw
an anemone, right here. So since it's not
gonna be, like, the full thing, I'm just
going to draw three petals. One, two, three, oh, and there a fourth. So there you have it, you guys. This is how you can
decorate your journal.
