I loved the class. I watched it once to understand the reasoning and pay attention to the choices he made. Then the second time around I watche as I painted along. If anyone is frustraded about their progress, I suggest you try it that way and see if you get more out of the videos. 

I realise that I have quite a way to go in making confident strokes and leaving white or lighter areas in my work. I often get stuck in the mindset of having to give everything a color. 

Some ideas I'm taking with me from this class:

• Starting with very thick paint and diluting with water/other colors
• Dabbing with tissues to create interesting drying textures
