1. Let's Begin: Hi, friends. I'm doctor Sabata and I'm going to be your host for this course. The topic is ethical writing using AI, but of course, I'll change the topic when I launched the course and just to make it more marketable, as you can understand. So I have written seven books, and I'm right now working on my eighth. In this particular course, I'll show you how to use AI tools free and paid. In this video, we are going to see which particular tools are we going to discuss. The tools that I have written down for you here, they are open AI, Jan, voice memo, transcribers, typing mind, and hugging chat. Of course, along with typing mind, I can also add bold. They're all roughly the same. Let's start with Open AI first. 2. Project: But for this particular course, we are going to have a project and the title is crafting compelling content using AI tools. The main objective is that you use and apply the techniques and tools that I'm teaching in this. For that, you may like to do something like content creation in which you can show how you did some AI assisted editing or you did formatting and typesetting or how you designed a book cover. In the final submission, you can compile your written content, edited version, and book cover design into a single project file. And you can include a brief reflection of 250 to 300 words, summarizing your experience using the AI tools, challenges you faced, and what you learned from this process. While submission requirements are given in detail in the project s, there is no due date. That's why I have not inserted any due date because this is a course which you can do at your own pace and submit whenever you'd like. The evaluation criteria will be creativity, usage of tools, professionalism, and the reflection. I hope you will do a little bit of project work to get hands on along with this project, the tools that I have shown, you can actually after learning it once, you can rerun the entire course at a slower speed, maybe at 0.75 and do the things along with me and that will help you learn how to do them actually. Thank you. 3. Crafting words: Okay, so this page is the page for hatGPT. You can see it's called chatgpt.com. Now here we can use any tool. This is completely free of cost. You can upgrade it to $20 a month if you want to use advanced tools, but for simple writing, we can do this. I'll give you a small sample here, although we'll see how to create and write subsequently. But here, let's say we just want to create topic or a title I can say, help me find a title for my book, which is about using AI tools for ethical book writing. Let's say what it says, and as you can see, it gives me a few ideas, AI powered writing, writing with AI ethical authors guide to AI tools. I really like this. We'll continue using this, but it's just a demo that it's completely free of cost that you can do it here. Now I'm going to just Control C, which is copy this because I want to show you some other tools also, which you can use either free or paid. But the point is that they're very good tools. Let's go back to notion. Let's go to Jan. Now I've installed Jan on my Mac and this is the icon. Let me click on this. Now, how is Jan very different from others? This is the point I'm trying to make here. Jan can be used completely free of cost. When you install and open Jan, you can go to the model, and here you can see I have selected OpenEGPT but I can actually go and say on device model and use ama. This is Lama 3.18 B. Please note that this is slower than chat GPT, but it is very good and it is free of cost completely. Here's the assistant that we can write about. Here's the assistant. Basically, the assistant is something that we give as a generic instruction. Let me say that always write in a helpful friendly tone and using this instruction, there's a completely separate course for prompting and a book for prompting. But in this, I'm just talking that you can write any particular agent instruction here. The model that I'm using is the local model. Now let's paste the same thing, which is help me help me find a title for my book, which is about using AI tools for ethical book writing. Now, this is Lama 3.18 million instruct cir quarter. This is the version, and I'll say G. Let us see what it does. Now it's starting model Lama this is the first time it's starting so it's taking a little bit of time. But you can see that this is a little slower than Open AI, but it will still give you very good results. Let's see what it says. It's saying the author's guide, write smarter not harder, the future of writing, ethics, the AI powered writer's handbook, writing with integrity. The responsible writers toolbox, the AI enhanced author from data to story and ethics in action. For me, this tool is extremely good because especially because it's completely free of cost, Lama is an open source thing. So keep in mind Jan is the one and Lama is free LLM. Now, for you, if you do not wish to utilize or install Jan in your local machine, you can still use Lama by going to ugingchat that's the third one that we'll talk about. Let's go to our browser. We come to huggingface.co chat. This is the free version again, and I'll say new chat, I've created an account, but it's again free of cost and what models it uses, you can change those models. This also can use OpenAI if you want, but in general, we like to use any of Lama's open source models. Now, this particular model called Nemotron it's latest and very popular and very strong. But in hugging chat, it also gives error a lot of times. Once again, it's free of cost, but it does have errors. I can give it a shot for you. I'll just say this thing and be a friendly assistant save and we'll try to go here and say, give the same instruction as we gave earlier, help me find a title for my book, which is about using AI tools for ethical book writing. Let's see what it does. So you can see, I'm still using Lama 3.1 70 billion instruct, which is much faster on the Internet because the IT infrastructure is being hosted by Huggingchat on the Internet, naturally it's state of the art, it's much faster compared to my local computer. But you can see lot of suggestions have been given. It has given 12 suggestions. Hugging chat is another good example. Now, going back to notion, another thing I wanted to show you was note book alum. This is still completely free. We'll go to Notebook LM and we'll create a new notebook here. Now, Notebook L M is a Google product. It is completely free, but it has something else. For example, it is not a typical LM which will either go on Internet or give you something on its own. In fact, the best way to use it is to give it some kind of input from your side. Let's see how we can give it inputs from our side. Okay, so I have found an open source and legal resource which I'm going to use. So I have opened Project Gutenberg, which provides copyright free books, and I have opened the Hound of Baskerwlls by Arthur Conan Doll. So what I'm going to do, I'm going to download this book in a simple plain text format. Yeah, here it is. The complete book, I can actually just say select and say Command C, and I'll just copy the book completely. Now, I go back to this notebook alum. I say copied text and I'm going to paid text, and I'm going to paste the text here. Now the entire book has been pasted here, as you can see, I'll say insert. Now here, what Notebook m is doing, it is going to process this entire inserted text, and then I can use that text to write anything. So let's see. We've got pasted text here, which is about the hounds of Baskervis. Here it is the hounds of Baskervills. Now, this particular way of doing work is very helpful for those people who are teaching how to write. Maybe if you are a person who wants to teach, there is a certain book in the course of English literature in your school or college. You can upload that book here and then just ask this one to generate a study guide. I'll click on here. Now, you can see it is generating. I'll pause the video for letting it to generate. It'll take a minute or two. And here it has generated. It has generated a study guide, it has generated short answer type questions. The answer key has been given, essay questions have been generated, and the glossary key terms have been generated. This it does automatically, and it will help you learn how to create questions for this. This will help you help the students learn about the book. This is one way of using it. The other forms are, of course, I can say a briefing document in which it will give me a complete brief of this particular. So why should I get that? I can generate a new book based on any of my old books all. For example, if I don't do fiction or nonfiction writing, what I do is I write course material, so I can ask for a briefing document which has created, as you can see on the screen. I can copy this entire material, which is a briefing document, and then go and create a new notebook in which I'm going to paste this briefing and now I can utilize that briefing to create something new. That is how Notebook LM can be used. Remember, Notebook M has a very different use case. It has a certain amount of ability to get the text, the context, and the material from the resource that you give it to it, and then you can ask questions or make anything based on this. Let's say I ask it a question that who is the protagonist of this book. If I'm going to ask a question, it's going to look at this. The protagonist of the book is Sella homes and it gives the bibliography that from where has it found. It also talks about the source of the highlights is home skepticism regarding supernatural elements, blah, blah. You can see it has given bibliography references to at every point. It is really good for those who actually teach using certain literary material. 4. Transcriptions: Okay, so continuing and going back to notion. So we have covered OpenAI, we have covered Jan, we have covered hugging chat, and we have covered notebook M. Now, what are the remaining things? One important thing is voice memo. So if you are a user of MacBook or iPhone, then what you get are voice memos there. I voice memos, there is a new feature. Hi, guys. I'm recording this in the month of October 2024, and I'm really excited to give you this piece of information. Now, earlier, I used to hate typing my books. I already did it in seven, and I'm on my eighth book right now. So I used to just dictate the book into some sort of recording device, either a dictaphone or later on iPhone. And then I needed to convert that speech into text. I used to use some software to get the text out of it, then edit that text and then add it to my book. But now it has become so simple with AI and the new feature of voice memo in iPhone. As I'm showing you on the side of the screen, if you use Voice memo and record anything, the voice memo of iPhone automatically transcribes it and I think it uses AI, but I'm not sure because the transcription is pretty good. And then all I do is I just copy it. Paste it into chat GPT and say do spelling corrections and grammar corrections, if any, and Walla the whole chapter is ready. I just copy it and paste it into Ulysses, which I use to write my book. So that kind of saves me hours and hours. And I also don't have to sit in a really quiet room or quiet place to dictate it. I can actually dictate it anywhere in a noisy place. In fact, what I do is I go to one corner of my office or in the garden near my office, and I just go and sit there as if I'm holding my phone to my ear as if I'm talking to someone, and I'm dictating the book. And once it is done, voice memo has already done the transcription for me, and it's wonderful. I would suggest for all you writers who have to write so much that try this feature out. It is going to save you tons of time and effort and a lot of editing work also. Now, for those of you who do not wish to use or do not have the voice memo ability to use, you can use a lot of transcribers that are available in the market, as an example, I use this. It's called Super Whisper, I'm not paid by them or anything, and it is just one of many. All that these ones, most of these do are they are just sitting on top of Open AI. And Open AI has a module called whisper, which uses to transcribe whatever you speak from your empathy file into a written text file. What happens is you dictate anything, it goes from that to OpeneI gets transcribed, the text comes back. They are as good as is memo or even faster than that and its fidelity is really high and good, so I'll recommend them. Why I'm mentioning super whisper here is because super whisper allows me to have localized a AI. Once again, just like Jan, I need not go to the Open AI and pay money. I can do it free, of course. I'll open Super Whisper here. So I have clicked on its short form. It is right now recording and whatever I'm speaking, it is recording. The moment I'll click on its shortcut again, it will stop recording and here it has stopped recording. Now you'll see that it is processing. What Superhisper is actually going to do, this is the first time, you can see that it has given a result. Now this result has come completely from my local machine. The AI has been downloaded on my machine and I'm using it free of cost. I'm doing my entire transcription of whatever I speak to write my books locally here without sending it to anybody. Now, this can be very useful for those of you who talk or want to transcribe that data, which is, um, confidential and your organization or somebody does not allow it to be sent outside your computer or your network. You can use this local model here. Remember, Jan and Super Whisper, they both allow you to have local models on which you can speak and transcribe your book. While hugging chat, it goes to the Internet, but again, it is free because it uses ama. Chat GP is also free, but with limitations, then you can upgrade with a $20 a month thing, Notebook ama will completely take whatever resource you have and then you can ask questions on it. You can create FAQs or study guide or the briefing document. It is really helpful for those of you who teach or who do research because it also creates biography. Let's go back to Notion and check what have we missed so we have not yet discussed typing mind and bolt. These two icons that you see on my screen, this is bolt and this is typing mind. They are nothing except wrappers sitting on top of either Open AI or any other tool like Cloud. I have to have a paid account with OpenAI, and that account can generate an API key which I put in these tools. Therefore, instead of going to OpenAI website every time, I have a local tool in which I type, it goes through the API and comes back and gives me the answers. These tools also you can use. Once again, disclaimer that I'm not being paid by any of these tools or anything, I just use them, so I'm showing them to you. Let's see typing mind a little bit here. In typing mind, here I am on a new chat. The beauty of typing mind is you can create as many agents as you want and I'll talk about them. I have certain agents like you can see a book writer, you can see an e book writer, you can see proposal creator, you can see presentation builder. But the point is I can create as many as I want and they also provide a lot of things, they have a nutritionist agent in technology and design in marketing, they have a market analyzer or a headline campaign specialist. We can just use this. For example, this one can talk to us about the same thing that you were asking that helped me find a title for my book, and let's see what does this say? You asked me about the target audience. Target audience are authors and writers and English teachers. These are the audience. Now see how it has generated pretty rapidly. As I said, this is nothing except wrapper sitting on top of Open AI agents we can use, and then we can have a quick turnaround. All these tools and you can make a note of them, that's perfectly fine. You can use any or all of them, Openei Jan Wise Memo transcribers like Superhisper. Let me write down Super whisper so you guys will have the ability to just copy this Superhisper Notebook alm bolt and typing Mind. Now in the next video, let's see how to create agents. 5. Agent Creation: Hi. In this video, I'm going to show you how to create an agent which is going to help you write a complete book. Now, here is the ethical conundrum. Should I write the complete book written Should I have a book completely written by AI or should I give some input of my own also. So I am not giving you the legal position here or the ethical position here. But what I am going to teach in this session is how to create an agent, which is going to help you write the entire thing. It's up to you, which part do you want to choose. You may already be having the idea of a title in your head, so don't use the AI for that. You already know the outline of the book, don't use the AI for that. Use the AI for the areas where you are either not having any idea of what to write or you wish to enhance your writing. I'll show everything for agent here. Let's go and see what is an agent. We'll use typing mind for this because it is one of the easiest and best ways to actually create agents. I'm opening typing mind and here we'll go to agents and we'll say, create an AI agent. Now you can see this whole thing opens up. I'm going to say the name is book writing helper. The description is, and let me use the transcription just to give a demo to you. This bot can help any author write a book from end to end. You can see that the processing will happen but it's doing a little bit slower than normal because I'm also recording my screen on the same computer at the same time. But it has written what I dictated. I can choose a category. Let's say we call it technology, whatever we want. Um, profile picture is completely optional. Then I have to write a real prompt for it. Now, I understand that a lot of you will not be very well versed in writing a prompt. What we can do is we can make another AI, write the prompt for us and paste that prompt here. Let's go to Jan for this purpose. Again, it's ama, it's local. Now I'm going to give it the instructions. Here are the instructions for it. Create a prompt for me, which I can paste in any AI tool to create an agent. The agent that I want to create should help me write a book. The agent should first ask me about what the title should be. What should be the theme of the book? What are the word limits? Then what is the outline of the book and then help me write chapter by chapter. The first thing that the agent should do is ask me the title and ask me if I know the title and if I say I don't know the title, then it should offer to help me to write the title. Same thing goes for the next questions like the outline for the book, the agent should ask me if I can write an outline. If I cannot, the agent should help me write the outline. Once the outline is done, then the agent should help me write one chapter at a time. But before each chapter, it should ask me, what is the word limit I have in my mind? What is the tone that I have in my mind, and what is the kind of u any particular topics that I want to include in that. Create a prompt for me. Now I've given it a long dictation or whatever came to my mind right now, but we are going to optimize that because Lama is going to create the real prompt and not bother about some nonsense words that I've spoken or I've written it twice or thrice or see. You can see it's taking a little longer, again, because I'm using the computer right now for both the purposes for recording this as well as for processing the AI model on my computer. So I have written this. I'll close the transcriber and create a prompt for me, blah, blah, whatever I said. And let's see if it can improve it. Yeah. So one more thing I can show it to you here and I use bolt for that purpose is I can select this text. This was a thoughtless rant, so to say. I didn't really think too much about it. The English was repetitive. There were no proper sentences. What I can do here is using bolt and I have a shortcut for that, I can ask Bolt to say, simplify my writing so that whatever I'm telling Lama is also a little clear. I'll click on this. Bolt has thought about it and written, create a prompt, ask for the book title, if unknown offer help to create it, ask for the book's theme and word limit, ask for an outline guide through each writing chapter by chapter and asking for this. And let's see what prompt Lama generates. You can see how drastically Bolt has just converted my rant into a specific points, how to create a prompt. Now we are going to write the prompt. You see, we have used AI to convert my rant into a bullet point list. Now, this bullet point list into a prompt and the prompt will become a agent and that agent is going to help me write the book. I hope I'm not made it too complicated for you guys, but believe me, once you start using it, you'll start to learn that iterating through whatever AI AI has generated, iterating it through several times will help you improve the output. Now, here's a huge prom that it is writing. Here's a prompt for this. Welcome to book writing assistant. I'm here to help you, blah, blah. Whatever it is writing, I'm not liking it because it has not understood what I wanted. So I'll just stop it. I'll probably go back to bold or hat GPT, for all we know, we can go to hat GPT and ask it the same content. I'm going to put my hair, and let's see what it does. Here's a structured prompt. Now it is writing a prompt. This is a long prompt, and now what I'm going to do is I like this prompt. I'm going to just copy the actual part of the prompt. Till here between the codes, copy it, go back to typing mind and paste it here. Now the prompt part is done. I'll say override system instructions because this is what I want. I'll go to the model and parameters and I'll assign a specific model. Right now, four oh mini or four oh, they are good models to work on it. I can actually give some training files also here. But right now, I'll avoid complicating it. This is as simple as it gets. Let's just save it and we'll see its performance in the next video. 6. Reclaim your narrative: Okay, guys. By now, we had created this book writing helper. This is sitting here and let's use this particular one, LC chat now, it starts up, and I'm going to just push some things out of the way. Yeah. Now let's say I have to write a book and I say, I want to write a I is fantastic. Do you already have a title in mind? If not, we can brainstorm some ideas together. So I'll say, I don't know. I can again rant. Let me rant. So I really don't know, but I want to write a book in which probably, I want to tell people how not to fret over a lost relationship and move on in life and tell them techniques how to move on so that they don't grieve for a long period of a broken relationship, and they are able to do their daily tasks and routine and the job should not get affected, their financial life should not get affected. This is the kind of book that I want to write. While it is processing, you can see that I've just ranted something, whatever came to my mind, I had not planned this and what it is going to do is it is just going to put my rant here and AI is going to help me figure out a title for this book. I don't have to rack my brains for it, so it's almost complete. It has pasted it. I'm going to escape and then I'll say sent. Let's see what AIs. It is already giving me a list of titles. It has given me ten titles. I can choose these or I can give me more. Let's see. Maybe we can say rise from the ruins, reclaim your life after a hot break. Yeah, it's a good one. I'll say I'm like three. It says great choice. Let's clarify the main theme. What are the core messages that you are trying to give? You have power to reclaim your life. Are you focusing on emotional healing, practical life advice or both and stuff like this. I had to give it a little more information so that people know. I'll say I'm focusing on emotional healing, practical life advice, and even and sustaining the job as well as preventing financial ruin. That's my idea of that. Let's see what it does. The core message it says that based on what I've shared, your core message could be something like you can heal emotionally, reclaim your strength, maintain control, even after a devastating emotional loss. Next step is word count and book length goals. It says typical self help book tends to fall 50-70 thousand, but it can vary. Shorter self help books around 30 to 40 K. Chapter length is this. Once we have agreed on this, we can move forward. I'll say I agree with your proposal. Okay. Now, it says, let's build the book outline. Here's a draft outline, so it's already generated a draft for me. It's introduction rising from the ruins, part one, emotional healing. Okay, sorry. I just flipped. Yeah. Chapter two is letting go, Chapter three is rediscovering yourself. Then part two is practical life advice, keeping your day to day flow, building new habits, maintaining financial and career stability, moving forward with confidence and conclusion. I just like this. And if you don't like it, you can say regenerate. Here's the button. You can generate as many times as you want till you are happy. I'll say I like it. Let's see what the AI is doing because the aim of this course is to basically show what the AI is doing for you. It says, fantastic. I'm thrilled that you like the outline with this clear structure. We are well on our way to creating a sorry about this. Focused and powerful book. Next step, writing Chapter one. Let's start with Chapter one. So initial points to consider tone and word limits. Here we could break down Chapter one, introduction, why breakups hurt so much, the stage of breakup, how grief after a breakup is unique and foreshadow recovery. Foreshadow recovery, you will get through this. Okay. So it has already given me a proposal, how it will write and do I agree with it or not? I'll say, I agree. I'm agreeing only to show you as a demo. I don't mean to say that you get every chapter written by the book. You can change anything in it, say you can say, Oh, maybe I'll say something like this. I agree with one, two, and three, one, two, and three. But for four and five, I want to I want to rephrase and remove the word grief and foreshadow. Now let's see what it does. It says, got it. It is rewriting it and on four and five, it is reworked and say, why breakups feel so personal and you've survived the worst. What comes next? The foreshadow word, which I objected upon it is removed. So now till now you see, we are still preparing to write the book. Now at this point, if you want to take over writing yourself, it's great. But if you are the one who has done the work till this stage, then maybe you want it to write some introductory chapter and you can rephrase it. It's going to write an introduction in Chapter one, acknowledge the pain, why breakup hurt, stages of breakup recovery, why breakups feel so personal and you survive the worst. I'll say, go ahead. And you can see it has started writing Chapter one. Chapter one, let's see how many words it has written it had said it has written 300 words in Chapter one and it had proposed approximately 500 words. If I don't like it, I can say write more. Now in this two Y breakups hurt the emotion and biochemical impact, it has written some things in next steps. That's a solid start to introduction in Section two. Would you like to review, make adjustments or continue? I want to say in section one, there should have been 500 words. But you wrote 300, re write and expand it. It's my slave. I'm going to ask it to do anything. So it's saying, Okay, so it's going to write more words in the first part of it. There. Let's see how much words has it now written in the introduction. It is up until this point. It has written 568 words. Bingo. I'm happy with that. I'm going to keep this chapter. Anyway, we are coming to the conclusion of this particular video. What you have seen is I have created an agent. I used AI multiple iterations. First, I had a rant. That rant, I used to create some prompt, that prompt, I put in the agent and the agent now is doing a fantastic job of asking me at each step, how would I like to write this so so once again, I'm not recommending that you generate a complete book out of AI and just pass it on to people because anybody can do that. What I'm recommending is use one or more parts of the technology that I'm demonstrating to you here because this is then going to help you generate some good parts for the book, maybe a good outline, maybe a good chapter word limit understanding. For example, I never knew, and I'm telling and I'm confessing it right here on this video that typical self help books are 40,000 to 70,000 words in range. I would have actually thought more like 25 to 30,000 words because who wants to read 70,000 words for self help. But then it knows better than me. I might have done some Internet search also. So it helped me realize that, what should be the ideal length of my book? If it is less than 40,000, it will be considered as a mini book or a small one. So that is knowledge for me even while creating this course. You see how we can create agents and learn at the same time. Let's see you in the next video. 7. Cover design and formatting: Guys. In the last video, what did we see? We have already done creating agents, finding book titles, creating a book outline, writing chapters. Of course, writing a preface, a disclaimer, a copyright notification, you all can do yourself with the same agent. It will work in the same way. The last and most important thing is designing the book cover. I think one more topic that I should cover in this is formatting for print layout. That also can be done using AI somewhat, but I haven't even done it myself, but I do know how to do the formatting, so I'll introduce you to that at least. Designing book cover is a very easy and very interesting thing. When I started writing books, my first book was published in 2008, and it's referred on Wikipedia. You can look for there. It was called Indian Corporate etiquette. Now for that book, designing a book cover, when I had asked the publisher, they gave me a quotation of 14,000 rupees. And back in 2008, 14,000 was a very big amount for just designing a book cover. I used I didn't have that kind money, so I had used Microsoft Word and PowerPoint combination to design the cover for my book. It was a terrible cover, but the point is, I designed it, it got published. But now you can actually have professional grade book covers designed using Canva. Let's try to see and let's try to do that. We are going to use Canva to design the book cover. Let's go to my Google Chrome, open Canva, create a design, and here I'll say book cover. It gives me various sizes, or whatever size I might have chosen. Let's say I go with 1410 by 22 50 pixels. If you don't like this, you can actually design by a custom size also. If you have a book which is fixed in size, let's say, and the cover design can be done for both, uh, print books as well as for E books. For E books, it doesn't matter because the size can be reappropriated by the systems. But for print books, we need precise size. So usually if we go for millimeters and then we have, I'm just throwing a number 300 into 700 millimeter. No, it's too large. A book which is like 9 " will be 9218 and 4.5 22.5 centimeters. Right? That is 225 millimeters and its width will be 6 ", which will be like 15 centimeters. That will be 150 MM width and say create new design. You can see designs have been created. Blank canvas has come here and I'll say book cover templates. And you can see depends on what kind of template do you want. Let's say book cover for relationships. Now you can see relationships and communication, out of conversation, love, or as we were talking about breakup and how to do that. What is the path to recovery? Let's say we use this one or whatever you want, you can use it. I'll use a slightly difficult one so that we can learn a little more. Let's say we use this one. There's a lady here who appears to be a little contemplative, so we can use it for maybe she's sad. And here we'll say recovery path for heart wrenching breakups. I mean, I'm just writing anything here. I can write stuff here, whatever I want. I can write my name, your co writers name co author, whatever website you want. If you think this is not coming out enough, you can add an element like a square here, which is going to I'll delete the square. I'll make this square here as big as this, and then I'll make it transparent like this. Then I'll start sending it back using my Okay. So now what has happened is the square has covered the background and I can change the color of the square. Let's say I make it yellow. I mean, it shouldn't be yellow, but why I made it yellow is because I just wanted to show you that you can make your text stand out compared to the background image. Now the background image appears to be a little too dull here, you can again, change the transparency here, make it more transparent. If I make it zero, this is the original. I keep increasing it to the point where I feel comfortable that my text is coming out enough. Maybe at this point or maybe a little more for my comfort, your choice is yours. I'm more comfortable here, but then the girl's contemplative face is getting a little hidden. I can even make it like this and if the word breakups is appearing to be different, we can even give it a different color. We can even see it like this. I mean, it's not a nice color, but what I'm trying to teach here is that you can change the colors. Once this is done, you can simply say share and download this, you can download it in the PNG format or the SVG format for PNG format for E books and SVG format is best for OPDaFmat is best for print books. If you are going for a print version with Kindle or any of the POD writers or your publisher, they will usually give you a specific detail about how to design the cover. This is material for a completely different course, but having said that at the same time, we can do it here also. And once this is ready, we can just export and use it in our cover. So this is not AI, but yeah, what is the AI component here? I can generate an AI image also here, I can even say whatever it was, generate image of a glad generate really funny images also. We want a photo or we want an anime or you want a dreamy. I don't know. Let's go with photo. I don't even know whether it will be a good or a bad image, but we can do it. That's the point of teaching here that if you have Canva, you can create some auto generated AI images also. Now, okay, so these images actually are not bad. Like this one is actually quite similar, if you see, to the one that has been generated that is actually there. If I want to use this one, I can simply say replace the background and there we have a different image which has been generated by AI it's not a bad image at all. In fact, if I can just readjust this stuff, you can see that this entire thing is maybe whatever color. My color choices are bad, even I can see that. Recovery path for trenching breakups, whatever, I can rehash the size and the orientation. But the whole point being that AI generated image has been placed and so easily we have got the cover ready for us. I hope you have learned by now that even the AI will also help you generate the image. Now. Last thing that I want to teach you about let's go back to notion is about formatting. Now for formatting, let's assume you have written the book. We'll go back to the Guttenberg project. This is the book of Sherlock Holmes and this is Chapter one, right? This is Chapter one and this is plain text. There's nothing nicely done here. I'll just copy our little part of it. Now we are going to go to any platform. Let's go to hat GPT, and we say a new chat and say format the text below with proper headings, subheadings and paragraph formation. Make the important text bold and underlined. All dialogues should be in italics. And what else What else do we want point is I'm just trying to show how to do it. And then I say, provide output in HDML. Okay. And then I'll paste that text between these quotations Chapter one, Sherla combs. And say one, two, three, now let's see what it does for us. Okay. So you can see it is now creating an output in H table. Don't get over odd because it looks like a code. I'll tell you how to handle this. You don't have to worry at all about this. But it's still writing. Yeah, I just finished writing. So once you see the HTML endpoint. Now, you don't have to copy everything, you can just say copy code. Once you copy code, all you have to do is you go to any online HTML editor. I have one, but I'm going to show you how to look for one. I'll say online HTML editor, something like this. There are so many of them which are free of cost, and let's say this first one, we pick up this first one and test it out. This is another online free HTML editor. Okay, so in this one, what happens is we paste the code here and here comes the complete text. I'll say try it yourself. Here I'm going to paste the DTL code, which was generated by hat GPT, and then I'm going to say run and you can see here that the code that has come out here, there are headings. This is Heading one, Heading two, underlines are there. All the dialogues are in italix. There are paragraphs, there's something like this is bold and underline. So whatever I told it to do, it has done. You can simply send this entire thing to your publisher if you don't publish it yourself, or if you are the kinds who uses for example, MS Word. So what I'll do is I'll open one MS Word or a Google Doc for and we'll open a blank document. We'll go back to the editor, we'll select everything here, say Command C, we'll go back to the Word document, and we'll say command B, and you can see the entire formatting is retained. You don't have to bust yourself formatting your own book again and again. This is how AI will help you. Let's once again just do a quick review of what all we did. Today, we saw which tools we can use like Open AI gen, voice memo for transcription, super Whisper, typing mind, hugging chat, notebook alum all these we saw. We saw how to create an agent, how to find book titles and creating a book outline, writing the chapters, writing preface and all you can do, I didn't cover it particularly in the videos, but in designing the book cover and finally formatting the print layout. I hope all of this is going to help you like crazy in developing your own book using AI. So if you like this course, please give a good ew. Thank you.
