1. Introduction: Do you look at the
monthly calendar spreads at the beginning
of every diary and go, well, what am I going
to do with this? If that sounds like
you, then this class is absolutely for you. Hi there. Welcome to my skill
share class of 50 ways to use a monthly
calendar spread. My name is Chrissie Mudeker. I am the author of 04
Figures and Self love. I'm also a digital entrepreneur
and a business owner. Feel the roles
that I do take on. I'm a tube podcaster,
Ts shop owner, skillshare teacher, and a marketing strategy
consultant as well. All of the links
are on my profile, if you'd like to
check it out now. Now let's talk a
little bit about what you can expect
from this class. Now as the title suggests, it is 50 different ways for you to use a monthly
calendar spread. Now all of the ways are aimed towards helping you
maximize your productivity, help you organize your
life a little bit better, and just basically help
you align yourself with the person that you want to be and the person that
makes you feel the best. All right, now each of those 50 ways have a
separate standalone video. So there'll be 50
videos that you see, each one marked with the name of the title of that particular spread that
I do have for you. This is just so that it's easier for you to come back
in case you want to go over a particular
way later in the future. And all you have to do is just look for the video name that aligns with the way
that you are looking for and it's just easier
for you to access that. All right. So that is one thing. I do have a small note for you. The thing is, you know, if you like two or three
different ways and you want to layer them on top of
your monthly spread. Yes. Please feel free
to absolutely do that. Another note that I
do have for you is, you know, we're all unique. I'm unique. You're unique. You know, there are
different ways that maybe seem more aligned to you. So if you want to use the
way that I have for you as a starting point to tweak
what works for you. Yeah. Please feel free
to absolutely do that. Okay. Use whatever I've given you as a good starting point
to see what works for you. Tweak it in a way that makes
you feel more comfortable. You can absolutely
do that as well. Now, these multi
calendar spreads, you either catch them in a
diary or separate planners. With a multi calendar spread, these could be used
for any of those. Now, if you are looking for
the one that I have posted, the one that I have
used to show you. Yeah. That is available
in the download section. In the resources, you can write in the month
and the year as well as the title of that
particular monthly spread, what you're using it for. And then you can
fill it out as well. So you can go about it any
which way that you wish to. All right. Other than to be
a class project at the end. And I'll go over it in the
last video of this class. But other than that, there are 50 short videos
for you to watch. Each one has a unique way. And feel free to see which
aligns best with you, which one you're looking for. Which one helps you maximize
your productivity the best? Which one helps you organize
your life the best? And which one just
aligns better with who you are or who you
want to be as well? That's completely onto you. Now, I do have a tiny request. If there are certain ways that you liked or
have helped you, definitely do leave a comment. And if there are additional tips that have
worked for you, you know, maybe while you were figuring
something out and you found a new technique or a new way
or you did some tweaking, that actually worked for you. Yes. Please feel
free to share it with the rest of
the class as well. We would love to hear from you. All right. So yeah, that brings me to the end of
the introduction. I'm so excited for you
to watch this class. And I'll catch you at the
end for the project section. All right. Bye Bye.
2. 1 Schedule Daily Tasks: Hi guys. This is the first way that I do
have for you and that is to schedule your daily tasks on a monthly calendar spread. Now, there are three
steps related to this. The first is to list out all the tasks for that
particular month. Now, when you are brain
dumping all your tasks, it might be helpful
for you to list out which tasks are personal, which tasks are work related, which tasks could
be maybe related to an individual family member, so on and so forth. You can assign color
codes for each of these. The second step is to prioritize the tasks according
to the importance. You can add in specific dates, you can add in the
lines if you have to. And basically you are
letting yourself know when that task is due or when
that task needs to happen. The third step is to assign
it onto the monthly calendar. And like I mentioned before, you can use color codes for individual tasks related to that particular
area of your life, or if it is related
to another member, like it's a task you have
to do for someone else. Again, use color codes and make sure that when you look at
your monthly calendar spread, you know exactly
what's for you to do, what's related to your work, what's related to
your personal life, what's for someone
else on and so forth. I personally love color coding
because it just helps me understand my entire month just by looking at the calendar. I do have a few
additional tips for you. One, make sure that you are
planning realistically. You're gauging how
much time the task is going to take
very realistically. You are also allowing yourself for some buffers
and some breaks. Now here's the example
that I do have for you. If you see over here I've
written grocery shopping and dry cleaning in a
different color because those are
personal tasks. Then for example, you
have a pet dog named Dollar and you have his vet's
appointment on 17 July. You might want to put that
in a different color. Then maybe the tasks that you've written in black are
related to your work. Again, there are
different ways that you can list out the task. Either you can just put a dot, you can put a box so
that you can take it. Once it's done, you can
make it as a circle, shade it in, or mark
it with a cross, and reschedule it
to a different day. You can add in a star. You can add a triangle to make sure that it
is very important. Use symbols, use color codes, those are very, very helpful. Here you can see that there is a management training
course for three days. I've marked it with orange, maybe that means that it is very important for
you to attend. Maybe out of office. You're on high alert because you cannot schedule anything
on those two days. Maybe you want to
mark it with red. When I look at the
monthly calendar spread just at a glance, I know that I have a
few personal tasks. I have one task
related to dollar. I also have a couple of work related tasks and
I've also got some, you know, course that
I need to attend to. I also need to keep
in mind that I am taking some time off
in July, All right? So basically, make sure that
you are using color codes. You are dividing your life into the different aspects that it belongs to and assigning
their own symbols, assigning colors to them. It just helps you understand your entire month
just in a glance. And it just makes
your life a lot more simpler to know
what's happening when. And you don't really have
to dig into, you know, figuring out whether
grocery shopping is for personal or not. You just know by the
color. All right. So this is number one for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye. Bye.
3. 2 Schedule Appointments:Meetings: Hi guys. Now we come to the second way that
I do have for you, which is appointment
and meetings that you can add on your
monthly calendar spread. So the first step to
do this is to identify all the appointments
and meetings that you have for that particular month. And you can segregate
it according to which part of your
life it belongs to. Maybe some of it is
personal commitments, maybe some of it is work
related commitments. Work related meetings,
so on and so forth. Another way that you can
also add like a layer of information for
yourself would be to assign importance to those
appointments and meetings. And the second step would
be to assign time slots. The simplest question to ask yourself when
you're assigning time slots is how much
time will it take? And make sure you're
also accounting for additional time commitments. Like for example, it's
going to take you 30 minutes to travel
to that appointment. You can add those in as well. Another couple of additional tips that I do have for you is make sure that you're using
symbols, color coding. And as I will show you in the example in
just a little bit, you can even segment that one particular box
into how you segment a day. All right, so let's get
into the example that I do have for you over here. I've written Tom
630 at Franni's. If you can see
there's a symbol that I've put over here for me. This means that I have
to travel to that place. You can have different symbols that mean different things. If for example that's
the symbol you see, maybe you can just lightly
put 30 minutes over there. So that also tells
you your travel time. I've written over here
this is super important. I've even marked it with red
because it is a PTA meet. And this is the symbols
that I drew out for a car. And it's going to take 30
minutes to visit the school, so on and so forth. These are different ways
that you can use symbols. You can also color code them. Like for example, green
is related to your work. So lunch with boss at 01:00 P.M. and it's
very, very important. So maybe you add
exclamation marks. Maybe you have some personal
commitments as well, like game night or date night. You can add those with a
different color vet appointment. Again, different color. Now, I was talking about
segmenting your day, right? So you can either
segment it as three, like morning, afternoon,
and then evening. And then you can
also segment it as two either morning
and just afternoon. That really depends on you. The way that I see it is when I look at this entire block. I know I've got one
appointment in the morning, one appointment
in the afternoon, and one appointment
in the evening. And it just, again, it's easier for you to
get information, for you to be mentally
prepared on how that particular day
is going to look at when you segment
it like this. So you can segment it
however you wish to, whichever is
comfortable for you. Alternatively, if you don't want to
schedule it like that, you don't want to
segment it like that, you can just put it
in normally as well. All right, so this would
be how you would use appointments and meetings to be on your monthly
calendar spread. That was number two for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
4. 3 Birthdays & Anniversaries: Hey guys, so this
is the third way to use a monthly
calendar spread, and that is to input
birthdays and anniversaries. Now there are a couple
of steps for this. The first one is to list out the birthdays
and anniversaries, and the second is to list out any additional
information regarding that birthday or
that anniversary. So maybe you want to
list the number years, either like how many
years they're turning for that birthday or how
many years they've been married for that
particular anniversary. You can list out the favorite
color of the person in question so that it is helpful
for you to buy your gift. You can also list out
their favorite place, maybe you'd like to
take them there for their birthday, for
their anniversary. Make a dinner reservation there. You can also write the
gift that you wish to buy, as well as the
budget that you have for that particular
gift as well. Here's an example that
I do have for you. For example, it's Sophia's
birthday on Fourth of July, and you wish to
buy her earrings, and the budget that you have is $100 Then maybe it's Evelyn's
birthday on eighth of July, and she really likes frannies. So you've written
frannies over there and just by looking at it,
I know that. All right. I need to make a dinner
reservation for frannies for that particular day because that's her favorite place to go. You can also put a tick mark
if you've actually made the dinner reservation
or you've finished buying out the gift for that
particular person as well. Maybe it is Michael's and Ava's anniversary
and you want to send them flowers to
just writing that there Noah and
Emma's anniversary, They turn three, you might
want to put that in there. Jackson's birthday, He
loves the color blue. So anything blue, you know, it's just making sure that you have everything
at a glance and you know what exactly you should be doing for their birthday, for their anniversary. So that you can show them
how much you love them, you can show them how
special they are to you. Also, you can also write little things like
by wrapping paper, anything related
to birthdays and anniversaries can go
on here. All right. That is how you could use for birthdays
and anniversaries. That is number three for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
5. 4 Hydration Goals: Hey guys, this is the
fourth way to use a Monty Calendar Spread and that is to track your
hydration goals. Now, there is really
just one step for this. It's just to figure out
what your hydration goals are and to make sure that you are taking the
time to track it. Let's look at the example
sheet that I do have for you. One tip that I can
say is maybe divide your entire day into eight
segments before food, after food, so on and so forth. Whenever you wish to drink
water and then slowly mark it. There are different ways
that you can market. You can also just use
water droplets as a way to visually represent
a glass of water. Also market one to five either this way or
from down to up. And then show different water levels that
you are drinking. And then you can also shade it completely as
I've shown over here. Alternatively, you can
also give yourself a score 0-10 about how much water you are drinking
that particular day. Now the aim of this entire
monthly calendar spread is to understand where
exactly you are with respect to your hydration
goals for that particular day. It also helps you look at the
entire month at a glance. Once you're done with
it, you can infer, you can make your own
decisions for the next month. You can also write in
little strategies, tactics that you have
for yourself so that you are achieving your hydration goals
every single month. The aim of this monthly
calendar spread, especially when you're
tracking hydration goals, is to make sure that you are
consistently tracking it, so that it gives you
a good overall view of how you are doing for
that particular month. So that would be
the fourth way to use the monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one, Bye bye.
6. 5 Expense Tracking & Budgeting: Hi guys. So this is
a fifth way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is for expense tracking
and or budgeting. Now, there are a couple of steps that you can
take for this. The first one is
to list out all of your expenses each month. And you can do
that by looking at the expenses that you've
had for the previous month, or even just listing
out expenses that you anticipate for
that particular month. The second step
would be to identify categories for each of the
expenses that you do have. Maybe some of them are personal, some of them are for recreation, some of them are your utilities. Identify the categories
that you are spending money on each month and give a color code for each
of the category. Third step is to assign a
budget for each category. It can either be you taking
an average of how much you've spent in the
last couple of months related to that category, or it could also be
how much you wish to control that spending for
that particular month. Now let's take a look at
the example that I do have for you for expense
tracking and or budgeting. Maybe rent. You paid 1,500 on
Fourth of July, and that was your utilities, that's the color
code that you're putting maybe your
groceries was 167, but it was way too high. So make sure that you are also indicating that because when I look at this at a
glance, I know all right, pink means that I
have spent more than I need to for that
particular category, Even over here,
groceries, it was high. Alternatively, like for example, you've spent $20 on
lunch on 14 July. You can write down how much of your budget is remaining for
that particular category. This is also one way that
you would use it and the marking that you
see over here are just two different ways
that you can color code. Either you can box it or you can just use it so that when
you look at it, you know. All right, I have two
things that were related to my utilities and then there was one related to my finances, which was my credit card debt, and then one was
gas. And then lunch. You've marked it in yellow and maybe recreation was purple. So when I'm looking, I know
exactly what I have spent on for that particular month and it's just an easier way
to track your expenses. It's an easier way to budget. It's an easier way to have
control over your finances. All right. So that was
the fifth way for you. I'll catch you in the
next one, Bye. Bye.
7. 6 Set & Monitor Goals: Hi guys. This is
the sixth way to use a monthly calendar
spread that I have for you, and that is to set
and monitor goals. Now, there are really two
questions to answer when you are setting and monitoring goals on a monthly
calendar spread. So the first question that
you would ask yourself is, well, what's the goal for
that particular month? And the second
question that you'll be asking yourself is, what do you have to do
to accomplish that goal? All right, so you would have
a couple of deliverables that maybe you have to do every single day or every single week. And you're just using a monthly calendar spread to see how you are doing for
that particular month. So let's look into the example
that I do have for you. The goal for July, for example, is to
improve physical fitness. And maybe on the
first of Tuesday, you wanted to take some time to set some goals for yourself. On Wednesday, you wanted to create a weekly
workout schedule. Again, everything all
of these are related to the overall goal that you have for that
particular month. And then maybe on the
third day you wanted to purchase some fitness equipment, and you've done it, you've put a tick, so on and so forth. And so maybe you
didn't do anything Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but you did take a 30
minute walk on the eighth, a 40 minute cardio, tenth, so on and so forth. So if you're just top part
of this right at the glance. Okay. I know that
I didn't really do anything four days that week. And maybe you want to make some notes that you want
to improve on that. Again, all of this is just information
that is helping you make decisions for the next time period that
you are looking for. Now again, another
way that you can go about this is to give yourself a rank 0-10 about how you
feel towards that goal. For that particular day, maybe 14th of July, you didn't do
anything. It's zero. You feel zero on ten for
that particular day, you did maybe a 15 minute
walk every 2 hours. So you'd give that a three. And alternatively, if you did maybe an intensive
dance workout, you want to give
yourself a seven because you are getting
closer to your goal, your monthly goal of improving
your physical fitness. Another way that
you can go about this is the exact same thing. You can assign colors for how you feel about
that particular day. So maybe red, you
didn't feel that good. Maybe orange, you
felt okay about it. And maybe green is when you feel absolutely great about
that particular day. Again, when I look
at this entire role, I know that two days in
that particular week, I felt really, really good
about hitting my goals. And maybe the goal for the next week is to make sure
I have more of that color, more of that rank. And maybe if it
was two this week, maybe next week I aim for three, so on and so forth. So you can use this as
a starting point and monitor your goals
in any way possible. That works for you especially, but one thing is there needs
to be consistent tracking. There also needs to be time given to analyze the data
that you have saying, oh, okay, well this week
there were two Marines, there were three reds.
That's not good. Next week I'm going
to only have two reds maximum and I'm going to try for three greens,
so on and so forth. So there needs to
be that time given for analyzing the data
that you do have, as well as making
sure that you are getting better for the next
week, so on and so forth. So that, you know, tweaking of your plan, ongoing understanding of
your plan is also very, very necessary in this kind of a way to use your
monthly calendar spread. That was the sixth way for you. I'll catch you in my
next one. Bye bye.
8. 7 Meal Planning: Hi guys. So this is the seventh way to use a
monthly calendar spread, and that is for meal planning. There are really
two questions that you can ask yourself
at this point. The first one is, how many meals for that particular
day do you plan for? And the second question is,
what would you like to have? All right, so let's look at the example that
I have for you. So either you can divide
the box into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the
snack, and then fill it in. Or you can have
individual dishes for that particular day. This is also something
like, for example, the reason why I've color coded it is maybe that's something a particular family
member of yours has suggested or they really are craving for it and you just
want to make it for them. You can also feel free to draw if that's something
that works for you, so that you can
just look at it and then it also makes
you feel good. Maybe blue is for your sister. She really loves tacos. So maybe that's what
you want to do, just adding that little bit
of additional information. Also, in my opinion, just makes the monthly calendar spread a little bit more
personalized to you. And it also gives you
the enthusiasm to make whatever it is that you wish to for
that particular day. Alternatively, you can also mention days that you
don't want to cook anything because
there are leftovers or you're going out for you, either lunch or dinner
that particular day. This is how you would use your monthly calendar
spread for meal planning. This is the seventh way. I'll catch you in the
next one. Good bye.
9. 8 Daily Mood & Emotions: Hi guys. This is the eighth way to use a monthly
calendar spread, and that is to track your
daily mood and emotions. Now, there aren't really
any steps in this per se. It's just whatever
you're feeling that way, you're going to put
it onto your paper. It would be helpful if
you had color codes for specific emotions or feelings
that you may be having. Let's take a look at the
example that I do have for you. Either you can draw what you are feeling that
particular day, or you can draw it as
well as write what exactly contributed
to the emotion that you were feeling that day. Like for example,
you're not feeling that great because workout. Or you were feeling nervous because it was your final exam. Nerves, so on and so forth. Again, another example
that I do have for you is you can add in
the smiley face. You can also give yourself a rank for
that particular day. You can also use a graph to understand what
exactly is going on with you every single
day and just to track the fluctuations in
your emotional state. You can also use a different
way of tracking it, use it as bar graphs. Over here I have another
example for you where I've actually given color codes
for individual emotions. Like for example, relaxed has a different color, angry
has a different color. Happy, sad, stressed,
so on and so forth. So just mark the entire day
with that particular color. So maybe on sixth, you were sad. That was the major emotion that you were feeling
that particular day. And on top of that,
you can maybe give what didn't work out or why
you were feeling that way. If you were feeling
relaxed on 13 July, maybe you would want
to share a little bit of your thoughts about
that particular day, happy on the 20th. Again, you can just
write down what made you feel that
particular emotion. There are different ways
going about this, but for me, the way that I see
it is when I look at the entire month of
daily mood and emotions, I know what exactly
is happening. I know my emotional state as well as my emotional health
for that particular month. And it's just a nice
way for you to see. All right, well,
something made me happy on this particular
day, but something did not. So how do I know? Keep bringing myself to a point where I'm feeling stable
with my emotions. And so again, this is going to take a little bit of your time for reflections after you filled in for that entire month. And for me, it just really helps to have the entire
month at a glance. Because maybe there was
something that happened that particular month and it affected my mood for
the entire month. So it's just understanding
myself as a person. And I think every single
person, you know, it's really helpful to know how you are feeling
every single day. And I think that also helps one get closer to how they want
to feel every single day. All right. So that is
number eight for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
10. 9 Daily Gratitude: Hi guys. This is the
ninth way to use a Monty Calendar Spread and that is for your daily gratitude. Now, especially when
it comes to life, I feel that sometimes we are so focused on what
we do not have that we lose sight of what we do have and we tend to take
what we do have for granted. This is just a way to bring that focus back to
what you do have. There are three different
ideas that I do have for you. One, you could just put in a word for that particular day. Like for example,
you are grateful for your health, family choices. Maybe the warmth that you feel. So it could just be one word that relates to what
we are grateful for. It could also be just
a phrase like loving, supportive family,
cherished quality time, so on and so forth. Or it could be a
complete sentence. Like for example, today I found my old journal and it was
so heartwarming to read it. Or I went to see grandma and she made me delicious biscuits. So there are three different ideas that
I do have for you. I also have a couple more ideas that can help you with
your daily gratitude. So they could be specific
instances, specific words, specific people or animals, specific circumstance,
specific feelings, specific choices,
specific experiences, specific winds,
specific memories, specific environment and
or specific progress, each of the ideas
that I have for you, you can do it in three
different formats. That is the ninth way to use
a monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one, bye bye.
11. 10 Highlight of the Day: Hey guys, so this
is the tenth way to use a monthly
calendar spread, and that is to write
your day's highlight or even just use it
as a memory tracker. One question that you would
answer to fill this would be, what was one thing that stood out for you that particular day? Let's look at the example that I do have for you over here. You can see that I've
written a couple of days highlights and I've also color coded them so
you can do that. It could be related to maybe
yellow is for friends, like met Josie after two years. Maybe pink is for family
or personal relationships. Like then took his
first steps or bought a cute black
dress for date night. And maybe performance
review went amazing. So that's related to your work. And so it's marked with blue. The way that I see it is
you look at this and one it tells you that you are actually making memories
every single day. And it's also just a way
for you to feel good at the end of the month
or whenever you look back at how your
life has progressed. You know that, well, this
happened on this day and this was something
that made me feel good. This was something that stood out to me on that
particular day. I know that sometimes
life can feel like it's just whizzing past us and this is just
a way for you to slow down and actually
remember that each day you are living has some takeaway for you and you are just
tracking that with this. All right, so that
is the tenth way to fill out your monthly
calendar spread. And I will catch you in
the next one. Bye bye.
12. 11 Track Habit: Hey guys, so this is
the 11th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to track your habit. The first question that
you'd be asking yourself is, what's the habit that
you wish to track? And the second question that you'll be asking yourself is, how would you like
to track that habit? I've got an example
sheet for you. Either you can
market with a box, you can shade the entire box, you can put a slash
over that box to show that you have
completed the habit. So for example, you are tracking how many minutes
you're going for a walk every single day. Maybe put in details of that particular
habit that you are tracking and also give
it a color code like, for example, 35 minutes was your peak and you feel good
about it, so it's orange. Or if it was beyond 50 minutes, that was super awesome. So maybe it's red. There are different
ways that you can color code whatever it is that you
are tracking at a glance. If you just look at
this entire role, can see that there are
two oranges over here. One green, two
blues, and two reds. So you can make a
decision on how you want the next week to be,
so on and so forth. For me, when you color code it, it's just a way for you to visually understand
where you are at. It also helps you understand
where you want to be. Another way that you can use colors is to track it this way, like fill out the entire
box with where you are at. You can also shade and give yourself a rank for
that particular day. You can give yourself a rank and talk about why you gave yourself
that particular rank. Maybe you're tracking the habit of not spending impulsively. Maybe you give yourself
a score of nine for that particular day and then you write controlled
my spending. Woohoo. An alternative way to track your habit is to give
yourself a line graph. So put rank one to five
or score one to five, and then just watch how it goes. And then soon you have
the entire month. And again, that just
tells you where you are at with respect to the habit
that you are tracking. So this is the 11th way to use
a monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
13. 12 Weather Tracking: Hi guys. So this is
the 12th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is for
weather tracking. So if you are someone
whose activities depend heavily on the weather, this might be something
you'd like to consider. Either you can draw
out the weather, you can add in what's the
temperature going to be like. So when you look at it, you know right off the track that it's going to
be raining that day, but there is also going to
be a little bit of sunshine. And so you can plan your
activities as well. Alternatively, if you
are someone who likes to track the weather that you are experiencing
every single day, that could also be something that you do the same as well. Again, you can add
in color codes for different temperatures
so that you can write the activity that
you've planned over here. And then color code that
particular day with whatever temperature
or the weather that you are going
to be experiencing. Maybe red means it's going
to be higher temperatures, so you have to plan your
activities accordingly. Again, you can use a line
graph for your temperature. You can use a box with the color code related to
that particular temperature. These are just a few
ideas that I have for you when it comes to
weather tracking. This is the 12th way and I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
14. 13 Quote Or Intention of the Day: Hi guys, so this is the 13th way to use a monthly
calendar spread. And that is coat of the day
or intention of the day. This is a really good way if you want to be intentional
about your thoughts, feelings, your actions for that particular day when
you start out the day. Ideally, you would
put a coat for that particular day in the box related to
that particular day. Now either you can do it as a coat like a
couple of words, or it can just be
one word that you want to be intentional about
for that particular day. Like you want to be a
little bit more patient. You want your thoughts,
your feelings, your actions and your beliefs of that particular day to be very intentional,
related to patients. Then that could be
the word that you slot in at the
beginning of your day. Again, a few ideas that I
do have for you is it can be related to different
categories of your life. Maybe health, money, home, love, and then you have a
particular coat or intention for that particular
aspect of your life. So if you see over here,
invest for rainy days, that is related to money. Be love. Attract love
that is related to love. And then build
memories, not walls, like it's something related to your home life that you want
to be intentional about. Whichever area of your life that you feel needs
your attention, needs an intention for that particular day.
You can slot it in. Also, you know, just a tip
that I do have for you. Maybe for that particular
month you focused a lot on money intention and maybe for the next month you want
to focus more on health. Or maybe that's one
particular area that's lacking and you want
to be more intentional about. This also just helps you track the areas
of your life that you're intentional
about so that you can adjust what needs
more attention. What needs less attention? What do you want to be
more intentional about? Right? So of course you
can use it as phrases. You can also just
add in words like, for example, related to health, wellness, debt free,
related to money. You can also, alternatively, if you've got really good
skills in calligraphy, also just write it beautifully. I personally don't
have that skill, but this is the
best that I could. So that's also one more way, and it just looks really nice. And at the end of the month, it helps you understand what you've been
intentional about. And it also shows your progress towards being
intentional about your day and actually taking each day by being cognizant of
how you are showing up. And I think that's wonderful. All right, so that is the 13th way to use a
monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
15. 14 Plan Travel: Hi guys, so this is
the 14th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to plan your travel. Step number one would be
to figure out when you're flying out and when
you're flying back in. Step number two would
be to detail out the places that you are going to be visiting in that time period. And step number
three would be to detail out what you will be
doing on that particular day, in that particular location. So let's take a look at the example that
I do have for you. Maybe your flight to Paris
is at 12:55 P.M. and your flight back to JFK is
at 12:15 P.M. on the 25th. So six to 25th are the days that you are
going to be traveling. And maybe there are
a couple of places over here that you have planned. I've given them a
specific color code. So visually I know all right, it's two days in Paris, and then I've also got a
couple of days in Amsterdam, so on and so forth. And then if you see
over here in Paris, there are, you know, two
things that I want to do. Or the next day. The second day
that I'm in Paris. Yeah. Well, there's
two more things that I want to see or do, so on and so forth. So that's one way
that you would use this to plan your travel. It's just easy
because you've got the whole month spread
and you've also got enough space to write down what exactly you wish to do
on that particular day. And it gives you some sort of
structure for your travel. So that is the 14th way. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
16. 15 Medicine Schedule Tracking: Hi guys, so this is
the 15th way to use the monthly calendar
spread and that is to track your
medication schedules. So the first step is
for you to figure out what medicines you have to take for which part of the day. And here's the example sheet
that I do have for you. I've given you a couple
of ways that you can track your
medication schedule. So the first one would be to divide the entire
block into three, if you can see the
black line over here. So that's three parts of a day, Morning, afternoon and evening. So maybe it's like
after breakfast, after lunch, after dinner. You can also color code the different medicines
that you're taking. Maybe in the morning
you need to have, maybe in the afternoon after
lunch, you've got to have A. You've also got to have A after dinner and you've
also got to have C. And then you can just put a tick mark once
you're done with that, that's one format
that you can use. The second format
is to market with the color code of that
particular medication and just write the time
and then put a tick. Once you're done, you can
also divide the block into how many ever times you have to be taking
that medication. 09:00 A.M. is the one, 01:00 P.M. and Em is your A PM as your C and
then you just market. Once you're done
with it, you can also alternatively use circles. You can also use a box, or you can just market with that particular
medication and just write for morning, for evening. So it's just a simple
way for you to have your medication
schedule at a glance. You know whether you've
actually been following up with it and you know what
to take next as well. All right. So that is
number 15 for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
17. 16 Sleep Tracking: Hi guys, so this is
the 16th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to track
your sleep patterns. So I'm just going to go
over the example for you. One example that I have
is that you can actually just do a line graph of
how well you are sleeping. So just have one to five and then give yourself a
rank for that day. Alternatively, you
can put a rank 0-10 just to show how
well you're sleeping. And this can actually
help you track. And maybe at the end of the
month you can look back or the next week you can make sure that you are
having better sleep. Taking your precautions,
taking the necessary steps to make sure that you are
having an optimal sleep. That's one format
that you can use. The second idea that I
have for you is that you can track your sleep
time and wake up time. That's exactly what
I've done over here just as an example. Alternatively, if you are someone who keeps
waking up in the night, maybe you want to track the
times that you are waking up. Or maybe you want to track
something that you are doing, some habit that you are doing before you sleep or
after you wake up. Maybe this can be that you had 30 minutes of no phone time. You just kind of track whether you're doing that
screen time before bed, and then on the 19th you
didn't, so on and so forth. So that's also
something that you can track with relation to
your sleep patterns. Again, another way that
you can go about it is to write about how you woke up. So for example, you
woke up feeling groggy or you woke
up feeling alert. That's also one more
way where you can identify what is contributing to your state the next morning. Then you can also give yourself different color
codes of how you're feeling. Like good, better,
best, not good, and then you shade the box. This is just an example.
Maybe you slept well, but you woke up sleepy. So it was good. It was
not really the best. Then maybe better was that you didn't wake
up in the night the whole time and
you woke up alert. And maybe the best case scenario for you is when you woke up you were calm and rested and
you also had a good dream, so on and so forth. So this is just an example
where you can track your sleep patterns with the
monthly calendar spread. All right, so that is
number 16 for you. I'll catch you in the next one. Bye bye.
18. 17 Physical Health Stats Tracking: Hi guys, so this is the
17th way that you can use a month calendar
spread and that is to track your physical
health status. This can be anything related to whatever it is that you're looking for that
you wish to track. Maybe you want to
track your steps. These are just examples. Maybe you want to track
the BP, your weight. Maybe your BMI, your RHR, your glucose, your sugar. Or maybe you just
want to give yourself a ranking depending on whatever it is that
you are tracking. So this is going to be a
pretty simple one because it's just about determining
what you wish to track. Or if there's something that you want to keep in touch with, you want to be
intentional about, you want to know what's going on with relation to
your physical health. Then those would be the
stats that you just track with the monthly
calendar spread. All right, so that is
number 17 for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
19. 18 30 Day Challenges: Hi guys, so this is the 18th way to use a monthly
calendar spread, and that is for 30
day challenges. So there are a couple of
steps that you need to take when you're filling
out a monthly calendar spread like this. So the first step is
to determine what exactly is the
challenge going to be? All right, What is
it that you really want to do for 30 whole days? Now the second step is to understand how you want to
carry out the challenge. Do you want to have the
same activity for 30 days? Or do you want to have a different activity for
each day of those 30 days? Now the third step is
to figure out what is your reward going to be
after the 30 day challenge? It's just an incentive
for you to keep going and to make sure that you are
keeping your spirits up high. All right, so these are
the three steps for you. Let's take a look at the
example that I have for you. So there are different
ways that you can go about the 30 day challenge. Like different ways
that you can track it. One, you can just scratch out the day that you've
completed the challenge, and then you can shade it. You can draw a box around it. Maybe the box signifies how
well you did the challenge. You can use different
colors for that. You can either put a tick
mark, that's also okay, or if you are having different activities for the
entire month's challenge, then you can write down the
activity and then just put a tick mark once you're done with that particular activity. Like for example over here, the challenge for
that particular day, like ninth of July, is to write three things that
you are grateful for. Then on 11th of July, it's 30 minute nature walk, maybe 20 minutes of meditation, so on and so forth. You get to decide what
you want to do for that particular day and how
you wish to track it as well. Of course, don't forget
to give yourself a reward at the end of
the challenge as well. Just a really nice way to remind yourself to keep going
to tell yourself, you know, hey, you've
actually accomplished a pretty big 30 day challenge
that is commendable. You deserve whatever it is that, you know makes you
happy. All right? So that is the 18th way to use
a monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
20. 19 Track Your Cycle: Hi guys, so this is
the 19th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to track your cycle. Now you can do this for anything and everything
related to your cycle. A few examples
that I do have for you is to maybe track
your body temperature. Give yourself a ranking
for how you're feeling. And then add in some symptoms
you might be feeling, different ways that
you can track it. You can draw a line,
you can put a circle, you can do some sort of
a triangle thing top. You can box it. You can track your entire cycle as well like different
phases of the cycle. So it really depends on you. This is completely
on you and it's personalized to what
is important for you, what is required by
you so that you feel comfortable about the phases
that you're experiencing. All right, so that is
number 19 for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
21. 20 Milestones Hit or Achievements: Hi guys, This is
the 20th way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to track your milestones,
hit, and achievements. Now the reason why you
would do this is just to remind yourself that
you are doing amazing. It is to remind
yourself that you are making progress in different
areas of your life. And sometimes life can
feel very monotonous, sometimes it can
feel like you're not making any progress at all, regardless of how
hard you're working. So this is just a way for you to keep looking back and
saying, oh wait, no, I actually did achieve this and that I have made progress
and I am getting somewhere. And that really
helps to give you the encouragement to keep going further and to keep
scaling new heights. All right, so let's look at the example that I
do have for you. So I personally like to divide it into different
aspects of my life. So for example, you career relationships,
personal finances, and then you write your
achievements according to whichever aspect that you have hit the milestone
or you've achieved. So for example, fifth of July, you've cleared your
student loan debt and that comes under finances. Maybe ninth of July
was five years with Mark and that comes
under relationships, maybe for personal,
that's on 22nd of July, you went for your first session. And then maybe in
terms of your career, you won the most
promising newcomer award. And so when I look
at this spread, I know that I have achieved something in
different aspects, you know, and it's not just one that I've hyper focused on. So that also gives
you a sense that you're leading a balanced life. All right? So that is
the 20th way for you. I'll catch you in the
next one, Bye bye.
22. 21 Track Deadlines: Hi guys. This is
the 21st way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to track your deadlines. Now the sole purpose of this monthly calendar spread is to know when your deadlines are. So there's no other
additional information that you'll be
putting into this. And it's just a
simple way for you to see what's due when. And also it makes sure that you are not overwhelmed
with information. So it's just about plain old simple deadlines
to put on here. All right, so a couple of
steps that you can take. Step number one is to figure out all the
deadlines that you have. And step number two
is to categorize them according to which area of
your life the deadline is. Or even if it is a
deadline for work, maybe you want to
categorize it even further. Maybe one deadline
is for marketing, one for sales, one
for operations, so on and so forth. The more detailed you can go
into your categorization, the easier it becomes for you to understand what's
going on and what needs to be delivered when just when you look at your
monthly calendar spread. And of course you
are going to assign color codes for each of the
categories that you put. So let's take a look at the
example that I have for you. Maybe pink is work related, maybe there's an X, Y, Z
application due on 5 July. There's also a feedback
form due on 23 July. Green is a course
that you are doing ABC assignment due and PQR
assignment due on the 18th. Maybe blue is your
personal life, so maybe you have to send
all the invites by today. This is just an example. You can do it as you wish. But the important thing for this particular way is to
only mention the deadlines. It's just at a glance. Deadlines. And of course, you can use another
monthly spread where you would
outline how to get to the deadline or what work to start to make sure that you're
getting to the deadline. But the sole purpose of this particular format
is just to know what needs to be delivered when and so that it just
doesn't overwhelm you. All right, so that is
the 21st way for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
23. 22 Progress Tracker: Hi guys, This is
the 22nd way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to track your progress. So there are really
just two steps in this. The first one is to figure
out what exactly is due, what exactly do you want to
track your progress for? Step number two is to actually track your progress
every single day. So let's take a look at the example that I
do have for you. So maybe on first of July, you reviewed guidelines,
maybe on fourth, you researched on XYZ. The very simple way is just to write down what you did
that particular day. And of course after
that you can go in, maybe there were different
stages that you wish to track, so you can give those
separate color codes, so on and so forth. So the very simple
basis of this is just to help you understand what
you did that particular day. And of course, if you
want to make notes, if you want to
review it, you want to take some time to analyze it. That can also be done in the
progress tracker. All right. So that is the 22nd way for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
24. 23 Project Planning & Tracking: Hey guys, so this is
the 23rd way of using a monthly calendar
spread and that is for project planning
and tracking. We'll go straight to the
example that I do have for you. So over here if you can see, I've divided the box
into two sections. At the top part would be
for project planning, what is it that you hope to accomplish for that
particular day? And then the bottom
can be your tracking. What did you
actually accomplish? That particular over here, you would do your normal project planning and then over here you would just write whatever it is that you did
that particular day. And you have to take some time
to analyze if you actually did hit the objective or
the plan that you had. And then maybe even
put a tick mark. Maybe even move some things
around if you have to. It's a normal project
planning and tracking, but this is just one format that you can use for yourself. The second is to write
down whatever it is that you planned for
that particular day. And then put a tick
mark if you did accomplish put
across you didn't. And then maybe if you
have to shift it around, so on and so forth. Then the third format
that I do have for you as an example is
to use a gain chart. Each activity would
have a color code. And then you could just
write down, all right, well orange activity, I have to do it on
the 15th and 16th. And then green activity, it can't start until mid of Tuesday morning and then
it'll go on until 17th. And then the pink activity
can't start until, you know, orange, green, and blue have finished. And only then can I begin with
pink, so on and so forth. So it's just a visual
way for you to understand where exactly you are with the project
that you have. And of course your tracking could be that you
write on top of it what you did accomplish for
that particular activity. So these are three different formats that I do have for you. Very simply put, the
monthly calendar spread for project planning
and tracking is a, to help you define what exactly you are going to do for
that particular project. And also tracking what you did do in comparison to
what you had planned. And to make sure that
you are tweaking it ever so often and
making sure that you know your plan as
well as what you are actually doing are going
straight together. Hand in hand. All right. So
that is number 23 for you. I'll catch you in the next one. Bye bye.
25. 24 Catch All Planner: Hi guys, This is the 24th way to use a multi calendar spread, and that is to use it as a
catch all planner or tracker. The only way to go about this is to figure out all
the things that you wish to catch on a
multi calendar spread. And just to keep track
of it or even take some time to plan things out related to that
particular aspect. Let's take a look at the
example that I do have for you. Here are two different
ideas that I have for you. If you're tracking two things, maybe you can draw a line and then track the first one on top, the second one below. If there are four things
that you're tracking, maybe you can divide
the box into four. This is really your
way of going about it. Now also, alternatively,
here's another idea. Maybe over here below, you're tracking
your water intake, Maybe LD and then your grocery,
how much you're spending. And also maybe something else, maybe Jess's birthday
or anniversary, so on and so forth. So these are different ways that you can track,
but basically, a catch all planner or a
tracker would be to have one monthly calendar
spread where it has everything that you are looking for and all
the information that you need for your life at
that particular point. This is one way that
you can go about it. All right, so that
is the 24th way. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
26. 25 To Do List: Hi guys. So this is the 25th way to use a monthly
calendar spread, and that is to use
it as a to do list. Very simply put, whatever
is on your to do list goes on the monthly
calendar spread. Here are a few examples that I do have for
you and a couple of ideas to actually use
it as a to do list. You can either draw boxes
and put tick marks. You can put a circle shape them once it's done or even put a tick mark once it's done and then you can write
them as numbers. Alternatively, you
can also divide the section into three
different parts to do. List, maybe one in the
morning, one in the afternoon, one in the evening,
and then put a tick. Once it's done, you can also use color codes to help you
understand the order priority or even the importance
of that particular task. You can also alternatively
use color codes to determine which aspect of your life does that
to do item belong to. Like for example pay phone bill. This would be related to your personal and then
buy gift for Tracy. Make dinner reservations
could be related to your family file for application
or even review form. Like the pink color could
represent maybe work stuff. All right, so this is just
an idea and an example for you to go about your to do list on a monthly
calendar spread. This is the 25th way. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
27. 26 Brain Dump: Hi guys, so this is
the 26th way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to use it as a
brain dump page. Now, honestly, brain
dump pages are amazing because they really
help to reduce your stress. And they're just a way
to help you, you know, enhance your memory because everything that's
in your mind that you would have otherwise
forced yourself to remember or made an extra
effort to remember, you're putting it on paper so it can be anything and
everything that's on your mind, it just goes on the
paper, All right? And so for example, on 3 July maybe you were just
walking around and suddenly the thought in your mind is maybe you know the goal for next month
should be patients. And then maybe you realize that you needed
to buy a new cereal pack. Maybe you also realize
you needed to call someone at 06:30 so
on and so forth. So these are just, you know, an example of what you can
use a brain dump page for. But it really does help to free up your mental
space because now everything's on
paper and you're no longer making that
effort to remember it. And it also helps you with time management because
now that it's on paper, you can actually sit and organize your thoughts a
little bit more clear. And it can help you plan
your next steps as well. So that is the 26th way
that I do have for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
28. 27 Social Media Planner: Hi guys, so this is
the 27th way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to use it as a social
media planner. Now, if you are a
business owner or a entrepreneur and you do post on social media
for your business, this would be a great way
for you to actually plan out your social media
content for your business. Now, there are three different examples that I do have for you. The first example over
here, the top row, is to figure out the action items related
to your social media and to put them in each
of the box related to the date that you
wish to accomplish it. So for example, first of July, you want to create a
plan for the next year. It goes on for the
next three days. And then you want to check
analytics and insights. And you want to
respond to comments on a particular day,
so on and so forth. So this is idea number one, that you can use this as
a social media planner. Idea number two is to write down what content you will be
posting on which day. Like for example,
on seventh of July, you want to post
a poll on ninth, you want to do a how
to video on 11th. You want to plan for a live Q and A session,
so on and so forth. So this would be more about
what content is going out, what content has been scheduled. Third way to go about
it is to maybe have a dedicated time period that you are creating some sort of
buzz for your business. Or there's some activity
that you want to hyper focus on and to write action items for that particular activity
that you've planned out. For example, in this, there's a product launch
from 14th to 20th, and you've got a couple of things that you wish
to post during that day, so that would be dedicated posts for that particular activity. Alternatively, you can also have a product launch
for that period, but then you write down
the tasks that you have at the back end for that
particular activity. So there are different
ways that you can go about it to use it as a
social media planner. That really just depends on you and what
you're looking for. But these are a couple of
ideas that I do have for you. So this is the 27th way to use
a monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
29. 28 Reading Tracker: Hi guys, This is the 28th way to use a monthly
calendar spread, and that is to use it
as a reading tracker. Now, there are a number
of reasons why one would be using a
reading tracker. The first reason could be
perhaps you are looking to get into the habit of reading and you want some accountability. You really want to
track your progress so that it continues
to motivate you. Another reason could
be that maybe you're an avid reader and you want to keep track of the
books that you're reading. You want to keep track of
the takeaways, the lessons, the reflections that you have for each book
that you read. Yeah, that could also be why you would use a reading tracker. Here are a couple
of ideas that I do have for you to use it
as a reading tracker. The first one could be to
track the time that you're spending reading a book
for that particular day. Especially if you're
a new be reader. You want to maybe
start small and then just see how
much you're actually reading each day and making sure that you're
being consistent with your reading habit. That's one idea that
I do have for you. The second one could be, again, you draw it as a line graph
and it goes according to the minutes that you've
spent or the number of pages that you've managed to read for
that particular day. That's also one way
that you can go about it if you are tracking
your reading habit, like you want to
make it as a habit. Alternatively, you can just
put a slash on the box that correlates to the date
that you read the book. Also, you can maybe
give a color code for the different books
that you're reading and write down your
reflections on it. Write down the emotions that you are feeling, your
thoughts on it. Really, you can go about
this any number of ways. Again, another idea that
I do have for you is to write the total
number of pages of the book and then
just see how you're going through the month or
through the week, Okay. Again, another idea that
I do have for you is, for example, you're reading
three different books. Maybe you want to, you just see how much you're
reading every single day. So you can use the same color, you can use different
colors for different books. That's really up to you. All right, so here are
a few ideas to use the monthly calendar spread
as a reading tracker. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
30. 29 Faith Spiritual Volunteer Planner: The 29th way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to use it as a faith
spiritual planner tracker. Alternatively, you can use this to track your community work, your social work,
your volunteer work. That really just depends on you. Here are a few ideas
that I do have for you, so maybe you can
write about how you are relating each day towards your spiritual
growth or your faith growth. Alternatively, you can write verses that caught
your attention, verses that you really
deeply resonate with. Codes that relate to
your spiritual growth. Codes that you want to be
intentional about, affirmations related to your
spiritual journey, so on and so forth. And of course, the other idea that I had for you
was, you know, community social work
or even volunteer work, so you can just
keep track of it. Like, for example,
maybe you have a blood donation drive at
07:00 A.M. on 18 July. Or maybe you are a
volunteer at a pet shelter, you know, and you
have to be there by 08:00 A.M. so
on and so forth. So this is really any which
way that you wish to take it, and it ripply
depends on what you prefer and what you wish
to plan for and track. All right, so that is the 29th way to use a
monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
31. 30 Photo or Draw of the Day: Hi guys. This is the 30th way to use a
monthly calendar spread. And that is to use it as a photo of the day
or draw of the day. Now this is just
a really fun way to use your monthly
calendar spread. Now as you can see over here, really the best at drawing, but I did my best. Here you can see May 1 day, you visited the reptile farm. You put a snake over there. Maybe a day out with mom, maybe you had delicious ramin. It's just a really fun
way where you take precious memories of
that particular day and you draw it out. Alternatively, if there's a photo that you've
clicked that day, you might want to just print
it out and put it as well. Of course, that's a
little bit more work according to me rather
than drawing it out. But really you can go about
it any which way that you wish to it basically, I guess what captured
your attention that particular day or what is the memory that you wish to take away from
that particular day? What was the highlight
of that particular day? And then you just
draw it out so that when you look back maybe
after a couple of months, you know, it's just
a way to bring back precious memories
that you've stored away in these little pockets. All right? So that is the 30 year way that
I do have for you. I'll catch you the
next one. Bye bye.
32. 31 Win of the Day: Hi guys, This is the 31st way
to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to write
down your win of the day. This is very simple. What was the win of
the day for you? And it doesn't have to
be something really big. You don't have to wait for
something amazing to happen. Sometimes even
getting out of bed, learning a new skill, sending a positive E mail, reaching out to a friend, overcoming a fear,
trying out a new recipe. Even those can be a win for
your day. And it's just a way to remind you that wins don't really have to always
necessarily be the big, big things that massively
change your life. Now sometimes they are
just everyday actions, and those two are
impactful for your life. Those two make a
huge difference. And when you look back at the month and you see it
completely filled out, just like I have written as
an example for you over here. It does make you feel good. It makes you feel like, yes, you know, the life
that you're living. There is some progress to it. There is some
indication that you are actually winning every single
day. All right. So it's good way to use a
monthly calendar spread. And also to help you
raise your self esteem. To help you raise
your confidence. To help you feel better
about yourself as well. Okay, so that is the 31st way to use a
monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
33. 32 Affirmation of the Day: Hi guys. So this is
the 32nd way to use a multi calendar
spread and that is to use it for
affirmation of the day. So there are a couple of
steps to go about this. The first one is
to understand what exactly you're struggling
with for that particular day. What is a belief that you
are struggling to believe? What is something that you really want to remind yourself? The second step is
to find a statement that you can keep repeating to yourself for that
particular day. Just so that you
can be intentional about what you are
feeling about yourself, what you are feeling about
the situation that you're in, or even what you're feeling about your
life at the moment. Here are a couple of
examples that I do have for, you know, maybe July 1. You really want to remind
yourself that you are enough. Like I am enough. I am loved, I am courageous. I am blessed. I am mindful. I attract success. So whatever it is that you feel you're struggling for
that particular day, choose a statement
that helps you feel otherwise or helps you cope with the
situation better. Helps you strengthen
your belief in yourself, in your capabilities,
in your own power. All right. So that would be the 32nd way to use a
monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
34. 33 Self care: Hi guys. This is the 33rd way to use a monthly
calendar spread, and that is to track your
self care activities. In this, there are
a couple of steps. The first one is,
what do you define as a self care activity for you? What makes you feel good? Very simply put. Now, what's a self care
activity for one person? May not be a self care
activity for you. It's important for you
to figure out what actually works for
you in particular. And either you can
use it as a planner, where you just write down all the self care activities that you wish to accomplish for that particular day and you just put a tick
once you're done. Or it can also be a tracker where you've completed that for that particular day and you
just want to make a note that that is what you did
for that particular day. You can go about it any
which way, but remember, self care activities
are personal, they are unique to you. Find what makes you
feel good basically. It's just that, okay? So I'm just going to repeat that because that's
very, very important. What makes you feel good? Put that in there, and then try to accomplish it
every single day. Put a tick mark, put a across if you've not done
it. So on and so forth. Those tracking
little tips, I mean, I'm pretty sure you would know
how to go about it by now. But yeah, this is a
really good example for you to be intentional
about yourself, care for you to be
intentional about taking care of
yourself mentally, emotionally, physically as well. All right, so that
is the 33rd way to use a monthly
calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
35. 34 Happiness Compilation: Hi guys. This is
the 34th way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to use it as a
happiness compilation. So the simplest way to go
about this is whatever made you happy in that particular moment,
just write it down. That's it. It's just
as simple as that. So, for example, you know, maybe on third of July, you watch the sunrise and it
just absolutely lit you up. Maybe you caught
yourself laughing with your mom on Fifth of July,
and that made you happy. Maybe you found a quiet moment
to yourself on 16 July, and that also made you happy. So there are so
many different ways that you can go about this, but the important thing is to recognize moments when
you're feeling happy and to write it down
so that this becomes a compilation of all the things that made you happy at
some point in your life. And when you look back, it just brings about a sense
of gratitude that yes, at this point in time, this did bring me that tiny
slice of happiness that I was looking for and it added some meaning
and value to my life. It's just a feel good way of using a monthly calendar
spread for yourself. Even during moments
when you are low, you can always look back
and refresh the memory and you never know that itself bring you a little bit of happiness that
you're looking for. All right, so that is the 34th way to use a
monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
36. 35 Health Tracking (Symptoms): Hi guys, This is
the 35th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to do a health tracking. But in particular we're
going to do symptoms. So there was a health
tracking example that I gave you before, but that was related to stats. This is symptoms. Just wanted to highlight that
difference over here. So ideally, you'd be tracking
your mental, emotional, and physical state, the
symptoms related to that. And it's very simply put, what are you thinking, feeling, or experiencing that
particular day? And then you categorize
it as your mental state, your emotional state,
or your physical state. Now this is just a
way for you to keep track of your state of beings. And if you've also maybe
tried a remedy and it worked, you might want to put it
in there as notes just in case in the future you are experiencing the
same thing again, you could actually use a strategy or a remedy that
worked out for you before. There are a number of ways
that you can do this. There are also a number of
takeaways that you can have by tracking your health this way that really
depends on you. It is going to be as
unique as you are. Figure out what's important to you, what do
you wish to track? What are some of the
symptoms that are recurring that you
want to keep track of? And figure out, maybe you try out different solutions,
see what's working. You want to track your
allergies, so on and so forth. There are so many different ways that you can go about it, it really depends on
what you wish to track. All right, so that is the
35th way to go about this. I'll catch you in the next one.
37. 36 Headline or News of the Day: Hi guys. So this is the 36th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to use it for headlines or use of
that particular day. Now, there are a
number of reasons why you would want to
track news of the day. The first reason is just
being aware of what's important to you
regarding the news can help you with
informed decision making. Like for example, you are
tracking stock prices. So maybe you also want to track related information
regarding the company, so on and so forth. It also just helps
you be a little bit more aware of what's
happening in the world, whether it is around you, like local activities
or in your country, or even just around
the world as well. Yeah. Of course, having to
track news of the day or just the headlines
can also contribute to your professional
development as well. All right, so here are a few ideas that I
do have for you. Maybe you can just write down the news of that particular day. Just the headlines
like for example, trade war escalates or Historic Summit help,
so on and so forth. Or you can track stock prices of a particular company that
you're interested in. Or alternatively, you can divide news of the day into different
aspects like finance, hometown, interest
and maybe world. And then, you know, depending on what caught your attention
for that particular day, you can just give
it a color code. Like for example, in finance, stocks hit record or interest rates increase,
so on and so forth. And maybe around your hometown, maybe the new park opened on 16 July or the local
business expands, so on and so forth. So here are a few more ideas that I do have for
you that you can actually put in your
monthly calendar spread for news of the day. So you can put in
current events, you can put in
economic indicators, political developments, technology
advancements, you know, cultural and entertainment news, sports, social issues that
you're interested in. And also yes, travel
advisories as well. All right. So this is the 36th way to use a
multi calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
38. 37 Don't Break the Chain Method: Hi guys, This is the 37th way to use a
monthly calendar spread, and that is to implement the don't break the chain method. Now the don't break
the chain method is a productivity
technique that was introduced by comedian
Jerry Seinfeld. Basically, the technique
involves creating a visual representation of
your progress by marking an X. Ideally. When you
see consecutive Xs, it just helps boost your motivation to keep continuing because
it looks really, really satisfying, doesn't it? Here's how you would implement the don't break
the chain method. The first step
would be to choose a specific task or habit that you wish to
track your progress. And then you get a
calendar spread like this. Then basically once
you've done that task, you mark an X on
that particular day. It's really just
as simple as that. Nothing else comes
on your calendar, just the plain old simple X. If you do it the
next day, you just mark an X and then
so on and so forth. The goal is to have as many
consecutive Xs as possible. The reason why this method
works so well is visually, it looks amazing Visually, it really just gives you
that motivation because it's a tangible way of seeing your progress
and it builds momentum. Also you do three and then you really want to
keep going to 456. That's also another
way that it helps you. And of course, when you
look at this spread, you've finished 23
days of the month and you've got Xs
on all of them. It does give you a sense
of accomplishment as well. And it also helps you
establish a routine because now you really want to put that X on that
particular day, right? It just becomes natural for you to add that habit into your routine and that's
what it really is about. I guess a tiny tip
that I would give you for the don't break
the chain method is to start small start with a realistic goal that
you can actually see yourself doing every single
day and then just start. All right? And of course, don't forget to
celebrate once you've hit 31 or 30 days of you achieving the don't break the chain method
to its maximum. All right? Yeah, that is
the 37th way for you. I'll catch you
next one. Bye bye.
39. 38 Priority of the Day: Hi guys. This is
the 38th way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to have a
priority of the day. And I just want to
highlight it is just one that you'll be putting
for that particular day. This just helps you hyper focus on what's really important and what actually needs to be accomplished that
particular day. I know sometimes you get get so overwhelmed with a
huge list of tasks, this helps you just narrow down what's supposed to be done that day regardless
of whether you can get to the
other tasks or not. Like I mentioned, it's just one that you will be putting
on the monthly spread. Yes, you may have other tasks, but on this monthly spread, there's just going to be one
for that particular day. Alternatively, you can segregate into different
aspects of your life, color code them, and also match the priority of the day with that particular
aspect of your life. Just as an example, let's
take a look over here. Maybe a set clear goals
and you've done it. Maybe you review task list that was your
priority of the day. That was the most important
thing that you had to do, rain or shine for
that particular day. And then over here in this row, it's just another idea
that I do have for you. Maybe for work, you
had to communicate with the team that was
very, very important. That was your priority of the day and you've accomplished, and you also know which area
of your life it belongs to. Alternatively, this is just another
visual representation, maybe in your finances. You had to take some time
today to track your expenses. This was absolutely
important for you to work through and that
was your priority of the day and it belongs to the financial aspect
of your life. All right. So this is just
an idea that I have for you. Like I said, the aim of this monthly spread is to make sure there is just one priority. You could have add their
task, that's okay, but is one that you have to accomplish for that
particular day and that's what this monthly
spread is all about. All right, so that is the 38th way that I do have for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
40. 39 Fitness Tracking: Hi guys. This is
the 39th way to use a monthly calendar spread and
that is fitness tracking. Anything and everything
that you are doing related to your fitness, you can absolutely track
in your monthly calendar. It's just an easy way for
you to take a look at what's happening in that month
and to see your progress. Now, I do have a couple of ideas for you, let's go over them. A few things that you can track. You can track your
exercise time, the number of active minutes you are having every single day, Reps per set that you're doing. Workout consistency,
your rest days, your flexibility improvements, your mood after exercise
every single day. Your pre workout routine, whether you're doing it or not, your post workout routine, whether you're doing it or not, the exercise intensity of what you planned for that
day, your personal best, your recovery time,
the workout location, whether you're
doing it at home or was it at the park,
was it at the gym? Where did you work
out that particular day then clarity that you are experiencing the
energy levels that you're experiencing your
stretching routine, whether you did it or not, that could be something
that you track as well. Fitness achievements, of course, just to keep that
motivation going, to help you recognize that
you are making progress, then clothing fit changes
and improvements if any. So it really depends on how
you wish to go about this. Here are just a few ideas. Please use this as a
starting point for whatever it is that you
are looking for to track. All right, so that is
the 39th way for you. I'll catch you in the next one.
41. 40 Show or Movies Tracker: Hi guys. This is the 40th way to use a
monthly calendar spread and that is to track your shows or the movies
that you are watching. Really, there are a number of ways that you
can go about it. You can divide the movies or shows that you're watching
according to the genres. And then right over here, give it a ranking if you'd like. This is just an example
that I do have for you. A couple of other things
that you can track. Just as ideas would be, the genre that you're watching, your personal review of that
particular show or movie, your mood after watching it, the experience that you had. Then maybe if the particular goal that you wish to hit with, the number of shows that
you want to watch for that particular month or number of movies that
you wish to watch. Yeah, you could do some
tracking over there. The snacks that you
ate while you were watching in case that
correlates to your fitness, this might be something
that you want to track. What time of the day
did you watch it? And how did it affect
your energy levels? How did it affect your mood? So on and so forth. Which was your favorite scene? Which was your
favorite dialogue? Maybe some codes that
you want to remember. Who recommended the
show, the movie? And which platform
did you watch it on? Like it on OTT, Was
it in the theater? So on and so forth. So here are just a few ideas. You know, it's just
a way for you to be intentional about what it
is that you are doing. And of course, if you are a
movie buff or a show buff, I'm hoping that's
a word, but yeah. You know, if you are someone who watches a lot of shows
or a lot of movies and you actually want
to keep track of what you are doing
in that respect, then this would be a great
way for you to, you know, just be cognizant of
where you're spending your time and also how
you're feeling about it. All right, so that is the 40th way and I'll catch
you in the next one. Bye bye.
42. 41 Food Tracker: Hi guys. So this is the 41st way to use
a monthly calendar spread and that is to use it
as a food intake tracker. This can be for anything and everything related
to food intake. And I do have a couple
of ideas for you, but you know it's
really your choice. Ideas could be specific
food tracking, like maybe for example, you want to track how much food you're eating in a month or how much soda you're
having in a month, or how many times you're
actually eating at home really depends on you
overall food habits. The calories, the
timing of your food, like what time you're eating, the quantity of food
that you're having. Allergy tracking, Maybe some
foods give you allergy. That might be something
that you want to track then the hunger levels
that you're experiencing, the cravings that
you're experiencing, the food type that
you're having. Maybe you want to focus on having a specific
type of food. Yeah, that might be
something that you'd like to track or you'd like
to plan for as well, the cooking method, how it
correlates to your health. That might also be something
that you wish to track if there's a special diet
that you have to follow. Yeah, you might want
to track that as well. And also just have maybe
a tracker where you are tracking your
observations related to different kinds of food
that you are having. You can go about
this any which way, that's really dependent on you. But this is just an example and a way for you to use a
monthly calendar spread. All right, that is
the 41st way for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
43. 42 Reminders: Hi guys. So this is the 42nd way to use a
monthly calendar spread. And that is solely and
solely for reminders. So basically in this
entire monthly spread, it will just be
things that you need reminding of, super
important things. So it's like high priority items that you need to put it on your calendar so that
you just hyperfocus on that and you don't have any
fluff on your calendar. It's just plain old
simple reminders in the example that
I do have for you. Maybe and maybe
emergency kit check. The application is due on the 18th and you have to
confirm your travel plans. The main idea of this
monthly spread is focused attention
on just reminders. So for example, you have
a bunch of tasks to do, but you also have a
bunch of reminders. So put the reminders
on this page so that all you have to do is take a look at this monthly
spread and you know, all right, fifth, I got
to take care of rent. It's hyper focusing on what's
important, what's urgent, what is your priority item
for that particular month? All right, so this
is just a way for you to be organized and
to make sure that you are actually keeping
track of your reminders and also implementing whatever
the reminders are for. Okay, so this is the 42nd way
for you. Plain old simple. Just reminders
that are necessary for you to keep your
life organized. I'll catch you
next one. Bye bye.
44. 43 Clothes of the Week: Hi guys. This is
the 43rd way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to use it for clothes
of the day or week. Now for example, you're
going to work and you've got five different outfits
that you have to plan for, this would be a great
way to keep track of it. Also, alternatively, if
you are an influencer and you have five
different clothes to choose every single week, that might be something
that you wish to plan for if you are a contact
creator, like for example, you're a Youtuber
and you want to have a particular style of clothes when you are
shooting your videos. Yeah, absolutely. Feel free to use this idea for any
which way that suits you. Just as an example over here, I've given for work. For example, black
blazer on Tuesday, gray slacks on Wednesday, white shirt on Thursday, and navy skirt on Friday. Maybe the symbols
could include that this one has to go for ironing, or it has to come back
from the laundry. There's really different
ways that you can use the symbol and it's
just a way for you to keep track of what's
happening with that outfit and whether it will be
ready for when you need it. All right, this is
just an example. You can use it
however it suits you. This is the 43rd way. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
45. 44 Mindfulness Tracker: Hi guys. This is
the 44th way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to use it as a
mindfulness tracker. So the first step would be to identify what do you wish
to be mindful about. And the second step is to make a note of
what you are doing each day with relation to whatever it is that you
wish to be mindful about. I've got a couple of
ideas for you, but yeah, feel free to add
in what suits you. Feel free to add whatever it is that you
wish to be mindful about. This is just, you know,
just as an example or just as a way to give you
starting ideas. All right? So you can be mindful
about, you know, the exercises that you are
trying out your food habits, journaling, you
know, visualization, your body scan, like how each part of your body is
feeling every single day. You know, again,
emotion scan as well, what you're feeling at
what point of the day. Just be mindful of it, so
you're keeping track of it. Mindful of nature. Whether you did spend time
observing nature today, some habits that
you could lead to. Mindfulness, awareness
of your surroundings, awareness of yourself, awareness of the
relationships in your life, awareness of the
people around you, awareness of your
family members, awareness of your pets, so on and so forth. Then being grateful,
having a gratitude diary, that can also contribute to mindfulness, stress
reduction techniques. Again, it's just about you
leading a mindful life. The question that you have
to answer at this point is, what is it that can
help contribute to you being more
mindful of your life? Of course, you can track
your self reflections. You can track the times
that you unplugged. You can be mindful about
listening as well. So tracking that,
mindful about reading, mindful about the work
breaks that you're taking, so on and so forth. This is the 44th way. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
46. 45 Stress Tracker: Hi guys, this is the 45th way
to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to use
it as a stress tracker. So here are a couple of
ideas that I have for you. The first one is
to give yourself a rank 1-5 and then just draw a line graph determining what exactly was your stress level for
that particular day. This just is such a visual
way to understand that. All right. I'm right
now highly stressed. I've got to take precautions. I've got to make sure I am bringing that
stress level down. And it's just a way for
you to be intentional about every single day that
you are leading, right? So that's one way that
you can go about it. Or you can even give
yourself like a number, 0-10 And then market with a
color code like for example, red means danger zone, you need to get out of that. Three means you're doing
absolutely cool as a cucumber. So on and so forth. Really, you can determine what
the color code is for now. I also have a couple
of ideas that you can track with relation to
your stress tracker. You can track your triggers, You can track symptoms
related to stress, your sleep stress relation, your coping strategies
related to your stress, the support system that you used at that particular
point in time. And how effective was it? The goals that you
have related to your stress and, you know, just set it and make sure
that you're tracking and seeing how far along you're
hitting those goals. And also you can use a
monthly calendar spread with relation to your stress
to express yourself as well, Like what is it that you're
stressed about and how do you feel about it and how
are you coping with it, so on and so forth. All right, so this is the 45th way to use a
monthly calendar spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
47. 46 Home Management: Hi guys. So this is
the 46th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to use it
for home management. And this can be anything
related to home management. Maybe you want to take some
time to clean your fridge. Call the carpenter
fix Emily's cupboard. Maybe de clean your dishwasher. Really, this is up to you. Alternatively, another idea
that I do have for you is maybe you want to work on
a home management project. Like maybe you want to build a new cupboard
and you want to do it on these six days, right? And so you would plan for
it like first day buy wood, second day as sample frame, third day add shelves, fourth day attached back panels, fifth day attached doors, and 60 day paint. So this is just a way
for you to keep track of what's happening with that
home management project. So you can do it any which way, it really depends on you. But this is just one calendar spread where you look at it
and you know, all right, all of these items
are related to home management and it just helps you be
intentional of what's going on around your home. All right. So that is
the 46 way for you. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
48. 47 Family Member:Pet Tracker: Hi guys, so this is the 47th way to use a
monthly calendar spread. And that is a family
member pet tracker. So of course, this can be
anything and everything related to a particular
family member or your pet. So it'd be one spread for
one particular member. Everything related to them would be on this monthly spread. So I've got a couple of
ideas for you over here. Maybe you want to mention
the appointments related to that particular family
member or even your pet. Maybe the feeding schedule of your family member or your
pet deliverables on your end. Like for example, maybe there's a PTA meet or maybe
there's an event and you have to bake cupcakes
for that, you know, anything that you are
supposed to deliver on your end for that
particular family member also goes on the spread. Then habits that you
wish to track for that particular family member or that particular pet,
their behavior changes. That also might be something
that you wish to track. School slash training
progress and even yes, their health as well. All right, so this is
heavily dependent on you. And feel free to
customize it according to what suits you and what suits that particular family member, that particular pet as well. All right, so this
is the 47th way to use a monthly spread. I'll catch you in the
next one. Bye bye.
49. 48 Word of the Day: Hi guys. This is the 48th way to use a monthly
calendar spread. And that is to use it
as word of the day. Now, there are a number of reasons why you would
want to do this. The first one could be,
maybe you're learning a new language and you want to learn a new word
every single day. The second could be, maybe
you actually want to improve your knowledge in the language that you are
already comfortable with. Number three, maybe
there's a word that caught your attention and you just
want to keep track of it. That could be a
number of reasons. Now, I have a few ideas for you with relation
to word of the day, so I'm just going to
go over it. Right. But yeah, feel free
to customize it according to what
you wish to track. Maybe you can track
the language. Maybe there are a few languages
that you are learning. And maybe Spanish today, maybe another language
like Italian tomorrow really depends on the language
then the pronunciation, the meaning of the word. That might also be something
that you wish to track. Maybe which part
of speech it was, how to use it, like what's
the usage of that word? Then maybe some synonyms and antonyms that you wish
to keep track of. Then sometimes the
word might not have meaning in the language that you are comfortable with. Maybe you want to
visually represent it. Maybe you want to
keep a memory aid to help you remember the word. Maybe you want to make note of related phrases to the word, the origin of the word,
the context the word is. This could also be
a cultural context of that word as well. Some personal notes regarding
the word of the day, your progress related
to the work of the day, whether you are using it, so on and so forth. Maybe you want to give yourself some challenges related
to the word of the day. Like, for example, make ten sentences out of the word of the day and
whether you were able to, whether you accomplish
that challenge, so on and so forth. You can also use a
monthly calendar spread with relation
to word of the day to identify your goals and maybe have reflections related
to that as well. Again, you can go about
this any which way. It really depends on you, what you wish to track, and what you are
comfortable with. All right, so that is
the 48th way for you. I'll catch you in the
next one, bye bye.
50. 49 Income Tracker: Hi guys. This is
the 49th way to use a monthly calendar
spread and that is to use it as an income tracker. Really, this is just
about figuring where the money is coming
from and how much, again, number of ways
that you can go about it. Maybe you have different
income streams or maybe you are a business
owner Solopreneur, and you've got multiple products and you want to see where the money is coming in and
when is it coming in as well. The first step you
would take is to figure out the streams or the number
of products that you have. So I've written over
here ABCD and then whenever the money hits your account or whenever
the sale is made, really depends on
your comfort level. You just add in on
that particular date. At the end of the month, you calculate how much that income stream
has brought you, Also how much that
particular product has brought you in sales. That could also
be something that you're tracking and of course, the overall income that
you are having for that particular month in relation to a monthly spread
with an income tracker one, you've got the date
already written. So it's just about slotting in when that money is
coming and from where. It's just an easier
way to understand where your financial
status really is. It helps you with your
financial planning. It helps you with your
financial goal setting and helps you be more informed with your decision making process
related to your finances. All right, so that is
the 49th way for you. I'll catch you in the next one.
51. 50 Self discovery Tracker: Hey guys, so this is
the 50th way to use a monthly calendar spread and that is to use it as a
self discovery tracker. So basically anything
and everything related to self
discovery comes on here. Whatever you figure
out is new about you, whatever has surprised
you about you, it goes on here of examples
that have written over here. Maybe you figured
out you've actually got an interest in photography. Maybe you went bowling for the first time
and you realize, hey, I'm actually
good at bowling. Or maybe you found yourself in a situation where
you understood that you actually really value
integrity or that you have an intuitive
decision making style or you prefer
journaling to distress. Basically anything
and everything related to self discovery, anything that you
look at and say, huh, that's something new
about me that I've learned. You just put it in
the tracker and it's just a compilation of everything about you that you can look back on and discover
yourself even more. Maybe that's something that you really want to dig deeper into. This is just a way for
you to be reflective about yourself and to keep learning new
things about yourself. Because you two are
evolving and you to have parts of you that are yet to
be discovered by yourself. This is just a way for you to get more connected
with yourself. All right, so that
is the 50th way that I do have for you. Bye bye.
52. Class Project Details: Hi guys. So by now I'm sure
you've watched all 50, or maybe not all 50, but at least a couple of them for you to be curious about. The class project. So
here's the class project. Pick any way that you
really liked and actually implement it for one whole month and share it with the
rest of the class. For example, you liked the
don't break the chain method. Yeah. Figure out
what you would like to track and then implement the don't break the chain method or the way to use the
monthly calendar spread. Do it for an entire month, Yes. And then post it as
a class project. Not just that. Also write
down your observations while you were implementing
that particular way of using the monthly
calendar spread. Write down how it helped you. Write down your insights. Write down how it helped
you with your productivity, or maybe your organization, or just helped you understand a different aspect of your life. Feel free to post all of
those insights along with the actual show of the monthly calendar spread
that you've done for a month. All right, also if there are any additional tweaks that you made to the ways that
I did have for you or, you know, you have
any additional tips? Yes. Please feel free to put those in the class
project as well. We are all excited to hear that. Other than that, if you have any questions about this class, any, you know, things that
you'd like to ask me, please feel free to do. So I'd get back to you
as soon as I can and I will do my best to help
you out with your query. Other than that,
thank you so much for watching this class all
the way up until here. If you want to catch me on
any of my other platforms, I'm there at the Marketing
Nomad on Instagram. I'm also there on Youtube and podcast as the Marketing Nomad, I usually give marketing
business and mindset tips to solopreneurs on
those two platforms. All right guys. Thank
you so much for, you know, listening
all the way up until here for watching
all my classes. It really means a lot to me. And of course, if you can
leave a review for the class, that would really help me understand what
you're looking for. It would help me create more content that is
best suited for you. All right guys, thank
you so much and I'll catch you my
next class. Bye bye.
