Well done with this painting Janice, I love it! I understand the difficulty of painting it without photo reference, but in doing so I think it's a good exercise in implying details rather than directly painting them :-)

Wow Janice, this is incredible! I really like how you have done the boat so dark and detailed whereas the rest of the scene is somewhat "less" in focus or detailed :) I love this!

The ripples and water reflections really keep the scene ‘moving’. Your painting is great Janice :)
